00:00:30.000 Hello, hello. All right. Today we're doing a fun episode. I'm going to answer some of your
00:00:40.360 questions, but it's not just going to be me. I've also got my team over here. I've got Brie,
00:00:46.820 the producer. And I don't know if y'all can see, there's Brie. And then I've got Dylan,
00:00:52.740 and he's assistant producer. He's also the editor extraordinaire. He does a lot on this show. And
00:00:57.680 then I've got Kayla, who is the director of this show, and she handles all of the tech stuff. And
00:01:03.260 so on some of these questions, I'm going to ask for their thoughts too. Some of them, I'm not sure
00:01:09.360 if they want to contribute their opinions too. And so we're just going to play it by ear. But some
00:01:15.100 feedback that I got from y'all is that you like the fun episodes. We did a dinosaur, or we did a
00:01:20.780 conspiracy theory episode where we talked about our favorite conspiracy theories. And I made a lot of
00:01:26.100 people really mad when I said that I think the whole dinosaur thing is like a little sketchy.
00:01:32.780 Not to say that there aren't some really big creatures that once existed that may be classified
00:01:39.180 as dinosaurs. I think there's biblical evidence for that. But how do we know what they sound like?
00:01:45.060 How do we know what color their scales were? I mean, there are just a bunch of nerds who came
00:01:50.180 together and they were like, ooh, I think a pterodactyl sounds like this. And they've been cracking up
00:01:55.640 about it ever since. And I talked about this and I made some people really upset by it. So go back
00:02:01.040 and listen to that episode. We're going to do like a similar format today. But some of the questions
00:02:07.120 are like more serious. And then some of them are just fun. So I thought it'd be a fun, a fun way to
00:02:12.580 spend this Christmas break, holiday break, New Year's break episode. All right. One of the questions
00:02:18.680 that I got, first question that I got on Instagram, are you a sports fan? Are you a sports fan, period?
00:02:24.500 Period. Not really. Not really. I don't know if that would come as a surprise to you. But I'm not
00:02:31.060 really a sports fan. I am really competitive, though. Like I like competition. If I had a team
00:02:36.480 to root for, I would root for that team. Actually, my husband's going to be like, what are you talking
00:02:41.320 about? I am a Georgia fan because of my husband. So of course, I want Georgia to win. I want them to
00:02:47.600 win the national championships. I don't know when this episode is coming out. Maybe that's already
00:02:51.840 happened. I don't really know. But I have to have my husband explain how all of that works.
00:02:57.460 To me, there was an SEC championship recently that I learned really had nothing to do with the
00:03:02.420 playoffs, that it might have something to do with the college football playoffs, but not necessarily.
00:03:07.880 Georgia did win that SEC game. And that didn't really have anything to do with the national
00:03:12.720 championships. I still, as many football games as I have watched, really don't understand it.
00:03:17.620 It's just something that doesn't stick in my brain. I played golf for a little bit in high
00:03:21.820 school. I was also a cheerleader for a little bit. Not good at really either of those. I like
00:03:29.020 competition. I wish I were more athletic. I wish I were more into sports, but I'm really not.
00:03:34.160 I got a lot of hate when I said on Twitter that I think soccer is boring. I understand that soccer
00:03:39.440 is not boring for a lot of people. It's, I have nothing against soccer players. Actually,
00:03:45.860 so I went to Furman University and there are at least two guys who went to Furman who play or who
00:03:54.420 did play and now play on the U.S. soccer team. Clint Dempsey, I think that's his name. He played
00:04:00.400 several years ago. He went to Furman and then a guy named Walker Zimmerman plays for the U.S. team and
00:04:05.700 he went to Furman. And so I guess I can, I can at least be a fan of them, even if I'm not a general fan
00:04:12.200 of soccer and sports. All right, Brie and Dylan and Kayla, I feel like I could guess exactly what
00:04:19.800 all of your answers will be. I'm curious what you think. Brie, let's see. I would say no. I would
00:04:30.340 say that you're not really a fan of watching sports, kind of like me. Am I wrong?
00:04:33.980 Um, no, I guess you're not wrong. I like, I like watching my, my university's team,
00:04:44.040 but I was overseas for five years and I stopped watching football and it honestly made my life
00:04:50.120 happier. Oh really? So you get that into football to where it like harms your mental health?
00:04:56.040 I start caring a lot. About your, about USC. About my, yeah. Yeah. Because I mean, this season
00:05:03.820 has been disappointing. Okay. So I like. You know, I have a friend, I have a friend like that too.
00:05:10.280 She went to UGA or yeah, she went to UGA and she says that it's like, she cares so much about the
00:05:17.180 dogs that it's like not fun when they play because she cares that much. I have no idea what that is like
00:05:23.640 to care. My dad really wishes that I cared about my college football and I just don't. Um, Kayla,
00:05:31.660 I think that you, did you play sports growing up? So I can't really hear you. I did. And okay. Did
00:05:41.020 you play, let me guess, soccer? Like for two years, but that wasn't my main. I did play tennis. Yeah.
00:05:48.500 And do you like watching sports still? I feel like you do. Yeah. I mean, sports are cool. I don't
00:05:52.500 really have time to watch sports anymore, but there's, there's better things I could use my
00:05:56.560 time for, but I am wearing a Yankees hat. So. Okay. There you go. I mean, that that's a sport.
00:06:01.360 Yeah. That yeah. Yankees is a sport. I see, I did go, I went to the world series when I was in
00:06:06.600 college. I did. I do like baseball. That's probably my, maybe my favorite sport to watch. I went to the
00:06:13.260 world series a few years ago. My team was playing, um, Dylan, I'm going to guess now.
00:06:17.820 Correct. Is there any sport that you like enjoy at all to watch? Um, yeah, baseball's fun. I,
00:06:27.560 so I don't really like sports, but I like sports games. Yeah. I watch sports with people and that's
00:06:31.720 about as far as it goes for me. It's like the general vibe. I appreciate the event. Yeah,
00:06:36.180 for sure. Okay. Uh, next question. Everyone's favorite 90s country song. Okay. I'm going to give
00:06:44.660 y'all a little time to think about this because I hope that you have one. This is basically what I
00:06:49.560 was raised on. I was raised on KSCS and KLTY. And I think that's probably something that you only
00:06:57.300 know if you grew up in Dallas, like I did and 96, three, 94, nine. I still remember that. And, um,
00:07:04.860 so it was a lot of Christian music and a lot of Shania Twain, a lot of Alan Jackson and Toby Keith,
00:07:12.320 Toby Keith, my boy, some of the best songs ever, Garth Brooks, all that good stuff. We were big
00:07:19.060 George Strait fans. Um, I would say, let's see my favorite. Okay. You know what song I really liked
00:07:26.960 growing up? There were, there were so many country songs that I didn't know what they meant, but I
00:07:31.640 would, my mom tells this story. Have I already told the story on the podcast? Maybe so. And just
00:07:36.900 forgive me because I'm going to have to sing. So there's this song, I think it's by Shania Twain
00:07:41.780 that I went into kindergarten, kindergarten singing. And it goes like this, whose bed have
00:07:48.620 your boots been under? I had no idea what that means. Whose bed have your boots been under?
00:07:54.380 And yet I was singing that in kindergarten and my mom was mortified when she found this out. Um,
00:08:01.200 and then another song that I liked by Tim McGraw was red rag top, which is about teenagers. Yeah.
00:08:09.480 Getting pregnant and then her having an abortion. And so, yeah, I know. And I'm like, Oh, red rag
00:08:17.800 top. And I'm like seven. Um, lots of things like that. Amarillo by morning. That's great. Reba.
00:08:23.860 We loved Reba. I recently watched, uh, uh, Shania Twain documentary. That was really good.
00:08:32.560 Yeah. I loved, I loved, I don't know if we can hear you, Kayla, Kayla. Sorry. I know I'm the mic
00:08:39.000 roller. I said, I saw that and it was really good. Yeah, it was really good. Um, okay. 90s country.
00:08:45.260 I feel like Brie, you maybe liked 90s country. Am I wrong about that? So you're absolutely wrong
00:08:51.540 about that. Wow. Literally Kayla pulled up a playlist because I couldn't think of one.
00:08:58.340 Is there you, so you never liked Shania Twain. I, that's like, I know like two of these man.
00:09:04.420 Yeah. I feel like a woman and Faith Hill, this kiss. I liked those two. Yeah. Faith Hill,
00:09:11.260 another good one. Yeah. I just never listened to country. That was not our genre. Um, so when you,
00:09:18.140 cause this is our resident Swifty, when you started listening to Taylor Swift, was she still in her
00:09:22.840 country era? Yeah. So you knew Tim McGraw because she had the song. I knew who he was. Yeah. So was
00:09:29.040 she kind of the first country person that you started listening to? Yeah. And then you just
00:09:33.780 followed her journey all the way. Yeah. I'm stuck with her. Okay. Dylan, Dylan, I'm going to guess that
00:09:41.220 you probably aren't like a huge country music fan, but maybe growing up in Texas, in Waco, right? You,
00:09:50.880 uh, that your family maybe listened to country on the radio growing up? A little bit, a little bit of
00:09:57.240 George Strait. Um, my dad was cool though. He listened to a classic rock, like Sealy Dan, Beach Boys,
00:10:03.440 um, uh, Motley Crue. Um, so not, not a whole lot of country. Um, was, is Rascal Flatts 90s? I like
00:10:11.820 Life is a Highway. Yeah. That was, that was probably early 2000s. Okay. Well that one, I got that one
00:10:17.500 from Cars and that was a good one. Oh yeah. I feel like, okay, maybe I'm actually just thinking about
00:10:23.460 an episode of The Office. I was going to say, I feel like that, uh, song played all the time,
00:10:28.060 but there's that episode of The Office where I think, I think Bree, they're taking, um, what's
00:10:33.880 her name? What's Michael's girlfriend's name? Uh, in, I don't know what season you're talking about.
00:10:39.160 To Nashua. They're, they're taking him and, uh, uh, Daryl are driving the Dunder Mifflin truck to take
00:10:47.240 her back to Nashua and Life is a Highway plays like every five minutes while he's like sobbing and
00:10:53.120 crying. Oh my gosh. What is his, what's the name of the woman that she, that he ends up marrying?
00:10:58.800 Oh, the woman he ends up marrying. Oh my gosh. Look it up. Oh my gosh. This is so silly that I
00:11:06.160 wouldn't remember this. I have watched every episode of The Office a million times. Um,
00:11:11.200 should we elect a dead president? Someone asks. Well, that's interesting. Like have Reagan be
00:11:16.660 president again or something. Um, okay. So this might seem like a kooky question, but there's not that
00:11:23.820 much of a difference between Joe Biden and Reagan. It's just like, I mean, there's a few things that
00:11:31.660 Joe Biden can do that president Reagan in his current state cannot. So yes, a few, that's one
00:11:40.240 of the few, that's one of the few things he can close his eyes, then open them. Um, but other than
00:11:46.620 that, there's ice cream, he can eat ice cream. He can do all of the things that like, uh, remotely
00:11:54.080 functional person can, but as far as like reasoning goes governing, it's about the same. Probably.
00:12:00.600 I actually think America would be better off if we just, if we didn't have a functioning president,
00:12:08.260 probably. If we're willing to elect someone that is this old and this incompetent and this just
00:12:14.260 not with it, might as well elect. I mean, why Ronald, why even Ronald Reagan go all the way back to,
00:12:20.680 I don't know, Coolidge? Might as well. Um, why is everyone, uh, why is everyone saying that they're
00:12:28.440 coming after interracial marriage? One of the reasons why people are saying that is, uh, because
00:12:34.660 there was a reference by Clarence Thomas in the Dobbs decision that the Supreme Court decision that
00:12:41.280 declared that interracial marriage is a, um, is a constitutional right, that the logic behind that
00:12:49.980 or the argument behind that was the same faulty argument that was used to decide Roe v. Wade.
00:12:55.780 And that does not mean that it's going to be overturned, obviously. I mean, do you think
00:13:01.820 Clarence Thomas would like to make interracial marriage illegal? Do you think that he would
00:13:07.000 like legislators to do that? Of course not. But he is talking about the constitutionality of the thing
00:13:11.880 and, um, he's not saying that, uh, interracial marriage or he wasn't even saying that, uh, gay
00:13:19.300 unions are immoral or should be illegal. He was not arguing that. He was saying, is it basically,
00:13:25.700 the job of the Supreme Court to decide those things or should it be decided by states?
00:13:29.880 And then you had, of course, Congress pass what is called the Respect for Marriage Act.
00:13:34.600 And while it was about the union between two men or two women, they also lumped in interracial
00:13:40.620 marriage in there. Why did they do that? They do that for PR purposes. They do that so they can say,
00:13:45.620 look at all these Republicans that voted against interracial marriage when interracial marriage is not
00:13:51.320 at risk of being outlawed at all, at all in any sense. But they want to make you think that
00:13:59.000 Republicans are against it. It's just all a part of their messaging. And I, I gotta say, it's kind of
00:14:05.500 clever, actually. Uh, let's see. Another question. Her name is Holly. Oh, Holly. Duh. On the office.
00:14:14.720 Holly is who he ends up marrying. Um, okay. This is a question that could be for everyone.
00:14:20.500 What are you hoping for in the new year? I'm hoping for what I hope for every year is that
00:14:29.160 I will somehow find inside me a new found discipline that has rarely been exemplified in my life
00:14:40.220 for a long period of time. It's not to say I'm undisciplined on everything because I'm not. And I also
00:14:46.180 go through seasons and months of being very disciplined with my schedule and everything.
00:14:51.160 But I think that most of the time I'm what I have heard called like messy, busy. Like I am
00:14:57.700 constantly busy and constantly feeling like I can't ever do one thing fully that I'm just trying to
00:15:04.240 cover all of my bases and do lots of things in a way that is just kind of like a little haphazard.
00:15:09.560 One of the things that I am worst at, which I don't laugh at. I used to laugh at it. And now I just like
00:15:16.300 really don't like it about myself. I am really bad at texting people back. And that is like a
00:15:23.200 resolution that I have had for the past five or so years. This year is going to be the year I text
00:15:28.540 people back. Here's what I do. I will think, oh shoot, you know, I haven't texted that person back in a
00:15:33.460 while. I need to text them and just like ask them how they're doing. So I'll like send a text
00:15:38.460 and then they'll text me back. They won't hear from me for another six months. And I don't do it
00:15:44.400 intentionally. I'm not thinking I want to ignore this person. Some of me has what like I think a
00:15:50.440 lot of millennials do, which man, we have issues. I have like response anxiety where I just don't know
00:15:56.720 what to say. And so I will or I it takes too much effort to say something. And so I won't and then I
00:16:04.040 will forget. Some of it is just like straight up forgetfulness. I have gotten better. I use voice
00:16:11.220 message a lot. And that that helps because I can do that while I'm driving. And that is a time where
00:16:18.320 I'm not doing anything else. I'm not distracted by anything else. I can respond to things. And so
00:16:22.780 I've got a few friends that I talk to like on Voxer and on other kinds of apps because I can do that
00:16:29.840 while I am on the road driving to and from things. But I really want to get better at texting back.
00:16:37.400 And then there's like there's, you know, all the other things I still like, you know, 20 something
00:16:43.880 months later, I'm trying to like lose the last 15 pounds that I want to lose and like be more
00:16:49.740 disciplined in eating and things like that. I want to grow the show as I always want and, you know,
00:16:54.740 get better and all that. So, yeah, there's a lot of things. I don't have high hopes for my
00:16:59.320 resolutions. So that's where my attitude is. OK, Brie, do you have any resolutions for 2023?
00:17:05.960 You actually brought up one of mine, which is the responding to people because I'm really bad at
00:17:10.960 that. And why do you think that is like, what is it for you? It's exactly what you just explained.
00:17:16.740 It's the anxiety. And then it gets what is wrong with us. We have issues. That's like not normal.
00:17:21.760 Same way. Like my friends just know, like if they need me, they need to call me. I'll answer if they
00:17:26.360 call. But if they text me, I read it. I think I respond. I forget I don't respond. And then I'm
00:17:31.780 like a week later, I'm like, oh, no. Yes. And then it's like it's too late. Yeah. And then you have
00:17:37.840 to formulate an apology for why you haven't responded, which is even more energy. And it's
00:17:44.060 just a never ending cycle. So I know. And you it's like you're tempted to you're tempted to lie
00:17:50.580 and say, oh, I thought I responded or I didn't see this, which is not true. It's the truth is
00:17:58.000 they know. I saw it in Reddit and didn't know what to say. And so I have ignored it or I didn't feel
00:18:04.900 like responding in the moment. Now, one thing that has helped me pro tip, I have a lot of people who
00:18:12.080 are like, let's schedule a catch up call, which is like then I it's like you have to schedule two
00:18:17.960 hours out of your day to catch up with someone. So I've started normalizing the like 10 minute call.
00:18:24.820 You just call someone and say hi. That's good. And if you do that more frequently, then it's like
00:18:30.400 less time out of every day and more time just like, you know, one off. So how many people would
00:18:36.640 you say that you commit to like those kind of frequent 10 minute calls to commit to or like have
00:18:46.080 because I think I'm like, OK, I could do that with like three people. I couldn't do that with 10.
00:18:50.880 Sure. Yeah. I would say maybe five. Yeah. Like I do consistently. Yeah. But yeah, I mean,
00:18:57.820 the trick is to just like do it as as consistently as you can so that you're never like, oh, we have to
00:19:04.340 schedule three hours to talk nonstop because that's so much harder than just spending five minutes
00:19:08.980 saying hi to someone. See, I kind of have phone call anxiety. Like Kayla said that if someone calls
00:19:16.600 that she will pick up. I might, too, because it would be so weird if one of my friends called me
00:19:21.300 that I would be like something is wrong. Yeah. They need to go be like picked up on the side of the
00:19:26.200 road. But I get like if someone that I hadn't talked to in a while, if they called me, I wouldn't
00:19:33.480 probably respond for two days. I would I then I would text them and be like, is everything OK or
00:19:39.640 something? That's terrible. It's terrible, actually. I just find texting to be such a waste of time.
00:19:45.020 Like I'm spending all this time like writing this message and like responding to you. I'm also a big
00:19:50.420 voice note person. My friends and I, we send a lot of voice notes. Yes. And also FaceTime. Like if I'm
00:19:55.620 same, if I'm like driving home, I'll call someone who I've been, you know, ignoring. But
00:20:01.080 not on purpose. Yeah. I'm just like, hey, sorry, dude. Things are crazy. Yeah. You know,
00:20:06.820 this. Yeah. Yeah. Voice notes are great. Texting to me is just so. Yeah. It just depends on who it
00:20:13.020 is. Like if it's someone that I'm totally just like can be myself with and I know I can send back
00:20:17.940 like two words or they can send back two words and it's not like we're not worried that the other
00:20:22.420 one is mad or something or it's just frequent like, oh, you know, blah, blah, blah. Then that's that's
00:20:28.680 easy. It is the long like it's just you really got to commit to the long ones. Dylan, are
00:20:35.580 you a good texter backer? No, not really. Yeah. Unless it's my grandpa. Then there's
00:20:43.020 a commitment there. But yeah, probably not really. I mean, really just same as y'all just
00:20:47.700 echoed. Yeah. Oh, I my grandma, she died in 2019 and we were super close and I still have
00:20:54.840 like on my Apple calendar every Sunday to call her because I used to and I like can't take
00:21:01.520 it off. I know. So you should cherish those phone calls with your grandfather. Always text
00:21:07.260 grandpa back. Yes. Oh, my gosh. I can't imagine my grandparents being able to text. It's amazing.
00:21:13.560 I send him pictures of my cat periodically. No text, just picture. That's sweet. Does he
00:21:19.140 respond? No, but I know he sees them. Yeah, there you go. This is like such a random question
00:21:26.940 that I I really don't know the answer to when I would love to hear Dylan's response to this.
00:21:33.520 Who influenced your clothing style the most? My clothing style. I don't have a clothing style.
00:21:41.400 I've had the same clothing style my entire life. I'm very simple person. I don't like big patterns.
00:21:47.900 I don't like big frills. I would wear neutrals all the time, but neutrals don't really look that
00:21:54.540 great on me because I am like a neutral gal. My hair is neutral. My skin is neutral. So it just kind
00:22:02.060 of washes me out. I think I look better in colors than I do in neutrals. But literally since the time
00:22:07.500 that I was little, when I was little, I only wanted to wear a white t-shirt and jeans, which
00:22:12.520 as you can imagine, made my mom really sad because I had two older brothers. She finally gets a girl
00:22:18.840 and I'm like, I don't want your bows. I don't want your dresses. I mean, thank goodness, though,
00:22:23.720 it was back in the 90s because today American Girl would be like, get that girl on puberty blockers.
00:22:28.640 But I grew up and I'm fine. I really, I don't follow like fashion influencers. I would say I'm
00:22:36.540 typically a year to a year and a half behind on any trends. Like I'll see a trend and I'm like,
00:22:41.760 that's so ugly. Like the chunky Chelsea boot or like the, I remember a few years ago when like the
00:22:48.620 three stripe Adidas started to come back in style. I was like, oh my gosh, all this is ugly. It just
00:22:53.800 takes me a little time. I might be a little bit trendier now. Sometimes, sometimes on things,
00:23:00.820 but I have a pretty like classic style. I would say Anthropologie, Carly Jean, Los Angeles. Those
00:23:06.320 are like the only two places that I ever shop. And really Anthropologie has been like a good friend
00:23:14.240 to me since high school. So I would say, I would say that's it. Okay, Dylan, who, like what
00:23:20.560 influencer would you say, uh, influences your style the most? I don't know if it's a person.
00:23:27.160 I don't know if I could name like one thing that, you know, I do know, I do know that I like,
00:23:33.460 I'm not typically like an athletic shorts and like t-shirt person. Thank you for never wearing
00:23:38.440 shorts to work. That's one of my rules. Men shouldn't. Well, I can't hear you because
00:23:47.040 you're not speaking into a microphone. I don't want to see their legs. And there's like a lot
00:23:50.780 of legs in the building all winter. Thank you. The guys just wear shorts. I don't get it. Thank
00:23:54.740 you. Unless you are under the age of 13, you don't need to be wearing shorts in professional
00:23:59.040 settings or at church. That's my rule. Those are the rules. Yeah. Okay. Do you follow a lot of
00:24:05.000 influencers, Bree? Like, or do you like at least just like following them for their life?
00:24:09.780 No. No. I don't really either. No. A lot of them make me cringe. I follow the ones that
00:24:15.980 don't make me cringe. Yeah. But that's it. Do you have favorite ones?
00:24:23.220 One of the only ones that I follow is her name's Maddie Nelson. And she just like, I don't know.
00:24:31.620 I just like following her and her family. It's cute. But a lot of them, I just feel like try so hard
00:24:35.880 to be something or to like, or so concerned with their like, I don't know, engagement and
00:24:42.880 all that. And I also, there was one that I used to follow that I had to unfollow. Like
00:24:48.020 cute, tiny girl. And she would always comment on like how she thinks that her like butt is
00:24:56.380 big or that she is like fat or something. And I was like, shut up. Go away. And that stuff,
00:25:05.300 I just like cannot, cannot stand. So just people that are like themselves. Is there any influencer
00:25:11.580 that you follow or like any celebrity that you follow that you like to follow? I mean,
00:25:18.120 besides Taylor Swift? I'm like, yeah, I do follow Taylor Swift. Honestly, not that I could. I'm sure
00:25:25.200 I do, but not that comes to the top of my head. I'll have to look. You have an answer, Kayla?
00:25:29.680 I don't know. You don't? I don't. No. But you kind of are a trendy, I feel like a little.
00:25:38.040 I'm just trendy. You're just trendy. Inherently. Just, it's just comes naturally.
00:25:42.340 Oh, we've already addressed this. Did the moon landing happen? I don't think that we will ever
00:25:58.480 know. I don't know. I don't know. We didn't address though. And we talked about conspiracy
00:26:04.680 theories. The birds aren't real. We didn't address that? Are you sure? Yeah. Okay. So that is a
00:26:12.220 theory that birds are actually, they're like a creation of the FBI to spy on us? Yeah. And
00:26:18.720 COVID happened because they needed to change the batteries. That's why they all locked us.
00:26:25.780 I thought they charge. So I thought when they sit on power lines, that's them charging up.
00:26:31.200 So I had it completely wrong. Yeah. They run on batteries. Oh my gosh. Wow. Okay. That,
00:26:39.420 yeah. That's like pretty ancient technology if that's how it works. Yeah. That's pretty incredible.
00:26:46.980 You know what I think is a conspiracy theory? Not a conspiracy theory. It's just like a money
00:26:52.180 operation. I think it's sketchy that, oh, you're okay. So you have to pay for Wi-Fi on the plane
00:27:00.900 and you cannot, it will not let you access Wi-Fi. You cannot do anything, but it will just
00:27:07.000 conveniently allow you on to the airline website. That doesn't make any sense. So you're saying I do
00:27:14.920 have Wi-Fi. You're just blocking all of the sites that I want to get to. Yeah. I've thought that
00:27:20.900 before too. Yeah. Um, let's see. Okay. Some of these are weird. Someone asked me, am I, do I support
00:27:34.860 my husband smoking a cigar? Um, I posted a picture a little while ago from him smoking a cigar. He never
00:27:41.980 smokes cigars, but they were there. And so he smoked it and yeah, I'm supportive. That's fine. I don't
00:27:48.320 think I would like it actually, if he smoked a cigar all the time, because it's not good for you.
00:27:52.560 I don't like the smell of cigars. And yeah, if he was smoking cigarettes, like that would be
00:27:56.440 any unhealthy habit I wouldn't like. But do I support him smoking a cigar the other night at an
00:28:02.940 event? Sure. That's why I posted a picture of it. Thought it was fun. Do y'all smoke cigars?
00:28:08.700 If they're there. Oh, really? Yeah. Uh, me and my friends, our freshman year of college,
00:28:13.640 we took a trip down to, uh, South Padre and, uh, we bought giant cigars and we're just walking up
00:28:19.000 and down the street smoking them. Wow. So cool. Bri, are you a cigar smoker? Nope. Believe it or not.
00:28:25.700 Shocking. Kayla, I feel like you are. No, no, I really don't like them. Um, I, I did smoke one
00:28:32.980 recently. I was in a wedding and so I went to the bachelor party and it was obviously all guys and
00:28:37.740 then me. Uh, so they were smoking cigars and I, I tried it, but it gave me a sore throat. So no,
00:28:44.100 I don't like them. And also they smell and taste bad. Yeah. I tried, I think I've tried a cigar.
00:28:49.560 Don't like it. One time I am not condoning this, but I think it was like in college or the year
00:28:56.600 after college, I tried a cigarette. Oh no. Yeah. It was really gross. I have never had a temptation to
00:29:05.300 try it again. Um, let's see a few more questions. Um, is there anything you're wrong about? Nope.
00:29:15.740 No, no, I'm just kidding. I'm sure there are plenty of things. There are things I've changed
00:29:18.940 my mind on over the years, but I always think like, it's funny if someone says to someone or to me,
00:29:24.580 like, Oh, you think you're right about everything. Well, of course everyone thinks they're right about
00:29:29.640 everything. That's why they have the thoughts that they do. I saw this Jerry Seinfeld bit the other
00:29:33.960 day where he was talking about his son and how his son responds to everything saying, um, you're not
00:29:39.700 wrong. You're not wrong. Like he'll be like, Oh, Chinese food sounds good. And his son will be like,
00:29:44.580 you're not wrong. He's like 17. And the Jerry Seinfeld was like, of course, like, why would I,
00:29:50.600 why would I say something thinking that it's wrong? Like, why would I have a thought that I thought was
00:29:55.400 wrong? And that's true of everyone. Everyone thinks that their beliefs are right about everything.
00:29:59.420 That's why you have those beliefs. I'm sure that there are things that I'm wrong about.
00:30:04.140 There are things that I have changed my mind on over the years. Um,
00:30:10.880 Oh my gosh, I have never, this must be conspiracy theory. And y'all can tell me what you think about
00:30:15.460 this. This, someone asks me, I don't know if this is kind of mean to ask, but I've heard this ask
00:30:22.140 before. Is Brittany Griner actually a male? I say no. I think that she's just a basketball player.
00:30:31.220 I think she's just really athletic. She's a tall woman. She's just tall. Sometimes women are six
00:30:36.520 four. I don't think she's a man. Very, very, very rarely. I have no one personally. I'm very tall.
00:30:44.260 Yeah. Yeah. I don't say, I don't think she's a man. Um, she used to play in Waco. And so like,
00:30:50.320 I've been hearing about her for quite a while. Um, and I'm at no point has,
00:30:55.880 have I thought that she was a man? Yeah. I mean, I think it would be easy to find out. Why don't
00:31:01.500 you, we just let her play some one-on-one against LeBron James and see how it goes. Um, okay.
00:31:09.540 This next question within the same little question bubble, I have never heard this before.
00:31:14.280 Is Donald Trump related to Hillary Clinton?
00:31:20.280 Like, are they cousins? Are they married? Have they had a secret love affair? I don't know.
00:31:25.620 Did someone ask this? Yes. I didn't come up with it. Is Trump related to Hillary? I don't think so.
00:31:32.840 They don't look alike. I mean, I'm at the family drama, if that's true. Oh my gosh. Think about
00:31:38.920 Thanksgiving. I know. Um, yeah, I don't think so. How old was I when I met my husband? I was 22.
00:31:51.120 Yep. I was 22 and he was 23. And the first like move that I made was remembering when his birthday
00:31:58.840 was before we were like really talking. I remembered and I told him happy birthday. It was a Monday and
00:32:03.440 he turned 24. Um, will they ever run for political office? No. Last question. Um, what's your take on
00:32:13.240 tattoos? I don't mind tattoos. I have a tattoo. My husband has a tattoo. We got, we both got them
00:32:19.660 after college. Actually, it was my husband and my first date. We went downtown and he got a tattoo on
00:32:27.060 his arm. Um, okay. Do y'all have tattoos? Have I asked this before? No, I don't think we've talked
00:32:32.860 about this. No, I think Brie does. You do? I have seven. What? Can you say what they are? Um, you don't
00:32:42.140 have to say what all of them are if you don't want to. I have, yeah, I mean, I have, I don't, you can't
00:32:47.960 probably see them, but I have, uh, one in Arabic on my wrist, Bible verse. I have, uh, a phrase in French
00:32:56.040 on my hand. I have a little greater than sign on my hand. A what? A greater than. Yeah. I have a little
00:33:01.720 planet. I have a palm tree, a little cross on my ankle. Oh my goodness. I have, uh, a world,
00:33:08.380 a word on my, uh, arm. Do you think that you'll get more? They're, they're really addicting. Like
00:33:16.320 once you get one. What's addicting about it? Like you just like how they look? I genuinely don't know,
00:33:22.040 but I know that the, when I first got one, I was like, yeah, I'll probably get more. And everyone I
00:33:25.860 know who has one feels the same way. Maybe not you. Not me. Um, I want to take mine off.
00:33:30.940 You want to take yours off? Yeah. Oh, I guess that's different. But yeah, no, I, I, if something
00:33:35.860 was, they all mean something to me and they're all only for me. Like I don't believe really in getting
00:33:41.280 tattoos as like art personally. Um, but if I thought of something that was meaningful enough
00:33:48.180 to be on my body forever, then yeah, I'd get another, but right now, no. Kayla, do you have
00:33:52.900 a tattoo? You do? Can you say what it is? Um, you don't have to. I just, I have a lot
00:33:59.100 of tattoos. Um, you do? How many do you have? More than Brie. Really? I guess I only ever
00:34:06.660 see you like in long sleeves and pants. It's so cold in the building. I have a lot like
00:34:10.600 on this arm. Um, and then I have some other. But yeah. Will you get more you think? Uh, yeah,
00:34:16.300 absolutely. I just got one recently. I was, I just got that, that one recently. Wow. Okay.
00:34:22.900 Dylan, I feel like you don't. No tattoos for Dylan. No, not for any reason, particularly
00:34:29.300 just, um, yeah, I'm not like against it or anything. I just have never gotten a tattoo.
00:34:33.800 You could get, um, your cat's face on your bicep. On your back. Yeah, it's a full, a full
00:34:40.760 bag tattoo of my cat. On your calf. A cat calf. A calf cat. Yeah. You could. Actually, I
00:34:49.380 am actually offended that none of y'all have tattooed relatable or my face on your body.
00:34:55.280 Team outing. Yeah. I thought that you were going to say, Brie, that you have like, um,
00:35:01.300 Taylor's version on your shoulder or something like that. Um, okay. Someone says that we should
00:35:06.820 do a live studio audience. Maybe we should one day. That would be fun. Um, all right. That's
00:35:12.900 all we got. I hope that y'all enjoyed that. Getting to know my team just a little bit.
00:35:17.400 Uh, we will be back here soon.
