00:02:02.420 the only fates for you if your name is Ivan Provorov. And it's also pretty obvious that you are probably

00:02:08.780 of a Russian background. And Ivan Provorov, who plays for the Philadelphia Flyers, had never heard of

00:02:16.100 that. But I'm not much of a sports gal, as many of you guys know. He is Russian Orthodox and he refused

00:02:23.820 to wear a pride jersey for some kind of pride night, I guess, that the National Hockey League that the

00:02:32.600 NHL was having. This is according to Yahoo News. On Tuesday, January 17th, the Philadelphia Flyers wore

00:02:38.400 pride themed warm up jerseys and hockey sticks before their game with the items going up for auction to

00:02:44.900 benefit charity. Why? Why? Of all things, like they're sick and homeless and vulnerable and abused

00:02:55.040 and all kinds of in harm's way people out there, all kinds of causes that don't force the people who

00:03:04.980 are supporting the causes to kind of draw moral and theological lines. I mean, honestly, like I think

00:03:11.960 if every company and every sports league and every mainstream entity, both nationally and many

00:03:19.240 institutions internationally are donning rainbow jerseys and rainbow flags, I think that that

00:03:26.700 disqualifies you from being an oppressed, marginalized group. So Ivan Provorov, sorry about that,

00:03:36.980 um, he, you know, took issue with this. He is an alternate captain and he, as I said, is Russian,

00:03:44.840 Russian Orthodox. He refused to wear the jersey on grounds of it, violating his religious beliefs.

00:03:58.120 stick and wear this pride jersey. I respect everybody. I respect everybody's choices. My choice is to stay

00:05:41.200 I think last year that also, you know, said, look, I'm a Christian and I respect people, but you're not

00:05:47.320 going to make me put on this rainbow Jersey. I mean, duh, no one should even question that. It's a

00:05:55.160 silly thing to even get worked up about. But, uh, there are some journalists who cover hockey who are

00:06:01.940 very upset about this person's decision not to hit the puck with a rainbow hockey stick. Here's that. 0.58

00:07:48.240 relationship between two men or relationship between two women. And by the way, nowadays, if you don the

00:07:54.500 pride flag, you're not just saying, Hey, you believe that two women or two men should be able to

00:08:00.180 get married under the law. You are now accepting all of the gender ideology and the gender nonsense 1.00

00:10:10.500 of the same core tenet beliefs. And so he believes that, I guess, that Jesus and what the Bible says

00:10:22.200 be applauding that. Good for him. That's not an easy thing to do. A senior NHL writer for ESPN is also

00:10:29.340 freaking out about this. Greg Wyshynski says, Ivan Provorov is the only NHL Flyers player not to have

00:10:37.040 a pride jersey up for post-game auction. The sale of pre-game jerseys and rainbow sticks

00:10:41.860 benefit Flyers charities in efforts to grow the game in diverse communities. Provorov owes them a

00:10:50.140 donation. He doesn't owe them anything. He does not owe them anything. And I understand, like, these

00:10:56.900 tyrants, these totalitarians really believe that you should be forcibly punished for not only,

00:11:05.880 not just not accepting them, but not celebrating them. You must be forced to celebrate. Not just

00:11:12.680 forced to care, not just forced to acknowledge, not just forced to accept or tolerate. You must be

00:20:37.160 investigative series that is being published by Mia Cthell. And she works for Town Hall. And she's done

00:20:43.540 this amazing expose on what happened with this couple. The couple is from Georgia. It's a gay 1.00

00:20:49.400 couple, William Dale Zillock Jr. and Zachary Jacob Zillock. So I guess under the law, they were

00:20:55.180 considered married. They're accused. And I'm just going to let you know, like, I've got to say some

00:21:00.060 dark stuff. I am going to stay out of the deep, dark details of all of this, because I don't even I

00:21:06.680 don't think it's necessary. But I do need to tell you what they are being accused of to tell you just how

00:21:12.920 awful this is. So know that I'm going to say some really dark and disturbing and terrible, terrible

00:21:17.860 things that are going to break your heart and make you sick to your stomach. But I am leaving out

00:21:22.300 actually the darkest details of what these two evil, evil people did to the son that they adopted.

00:21:30.760 So they are accused of sodomizing their two adopted sons, young sons, distributing homemade

00:21:37.000 pornography of the abuse, which we refer to as child sex abuse material, and pimping out their

00:21:43.820 sons to nearby pedophiles in Atlanta area suburbs. They have been indicted by a grand jury on charges

00:21:50.680 of incest, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, felony sexual exploitation of children

00:21:56.340 and felony prostitution of a minor. They are facing over nine life sentences and have pleaded not guilty.

00:22:15.320 requests of the couple were accepted quickly by the relevant institution. And we are seeing right now,

00:22:23.940 as I'm recording this, that Mia has published the third part in her four part series. So she has

00:22:30.700 two parts that she published this week, and then she has the third part in this four part series that she published

00:22:36.500 today. So let me back up. Let me summarize the first part of her investigative series. So a month's long town

00:22:44.360 hall investigation reveals disturbing new details about an affluent LGBTQ activist couple accused of sodomizing

00:22:50.440 their young adopted sons now ages nine and 11 and distributing this material for money to

00:22:58.140 two other people. There were recorded jailhouse calls, a trove of never before seen court documents

00:23:05.640 and testimony from a family member who spoke exclusively to town hall that uncovered the extent of the

00:23:10.780 physical and emotional trauma that these two young brothers endured, as well as the red flags that the

00:23:15.760 state overlooked during the same sex couples faster than expected adoption process. So if you look at these

00:23:23.100 two, um, if you look at these two men and their social media posts, they very much were LGBTQ

00:23:30.640 activists. They were going to the pride parades. They were taking pictures in front of the human rights

00:23:35.780 campaign building. They were constantly posting about how important it is to celebrate pride, to

00:23:41.520 celebrate homosexuality, to celebrate people's identity. And of course, painting themselves as these 1.00

00:23:47.320 kind, accepting men who just want to live normal lives and just want to become fathers. The adopted

00:23:56.060 father's 33-year-old government worker, no surprise there, William Dale Zulock Jr. and 35-year-old banker

00:24:02.920 Zachary Jacobi Zulock, who was previously accused of raping a child, actually. They're from Oxford,

00:24:10.140 Georgia. And as I said, they've been indicted facing over nine life sentences. They indicate that the

00:24:16.680 child abuse, um, in this case stretches back to as early as late 2019 intensified in January, 2021,

00:24:24.360 March, 2021, and December, 2021. And so we are talking about, um, anal rape. We are talking about, 0.52

00:24:34.520 um, what they call oral copulation and forcing these boys to engage in all kinds of sex acts and actually

00:24:42.940 not just making videos of them, but distributing them on Snapchat, going on gay dating apps like

00:24:49.340 Grindr and, um, trying to get men to come and have sex or rape rather, um, their young sons. And it was

00:24:58.920 actually a man who they were sending these videos to who snitched on this couple, um, because he had all

00:25:08.720 of this now sex abuse material on his various devices and that tipped law enforcement. And this

00:25:17.000 guy ended up telling law enforcement that, Hey, uh, this couple is producing this kind of child sex 0.88

00:25:23.800 abuse material with their sons, the indicts, uh, adopted sons. The indictment also charges the Zulock

00:25:30.740 co-defendants with soliciting two other men through the use of popular social media platforms, um, to perform

00:25:37.480 an act of prostitution. A list of the state's evidence includes 149 images collected at the

00:25:43.340 Zulock home, two flash drives containing Zachary and, um, another man, the man that ended up snitching

00:25:49.580 on them. His last name is lawless, which there's some irony there. Um, sexual assault nurse examination

00:25:56.140 results from the children's medical forensic exams. One of the boys sustained serious injuries from being

00:26:02.060 raped by his adopted father, uh, which gathered DNA evidence such as bodily fluids and documented

00:26:07.700 injuries, a text message from lawless, a Snapchat letter, two written letters from the older Zulock

00:26:12.920 child and a disc containing a data dump, um, from another man who was, um, trying to, I guess a friend

00:26:21.160 of the couple trying to rape these boys. Um, his last name was Viscaro Sanchez, his iPad and iPhone.

00:26:27.380 And so there was a relative that spoke to town hall who, um, agreed to give town hall, um, the phone

00:26:38.540 conversations, recorded phone conversations between him and between these men, um, while they were in

00:26:46.140 prison. And this relative is talking to one of the men, Zachary, trying to understand why did you do

00:26:52.340 this? What's really going on? And the guy's like, well, you know, not everything, not everything is

00:26:57.700 totally accurate. A lot of is accurate. Not everything is accurate. The relative tries to

00:27:02.400 try to understand how he's feeling. Are you worried about the boys? Are you concerned about where

00:27:08.600 they are? And he immediately dismisses that and says, well, you know, we've still got a lot of

00:27:13.500 subscriptions that are live, like, um, our Amazon prime subscription, and we're still paying that.

00:27:19.560 We're still paying our Disney plus subscription. We've got the house payments. So all of those

00:27:23.460 things are, you know, really going to pile up. So he was really concerned about the money. He's

00:27:30.040 really concerned in these conversations, um, about himself. He's not concerned at all about the

00:27:35.560 wellbeing of the boys, obviously, uh, because they adopted these boys in order to sexually assault

00:27:42.520 them and to prostitute them, to make money off of them. They bought these boys being the pedophiles

00:27:48.420 that they are knowing that these boys having special needs are going to be very vulnerable

00:27:52.740 and are obviously very small, very young, very excited to finally be accepted somewhere to

00:28:11.180 were reports of other kinds of abuse, that there was other kinds of physical abuse, that they would

00:28:15.000 slap the boys, that they would make the boys stand in the corner for eight hours without moving, um,

00:28:22.120 for punishment. And so these are sick, sick men. These are sick men who only care about themselves.

00:29:25.200 I'm not saying there aren't amazing stepdads out there. I'm not saying there aren't terrible

00:29:29.780 biological dads or that there aren't terrible biological moms or stepmoms. I'm not saying that. I'm looking at

00:29:42.280 to harm a child in the home is the non-blood related male in the home. These boys lived with two,

00:29:52.200 two non-blood related men in the home. And so they were always more likely to abuse and exploit these

00:30:02.320 boys. And they obviously had prior perversions and prior plans to adopting these boys. And yet

00:30:09.800 they were still unable to do so. I do not believe that two men should, I don't believe that men should 0.98

00:31:18.440 wellbeing. Let me just say again, kids need a mother and a father. They need a mother and a father and

00:31:24.040 all of our policies and all of our efforts should be toward the safety, the wellbeing, and the

00:31:31.060 protection of kids to put them in a home with a loving mother and father. Let's look at this

00:31:37.020 Christian adoption, this Christian adoption agency that apparently expedited this process and allowed

00:31:44.120 this to happen. All right. So let's look at this because this is honestly the most intriguing and

00:31:59.540 the saddest part to me that this was a Christian special needs adoption agency that allowed this

00:32:04.260 to happen. And I'm so glad that like, thank you, Mia at town hall for uncovering this and for talking

00:32:09.320 about this, maybe we can get her on to talk about this more, just incredible reporting. And wow, I hope

00:32:15.760 that reporting like this actually sparks change. And I hope that, I mean, if we're just hearing about

00:32:21.160 this, I guarantee you, there are more stories of this of all kinds of parents, by the way, who adopt kids

00:32:28.460 for the purpose of exploitation. Remember that little girl, there was a little three-year-old girl. She

00:32:35.020 might've been five by the time she was murdered, but there was this food network star, or she was

00:32:39.880 on a food network show a few years ago in South Carolina. She adopted this little white girl,

00:32:44.000 even as she is tweeting about like white privilege and how white privilege is terrible and how her

00:32:49.020 biological black kids have it, you know, so much worse than her adopted white kids. And she and her 1.00

00:32:53.540 husband ended up beating this child to death. And I'm not so sure they didn't adopt her for the purpose

00:32:59.340 of trying to abuse her and exploit her and use her as an example of evil white privilege. 0.95

00:33:04.180 And so like, what are we, what are we doing with our adoption system, man? All right, let's talk

00:33:11.640 about this. So, um, Mia is reporting that, uh, seven years prior to the adoption, Zachary,

00:33:19.680 one of the men, one of the dads was accused of being a child rapist, but was never charged

00:33:26.080 more than a decade ago. There was a 2011 probe into Zachary's alleged pedophilic behavior when he was

00:33:32.480 accused of luring a 14 year old boy to a residence in Walton County, the same jurisdiction as today's

00:33:37.160 horrifying child sexual abuse case and having anal sex with the underage victim. So I don't like the

00:33:42.720 phrase having sex with when you're talking about a minor, it's rape. It's rape because kids can't 1.00

00:33:48.400 consent. I don't care if you say that the kid said, yes, the kid can't consent. You're an adult,

00:33:52.940 you had sex with a minor, that's rape. So he raped a minor. The minor was 14 years old,

00:33:58.480 but the 2011 child rape case was shut down and no charges were pursued against Zachary.

00:34:04.100 Interesting. Alcavie Judicial Circuit District Attorney Randy McGinley, who serves Walton County,

00:34:10.980 is now formally asked the Walton County Sheriff's Office to continue its previous probe because he

00:34:15.500 believes it was closed without a whole lot of investigation into it, which is sad. So how was

00:34:19.880 a previously accused child rapist able to adopt two children with his newly wedded husband?

00:34:26.420 Apparently with ease, Mia writes. In 2018, the Zula co-defendants adopted the two brothers through

00:34:31.840 All God's Children, Inc., a now defunct, interesting, private special needs adoption agency in Watkinsville,

00:34:39.300 Georgia. Wow. Which focused on children in the state who have waited the longest to be placed with

00:34:45.240 a family. So they just really, they just really went after the most vulnerable here.

00:34:51.300 All God's Children matched families with special needs children considered more difficult to place

00:34:55.560 because they are older, need to be placed with their siblings, or have physical or mental or emotional

00:34:59.520 slash behavioral challenges. The brothers, now ages 9 and 11, already came from a broken home where

00:35:04.700 their biological parents were addicted to heroin, per a relative's knowledge. I do think they had

00:35:08.860 every intention, and this is why they adopted them for this purpose. Another family member,

00:35:13.180 who spoke exclusively with Town Hall, out of concern for the sibling pair's well-being, expressed.

00:35:19.240 Um, William and Zachary preyed on the children's vulnerability as kids raised by struggling heroin

00:35:25.260 addicts, Town Hall's family insider asserted. And then they've got pictures of them like with their

00:35:31.060 kids. Happy gotcha day three years ago. Absolutely disgusting. This was in 2018. As well as undergoing

00:35:38.340 criminal background checks, William and Zachary were required to attend mandatory pre-adoption

00:35:42.520 parenting classes called Parents as Tinder Healers. Trauma informs training curriculum to learn more about

00:35:48.420 parenting children with a history of losses. An agency caseworker also completed a family assessment,

00:35:53.500 which was presented to social workers throughout Georgia for matchmaking and a home study of the

00:35:57.520 Zulox. The entire undertaking took eight to 12 weeks. Wow. Those of you who have gone through the

00:36:02.620 adoption, the fostering process, you know, it takes typically takes a lot longer than that. Typically

00:36:07.260 seven months after the boys moved in in 2018, Georgia's courts made the forever family official on

00:36:13.980 November 7th, 2018. All God's Children, a former member agency of the Georgia Association of Licensed

00:36:21.400 Adoption Agencies, state, the statewide network had worked in partnership with the Georgia Department

00:36:26.820 of Family Services, which oversees the state's division of family and children services to find

00:36:32.060 families for Georgia's waiting children. Town Hall contacted Georgia DHS regarding how much oversight

00:36:38.060 and involvement it had in the agency's operations. They kind of got some standard canned answers.

00:36:42.940 Town Hall also asked if the 2011 case was ever officially brought up over the course of the

00:36:47.300 adoption process for this family and if the alleged incident ever appeared during Zachary's criminal

00:36:53.280 records check when the co-defendant applied to become an adoptive parent. DFCS child welfare and

00:36:59.320 CBS records are confidential under state law. The spokesperson replied, as such, we are unable to comment on the

00:37:04.620 specifics of any child welfare abuse slash neglect cases nor confirm or deny the existence of related

00:37:10.360 records. As for how involved Georgia DFCS was in the agency's background checks, family placement,

00:37:17.440 and home visits, Winton said all families are required to undergo background checks, including

00:37:21.340 fingerprint-based checks of state and national crime information, databases, and checks of child

00:37:26.160 abuse in the GALAX registries, whether they are working with the child placing agency or DFCS.

00:37:32.260 Um, everything seemed fine. I actually thought DFCS would be more scrutinizing with them because they

00:37:38.160 were a same-sex couple, the Zuloc family inside her town hall. However, it seemed like they passed

00:37:43.160 everything with flying colors. What is a Christian agency doing allowing two gay men to adopt kids?

00:37:52.260 Like, I understand that the secular adoption agencies want to, I understand that. What's a Christian

00:38:00.040 adoption agency who says that they believe in the Bible that God created us male and female,

00:38:08.220 that he created marriage to be between a man and a woman. Why are they even allowing two men to adopt 0.90

00:38:33.360 Snellville house in March, 2018, before their mansion in Oxford, Georgia was built, which is

00:38:41.760 interesting. They apparently got a lot of money, um, somewhere in there. The domestic nonprofit dissolved

00:38:48.640 in October, 2022, according to the Georgia corporate corporations division, the family member

00:38:53.540 who was given access to Zachary social media account saw that he had privately discussed on the

00:38:57.100 Instagram. It's impending dissolution with all God's children, ex executive director, Emily Carol

00:39:01.880 Bailey, when he was going to refer someone to, to y'all on the website. Unfortunately, we had to close.

00:39:09.860 Um, the ex director said, we are still trying to decide if we want to try and adopt a girl.

00:39:21.740 Zachary told this ex director, we are doing awesome. The boys have changed so much from when we first met

00:39:26.380 them. They aren't even the same kids. I would say, because you've been raping them every day for the

00:39:30.940 past few years, and you've been pimping them out to your friends on Grindr. I would say that they've

00:39:36.920 probably changed. Yeah. And you wanted to adopt a girl to do the same thing. You fricking evil people.

00:39:53.900 our lives. The ex director of this Christian adoption agency says, it makes me so happy to hear

00:39:58.880 this. So glad you and the boys are thriving. Zachary then asked Bailey for a personal recommendation

00:40:04.420 on another adoption agency to which Bailey recommended two agencies open to same sex

00:40:09.280 families, Bethany Christian services, Bethany Christian services. Now's your chance. The most

00:40:15.880 influential and largest conservative Christian adoption agency in America. The church is doing

00:40:22.020 well, y'all. And Chris 180, the first and largest nonprofit organization in Georgia to openly

00:40:28.760 celebrate and serve LGBTQ plus. You think so much, Emily. Zachary messaged, pinging a heart reaction.

00:40:38.460 Flash forward to this past summer, the country's DFCS office was notified about the need for

00:40:43.920 emergency protective placement for two young children and joined Athens-Clarke County sexual

00:40:48.820 assault nurse examiners program advocates who provided forensic medical attention to the abused

00:40:54.020 Zoolock boys in the midnight July rescue option or operation at the family's mansion. Both boys were 0.67

00:41:00.420 placed in DFCS custody. They made us give our give us give up our parental rights on August 1st.

00:41:29.560 a private messenger chat from July 2020 with Facebook friend. And yes, a lot of kids are

00:41:33.840 sexually abused, especially in foster care. He said some people only foster for the money and don't

00:41:38.340 give an SHIT about the kids. The boys foster parents were not bad people. However, they only did

00:41:43.360 it for the money. I mean, what an absolute psychopath. What an absolute sociopath. Again,

00:41:49.520 if like this is just a story that we're hearing about, how often does this happen? Like how often

00:41:54.640 are people adopting kids for the money? How often are background checks just not even looked into for

00:41:59.660 anyone for any kind of couple, but especially for the couple that an adoption agency can hoist up and

00:42:05.260 say, look how inclusive and look how tolerant and look how diverse we are. I mean, this is scary stuff.

00:42:11.040 These poor kids. And I just, I mean, this is just one of those things where I just had to wonder

00:42:16.700 like, why God, why would you let this happen to these poor children? Why? It makes me so sad. I

00:42:59.220 even crossed my mind. If we had not been allowed to adopt the boys, that's taking our rights away.
