Dustin Kittle was raised on a cattle and poultry farm in Geraldine, Alabama. He served as a state Future Farmers of America officer in high school, and he attended Cumberland Law School. He began practicing litigation focused on agricultural and environmental law. He has represented small farmers and rural Americans in successful cases against Fortune 500 companies, including Ford, Verizon, Wireless, and Windstream Communications. In 2020, he worked with the U.S. Department of Justice in proposing amendments to the CARES Act to provide relief for farmers and ranchers. He is the owner of Snow Creek Ranch and Snow Creek Law, a law firm in Santa Fe, Tennessee. He s devoted his life to small farmers, and has very interesting information about corruption at the USDA and the shift of land in this country of our agricultural land base to foreign ownership. The USDA, was created back in the 1930s to save small farmers from the banks which were victimizing them and making them bankrupt. Today, its job is just the opposite. Its job is to represent big agriculture and subjugate and destroy small farmers in America. Listen to this episode to learn more about his story and how he has fought against corporate agriculture and corporate interests in order to protect small farmers across the country from corporate greed and corruption.
