Summary

Summaries generated with gmurro/bart-large-finetuned-filtered-spotify-podcast-summ .

In this episode, I talk about why I decided to return to the team, why I didn't stream at the LoveSpeaker event, and why streaming might or might not be a thing in the future. I also talk about the reason why I chose not to stream the event yesterday, and what I've been up to since then.

00:00:00.000 it's time for the announcement it's time for the announcement
00:00:05.780 i am back on the team i'm i'm back working with yay finally a little bit over a year now
00:00:20.900 i am excited to announce that i will be joining the team again and in a couple different capacities
00:00:27.800 is something that i've wanted to do it's genuinely like what i really want to do there's no other job
00:00:34.500 that i'm excited to take don't even really care how much money it is but i'm back
00:00:40.960 and i'm i'm very excited so can we get some w's for love speech okay i'm back a little bit over a
00:00:50.760 year um i talked about it before i was fired last year um and working in a couple different
00:00:57.060 capacities organizing things working on editing um working on things creatively politically blah
00:01:02.020 blah like it wasn't anything specific but i was i was on the team um and then there were created
00:01:06.780 differences got fired and it was it was really uh disappointing and it's something that that i've
00:01:14.860 always you know i've wanted to do this ever since i was a little kid and yay saw that i was all that
00:01:23.280 i've always been team yay and it was actually something specific from from the stream it was
00:01:27.480 a specific clip and i'm going to show you and explain i'm going to explain but yeah i'm back
00:01:32.800 um so streaming might be i'm not gonna i'm not gonna confirm things too much i'm not gonna confirm
00:01:43.080 and talk about things too much because you know i kind of want to just let it happen and it's more
00:01:47.500 of a passion project than it is anything financial or anything for my stream it's something that i just
00:01:52.100 that i just genuinely want to do something that i think impacts the world um and i you know i'm
00:01:58.340 really i'm really i'm really excited to be back
00:02:01.060 i'm really excited to be back and i want this to be first let me okay there's a lot of things that
00:02:10.820 i want to talk about but that this is the reason why i didn't want to stream the event yesterday
00:02:16.800 was because one like i i've you know i have a personal relationship with you
00:02:22.060 okay i'm gonna teach this off or not
00:02:28.080 i didn't want to stream yesterday because
00:02:31.460 the the creative differences that i had with yay or think that that i come from like i have an
00:02:37.840 influencer mindset i think like a clout dude and i had to shift that off and become an employee
00:02:46.020 become you know somebody on the team uh with the a24 and now that was difficult to shift off and i
00:02:51.500 think some of that leaked in do i think i didn't do anything egregious it wasn't anything specific
00:02:55.260 but it was just that overall vibe and i didn't want to bring that again because that was that was
00:03:00.120 pretty much the creative difference that i had with yay to begin with so everybody in love speech
00:03:06.360 which i got from yay that name everybody loves he's really wanted me to stream but i remember having
00:03:12.020 a long conversation with my filmer um needles earlier in the day and i was strategizing what
00:03:18.160 i wanted to do because what was more important than immediate live viewers i probably got i would
00:03:21.960 have got a lot of live viewers but what's more important long-term relationships or influence
00:03:28.960 this is what i always say is more important than clout is influence and i don't think a lot of
00:03:33.820 you understand uh what i mean by that because you guys think it's the same thing it's not because
00:03:38.580 having making a creative impact or making a video back on youtube that would get 300 000 views
00:03:47.660 that was crafted over the span of weeks and weeks of writing of editing of reworking of adding music
00:03:54.260 all these things i'm those videos are still ingrained into the minds of almost every person
00:03:59.740 who watched that video and it's left an impact sure it didn't get millions and millions of views
00:04:03.800 but it's it's changed the way some people think genuinely even though sometimes sometimes i'll hear
00:04:08.880 an interview and even though it doesn't like the most viewed video is not the most impactful it's when
00:04:14.340 someone says something different when somebody wears a certain piece of clothing and then it influences
00:04:19.860 other people that is more impactful and that's what's more important and so i didn't want to
00:04:24.780 go to this because something that i think is really so special um which is yay's music and turn it into
00:04:32.220 something that's for clout and so i see like jack show up and like try to turn it into something like
00:04:36.780 whoa fake contract and it's like yeah that will get a lot of views who gives a fuck then people forget 0.70
00:04:45.480 the next day i think social media especially irl streaming has shifted people's brains to think like
00:04:51.160 the most views right now is what's important it's not it's not influences doing something that people
00:04:59.180 haven't seen creating something that's that's unique and that's special and so i decided not to stream it
00:05:04.400 but i still wanted to go because i knew that like my i knew i knew to some extent that my my presence
00:05:11.720 was going to have some sort of impact so let me show you how i ended up um this is actually um if you
00:05:19.560 want to see how i i got back on it was it's literally this clip it's literally a clip from sneeko updates
00:05:31.100 so shout out to sneeko updates first off this clip
00:05:35.400 that that got me that got me back on so just the fact this year alone and i i don't want to spell it
00:05:55.820 out for you i don't i don't want to like i don't you can you can understand why right you get it
00:06:04.080 do i need to tell you the whole reason you could see this and understand why i know
00:06:08.420 you know i i'm yapping i don't even i don't i don't want to i don't want to talk about it too much
00:06:13.260 because like there's a lot more i could say there's a lot more and and it would it would become
00:06:17.760 more interesting but like that this is um the balance of being a content creator and um and doing
00:06:22.660 something that i want to do i've never seen myself as a streamer i like i love the love speech
00:06:28.700 community you know the schizos the people that are always in the chat i love you guys i love the
00:06:33.900 consistent viewers i love the community aspect but i don't really love streaming what i love is art
00:06:40.260 that's what i want to do that's what i plan on doing i probably see myself streaming for two three
00:06:45.560 years but i kind of see it in a way like like it's a job i got clock in you can do the you know
00:06:51.540 you do your time and then you get paid and then there's a good community obviously i love that
00:06:57.860 part but the the art of streaming i don't love i love making the videos that the original people
00:07:05.040 on youtube on bot two before i got banned that people connected with i love art i love music i love
00:07:10.660 um you know influencing people inspiring people you know i love uplifting people saying something in a
00:07:19.220 way that makes people like belly laugh because they haven't heard a concept explained in that way
00:07:23.440 that's what i really love and i think a lot of people can relate to that but the allure the the
00:07:32.020 power that clout has that's it's so it's so strong that you want to be like hey let me get the picture
00:07:38.620 that you you want to be like hey let me do the prank video i but that's not i'm trying to tell you
00:07:44.960 like that stuff is fading it's fleeting it'll make you happy in the moment but it's not going to give
00:07:49.380 you um it's not going to satisfy that creative need um w announcement drop the mecca video then
00:07:57.480 hey i need i need to work in the mecca video i need to work in the mecca video but you know at the 0.98
00:08:01.080 same time like this is um this is what i do leaf coat leaf coat i'm not leaf coat i've said this shit 0.94
00:08:06.640 every single how often do i say this chatty's breaking up with us i'm not breaking up i'm still 0.88
00:08:10.080 streaming i'm still going to be streaming but if this pans out the way that i want it to pan out
00:08:16.020 then things might change a little bit we'll see we'll see how it goes good night haters no not good
00:08:25.200 night and like you see how they try to they try to bring you back into this world it's something
00:08:31.220 that i've been thinking about a lot they try to suck you in and they try to never get you out
00:08:36.420 and i i'm i'm really i'm gonna i'm not gonna diss somebody but let me talk about this
00:08:43.400 like this morning drama alert tweeted this we all agree three streamers fell off it's me neon and then
00:08:50.200 you know and then you see something like this and this is supposed to drive you to you know do more 0.99
00:08:56.520 fuck shit for cloud it's gonna make seeing something that's like oh i need a i need a 0.99
00:09:01.520 you're gonna keep doing that so that people don't say you fell off you can't let that as a 1.00
00:09:07.460 contemplator you cannot let that hold you back because it's a constant trap um and here's i'm not
00:09:14.660 gonna diss but um okay vitaly for example got back into streaming and this is what he's doing
00:09:21.800 either original youtuber you know used to watch the videos when i was a kid and now he's iRL streaming
00:09:26.140 i don't want to be doing this when i'm 30 like yes streaming is fun but i don't want content
00:09:47.620 creation to be my only endeavor because this is what it is if you want to satisfy the chat if you 0.96
00:09:54.460 don't want someone like fucking if you don't want someone to say you fell off this is what you do 0.95
00:09:59.680 because you will stay viral doing this literally like turning yourself into 0.99
00:10:03.740 like and no disrespect i get it's funny but i i personally don't want to be doing this i'm not
00:10:11.860 saying that like to come off with the superiority complex i genuinely i genuinely want to like push
00:10:17.280 myself to do something great and i don't think that this is great i don't think i don't think it
00:10:21.740 even i don't think anyone does and so i was talking about this neon today saying like you got
00:10:32.960 to give respect to a lot of guys like uh logo paul and ksi for building businesses you got to give
00:10:37.700 respect to nelk for building a business building something outside of content creation to where
00:10:43.060 content creation isn't their whole thing if you do if you turn content creation into your life
00:10:49.760 this becomes your life you know you get into your 30s and you don't have anything else 0.98
00:10:54.060 you need to turn the camera on and fucking go 0.99
00:10:56.600 and this is this is not my passion 0.99
00:11:00.740 and i get i get it's funny you know uh wish the best of him hope he does well but
00:11:09.820 you're saying vitality made this possible for you all respect bro he did pioneer prank videos a lot
00:11:23.760 but then what's next you know yay pioneered producing at the time then he became the greatest rapper
00:11:30.740 a lot and then he became the greatest artist of our generation what are you scared of dude i gotta pray
00:11:35.140 sneakers will want to be normie absolutely not i don't want to be a normie i want to be i want
00:11:42.740 chat uh i'll stream i've always wanted to become a director i went to film school for two years and
00:11:49.780 then i dropped out because youtube started doing well and i was creating movies for myself
00:11:52.500 and then i got stuck on youtube i didn't know what to do and i wasn't making that much money found
00:11:56.420 streaming and i was doing really well speaking my mind every single day but then you kind of have to
00:12:01.260 constantly deliver because people will measure your self-worth based on how many concurrent live
00:12:05.900 viewers you have and even then being a streamer is kind of the sick world because i see the 12,000
00:12:13.480 concurrent live viewers right now and part of you wants to say like i'm banned on every single platform
00:12:18.000 i'm banned on youtube twitch tiktok i'm banned on everything i was banned on twitter got reinstated
00:12:22.000 and i'm still pulling 12,000 concurrent on rumble an alternative site that was down yesterday
00:12:27.420 how many people could do that and they're still going to say i fell off i'm the only youtuber
00:12:33.880 who got banned and turned up and they still say i fell off i don't i get banned on tiktok when a video
00:12:40.860 gets 300,000 views the video all the clippers say it not all but you know we're getting better i
00:12:45.260 when a video starts doing well on tiktok they take it down because it has my name on it i'm not even
00:12:51.100 allowed on the biggest video sharing platform and they still say i fell off they still don't give you
00:12:57.260 the credit because they want you to be they want you to be sucked into this world that's constantly 0.97
00:13:02.460 like what's next go crazier go crazier cry kill yourself kill someone fight someone twerk do the 0.99
00:13:11.140 dance monkey they you want to turn into a fucking balloon monkey slapping the drum i do an interesting 1.00
00:13:17.320 interview on this stream with somebody that i think is interesting and they scream the whole time 0.98
00:13:23.640 because they just everybody's brains are getting fried so there needs to be there's a space for
00:13:28.600 somebody to make content for somebody to do something that's different for somebody to be
00:13:33.760 you know creating something that's that's out of this world that's new that's that's that's weird
00:13:41.220 and the risk the risk is it doesn't get as many views the risk is that you you fall off and when
00:13:48.580 people attach their self-esteem to their clout falling off is the worst possible thing that
00:13:54.260 could happen in your life but what i realized in mecca and being around god is god is what makes me
00:14:00.580 happy god is where i find true peace prayer is where my validation lies is in making god happy i could
00:14:09.300 give a fuck about views genuinely i don't care anymore i have my i have my hours i'm good i'm good 0.93
00:14:16.580 i can get 200 concurrent i wouldn't give a fuck because i'm looking for impact i'm looking for 0.98
00:14:23.100 influence and there's there's really an avenue for people to do that right now and some people 0.81
00:14:30.080 could say i'm yapping right now the reason i say this is because my way of thinking like that that
00:14:34.940 frame of thinking is how yesterday i went to a concert and i got the job i got my dream job back
00:14:40.260 it crushed me like at first when i when when yay told me like i don't want to work with you
00:14:45.320 anymore it crushed me like i didn't want to do anything for two weeks i don't know if you remember
00:14:48.340 i didn't stream for two weeks afterwards it's because that how hard it crushed me you know
00:14:53.140 there's nothing there's no person people you know people people ask me like who do you who would you
00:14:58.900 rather speak to like dead or alive right now and i said i already did like anybody in history the
00:15:03.360 person that i wanted to work with and not only work just speak to dead or alive was yay and i did
00:15:09.320 and so losing that and like literally learning from my mentor one-on-one like that not my mentor
00:15:14.860 but like one of my heroes growing up genuinely was was a life-changing experience you know it was
00:15:21.440 crushing to be able to like talk on the phone and for hours on end this person is saying like you know
00:15:27.380 roasting your whole existence saying everything that the chat is not even aware of because they're 0.97
00:15:33.100 not dope enough yet so you hear talking to him and saying like yo your drip is trash like talking 0.97
00:15:38.880 how you go come in a easy studio with a cream hoodie and even then like what i need to work 0.95
00:15:44.500 there's more i could talk about but i'm not gonna i'm not gonna i'm not gonna give away the sauce too
00:15:49.080 much but i got things that i gotta work on and i'm really looking forward to that it's great that
00:15:54.880 this year has got to end on that note because now i gotta go into 2024 with a new goal my goal of 2023
00:16:00.760 was to work so hard that i'm able to beat the cancellation and i did i did not many people
00:16:10.200 could say that i got wiped and i'm bigger than i was before and i was able to secure
00:16:15.500 a future on a platform that i love like rumble i secured it i did it i'm locked i'm good now what
00:16:23.140 else i accomplished that goal starting to get complacent what's next okay yay
00:16:27.820 you're back once you're back on the team
00:16:31.260 and i always knew what was gonna happen you know i i genuinely i and i i all this i'm just
00:16:39.980 to say is that i could have sacrificed that for immediate clout and 1.00
00:16:44.900 i mean to tell you that it's garbage bro it's absolute fucking trash 1.00
00:16:51.580 it's trash so shout out to love speech i love you guys and you know i'm i'm i'm genuinely really 1.00
00:16:58.460 excited for the future
00:17:13.020 you
