00:00:00.000 welcome back to another episode of stand on guard i'm your host david creighton and i'm

00:00:06.880 broadcasting to you live from ottawa when we come back it's a it's a sad day for not just

00:00:13.840 conservative but humanity and with the murder assassination of charlie kirk and we'll be

00:00:23.660 discussing that thanks for thanks for joining me this morning be back in your moments

00:00:30.000 the prime minister lied and his minions continue to your home is your castle we're calling on the

00:00:39.260 government to introduce and immediately pass the stand on guard law so we also need to resolve to

00:00:47.540 resist

00:00:48.200 yes please like the station really appreciate everything you've done to support us subscribe

00:01:02.120 that's so important and

00:01:05.020 everything you do to make this station better to help us survive is always always appreciated

00:01:14.900 so charlie kirk yesterday more than a conservative activist i'll be reading

00:01:20.060 what i wrote for human events this morning and i really encourage you to have a look at that

00:01:27.860 article it just just literally went up five minutes ago and it's

00:01:32.060 i don't know quite how to say this it's this was a political assassination it was a murder

00:01:39.620 and i'm just personally shocked at the response from the mainstream media in canada in the u.s

00:01:48.000 trying to frame this around this being somehow president donald trump's fault and or even worse

00:02:00.700 from the leftist msnbc they actually had a guy on there yesterday suggesting it was charlie kirk's fault 1.00

00:02:11.140 he got assassinated because he got people angry and this to me is the height of stupidity 1.00

00:02:18.580 but it goes beyond just just being brain dead to say these things this is demonic 0.99

00:02:25.520 and i was i was on my good friend mark patrone's radio show just a half an hour ago

00:02:30.320 talking about this and that's saga 960

00:02:33.660 and we're all we're all in shock over this because this was not a politician and and i'm not saying

00:02:43.000 it's okay or it's understandable if a politician is assassinated but this was a basically a journalist

00:02:52.240 activist who spent most of his time reaching out to youth at campuses across the united states with

00:03:01.520 turning point usa and he encouraged students to debate ideas he was not into indoctrination

00:03:08.940 except what i'm saying or else which is what of course academia has been doing for decades

00:03:13.960 his point was simply here's what i believe if you don't believe that tell me show me demonstrate to

00:03:21.900 me why i should believe something else but i can tell you why i think you should believe this

00:03:26.360 it's called free speech it's called free thought it's called discourse it's called debate

00:03:30.980 which is what academia used to be all about but for the past 30 40 years it's been all about

00:03:37.620 imposed neo-marxist ideology and charlie kirk came against that front and center

00:03:44.760 i just want to have a look at some of the some of the wonderful comments that came out of

00:03:50.800 a lot of folks yesterday and like i say we're hoping to have a katie pasadine on the show later i have

00:04:08.560 i'm not sure why she hasn't responded so far this morning but we're hoping to have her and this is

00:04:15.040 incredible governor cox of utah has ordered the state or the flag the united states flag at state

00:04:22.020 facilities and to be to be taken down to half mast

00:04:27.860 so we might revisit that later but here's a

00:04:32.260 here's charlie kirk very very young charlie kirk with candace owens they were they were very good

00:04:38.560 friends candace was in such i believe candace was was in such grief yesterday she didn't even do

00:04:44.540 a show she just posted on x that she was absolutely shocked happy to see that prime minister mark carney

00:04:51.360 did respond and this some people say he was a little late however he did respond and a lot of his

00:05:01.380 left-leaning liberals will not like that he responded so i i say congratulations in this instance

00:05:07.860 mr carney i'm appalled by the murder of charlie kirk there's no justification for political violence

00:05:13.080 and every act of it threatens democracy my thoughts and prayers are with his family friends and loved

00:05:18.440 ones yes here's candace owens response i can't process this and of course she she didn't do a show 0.99

00:05:26.060 yesterday donald j trump on true social in honor of charlie kirk a truly great american patriot name

00:05:34.140 ordering all american flags throughout the united states lowered at half mast until sunday evening

00:05:39.560 at 6 p.m i don't know if that's ever been done for a civilian

00:05:45.200 so it's an incredible act he posted on true social yesterday uh donald president donald trump posted on

00:05:54.360 true social yesterday the great and even legendary charlie kirk is dead no one understood or had the

00:06:00.060 heart of the youth in the united states of america better than charlie he was loved and admired by all

00:06:06.360 especially me and now he's no longer with us millennia and my sympathies go out to his

00:06:14.000 beautiful wife erica and family charlie we love you and daniel smith posted this with the picture

00:06:22.340 charlie kirk and his wife erica and his one-year-old son three-year-old daughter

00:06:27.580 and daniel smith god bless you for putting this up i'm saddened and horrified by the shooting of charlie kirk

00:06:35.180 our hearts are with charlie and his family political violence has no place in a free and democratic society

00:06:41.380 and must be condemned without reservation conservative leader pierre paulieff soon to be the official opposition leader again

00:06:48.980 put this up on x

00:06:51.600 we must all strongly denounce the shooting of charlie kirk political violence is never justified

00:06:59.480 the attacker must be brought to justice and free speech must be upheld pray for mr kirk

00:07:07.300 and his family well thank you pierre for yes those very very profound thoughts and

00:07:14.760 i could say that's uh donald trump was quick to be on the draw with us yesterday

00:07:20.780 and i think he really really is uh you know somebody who's who's going to miss

00:07:29.800 charlie kirk very much and so i want to go through some of the uh videos we have here

00:07:39.220 i'm going to save the clayton morris video here and like i say we'll be talking about the ostrich farms

00:07:45.420 later because this is another hit piece from the cbc via canadian press and i'm just disgusted at this article

00:07:54.180 but before i get to the videos i wanted to read what i put on human events this morning

00:08:03.700 and it's i'm i'm quite i'm quite proud of it here and uh here we go

00:08:12.260 yeah like i say

00:08:15.460 like i say this article has just went up this morning a tribute to charlie kirk

00:08:22.840 i was proud to be a part of it and literally everybody from

00:08:28.140 jack basovia

00:08:32.240 to libby emmons the editor of

00:08:37.540 managing editor of the post-millennial

00:08:41.200 uh kenny cody who is the editor of human events

00:08:45.760 and andy nago is on here as well

00:08:49.740 and just put everybody all all the staff of human events the post-millennial

00:08:55.660 and contributors including myself

00:08:59.420 and i i'm so glad i was included in this i just i got the word this morning and

00:09:05.360 i put i put this together

00:09:07.120 and here it is uh charlie kirk was not just a conservative activist he was a freedom fighter who told the youth of america and the world

00:09:15.660 that they didn't have to settle for monotony and slavery

00:09:20.200 of collectivism they had the power to think to embrace liberty and to question the left-wing assumptions that have dominated universities for decades

00:09:28.740 he told the left that it could no longer control the minds of young people and he challenged that

00:09:33.300 control by encouraging and spearheading the sort of open debate in academia that inevitably exposes the sham conclusions and fear-mongering of the neo-marxists who continue to insist people exist to serve the state when in reality we all enjoy the precious gift of freedom as an act of god

00:09:51.860 we mourn charlie's death we honor his legacy we pray for his wife and children we insist that the criminal who committed this atrocity will be punished we resolve that this terrorism against conservative voices

00:10:02.460 be stopped

00:10:04.120 kirk's political assassination represents the left's attempt to sabotage his political outreach

00:10:10.180 and massive success with the young people who compromise who comprise sorry comprise america's future

00:10:16.360 even in death the left-wing media could not embrace a moment of silence to honor kirk's accomplishments

00:10:21.540 and love for his country instead they wondered how president donald trump would use this event

00:10:26.660 to bolster his power and persecute his enemies revealing just how bankrupt is the reporting and how bereft of compassion

00:10:32.880 is their attitude and how toxic is their philosophy

00:10:36.120 but the song of freedom is never silenced even if the chief troubadours are murdered

00:10:41.820 charlie's work has not ended with this horrible murder the hundreds of thousands the millions of

00:10:47.740 youths he inspired and motivated already coming forward to take up the torch of liberty

00:10:52.660 charlie's message will continue to reverberate and resonate at campuses around the world

00:10:57.880 and in future elections where young people ensure the longevity and hegemony

00:11:01.800 of freedom and we who were deeply moved by his love of freedom country will push back with an even

00:11:08.000 greater degree of intensity against those who would dare murder to advance their hideous political agenda

00:11:13.600 they shall not pass so i was very proud to write that and i appreciate you listening

00:11:21.780 yeah because i don't often read my my work to you but i that i do on um new media and in other

00:11:30.440 outlets like that

00:11:32.400 so i wanted to share a few of these videos with you

00:11:37.940 this is this is this is incredible here

00:11:41.760 just absolutely incredible environment um in which a shooting like this happens

00:11:46.960 yeah and again i emphasize what you just emphasized we don't know any the

00:11:51.480 full details of this that we don't know if this was the supporter shooting their gun off

00:11:55.500 in celebration or so we have no idea about this but following up with what was just said

00:12:00.680 he's been one of the most divisive especially divisive younger figures in this

00:12:05.400 who is constantly sort of pushing this sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups

00:12:11.900 and i always go back to hateful thoughts lead to hateful words which then lead to hateful actions

00:12:20.120 and i think that's the environment we're in that that people just you can't stop with these sort of

00:12:25.720 awful thoughts you have and then saying these awful words and not expect awful actions to take place

00:12:31.480 and that's the unfortunate environment we're in

00:12:33.880 i

00:12:34.380 yeah sorry mike was muted there that's the unfortunate environment we're in

00:12:49.300 um it's incredible some of this material that is that has been circulating since this i haven't

00:12:56.020 there's another one here that i wanted to uh

00:12:58.420 wanted to share with you

00:13:02.740 and it's uh it's just it's it's absolutely uh astounding what is uh

00:13:21.780 what is going up here

00:13:22.820 sorry i just have to

00:13:30.980 get this for you here and it's uh

00:13:42.260 i appreciate that but right now with all due respect we're walking down a damn different path 1.00

00:13:59.380 we're fighting fire with fire and we're gonna punch these sons of bitches in the mouth 1.00

00:14:03.380 so that's 1.00

00:14:07.380 that's the kind of talk we're getting from democrats that's a got democratic governor

00:14:13.780 california yeah newsome and that's how he's talking this is you know incredibly violent talk and

00:14:23.940 it's it's quite frightening to hear here's the governor of utah talking about this event yesterday

00:14:29.620 this is quite touching this is a dark day for our state it's a tragic day for our nation

00:14:38.580 i want to be very clear that this is a political assassination

00:14:46.900 we are

00:14:49.780 celebrating 250 years of the founding of this great nation that founding document the declaration of

00:14:57.540 independence

00:15:00.660 that this this great experiment on which we embarked together 250 years ago that we are endowed by our

00:15:07.220 creator with certain unalienable rights the first one of those is life and today

00:15:15.700 the life was taken

00:15:20.340 charlie kirk was first and foremost a husband and a dad to two young children

00:15:27.540 he was also

00:15:37.060 very much politically involved and that's why he was here on campus

00:15:42.420 charlie believed in the power of free speech and debate to shape ideas and to persuade people

00:15:50.900 historically our university campuses in this nation here in the state of utah have been the place

00:16:01.540 where truth and ideas are formulated and debated and that's what he does he comes on college campuses and he debates

00:16:10.500 as foundational to the formation of our country to our most basic constitutional rights

00:16:20.900 and when someone takes the life of a person

00:16:26.580 because of their ideas or their ideals then that very constitutional foundation is threatened

00:16:34.020 yes can't can't emphasize overemphasize that enough this is not just about charlie kirk it's about

00:16:53.700 how the left thinks they can get away with this how it can assassinate political figures he tried to assassinate president trump

00:17:02.500 twice

00:17:02.900 and of course we still don't know exactly what happened in either of those attempted

00:17:10.180 assassinations the first guy

00:17:12.180 the FBI was apparently doing range practice with the department of homeland security

00:17:20.100 was apparently making trips to washington in the vicinity of the

00:17:23.860 fbi headquarters

00:17:27.220 was a virtual unknown and it's no social media history all disappeared

00:17:32.980 everything in the house disappeared

00:17:34.740 we don't know the answers to that and and of course the second assassination attempt

00:17:43.540 where this individual was on the golf course in palm beach florida at trump's own golf course and

00:17:50.740 was aiming a rifle at donald trump before he was

00:17:56.660 stopped

00:17:57.060 very very very much unknown unknown about this individual he's apparently trying to

00:18:09.940 solicit mercenaries to go fight in ukraine

00:18:16.980 and once again this this was a trump hater but we don't know why what really motivated him to try this

00:18:25.220 that was he put up to it

00:18:28.180 and with charlie quirk we know there it was barry i'm going to show you this report in a minute from

00:18:34.260 my friend

00:18:35.780 playton morris of redacted

00:18:38.100 and some interesting material in it

00:18:40.900 because

00:18:42.180 there's a lot of unanswered questions

00:18:45.380 about what went on here

00:18:49.220 and

00:18:50.260 but before we get there here's a here's a great report from uh

00:18:55.220 this is how things look

00:19:02.900 right before

00:19:06.020 is the assassination

00:19:08.500 charlie was not giving it on people

00:19:11.140 you got it

00:19:11.620 very sad

00:19:23.300 very very very sad day

00:19:26.820 and

00:19:28.580 i think a lot i think most of us thought he was he was going to get through this

00:19:32.260 because

00:19:34.100 because the initial report said his condition had stabilized but

00:19:40.580 it certainly did not look very hopeful if you saw some of the video

00:19:46.260 and

00:19:47.380 that's that's exactly where we were left to

00:19:51.380 and i want to i want to show this clip from redacted it's about five minutes long but there's a

00:19:55.300 lot of material in it that makes you wonder

00:19:59.380 why do we have so many unanswered questions again

00:20:03.700 about a political assassination

00:20:05.540 and

00:20:09.380 a lot of things here just are very mysterious

00:20:12.980 and you have to remember utah is one of the most you know conservative states in the union

00:20:16.900 it's mormon country

00:20:18.260 this is

00:20:19.860 votes republican

00:20:21.940 as a state and votes republican federally

00:20:24.100 and of course

00:20:29.460 it seems very ironic that this sort of assassination of a

00:20:33.780 conservative activist would occur in a very conservative state

00:20:38.340 you could see this being more likely in california

00:20:43.780 or even new york 0.80

00:20:46.900 where there's a lot more of deranged liberals walking around 0.88

00:20:50.740 but it really does drive me crazy how the 0.93

00:20:54.580 deranged liberals in the

00:20:56.580 media are trying to distract your attention from the fact that this is political terrorism 0.98

00:21:02.580 being waged

00:21:04.100 by those on the

00:21:05.620 i won't even say extreme left

00:21:08.580 sometimes these people are just absolutely

00:21:12.420 out of their minds with political hatred

00:21:15.460 towards conservative figures

00:21:17.460 and i think that's that's exactly what

00:21:20.100 what went on here

00:21:22.340 but here's an excellent report from clayton morse

00:21:25.220 and if you watched redacted yesterday

00:21:28.980 he started the broadcast at four o'clock

00:21:31.780 announcing that charlie kirk was in stable condition within 15 minutes

00:21:36.340 clayton had received word from a source of his at the hospital

00:21:40.900 where he was taken

00:21:42.420 that no it was it was over

00:21:45.300 that he had succumbed to the

00:21:47.700 bullet wounds apparently there were two shots fired and and once again

00:21:52.420 this was not clear at the beginning it looked like one shot fired

00:21:56.100 and a lot of other unanswered questions that clayton deals with i think quite well in this report here

00:22:02.340 i think we're at a tipping point moment for this country and i don't say that lightly

00:22:07.140 i think what happened today in the assassination of charlie kirk is a tipping point moment

00:22:12.180 i'm going to talk more about that in a second

00:22:14.660 but i just wanted to come in and and say a few words i've just been thinking about this non-stop

00:22:19.940 since it happened this afternoon we were of course live

00:22:24.020 during our show this afternoon

00:22:27.540 when we we knew what happened but then watching and waiting and hoping and praying that he would make it

00:22:33.620 and then getting information from the hospital letting us know live on the air that he didn't make it

00:22:39.780 it's absolutely devastating i'm uh i'm absolutely heartbroken

00:22:45.460 number one for his little boy

00:22:48.500 one-year-old little boy three-year-old little girl who are now fatherless for his wife

00:22:54.340 first and foremost and then i am absolutely gutted for our country i'm devastated about what this means

00:23:05.860 for the future of our country this does not end well and when you have all of this rhetoric of violence

00:23:13.540 from people across social media calling for for for attacks on people like charlie

00:23:20.420 we knew it was going to come to this we knew it was inevitable sadly the assassination attempt

00:23:27.140 on president trump attacks on other fellow conservative commentators swatting across the board

00:23:36.660 showing up at people's homes with swat teams trying to get people killed hoping that someone

00:23:42.580 will have a gun in their hands so a swat team can kill a person this was going to happen

00:23:48.020 but i have a lot of unanswered questions about today

00:23:50.660 um and i just want to kind of go through them watching the video so many times getting analysis

00:23:58.340 from friends and law enforcement and sources that were there at the event how did this happen how

00:24:04.740 did a shooter who was on the roof and seen by many students pointed out by many students allowed to lay

00:24:12.660 prone at 200 yards in a perfect you know in a perfectly prone position in order to

00:24:20.340 fire on charlie getting right up yeah we think he'd already be in place you would think that

00:24:27.780 so there's somebody on the roof right there just saying he just ran from uh

00:24:34.180 over where's my finger well from over there ran in and now he's right there just saying to fire a

00:24:42.420 perfectly timed shot right as he's speaking about violence in the united states right as he's talking

00:24:48.820 about trans mass shooters in the united states and asking us to all reflect on this this is a

00:24:55.780 question we've asked on our show why are so many of these mass shootings carried out by people that

00:25:01.540 are likely on ssris and some sort of medication mental illness and they're trans can we have that 1.00

00:25:07.860 conversation no let's just shoot you instead we don't want to talk about that because that's that's 0.96

00:25:12.740 intolerant why was he wearing body armor why was charlie kirk wearing body armor and of course the 0.99

00:25:22.900 way that the bullet hits him you can see it clearly bouncing right off it was a a kill shot aimed right

00:25:28.980 for his heart to hit his aorta to hit that entire as a friend in law enforcement of former fbi told me 0.55

00:25:38.660 today he said it was like a mess of pipes right there that you don't shoot someone in the head

00:25:44.340 that's for the movies you shoot for the heart because any professional would do it that way 0.90

00:25:49.620 so charlie was wearing body armor it deflects the bullet up hits him right in the neck and kills him

00:25:56.980 but more importantly why was there no medical why was there no ambulance or emt on site

00:26:04.420 in utah as in other states state regulations require gatherings over a certain percentage

00:26:12.100 of people over a certain number of people even cities have different regulations require an emt

00:26:18.180 on site and an ambulance go to any local carnival in your neighborhood and you'll see an ambulance

00:26:25.380 parked there ready in case someone is injured why at this event with thousands of people no ambulance

00:26:32.820 no medical nothing and so when he's shot out of the how does he get carried away by six individuals

00:26:39.860 grab him and throw him into the back of an suv incredibly difficult to try to administer any kind

00:26:47.140 of care on someone in an suv no room to move around no way to really administer any kind of cpr

00:26:55.220 try to stop the bleeding do what they can in the back of an suv

00:26:57.860 so likely died on the way to the hospital why do we not have this shooter fbi director cash patel

00:27:12.340 just moments ago posting that they they those individuals that they rounded up initially

00:27:18.580 and were you know shared all over social media even the university said that they had captured the

00:27:22.900 shooter wasn't the shooter at all who were these individuals who were these people

00:27:29.860 eyewitnesses immediately said this guy didn't do it he he's like a homeless guy he has no money we

00:27:34.980 know the guy he lives in our neighborhood like this guy didn't shoot him other individuals rounded up

00:27:41.140 why did one person who was rounded up as you can see here have a pellet gun in his possession

00:27:46.820 a pellet gun in his possession it just gets more bizarre and more unwieldy and more mysterious the

00:27:56.420 the more you delve into this and i think that that was some great reporting from from clayton because

00:28:01.220 we didn't really see a lot of that yesterday in terms of how odd this whole thing was and it just

00:28:09.220 the more we look into it it's going to get odder and by the way this is the 24th anniversary of

00:28:14.820 september 11th 2001 and i'm sure a lot of you as i'm talking to you this morning

00:28:21.140 can remember where you were on that day and it's kind of spooky to me that this event occurred one

00:28:27.140 day before september 11th and september is a i i don't know how to exactly say this or articulate it

00:28:35.780 but there's a lot of foreboding about this month for me there's just so many things happening around

00:28:41.460 the world we're narrowly close to nato becoming involved in some kind of conflict with russia

00:28:49.620 the same week this is all happening and and it just and and of course the the events in gaza

00:28:57.860 continue to unfold and the misery there and the killing there

00:29:01.700 and and and we don't know exactly what happened yesterday with with charlie kirk because it's it's

00:29:11.300 very strange now

00:29:15.380 as as i said i was hoping to have katie passanay from universal ostrich farms on something has happened

00:29:21.060 this morning and i'm a little concerned because of course the deadline or the stay period where the

00:29:29.540 authorities agreed they would not enter the farm and capture and kill the ostriches has passed on

00:29:34.900 tuesday and katie told me yesterday she had a lot to share with me this morning and the last

00:29:42.580 communication was yet we'll see you in the morning and i'm trying i've been trying to contact her uh

00:29:47.380 well while some of these videos are playing i'm getting no answer so i'm very concerned for the

00:29:52.180 family and what's going on out there if i can get her uh later i'll do a second show today because i

00:29:59.140 think this is this is very very important and i wanted to show you what we were going to talk about

00:30:06.260 because this is an incredible story new analysis indicates higher lethality of avian flu at bc

00:30:12.660 ostrich farm cfia vet that's canadian food inspection agency vet now i'll just read a bit of

00:30:21.860 this because you're going to say holy nothing burger batman this is a canadian press story that the cbc

00:30:32.900 picked up and of course cbc did a massive hit piece against the farm a couple of weeks ago

00:30:38.820 and we showed that to you under the guise of a fact check remember that one and they had that

00:30:45.620 she sounded more like a bbc import and we joked about whether or not that was the cbc's example of

00:30:52.020 temporary foreign workers at the station and i had viva fry on the show with me along with katie and we

00:30:59.540 were talking about just how ridiculous this so-called fact check was which is a hit piece but here's another

00:31:04.580 hit piece because it doesn't address anything new and it doesn't offer anything to justify

00:31:13.780 the slaughter of these birds that could potentially still happen and what what i wanted to hear from

00:31:20.580 katie today is how is it going with the supreme court of canada is is it possible to get the supreme

00:31:26.340 court to hear this case and that's that's what this farm needs to know but here's what the story says

00:31:33.460 an affidavit by canada's deputy chief veterinarian says new analysis has confirmed ostriches at a

00:31:41.060 british columbia farm that is fighting a cull order for its flock were sickened by unique

00:31:46.340 and more lethal strain of the avian influenza virus oh that was last november

00:31:54.660 the affidavit the affidavit by kathy furnace with the canadian food inspection agency cfia says further

00:32:03.620 investigation of samples taken from the birds revealed the quote novel reassortment unquote of

00:32:11.380 the virus has quote enhanced the pathogenesis genesis genesis excuse me of the quote unquote of the strain

00:32:22.260 it says the strain was quote among the most virulent unquote tested of canada's national

00:32:29.860 microbiology laboratory oh is that the one in winnipeg that was uh huh yeah that's the one in winnipeg that

00:32:37.780 was infiltrated by chinese spies and even low doses killed mice within a few days here's the kicker here's 0.84

00:32:47.780 the key line in this non-story but furnace says the cfa doesn't know how likely it is that the

00:32:55.780 ostriches at the edge would be sea farm remain infected or will become infected you know why

00:33:04.660 because they won't allow the birds to be tested and if katie and her family test the birds they're

00:33:11.460 subject to six months in jail and a 200 000 fine per ostrich so the government doesn't want to know

00:33:20.900 if these are healthy birds the government doesn't want the farm to prove these are healthy birds they

00:33:26.340 want to continue to call birds in bc because it's control this is an invasion of private property

00:33:36.180 this is persecution of farmers and this is an attack on livelihood and livestock and this is

00:33:46.180 disgusting and i can tell you this will not i will not rest i will not be stilled i will not be silenced

00:33:55.620 while this continues on i'll just read the rest of this the document was filed on tuesday with the

00:34:00.820 federal court of appeal where the agency is arguing against another state delaying the call

00:34:06.100 of about 400 australia 399 to be exact the farm's owners say the flock is healthy and has acquired herd immunity

00:34:14.820 yes it has since they see if i ordered the call on december 31st

00:34:23.780 lady pass it in a farm spokesperson and daughter of its co-owner says in a facebook post wednesday

00:34:29.780 they are actively responding to filings by the from the justice department

00:34:36.180 so that's where we stand with that like i say if uh if if katie is okay and able to do an

00:34:41.220 interview i will do a second show either this afternoon or this evening tomorrow i'm following

00:34:47.540 up with chris barber's uh well chris barber's trucks hearing we'll put it that way chris won't be in the

00:34:54.820 courtroom tomorrow i i asked him yesterday on uh i direct messaged him yesterday are you going to be in

00:35:00.820 ottawa for this uh this hearing on big red and he said no i'm going to do it remotely but i think

00:35:08.660 i'm still going to be there because this is uh incredible if the government decides the provincial

00:35:14.580 government of ontario if the crown decides it has the right to expropriate a man's vehicle his livelihood

00:35:20.900 this to me demonstrates nothing but the punitive nature of this whole case this is the punished

00:35:28.020 people for protesting something that government didn't want them protesting now i want to have

00:35:33.780 a look at some of your comments here

00:37:03.460 and i'm not i'm not going to get into that right now because we don't we don't know enough

00:37:07.460 and thank valerie thank you for your good morning to me and all the friends here

00:37:56.660 great job day i hope that nelson k great job i hope that was referring to my

00:38:01.540 contribution to human events i was quite proud of it

00:38:04.180 and

00:38:12.260 i'm just trying to find a few more

00:38:18.020 believe me you know you're out here you're welcome to comment just you know don't

00:38:21.220 don't don't write anything that's going to get you or me in trouble don't say don't just don't don't

00:38:29.300 say things that are hateful or racist or unnecessary especially a time like this we're mourning the loss of a really good man

00:38:39.460 mr intro i was up late battling online trolls scotty writes yeah well that's something we all battle scotty so

00:38:53.940 at any rate we've got some great comments here and i'm going to have a look at these uh more closely because

00:39:04.980 you know it's nice to know what everybody's thinking about this i'll be back in a minute with

00:39:09.300 listen concluding remarks after this brief message from

00:39:23.300 on

00:39:41.300 uh

00:39:42.500 We'll be right back.

00:40:12.500 We'll be right back.

00:40:42.500 We're going to be focusing on those as well as the comments on YouTube because we need to focus on Rumble in a big way, and that's very important.

00:40:54.280 So yesterday was a tragic day.

00:40:58.740 Today's a sad day.

00:41:00.460 Thanks for watching.

00:41:01.660 And we're going to continue to keep our finger on the pulse of all of these issues globally and nationally that are affecting our lives, that are taking away our freedom, that are infringing our free speech, that are trying to stop us from reaching our full potential as free people.

00:41:23.880 And this has been a, I guess, to some extent, a difficult chapter of this broadcast, but bittersweet in many ways.

00:41:35.600 We remember how much good Charlie Kirk has done and how many people he influenced to do good as well.

00:41:45.440 And that's something we can't ignore.

00:41:48.560 So thank you for watching today.

00:41:51.040 I'll be back again tomorrow.

00:41:53.860 Not sure how it's going to be time-wise because I'm probably going to the trial to see what's going to happen to Big Red.

00:42:01.020 So it might be a little later tomorrow, but we will see what happens.

00:42:07.320 Thank you so much for watching today, and God bless.

00:42:10.740 Godspeed to all of you, and we'll be back and see you tomorrow.
