It's the last episode of the year, and it's been a tough one for many of us. It's a tough year in terms of inflation, and a hard year financially, and that's just starting for me tomorrow. So we're going to have a little bit of a retrospective today, as well as a break down some news that nobody else has noticed.
00:02:32.400And she explained in the interview that she's not the sort of person who would just go up to the prime minister, or anybody for that matter, and just start using the F word.
00:02:45.700It was a fascinating interview because she actually explains why she didn't think it was inappropriate, given what Trudeau has done to children, exposing children to explicit sexuality over the years.
00:02:59.840So what does Justin Trudeau say in this?
00:03:01.700Spoke to President Zelensky of Ukraine this morning to offer my unwavering support and solidarity to the Ukrainian people who have spent another Christmas under attack.
00:05:00.760The guy, and let's, you know, let's have a look at how bad things are.
00:05:03.720And I'll get the, there's another great little item here from the National Post on Charlie, sorry, Charlie Angus, Charlie Angus, who is one of the most, I don't know, how would you, I knew Charlie Angus on a parliamentary committee.
00:05:22.500And he wasn't such a bad guy in those days.
00:05:25.740You know, he had a sense of humor, but he's lost his sense of humor.
00:05:29.460He's just an irascible old left-wing nutcake now.
00:05:33.540And it's unfortunate to see a man decline this way.
00:05:38.300But of course, why do I think Justin Trudeau is going nowhere?
00:07:24.080You're going to have to live with that, folks.
00:07:26.280That's what Justin Trudeau is going to say when he comes back.
00:07:27.940Now, we know Pierre Polyev has, I think, a pretty good scheme to get things going at the committee level in January so they can have a non-confidence motion ready to go on January 27th when the House resumes.
00:07:46.880The House should be resuming, by the way, next week, not on January 27th because this, you know, these people get enough vacation time.
00:08:02.200Some of them don't work very hard at all.
00:08:04.980And believe me, they love to go back to the writing because it's a lot easier.
00:08:10.320And they can spend, they would spend six months out of their time back in the writing if they could because it's a lot easier than going through the daily rigmarole of Parliament Hill.
00:09:26.360But apparently, Charlie Angus doesn't even talk to his leader.
00:09:31.160Charlie's not running in the next election.
00:09:33.360He's got a crazy bill out there that hopefully will die with this Parliament that is going to criminalize any promotion of the oil and gas industry, any promotion of fossil fuels.
00:09:44.460He's got a bill, which the Liberals will probably support because they're that crazy these days.
00:09:51.540That's the last gasp of life from Charlie Angus, except I guess he figured, hey, I want to go down fighting here.
00:10:00.320I'm not going to support Pierpollia's procedural games, meaning I'm not going to support a non-confidence motion that's gone through committee and that's ready to go when we come back in June 27th.
00:10:48.760But we're going to keep supporting him until further notice.
00:10:53.100As I explained yesterday, Jagmeet Singh is going to get his pension now because even if the election falls in March, which it will, if the government falls in late January, early February, Jagmeet Singh's safe.
00:11:11.880There's always at least five weeks in the election campaign.
00:11:18.660And hopefully he's going to be defeated in the next election and we'll never see Jagmeet Singh again in front of a camera.
00:11:25.000Go back to practicing your feeble law.
00:11:29.040God knows I would never hire you as a lawyer.
00:11:32.020I don't know who the hell would want to hire you as a lawyer because you've been one of the worst members of parliament, the worst, one of the worst so-called opposition leaders in the history of Canada.
00:12:03.580Angus Reid, generally over the years, I'm not saying everything that has been skewed, but they generally pop up on the side of the liberals.
00:12:15.860In terms of the questions they ask, because polling is all about the questions you ask in many cases.
00:12:21.720If you want to get the response, you will ask the question that will get you that response.
00:13:22.420That's just, just one seat above official party status, which is five.
00:13:32.200So that's about where the progressive conservatives were after Brian Mulroney left and after Kim Campbell was decimated in the 1993 election.
00:13:47.280That's where Justin Trudeau is leading the Liberal Party, six seats.
00:14:19.760And like I said, if you want to know what Justin Trudeau really believes, you want to know what Justin Trudeau really is thinking, don't look for his latest statements in the media or his Christmas message.
00:14:32.240Look at what he's consistently said over the years.
00:14:35.860And one of those things is, I was in third place in 2015 and I still won.
00:15:28.840This is so enjoyable because it's the end of the year, you know, and I want to thank everybody right now for making this one hell of a good year.
00:15:38.780You have made this station viable to the point where I'm saying, yeah, I think we'll do it again.
00:15:47.760In fact, I'm going to do it twice a day in 2025, as much as possible.
00:15:52.220I won't commit to that seven days a week, but I'll do it twice a day as much as possible, because as I said, I've got lots more time on my hands because I'm not working full time anymore for the other news agency, which was a huge shock.
00:16:09.100But thank you for everything you've done to make me believe in the station.
