00:00:00.000 Hello there you Awakening Wonders, it's Thursday and as yet Jesus Christ has not returned to Earth, but we need you Jesus!

00:00:07.000 Come back, let us know in the chat and comments if our Lord Jesus has made himself clear, plain to you through some sort of apparition.

00:00:14.000 Doesn't count if it's in toast, doesn't count if it's in the cloud, or an actual Jesus incarnate emanating light to change the world because we need it.

00:00:24.000 Do them Trump documents show an intention to invade Iran?

00:00:28.000 Is Rand Paul Ratcheting it up a little bit, Gal.

00:00:31.000 He is. He certainly is.

00:00:33.000 He's... Oh, no you didn't, Rand.

00:00:35.000 You didn't just go there in Bill Gates' world, did you?

00:00:38.000 I certainly did.

00:00:38.000 Rand goes to Gates' land, because a lot of people aren't willing to start saying in

00:00:43.000 public Bill Gates and Fauci were costly contributors to the

00:00:48.000 pandemic.

00:00:48.000 It's Thursday. You tell us in the chat right now.

00:00:51.000 What do you think the role of Bill Gates was in the pandemic?

00:00:55.000 What do you think Fauci's influence was?

00:00:57.000 Benign or malign?

00:00:59.000 If you're watching us on Rumble right now, press the red button and join us on Locals.

00:01:03.000 That's our community.

00:01:04.000 We've got a community.

00:01:05.000 That's what people need, isn't it, Gail? 0.89

00:01:07.000 Community.

00:01:07.000 That's right.

00:01:08.000 If you're watching us on YouTube or Twitter or something so young and modern I ain't even heard of it yet, For all I know, you're watching this on Twitch.

00:01:18.000 For all I know, you're extraterrestrial nation watching this in the future.

00:01:21.000 You got it out when them pods people used to do.

00:01:23.000 Don't do that so much now, do we?

00:01:24.000 Like pods for the future.

00:01:24.000 No.

00:01:26.000 They were always doing that when I was a kid.

00:01:27.000 We're going to bury this in a pod for the future now.

00:01:29.000 We ain't got a future!

00:01:31.000 If you've got something, don't put it in a pod, sell it!

00:01:34.000 Sell it before the Mad Max apocalypse times are upon you!

00:01:38.000 So, uh, yeah, um, hold on a minute, I've got some really vital and important points to make, yeah.

00:01:42.000 Rand Paul!

00:01:43.000 Rand Paul!

00:01:45.000 We want Rand Paul on this show.

00:01:46.000 If you know Rand, or if you are Rand, look at yourself now.

00:01:49.000 Oh yeah, I am Rand.

00:01:50.000 If you are Rand, come on!

00:01:52.000 Come on and we want to talk to you about this stuff, because even though he's a Republican, isn't he?

00:01:56.000 And didn't he have some shares in some sort of pharmaceutical company?

00:01:56.000 Yep.

00:01:58.000 Oh, we won't get into that.

00:01:59.000 It's not as bad as other people's.

00:02:01.000 Because I think he's a good independent political voice.

00:02:04.000 And if there's going to be change within the system, it's going to come from alliances, from people from the left and the right that are willing to challenge establishment authority.

00:02:10.000 And Rand Paul is willing to do that.

00:02:13.000 I like his hair.

00:02:13.000 It's like a baby's hair.

00:02:14.000 In terms of that alliance you just said then, there were moments a few weeks ago, a couple of months ago, where Rand Paul and him and Bernie Sanders were both interrogating the boss of Moderna.

00:02:24.000 And he was like, oh look, working together.

00:02:26.000 You're charging too much for your vaccines, they were saying, weren't they?

00:02:29.000 They were saying stuff like that.

00:02:30.000 Allegedly.

00:02:31.000 Might be a reasonable price for a booster.

00:02:34.000 Everyone needs a little boost once in a while and some people are willing to pay through the snout hole for it.

00:02:40.000 So we've talked about that, Rand Paul.

00:02:42.000 I'm doing a bit of yoga later.

00:02:44.000 Stay with me for that.

00:02:44.000 What are you laughing for?

00:02:45.000 It was the burp.

00:02:45.000 Because I burped.

00:02:46.000 I'm trying my hardest.

00:02:47.000 I'm trying to get through.

00:02:47.000 I'm just a human being.

00:02:48.000 I've got a digestive system just like anybody else.

00:02:51.000 I've got all sorts of systems that I'm running simultaneously.

00:02:53.000 I'm breathing.

00:02:54.000 Cells are being created.

00:02:54.000 I'm digesting.

00:02:55.000 I'm in a tune with subtle realms.

00:02:57.000 I'm doing my very best.

00:02:58.000 Let's have a look at this.

00:02:59.000 And oh, by the way, Like once we like because I've got to tell these people my on-screen assistant my friend like you might be watching us on YouTube in a minute we're going to go and rumble because we told you during the pandemic that powerful political figures were not obeying their own rules and regulations and well now we know for an absolute fact that they weren't.

00:03:18.000 While you were watching funerals on YouTube while you were missing the birth of your baby while you were losing jobs and losing your mind they were having the jingle bell mingle This is during Tier 3.

00:03:29.000 Do you remember Tier 3?

00:03:30.000 Tier 3 said things like, do not move a muscle, you'll kill a nan right up her lung pipe. 1.00

00:03:36.000 And they were jingling and mingling during that.

00:03:39.000 Look at this.

00:03:40.000 Like, this is Tier 3.

00:03:41.000 You're prohibited from socialising with anybody you do not live with or have not formed a support bubble with, eurgh, support bubble, in any indoor setting, private gardens or at most hospitality venues.

00:03:53.000 You are not going to believe this video that we're going to bring you when you see the powerful boogieing on down while you were locked up in your home.

00:04:01.000 But there's no room for any systemic change.

00:04:03.000 Everything's fine.

00:04:04.000 Just keep voting.

00:04:06.000 Just keep handing over your tax money.

00:04:08.000 Barack Obama, he ain't handing over his income tax.

00:04:11.000 He's getting advice on how to avoid laws that he helped pass.

00:04:14.000 Before we get into all of that, and by God, you've heard there's a hell of a lot happening.

00:04:18.000 It's a crazy world we're living in.

00:04:19.000 We're going to have a little look up.

00:04:21.000 Rand Paul.

00:04:22.000 And Rand, if you're out there, and we know you are, come on our show.

00:04:25.000 And if you've got access to Rand, make sure he sees this video.

00:04:28.000 Look how nice we're being about Rand.

00:04:29.000 Right, here's Rand on Fox questioning Bill Gates and Fauci and their role as architects to the pandemic response and whether or not they benefited in ways other than, of course, Helping everyone, which is always their main motivation.

00:04:41.000 You know that now.

00:04:42.000 That's what billionaires do, isn't it?

00:04:43.000 And bureaucrats.

00:04:44.000 They help us.

00:04:45.000 Thanks.

00:04:46.000 Thanks for your help that's made you so rich.

00:04:48.000 You must have helped us to be that rich.

00:04:50.000 You must have helped me so hard.

00:04:53.000 You must have helped me so hard in my privates.

00:04:56.000 Let's have a look at Rand Paul on Fox right now.

00:04:58.000 But we all know that Communist China covered it up initially.

00:05:01.000 How are you going to get the truth now?

00:05:03.000 They won't even allow an investigation into the Wuhan lab.

00:05:06.000 Yeah, it's not easy and they haven't been forthcoming.

00:05:08.000 I think the only way to convince them is that it won't all be about blaming them because we participated in funding this.

00:05:15.000 The blame equally should go not only to Chinese authorities, but to Anthony Fauci and all those who advocated for this.

00:05:22.000 But there has to be a reassessment.

00:05:23.000 Look, Bill Gates has been over there recently.

00:05:25.000 Bill Gates is the largest funder of trying to find these viruses in remote caves and bring them to big cities.

00:05:32.000 So what happened in China is they... A beautiful way of framing it.

00:05:35.000 That's part of what gain-of-function research requires.

00:05:38.000 Finding novel viruses that as yet haven't made an interspecial jump.

00:05:43.000 Experimenting with them in order, supposedly, apparently, and most plainly and overtly, in order to create a vaccine for a disease that doesn't exist yet.

00:05:52.000 Just if some stories are to be believed.

00:05:54.000 I'm talking about Schellenberger's recent revelations on this show that the Wuhan Sorry, why did I call it the Wuhan virus?

00:06:02.000 The coronavirus began in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which I think is in... China.

00:06:08.000 Yes, that's where it is.

00:06:09.000 And I heard that the first three people Who, you, and Zoo were all working in that lab.

00:06:19.000 Don't be childish.

00:06:20.000 And so, Fauci, of course, because under Barack Obama, gain-of-function research was banned in the United States, so they transferred it to a little old place, you might have heard of it, called Wuhan.

00:06:31.000 And indeed, it seems that Bill Gates, and we can't prove this, and we've got to be careful about this, haven't we?

00:06:36.000 Especially on YouTube.

00:06:37.000 Rand Paul is saying, and we've got no reason to doubt him, I don't think, that Bill Gates is the number one...

00:06:43.000 He's funding it.

00:06:44.000 That's what he's saying.

00:06:45.000 Certainly, he significantly funds the WHO.

00:06:47.000 88% of its total philanthropic donations come from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

00:06:53.000 Certainly, Bill Gates set up the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation.

00:06:58.000 $750 million he put into that.

00:07:00.000 For the first part of his life, it was all paperclips and windows, wasn't it?

00:07:03.000 It was all about, he helped us in a much more mercantile and observably profitable way.

00:07:08.000 Now, Bill Gates' help has moved in a much more diffuse Stay free with Russell Brand.

00:07:13.000 helpful forms, mostly medicines. Stay free with Russell Brand. See it first on Rumble. If you become a member of

00:07:20.000 our locals community, you can watch these conversations absolutely live. I might be talking to Eckhart Tolle, I

00:07:41.000 You'll also get access to weekly meditations and a whole host of other valuable assets that bring you deeper into this community Because I believe that independent media has a role to play beyond conveying information.

00:07:53.000 Let's face it, the mainstream media is curating information and creating propaganda.

00:07:58.000 So independent media has to become a movement.

00:08:01.000 We have to create an axis where spirituality, activism, personal and collective awakening,

00:08:09.000 all alloy into a glorious new, I'm gonna say obelisk rather than phallus,

00:08:13.000 of change and transition.

00:08:16.000 And I'm very excited to meet one participant in that, in some ways very much a child of lockdown.

00:08:22.000 It's Adrienne Mishler, better known as Yoga with Adrienne, which is an interesting name.

00:08:28.000 But nevertheless, we aspire after Adrienne in so much as she has created an online community sharing hundreds of free videos with over 12 million.

00:08:36.000 Is it 12 million YouTube subscribers worldwide?

00:08:39.000 And if you've got a question for Adrienne, let me know in the chat.

00:08:39.000 Thank you very much.

00:08:41.000 Adrienne, thank you so much for joining us.

00:08:44.000 Hi there, thank you for having me.

00:08:45.000 It's good to see you again.

00:08:47.000 Likewise.

00:08:48.000 The first point I want to make is that you are, in a sense, a creation of lockdown.

00:08:54.000 I don't mean that you are a grim Frankenstein figure, a result of a terrible laboratory accident.

00:09:02.000 Allegedly!

00:09:04.000 More that you came to prominence and popularity during the lockdown period because many people necessarily, understandably and wisely sought solace in yoga during that time.

00:09:16.000 When you began your channel, how did you imagine it might go?

00:09:21.000 What were your intentions and how do you deal with it now, now that it's become a very significant cultural movement?

00:09:28.000 The funny thing is, we started the channel in 2012.

00:09:30.000 I think a lot of people may not know that or realize that the channel is over 10 years old.

00:09:33.000 He's like, "Oh, this is where I belong for this conversation."

00:09:37.000 The funny thing is we started the channel in 2012.

00:09:40.000 I think a lot of people may not know that or realize that the channel is over 10 years old.

00:09:46.000 And I met my partner in the channel, Chris Sharp, on the movie set of a film that he had co-written

00:09:54.000 and was directing.

00:09:55.000 And I was acting in, playing the role of Polly in a, Punk rock band of three women, naturally.

00:10:03.000 And so we really enjoyed working together.

00:10:07.000 And I was already devoted to being a yoga teacher and practicing yoga.

00:10:12.000 I was a theater artist from a very young age.

00:10:15.000 So it kind of started from the kind of passion project space that one has as a creative person.

00:10:24.000 And I think that's the real blessing of the whole bit is if we had set out to start a business or a channel that reached millions, you know, it would have been tough because it's really hard to be yourself, believe it or not.

00:10:38.000 So the fact that we were like low stakes, starting this as a passion project, hoping to make a little bit of extra money, maybe to make some movies, You know, that was the original intention.

00:10:50.000 In 2015, we did the first 30-day yoga journey in January, and I think that's when things started to really pick up and we realized, wow, we can really help people here and make this more accessible.

00:11:01.000 My assumption is that if you practice a lot of yoga, a lot of mindfulness, a lot of meditation, it cannot but change you.

00:11:09.000 I don't see yoga as a sort of ancillary to the New Age movement that can sometimes seem, well, by its very nature, somewhat traditionless.

00:11:20.000 Uh, rootless.

00:11:21.000 I see it as a way to cultivate a different type of awareness.

00:11:26.000 Conquering the constant caroming inner activity.

00:11:30.000 The endless and nagging thoughts that sometimes won't leave me alone.

00:11:35.000 And I was very curious to learn that since we last spoke, and I hope this is An unrelated subject, you've been recovering from panic and anxiety disorder.

00:11:46.000 How can you have suffered from that when you are a yogi?

00:11:51.000 Doesn't it sort of somehow protect you from that?

00:11:53.000 Because I know a lot of people watching this right now We'll be suffering from anxiety.

00:11:58.000 Let me know in the chat.

00:11:59.000 I'm looking at you guys, SensitiveHearts25.

00:12:01.000 I'm looking at you all.

00:12:02.000 Let me know if you've suffered from anxiety disorders and panic and if yoga is one of the things that you guys are going to.

00:12:09.000 So were you surprised and concerned and has it shaken your faith in the ability of yoga and comparable techniques to help you deal with those kind of things?

00:12:19.000 Yes, I'm so glad you brought this up because for many, many moons, I was quiet about my experience with anxiety and panic because of the very thing you mentioned, because to me, it was so astonishing that me, yoga with Adrian, like this ridiculousness of how could I get so hard hit with nervous system breakdown?

00:12:44.000 And all I can say is that I'm finally in a place where my nervous system can actually say, This is a serious subject for us to tend to our nervous system and to consider all the parts that that contribute to nervous system balance.

00:13:03.000 That's hormones. 1.00

00:13:04.000 That's like, you know, talking about the news, like the type of information we intake.

00:13:09.000 But I think with the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021, Coupled with, admittedly, a personal share, doing a hormone therapy to freeze my eggs, you know, at my age.

00:13:23.000 The combination of those things just tipped the boat for me.

00:13:28.000 And we all have these moments where the boat tips, and that's when we need to remember that yoga practice is all about showing up with what is.

00:13:37.000 I think we all wanted to show up and be helpers so much so in 2020, 2021, that I just kind of lost track of my own practice.

00:13:46.000 And my body reminded me, um, we have to come back.

00:13:50.000 We want to be of service.

00:13:52.000 What are people saying about their anxiety?

00:13:54.000 Young Toast says, Adrian, you truly got me to love yoga.

00:13:59.000 I was never into it because I found it boring, but now I basically need it at least a couple of times a week on my rest day.

00:14:04.000 It makes me get back into my body, which I have a hard time ever doing, especially as an autistic and ADHD adult.

00:14:12.000 I liked it that you said that you took your panic attacks and anxiety as a kind of route back to embodiment.

00:14:21.000 Can you explain that a bit more, please?

00:14:24.000 Well, you mentioned the word faith.

00:14:26.000 Like, did it, did it kind of allow me to lose faith or garner more faith in yoga?

00:14:33.000 And it, it scared, honestly, it scared the shit out of me because again, I was like, how could this happen?

00:14:39.000 How could I let this get so far away?

00:14:42.000 And part of it is like, you know, I did do some hormone therapy, but the world is a crazy place.

00:14:48.000 We're inundated with so much.

00:14:50.000 Using this ancient practice to get back to the interior and remember that the roots of yoga, right, are deeply, deeply rooted in spirituality.

00:15:00.000 So that doesn't mean religion.

00:15:02.000 That doesn't mean one thing over another, but it is a connection back to yourself, right?

00:15:08.000 And the opportunity, this vocabulary to connect to something bigger than yourself, maybe the divine.

00:15:14.000 And so I feel like, If anything, it was, I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is how I feel.

00:15:20.000 I believe this.

00:15:22.000 It was a reminder from the divine of like what this practice is and what I can do to help communicate and share the depth of that, like what I can do to communicate that to more people moving forward, especially after the pandemic where so many of us came to it for mental health and physical well-being.

00:15:43.000 Fascinating that you talk about access to the divine.

00:15:46.000 If you're watching us now on Rumble, join us on Locals.

00:15:50.000 Press the red button.

00:15:51.000 That gives you the opportunity to join these chats live and also exclusively after we finish streaming on Rumble, we'll be on Locals and me and Yoga Not me and Yoga.

00:16:00.000 Me and, yeah, well, me and Yoga, but me and Adrienne, aka Yoga with Adrienne, are going to do some yoga.

00:16:07.000 You're going to talk us through some asanas, some positions, so you can join us for that.

00:16:13.000 But that's only on local, so press the red button and join us there.

00:16:16.000 I mean, why are you embarrassed about talking about divinity, Adrienne?

00:16:19.000 Because isn't that the whole point of yoga, really, to get past the limitations of the individual mind and access the Latent, even unconscious forces that make up the whole of our psyche and give us, you know, when you come to a point where you're suffering from panic and anxiety, you need a different resource.

00:16:43.000 You need to access something else.

00:16:45.000 You need to visit the edge lands.

00:16:47.000 You need to get beyond the ordinary parameters of your consciousness.

00:16:51.000 Why do you feel embarrassed about talking about divinity like that?

00:16:54.000 That's a good question.

00:16:55.000 I suppose I'm not embarrassed to talk about divinity.

00:16:58.000 In fact, I feel what I'm really relaying, like, and I can hear myself now, and this is great for me as well, is that I'm being reminded of the divinity that's in this practice in a major way.

00:17:13.000 I think what the, maybe not so much the embarrassment, but Just the awareness and attempt at humility of, you know, not wanting to just blatantly be like, and this experience reminded me, I'm, you know, I am the chosen one to communicate divinity through yoga to the people in this day and age.

00:17:32.000 I didn't want to make that sort of statement, but I love that you asked me that because I think now is the time to stop being afraid of talking about the spirituality in the way I feel compelled to.

00:17:47.000 For so many years, I wanted to make this practice, and I still continue to want to make this practice accessible, but I wanted it to be so inclusive, so easy to drop in for so many different types of people over the world, that I was very careful about the way I included the spirituality.

00:18:04.000 And I think since 2020, 2021, I kind of, yeah, I'm like, no, this practice is deeply rooted in spirituality.

00:18:14.000 It makes sense to come back to that and remind people of that.

00:18:18.000 People need spirituality now because the material world and its institutions are beginning to fail people.

00:18:26.000 I don't mean that nature is failing people, but it's become plain in the last few years that we're in some seismic shift.

00:18:35.000 It's the end of a particular era, the birth of something new.

00:18:39.000 I'm glad to hear you admit that you don't see yourself as the Lady Christ of online yoga, but there are a lot of comments here that seem to countenance a claim that you aren't willing to make, or rather support that claim.

00:18:53.000 Listen to some of this.

00:18:54.000 Firstly, Claus says, Adrian, have you got any advice for aspiring yoga teachers?

00:18:57.000 We'll answer that over on Locals.

00:18:59.000 Press the red button, you can join us there if you want to hear the answer to that question.

00:19:03.000 But look at this.

00:19:04.000 Look at all this praise bordering on hysteria, Adrienne.

00:19:07.000 SueBiz22.

00:19:08.000 I've been with Adrienne on YouTube long before lockdown.

00:19:11.000 I fell in love with her immediately because of her purity and her incredible authenticity.

00:19:17.000 Marci Sova, SovaMama1 says, she saved my life.

00:19:22.000 Thank you, Russell, for acknowledging this amazing young woman.

00:19:25.000 Tajimo, looking forward to this.

00:19:27.000 I found out by Adrian from your last interview you've been doing yoga with us since.

00:19:30.000 I love Adrian's yoga channel.

00:19:33.000 That's it.

00:19:34.000 And then Zache says, nice, let's do some yoga together.

00:19:37.000 I've suffered from a major depressive disorder, says CCS Ranch, and Adrian has helped me with that.

00:19:42.000 Thanks all of you for those positive comments.

00:19:45.000 Adrian, Has that, in stark contradiction to the principles of yoga and spirituality everywhere, made you feel a deep sense of vanity, narcissism and personal power?

00:19:59.000 No, no, no, not at all.

00:20:00.000 In fact, it again just It is a true gift to get feedback at all, right?

00:20:09.000 And I think that it's, yeah, it feels good.

00:20:13.000 It's positive feedback.

00:20:14.000 And it mostly, you know, this sounds so like cliche and like lip service, but it restores my faith.

00:20:20.000 In so many ways to just hear people have that connection because you have to remember a lot of what a lot if not almost all of what I do I give away for free so people can pause it they can stop it they don't have to do it they don't have to take my crappy humor I mean Benji's cute so I'd log in for that any day but you know there's so many opportunities to do to do Something for yourself in this setting and the fact that anyone would choose to do it with me and that would they would finish and then they would come back when there's no money.

00:20:50.000 There's no I'm not there like challenging people.

00:20:53.000 You know.

00:20:56.000 To me, that's pretty heroic, and I think I mentioned this last time we we chatted like to me to be able to show up and do something with a beginning, middle and end for yourself without an audience, without anyone watching you, without giving any money in exchange.

00:21:13.000 Pretty amazing.

00:21:14.000 So if anything, I'm just like, happy to hear it.

00:21:19.000 Carry on our conversation, Adrienne, with your permission, on local.

00:21:23.000 So if you're watching us on Rumble, press the red button and join us now.

00:21:27.000 I see your Benji, who is compliantly on that mat, almost like a chimpanzee from Mary Chipperfield Circus.

00:21:35.000 Doubtless whooped into shape by a life of constant cruelty.

00:21:39.000 And now my dog Bear is going to join us.

00:21:42.000 We let Bear in the studio.

00:21:43.000 We're going to do yoga, not only with Adrienne, but with our recalcitrant hounds.

00:21:49.000 Here comes Bear.

00:21:50.000 Let's look at Bear.

00:21:51.000 Come in here, mate.

00:21:52.000 Look at that.

00:21:52.000 There he is.

00:21:53.000 There's Bear will be joining us for yoga.

00:21:56.000 So it'll be me, Adrienne, Benji and Bear.

00:21:59.000 Join us on Locals in addition to yoga with Adrienne plus our canine accomplices.

00:22:05.000 You also get exclusive access to interviews with RFK Jr., Richard Dawkins, a whole host of things, meditations, podcasts, so much stuff, as well as my live festival community, which you should be coming to, Adrienne, in all honesty, between the 14th and 17th of July.

00:22:19.000 Hay on white.

00:22:20.000 What are you doing?

00:22:21.000 Where are you right now?

00:22:22.000 I'm in Washington State.

00:22:25.000 So out of the Texas heat, you know, I'm from Austin and I am in Washington State and it's a beautiful, drizzly morning here.

00:22:33.000 Come England, we'll pay you to be at Community.

00:22:36.000 We've got a fantastic show tomorrow.

00:22:37.000 We've got Simon Jordan, who's a social pontificator, football expert and some say the most important and radical voice in the world's game since Brian Clough.

00:22:48.000 Join us for a fantastic conversation around sport and the culture and business of sport.

00:22:52.000 That's going to be fantastic.

00:22:54.000 But now, if you're on Locals, you can join me and Adrian.

00:22:56.000 We're going to do some yoga with our dogs.

00:22:58.000 It's going to be weird, isn't it?

00:22:58.000 What's that going to be like?

00:23:00.000 Join us tomorrow, not for more of the same.

00:23:02.000 Oh, no, but for more of the different.

00:23:03.000 Until then, stay free.

00:23:05.000 Press the red button.

00:23:06.000 Join us on Locals.

00:23:07.000 We're going to do yoga right now.

00:23:10.000 Thanks, Adrian.

00:23:10.000 We're going to do this now.

00:23:14.000 Can we roll straight in?

00:23:18.000 Thanks you lot that are watching us on Locals.

00:23:20.000 Keep sending your questions.

00:23:21.000 We had that question to answer.

00:23:23.000 Hey, thanks for joining us on Locals.

00:23:25.000 I'm still with Adrienne.

00:23:27.000 Thanks for staying with us, Adrienne.

00:23:28.000 I had that question from Claude.

00:23:30.000 He asked for advice for aspiring yoga teachers.

00:23:34.000 What is it?

00:23:37.000 Well, I think it is to take your time.

00:23:43.000 That's no good.

00:23:44.000 You can't use that.

00:23:45.000 That's no good to Claude.

00:23:46.000 Take your time. Is it Claude? What? Take your time? That's the advice for Claude?

00:23:54.000 Everyone's, everyone's in a rush and we want to master the guiding of the yoga as well.

00:24:02.000 If we're rushed, people feel that and feel rushed.

00:24:05.000 So take your time, find your voice, Don't need to overdo it.

00:24:10.000 Keep it simple and be really mindful of your language.

00:24:12.000 How you're asking people to move matters.

00:24:16.000 Right, Claude.

00:24:17.000 I'm going to offer a counterpoint.

00:24:18.000 Claude, pull your finger out.

00:24:21.000 Hurry up.

00:24:21.000 Get a shift on.

00:24:23.000 Right?

00:24:24.000 Stop messing about and get on and become a yoga teacher.

00:24:27.000 I'm sick and tired of you pontificating, prevaricating and making excuses, Claude.

00:24:32.000 Call yourself a yoga teacher! 1.00

00:24:34.000 Get off your ass and teach some yoga! 1.00

00:24:37.000 You make me sick! 1.00

00:24:39.000 It's like we can be Claude's yoga parents.

00:24:41.000 You're offering a very benign, nourishing, nutritional, somewhat graceful, and dare I offer, beautiful perspective. 0.99

00:24:47.000 Whereas I'm telling Claude to get off his ass and teach some yoga. 0.99

00:24:51.000 And we're actually going to do yoga. 0.99

00:24:54.000 You don't think that, yeah, good yogi, bad yogi, like good cop, bad cop, you know, to mess with his head a bit.

00:24:59.000 We actually are his yoga parents.

00:25:01.000 We're not.

00:25:02.000 Could be.

00:25:03.000 We are his yoga parents, so... In a sense, we are right now in the very act of conceiving of young Claude's yoga career.

00:25:13.000 Please don't take that the wrong way, Adrienne.

00:25:14.000 I'd hate for that to be misconstrued as British smut at a time like this.

00:25:19.000 Should we get over onto that yoga mat?

00:25:22.000 With those sweet dogs of ours and do some yoga like it's 1999!

00:25:27.000 Yeah baby! 1.00

00:25:29.000 Thank you so much for joining us.

00:25:32.000 Thank you for establishing your successful YouTube channel.

00:25:35.000 Thank you for making yoga accessible and light and inclusive.

00:25:40.000 It's really, really beautiful experience to participate in with you.

00:25:44.000 I really hope I get to communicate with you more.

00:25:46.000 It'd be lovely to see you again.

00:25:47.000 It'd be lovely to have you appear at one of our live events.

00:25:51.000 I'd love it.

00:25:52.000 I'd love it.

00:25:53.000 It's really brilliant.

00:25:53.000 Obviously, there's a link to Yoga With Adriene, not that it's a necessity when it's so extraordinarily successful.

00:25:59.000 You can download Adriene's app, find out what feels good, and go to her website, yogawithadriene.com.

00:26:06.000 Adriene, thanks once again.

00:26:07.000 That was amazing.

00:26:08.000 Always a pleasure.

00:26:09.000 Love your energy.

00:26:10.000 And yeah, let's keep in touch.

00:26:11.000 Thanks everyone for watching.

00:26:14.000 We'll be covering some extraordinary stories around Hunter Biden, the ongoing revelations around Hunter, the ongoing Trump story.

00:26:21.000 We've got so much to tell you, but also we're going to give you a spiritual perspective in order that you may awaken and be free.

00:26:27.000 Thanks once again to Adrian.

00:26:29.000 Join us tomorrow, not for more of the same, but for more of the different.

00:26:32.000 Until then, stay free.
