In this episode I talk about the importance of self defense in the street and why BJJ and Jiu Jitsu are useless outside of the cage. I also talk about why you should never go to the ground in a street fight and why you need to be on your feet at all times to be able to defend yourself and your opponent from harm. I talk a lot about martial arts in general and how to be a better martial artist on the street, but I think this is the most important thing you should know about self defense outside the cage and why it's not as important as it is in the UFC and the UFC vs. BJJ. I hope you enjoy this episode and tweet me if you have any questions or suggestions for the next episode.
