In this episode I talk about how weak you are and how you need to do 500 push ups to prove to yourself that you are mentally strong. You don t have to be weak to be a strong person, but you have to prove it to yourself. You can t do it if you don't have the mental fortitude to do it. You have to do them push ups if you want to be mentally strong, and you can't do them if you're weak because you're not a mentally strong person. If you're a weak person, you're going to fail at these push ups because you are not mentally strong enough to complete them. You're not strong because you aren't mentally tough. You are weak because your mind is weak because it is not mentally tough enough to do the push ups. You need to get a grip on your mind to complete these pushups, because you will be stronger than you are physically. You will become a stronger person if you do them. You are not weak if you can do them, you will become mentally strong if you start to climb the mountain to the top of the mountain. You can only climb a mountain if you have a good mindset.
