Summary

A Romanian court has decided that the influence, divisive influence, as they call it, Andrew Tait can be released from house arrest. After 7 months in a cell, after 8 months under house arrest, after 7 years in jail, the judge made the right decision and released me from my captivity after 7 months, 8 months, however long I've been in jail. We can finally leave the house where we've been locked up for the past 7 months. I've finally been released from my house in Bucharest, Romania. I can finally go home. I want to go home, but I can't stay in the house, so I go to my house where they want me to stay. I don't understand why I'm staying in a house where I'm locked up, and a judge decided to let me go home at exactly 7 months ago, and I want everybody to understand exactly why that is exactly why I m staying in my house at home, and why I should stay at home. I can t stay in this house anymore, so we have to go back to the house I was locked up in the county where I was held in for 7 months and now I'm finally free from the house that I've spent the last 7 months I spent seven months in, and finally I can go home after seven months of being held for seven months, and now finally I'm free from this house I'm going home. 00:04:14.000 Bloody crime scene calamity, that's how we shoot our aim.
00:04:17.000 Figure can a dodgy, make your mother experience no gravity.
00:04:36.000 A Romanian court has decided that the influence, divisive influence as to be said, Andrew Tait can be released from house arrest.
00:04:49.000 He's won an appeal in Romania.
00:04:52.000 I'm trying to get some more details on this.
00:04:54.000 He's been held under house arrest, along with his brother, hasn't he, for a number of months and now.
00:04:59.000 It's about fucking time.
00:05:01.000 Finally! The judge has made the right decision and released me from captivity after seven, eight months, however long I've been in jail.
00:05:09.000 Andrew! Alan Cole, we're free.
00:05:14.000 House arrest is over.
00:05:17.000 We're free to leave. You can't stay home.
00:05:28.000 What's the new restrictions?
00:05:30.000 We can leave the house. Go even where we want in Bucharest and Illfold.
00:05:32.000 The whole county. So we have to stay in Bucharest?
00:05:35.000 Yeah. Okay.
00:05:39.000 Stay home? Yeah, I'm staying home.
00:05:41.000 I'm busy. I spent three months in a jail cell, in a dungeon, with cockroaches sharing my blanket with me.
00:05:53.000 Three months. Then I finally got released.
00:05:55.000 Seven months, I've been locked in my house, and today a judge decided to let me go.
00:05:59.000 I want everybody at home to understand exactly why that is.
00:06:02.000 Up until now, all of the imprisonment and the deprivation of my liberty had nothing to do with evidence.
00:06:07.000 It wasn't about evidence and a case file.
00:06:08.000 It was the Romanian judicial system trying to decide if one, I am a public danger, or two, I am a flight risk.
00:06:14.000 And to be fair to them, I am not emotional.
00:06:17.000 I am a professional, even when I am suffering.
00:06:19.000 And I understand, as an international man of huge financial resource, it's easy to deem me a flight risk.
00:06:26.000 So my liberty was deprived.
00:06:28.000 Only recently I was charged, this indictment appeared.
00:06:32.000 I want everybody at home to also understand that three different federal agencies from three different countries have investigated my life for the last 15 months.
00:06:39.000 Every photo I've ever taken, every video I've ever made, every conversation I've ever had, every phone call, 2,000 people who know me were contacted, every single ex-girlfriend, my vet, my pool guy, my old house cleaner in an apartment I used to have 11 years ago.
00:06:55.000 You name them. If they had anything to do with me, no matter how tedious to link, they were contacted and they were interviewed.
00:07:02.000 Hotlines were set up.
00:07:04.000 Billboards were made. Has Andrew Tate ever hurt you?
00:07:06.000 Do you have any information on Andrew Tate?
00:07:08.000 The media was offering 50,000 pounds for anybody who would give a negative story to me.
00:07:12.000 Find another man who has hundreds of ex-girlfriends and not a Not a single one of them rolled on me.
00:07:17.000 Not a single one of them for money would say I'm a bad person.
00:07:20.000 In fact, they would all say the opposite and defend me and stick up for me.
00:07:23.000 You want to talk about a man of moral fiber?
00:07:25.000 Find another man who can go through that.
00:07:27.000 There's not another man on the street you can find whose ex-girlfriends who wouldn't turn on him.
00:07:30.000 The media, all over the news.
00:07:32.000 Andrew Tate's the worst man that's ever been.
00:07:34.000 Andrew Tate's a human trafficker.
00:07:35.000 Andrew Tate's a crime boss.
00:07:36.000 He's a crime lord. Andrew Tate has all this money from illicit activities.
00:07:40.000 Every penny I've ever made, all of my bank accounts seized.
00:07:43.000 15 million euros of assets were taken from me.
00:07:45.000 They've been through every single bank transfer that I've ever sent.
00:07:48.000 All of it, head to toe, to put this indictment together.
00:07:51.000 So when this indictment is finally created, it should be an opera, right?
00:07:54.000 It should be Shakespeare. It should be money transfers, victims, old victims from long ago, videos, pictures, medical records.
00:08:03.000 This indictment should be absolutely bulletproof.
00:08:06.000 The indictment was put together.
00:08:08.000 I was held for six months without charge.
00:08:11.000 That's the longest possible time I can be held without charge.
00:08:13.000 The day before, they finally submitted this indictment.
00:08:16.000 They took as much time as they could.
00:08:18.000 They took it down to the wire.
00:08:19.000 Every minute they could to get this indictment together.
00:08:22.000 And now, the indictment's been put in front of a judge.
00:08:24.000 And what has the judge done? The judge has picked up this indictment, looked at it, and said, this is garbage.
00:08:30.000 Let him go. They're a bulletproof indictment.
00:08:33.000 After all I just described, they finally put together a document that the judges instantly said, let him go.
00:08:38.000 This man should not be held. Anybody who believed this garbage, anybody who was insulting me while I sat inside of a jail cell saying that maybe I am a human trafficker because of some stupid video from 10 years ago, any of these people who once insulted me or refused to defend me because they were scared, and that is the same thing. Something I haven't realized, a whole bunch of people who are my friends now and on my team now and are now begging me to bring views to their shit podcast, didn't have very much to say while I was sitting in a fucking jail cell.
00:09:08.000 Not very much at all.
00:09:09.000 Don't think I don't know.
00:09:10.000 Me and my team know exactly who was on my team and who wasn't.
00:09:13.000 And I also know what I have done and what I have not done.
00:09:16.000 And God knows the same.
00:09:17.000 It doesn't matter if I get fucked at the end of this.
00:09:19.000 It doesn't matter if I get completely destroyed.
00:09:21.000 It doesn't matter if I put me in jail for life.
00:09:22.000 I know what I have done and I know what I have not done.
00:09:24.000 And I find absolute solace in that.
00:09:27.000 Now I am free. Yes, I will remain free until the trial date when this garbage is finally thrown out and my name is absolutely and utterly clear.
00:09:34.000 Anybody who believes any of this garbage is going to regret it because I tell you something, Tristan said something to me in that jail cell that was completely true.
00:09:40.000 He said, 13 years in the Chateau d'If and then the world is ours.
00:09:45.000 If you have not read The Count of Monte Cristo, I strongly recommend that you do.
00:09:51.000 In my final act of defiance, Against the Matrix.
00:09:56.000 I've decided for my first day of freedom I will visit the mosque and I will pray to God because Allah is the best of planners and then I will return to my house and stay home.
00:10:05.000 That's right. You locked me up for 10 months.
00:10:08.000 Where are you going to go? What are you going to do?
00:10:09.000 I'm a bit tired. I'm going to stay in my house.
00:10:12.000 That's what I'm going to do. I only want to talk to God.
00:10:15.000 I don't want to be by myself. I don't want to talk to any of these snakes.
00:10:17.000 Any of these people on the internet trying to get views out of me.
00:10:20.000 Any of these people who pretend they support me and give a shit.
00:10:22.000 When it gets down to the wire, it's me in a jail cell.
00:10:25.000 Me and my brother by ourselves.
00:10:27.000 And all these other people don't seem to fucking give a fuck until there's views involved.
00:10:31.000 Lies get tired.
00:10:33.000 Lies get exhausted.
00:10:35.000 It takes untold energy to continue to prop up a lie.
00:10:38.000 It goes against the laws of physics.
00:10:40.000 There's only so many times you can tell the world I'm a human trafficker with no evidence.
00:10:44.000 Where's the girls? Where's the videos?
00:10:45.000 Where's the victims? Where's the pictures?
00:10:47.000 There's nothing. How many times can you continue to repeat the same garbage with no evidence?
00:10:51.000 Nobody believes it. The moral arc of the universe bends towards truth.
00:10:54.000 And I tell you something, when I am released from all of this, I'm going to use my massive platform An enormous financial capability to launch a charity to prevent this happening from any man ever again.
00:11:04.000 This is enough and it's going to have to stop and I'm going to stop it.
00:11:07.000 Hey Knight, coming for a drive?
00:11:24.000 Yeah. You're going for a spin, don't go.
00:11:26.000 Yeah, in the light. Yeah.
00:11:28.000 They're fucking right in the ladder.
00:11:30.000 What else? And I ain't got another fucking car.
00:11:33.000 Who has put their iPhone on top of my car?
00:11:37.000 Unacceptable. Unacceptable.
00:11:39.000 This is an antique.
00:11:40.000 This is a work of art, bro.
00:11:41.000 But it's on the tower. Cool. All right, fine.
00:11:43.000 Because if you scratch something, I will disown you.
00:11:47.000 Look, you saw it. The tower was there beforehand.
00:11:49.000 Get in! Let's go! We need a speaker with Ding-Bang-Bang, bro.
00:11:59.000 She won't start now.
00:12:01.000 She will start. Now we're fucking talking.
00:12:17.000 The taste of freedom. The most diverse group of men who have ever been in this lana.
00:12:23.000 An Irishman, an American, a black guy, and whatever I am.
00:12:30.000 Merry Gem! This must feel good.
00:12:35.000 Being able to leave the gate.
00:12:36.000 You know what? This is kind of cool. Yeah, this is kind of cool.
00:12:38.000 And you're not going to get in trouble.
00:12:39.000 Nah. Finally.
00:12:44.000 In the best car in the fleet as well.
00:12:46.000 Damn right. How you doing?
00:12:48.000 No problem.
00:12:50.000 Top speed!
00:13:00.000 It feels quicker than last time, Christian.
00:13:01.000 I've had the whole engine redone.
00:13:03.000 Ah, there we go.
00:13:05.000 Whoa! My chair is not locked in place.
00:13:09.000 Let's just hold this place in place.
00:13:11.000 We're going to hold it in place. All right, thanks, bro.
00:13:14.000 Woo! Four-speed manual.
00:13:22.000 It feels so much better.
00:13:23.000 It does. I fixed it, but the chair's broken.
00:13:26.000 Alright, cool.
00:13:28.000 Something has to be broken in the car at all times.
00:13:30.000 Of course. It can't be perfect.
00:13:31.000 Yeah, of course. It's made in the Soviet Union.
00:13:33.000 This must feel good, T. I admit it feels good.
00:13:37.000 You're out on that road by yourself now.
00:13:38.000 It does feel pretty good.
00:13:40.000 Oh, the painted lines in it.
00:13:44.000 I like this car! This car's sick!
00:13:50.000 This car's sick! Best 10 grand I've ever spent in my life is this Lada, I swear.
00:13:56.000 I swear I spent 10 grand on nights out.
00:13:58.000 This Lada's the best thing I've ever bought.
00:14:00.000 It's actually difficult to drive because the clutch and the gears are so shit.
00:14:04.000 It's a terrible vehicle.
00:14:06.000 Soviet Union engineering, man.
00:14:08.000 She wants me!
00:14:21.000 Of course she wants me!
00:14:23.000 Look at the mower!
00:14:25.000 We're in the mower! Listen to that baby purr!
00:14:32.000 What's the indicator? Fucking handles like a fucking brick on wheels.
00:14:42.000 Tristan, this is your first drive.
00:14:44.000 Yeah it is! It's my first drive.
00:14:47.000 Ready? Fourth gear. Maximum speed.
00:14:51.000 That's it. That's all it's got. Yeah, this is foot down.
00:14:53.000 This is floor down. For a man who drives Lambos.
00:14:58.000 Woo! I actually didn't adjust my mirror.
00:15:03.000 I can't actually see it to the left.
00:15:05.000 Wow, I've got it. You know, this car's actually got very good visibility.
00:15:09.000 Compared to a Lambo and shit, you can see all the sides.
00:15:15.000 I like the rear view mirror. On the road again.
00:15:21.000 Just can't wait to be on the road again.
00:15:24.000 Driving my lotto with all my friends.
00:15:29.000 I can't wait to be on the road again.
00:15:32.000 I'm actually super happy to be in the lotto.
00:15:34.000 This is amazing. This is probably one of the best models I've ever had in Romania.
00:15:37.000 This is peak living.
00:15:38.000 Well, you couldn't get four of us in an ambulance, could you?
00:15:40.000 Freedom!
00:15:47.000 Oh man, this is my first time.
00:15:50.000 I told you, Bailey, the moment they let me go, we're going for a drive in the Lada, didn't I? And look what happened.
00:15:54.000 That's what I said. And here we are.
00:15:56.000 It actually handles the bumps better than the Lambo.
00:15:59.000 It's built for these roads.
00:16:01.000 Yeah!
00:16:08.000 Woo!
00:16:12.000 Lada, baby!
00:16:13.000 Lada! Just can't wait to get on the road again.
00:16:19.000 Driving my ladders full of my friends.
00:16:24.000 Oh, I can't wait to be on the road again.
00:16:27.000 Biggest smile on his face.
