00:00:01.880He's known to leave tags on his clothes.
00:00:03.400That's an actual jacket that's hanging out in his closet right now.
00:00:07.240His grandmother said she recognized buying that jacket two weeks before this video.
00:00:11.160I want people to watch as he walks, and he kind of lumbers, and he kind of throws, like I said, he throws one foot out further than the other.
00:00:16.500And as it gets closer, watch him stop.
00:00:19.040He'll stop when he gets on top of the curb here, and he's going to pull his phone out.
00:00:22.860And you'll see he kind of stops, and he does kind of this little stumble step, and he kind of holds, and he's not moving at the same pace he was.
00:00:28.940they they pause it and they're going to tell you he's pulling out his phone so he he's one of these
00:00:33.080guys that has to do one thing at a time he can kind of you know wander around and pull the phone
00:00:37.620out but it really slows his normal pace now what they want to do is they want to get him to admit
00:00:41.560that he dropped pipe bombs that he went up there to drop pipe bombs but when they're asking him
00:00:45.420he's an autistic guy that had not previously been diagnosed and so anybody who saw him prior knew
00:00:50.660that he was autistic um i know people that live near him and said the same thing they were like
00:00:55.320it's pretty obvious he's on the spectrum by the way he walks and the way he carries himself and
00:00:58.420He doesn't make eye contact and you can talk to him and he won't respond and this kind of thing.
00:01:02.580But essentially, he voiced this stuff in the middle of this transcript and nobody had access to this transcript until the defense said, hey, we'd like to suppress this.
00:01:12.380This is what they did is they found the person that looked like Brian Cole.
00:01:15.160And it's a picture of a face mask and an individual who's wearing glasses, clearly a black male with a high cropped short haircut and wearing glasses, wearing this sort of like unique face mask.
00:01:25.900and uh and it's maroon and gold ish which are the colors of the formerly redskins then the
00:01:31.540washington football team at the time and then eventually the washington commanders and so when
00:01:35.660you look at it you're like okay well what's going on here brian wouldn't wear a regular covid mask
00:01:39.980he wouldn't wear the paper ones and he wouldn't wear the n95s but he would wear the ones that his
00:01:44.180mother made him and so she still has some of the fabric hanging around basically you're going to
00:01:48.020see total silence from the people that celebrated the arrest of brian cole in the first place and
00:01:52.860And that's going to be a lot of different folks who will not touch this with a 10 foot
00:01:55.960pole because they've already celebrated the grab of this guy.0.90
00:01:59.020You bullied the crap out of a kid for two hours who's on the autism spectrum, who's0.97
00:02:17.560You'd have to believe that the FBI, which we spend $11 billion a year on, couldn't find
00:02:22.360someone who committed the most dangerous crime on january 6th while carrying his own phone while
00:02:28.200driving his own car and buying parts for a bomb with his own credit card and it took the fbi five0.98
00:02:33.200years to find that person that's utter bullshit there's no way that's true that could never be0.96
00:02:36.940true donald trump has never publicly congratulated cash patel pam bondy janine piero or daniel0.96
00:02:42.740bongino for their work on this case you guys can look it up you can go to the archives trump who
00:02:48.060calls out every victory his uh his team has has had cash patel show up and do like a fake briefing
00:02:53.760of great statistics of how the fbi is performing has never once said great job on this you guys
00:02:59.020got the pipe bomber bongino goes in to the fbi with i think the best intentions i knew bongino
00:03:05.600i worked with him at fox i knew him well he goes into the fba calls me will you host my show on my
00:03:10.720first day in the federal government like his first day that he was on the air i hosted the show and
00:03:15.520I called into him and we talked and he was great. And he had not exactly the same views that I have,
00:03:21.360but like pretty close. He was, you know, the government's corrupt and we're going to drain
00:03:25.300that swamp. And I think he really meant it. He seemed to mean it. I don't know why he claimed
00:03:29.520that if he didn't mean it. And I think he did mean it. I spoke to him a week or two after he
00:03:35.420started at the FBI. And he said to me, this is verbatim. He said, however bad you think it is
00:03:42.760here it's 10 times worse what can we conclude from those facts well i'll tell you what i've
00:03:47.740concluded that bungino who i don't think is an evil person has saw something in the fbi that
00:03:52.860scared him so completely that he he became emotionally incontinent he's he's a different
00:04:00.140person um and it destroyed his life and so what is that thing i would like and i've asked him
00:04:05.360directly recently and he just texts back but it's like okay real time uncensored unstoppable
00:04:14.440alexjoneslive.com take a stand share the link do you want to fight you better believe you got one
00:04:25.240This is the biggest breaking news yet in the J6 pipe bombing fiasco that could easily bring down the entire deep state.
00:04:37.540Clearly, the Trump administration joined in on the ongoing cover-up just weeks after this woman that had been Capitol Police that worked for the CIA was connected by data to potentially being the person planting these supposed pipe bombs.
00:04:51.820Then suddenly they went and they found this young black man who they were then able to try with no evidence to connect to it, Brian Cole Jr.
00:05:04.280And then, of course, we had Steve Baker and others do incredible investigative journalistic work tracking all this back.
00:05:10.640Now, new CTV camera footage with the timestamps, all of it, clearly shows that Brian Cole Jr. was not anywhere near this happening.
00:05:21.200at the very exact same time, time-stamped, that the supposed person that's supposedly him is planting these bombs.
00:05:31.560So I want to just bring Carl Serafin in here to give the background on this and go into the new developments.
00:05:35.860But this is so huge, and you have the deputy director and the FBI director always saying this was a cover-up until they got in
00:05:44.420and then getting extremely aggressive about it once they got in
00:05:48.200and then suddenly producing what now the evidence shows conclusively is a patsy.
00:05:52.620He was completely exonerated, and that is Brian Cole Jr.
00:05:56.260Then we supposedly have this confession, this transcript.
00:05:59.960So we couldn't have a better guest on.
00:06:01.960Famous whistleblower, been vindicated over and over again.
00:06:04.460Also, strangely enough, in counterterrorism, was assigned after J-6 to that area,
00:06:09.600happened to surveil a house next door to this CIA Capitol police lady.
00:06:14.600So we couldn't have a better guest on.
00:08:20.140What you see is the man we believe is Brian Cole Jr.
00:08:22.960At exactly the time that the pipe bomber is supposedly wandering around over by the DNC
00:08:27.080and the RNC on a loop to drop pipe bombs.
00:08:29.480Now, this only came out from a very sort of fortuitous moment where the defense for Brian Cole said they would like to suppress his his confession.
00:08:40.460And what they did is they released a transcript of four hours of FBI interrogation, two hours of which Brian Cole Jr. tells them what he was doing in D.C. on that day.
00:08:50.220And what he says is, I went to a protest. I'd never done that before. I drove up there in my own Nissan. I wanted to go and see what was happening at the area.
00:08:58.380I supported what was going on with the people expressing their discomfort with the election in 2020.
00:09:02.940I thought it was wrong to say that all those people, you know, didn't matter and that they were conspiracy theorists.
00:09:07.480So we're talking about a man who basically explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.
00:09:12.080And so the interrogators are trying to get to the bottom of it.
00:09:15.320Now, what they want to do is they want to get him to admit that he dropped pipe bombs and he went up there to drop pipe bombs.0.87
00:09:19.640But when they're asking him, he's an autistic guy that had not previously been diagnosed.
00:09:23.640And so anybody who saw him prior knew that he was autistic.
00:09:27.680I know people that live near him and said the same thing.
00:09:30.420They were like, it's pretty obvious he's on the spectrum by the way he walks and the way he carries himself.
00:09:34.920And you can talk to him and he won't respond and this kind of thing.
00:09:37.940But essentially, he voiced this stuff in the middle of this transcript.
00:09:42.100And nobody had access to this transcript until the defense said, hey, we'd like to suppress this.
00:09:46.300Now, this is just my analysis on this, Alex.
00:09:48.100And I don't know that it to be a factual truth.
00:09:50.300But it looks like the defense was letting the public know this is how shitty this interrogation was.
00:09:56.160And for two hours, the man maintained his innocence. Even after being accused, he resisted the pressure. And he said, you know, I was at a I was standing alone. I wanted around. I went to a protest. I was there about an hour. I was in front of the Capitol, which has some meaning to people that understand where the Capitol is. It faces one direction and so on.0.75
00:10:14.460and so from that transcript armitas the uh sort of like i said a video researcher that's been
00:10:20.800working with steve baker went through the hundreds of cameras that point in that area
00:10:25.240for the hours that needed to be seen he said it was dark so you got hours of darkness basically
00:10:29.880and then specifically they were looking for the time when the pipe bomber is actually wandering
00:10:34.000around in the folger park loop uh between the dnc and the rnc and it totally substantiates him
00:10:40.480including the coat his family bought him with the actual tag still hanging you can see skinny legs
00:10:46.840you can see from other videos of him at traffic stops clearly it matches up this is incredible
00:10:52.160and of course the fbi didn't think to go check the cameras to see if what he said was true
00:10:56.300uh alex i'd say they probably did what you're seeing on the screen right now are the actual
00:11:00.880shoes that are currently in the possession of the cole family because they came out of his closet
00:11:04.400those are the way that he wears his shoes and it's why he actually ended up started wearing crocs0.99
00:11:08.380they stopped buying him nice running shoes like those uh these new balance which are runners that
00:11:12.940have retro reflective tape on them and it's because he was crushing down the back of the heel
00:11:16.900and when you watch the video that baker released and they pointed out really well and they do a
00:11:20.560bunch of really good freeze frames it shows that his white socks are actually coming out of the
00:11:25.380shoe because his foot's not all the way in the shoe in the back and when you watch it enough
00:11:29.040times the way i was looking at i was looking at the way the foot hit and i went there's something
00:11:32.280wrong with this you know with the way that his foot is hitting the ground it looks like the shoe
00:11:35.760hits first and then his body hits second and what's happening is because the shoe is actually
00:11:39.500hanging off like a sandal or like a slide uh that see people wear like the soccer players player
00:11:44.200slides he actually lands with the toe first the shoe hits first and then his heel actually makes
00:11:48.980impact with the ground and you can sure but the point is and i'm glad you're going through all
00:11:52.300these factoids and where it came from is at the same time we have footage it's clearly him will
00:11:56.440go to the jacket the family all this stuff then you've got this person that looks nothing like
00:12:01.540him, looks like a woman waddling around over here,1.00
00:12:18.900I mean, this is just absolutely outrageous.
00:12:20.880So let's, let's start walking through it.
00:12:23.420So here, here's the, probably the best evidence.
00:12:25.420This is what they did is they found the person that looked like Brian Cole.
00:12:28.200And it's a picture of a face mask and an individual who's wearing glasses, clearly a black male with a high cropped short haircut and wearing glasses, wearing this sort of like unique face mask.
00:12:39.180And and it's maroon and gold ish, which are the colors of the formerly redskins, then the Washington football team at the time, and then eventually the Washington commanders.
00:12:48.060And so when you look at it, you're like, OK, well, what's going on here?
00:12:51.160Brian wouldn't wear a regular covid mask.
00:12:53.060He wouldn't wear the paper ones and he wouldn't wear the N95s, but he would wear the ones that his mother made him.
00:12:57.900And so she still has some of the fabric hanging around.
00:13:00.440So this is, yeah, obviously a pixelated grainy image.
00:13:02.700When you see it in motion, it actually makes a little more sense.
00:13:04.740The crazy bit is that the FBI and the Capitol Police actually have a probably higher definition
00:13:09.800than what they actually put out on Rumble.
00:13:11.440So they should actually have a better look at this.
00:13:49.920I mean, I'm no FBI agent, but this is pretty fricking clear.
00:13:52.460yeah so this is between uh 757 and about 805 and at that point the pipe bomber is halfway through
00:13:59.140the route so has already dropped one at the dnc and is a mile away uh brian's picture is up here
00:14:04.020you see on sort of like the northwest side of the capital the pipe bomber was on the southeast side
00:14:08.640and would have to travel a mile between the two of them it's not physically possible to occupy two
00:14:12.680places you know time and space so this little clip that you're seeing i think is really damning to
00:14:16.920the government's case and again all you need to do for the for the defense to win is to show
00:14:20.480reasonable doubt and i think that any reasonable person especially a washington dc jury is going
00:14:24.640to look at a black man who's lumbering in a certain way who's wearing his shoes the way that brian
00:14:28.140cole jr did who's got a jacket on that his grandmother is going to testify she bought
00:14:31.760she said she bought it with a cole's credit card which should be easily accessible to the fbi
00:14:35.620and the deep kind of dark part of it is is i think the fbi probably ruled him out in february of 2021
00:14:40.760which is when they identified all the 186 cell phone numbers and they moved on what you're seeing
00:14:46.500at that that little sort of clip that your folks were just showing was at 757 it's kind of the
00:14:51.000earliest grainiest shittiest footage they have of this sort of stream of putting multiple cameras
00:14:55.820together but they backtracked from the good video that you and i just saw where you can see and pull
00:14:59.540the mask down and then they went and they said okay well who you know who was that person tracked
00:15:04.340him through all the different cameras and got about eight minutes of him walking what you're
00:15:07.360also seeing is that the pipe bomb was physically on foot and captured on surveillance cameras
00:15:11.220about a mile away at the exact same time doesn't have big shoulders and isn't a black guy1.00
00:15:16.540and and and it looks like a woman definitely athletic it's definitely someone walking
00:15:21.780athletically brian cole autistic minimal arm swing keeps his hands close to his body has a
00:15:27.340strange shuffle ship and part of that is because he's not actually wearing his shoes all the way
00:15:31.020again he works better in crocs which is why they ended up stop buying him the nicer shoes because
00:15:35.260he was crushing them and breaking them and you have right there you know a pretty decent uh instinct
00:15:39.800of how tall he is those are 42 inch little uh baller or ballers there whatever they're called
00:15:44.280ballers those those uh black kind of dividers that keep cars from going you can't even see when he
00:15:48.780pulls the mask down it's him so this is open and shut i mean what do you call it's not as reasonable
00:15:52.800doubt it is absolutely clear cut i mean what is that called in investigations exoneration i suppose
00:16:00.100apparently what they were trying to do for shawnee kirkhoff when they were out there apparently the
00:16:03.020fbi was interested in exonerating and clearing would you call it airtight alibi uh i think if
00:16:08.680you can say that it's the same guy then yes and so obviously you're going to need a little bit
00:16:12.180more than what we have with just the footage there but i think that the uh if you look at
00:16:15.700the picture of him that's what he looks like he's a black man wearing glasses that are not
00:16:19.420sunglasses he's wearing a mask that his mom apparently made he's walking in the way that
00:16:23.440brian cole walks i just watched um a youtube stream where people who have been in the courtroom
00:16:28.700with brian cole said that's what he looks like he kind of does this kind of shuffle well you
00:16:32.480even see it in the squad car pullover it's his legs it's him yeah so i think a lot of people
00:16:38.240are going to see it the crazy bit to me and this is what actually confirms it as much as anything
00:16:41.240else Alex this will be not foreign to you the mainstream media won't touch it not on the left
00:16:45.360and not on the right I just saw Steven Crowder so kudos to him for going out and pointing out
00:16:49.160that this came out but basically you're going to see total silence from the people that celebrated
00:16:53.640the arrest of Brian Cole in the first place and that's going to be a lot of different folks who
00:16:57.580will not touch this with a 10-foot pole because they've already celebrated the grab of this guy
00:17:01.600and at the end of the day what he says is that he was supportive at least kind of MAGA curious if
00:17:07.040you will he thought it was wrong what was going on uh and then you got this person on the screen
00:17:11.140right here which moves nothing like brian cole one of the other things as darling as you most
00:17:16.280listeners are but this is who they say the pipe bomber is totally different build a gray uh
00:17:22.940sweatsuit top not the same person and you clearly have brian cole metadata same time as the bombs
00:17:30.680are being planted a mile away walking around i mean this is open and shut for me i mean
00:17:36.720So I'm going to tell you one other thing, and I'm actually going to tease something out because it wasn't my story to share in the first place, but we did end up telling it on the podcast that's going to come out on Thursday of this week. So I rarely will plug something and tell people, you know, stay tuned or whatever. But I taped something. I'm going out of town. We've got an episode that's running on Thursday that I think will lock this up even more for people.
00:17:56.440It's Steve Baker's story that I contributed to.
00:17:59.140And we did some video work and some reenactment that I think is going to be very compelling
00:25:09.880And when they finally released the transcript of that confession, we got the beginnings of where to look for Brian Cole in real life on the camera footage.
00:25:20.000Steve and his team had spent probably hundreds and hundreds of man hours looking on the south side of the Capitol because that was where the FBI ended up picking him up.
00:27:15.820They've got all the proof it's his walk.
00:27:17.520This other person, they're looking for a car that matches
00:27:19.720The woman that was in public investigations by Steve Baker pointed out, and then you have nothing going on for four years, and suddenly in just a few weeks, in a week, they're already on him.
00:27:30.820A month later, he's in handcuffs, and the family's saying he's totally innocent.
00:27:35.900What is the deep state going to do now?
00:27:37.920And the bigger question is, why suddenly, four months of the administration last year, the new administration, did they start covering up Epstein, Crooks in Pennsylvania, this event, then with Kirk to cover up?
00:27:54.120I mean, it was like there was a total shift.
00:27:56.420And I remember Tucker at the time telling me about this in person, saying, man, I just had Bongino screaming and cussing and yelling at me, totally freaking out.
00:28:05.000what's really going on here Kyle just big picture because this is this is really frightening
00:28:09.080what's funny because I still remember where I was when you were telling me that you had just been
00:28:13.920with Tucker and that happened so you and I are talking I was returning a grocery cart about to
00:28:18.520get back in my minivan and leave an HEB with my kids and it was it was something that took place
00:28:23.260you know June and then the beginning of July like over the weekend of July 4th was kind of like when
00:28:28.520I noticed it really kind of swing into full play but we ended Doge we ended the Butler investigation
00:28:33.540We stopped looking into Epstein. The files were closed. They dropped it on a on a Sunday night and they said, we're not going to do that.
00:28:39.420And he killed himself and stopped asking all the questions and whatever it was you thought was going to happen is not.
00:28:44.140And it just seemed like that was when, you know, if there was a power struggle happening inside of our government between, let's call it, you know, administrative state people who just want the status quo and whatever the reform that Trump was representing that I think people wanted.
00:28:58.300that's when the battle was lost it was lost like right at the beginning of july going like from
00:29:03.160the fourth to the seventh it was really the official kind of end of it and you and i were
00:29:06.880talking and you told me i just had this crazy conversation i'm here i am talking to tucker
00:29:10.400carlson and he's got you know i hear a bunch you know screaming at him in the other room
00:29:14.420and we just saw tucker go out and and kind of say if you guys saw the conversations that we had and
00:29:19.200i'm not going to share the text messages but they were atrocious i had real time you know sort of
00:29:23.900secondhand confirmation that what he's talking about is real because you and i were talking
00:29:27.380about it right then so i don't know what the answer is i don't know what their response is to
00:29:31.120this i suspect nothing if like if it was me and you and i have talked about some of the failures
00:29:36.360the trump administration have had on messaging alone their biggest failure has been trying to
00:29:42.000cover up and say that the things that we did are not a big deal and you know you're that we don't
00:29:45.920need your support anymore and all this kind of stuff and now they're panicking because the midterms
00:29:49.420are looking atrocious i i think their best answer which is probably what they'll do is they're going
00:29:53.520to act like this didn't happen the problem is is two million people saw this yesterday on x
00:29:57.500and there will be more as well and it'll be shared around and i saw a couple hundred thousand people
00:30:01.460just saw it on steven crowder's and a couple hundred thousand yeah it's blowing up and then
00:30:04.840what happens when they finally have a trial i'm worried they're going to epstein brian cole jr
00:30:09.320you you can't expect that they're going to win look that may be the end goal like maybe they
00:30:13.560don't have like a ton of evil in them and let's give them the benefit of the most doubt which i
00:30:17.200don't think is justified you take brian cole jr you keep him in prison for the next couple months
00:30:21.400His trial is supposed to start in February of next year, and you put that in front of a D.C. jury, and the defense rolls out and says, hey, we think he's actually here.
00:30:29.200And by the way, we have an alternate subject theory, and the alternate subject has a bunch of problems and was excused by the mainstream media and got a puff piece by the New York Times and was keeping track of puppies.
00:30:39.800It's just a dog that's an old greyhound, and she's not in the video, and nobody could ever fake the metadata, and we're not going to give you the metadata anyway.
00:30:47.860And then you're going to have jurors who are in Washington, D.C., who are left-leaning, that several of them are going to be black, and they're going to go, you bullied the crap out of a kid for two hours who's on the autism spectrum, who's OCD.0.95
00:31:02.340There's this video that's probably him on the other side of the Capitol.0.89
00:31:09.000And let me just get the biggest picture.
00:31:10.200to believe that brian cole jr is the right guy which i never have you'd have to believe that the
00:31:16.620fbi which we spend 11 billion dollars a year on couldn't find someone who committed the most
00:31:21.640dangerous crime on january 6th while carrying his own phone while driving his own car and buying
00:31:27.260parts for a bomb with his own credit card and it took the fbi five years to find that person0.98
00:31:31.420that's utter bullshit there's no way that's true that could never be true and you can't tell me0.98
00:31:35.500that you didn't find out anything new and then suddenly you're like oh we just brought in a red0.99
00:31:40.000team and they were able to look at the same data and the fbi couldn't handle it the fbi finds
00:31:44.580people who have been kidnapped in hours on a regular basis they help out local law enforcement
00:31:48.380with this i've seen it i sat next to the cell phone analyst team there's one of the guys who
00:31:52.500was dedicated to that actual team he was a national asset he sat in las cruces new mexico
00:31:56.360and i've watched him do that i've watched him find somebody in real time from cell phone pings0.57
00:32:00.420so there's no way that this was a true story it was always crap and if you go look and i think
00:32:05.100i sent you guys the hannity clip sean hannity he just put the nail in the coffin for the new0.91
00:32:09.200white house press secretary he kind of like shut her down and she ended up being fired the next
00:32:12.900morning uh he kind of did the same thing to daniel bongino he brought him on right on this on this
00:32:17.980on the eve of this on december the 4th of last year and he said hey man you used to say that
00:32:22.380it was a government insider and it was a deep state plot and that it was the democrats doing
00:32:25.680all this stuff and now you're saying it's somebody else what the hell are you doing and dan goes
00:32:30.440and he just looks down and goes i think the public will be pretty comfortable with the subject that
00:32:36.500we've introduced to you try to go in front of a federal magistrate judge and they say is there
00:32:40.800probable cause to believe this person committed the crime and you say we're pretty comfortable
00:32:45.120it's never going to happen if you want to roll the clip it yeah we will and i want to explain
00:32:49.300something i like bongino before i'm not this is not a hard on about bongino it's about his behavior
00:32:57.160in the position he was in and the 180 he did so before i want to go to hannity he took the victory
00:33:03.480lap on this arrest for whatever it's worth he owned it he got out there and he he claimed it
00:33:07.780was him he said he was the you know he was the one cash patel said he spearheaded the effort to
00:33:12.500go out and find him yeah so let's go to daniel vangino's birthday let's go to this clip one is
00:33:17.340that first i don't want to show what tucker said about vangino freaking out on him about this pipe
00:33:23.140Bomber information. But first, here's the clip you're mentioning from Hannity. You know, I don't
00:33:28.100know if you remember this. This is before you became the deputy FBI director. You put a post on
00:33:33.800X right after this happened. And you said there's a massive cover up because the person that planted
00:33:39.640those pipe bombs, they don't want you to know who it is because it's either a connected anti-Trump
00:33:46.360insider or an inside job. You said that, you know, long before you even thought of as deputy FBI
00:33:53.000director? Yeah, that's why I said to you this investigation has just begun. We are pretty
00:34:00.820comfortable. We have our guy. I think there's, again, legal process starts to surface and
00:34:05.800information, facts start to come out. The public is going to be very comfortable with the
00:34:09.640investigation that was conducted under Director Patel and his leadership. He's been great on this.
00:34:16.480But I don't want to, you know, listen, I was paid in the past, Sean, for my opinions. That's clear.
00:34:21.540And one day I'll be back in that space. But that's not what I'm paid for now. I'm paid to be your deputy director. And we base investigations on facts.
00:34:30.220And, you know, it was interesting. I was looking out in the crowd today at the presser and I saw a couple of media figures who you and I both know who promoted the other scandal, the collusion hoax.
00:34:41.360And I thought to myself, you know, the difference between us and them is, you know, we evolve as information and new inputs come out.
00:34:48.420We can produce different outputs because that's what we believe in.
00:34:51.660We believe in facts and investigations guided by facts.
00:34:55.300There were people out there in that crowd.
00:34:56.980I'm sure I'm sure still believe in this collusion fairy tale hoax.
00:37:54.000So maybe that's the the best outcome for DOJ is that they lose and they blame a D.C. jury.
00:37:59.100It's a bunch of liberals fault. But at the end of the day, I think they've tried to set somebody up who is objectively not the right guy.
00:38:05.340And the things that they did are atrocious. They've they had to ignore all the obvious evidence up front.
00:38:11.140And he said in that clip, when we get new information, then we can get new outputs.
00:38:15.880The new information is we think Brian Cole Jr. is walking on the northwest side of the Capitol while you think he's walking on the southeast.
00:38:22.560so now you have new information it'd be nice if the fbi rapid response or cash patel's press
00:38:27.560secretary the guy's name uh what is it ben williamson it'd be nice if these people had
00:38:30.820something to say because it's not going to go away people aren't going to just forget about it
00:38:34.160after two million people saw it yesterday and probably another million or so see it today
00:38:37.980well you're absolutely right and tens of millions of people share this live feed right now
00:38:42.940what is this dan bongino comment he says who's he talking to remember when your producer reached
00:38:48.540out begging me he's always about everyone's begging him he's the quarterback he's the high
00:38:53.500school cool kid and and and and like everyone's who's he attacking here i have no idea i mean he
00:39:00.200that's been his mo he's been reaching out and attacking i mean it's kind of a bongino thing
00:39:03.380he's like new york tough guy online so he does a lot of this stuff one of the funny things was0.92
00:39:07.580is he pivoted and started talking shit about me about uh two years ago and it was over this really0.71
00:39:13.580bizarre thing that apparently was some sort of a pr op they were trying to do with trump's legal0.94
00:39:17.360issues so there was a question about whether or not you could use deadly force as an fbi agent
00:39:21.000on the mar-a-lago raid and dan's a former federal agent he knows that if you're a federal agent
00:39:25.560whether you're secret service or dea or fbi you can always use deadly force if the policy is met
00:39:30.560and so he had julie kelly march out and say that the the fbi was trying to kill donald trump under
00:39:35.360the you know previous administration i don't think they should have raided mar-a-lago i think that
00:39:39.440was actually really an evil thing they did to our country but the deadly force policy is always
00:39:43.840sure he spun that so let's look at this uh clip what he's done is he's gone from being the biggest0.60
00:39:48.560uh attacker of the fbi where he was calling out their corruption saying that this was a cover-up
00:39:53.980for several years he actually stated that he believed the fbi knew exactly who the pipe bomber
00:39:58.760was and that it was the one of the biggest scandals in fbi history and then he gets in there and
00:40:03.280suddenly he's like nope they're red white and blue and i love them and they're all working really
00:40:06.380hard he says it's a false flag when we played the clip earlier because he's gotten more information
00:41:08.280will you host my show on my first day in the federal government? Like his first day that he
00:41:13.020was on the air, I hosted the show and I called into him and we talked and he was great. And he
00:41:18.060had not exactly the same views that I have, but like pretty close. He was, you know, the government's
00:41:22.860corrupt and we're going to, we're going to drain that swamp. And I think he really meant it. He
00:41:27.180seemed to mean it. I don't know why he claimed that if he didn't mean it. And I think he did
00:41:30.320mean it. I spoke to him a week or two after he started at the FBI and he said to me, this is
00:41:39.120verbatim. He said, however bad you think it is here, it's 10 times worse. This is shocking what's
00:41:45.040happening at the FBI. He said that to me on the phone and I thought, well, thank God that he's
00:41:49.220there. And then I didn't talk to him that much. And then late last summer, I got someone who I
00:41:58.280you approach me with thomas crooks's youtube account amazing amazing story fell right into
00:42:06.080my lap and it turns out that thomas crooks who they told us had no social media profile did
00:42:10.560and so anyway the first person i called was dan bongino and i said because i knew he's the number
00:42:15.700two guy at the fbi he's my friend and i say oh my gosh the last guy chris ray told us that this
00:42:22.140this person the guy who shot trump in the ear at butler had no social media profile which seemed
00:42:26.800absurd. And it was absurd. It was a lie. And I have it. Great. So I call him. I call Cash Patel.
00:42:34.440I call the agent in charge of the butler investigation. I tell him all this. And they're
00:42:37.540all hostile to me. So I sent him some of the stuff. They confirmed it was real. And then they
00:42:42.360attacked me. They set up an entire website attacking me. And I made a documentary about it.
00:42:48.320But they attacked me. It's like, wait a second. I thought we were on the same site. Why in the world
00:42:52.580are you covering up for the thomas crooks shooting like what you have all this information why don't
00:42:58.300you release it you say it's a lone gunman and he's dead so what could possibly be the justification
00:43:04.080for holding any information related to thomas crooks and they never answered the question
00:43:08.200and instead they attacked me and then bongino called me and attacked me on the phone like
00:43:11.540five times you should read what he sent me i mean i'm attacking my family my my deceased father i
00:43:17.200mean it's like crazy stuff so those are the facts what can we conclude from those facts well i'll0.91
00:43:23.480tell you what i've concluded that bungino who i don't think is an evil person has saw something
00:43:28.220in the fbi that scared him so completely that he he became emotionally incontinent he's he's a
00:43:36.100different person um and it destroyed his life and so what is that thing i would like and i've asked
00:43:41.360him directly recently and he just texts back but it's like okay it's a fair yeah and i want to be
00:43:48.720clear because so much happens so much goes on i can't remember half of it straight unless i go
00:43:52.340back to the time and read read text i sent but i mean i'm tucker on multiple things i'm like hey
00:43:58.600what about crooks what about the pipe bomb what about j6 and it was multiple discussions on the
00:44:03.960phone and also in person he's like no it's they're all freaked out total 360 you know he calls up and
00:44:09.580yells at me all the time i mean i was just in there talking to him earlier he goes it's crazy
00:44:14.500and and so i was just telling you know seraph off record hey he says like there's a total
00:44:18.260bad stuff about to happen so that's just in general but i also later learned that bongino
00:44:22.480when he was deputy director did it to all sorts of other talk show hosts not as big as tucker
00:44:26.820would call up and harangue and yell at them and uh especially they interviewed people like you
00:44:34.620and so he was a very busy beaver running around trying to police everybody go ahead
00:44:40.240Yeah, no, I mean, we have some of the same contacts and we have some different ones.
00:44:43.600And I know people have told me that they would get these phone calls where he would just scream at them.
00:44:48.700And then 15 minutes later, we'd get a text message saying, you know, good talk or something like that.
00:44:53.320And so Tucker's comment about being emotionally incontinent is actually I've never heard that term before, but I like it a lot.
00:44:59.220Somebody who just is so at wit's end, they're just operating on a survival mechanism.
00:45:03.960And I don't know what happened to Dan Bongino.
00:45:05.340And I never saw something that would scare the crap out of me at the FBI that way.
00:45:08.200I did see that press conference, and it looked like what evil people do, where you go out and you cheer on locking up a patsy who couldn't be the person that you yourself had said it could be.
00:45:19.200Daniel Bongino, Cash Patel, went for literally years talking about who and what the pipe bomber was.
00:45:24.660Dan spent hours on his show discussing it.
00:45:27.260He talked about the works of Darren Beattie, who's now in the government.
00:45:29.720Talked about Julie Kelly looking into it.
00:45:31.620She also shouldn't agree with this story.
00:45:34.120Talked about the work of Steve Baker previously.
00:45:36.220very very flatteringly uh also brought up people who else mike benz you know and so if you're going
00:45:42.320out there and you're citing all these other people who have looked into the same thing and said the
00:45:45.040government obviously released garbage footage doctored the frame rates you know redacted the
00:45:50.760eyes and the face in any of the the clear spots where we might be able to see who it was theoretically
00:45:55.200the fbi was trying to find out who the pipe bomber was while hiding the identity of the pipe bomber
00:45:59.500by giving you garbage footage instead of better footage and occasionally gave you you know zoomed
00:46:04.200out versions where you could see them walk and every time you see it you're like well that's not
00:46:07.460brian cole that person had to be connected to the government again we'll kind of just do a little
00:46:11.580like retouching of some of the bases but the capitol police uh were called to the scene of
00:46:16.860the first bomb that was discovered it was actually the second bomb sorry they were called to the rnc
00:46:22.180which is the first bomb that was discovered the second bomb that was placed all right and that
00:46:25.620was just before the capitol was breached about 20 minutes before they sent out a bomb squad they
00:46:29.880They, you know, cordoned off the area and then they dispatched their counter surveillance agents to go out there and take a look and see, hey, are there any other devices?
00:46:37.180The problem is, is the agents that found bomb number two, which was the first one planted over by the DNC, they were already in motion before the radio call went out to go look for bombs.
00:46:46.960So they were already moving in the right direction.
00:46:49.320And then they got out of their car and they found the second bomb in 11 minutes and 28 seconds.
00:46:53.640From the time that they got out of their car, it took them less than 12 minutes to find the second bomb, and then they never looked for another bomb again.
00:47:00.360And Tom Massey has called this out and said, what would cause someone to do that?
00:47:03.060Tom Massey interviewed those agents, and it turns out, and Alex, this is like one of those detailed things that's so crazy.
00:47:08.560The bomb squad commander from the first scene from the ATF at the RNC pipe bomb scene left the job at the ATF and became the supervisor of the counter surveillance unit for the for the Capitol Police and sat in the room with Tom Massey as he was trying to interview the two agents who found the bomb and ran interference and did not let them be questioned as their supervisor.
00:47:33.020Wow, so acting very, very paranoid, and also they're letting school kids walk by the, quote, bombs they found.
00:47:50.800The ones who found the bombs went up and told the two on-duty people there.
00:47:53.840There was a Secret Service agent, and there was a Metro police officer in a car, in a suburban, which was part of Kamala Harris's motorcade.
00:48:00.140And they went over and said, hey, you know, there's a pipe bomb over there and we don't know what else was said.
00:48:03.600But it must have been something like it's a training device and don't worry about it because those guys finished their sandwich.
00:48:08.220Then they never set out a minimum safe distance.
00:48:12.320They never stopped the metro train, which was 60 feet away.
00:48:14.800They took their sweet little time getting over to it.
00:48:17.000So they clearly weren't worried about a bomb, which is why when I was briefed about it, hey, were these bombs legit?
00:48:21.340The thing that they told us when we were being briefed one week after January 6th at the Joint Terrorism Task Force sent out briefers to tell us because we were doing surveillance on the case.
00:48:31.460And they said, yeah, they look very bomb like. So we've always known there had to be some government component to it.
00:48:36.920By the way, one of those agents who helped find the bomb, the counter surveillance guys, was promoted into a position where he is now the liaison between the FBI and Capitol Police.
00:48:47.560So when we talk about kind of the three forks of the case, one of them is the broader conspiracy, which Daniel Bongino used to acknowledge was real.
00:48:53.920The other is if Brian Cole Jr. did it and if he's innocent, and I think he's innocent.
00:48:57.620And then the other one is who actually planted those bombs.
00:48:59.860And all three of those things all have elements that prove to me that the government had to have been involved.
00:49:04.680And by the way, Kash Patel and Bongino, who are now part of the government or formerly part of the government, they all used to say the same thing.
00:49:10.720There's hours and hours of footage of this.
00:49:35.040We're watching the same thing happen with Bongino.
00:49:36.600So how do you take someone that says one thing, goes in and has access to do something about it, and they do something different?
00:49:41.660And what I see from Trump 1.0 was that he lost money going into the office of the presidency. He was financially drained by doing that. And then he was deeply attacked. He was threatened with prison. They basically threatened to put him in prison until he died. State, local, federal, all the things were coming after him.
00:49:56.600And then you look around and you go, okay, well, what's he doing this time?
00:50:00.660It's like, well, he was moving in the right direction.
