00:00:00.000 In the coming election, we've got 22 Republican senators that are up for reelection, which is that's a much higher amount than normal.
00:00:09.940 You know, you've got to figure we've got, what, 52 senators, 53.
00:00:14.100 So, you know, divide that by by three.
00:00:16.340 That's what you would ordinarily have.
00:00:18.200 But now we've got 22 of them in one shot.
00:00:21.900 If they flip the election on 18 of them and don't lose any Democrat seats, they'll have 67.
00:00:30.000 and they don't even need that number because there are enough rhinos in there that also do
00:00:35.700 the dirty deed. So most people are thinking, oh, they'll impeach and they'll impeach and they'll
00:00:40.900 impeach in the House. But it's not the impeachment. It's the removal that counts.
00:00:47.000 So, you know, when they impeach in the House, they're not going to just impeach Donald Trump,
00:00:52.080 but they're going to impeach with him, J.D. Vance, accusing the both of war crimes or accusing
00:00:57.900 the both of murdering uh renee good up in minnesota whatever it is it doesn't matter if
00:01:04.740 there's any truth to it doesn't mean it nothing matters it just matters the number of votes
00:01:09.280 and and that's key they've said they're gonna have a whole bunch of impeachments
00:01:12.680 trying to knock out his cabinet yeah but they've also said and they've said it with with a kind of
00:01:19.240 confidence that could make you a little bit nervous wondering where they're getting their
00:01:22.860 confidence but they've also indicated that we don't have to worry about trump because he's not
00:01:27.880 be around after the midterms i mean we've been hearing that for over a year now on january 5th
00:01:33.000 in the house and both both parts of congress they basically will elect their new speaker
00:01:38.600 on the house side we know it's going to be hakeem jeffries and and hakeem jeffries and
00:01:45.320 what's the first thing he's going to do the impeachment so they they could do it in a day
00:01:50.040 they don't need a trial because they've got the number of votes that they need they will impeach
00:01:54.680 not just Donald Trump, but Donald Trump together with J.D. Vance.
00:02:00.860 If they do that, and then they're both referred to the Senate, and the Senate removes both of
00:02:05.900 them, then Hocking Jeffries becomes the president of the United States, and we will have lost not
00:02:12.200 just the presidency, not just the House, but the Senate, the trifecta, and we will never again
00:02:18.640 see freedom in the United States again. There is an emergency, okay? He's not going to
00:02:24.660 make up an emergency. There really is an emergency. I know I'm working the cases that have these
00:02:29.700 machines in them, and I know the capability of these machines. They're able to surreptitiously
00:02:34.220 change the results of the election however the operators of these machines want them to be
00:02:39.040 changed. So how do you deal with it? What can you do? The president of the United States can't do
00:02:45.320 anything just in his ordinary powers. Okay, the Constitution provides that the legislatures of
00:02:50.380 each state are the ones that decide how the states will conduct the elections. And yes,
00:02:55.360 Congress can do something, but that's never going to happen. And there's no time to have it happen.
00:02:59.460 We have an election emergency in the United States. I'm not asking the president to make
00:03:04.880 up an emergency. I'm only asking the president to declare the emergency that we have. And it's
00:03:11.040 important for us to let people see and know what that is in terms of the machines and how they
00:03:17.220 can do this. They shouldn't be taking my word for it any more than they should take the word
00:03:21.840 of somebody at CNN that's going to say, oh, no, he's full of it. Fundamentally, do I want to be
00:03:26.260 the attorney general of the United States? Not a chance. Who would ever want to be that? I mean,
00:03:31.620 you know, it's not like I have ambitions of a future position that I'll get into in a big firm
00:03:37.460 because I was the attorney general of the United States. No, it's not something I ever wanted to
00:03:43.500 do. It's just that I don't know anybody else who is going to be able to do what needs to be done.
00:03:50.180 You know, right now, if you talk to any U.S. attorney, they all are protecting the reputations
00:03:56.360 of the DOJ. It's time that we stopped protecting it. As the leader of the DOJ, I will stop
00:04:03.360 protecting its reputation from the past and admit how we screwed things up and admit what we've
00:04:09.280 done wrong and admit the weaponization that we did, they haven't even, Todd Blanchett isn't even
00:04:14.300 admitting that we did anything wrong and going after Donald Trump. You know, so, you know, let's
00:04:19.640 get real, okay? Let's be honest and fix the DOJ and make it something that is good for the
00:04:30.460 American people, that the American people will appreciate and love, as opposed to an instrument
00:04:35.140 that they all hate and fear.
00:04:39.280 all right we've got a long time trump confidant ellie
00:04:47.520 bunked with him in military academy peter tickton he's also a top lawyer and a big advisor
00:04:54.800 to president trump and he's on record been advising him about different emergencies he
00:05:00.340 could declare dealing with all the election fraud the mail-in ballots and what we know is going on
00:05:04.020 i looked at that and talked to other constitutional lawyers they thought what
00:05:06.760 Peter and others were saying was totally constitutional.
00:05:08.640 So Trump's looking at that right now, and they're trying to call it martial law and all the rest of it.
00:05:12.660 Now we're also hearing out of the White House, though, they're looking at a financial emergency of some type
00:05:16.400 using previous executive orders to be reissued that the Supreme Court has upheld.
00:05:20.960 And you've got the Young Turks and others saying, you know, basically Trump is trying to set up martial law.
00:05:25.260 I wouldn't give that any credibility, except that you get his new terrorism czar saying Tucker Carlson and people,
00:05:32.720 you know, just you might be basically domestic terrorists.
00:05:34.700 We're going to watch what you say.
00:05:35.620 Come on. So I wanted to get Peter Tickton on instead of just going with rumors and talk to see what he's hearing, what he's advising, what he believes coming and what we're facing in six months with the midterms, with the Democrats continually being caught in fraud every time there's a special election.
00:05:55.140 Trump's been totally vindicated on all that
00:05:58.220 And what happened in 2020 definitely was stolen
00:06:00.720 So Peter Tickton, thank you so much for joining us
00:06:04.040 You founded the Peter Tickton Law Group
00:06:05.620 I'm not going to go over it all
00:06:06.520 Legalbrains.com
00:06:08.720 And people can find you just by searching Peter Tickton
00:06:11.300 You're all over the place
00:06:11.840 So thank you for coming on on short notice
00:06:13.700 Because I was trying to study this the last few days
00:06:15.960 I said, why don't I get Peter Tickton on
00:06:17.220 Instead of just speculating
00:06:18.440 Thank you for being here
00:06:19.100 It's my pleasure, always a pleasure
00:06:21.760 I'm glad of some of the things you've been saying lately
00:06:24.500 because I really, you belong together with Donald Trump.
00:06:28.880 You don't belong at odds with the man at all.
00:06:31.040 I mean, your way of looking at the world is just so realistic.
00:06:35.760 You know, we are in a war.
00:06:37.780 And I know there's so many people that don't look at it that way.
00:06:40.980 They see us as, they look at the individual issues
00:06:44.400 and they don't realize that everything is connected.
00:06:47.900 You know, so I just really-
00:06:50.800 Well, let's be clear.
00:06:51.280 Well, thank you.
00:06:51.720 My criticism of Trump has been that he's been given.
00:06:54.960 Look, I would love it if the Moolahs fell.
00:06:56.220 I get your point a few months ago.
00:06:58.580 My point is, is that here we are with the straight.
00:07:02.660 Here we are with the neocons throwing him overboard.
00:07:04.820 Here they are with the setup.
00:07:06.620 And that was my concern, is that the outcome he wanted wasn't achievable.
00:07:10.060 I get it to roll the dice.
00:07:11.420 And then, yeah, his surrogates and some people tell him I'm attacking him
00:07:15.560 toward that he actually believes that when it was done from a different perspective.
00:07:20.360 Right, right.
00:07:21.160 And I get it. OK. And I get you. I really do. I do appreciate you a lot. And I know the way you're looking at it. It's like, for instance, I look at myself. Let's just say and I'm not displeased with the fact that he went into Iran. I happen to be one of these people that believe that, you know, if you're a state trooper and you've got your gun drawn and you've got a bead on somebody that's a perpetrator and that guy has a gun on his hip, you know, when do you shoot him dead? You know, when he's standing there.
00:07:49.600 And I respect people that are honest about their position, and I actually respect that and wish the Mullahs were gone.
00:07:56.020 Exactly.
00:07:56.680 What I don't like is being called an Iranian or Qatarian agent by people like Sebastian Gorka with no evidence because that's not true.
00:08:05.540 No, of course it's not true.
00:08:07.580 That's ridiculous.
00:08:09.280 So, you know, the thing is, what I really appreciate about what you said is that you're not on the side of China or whatever you want to call it, the cabal.
00:08:19.960 I mean, you know, you're right.
00:08:21.400 When you talk about Iran, we're talking about China.
00:08:23.100 And I get the larger 30,000 foot view of take out Venezuela, take out Cuba, you take out China, you take out Iran.
00:08:30.220 And it's working on in Venezuela and Cuba.
00:08:32.260 Cuba's about to fall.
00:08:33.120 I was like, that was I had the crew getting that ready when you came on with Cuba's on the verge of collapse.
00:08:38.340 Trump's plan is great there.
00:08:39.820 I backed all that.
00:08:40.760 I was just saying Iran, because the Pentagon told him, was not going to be successful probably.
00:08:45.340 But anyways, I'm ranting, sir.
00:08:46.200 You've got the floor.
00:08:48.040 Okay.
00:08:48.600 I will say that those are almost the easy ones to follow.
00:08:52.300 We hit Venezuela, hit Iran, and then you've basically got China in control because they need the energy.
00:09:00.380 And at the same time, you've got Cuba.
00:09:03.360 But we still don't have Brazil.
00:09:05.080 There's still other things that are that there are other major emergencies in our own hemisphere.
00:09:11.260 You know, when when you look at Donald Trump, I mean, when I was saying everything is connected, you have to look at the at the weaponization that's been occurring in the United States, coupled with the election fraud, which is everything.
00:09:28.180 You know, I don't know whether I reviewed with you
00:09:32.160 I think I may have
00:09:33.480 But, you know, the nightmare scenario
00:09:35.800 That I've been projecting
00:09:39.040 You have, but why don't you recap it
00:09:41.340 Or it kind of bleeds together
00:09:42.560 Actually, you have it on my show
00:09:43.860 I've seen you say it
00:09:44.800 Because I follow your work
00:09:46.180 Because, again, we all agree
00:09:48.060 We care about the country in the future
00:09:49.480 China's the enemy and the puppet master of the election fraud
00:09:51.960 All of it
00:09:52.460 With leftists they work with here
00:09:54.080 Like John Brennan
00:09:54.760 So I get that Trump's overall mission of what he's doing
00:09:58.040 I was just concerned about the Iran thing being more than he could chew.
00:10:01.040 I've already said that.
00:10:02.220 So, yeah, walk through, because I forgot.
00:10:05.120 Trump has dispatched you.
00:10:06.460 You're in the middle of it all.
00:10:07.820 You've got the best track record, literally, of predicting and exposing and what's happening.
00:10:12.040 So what we know about election fraud, 2020, the midterms since then, 2024, and then the nightmare scenario where we are right now,
00:10:18.820 because we're so focused on side issues or people telling Trump these people are against him, so he attacks them.
00:10:25.080 And then the Democrats sit back and laugh
00:10:27.520 We need to pull back and remember what we're dealing with here
00:10:29.780 Okay, well, he didn't exactly dispatch me
00:10:33.000 He did have me for nine months
00:10:34.380 I was marshalling the evidence regarding January 6th
00:10:38.760 So believe me, that's an area that I know
00:10:41.500 I just heard, I saw it in the news
00:10:43.160 That Trump enlisted you to help quarterback the stuff since 2020
00:10:45.620 Well, I'm definitely involved in it
00:10:49.200 Because I'm involved in all the election cases
00:10:51.240 You know, I represent Tina Peters
00:10:53.120 that represents Stephanie Lambert.
00:10:57.180 You know, she's also been charged the way Tina Peters was.
00:11:00.940 Also, there's Joseph Altman, who the judge is there.
00:11:09.540 You know, the way they do things, they try to get us disbarred if they can,
00:11:13.220 or they try to keep us off the cases if they can.
00:11:15.880 I only have these problems in the political cases.
00:11:18.080 I don't have them in any of the other cases in my office.
00:11:21.160 And so it's really.
00:11:22.980 Well, let's just say it.
00:11:23.700 I'm just guessing your ass.
00:11:24.480 You've been a hero to be at the tip of the spear of this because most lawyers, I know, are great people.
00:11:29.060 You get involved in this election for even a year.
00:11:31.380 They get attacked so much they punch out.
00:11:33.960 Well, that's what's going on.
00:11:35.120 I mean, so it's part of the battle.
00:11:37.700 You know, I don't have to fight for your client.
00:11:38.900 You've got to fight for yourself, and that's fine.
00:11:41.060 I don't have a problem with that because I know what I'm fighting, and what I'm fighting is humongous.
00:11:46.240 you know these these people you know i mean really if you were to think okay what do we do
00:11:52.440 we're china or we're the world economic forum or we're a combination of both uh and what we want
00:11:59.960 to do is we want to be able to have one world order and the only way we're going to do that
00:12:04.220 is take this four percent of the population of the earth the united states and we got to break
00:12:08.580 them we got to take them over well let's attack them well we can't attack them they've got they've
00:12:13.840 got a military that will beat our military. So how do we beat these people? What do we do?
00:12:19.520 And so somebody came along with the idea of election fraud. And, you know, that actually
00:12:26.460 started with Hugo Chavez. The first election that was actually stolen was where he was recalled.
00:12:34.520 in, or they had an election for recall, rather, in 2004 in Venezuela, and that's where the
00:12:45.440 machines were first used.
00:12:47.720 And they had the Sequoia machines, followed by the Smartmatic machines, ultimately followed
00:12:52.260 by the Dominion machines, and now the Liberty machines.
00:12:54.820 They're all the same.
00:12:55.860 They have the same kind of code, same code, maybe in a different language, but it's the
00:12:59.600 same stuff.
00:13:00.360 all programmed by the Serbians and Serbia being a satellite of China.
00:13:05.580 We know exactly where this is all coming from and what it's all about.
00:13:10.040 But Venezuela was the first model of it.
00:13:12.800 And then 2006, it was Obama using it in the primaries.
00:13:16.440 That's how he beat Clinton.
00:13:19.280 But that's a whole other story.
00:13:21.540 The point is, where are we now?
00:13:23.260 The machines are so, you know, for a while they were dependent on,
00:13:27.140 for a long while they were dependent on what they put into the voter rolls.
00:13:30.400 Voter rolls had all these fake names, these what we call modified duplicates, because it would be the same name.
00:13:37.720 Like in your area where you vote, there could be five, there could be two, there could be three.
00:13:43.280 You know, Alex Jones's and with your same driver's license, some for your same Social Security number.
00:13:50.860 I saw some reports out of Michigan where you'd have one name used thousands of times or voter ID.
00:13:56.780 It could be, but now they're more sophisticated.
00:13:58.820 they don't even need that and now they got the the machines are to such a level where they have
00:14:04.900 them they can have them and they do have them i understand from my experts they have them
00:14:09.060 automatically programmed so after they do the dirty deeds they get rid of all the programming
00:14:15.060 that that that had them do the dirty deeds so you don't even know that the dirty deeds were done
00:14:21.140 it they've gone to a whole new generation and we've got the machines that are able
00:14:27.860 to determine the results of the election.
00:14:30.520 So you don't need to take over a country militarily
00:14:32.800 if you can just get into its election system
00:14:35.580 and take over the country through its elections.
00:14:38.400 And my understanding is Venezuela has 72 countries
00:14:42.840 to whom they were exporting election results, basically.
00:14:46.960 So this is the ultimate stealth tool.
00:14:49.240 The ultimate stealth tool.
00:14:50.320 So that's pretty well known.
00:14:51.220 You've got the tip of spur exposing that.
00:14:52.680 Now what's the nightmare scenario?
00:14:54.280 What do we expect in the midterms?
00:14:55.600 Trump's so far successful in Venezuela
00:14:58.240 Cuba looks like it's about to fall
00:14:59.900 China's in crisis
00:15:00.880 Okay, so where are we in terms of the midterm?
00:15:04.460 Believe me, they want their people back
00:15:06.760 They want the Biden kind of people back
00:15:08.820 They want to have people in there
00:15:10.940 That will do what's in their best interest
00:15:12.600 Against the interests of the United States
00:15:14.720 And so how do they do that?
00:15:17.520 Well, in the coming election
00:15:19.600 We've got 22 Republican senators
00:15:21.780 That are up for re-election
00:15:23.460 Which is
00:15:24.440 That's a much higher amount than normal.
00:15:28.480 You've got to figure we've got, what, 52 senators, 53?
00:15:32.620 So divide that by three, and that's what you would ordinarily have.
00:15:36.760 But now we've got 22 of them in one shot.
00:15:40.480 If they flip the election on 18 of them and don't lose any Democrat seats, they'll have 67.
00:15:49.400 And they don't even need that number because there are enough rhinos in there that would also do.
00:15:54.180 the dirty deed. So most people are thinking, oh, they'll impeach and they'll impeach and they'll
00:15:59.380 impeach in the House. But it's not the impeachment. It's the removal that counts. So, you know, when
00:16:06.120 they impeach in the House, they're not going to just impeach Donald Trump, but they're going to
00:16:11.240 impeach with him, J.D. Vance, accusing the both of war crimes or accusing the both of murdering
00:16:18.100 Rene Good up in Minnesota. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter if there's any truth to it,
00:16:24.100 It doesn't mean nothing matters.
00:16:26.040 It just matters where they have the number of votes.
00:16:28.360 And that's key.
00:16:29.440 They've said they're going to have a whole bunch of impeachments to try to knock out his cabinet.
00:16:33.700 Yeah, but they've also said, and they've said it with a kind of confidence that could make you a little bit nervous,
00:16:40.200 wondering where they're getting their confidence.
00:16:42.660 But they've also indicated that we don't have to worry about Trump because he's not going to be around after the midterms.
00:16:48.320 I mean, we've been hearing that for over a year now.
00:16:51.060 And this is coming from the left.
00:16:53.040 So where are they getting this?
00:16:54.640 So where they're getting it is basically that they're going to manipulate the election.
00:16:59.520 Look, we all knew that they cheated in the election in 2020.
00:17:02.920 Anybody with enough brain cells to form a synapse, which is two, knew that they cheated in 2020.
00:17:10.660 You could see it.
00:17:12.000 I mean, we never had a state before that ever stopped the count.
00:17:18.240 And then all of a sudden, four states at the same time stopped the count.
00:17:22.240 at the same time and we're supposed to believe oh well this is just this is normal and then it all
00:17:27.880 went from donald trump the night before all with a straight up graph for for biden and we're supposed
00:17:34.060 to say oh golly gee that's normal we can accept that that no we're not that stupid and peter you
00:17:39.340 but you were the tip of that everybody i talked to the other lawyers say you've been the tip of
00:17:42.440 spear we know that so so we know that now i'm asking now what do we do six months out and then
00:17:48.540 I'm sure you're aware of this, but the Democrats are—go ahead, go ahead.
00:17:52.420 Let's look at the real problem.
00:17:53.740 On January 5th, 62 days after the election, on January 5th, I mean, that's a very short window to be able to do anything.
00:18:03.060 So they rip us off, and they fix the election so that they've got the senators.
00:18:09.520 On January 5th, in the House, and both parts of Congress, they basically will elect their new speaker.
00:18:15.640 On the House side, we know it's going to be Hakeem Jeffries.
00:18:20.140 And Hakeem Jeffries, what's the first thing he's going to do?
00:18:24.460 The impeachment.
00:18:25.960 So they could do it in a day.
00:18:27.760 They don't need a trial because they've got the number of votes that they need.
00:18:31.020 They will impeach not just Donald Trump, but Donald Trump together with J.D. Vance.
00:18:38.520 If they do that, and then they're both referred to the Senate, and the Senate removes both
00:18:43.340 of them, then Hakeem Jeffries becomes the president of the United States, and we will
00:18:48.440 have lost not just the presidency, not just the House, but the Senate, the trifecta, and we will
00:18:55.160 never again see freedom in the United States again. If you want to know what the United States
00:19:00.620 is going to look like a year from now, if that happens, look at what's going on in the United
00:19:05.440 Kingdom where there's no freedom anymore. There's no freedom of speech anyway, and people aren't
00:19:10.500 even allowed into the UK anymore if they're on the right and they're going to in any way be doing
00:19:16.900 any public speaking or whatever. If you mildly criticize Islam, you're banned. So they've said
00:19:21.940 they want this and not just impeach Trump and put their people in. They also immediately are going
00:19:27.120 to stack the Supreme Court. They're going to pack that. I mean, you don't have to. They don't have
00:19:31.640 to. Jeffries has already made it clear. They're an illegitimate institution. He doesn't have to
00:19:36.560 listen to them he'll say look they should stay in place and be able to settle disputes between the
00:19:41.920 states we don't care they can settle all kinds of civil matters but from now on they're not going to
00:19:47.020 tell the president of the united states what to do there's a separation of powers and we're not
00:19:51.260 going to listen and be dictated by the way trump could have always done constitutionally like
00:19:55.100 thomas jefferson but he hasn't why doesn't trump know his powers because right now the things where
00:20:00.980 he's given in he could afford to give in it's not as though we lost the country because of these
00:20:05.160 decisions. But let me tell you, either we're going to have hand counting or, you know, he mentioned
00:20:12.360 the other day, you know, he was asked if the National Guard was going to go, was going to be
00:20:17.020 assisting in the election, and he didn't rule it out. Because, you know, they're going to need a
00:20:21.340 lot of help if they're going to do hand counting. They don't even need to do hand counting. All you
00:20:25.000 need to do is get two cameras, one from the top and one from the bottom of each ballot that goes
00:20:29.540 into the tabulators. Let the public then have the streaming where they can turn it on and off and do
00:20:34.520 their own counting and we'll be able to count the votes they're not going to be able to get away
00:20:38.120 with cheating so it either has to be hand counting or it has to be camera observation
00:20:42.920 camera and recording observation of the actual ballots and that way they're not going to be able
00:20:49.080 to cheat and then let the results be where you're like i'm going to give you time on this and i
00:20:52.840 appreciate coming on graciously but you're like a bird dog we're going to break here in a few minutes
00:20:56.080 seven minutes but but the reason i want to get you on great with an update the history my listeners
00:21:00.600 get it. They know it. I think you've won the battle of vindication that they stole 2020 and
00:21:05.180 mitigated our victories and the other things. The big issue is, I'm sure you know, it's all
00:21:09.640 over the news, but they don't give specifics that Trump's planning a national emergency for
00:21:14.040 elections, which you've talked about, which is constitutional. He needs to. That's the only way
00:21:18.360 he can fix this. They're taking over our country. This is an invasion. If they were coming here
00:21:22.820 with guns and rifles and bullets, then of course, nobody would question whether or not we're
00:21:27.980 fighting back, but they're coming in surreptitiously. They're sneaking in and they're
00:21:32.620 taking over our election to be able to take over our country. We've got to be able to do what we
00:21:36.820 need. Start over and give your pitch. I totally agree with you. You're going to have the floor.
00:21:39.600 I'm going to shut up, but that's why I want to get you to. They're acting like it's some secret
00:21:43.000 and Trump's creeping around with this election emergency when you've been advising him and
00:21:47.420 others. So they act like we're doing something surreptitious. Explain what this emergency would
00:21:52.100 be, what you've been advising and what he needs to do with open foreign Chinese control. The
00:21:57.160 machines are still there, the mailman ballots, the dead people voting. Obviously, thank God they've
00:22:02.060 done some of the redistricting. So start over, because they're acting like this is some secret
00:22:06.140 thing. We need to get it out front and say, no, this isn't hidden. What is the emergency Trump
00:22:10.260 needs to declare? I've been saying it all along, just like you said. There is an emergency. Okay,
00:22:16.820 he's not going to make up an emergency. There really is an emergency. I know I'm working the
00:22:21.500 cases that have these machines in them, and I know the capability of these machines. They're able to
00:22:26.340 surreptitiously change the results of the election. However, the operators of these machines want them
00:22:31.560 to be changed. So how do you deal with it? What can you do? The president of the United States
00:22:37.580 can't do anything just in his ordinary powers. OK, the Constitution provides that the legislatures
00:22:42.960 of each state are the ones that decide how the states will conduct the elections. And yes,
00:22:48.140 Congress can do something, but that's never going to happen. And there's no time to have it happen.
00:22:51.900 We have an election emergency in the United States.
00:22:55.880 I'm not asking the president to make up an emergency.
00:22:58.720 I'm only asking the president to declare the emergency that we have.
00:23:03.300 And it's important for us to let people see and know what that is in terms of the machines
00:23:09.240 and how they can do this.
00:23:11.320 They shouldn't be taking my word for it any more than they should take the word of somebody
00:23:15.440 at CNN that's going to say, oh, no, he's full of it.
00:23:18.440 You know, let's show the evidence.
00:23:20.420 We have it.
00:23:21.380 Let's show them how they stole the election in 2020.
00:23:24.580 Let's show them that the equipment is much more sophisticated now.
00:23:28.380 And they're going to put it in play, or there's a way they can.
00:23:32.560 Or even if we don't even show that, we know half the American public believe it to be true.
00:23:37.300 And that in itself is an emergency.
00:23:39.760 So to demystify it, it's openly being talked about.
00:23:43.420 You've been advising.
00:23:45.000 What are you recommending the emergency be?
00:23:47.500 We demystify it and get it out there as a solution to the ongoing existential crisis.
00:23:52.960 It's the only solution.
00:23:54.540 Otherwise, we could be taken over by foreign powers.
00:23:57.540 And you know what?
00:23:58.320 I got to tell you, people think, oh, well, we take over by foreign powers.
00:24:01.020 What is that?
00:24:02.440 They think they're still going to be able to go to work the next day.
00:24:05.240 They think they're still going to have their lives.
00:24:07.120 If we turn communists or we come under their control, where they undermine this small 4%
00:24:14.280 of the population of the earth, that's all we are.
00:24:16.940 If they do that to us—
00:24:17.880 Well, let's talk about it.
00:24:18.640 They're going to do a new virus.
00:24:19.760 They're already trying that.
00:24:20.520 Trump blocked it with Hunter.
00:24:22.160 They're going to create race riots.
00:24:24.080 They're going to do cyber attacks and claim somebody else did it.
00:24:27.100 Communists will destroy infrastructure to get control.
00:24:29.780 It is their first move to bring the public to their knees.
00:24:32.200 We are two minutes from midnight.
00:24:35.620 You're right.
00:24:36.600 And the point is people don't get it.
00:24:39.520 They don't understand.
00:24:40.720 You know, when you're a child and you think about death and you realize my parents are going to die someday
00:24:44.420 And you start realizing that, you know, you might have a moment of two of a little bit of bad feeling.
00:24:50.620 But when they really die or somebody close to you dies, that's when you learn what misery is.
00:24:55.940 And we can talk about it all day and imagine we could become communism, the communists.
00:25:01.220 But when it really happens, we're going to be in a state of misery.
00:25:06.300 People don't have any clue of what the heck they're talking about and how how this is talking about when the bullet hits the bone.
00:25:12.760 yeah i'm talking about reality you can't get rid of freedom you can't get rid of our system and
00:25:20.400 think that you still have freedom and we still have our system it's it's a it's a craziness
00:25:26.120 that people accept in order to embrace this great idea of everybody being so equal that nobody owns
00:25:33.340 anything and everybody will be happy but nobody will be happy it is not possible that talk to
00:25:40.660 anybody who lived in a communist country and ask them what their state of happiness was,
00:25:45.800 they will explain it to you. It's misery. Zero. We can't. You know, I never thought in my life
00:25:52.660 that I would think somebody like Joe McCarthy might have been right. Okay. But you know what?
00:25:58.480 At this point, I'm believing it because we have so many people that need to be taken care of now
00:26:03.960 by the Department of Justice. You know, Todd Blanche, you know, bless his heart. I hope he
00:26:09.880 does well because i want the united states to do well i you know i want his job so i'm not you know
00:26:15.140 i want to be the next attorney general whether i am or i'm not isn't what's important what's
00:26:20.940 important is that the things that need to be done get done well let's come back and talk about tom
00:26:26.180 lance because because you're absolutely right i've been interrupting a lot because i wanted to get
00:26:31.140 you on the topics i wanted everything you're saying is totally true i just don't think the
00:26:34.800 average american understand how existential the threat is and that was my point about iran is
00:26:41.460 the pentagon says it wasn't going to go the way trump wanted i was all for regime change but if
00:26:45.640 it's not going to work then we need to focus on what's happening here and and i think i've been
00:26:50.740 proven right i'm not mad at folks that want to go after iran i i get it overall but then i don't
00:26:54.720 like the political response of attacking trump's supporters that that that were against it but just
00:26:59.380 moving on from that we got to remember about the democrats what they're going to pull like here
00:27:03.660 Starmer has a 10% approval rating. He won't leave. He's wrecking the country, flooding
00:27:07.580 with Muslims on purpose. They literally want to bring down the West to conquer it. We'll

00:29:19.040 at reallocsjones.com and theallocsjonesstore.com.
00:29:21.780 All right, I want listeners to listen to me very, very carefully.
00:29:25.400 And I was interviewing Tickton a lot because everything he's saying is so important
00:29:28.040 and it gets me hyped up.
00:29:29.660 I'm like a hunting dog that sees a bunch of birds flying or something.
00:29:32.600 I want to point at him.
00:29:34.760 I've studied history.
00:29:35.680 I'm really into it.
00:29:36.520 I don't just do it because it's my job.
00:29:38.180 I've always loved it since I was a little kid.
00:29:39.380 My mom just got a history degree and would read me all this history when I was a little kid.
00:29:42.080 And we'd watch PBS and go to museums and stuff.
00:29:44.860 And I just got into it.
00:29:46.260 And those that don't know history, don't even repeat it.
00:29:47.820 And where we are as the Western culture and all of our freedoms, what we've had, we've not been perfect, but compared to the rest of the world, is so close to destruction.
00:29:57.100 I mean, we are on the edge here, and Trump has been so good in so many ways.
00:30:01.460 That's why I got really mad at him when he went off the rails in ways.
00:30:04.500 Not even about what he did with the war, but his response to his constituents had a problem.
00:30:07.820 He said, I hear your issue.
00:30:08.860 That's okay, but I'm doing this.
00:30:10.780 Instead, he reflexively went after us, heart of the Democrats.
00:30:14.740 But I forgive him for that.
00:30:15.700 At the end of the day, things are so serious. I just want to get the public awake to how dangerous the situation is and about the powerful forces that want to swoop in here and the controls they want to finally break our back.
00:30:29.240 We were at the end of the road. And, you know, the country already has a debt with a debt service that is as big as the GDP every year. Trump's recovery plan. I talked to all these economists. Perfect. Beautiful. Need to succeed. You know, now Strait of Hormuz puts that into jeopardy.
00:30:44.900 But moving on from that, the elections are even bigger than the economy at the end of the day, because if you don't have those, you have nothing.
00:30:51.720 And we don't need to resell the fact that it's total fraud.
00:30:54.540 The Democrats have been caught seven ways a Sunday.
00:30:56.700 They know that.
00:30:57.580 So, Peter, I'm going to shut up now.
00:30:59.060 Give me the floor for the rest of the hour to go wherever you want.
00:31:01.300 I'm just going to sit here.
00:31:02.540 But just to go back to a point here, I know that they said that Todd Blanch was the interim AG.
00:31:12.400 and I'd heard a lot of names floating around out there and I heard your name too but I forgot to
00:31:17.800 bring that up you were saying you'd like to be the attorney general have you heard that's being
00:31:22.640 bandied about or being discussed I heard that it is I heard that what they don't that the one thing
00:31:30.240 against me is that because I'm 80 years old I'm they don't think I have the energy but I work
00:31:36.600 long hard hours now seven days a week as a trial lawyer I'm on my feet throughout the trial
00:31:42.280 And on top of my game, I've got the mental and physical agility and stamina to be able to put in the long hours and the long days.
00:31:52.460 Look, I can tell that Todd Blanche isn't doing the job that needs to be done.
00:31:56.400 And the way I can tell is because he's not living on a military base.
00:32:00.000 If he's really doing what needs to be done, his life is going to be in jeopardy.
00:32:04.220 And I don't think he's going that far.
00:32:06.500 I agree. He's not on a military base like Stephen Miller.
00:32:09.040 I totally agree.
00:32:10.000 of that exactly he's not under attack by the establishment because but but back to you
00:32:14.860 incredible energy huge law record who i mean people either know you know 80s the new 30 if
00:32:20.400 the guy's got the stamina hey i'm winning i'm winning my cases you know i'm i'm really doing
00:32:25.960 well uh you know sure you've hit your strike but trump trump is 80 so i think that argument against
00:32:30.920 you being 80 is not going to work plus you're a confidant of his this is great because because
00:32:36.280 What Trump needs is somebody that's fearless and ready to take action.
00:32:39.180 So if you were the attorney general, what would you do?
00:32:41.480 And then let's get back into the main thing.
00:32:43.460 Well, the first thing I'd do is, okay, the very first thing I would do,
00:32:45.940 this isn't the big weaponization stuff or whatever, but it sets the groundwork.
00:32:50.040 Let me tell you, the way I'm seeing it, doing the weaponization thing,
00:32:53.500 I'm doing pardons.
00:32:56.000 So I'm hearing from people all around the United States as to what's really
00:32:59.500 going on in the DOJ.
00:33:02.220 And let me just put it this way, okay?
00:33:04.260 I looked it up, you know, like in 1998, 32 percent of all our crimes were drugs.
00:33:11.460 A big part of that, the biggest part of it, most of it was was marijuana.
00:33:15.680 And it didn't matter. It was growing it, transporting it, trafficking in it, possessing it, whatever.
00:33:23.920 It was drugs and it was mainly marijuana.
00:33:28.820 They decriminalized marijuana. Now, I'm not against the decriminalization of it.
00:33:32.820 Don't get me wrong. That's not my point.
00:33:34.860 My point is that when they did that, we end up now at about 25 percent less crime than we had.
00:33:42.640 And yet we have the same number of police officers.
00:33:45.600 We have the same number of prosecutors.
00:33:48.480 We never reduced the sizes of our forces, but we still but we don't have the same number of crimes because 25 percent of it's gone.
00:33:58.960 So what do we have?
00:34:00.060 We've got bank robberies.
00:34:01.900 OK, there's no more bank robberies and there's not enough bank robberies to go around.
00:34:05.840 So what do we really have?
00:34:07.620 What in terms of the federal crimes that we've got?
00:34:10.620 We've got too many police.
00:34:12.620 And yes, there are some really bad characters.
00:34:14.940 There are bad people that are being arrested and prosecuted.
00:34:17.720 Yes. Hallelujah.
00:34:19.020 That's being done.
00:34:20.120 But there's a lot of people that are innocent being picked up and people that are guilty of minor transgressions that are charged with major crimes.
00:34:26.980 so that some prosecutor or some police,
00:34:30.500 whether the FBI or other agencies,
00:34:32.680 can basically show a rationalization for their existence.
00:34:36.740 You know, if you were to, you know, right now,
00:34:38.540 you know, right now at the stop sign at the end of your street,
00:34:41.460 you probably come to a rolling stop every day and then go on.
00:34:44.760 You have 25% more traffic cops in your neighborhood.
00:34:47.580 Guess what? You're going to get tickets for that.
00:34:49.720 And so, you know, the amount of enforcement is being overdone.
00:34:53.720 So the first thing I would do is,
00:34:55.800 And I've got ways of doing it and doing it really fast. We were able to figure out how to get these cases identified and get them dismissed, get them out of the way.
00:35:05.500 That would give me the manpower that I need to go after the real crimes.
00:35:10.120 You know, like, for instance, we charge Comey for these seashells that are on the shore, you know, that spell out, you know, you know, you know, what is it?
00:35:20.600 86-47.
00:35:21.720 8-6-4-7. So you drive eight miles out of town and you bury them six feet deep. That's what that
00:35:27.840 means. Okay. And 47 is Donald Trump as though he couldn't figure that out. You know, give me a
00:35:33.260 break. It's an open dog whistle to kill Trump. And, and, and yes, that's what it was. And,
00:35:39.060 and what, and we know it because he published it because why would you publish somebody's
00:35:43.260 street address? Oh, this looks interesting. It's somebody's street address. Why would you put
00:35:48.300 that out there so we know he's full of it and we know it's an insult to our intelligence he didn't
00:35:52.840 know what it meant i get that but why aren't we charging him for the insurrection that he's guilty
00:35:57.720 of why i'm no lawyer like you but i said when it happened i said this is going to fail because
00:36:02.260 there's no proof of what his intent was when we have all this other stuff he did
00:36:06.240 that's what i'm getting at so he gives them this weak charge i i think that if this was this was
00:36:13.640 probably there and it might have been bondi's decision not to charge the guy but that could
00:36:18.460 have been a right decision i don't know but now that he's done it i hope he wins it but please
00:36:23.660 well i would say if you're the attorney general the number one thing is the deep state coup against
00:36:27.220 the country is to remove and prosecute the criminals in the deep state because nothing
00:36:31.820 else matters and to stop election fraud and to kick the chinese out of our voting machine so
00:36:36.140 the so give us your top 10 things or five things as a turn because i'll get behind this 100 my god
00:36:41.760 Trump knows you. He knows you're loyal. He knows you're a great guy. You've got great energy.
00:36:46.340 Boom. You got my vote for attorney general. Oh, thank you. Thank you. I've laid it out,
00:36:52.240 a whole plan. And in that. Tell us where we find that. I'm going to play it tomorrow here.
00:36:57.400 Tell us. You know what? I'm not sure where it is. You just flood my producers with it. And we're
00:37:02.700 attacking for this, which is good. They attack Trump on the show. It's a good thing. We're all
00:37:07.760 for this, Peter. So continue. Okay. Okay. Tina Peters needs to come out of prison. Okay. This
00:37:13.460 woman's getting weaker all the time. This is terrible. This is, I can't stand the fact that
00:37:19.560 she's still in there. We have a president whose resolve is to get her out and we've got now an
00:37:25.040 attorney general whose resolve is to let it stay the way it is. He's not messing with it. Well,
00:37:31.480 please look, this is the way I believe the situation is. And I have good reason to understand
00:37:37.440 it. Blanche isn't stupid. He knows
00:37:39.600 if we had real indictments, we'd win the midterms.
00:37:41.720 That's what people want.
00:37:43.820 And he wants to see that, and he's giving
00:37:45.500 Todd Blanche an opportunity to get those
00:37:47.460 done. And there are some that are going to come
00:37:49.480 down in terms of the election fraud and so on.
00:37:52.240 Not that they're from.
00:37:53.980 These things have been in the works for a
00:37:55.540 while, and they're coming. And
00:37:57.240 it's not because of Blanche. It's in spite
00:37:59.640 of Blanche. But we're getting them.
00:38:01.940 Okay? So he'll just halfway
00:38:03.580 get out of the way and then play the hero.
00:38:05.060 Right. Another thing I would never do, I would never take somebody like Jadine Pirro.
00:38:10.460 She's a wonderful person. I trust her. Somebody like Kash Patel, I'm not going to take them and
00:38:16.800 use them as stooges to stand behind me while I show the American people how mean I could be with
00:38:22.480 an ugly beef face. The way he's presenting things is absurd. I mean, his presentations,
00:38:34.260 are underwhelming and really they're foolish. Let's see if they do some things that, in fact,
00:38:44.500 the people can get behind them on. Free Tina Peters. Now, how do you free Tina Peters? First
00:38:49.540 of all, you're talking about the people in the state, but they're also in the states and not
00:38:53.620 just in the federal government. Jenna Griswold is a perfect example. She's admitted that she's
00:38:58.740 gone to 62 counties and erased or had her people intentionally install what she called the trusted
00:39:05.580 bill that she knew would not only erase but rewrite on top of the the the the hard drives
00:39:11.800 of the dominion machines to completely destroy all of the data that was in the 2020 election
00:39:17.000 and for folks that don't know you have the head democrat in colorado erasing things
00:39:21.960 releasing all the the codes and then the and then and then putting peters in jail for what she did
00:39:28.720 well no peters is in jail because no she's a scapegoat for it but not because of what she
00:39:35.440 did people think that but really it was for not identifying no no no no no no but i meant i meant
00:39:39.980 what what what the lady prosecutor did or the lady over elections yeah yeah the she was she
00:39:46.680 was the secretary of state she had her rules that nobody could be in there but it had nothing to do
00:39:50.880 with elections it had to do with covet and and and you know it was another false law that wasn't
00:39:56.820 really a law. But the fact of the matter is she violated federal law when she went from county
00:40:04.300 to county, 62 counties, and wiped out all the data. You have to keep it for 22 months or you're
00:40:10.980 guilty of a federal crime that could put you in prison for up to a year for each one of these
00:40:15.780 counties. So what is that, obstruction, destruction of records? What is it? It's a destruction of data
00:40:20.680 from the election. And there's a special statute for it that basically you have to keep it there
00:40:26.300 for 22 months. She deleted it. She destroyed it. Not only wiped the disk clean, but you can still
00:40:33.460 get it after you wipe it, but she installed new data on top of it so it could never be seen again.
00:40:38.740 So she ran around like a chicken with her head cut off. We know this is all on record,
00:40:41.540 erasing it and then overriding it, which is key. So I go back to this then.
00:40:45.660 and tina peters is is a is a material witness to that prosecution tina jenna griswold needs to be
00:40:58.220 charged and tina peters needs to be made a material federal witness put in the witness
00:41:03.820 protection program and taken out of that prison that's what needs to be done i totally agree i
00:41:09.340 I totally agree. So the time we have left, again, they're talking about Trump declaring an emergency.
00:41:16.480 What would the emergency be with the election? How would it mitigate it?
00:41:19.480 Because they're hyping that up. I know you've advised him on this.
00:41:21.760 I've talked to other lawyers that saw what you were saying that's totally constitutional.
00:41:24.700 What would the emergency be?
00:41:28.260 The emergency is that they've basically taken over control of our election machines.
00:41:32.720 And they would be, unless we do hand counting, those machines that are basically coming from originally Venezuela, Serbia, and China.
00:41:46.340 I mean, some of the parts in these machines are from China that are actually say that they're from Taiwan, showing their complicity, that they knew what they were doing and that they were manufacturing parts for something that was nefarious.
00:41:59.480 China is guilty here.
00:42:01.720 And so is Serbia, so is Iran, so is Venezuela, and so is Cuba.
00:42:08.480 These are the countries that are interfering with our election results.
00:42:11.860 And we can either sit by and say, oh, well, golly gee,
00:42:15.640 or we could basically declare the emergency that it is that we've been invaded,
00:42:20.260 our machines have been invaded, and we need to be able to have hand counting
00:42:24.180 just to make sure it's safe.
00:42:25.460 By the way, I agree.
00:42:25.860 If you're a new listener and you think, oh, the guy's saying this,
00:42:27.520 this is all even about mainstream news, this is all true.
00:42:29.600 I was 20-something years ago hearing about this.
00:42:31.140 This is all confirmed.
00:42:32.640 And so it's very, very simple.
00:42:35.040 This has to happen.
00:42:36.800 So, and that's why you're talking about the National Guard, all the rest of it.
00:42:40.640 People don't know.
00:42:41.460 France in one day can do an election with hand counted.
00:42:44.180 They declare it precinct level.
00:42:45.340 It's all public.
00:42:46.200 You add it up.
00:42:47.540 Paper is easier than computer.
00:42:49.080 People don't know that, but isn't it easier?
00:42:51.660 It is easier.
00:42:52.640 And not only that, but let them use the computers.
00:42:54.880 Just scan everything with your own cameras from the military, top and bottom of each ballot, online, stream it so anybody can count it.
00:43:03.280 And that way, it doesn't matter what their machines say because it is a dichotomy.
00:43:08.820 You can have all the press in and have 20 A.I. scan it. Just have it all out there.
00:43:14.100 Exactly. Have it all out there. Open up the election.
00:43:17.040 So it wouldn't be that the National Guard is there to arrest people or the National Guard is out there to do anything wrong.
00:43:23.280 They just need more help in terms of making sure the counting is done and done correctly.
00:43:27.140 Because for people that don't know, explain this, you're the expert, but it's a black box, these companies.
00:43:31.320 They say it's proprietary, so it's secret.
00:43:33.420 They do whatever they want.
00:43:34.180 They lie and say nobody accesses the computer.
00:43:36.100 Every time you sue them, you find out they've been accessing it.
00:43:38.560 We have their ass.
00:43:39.660 You're just saying open it up.
00:43:42.680 Yes, yes, yes.
00:43:44.200 We're not allowed to look and see what their codes are and understand their codes because they're trade secrets.
00:43:50.600 The courts protect them.
00:43:52.020 So, again, we're all this martial law by Trump, you're advising.
00:43:55.140 No, it's the opposite.
00:43:56.240 It's transparency.
00:43:57.020 It's freedom.
00:43:58.540 Exactly.
00:43:59.840 Exactly.
00:44:00.800 And that way, if the Democrats win, so be it.
00:44:04.460 Then we know they won fair and square.
00:44:07.460 And if they don't win, they don't win.
00:44:10.380 But the worst thing that can happen is they win in such a way that we all know that they cheated.
00:44:15.300 And they're in a position where the worst case scenario might nightmare scenario comes true, where they're able to remove the president of the United States and install a lefty like like like Hakeem Jeffries.
00:44:27.680 I mean, what who's already made it clear that the Supreme Court's an illegitimate organization.
00:44:33.020 So he's not going to listen to whatever they say.
00:44:35.000 He doesn't need to expand it.
00:44:36.660 He doesn't.
00:44:37.160 He just won't obey it.
00:44:38.540 They don't have their own army.
00:44:39.640 They can't enforce their rulings.
00:44:42.840 I totally 100 percent agree with you.
00:44:44.960 and they spin it like it's martial law, it's the opposite.
00:44:47.340 It's challenging the deep state black box martial law of this fraud.
00:44:51.920 But just as people are going to ask.
00:44:53.020 They complain they don't have enough hands.
00:44:54.340 They don't have enough people to do a hand count.
00:44:56.620 So we'll provide the people.
00:44:58.280 That's all he's doing.
00:45:00.300 Okay.
00:45:00.660 He's not trying to take away even their control of how they handle what they
00:45:05.100 handle.
00:45:05.740 It's just that it needs to be hand counted.
00:45:08.380 Elaborate on this because I know it's in the news, but you don't want to get
00:45:11.920 into inside baseball, but you're saying right now you're being considered for
00:45:14.900 attorney general. I love that idea. I mean, there's no doubt compared to Todd Blanche, you're like
00:45:19.000 the savior compared to him with your long track record of patriotism and fighting for freedom and
00:45:25.200 exposing fraud, being tough and going through this. Tell us as much as you can about you for
00:45:31.340 attorney general. Okay. Fundamentally, do I want to be the attorney general of the United States?
00:45:38.280 Not a chance. Who would ever want to be that? I mean, you know, it's not like I have
00:45:43.740 ambitions of a future position that I'll get into in a big firm because I was the attorney general
00:45:49.340 of the United States. No, it's not something I ever wanted to do. It's just that I don't know
00:45:55.640 anybody else who is going to be able to do what needs to be done. You know, right now, if you
00:46:02.300 talk to any U.S. attorney, they all are protecting the reputations of the DOJ. It's time that we
00:46:09.660 stopped protecting it. As the leader of the DOJ, I will stop protecting its reputation from the past
00:46:16.480 and admit how we screwed things up and admit what we've done wrong and admit the weaponization that
00:46:22.320 we did. They haven't even, Todd Blanchett isn't even admitting that we did anything wrong and
00:46:26.440 going after Donald Trump. So let's get real, okay? Let's be honest and fix the DOJ and make
00:46:39.040 it's something that is good for the American people, that the American people will appreciate
00:46:43.540 and love, as opposed to an instrument that they all hate and fear. You know, let's stop going
00:46:50.080 after innocent people and let's start going after the people that are insurrectionists
00:46:54.740 in the United States. And let's not just charge them with little things that they did, like seeing
00:47:00.520 seashells on a shore, but let's charge them for the insurrection that's really going on.
00:47:05.480 Let's address the fact that we're being invaded by other countries, that there are organizations in this world, albeit the World Economic Forum or the World Health Organization and things that they've done.
00:47:21.160 I mean, who's looking at, seriously, who's looking at the issue as, we may have another
00:47:27.080 pandemic coming down.
00:47:29.360 Who's looking at the issue of who pushed the different things?
00:47:32.900 Who pushed the masks?
00:47:34.040 And was that done for profit motives?
00:47:36.140 Was it done by China?
00:47:37.740 Who did these things?
00:47:38.860 Who's pushed for remdesivir to be given to people in the hospitals?
00:47:44.540 Who kept people in nursing homes causing basically massive deaths?
00:47:49.960 You know, if people are guilty of these mistakes, if if if Governor Cuomo at the time, you know who, you know, I don't want to be going after Governor Cuomo.
00:47:58.620 But, you know, the fact of the matter is, is if he's a criminal because he committed a crime that resulted in so many deaths that it's it's negligent homicide.
00:48:08.980 OK, which is a crime. Then he should have been prosecuted by it.
00:48:15.420 And if it's not too late, let's get to it.
00:48:19.500 If there's these cases, so many of them have conspiracies that have gone on, like with Janet Griswold.
00:48:25.720 We're talking about a 2020 election and what she did after the 2020 election.
00:48:30.520 But the conspiracy, the fact that she's still after Tina Peters for these whole purposes and so on, her involvement with the insurrection.
00:48:38.780 I mean, Colorado is a captured state at this point.
00:48:43.460 It goes right through the judiciary. Now, I'd like to make it really clear when I talk about judges.
00:48:49.240 There are really, really good judges, like in Palm Beach County and Broward County, where I practice.
00:48:54.240 We have wonderful judges. They're not involved in politics. They've called balls and strikes.
00:48:59.400 But I'm talking about the judges that are involved in politics. We need to look at these judges.
00:49:04.460 Are they insurrectionists? Are these people actually helping in the takeover of our country?
00:49:09.280 or are they innocent victims or is it that they believe that's the way the law works you know are
00:49:17.380 they innocent are they guilty and if they're guilty they should be prosecuted i don't care
00:49:20.840 if they wear black robes that's what i'm advocating well i agree and i would say to the bureaucrats
00:49:27.880 you know to the lobbyist all of them are like you said at the start of the interview your wide
00:49:31.220 spectrum knowledge a lot of street smarts but also the political legal that's i just try to
00:49:36.720 study everything. And I can pull back to the establishment and say, you ought to be glad for
00:49:40.980 us reformers trying to fix things. You ought to be trying to reform. We're in a fourth turning.
00:49:44.840 It's a known sociological historical cycle. You're on the wrong side. Trump, we all love
00:49:50.580 when he's the rebel and the reformer, not when he looks like the establishment, the way they phrased
00:49:55.180 it. And we're literally trying to fix things. They should just get out of the way. There's no way,
00:50:00.520 whatever happens to you or me or the timeframe, down the road, regardless, this old system is
00:50:06.320 going down. And I think the establishment should be thankful for those of us that are trying to
00:50:11.880 reform. Right. By the way, there are a whole bunch of Venezuelan witnesses that we've kept here.
00:50:19.540 Patrick Byrne kept them here on his own nickel. He's gone through his whole fortune trying to
00:50:26.220 help the United States and nobody's helping him. Well, I know the feeling. By the way,
00:50:30.600 behind the scenes, I didn't realize when I first met Patrick, like, you know, nine years ago,
00:50:34.060 what a hero he is that guy is the energizer bunny yeah and and also one of my clients uh you know so
00:50:41.160 i'm on his cases but you know the fact of the matter is is these venezuelan witnesses have
00:50:45.140 gone back to venezuela and we need to get them back here and that's going to take somebody that
00:50:50.780 you know again the attorney general has to do stuff it's not just a matter of finishing out
00:50:56.280 what they started long ago and now getting through finally to the charges of things which could have
00:51:00.440 been done much much more but but you heard there are about like give cash credit he said a month
00:51:05.580 ago about a bunch of charges we're starting to see some that's what i'm hearing it's all about
00:51:09.440 to happen or at least a lot more i know i know and and that's where i say you know look i'm not
00:51:14.740 a fan of todd blanche i don't know him personally no but he knows trump's gonna fire him if he
00:51:18.680 doesn't do it i i get that and i'm wishing him luck because luck for him is luck for the united
00:51:24.780 States okay I cannot take a position that I want him to fail because if he fails we fail
00:51:29.660 but at the same time I still want his job okay because I'm definitely the better man for it I
00:51:35.540 mean I'll get things done that need to get done this he's not getting anything else well you seem
00:51:40.240 confident I mean so you've been talking to Trump uh no I well I haven't I I send things to Donald
00:51:48.620 Trump I know we're not supposed to get into it well I would love that because you've got a long
00:51:52.600 track record of like chewing up nails and spitting them out. So Peter Dickton, thank you so much.
00:51:57.800 We've got a minute left. Closing comment. Okay. So in terms of Donald Trump, what can I tell you?
00:52:04.660 He's still the same guy. He's the only guy. Well, we're starting to talk about at the beginning of
00:52:09.380 this thing. If 10% of me was unhappy about the fact that we're in Iran, and believe me,
00:52:17.320 I'm happy we're there. But if that 10 percent of me was against that and that where is that 10 percent going?
00:52:23.880 We don't have another choice here. We only have the enemy.
00:52:27.920 So 10 percent of me is in favor of China. No, we you know, if you have any brains at all,
00:52:32.800 please stick with the fact that we have this one guy that is the only one that's going to be able to change things and make things work for us.
00:52:39.940 And that's Donald Trump. So, you know.
00:52:42.740 No, I get that.
00:52:43.740 I just hate seeing him because advisors spin when people attack people,
00:52:49.440 attack his biggest supporters.
00:52:50.600 It's not because it hurts me.
00:52:51.560 It hurts him with his supporters when he does that.
00:52:54.140 Like, people don't like that.
00:52:56.280 No, I get that.
00:52:57.620 Look, we know there are people around him like Boris, you know, and others.
00:53:01.860 Yeah, Boris Epstein is a big problem.
00:53:05.620 A big problem.
00:53:06.480 I know.
00:53:06.820 I know personally that he's dishonest.
00:53:10.000 Okay.
00:53:10.600 Well, you hit the nail there.
00:53:11.640 That's what I'm told behind the scenes.
00:53:12.600 It's him.
00:53:15.620 Well, I certainly hope he doesn't have that much control or influence because he's not just not a person that could be trusted.
00:53:24.820 He can be trusted if he's getting paid enough.
00:53:27.900 Exactly.
00:53:28.780 Total mercenary.
00:53:30.060 All right.
00:53:30.820 Peter Tickton, LegalBrains.com.
00:53:33.020 Thanks for the time.
00:53:33.680 We appreciate you.
00:53:35.020 Thank you.
00:53:35.760 You too.
00:53:36.000 Hour number four, jam-packed with news straight ahead.
00:53:38.520 Stay with us.
00:53:40.120 I want to thank the viewers and listeners for keeping us on air the last 32 years.
00:53:44.540 You get all the credit, the word of mouth, the prayer, and the support of us at thealexjoneswore.com.
00:53:48.960 Now, InfoWars has been shut down, but we're now at the Alex Jones Network.
00:53:52.540 But The Onion, financed by Bloomberg and the Democrats, is all over the news saying we're shut down, we're off the air, and that they successfully took over the company.
00:53:59.400 That's not true. We're still fighting them in court.
00:54:01.280 But the Alex Jones Network that I don't own, that they can't shut down, that's owned by Bigly, and our sponsor, thealexjoneswore.com,
00:54:07.480 is financing the expansion, not just the current shows,
00:54:10.840 but bringing more shows on, more reporters,
00:54:13.160 and really taking it to the globalists
00:54:14.260 and finishing up the big studios
00:54:15.960 that are even better than the InfoWare studios.
00:54:18.040 So I want to thank you all for your financial support at the AlexResource.com.
00:54:21.460 But most importantly,
00:54:23.340 let your whole email list, your text messages list,
00:54:25.740 everybody know, post on X, post on Rumble, post on Instagram, everywhere.
00:54:29.080 Hey, they say Alex Jones is off the air.
00:54:30.960 All these headlines, finally, he's off the air.
00:54:32.900 People are believing that and not even going out and looking
00:54:35.340 where they can find us, at Rumble, at the Alex Jones Show, on X, at AJN Live,
00:54:40.500 on Alex Jones, on the same radio stations, the same satellites.
00:54:43.920 I know you, as hardcore listeners, know this, but so many other people don't.
00:54:48.440 The bad guys run these hoaxes to confuse people.
00:54:51.320 A year and a half ago, when The Onion got caught in the federal court,
00:54:53.720 lying and said they owned us, they did a fake auction.
00:54:56.040 The federal judge shut it down.
00:54:57.080 That really hurt InfoWars.
00:54:59.020 It really hurt the Alex Jones store because people thought they owned it.
00:55:02.840 75% loss in sales.
00:55:04.760 Thank God we had Bigly as a sponsor that came in that saved us, or that wouldn't have survived.
00:55:09.020 We're still on the air.
00:55:10.340 The Onion does it on InfoWars.
00:55:11.620 That's in limbo.
00:55:12.540 But the new operation is alexjoneslive.com.
00:55:15.960 Share that URL.
00:55:17.160 You find the articles, the videos, the reports, the special reports, the live feeds for my show and other shows at alexjoneslive.com.
00:55:23.860 And when you're on alexjoneslive.com, you can then click through the shopping cart, the alexjonesstore.com.
00:55:29.240 If you really want to support, there is a contribute link to contribute to this operation.
00:55:35.940 And you'll see more reporters, more hosts, more action, more human trafficking exposed.
00:55:40.780 They're trying to roll up the junta virus and COVID 2.0.
00:55:43.500 We're fighting that.
00:55:44.800 So you're standing up for your rights, your future, and all of our collective rights when you support us.
00:55:49.660 So here's the actions.
00:55:51.060 Share, AlexJonesLive.com.
00:55:53.080 Let everybody know in your email, your text message, hey, this is the forbidden show.
00:55:57.640 The bad guys want to shut down.
00:55:58.720 They put out a hoax that Alex is off the air. He's on air. Here's the new coordinates,
00:56:03.300 alexjoneslive.com for the audio and video feeds. It's all free. And then go on all the other sites,
00:56:10.060 all the other social media, and let people know you're the Paul Revere's. Paul Revere
00:56:14.600 raised the alarm first. He was more important than George Washington. You're not part of the
00:56:20.360 resistance. You're at the heart of the resistance. You're the eyes, the ears, the soul of this.
00:56:24.900 You're the boots on the ground, and you are the voice to carry the truth to the people.
00:56:29.900 You're the emissaries of the truth.
00:56:31.600 So, it's all up to you.
00:56:33.700 I want to thank you all for your past support.
00:56:35.400 Sharing the articles, sharing the videos, those that bought great products.
00:56:38.300 I only sell products that really work.
00:56:39.900 Wide selection of Patriot Apparel, the best methylene blue, the best bovine colostrum.
00:56:43.400 It's all at theallaxonestore.com.
00:56:45.400 So share that link.
00:56:46.400 You can also watch the audio and video feeds.
00:56:48.400 They're all at theallaxonestore.com.

00:57:09.340 Thank you so much. We're all in this together. I'm so humble. I'm so thankful. We're going to
00:57:13.440 beat these hugsers, but only if you get involved and only if you decide to take this mission,
00:57:18.640 like Mission Impossible, and accept it. Please accept the mission. Please take action. I salute
00:57:22.740 you to thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you and your family.
