00:00:00.000The AI bubble, I think, is the spark that's going to cause the rest of the markets to kind of fall apart because it is so big, right?
00:00:09.060When you look at the market capitalization of the Magnificent Seven, which would be, you know, the Googles of the world, the Amazons, the Microsoft, the NVIDIAs, you know, it's massive.
00:00:21.000And so what does, we have to ask one big fundamental question.
00:00:25.800What does AI need, right, for it to succeed?
00:00:30.600Well, when you build the chips and the boards and these fast things, you need copper and
00:08:05.740Well, the AI bubble, I think, is the spark that's going to cause the rest of the markets to kind of fall apart because it is so big, right?
00:08:15.480When you look at the market capitalization of the Magnificent Seven, which would be, you know, the Googles of the world, the Amazons, the Microsoft, the NVIDIAs, you know, it's massive.
00:08:27.420And so what does, we have to ask one big fundamental question.
00:08:32.220What does AI need, right, for it to succeed?
00:08:37.020Well, when you build the chips and the boards and these fast things, you need copper and
00:29:17.420We've got a lot of cars that are being built up there
00:29:20.260And, you know, even though Canada's our friendly northern neighbor, right, they're basically more communist than Russia is, they're not our kissing cousins anymore like they used to be, right?
00:29:35.520There's massive trade imbalances, and there's political infighting, and this is all just a sign that things that we get, oil, gold, cars, timber, they're all going to go up in price, and Trump is threatening more tariffs on them, right?
00:29:54.520And so you look at that, of course, Kevin Warsh is going to have to raise interest rates to slow down this inflation train coming from all over the world, whether it's because of tariffs, whether it's because the world is de-dollarizing and getting out of dollars.
00:30:09.220And so how does Scott Besant fix that?
00:30:13.300Well, he's going to have to increase treasury operations and buy billions of dollars per operation.
00:31:35.820I'm not anti-Israel, but I don't know.
00:31:38.620To me, this has got to go back to, A, religious ideology, B, Netanyahu thinks that Iran is going to nuke Israel, or Russia is, or China is.
00:31:50.800Or C, Netanyahu stays in power by having a crisis.
00:34:52.740you just roll that stuff right over tell people about that i mean it's easier than what you would
00:34:59.040think um if you have a 401k and you're over 59 and a half if you have an ira um if you have just
00:35:05.960a brokerage account my team will fill out the paperwork with you all you have to do is e-sign
00:35:12.420document sign it we handle the transfer when the funds get here it's your money not ours we call
00:35:19.600you and confirm your allocation, and then you either take delivery of it at home, or if it's
00:35:24.820an IRA, it needs to be stored at an approved facility, which we use a vault in Texas.
00:35:30.960It's so easy. I mean, it's just as easy as going from Schwab to Fidelity, right? Where you just,
00:35:37.440I'm just doing an IRA rollover. No different. The only difference is we're allocating into
00:35:41.880tangible assets that have very little counterparty risk because they're tangible. They're real. You
00:35:47.740can't print more of it it's not digital can't be stolen like crypto just was and in the future
00:35:53.060in your hand baby is going to be the number one thing in the universe kpm.com forward slash gold
00:35:59.020720-605-300 thank you kirk elliott talk to you soon talk to you soon bye-bye inflation is up
00:36:05.980that's an issue so how does berkshire how does berkshire handle that with its businesses well
00:36:09.860we can't handle runaway inflation except not to be there but there are dozens and dozens of
00:36:15.620countries that have experienced it. And of course, you have countries that have gone bankrupt like
00:36:21.920six or seven times. I mean, not having faith in the money does to a country. It turns it into
00:36:30.820something else. And I, you know, I always hope that, you know, the U.S. never does it, but we
00:36:37.500are not immune from it happening. Dollar collapse means we keep continuing on where we are. Dollar
00:36:44.060devalues. We've got massive inflation. You raise interest rates to slow that inflation down. So
00:36:49.400the implications of that are bond market is toast because the value of bonds, the price of bonds
00:36:56.620comes down as interest rates rise. The inverse is also true. When interest rates come down,
00:37:01.140the value bonds goes up. So as you raise interest rates, the value of bonds comes down. Who's
00:37:06.000allocated into bonds? The bond market is way larger than the equity market, the stock market.
00:37:11.200So you've got pension funds that are allocated into bonds, right? Anybody that's on a fixed income, banks are allocated into bonds. Consider this an insurance company. Most insurance companies across the country are allocated about 90% into the bond market with their internal portfolios.
00:37:29.120What is what does an insurance company do? It pays beneficiaries when people die. Right.
00:37:35.300So if the asset that they have to sell to pay those beneficiaries is coming down in price, this is going to have a cataclysmic cataclysmic effect on the insurance industry, on pension funds, on everything.
00:37:47.800And let's be clear, though, a dollar being the world currency is how we could just print it and buy whatever we wanted.
00:37:54.600If the world sees it like the Mexican peso or worse, we're screwed.
00:37:59.120Yeah, because that was our get out of jail free card, right?
00:38:02.820We could print as much money as we want, and everybody around the world still needed the U.S. dollar.
00:38:09.000If you don't have reserve currency status like every other country, other than the one that has reserve currency status, when you print excessively, people no longer want your currency.
00:38:19.700Don't let the news scare you, but rather use the wisdom, the creativity that God gave you.
00:38:25.020Go into tangible assets that have zero counterparty risk.
00:38:27.660silver was up over 140 last year since january 30th when it corrected and it had a 50 correction
