00:45:22.020maim, murder, rape, or otherwise disadvantage an innocent person, which of course is never
00:45:28.820We're just an innocent person. It's a family. It's a Thanksgiving dinner with an empty chair.

00:45:39.380We cannot lose sight of the human tragedy in the sheer scale that we're currently experiencing.

00:47:51.620And across the entire country, the governments, state governments all over the place are changing laws to limit punishment for certain crimes or limit punishment of crimes committed by certain people.
00:48:05.040In Maryland, they wanted to no longer charge juveniles with gun crimes.
00:48:10.940So what do you think happened? What do you think happened? Do you think all the juveniles that
00:48:16.100would have been convicted of gun crime were instead spared and went on to become doctors
00:48:20.940or did the gangs start assigning their violent crimes to children? What do you think?
00:48:29.140You don't have to wonder. It's already happened over and over in this country. Again, this is
00:48:33.780yet another, yet another little piece of the absurdity that we do these things. We,
00:48:39.800Somebody gets a clever idea. Somebody gets a novel new concept that they want to try out.
00:48:46.460They go, you know, you know, we've tried sending kids to prison for committing crimes.
00:48:50.340What if we tried not sending them to prison for committing crimes?
00:48:53.340What if we we tried to stop we try to fight the school to prison program by no longer giving children criminal records?
00:49:03.980It was a direct contributing cause to the massacre in Parkland because if the shooter had been punished for the crimes he committed, he would have never been able to carry out his crime.
00:49:18.540But they changed the law, and the consequence of changing that law was the criminals learned that you don't get charged if you're a minor, so they let the minors commit all the crimes.
00:49:29.080So the minors would commit the crimes even if they got caught.
00:49:31.540It didn't matter because they'd be let out again. So they learned to comport themselves with the law and continue their criminal activity with the new rule set.
00:49:44.060And again, you know, we're showing all these videos of all these random, insane crimes from people that never should be anywhere near us, let alone within stabbing distance.
00:49:55.320And, you know, some of them are from America. Some of them are from Europe. Some of them are from Australia.
