00:12:16.300 way up in the general public to understand that in 1955, the U.S. was 4% of the world's population

00:12:25.940 and we had over 50% of the world's wealth and 90 plus percent of that was in the middle class.

00:12:33.960 Middle classes really didn't exist anywhere else in the world that were bigger than what you call

00:12:40.120 10%, really only 10% of people were even somewhat, you know, in the middle, able to have a little

00:12:47.360 extra wealth, able to have a vacation house, able to have a couple cars, you know, maybe

00:13:01.620 They didn't have, I mean, that was, that was, that was, that, the middle class really grew in America starting in the, around 1800 or so.

00:13:41.340 Now, how did 4% of the world have half the wealth, and upwards of 90% of that was in the middle class and the working class?

00:13:55.660 And as we developed the middle class in the 100 and 50, 60, 70 years before that, it was very small, but it got bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.

00:15:07.400 until now, the last 50 years, we've reversed those numbers. So we had about 90% of the wealth

00:15:15.660 in the hands of the working class and the middle class

00:15:20.240 and about 10% of the wealth in the uber ultra rich.

00:15:25.280 Now, in the year 2026, those numbers are flipped.

00:15:29.300 You've got almost 90%, about 88%.
