Shouldn't we have called it a day?

When the movement loses people, we blame those people. We say, hey, we're refining ourselves. We're getting stronger. And that just means more people are going to drink more Kool-Aid. What's your take on that?
01:44:05.720So the Republican 2024 National Committee, and this is why I'm not a Republican, by the way, because they make peace with a bunch of stuff that I think is evil.

I'm a very specific type of American. I don't do Christian nationalism or whatever, you know, Andrew Wilson calls it. I have a very kind of like maybe more accessible version of it. I call it bacon cheeseburger nationalism.
01:45:23.100and it's because if we share a common meal and heritage,
01:47:23.820And I think the betrayal on cheap energy, which would have propelled the economic recovery,
01:47:27.880no new wars that would have stopped immigration from these countries that are war-torn,
01:47:31.460would have stopped the refugees, and ultimately the peace through strength and domestic stability,
01:47:35.560all of that has been eroded to a point where you say, hey, look at our northern border right now.
01:47:40.240Look at our southern border right now.
01:47:41.580Look at what's happening to Americans that can't afford to buy food, send their kids to school, buy homes, and look at the language that comes out of the administration. Proud of inflation, proud of rising house prices, proud of the stock market in the sense of, hey, we have a mixed economy now. The government owns NVIDIA. The government is heavily investing in military technology, and they just pump and pump and pump.
01:48:02.060And we have this establishment class, whether at the high level inside the administration or at a low level, the Gunther Eagleman, the cat turd, who I'm sure is rolling in the bucks, you know, the mega cash and all of that.
01:48:12.360All these people, these aren't the blue collar people, right?
01:48:30.640I think that the number of people, there was a watershed moment where people crossed the aisle.
01:48:35.680And this addition through subtraction idea, it's really relevant when you figure out that what the Republicans sold in 2024 was a big tent that actually doesn't align with my values.
01:48:44.680But it was enough to be able to get people to say, hey, what do we all agree on?
01:48:47.480How about we make America affordable again so people can buy a house when they're young?
01:49:22.300And I don't actually think we can vote our way out of it, because if there was a vote that was going to happen, it happened in 2024.
01:49:27.080Assuming that was real, even though they say it's not secure, that would have been the place where we would have been able to do the thing that was claimed because it was a watershed like wave behind it.
01:49:35.480So I don't this is something I talked about with your dad the other day.
01:49:38.260If I say that we're not voting our way out of this, and I don't think we are, by the way, that's just my general position.
01:49:42.940That actually frees me up to not worry about the voting part of it.
01:49:45.720It frees me up to look and say, how do I harden myself, make myself more resilient, make my community more resilient?
01:49:50.720I had some people on my call in show from my subscribers last night, call me and tell me, you know, we saw something bad happen where our county sheriff stood up in front of a meeting of people and defended flock and everybody resisted it.
01:50:02.420You know what happened? That guy ended up resigning within a week. He had to leave and they've bagged all the flock cameras.
01:50:07.960So you're not going to be able to solve global problems and you're not going to be able to solve national problems.
01:50:12.040But what you might be able to do is convince your city council that there's too many of you because you're regular bacon cheeseburger type Americans who say, hey, this shit is enough and we're not going to take it anymore.
01:50:21.160And so you can do that locally where they have to see you in a grocery store where you drive by their house and they drive by yours.
01:50:26.200You're not going to make your congressmen, the Smithers, the Mike Johnson's pass a continuing resolution or pass a bill of single item appropriations.
01:50:33.660That won't happen. But you might be able to affect it locally.
01:50:36.160And Americans have always been rule at closest to home.
01:50:39.460So if we can start recognizing that your politics has to be actually at your in your neighborhood, in your HOA, in your town, this is where maybe I think the focus has to go.
01:50:47.280The national politics focus that you and I do every day, I actually think it's it's reminding us that we're not fixing that problem.

02:02:55.100I'm Gen X, but to you, Gen Zers, we're all boomers.
02:02:58.300And I think there's a truth to that, because for the longest time, I kind of was deeply indoctrinated and held a really embarrassing, clownish prejudice towards the Palestinians.
02:03:09.740And it took even when I thought I was this great humanitarian, broad-minded person, it took me going to Egypt to evacuate wounded women and children from Gaza in the early days of the war to come to really discover how deeply I had been indoctrinated.
02:03:27.200and how my view of the Palestinian people
02:03:30.340was really cartoonish and embarrassing.
02:03:33.960And as you and I were talking before we went on camera,
02:03:37.060Palestinians are really the most beautiful community on Earth.
02:03:40.220They're the most light-about people on Earth.
02:03:42.640I think for a lot of conservatives my age and older,
02:14:06.000And it's very clearly true that they have all the power and the Palestinians, Lebanese people in the West Bank, you name it, all across the Middle East, they have nothing.
02:14:12.640There's no way to fight against the empire.
02:14:14.220So it's really incumbent on us, the American citizens, to vote with our dollar, vote with our speech and really inform everyone about what's going on.
02:14:21.300This is the thing. People say, oh, you're just talking. No, we're giving information and knowledge is power and the pen is mightier than the sword.
02:14:27.880And that's what all this is about. And you know what? I talk about the older generations all the time.
02:14:32.160I talk about this neocon spirit that really existed because we were at the zenith of American power in the 60s, 70s.
02:14:38.340And they just think we still have the same military, the same economy, the same society.
02:14:41.860When in reality, we've been so degraded by this evil we've committed.

02:14:47.320And to perpetuate it and to move it forward, I just hope that we can provide people enough high-quality information where they can wake up before it's too late.

02:15:05.580I could have been at any of the balls that I wanted to go to.
02:15:09.340And I wanted to spend the inauguration in Gaza.
02:15:12.340So I went to Jordan and I tried to work my way into Gaza.
02:15:15.900I was rejected, permission to go into Gaza.
02:15:18.140We had been supporting the churches in Gaza.
02:15:20.300But I wanted to be there because I actually campaigned for Trump
02:15:22.680across the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania,
02:15:25.140where there are 200,000 Middle Eastern Christians.
02:15:27.760And I thought, I want to be with the most persecuted Christian community in the world,
02:15:30.900the churches in Gaza, and text my friends,
02:15:33.680hey, how's the inauguration? Look where I am. But instead, I went to Bethlehem. While I was in
02:15:39.480Bethlehem, I met with many Christian leaders, and they were horrified at the idea that Huckabee
02:15:44.580might be the U.S. ambassador to Israel. So they knew. They knew, and they were horrified by this
02:15:49.400idea. And I said, you know, I know Mike Huckabee, and I think he is a very godly man. I think he's
02:15:54.960a better man than me. I'm not the greatest guy. You know, I'm a flawed man. I became a Christian
02:15:58.980in my adult life, I'm not like Mike Huckabee, I didn't grow up in the faith, and I know him,
02:16:03.800and I know his daughter, and I know his son-in-law very well, and I adore them. And so I said,
02:16:09.320I think Mike Huckabee, when he gets the intelligence briefings, when he really gets to understand
02:16:13.940what's happening on the ground here as a Christian godly man, even though he is a dispensationalist
02:16:19.800and clings to Christian Zionism, I think he'll be a force for good. And I have to say, I've never
02:16:25.020been more disappointed. I really just can't even believe it. I was asked by a reporter yesterday
02:16:30.720that's doing a story on conservatives that have been advocating for Palestinians, and they asked,
02:16:35.080have you lost friends? I have lost a lot of friends, actually. And all the friends that I've
02:16:40.480lost are people who are actually paid for their opinion. So I haven't lost friends who don't get
02:16:45.120paid to advocate for a certain position. They're friends who's actually, you know, their well-being
02:16:50.400and their family's security depend on them not changing and they become bitter with me and they
02:16:56.280said do you as are you sad i go i'm i'm not really sad about losing my friends i'm sad that my
02:17:03.160friends will have lost their dignity and their reputation for the rest of human history it's
02:17:07.780like you were in a bed and you heard an alarm clock go off and you got up and they're in the
02:17:12.000same bed they heard that alarm clock go off and it's children screaming dying all the time and
02:17:16.280they stayed right asleep because it's more comfy to be in the bed than to wake up and live in reality
02:17:20.120And here's the thing. I just look at this from a perspective of Trump was my guy. I got my dad to support Trump 10 years ago. I watched that first debate. I said, that guy is going to be president. He called me stupid, but I ended up being correct. And I looked at it from a perspective. OK, this guy, I was anti-war kid. That's what I was raised on my first video report when I was like 11 years old. It was called Terrorism 101, explaining proxy war and how we fund it. Right. I looked at Trump as a legitimate anti-war figure. I believed him when he said, I don't want people to die. And especially after the first term where he didn't start any new wars.
02:17:48.880I don't like the Syrian missile attack or whatever, but if you look at that compared to what we have
02:17:53.160now, it is completely night and day. And, you know, I believe in the guy that said he was going
02:17:56.900to end Ukraine conflict on day one. I believe in the guy that said no new wars in the Middle East
02:18:00.520and what we've gotten kind of like Huckabee, you're like, okay, I believe this person has
02:18:05.300this value set. I believe this person believes in these ideals and to see them not only not
02:18:10.440acknowledge them, but to laugh about them. No, that, that is really macabre and disturbing.
02:18:15.200You know, I was in Bethlehem and I met someone that was in
02:18:18.880and the delegation with Huckabee when he went into Gaza.
02:34:51.520the second tribes to convert in entirety to our Christian faith were Arab.
02:34:56.700Did you know the councils that gave us all of the core beliefs of our faith
02:35:00.520took place in lands that today we would consider Arab?
02:35:05.120But this type of prejudice, or people will say when they hear the name Allah or Allahu,
02:35:10.100the name that Jesus used, the name Arab from Aramaic,
02:35:13.680Allahu sounds like Allah more than it sounds like our word God.
02:35:17.120But they will foment bigotry and foment prejudice.
02:35:19.840And the way I look at it is as a Christian, and I am a Christian, and my organization, right now we have armed guards outside of churches, synagogues, girls' schools for Muslim girls in Afghanistan.
02:37:58.760And if we ran as conservatives, rather than fomenting fear,
02:38:03.320what we should be doing is giving young people answers.
02:38:06.500if he had stopped the genocide if he had stopped the wars if he had actually brought peace to the
02:38:11.460middle east he would have there would have been five more republican presidents this is the point
02:38:14.640i make all the time when they blame the voter that actually cared about what they were voting
02:38:18.820for instead of like slogan rhetoric or like false ideology when they say rex you're anti-war but
02:38:24.200you're making the democrats win by criticizing trump oh i'm sorry i don't support trump the man
02:38:28.800i support the values and ideology that he claimed to run on and he lied to me he lied to my generation
02:38:35.260I got friends from all over, man. I got Mexican friends that run taco trucks. I got black friends, my co-host Tim Tompkins, who's from New York, Democrat voter his whole life. But he took a chance on Trump because he genuinely believed he was a anti-war guy and that he was going to repair our economy when, in fact, we have a war economy.
02:38:52.440That's the economic resurgence that they're trying to sell us on.
02:38:55.340They say, hey, we can make money off selling weapons.
03:01:47.160The best part of my day is we give, you know, back to school parties for these vulnerable Christian communities and other vulnerable communities.

03:06:26.800um and philosopher it led me to my christian faith and so but i had this like kind of you know
03:06:33.860gen x classical liberal libertarian optimism for the future but now i really have come to understand
03:06:40.560that your generation has been stripped of everything you've been stripped of your your
03:06:44.860hope for future vocations you've been stripped of your hope for marriage and children and a lot of
03:06:50.040young men have a hatred of women because women have been brutalized by our culture and so your
03:06:56.100generation really has to men and women together have to be very forgiving and understanding and
03:07:01.240recognize that you as a generation you've been pulverized yeah i would say mutilated you know
03:07:06.180all of us nobody's immune to the propaganda no one's immune to the abuse and it's societal and
03:07:11.340they want to put us in smaller and smaller buckets and then like crabs in a bucket we tear each other
03:07:16.000down i say look i love women i say look i love our society i love being a christian but what it
03:07:22.260means truly love women what it means truly love our society just getting on the abortion thing
03:07:26.460here really quick we've killed over 63 million americans okay these are entire generations of
03:07:33.440youth slaughtered and when you look at that not just as some abstract thing or some policy but
03:07:38.240as reality how can you not be against that and then if you're against that those who claim to
03:07:42.800be pro-life but are not you know if you claim to be pro-life anti-abortion but then you co-sign
03:07:48.660war and genocide and murder well look how weak that makes your position because it's not actually
03:07:52.940they're not really lindsey graham people say oh he was a great pro-life leader i've been working
03:07:56.320in the republican party for life since the late 80s and i've worked with and against people like
03:08:02.140lindsey graham the whole time and i they're not pro-life it's it's a bumper sticker they they put
03:08:07.320on in november to get your vote right those who are authentically and genuinely committed to life
03:08:12.100you know it's consistent um and yeah your generation has such a challenge and it's going
03:08:17.880to be an intimate challenge you know there's this podcast the whatever podcast have you seen this
03:08:21.800of course where this guy brings on young women and berates them he doesn't have them cover
03:08:26.400themselves up he actually exploits them he has them on a meat market yeah and exploits them for
03:08:32.760profit while berating them and rather than understanding that they're victims they have
03:08:37.440been victimized and in the same way you can take a young man who's not so young anymore like nick
03:08:41.960fuentes and you can look at him and you can berate him and be angry at him but then you have to look
03:08:45.920at, I can look at those young women and I can look at that young man and I can say there's a
03:08:49.940mutilated, brutalized generation. And the hope for both of them is a deep, thoughtful commitment to
03:08:55.020Jesus Christ, love, forgiveness, solidarity, recognizing that we are made in the image and
03:09:00.840likeness of God, that our relationship with God is best fulfilled through the sacrament of marriage.
03:09:05.400We know what it is to love, forgive, and sacrifice for an other. And through our families, then we
03:09:10.660share our vocation to get the world to know and love their creator and love each other.
03:09:14.840this is the great challenge for your generation and that is the great challenge is saying okay
03:09:19.140all the profit all the incentive all the motive is there to do that to tear down the other gender
03:09:23.900whether you're a man woman woman man to hate each other whether you know american i don't like the
03:09:28.560foreigner over there or vice versa when in reality in that time of true darkness where the only way
03:09:33.760to ascend or to make money or to grow in the societal structure is to do those awful things
03:09:38.720that are against god we need to turn towards god now more than ever because whatever the world
03:09:43.700whatever the devil is trying to get us to do the most, whatever is the opposite of that is pure
03:09:48.520and good and holy. And it's as simple as all you have to do is stop doing the bad stuff. That's all
03:09:53.880you have to do. And then you'll realize as a human, as a person created in the image of God,
03:09:58.160and as a Christian, you realize that you're good on your own. And you're good because of your
03:10:02.020nature and because of your relationship to Christ, because you want to become more like Christ over
03:10:05.840time. And that's personal development. And that's the goal. And that's the strength. And that's the
03:10:10.460liberty we have such freedom within christ to actually be ourselves because everything else
03:10:15.520just the will of the demons it's not easy it's not no it's very hard it's super simple yeah it's
03:10:19.880very hard but that's the thing is but it's it's it's genius i'm sorry it's super it's simple but
03:10:24.280it's very hard but genius is found in simplicity yeah and of course that's the highest level to
03:10:28.640try to master and of course no one's ever mastered it except for our lord and savior jesus christ
03:10:33.240and that's why we need to ask for help we have to pray and have that strong community but i think
03:10:37.120that's such a key point you make when you have these women up there and you're treating them
03:10:40.800like strippers like hookers and you're saying no you're not a human being you're not somebody that
03:10:45.820i need to respect not someone i need to heal with because we all have problems you say oh
03:10:49.500i'm better than you and i'm going to use my platform both to exploit you and tear you down
03:10:53.960that just pushes that person further into that lifestyle while you're claiming to represent and
03:10:59.520preserve traditional values that's a bit absurd it's absurd you know it would be one thing to be
03:11:04.420opportunist or whatever a traditional man would want to shelter and protect women from public
03:11:09.100scorn all right that's what jesus did when they were stoning the lady yeah he said he was without
03:11:13.720sin exactly call everyone around and ask them intimate questions about themselves right it
03:11:18.520would be quite embarrassing so this is your generation obviously that's a boomer dude
03:11:22.240exploiting gen z girls that's what that is and so this is where your generation has to be vigilant
03:11:27.980and help you just cut this off don't you don't take the poison you're gonna be an analog generation
03:11:32.800You know, I'm with my, after this, I'm going to take my son to a vinyl record store in Austin.
03:11:38.900And, you know, we're going to go see an old movie, an old John Wayne movie at a movie theater.
03:11:44.020As a filmmaker, my business partner and I are looking at revitalizing community theater so Gen Z kids can write their own plays performed by people in front of people with live studio audiences.
03:11:55.580Because I want young people to, it was so exciting for me to produce movies.
03:11:59.880And, you know, we've won the Toronto Film Festival twice, the NAACP Image Award with one of our films.
03:12:04.720And just to see around 600 theaters across the country or 1,000 screens, it's such an exciting thing.
03:12:11.640And I want young people to have that excitement and that thrill.
03:12:15.220How are we going to do that with where technology is going?
03:12:18.000And I think it's going to be a return to the intimate, to the analog, live theater, local and live sporting events, whatever it is.
03:12:25.900But your generation is going to have to figure it out.
03:12:28.020Guys like me, I want to, as I actually have four grandchildren now, seven children, to my last breath, I want to work to serve my posterity, you know, and if we care about the children in Gaza, we care about our great-grandchildren who are yet to be born.
03:12:45.820If we abandon the children in Gaza, if your parents or grandparents are thoughtless to the children that they don't know in Gaza, they're going to live lives thoughtless to their posterity.
03:12:56.840Yes. And Tim Dillon makes an excellent point. Social media has flattened people's minds. And that's really what the A.I. is the final capstone on, really, is they want to say, OK, we own all human thoughts and dreams. We own all your media. We're going to use it to build a system that's going to be in charge of disseminating all future education. Right.
03:13:13.560So when a kid says, I want to be a screenwriter, I want to be somebody that's an author, I want to be somebody that's a filmmaker like you, you know, their context for what they believe that to be is all already pre-engineered.
03:13:25.300And that's what we really have to fight against. And I think the theme of today's show, there's always a theme of today's show, has been establishing things on a local level that everyone can do.
03:13:33.680And once you have that community, you can actually still affect a lot of change at a local level.
03:13:37.680So we start by having strong family units, then we have strong communities, we have strong cities, and then we move forward from there, and we show people our fruits.
03:13:45.920We show people the fruits of that, because when you're actually living in the way that you're living, for an example, you can show, hey, I'm bringing joy to all these people, and you can do it too.
03:13:54.400It's a mission for everybody. It doesn't belong to me. It belongs to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
03:13:57.820So when you're able to present that to people, the alternative is what? Getting paid by Israel to lie about like an aid info?

03:27:04.240supply bombs to a globalist project that's trying to kill all of you and the nobility that's found
