00:07:51.860 Well, yeah, so I would like to give your audience an overview about why this case is so significant. Why us, several experts, myself and Joe Sansone, are traveling in person for this hearing on October 22nd in Leowarden Court in the Netherlands.

00:08:10.820 It's a district court in the north of Amsterdam, where the case was brought by the plaintiffs

00:08:17.620 originally. And so why are we traveling across the Atlantic to bring this case? And this is because

00:08:24.500 in the United States, this case is not possible. And to my knowledge, in other jurisdictions also,

00:08:31.300 in the United States, the perpetrators of COVID crimes, the manufacturers of deadly mRNA shots, 0.61

00:08:38.580 bioweapons biochemical weapons are fully shielded by the prep act from any liability not only

00:08:45.540 liability the law says it's suit and liability so nobody can even sue them for any damages 0.74

00:09:25.760 sue the manufacturers for anything that they have done wrong. In the Netherlands, however,

00:09:31.200 there is no PREP Act. So these injured plaintiffs have brought the case in 2023. And on the 22nd,

00:09:38.440 on Thursday of this week, we're going for the first hearing on merits. Defendants include

00:09:44.800 individuals, 17 defendants, including all of them individuals, plus the state of Netherlands. And

00:09:52.500 the individual defendants are Bill Gates, Albert Berla, Mark Rutte, who was a former prime minister

00:09:59.120 of Netherlands, and now is Secretary General of NATO.

00:10:05.620 The Dutch health officials, equivalent of the CDC in the Netherlands, and a number of

00:10:12.880 other state officials and media representatives, all, as I said, brought as individuals.

00:10:18.320 And this is a civil tort case.

00:10:20.320 So this is a unique property of the jurisdiction in the Netherlands, where you can bring the

00:10:27.820 case against individuals and hold them liable with their own personal assets.

00:10:32.540 That's why this is so important for the global community to follow and to support this case

00:10:40.400 Out of the seven original plaintiffs who brought this case, two already passed away from their

00:10:45.360 injuries and a third one is in very poor health.

00:13:31.500 And in the Netherlands, it was led, again, by an equivalent, which was advising prime minister.

00:15:22.100 security threat and to switch over to COVID products. And so to date, this has not been

00:15:28.540 declassified. To date, we had no disclosure. We had no real investigation or real prosecution or

00:15:34.740 real accountability. Everything to date has been theater until COVID is declassified from that

00:15:40.620 national security threat classification. And until we have an acknowledgement that we are under this

00:15:45.800 military framework of the PREP Act, we call it, you know, us researchers call it license to kill
