00:04:54.500 Timothy Kelly or others handling these dockets, the DOJ is expected to promptly file a motion to dismiss the indictments under federal rule of criminal procedure 48-alpha.

00:05:02.280 The government may dismiss an indictment with leave of court and practice courts grant such emotions in this type of situation when tied to pardons or a change in administration policy and denial would be extremely rare.
