00:00:00.000 My son, as along with a lot of other children, when they are, you know, 13, 14, they're extremely confused.
00:00:08.480 They don't know, you know, a lot of who they are or, you know, where they stand in society.
00:00:15.200 And unfortunately, the moment that your child, especially in the state of California, says that they think that they're gay or that they think that they're trans,
00:00:25.780 um that moment moving forward the school system activates this uh trans ideology this um this
00:00:37.080 woman or man comes in but all the ones that i've seen so far these transitional counselors that
00:00:43.400 they bring in are women um they bring in these are you talking about in the school in the school
00:00:48.960 Yes. Yeah. Without your knowledge. Yeah. Not licensed psychologist, not licensed psychologist, just pretty much similar to when you have CPS workers, you know, they there's no reason that they should be dealing with adolescence, you know, confusion.
00:01:08.920 They just shouldn't. And that should be the parent's job. But the moment that that happens and the moment that they're brought in and the child says, hey, my mom's not OK with me transitioning, they block the parents completely out.
00:01:21.780 One of these ladies took him down to the Fresno Superior Court and talked him into signing, you know, a petition for emancipation and a restraining order against me.
00:01:36.180 And, you know, there had been no police reports.
00:01:39.060 There had been no violence.
00:01:40.540 There has been no accusations of abuse.
00:01:43.020 There has been no CBS cases.
00:01:45.260 I'm a single mom raising four kids on my own.
00:01:48.240 I've never been in trouble.
00:01:49.300 I have no criminal record.
00:01:50.360 And he was successful in doing this just based on my religion and my stance in transitioning him. 0.64

00:02:12.540 Do you want to fight? You better believe you got one!
00:02:15.740 This is Stuart Rhodes filling in for the final hour of the Alex Jones Show.
00:02:19.500 calling right here from the bunker in austin texas it's an honor to be here um so for those
00:02:25.840 who don't know me i'm the founder of oath keepers former j6 political prisoner uh yale law graduate
00:02:32.100 please don't hold that against me i'm a recovering lawyer and i've recently had all my rights
00:02:36.840 restored but doj thankfully filed a motion to dismiss our charges that was finally granted
00:02:42.820 and our sentences were vacated as well and so i'm back restored to my rights but i went through
00:02:48.180 three years of hell in the prison system but now i'm bringing on uh another persecuted american
00:02:55.140 who's being persecuted for standing up against transgender activism an attempt to transition
00:03:03.380 her teenage son from the age of 15 on you had radical leftist trans activists in california
00:03:09.960 trying to transition her child and she simply acted as a mother to defend her child and try to
00:03:17.620 save him from being transitioned so i want to bring in this awesome patriot shana gaviola
00:03:23.900 please please join us today hi shana how are you doing how are you doing all right i want the
00:03:29.140 audience to know that shana is scheduled to be uh to begin a prison sentence on monday in federal
00:03:34.860 prison this is what's so disturbing and disgusting is that even under the trump administration
00:03:42.620 My daughter to Trump knows the lawfare against Christians, against conservatives, continues.
00:03:49.980 So, Sheena, please tell the audience real quickly your story of what happened to your son and yourself.
00:03:55.420 I'll try to do my best.
00:03:56.640 My story is a little bit long, but I'm going to do the best that I can to kind of make it brief.
00:04:03.140 My son, along with a lot of other children, when they are 13, 14, they're extremely confused.
00:04:11.200 They don't know, you know, a lot of who they are or, you know, where they stand in society.
00:04:18.520 And unfortunately, the moment that your child, especially in the state of California, says that they think that they're gay or that they think that they're trans, that moment moving forward, the school system activates this trans ideology, this woman or man comes in.
00:04:42.480 But all the ones that I've seen so far, these transitional counselors that they bring in are women.
00:04:48.440 They bring in these not licensed.
00:04:49.780 Are you talking about in the school, right? 0.99
00:04:52.440 Yes, yeah.
00:04:53.460 Without your knowledge.
00:04:55.660 Yeah, not licensed psychologists, not licensed psychologists.
00:04:59.680 Just pretty much similar to when you have CPS workers, you know.
00:05:06.160 There's no reason that they should be dealing with adolescence, you know, confusion.
00:05:12.480 they just shouldn't. And that should be the parent's job. But the moment that that happens
00:05:16.800 and the moment that they're brought in and the child says, Hey, my mom's not okay with me
00:05:22.260 transitioning. They block the parents completely out. Um, now you're no longer in charge of your
00:05:28.560 child. You're no longer alerted when they, um, have behavioral issues at school. Um, they don't
00:05:34.300 contact you for information or situations that you absolutely, as a parent should be contacted
00:05:40.020 for so uh isn't it true that they isn't it true that they also begin to schedule a child for
00:05:47.460 hormone blocking and eventually sex change operations all without your permission
00:05:53.980 yes absolutely and what was astonishing to me was my son when he came in to have a sit down with us
00:06:01.640 uh he was you know 13 or 14 years old i can't remember exactly but he's like um i want everyone
00:06:08.240 to call me Brianna in the house. And I'm like, absolutely not. We're not doing that. My youngest
00:06:14.160 daughter, she was four at the time. Not that that makes it any better or worse, but you can kind of
00:06:21.100 understand what I was dealing with, with how hard pressed I was to not do that. That's not
00:06:27.400 acceptable. We're not playing that game and we're not doing that in this house. And he told me
00:06:33.660 directly to my face that the counselor at school told him that when he turned 16 he could go have
00:06:39.980 the transitional surgery behind my back that they didn't have to alert me and that they would
00:06:45.460 actually lie to me while he was in surgery at a hospital and tell me that he was in class at school
00:06:52.460 now you can imagine a 13 or 14 year old child doesn't know those things on their own they don't
00:07:00.460 they're not privy to that information so it was absolutely an adult so he was telling him this
00:07:06.120 he was being coached and groomed correct yes so fast forward same woman so what happened with
00:07:13.240 so just fast forward to as a mother you finally took steps to try to protect your son now he
00:07:19.140 secured i guess once again being coached to do this he secured a protective order against you
00:07:24.260 right? Yes. One of these ladies took him down to the Fresno Superior Court and talked him into
00:07:34.060 signing a petition for emancipation and a restraining order against me. And there had
00:07:42.340 been no police reports. There had been no violence. There has been no accusations of abuse. There's
00:07:48.200 been no cbs cases um i'm a single mom raising four kids on my own um i've never been in trouble
00:07:54.280 i have no criminal record and uh he was successful in doing this just based on my
00:07:59.900 um religion and my stance in transition in transitioning him so in other words the judge
00:08:07.940 granted i guess a temporary protective order on the basis only of him desiring desiring to
00:08:14.180 transition and you opposing it as a christian and that the judge granted the order based on
00:08:19.680 and of course it's ex parte right you were not notified it was an ex parte i was not allowed to
00:08:24.920 be there did you know about it never legally served did you even know what's happening
00:08:29.520 i did not know that was happening absolutely not he was supposed to be on his way home
00:08:34.880 um he was messaging hey mom i'm going to be at my friend's house we're making cake pops for a
00:08:39.780 minute, and then I'll be home in an hour. And then he never showed back up. That was the very
00:08:45.000 last time I ever spoke with my son. And that was in 2021. And so then what happened? You took,
00:08:51.180 you tried to take action as a mother. So then I was told by Clovis Police Department that there
00:08:57.140 was a restraining order. They would not serve me the legal documents. They said they didn't have
00:09:03.060 them. And then, you know, the same officer that I was told that by told me that Blake had come in,
00:09:10.720 my son had come in and told him that he was gay and that he was afraid for his life and that I
00:09:17.080 didn't believe in his transgender and that he thinks that I was going to hurt him. And so they
00:09:22.440 assigned this officer to my son who was also gay. He's a gay officer. And this was the person who 0.99
00:09:28.940 let me know that there was a restraining order against me um i contacted a family law attorney 0.97
00:09:33.860 thinking okay now i have to go fight this case family law attorney um miss browns looked up the
00:09:40.460 case and said nope it's pending judge's orders judge has not signed anything there is not a
00:09:45.000 um uh restraining order on file and you know what do you want to do what are your next steps
00:09:51.300 because you know a small part of this that we you know have left out until right now was
00:09:55.920 my son had just been arrested for molesting a seven-year-old. So I could not have him back in
00:10:01.400 my home, which was why he was out of the home to begin with. Where was he living while this
00:10:06.040 happened, while it's alleged assault? So I was trust, yeah, I trusted this woman
00:10:11.160 that he had introduced me to. He had introduced me to her as his girlfriend's mom that he met
00:10:17.240 at church. And she infiltrated my home, was super kind, super sweet, very helpful. Again,
00:10:25.460 I'm a single mom navigating a very difficult situation and she after calling his dad his
00:10:31.820 grandmother pretty much all my resources to try to find placement for him because it wasn't safe
00:10:38.360 for him to be around my other children and it's an extreme molestation case so you know I'm not
00:10:45.660 going to get on you know into that but my youngest son watched one of these you know one of this
00:10:52.080 events happen this is in the home hold on a second this is in the home of lady who came to
00:10:57.820 your home and and befriended you she said i've got a place for him to stay or what happened
00:11:02.560 yeah so she said you know we've got an extra room he can stay the nights with us because that was
00:11:09.980 what we were most concerned about was he was sharing a room with his younger brother so um
00:11:17.060 you know that was no longer appropriate and she came off as like i said loving kind wonderful
00:11:23.760 um the entire time she was socially transitioning and behind my back um and then i came to find out
00:11:31.140 she was allowing him to be um ice skating instructor for young children knowing what
00:11:36.380 he was just charged with um and then it got worse so she was also part of um convincing him to
00:11:43.880 transition correct okay so multiple people were grooming your son for to be transitioned yes it
00:11:50.160 was two two women two women gotcha um can you talk about the alleged assault your son did on
00:11:57.680 a seven-year-old where was that at so my best friend uh lived next door to me and both of our
00:12:05.380 sons were seven years old seven's very small as you know um and i was pretty much the only house
00:12:11.860 that she would allow her kids to come over to.
00:12:14.440 My son was 15, and so he was...
00:12:17.260 I was at work, and he was at home,
00:12:19.720 and he multiple times forced the seven-year-old 1.00
00:12:25.160 to perform oral sex on him. 0.99
00:12:27.780 One time, forcing my seven-year-old son, 1.00
00:12:32.080 who biologically is his brother, into watching him.
00:12:35.600 Do you think he was groomed and taught that that was okay
00:12:39.040 by these same people?
00:12:41.860 I think very much after the fact, after it came to light. Absolutely. I know for a fact that they've said to me that this is normal childhood behavior and that I should have got him a lawyer and should never have let him talk to the police.
00:12:56.920 um i absolutely disagree i feel like as a mom my job is to protect my son but at that moment my
00:13:05.740 job was to protect other people's kids um from my son and the kind of parent that hides that that
00:13:13.040 makes excuses for that um are awful parents and so for me i feel like i was doing the right thing
00:13:20.640 and now he hates me because of what because of my actions with that so tell us what you did then
00:13:28.540 got you in trouble with the uh with the feds so i was yeah talking to the attorney trying to go over
00:13:35.220 my options called a couple of friends of mine um a few in law enforcement um and they were like you
00:13:41.760 know why don't you try to look at some of these programs they have a lot of programs for boys
00:13:45.540 i found seven that kind of fit um christian morals background now my son was extremely involved in
00:13:54.460 church his whole life so just these last three years of his life had he not been involved in
00:14:00.280 church um he sang in the choir uh he was very involved so a christian background um and then
00:14:07.760 him you know wanting to get him closer to god and hoping that once he goes into this facility
00:14:13.480 he will see just how worked, um, his mentality, his thinking was because of these adults that
00:14:20.480 have infiltrated his mind. Um, I found seven schools. They were all really great. Um, two
00:14:27.940 stuck out to me because they had therapeutic programs. Um, one was the first one that I
00:14:33.020 enrolled him into his dad agreed and, um, gave my attorney consent. I signed over, um, you know,
00:14:41.060 like a power of attorney parental rights to the school uh his dad then called me and said hey i'm
00:14:46.640 not going to be able to financially help you at all so that school was way more expensive than
00:14:51.840 the second option um which the section option was just as good um it's just i was able to get a
00:14:57.980 grant for that one um through that program uh he also would only be around all of the programs would
00:15:04.700 only be around uh children who are 15 to 18 years old so no small children um you know takes a lot
00:15:12.900 of that risk out of out of that and i signed over my rights uh to the school and the transport team
00:15:20.420 who consisted of two off-duty sheriff's deputies one that graduated from the school himself
00:15:26.740 um were came to pick up blake um now my son was and and is uh six three about 210 pounds
00:15:36.600 had already been arrested before and had already been charged with um lewd and lavicious acts
00:15:43.600 to a minor so to someone under the age of 14 so this is not a child that um the mainstream media
00:15:51.680 is portraying as some, you know, innocent child who was just yanked up and thrown in handcuffs
00:15:59.040 and drove across state lines. And I will tell you that he was supposed to be flown. So, you know,
00:16:06.580 there was a little bit of a discretion there from the transportation team. He was not supposed to
00:16:11.880 be driven. I paid for flights and he was supposed to be flown. I did not believe that he was going
00:16:18.960 to be handcuffed because they said they only use that in like extreme matters where he was
00:16:23.140 you know arguing or fighting or any of those things and none of that happened he um went very
00:16:28.400 like peacefully was told what was going on i had a good friend of mine who he also knew um that's
00:16:34.840 private investigator go with them um including a retired sheriff's deputy here in town um to also
00:16:43.640 help with that um extraction to get him into the transportation team so at all times he was safe
00:16:50.000 i made someone made sure somebody was there that he knew so that he wasn't scared um and then 1.00
00:16:55.640 completely fine for the entire transport um this awful woman who had brainwashed him and groomed
00:17:03.780 him made a police report and this is solidly on a police report that i had masked gunmen pick him
00:17:10.860 up that were tied to the mafia that i had cartel connections and that i was going to have him
00:17:16.700 killed um those were the things on an actual police report we were not allowed to bring that
00:17:23.460 into the trial but we'll get to that in a moment right so so long story short after you did this
00:17:30.260 you were charged with a federal crime of violating of across state lines violating a protective order
00:17:37.720 right correct and that was done that was initiated in 2021 under the biden administration correct
00:17:44.560 okay but the sad thing is is that it carried on and continued in fact your trial was in december
00:17:50.000 of 2025 right under the new trump administration so we're getting a break coming up here but
00:17:57.220 i want to so i want folks to understand um what happened to you when you were arrested
00:18:03.800 and charged and let's talk about the prosecutors whatever you want to say about that we got two
00:18:08.540 minutes left before the break okay so when i was arrested and charged um i was put in jail for eight
00:18:15.060 days i was supposed to just turn myself in but they actually requested that i stay in until my
00:18:19.820 trial by the grace of god i had a judge that let me out i was on house arrest for six months
00:18:25.440 i was on pre-trial for four and a half years which is like the strongest amount of of probation you
00:18:31.740 and be on a parole um i was drug tested for two years and even though there was no drugs i have
00:18:38.080 no criminal record whatsoever um also uh while i was at a um it was like an after hours like uh
00:18:46.540 10 o'clock 10 p.m it's like kind of a bougier um hors d'oeuvre uh drinks location so a fern bar
00:18:54.920 basically right a what a fern bar right yeah yeah you can say that um the federal prosecutor
00:19:04.600 michael tierney came in um and was smiling at me from across the bar uh ended up um you know
00:19:12.820 talking to me introducing himself to me um i knew who he was and i told him who i was almost
00:19:17.680 immediately um and then he kind of you know realized who i was and at that moment should
00:19:22.880 walked away um instead he continued to hit on me telling me we can talk about things that aren't
00:19:28.640 related to the trial we could get together after this was all done that he was going to ask for
00:19:33.900 the minimal amount um if i was convicted um this shook me obviously so i'm sitting there i i go to
00:19:42.120 the bathroom in about 10 minutes i come out and he's standing outside waiting for me in the
00:19:46.560 bathroom um with the special agent of the fbi who raided my home on his cell phone his personal
00:19:52.720 cell phone he shoves it in my face um he says hey you know yeah she's really right here so i get on
00:19:59.380 the phone and um it's agent crow and she's like this is crazy you know like i can't believe that
00:20:05.080 that this is going on and i'm like yeah and they're flirting back and forth um you know just
00:20:10.840 kind of saying i can't remember everything that was said um with their flirting kind of back and
00:20:15.380 forth very flirty and he was flirting with me and um you know talking about you know that she's a
00:20:22.040 FBI agent and just kind of going back and forth. And then I get off that phone call and go to sit
00:20:28.960 down at a bar and sit there and wait because now I'm leaving and I'm going to call an Uber and I
00:20:35.520 go to walk outside and he's outside and he's got my current attorney, not my current now,
00:20:41.700 but my previous attorney on the phone and he puts him on the phone with me.
00:20:45.620 Let's continue after the break. We've got to take a break right now and be right back.
00:20:49.220 This is just incredible.
00:20:50.960 Thank you for coming out.
00:20:52.920 Yeah, thank you for having me.
00:20:59.320 America is now 250 years old.
00:21:02.900 July 4th isn't about delicious cheeseburgers and fireworks, though I love them so much.
00:21:07.440 It's about what does America stand for?
00:21:10.040 The globalists cannot have our country survive. 0.90
00:21:12.200 They want transhumanism.
00:21:13.320 They want the Great Reset.
00:21:14.460 They want the New World Order.
00:21:15.840 That's why they demonize America. 1.00
00:21:17.300 That's why they pay the NBA and the NFL to take a knee during the anthem and push all this communist Chinese garbage. 1.00
00:21:24.340 Because what America stands for is antithetical to what they're doing. 1.00

00:23:11.480 show welcome back to the alex jones show this is stewart rhodes going in for the final hour
00:23:19.260 i have the honor of interviewing an awesome patriot who stuck to her guns and went to trial
00:23:25.340 much like i did myself my co-defendants who refused to take you know take the i'm sure you
00:23:31.200 were offered a plea bargain tell us about that shanna did they offer you a deal and you refused
00:23:35.560 to do that yes so at the beginning when all this happened i believe that they were just targeting
00:23:40.640 the school um there was no federal charges there was no federal um involvement until the school
00:23:47.700 uh until i got to the school and then i realized that they were um trying to shut the school down
00:23:52.700 for the last couple years because it was a christian board you mean the christian school
00:23:55.540 you were trying to take your son to in missouri correct okay gotcha so it was under investigation
00:23:59.980 by the fbi ah so the feds that already targeted this christian school were trying to shut it down
00:24:06.640 And so when they saw an opportunity to get you, they tried to coerce you in the testifying against the school?
00:24:13.640 Yeah, they told me that if I just testified to Julio Sandoval, you know, basically knowing that there was a restraining order, actively violating it and, you know, forcing or coercing me into allowing him to kidnap my son in this big scheme that he had done.
00:24:36.640 They ultimately wanted him and the school shut down and him in prison.
00:24:42.400 He's the dean of the school.
00:24:43.340 He is a great guy.
00:24:44.780 He's the dean of the school.
00:24:46.560 He was the deans of admission at the boarding school.
00:24:49.500 He's a retired Marine.
00:24:51.320 He's a father of, I believe, six.
00:24:53.600 He spends his entire life with these boys that are troubled and need guidance.
00:24:59.300 But I decided not to do that.
00:25:00.620 There is no way I have to I have to sleep at night.
00:25:04.080 Same reason that I decided not to not do anything about my son.
00:25:08.700 I'm the one that has to, you know, deal with me and my decisions.
00:25:13.500 So, and I stick by that.
00:25:15.420 I don't feel like what the decision that I made was wrong.
00:25:18.340 I do feel like there's a lot of people in my life that probably wish that I did make that decision.
00:25:24.180 And I'm, you know, and I understand that too.
00:25:27.380 But as a Christian, you refuse to bear false witness.
00:25:31.020 That's a sin, right?
00:25:32.120 Absolutely.
00:25:32.560 yeah especially towards this man who spent his entire life helping these boys so they wanted
00:25:38.540 you to help put an innocent man in prison for for doing good work doing god's work which they hate
00:25:44.800 because they want to stop him from stopping them that's the bottom line and you refuse to do that
00:25:50.460 if you take the deal and you went to trial this is just like j6 it's so weird to experience this
00:25:56.040 all over again so you refused to do that refused to kiss the ring and bend the knee you went to
00:26:01.680 trial and tell us what that was like you went to trial in december of 2025 under the new trump
00:26:07.000 administration did you hope as a as a political prisoner to be did you hope that the new
00:26:13.220 administration would dismiss these charges oh i was so hopeful um i you know and i still am i still
00:26:21.300 am it's just it's been a long time it feels like it's been a long time um i was able to successfully
00:26:27.060 removed the prosecutor there was a judge um we had a court hearing he was removed for prosecutorial
00:26:33.340 misconduct she called his we're trying to arrange a threesome with you and the fbi agent right
00:26:37.780 correct and we have personal text messages between them so those were discovered as well 0.73
00:26:43.500 him saying that i looked good that night um that you know oh maybe she likes girls she seems to
00:26:50.100 like you too uh we can get together with her after this and the fbi agent was and the fbi agent was
00:26:56.500 down for that right she was also oh yeah right yeah and they're both married and at the end of
00:27:01.840 it he said we'll have to commiserate up with lots and lots of alcohol and tell and he put in both
00:27:06.880 their husband and wife's name that it's going to be a long night of commiseration wow um yeah we
00:27:13.240 had a court date where they both had to get up the state on the stand and explain these text messages
00:27:17.680 um and you know the judge still still but you did a motion to dismiss the case right the charges
00:27:24.900 the indictment and what happened the judge did not grant that this was judge thurston unfortunately
00:27:30.400 this is a very left-leaning activist judge who refused the pardon for ben martin um from trump
00:27:37.860 so she had already to stand on where yeah on where she stands she did call his actions
00:27:43.980 incomprehensible and moved my um case from the eastern district to the northern district
00:27:50.540 And a judge came in and overruled that and brought in a activist judge who was retired, who just blocked Trump's Birthright Act, and also went on a 60-minute show talking about how much he hates MAGA, brought him in, and with him came seven orders in lemony.
00:28:11.920 so those are gag orders you know for anybody like myself that didn't understand what those were
00:28:16.380 I could not talk about the child molestation I could not bring in his sexual orientation
00:28:21.220 I could not talk about any of those things I couldn't talk about the prosecutorial misconduct
00:28:27.140 I could not bring in the I could not dispute the validity of the restraining order or say the fact
00:28:34.320 that I was not personally served they told the jury all that they needed to know was that I knew
00:28:39.140 about it and i did not have to legally be served so they didn't they didn't let you talk about the
00:28:43.700 grooming of your son either to commit you know assault on a minor or the grooming to become
00:28:50.700 trans they didn't talk to you and you were not let me ask you this did they also gag you from
00:28:55.720 being able to talk about the deal they offered you if you were to um bear false witness against
00:29:01.060 the dean of the school were you also yeah well that was something that was told to me by my first
00:29:06.760 attorney so they didn't offer it in like a in so much of a you know provable legal documentation
00:29:15.880 it was through your attorney so even even when i did say that the judge um you know even when we
00:29:21.900 tried to bring that in the judge would not allow my attorney to speak at all if you looked at the
00:29:26.120 transcripts you would be um blown away well not you you wouldn't be blown away i wouldn't be
00:29:31.600 You've sat in there and you've been railroaded before and been gagged and been unable to speak or defend yourself.
00:29:39.040 But, you know, as a normal person, just like you, you don't believe that that's real.
00:29:44.500 You don't believe that that can happen.
00:29:46.180 Right. Until it happens to you.
00:29:48.440 Yeah, you watch all these trials and people are talking about the way they feel or the things they think or how that, you know.
00:29:54.280 And these are provable documentation, documented incidents that I wasn't allowed to bring into my own trial.
00:30:00.020 Right. So you were not allowed to tell the jury anything, really, other than what? What were you allowed to use to defend yourself?
00:30:08.220 I chose not to speak because the judge said, if you violate any of these orders in limine, I will hold you in contempt, throw you in jail, and we'll just get a new jury in here. And we can keep doing that as long as you'd like.
00:30:22.060 That's what he said?
00:30:23.480 Yes.
00:30:24.040 Okay. So your judge, so your lawyer advised you not to take the stand?
00:30:27.280 we talked you know in depth about it this is an emotional case right um i as you see i'm not a
00:30:34.780 very quiet person so um you know when you're being attacked by a prosecutor who now you know
00:30:42.260 they brought in um his friend and colleague and and a trans woman prosecutor to prosecute me so 0.61
00:30:49.340 you were you're being prosecuted by a transsexual yes okay a former man now a woman or what yes 0.99
00:30:57.260 wow okay yeah so when they brought this heinous very evil we'll go with woman we'll we'll say 1.00
00:31:07.260 that if that's what we need to do it's a man no it's a man this man's in a shim yeah yeah
00:31:13.200 and when they brought i mean evil isn't even the beginning of how uh this person treated me um
00:31:21.140 when they came up with a guilty verdict she turned around looked directly into my daughter's face and 0.73
00:31:26.120 smiled um and just the most evil smile you've ever seen um she was malicious and he was malicious
00:31:34.500 and so i decided not to even get on the stand um because i knew myself i knew i couldn't not
00:31:42.640 defend myself and then you would have been found in contempt of court absolutely do you do you
00:31:48.320 regret that now do you wish that in hindsight you had taken the stand so you could look the jury in
00:31:52.960 the eye and tell them what you think what do you think it's hard it's hard it's hard to to know i
00:32:00.720 think that i could have done that i think that the judge very like i think there was probably a 90
00:32:05.620 chance that he would have held me into a contempt put me in jail and got a new jury in right and we
00:32:11.920 you know so you were yeah so you were going to be found guilty no matter what
00:32:16.000 in this show trial just like us j6ers and this is something the audience needs to understand
00:32:22.580 that across the country, this is how it's done to thousands of Americans every year.
00:32:28.480 Prosecutors do the exact same thing.
00:32:31.000 And you need to understand that this was done to this patriot
00:32:33.880 during the Trump administration, December of 2025,
00:32:37.760 after President Trump was in office under Attorney General Pam Bondi.
00:32:41.520 So you have to wonder, why is it that this prosecution was not stopped?
00:32:46.200 Pam Bondi, with a stroke of a pen, could have dismissed this charge against you
00:32:50.160 and set you free from going through the shift.
00:32:52.340 Well, she made a memorandum and my attorney filed it and the judge laughed at it and said, and basically just denied because she made a memorandum that said we're no longer going to prosecute parental rights cases.
00:33:05.420 So Pam Bondi did write a memorandum that said what?
00:33:09.380 That we are no longer prosecuting parental rights cases or religious freedom cases.
00:33:14.020 And all these cases need to be dropped immediately and dismissed.
00:33:18.220 And the judge laughed.
00:33:19.600 the new ag in california um eric grant that was a interim ag uh came when he was in there we were
00:33:28.340 fighting to get the molestation out he sat in my in the courtroom and when the judge said we're not
00:33:35.580 going to talk about them you know you're not going to be able to bring that in he laughed in one of
00:33:39.700 the most condescending ways like just out loud um and in you know just sitting there inside the
00:33:47.180 courtroom um you know basically at us so pam bondy make it clear on this so pam bondy did file a 0.60
00:33:55.560 memorandum that i guess she distributed out to the all the u.s attorneys across the country that
00:34:00.900 we're no longer going to prosecute these cases and what they do with that they just threw the
00:34:04.800 round file nothing right these are the same players so they haven't been removed and they
00:34:09.740 don't care about this current administrations they don't care about the president's orders
00:34:14.260 they openly defy his orders his pardons um the ag's orders they don't they don't um
00:34:23.380 obviously they don't report to him they don't feel like like yeah this administration is above them
00:34:30.020 and and so why and why should they fear him because they're not being fired pam bondy after
00:34:34.420 sending that memorandum out i'm sure she's got plenty of good press for that on fox news
00:34:39.040 oh i sent a memorandum out to make sure that they know it's not going to happen anymore
00:34:42.800 and all of the MAGA faithful were like, oh, great.
00:34:46.320 So the lawfare is going to stop.
00:34:48.560 But behind the scenes, it continued.
00:34:50.880 I didn't find out about your case until yesterday.
00:34:53.960 So I didn't even know about this.
00:34:56.460 So this is the problem we have in this country is that we don't learn about these cases until like the 11th hour.
00:35:03.560 Here you are about to be turned in to go to prison on Monday.
00:35:07.320 So what do we want the audience to do?
00:35:11.000 We need to burn up the phone lines of the White House and also the Pardon Attorney's Office.
00:35:16.900 So what do you want them to give them their action items?
00:35:19.080 My pardon is in.
00:35:20.540 Yeah, my pardon is in.
00:35:22.260 Your pardon application is in, you mean?
00:35:24.760 Yes, the application is in.
00:35:26.740 Sorry.
00:35:27.660 No problem.
00:35:27.880 We need letters to go into the pardon department at the White House.
00:35:32.460 We need phone calls coming in.
00:35:35.080 And, you know, if anybody can, you know, re-tag some of the posts.
00:35:39.340 I've been on the Emerald Robinson show.
00:35:42.760 I've been on, you know, Real American's Voice with Trennis Evans.
00:35:47.260 I've been on...
00:35:48.300 And Trennis has been helping you, right?
00:35:49.980 Condemned USA?
00:35:50.800 Yes.
00:35:51.220 Okay, that's how I found out about your case.
00:35:52.900 Trennis Evans has been one of my biggest advocates.
00:35:56.280 I would not, I would be in a very different situation if it was not for him.
00:36:00.940 We're good to go.
00:36:01.440 George Pallas and Dylan Barkat have been amazing attorneys that have just fought, like, endlessly for me.
00:36:09.340 for very very little money at all well good well praise god for that so let's give the folks their
00:36:16.400 action items you've got a letter here a model letter to the u.s to mr president actually um
00:36:22.720 office of the pardon attorney but it's addressed to president trump so do you have a is there a
00:36:29.340 place where folks can go and see this letter and use that or do you just want them to write their
00:36:33.400 own letter um yeah there you can go on to aaron friday's x account um and you can also i believe
00:36:42.300 that you can just send it directly to the pardon office but i i think that if you want that specific
00:36:47.980 um one maybe we can put on um aaron friday's email and then they can send it to her
00:36:53.580 or i can just say it out loud uh go ahead whatever you want to tell them go ahead okay
00:36:59.080 Okay. So it is going to be, sorry, just kidding this, erin.friday at yahoo.com.
00:37:12.460 And you can request.
00:37:14.540 Erin is spelled how?
00:37:16.640 E-R-I-N.
00:37:19.420 Okay.
00:37:20.840 .friday at yahoo.com.
00:37:24.400 Okay.
00:37:24.680 And you can email requesting that template because she already has it set up.
00:37:29.960 Or you can write your own and you can send it in to the Department of Justice.
00:37:34.180 Let's give them the U.S. Parton Attorney's email.
00:37:39.320 So it's uspardon.attorney at usdoj.gov.
00:37:45.380 Maybe the team can put it back up on the screen.
00:37:48.460 uspardon.attorney at usdoj.gov.
00:37:53.180 and then you've got a phone number four there we go so you can call the doj at that number on the
00:38:00.360 screen 202-616-6070 you can also call the white house direct line to the white house 202-456-1111
00:38:09.900 and then the comment line 202-456-1414 why not do it all and then write the u.s pardon
00:38:17.960 uspardon.attorney at usdoj.gov and just say pardon this patriot this lawfare needs to stop
00:38:28.240 this is biden lawfare why is it going on and continuing uh innocent mother who's just trying
00:38:34.320 to be a good mother is going to prison for nothing for being a good mother um on monday
00:38:39.380 and you're being sentenced to three years correct i am yes i'm supposed to report on monday i am 0.73
00:38:45.000 sentenced to three years in federal prison um with zero criminal record that's disgusting
00:38:51.300 yeah if i would have taken the deal they offered me probation if i would have taken the second
00:38:57.240 offer that they offered me um when tyranny was still in before he was removed it would have been
00:39:03.500 it would have been at six months i believe i've been probation in six months what was the second
00:39:07.420 But because I had him removed, I was, and then brought in American Rights Alliance, you know, and tried to fight for my parental rights and my religious liberties.
00:39:18.700 They made an example out of me.
00:39:21.040 So if you'd have played ball and helped them put an innocent man in prison to shut down his Christian Academy for Boys, where you said a grown sheriff deputy graduated from there when he was a kid, right?
00:39:34.120 Kept him out of trouble.
00:39:34.840 so if you if you had played ball and helped put an innocent man in prison you would not have done
00:39:39.540 any jail time at all no prison time right no probation only just admit your guilt you know
00:39:44.720 admit your guilt and then help us put another person in prison well hats off to you for being
00:39:50.280 a patriot and uh and a strong christian i appreciate that best best two things we can
00:39:56.020 kind of leave with is my son did not transition good he is 21 years old he goes by his birth given
00:40:02.000 name, identifies as a boy, and also Julio Sandoval is not in prison. He was acquitted and found not
00:40:12.000 guilty. Amen. God bless that. God bless you for being strong. Thank you. What else do you want to
00:40:18.720 tell the audience? I mean, so you went to trial during Trump administration, and I'm sure up to
00:40:24.640 the 11th hour, you're hoping the charges would be dismissed and the trial would stop. It did not
00:40:28.840 stop despite the attorney general's memo going out it's just it's just amazing that you have
00:40:34.560 president trump stating i want this done it doesn't get done then he got the attorney general
00:40:39.240 stating i want this done here's what we're going to do is my policy and they're ignored and yet
00:40:44.420 no one's fired and so you know on the 11th hour of trial during your trial up to the very end
00:40:51.620 you were still hoping that you would hear word that the charges would be dismissed right
00:40:55.920 Absolutely. Absolutely. This entire time, even after being convicted, I'm aware that all they have to do is tell the DOJ to drop my charges and they're dropped. Now, unfortunately, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is refusing to drop two J-6ers' charges. They're refusing.
00:41:23.740 so yeah i'm not gonna doj off the hook the doj right now could still do what they did
00:41:30.140 in my case myself my co-defendants the oath keepers and the proud boys they can move the
00:41:35.440 court of appeals of the ninth circuit to vacate your conviction they can also move to have it
00:41:40.760 remanded back to the trial court for dismissal or prejudice they can do the exact same thing
00:41:45.560 that's what they should be doing right now that's one thing you can tell folks out there in the
00:41:50.020 audience you put pressure on the doj also attorney general todd blanch now hey why don't you do the
00:41:55.960 same thing for this patriot you did for the oath keepers and proud boys the the 12 of us who were
00:41:59.920 not you know not pardoned were commuted they finally did the right well i'm praying i've got
00:42:04.140 a lot of people working for me um you know and fighting for me i talked to tina peters this
00:42:09.220 morning um you know she's being a pretty loud advocate for me as well good um you know she's
00:42:15.100 She's also another patriot that's just gone through hell, you know, and I get that that situation was a state case.
00:42:22.720 But this one is a federal case and very easily pardoned with, you know, with just a signature.
00:42:29.220 No excuse. So no excuse for the DOJ, even right now.
00:42:33.000 No excuse for the Trump administration not to end this one way or the other, either through those two mechanisms.
00:42:38.500 A pardon would take care of it, but also even better, a vacature and dismissal.
00:42:43.580 that's what children should be done yeah i truly believe that this probably just in the last couple
00:42:48.400 weeks is the first time it's really been in their face too um just like you said you know you haven't
00:42:53.540 heard it either um and to be quite honest for the first couple of years while my son was still a
00:42:59.000 minor um i wasn't very vocal about it and i was going through a very emotional time you know
00:43:04.120 mourning the loss of a son that's still living but praise god he did not transition you did not
00:43:10.980 lose your son and and uh all i can say to you is that keep your chin up keep your faith if you do
00:43:21.180 go to prison on monday as absurd as this is don't despair that's what they want you to do don't lose
00:43:28.560 faith make your faith be your rock okay pray every day and i think i think tina told you that and
00:43:36.960 she's been through it too um even worse than us j6ers in many ways he's an elderly lady you know
00:43:42.620 kept held in solitary confinement her life threatened by violent inmates so she went
00:43:47.420 through it you can do it too to stay strong and you will not i don't believe you will spend all
00:43:52.220 that time so i think that one way or another you'll be good if you do go to prison on monday
00:43:56.960 you'll get out soon but god willing this gets stopped i hope that they've the folks out there
00:44:02.320 burn the phone lines up and i hope tina is successful um like she's in washington dc right
00:44:06.980 now i hope she's successful and hope trans is successful in getting the words of the trump
00:44:11.140 administration president trump if he wants to turn around the plummeting numbers he has with
00:44:18.040 his own base right now one way to do that is to do the right thing in this case it'd be the one
00:44:24.040 thing he can do with a stroke of a pen and frankly i would i would encourage him to pardon you so you
00:44:29.140 don't go to prison and then also to pressure todd blanche to vacate your conviction and remand for
00:44:35.920 dismissal with the prejudice so that your record is wiped clean and you're fully restored so what
00:44:41.580 what else do you want to tell the audience before we part ways today um i also you know just want
00:44:48.600 to tell anybody out there that's going through something similar um to stick with it to to keep
00:44:53.960 going to fight because there's not a lot of people who will and there's not a lot of people
00:44:58.220 who have the ability or the strength um but as a single mom if i can do it you can do it
00:45:04.620 and to just hold true to your values and to your faith and know that you're not alone and we're
00:45:12.540 you know there's a lot of us here that are fighting so this never happens to anyone else
00:45:17.700 ever again and to bring this around to the big picture alex handed me this before uh we exchanged
00:45:23.360 places here in germany right now there is a basically a german version of of the southern
00:45:29.180 poverty law center some ngo there published a guide for teachers of how to spot um right-wing
00:45:37.160 families children from right-wing families like girls who wear dresses and pigtails so this is an 0.60
00:45:42.720 assault around the world a war on christianity that's what's happening and we need to just 0.53
00:45:47.300 acknowledge this is this is you know we battle not against flesh and blood this is a battle to
00:45:51.260 good and evil and it is important for all of us to understand like you said that whenever you're
00:45:57.040 in the hot seat you need to do the right thing and stand up for the truth live not by lies speak
00:46:02.680 the truth and the truth will set you free so i want to commend you really um i know what it's
00:46:08.500 like and i want to commend you for sticking to your guns and doing the right thing up until the
00:46:12.980 up until the last so hats off to you yeah thank you i i want to commend you as well i know the
00:46:18.800 things that you've been through and i feel like you're doing great just just being who you are
00:46:23.600 right here because that's that's not a an easy thing to go through and just i mean you know
00:46:29.340 we're not the same people we were no you know we're never going to be those people again
00:46:34.000 but the fact that we're here still fighting the fact that you're just not just at home
00:46:38.600 just enjoying your time of being out and that you're still out here trying to fight and make
00:46:43.220 sure that you know this continues not to happen to other people um it says a lot about your
00:46:48.080 character and i really appreciate having you having me on today appreciate you and and your
00:46:53.400 example hopefully will inspire others if we all stand up if we all refuse to live by the lie we
00:46:59.760 all refuse to take deals the system can't crush us all it can't go on they rely on scaring people
00:47:06.740 and too many lawyers will advise their clients to do dishonorable things and take deals and falsely
00:47:12.300 testify against others so i want to thank you for being a hero god bless you stay strong god bless
00:47:17.480 you all right folks hey thank you for having me on today folks it's been an honor alex has been
00:47:22.680 a stalwart warrior for many decades that's why i'm in this chair god bless info wars for alex
00:47:28.800 jones network god bless you all the great folks at bigly just came out with a deal that is
00:47:40.100 undoubtedly one of the best deals they've ever done it's insane one of the most popular items
00:47:44.100 we have is the Shilajee pills. Now we've come out with the tincture, but one of the most popular
00:47:51.300 things has been out about a year, and that's this. I noticed the bottle I have. I told them,
00:47:56.460 find me a bottle around here. Oh, they're all empty. This is the last one they found that's
00:48:00.400 opened here at the office because people love these. Look at this. This is Shilajee gummies.
00:48:07.200 This is only about half full because everybody's eating them.
00:48:10.060 Get them out of there.
00:48:11.500 And this is super concentrated, natural pineapple flavor.
00:48:16.460 Shilajit is millions of years old.
00:48:18.340 They don't even know how it's made.
00:48:19.720 It's found in oil deposits after earthquakes in the Himalayas.
00:48:22.300 From the Himalayas is the best.
00:48:23.880 And it's got all these incredible peptides that supercharge your body,
00:48:27.680 boost testosterone, longevity, your skin, everything.
00:48:31.400 It's a super nutrient, and we've got the private label of the best.
00:48:34.260 they're really strong and really delicious but they are very i wouldn't even call them sour
00:48:41.700 it's just when you take you're like whoa this is very strong taste great
00:48:44.980 you can suck on these for an hour i'm chewing up quick because i gotta
00:48:47.760 keep going a couple of these a day 0.99
00:48:54.280 get them all out of there a couple of these a day and you are in like flynn
00:49:00.960 here's the deal every order on the site period buy a ball cap buy a t-shirt free bottle of this
00:49:10.820 this is a big bottle this retails like 40 bucks we just sold like 29 this is a hell of a deal
00:49:16.560 and I asked him I said why are you doing that this is you know in our top 10 sellers they said
00:49:24.320 no I know but we've been studying marketing and I know this is true I don't really study it but
00:49:29.120 I've heard about this stuff, that if you already have something that's a big seller for people
00:49:32.260 that haven't had it, you give it to them so they get hooked to get it again. I mean, that's not
00:49:36.620 rocket science. I'm like, yeah, that makes perfect sense. So we're like drug dealers, you know,
00:49:41.120 giving kids their free first hit of crack or heroin that this is good for you. So I'm like,
00:49:45.040 here, kids, free, free cocaine, free heroin, but this is good for you. So it's like restaurants
00:49:53.240 are already really popular, but they can do better. Say, hey, come in this Saturday or whatever,
00:49:57.260 and you can get a free slice of our pie and a free coffee.
00:49:59.920 And then they know when you come in there
00:50:01.080 and you see all those other delicious dishes,
00:50:02.860 you're going to end up getting them.
00:50:04.300 So, I mean, it's a great sales tactic.
00:50:06.660 And it's for those of you that haven't tried the Chivalry G gummies.
00:50:09.140 They're already a bestseller.
00:50:10.360 Get yours now at thealexjonesstore.com.
00:50:12.500 This is only while supplies last.
00:50:14.780 I said, how much do you have of this?
00:50:16.200 They said, well, another shipment's coming in next month.
00:50:18.140 We probably got enough to run this a week or so.
00:50:20.140 And I said, I don't think so.
00:50:21.240 I said, this is going to be very, very popular.
00:50:23.080 So you've got a week, they think.
00:50:26.500 But they're obviously not going to sell out at all because it'll be a month until more comes in.
00:50:29.640 So as soon as it runs down to only having a month's supply or so for regular sales, this will be pulled.
00:50:34.680 But I'd imagine at least the last four or five days, thealexjohnestore.com.
00:50:39.460 And there's a big mega sale that's about to end as well at thealexjohnestore.com.
00:50:45.020 And that is, of course, the end of summer mega blowout sale.
00:50:49.420 And you can get methylene blue tincture, methylene red tincture.
00:50:53.540 That's proprietary, really good, the methylene red we developed.
00:50:56.500 For 50% off, Atomic Defense, immune booster, also great for your whole body, 50% off.
00:51:00.860 Superfood green gummies, super concentrated, one of the best out there.
00:51:03.800 That is an amazing deal.
00:51:05.720 Those are 50% off.
00:51:07.060 And a bunch of other stuff like creatine powders, 40% off.
00:51:10.180 Turmeric gummies, Ultimate Chill, our NAD and more at thealexshowstore.com.
00:51:15.880 If you get one item, it should be the methylene blue, but consult your physician before you take it.
00:51:21.060 it's really serious and if you're on SSRIs, it can make you go completely insane and jump off a
00:51:25.700 building or you know turn a woman into a complete nymphomaniac. I mean this is in the medical
00:51:30.260 literature so I'm just telling you it has a bunch of mixed effects. We're talking mania,
00:51:33.860 cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. It doesn't do that obviously if you're not on SSRIs. If you take
00:51:38.020 this SSRIs, you might jump off a 50-story building. The only reason I'm telling you that is talk to
00:51:42.900 your physician, check whatever drugs you're on because we're not selling games here. We're not
00:51:46.980 We're not playing games here, okay?
