00:13:54.380 like the ordinary American and get the story from them because they're the ones actually being
00:13:58.640 affected from that. So that plays a huge part into it. Then for instance, like this New York
00:14:03.420 city flushing video in Queens, I knew about that fraud. I did all the research on the fraud and I
00:14:09.960 wouldn't hit it by myself. But when I get to there and I go to New York city, I start talking to the
00:14:14.860 locals. And then from there, the story kind of unravels. If you watch that video from the get
00:14:18.900 go, I go to a one daycare and they were actually not committing fraud. They were being defrauded
00:14:24.080 by the other daycares that were stealing their clients
00:14:26.060 while they were trying to operate a legal business.
