00:00:14.620You know, it was last year where she said, we have enough, we have more than enough information and proof on the election machines to bring charges.
00:00:27.260And so that's what I'm seeking to find out.
00:00:29.620And, you know, we have the evidence. We have the people that actually did it, you know, and then you can go back to, and I'm sure you've probably covered this, go back to the whistleblowers out of Venezuela that worked under Hugo Chavez and Maduro.
00:00:47.840And so now we have Delce Rodriguez as the president down there. She was the head of C&E, who was the people that conduct the elections. And those elections, I don't know how much you've talked to your supporters about this, but this has been a huge election scheme where people have risked their lives to come forward to be whistleblowers.
00:01:13.120in what's been going on in 72 countries around the world.
00:01:18.680There were files on my machine from the Philippines,
00:01:22.340from, you know, sometimes it would be good to have Mark Cook on.
00:01:25.660So he can show you, he has the image of the Mesa County server on his computer,
00:01:31.000and he can show you without passwords or anything,
00:01:33.360how easy it was to get in, how easy it is to get in and flip the vote.
00:01:40.220What I want people to understand, and people look at me now and they go, oh, well, if I was just Tina Peters, I could have done this or that. I was a nobody. I was just someone that stepped up to fix the three and a half hour wait times at Motor V. You know, I had skills. I had things that I felt that I could put to use to help the people in my county.
00:02:02.760And I think that's the most important thing. If you have a heart for people, when I was being prepared for trial and I had a really tough attorney that was going to step in and be the DA, right? He was going to be the – well, actually, the DA didn't try my case. A lot of people don't know that.
00:02:21.340It was the attorney general sent two of his best attorneys in to actually conduct the trial.
00:02:28.580And Phil Weiser, he's running for governor.
00:02:31.260We can't let that guy get in as governor either.
00:02:37.460But that aside, I just want to say that if you will stand up and do, you know, the Bible says that because you've been faithful in small things, I will give you governance over much.
00:02:49.860And so when, and you want to hear at the end of your life, well done, good and faithful servant.
00:02:55.440I didn't, I would have never expected when I, when I put my hand up and said, I can do that.
00:03:44.520They know what they're doing and they do it anyway.
00:03:47.560It's kind of like, OK, you know, come after me.
00:03:49.720We've already, you know, and I'm speaking for them.
00:03:52.540We've already captured all the judges, all the DAs through the Soros, you know, all the
00:03:58.020Secretary of States, you know, they've already, this was a Soros plan from many years ago.
00:04:05.940I believe it started in 2013, probably before that.
00:04:08.640I know the voting machine fraud was in Venezuela, and Hugo Chavez bragged that he was going0.51
00:04:16.420put a black president in. So this goes back, and even the Democrats will tell you they know0.95
00:04:22.460that the machines cheat. You know, on the movie Selection Code that's on my website,
00:04:29.340there is a, you hear Kamala Harris and all these people saying that the voting machines can be
00:04:38.060hacked out of their own mouth. So they're just using it to their advantage, and no one is stopping them.
00:04:46.420all right joining us is tina peters what a hero demonized by the left thrown into prison they
00:04:56.580tried to kill her and finally she is out of prison she of course was an election official
00:05:04.220mesa county clerk did her job documented the fraud of course you have the soros appointed
00:05:11.100state level controller that leaked all the codes to the voting machines right before
00:05:14.900Just unbelievable. Tina Peters dot U.S. Real Tina Peters on X. Tina Peters, a Navy SEAL Gold Star mom and cancer survivor, is a former Mesa County clerk in Colorado whose career ended in high profile conviction for election interference.
00:05:32.820Motivated by desire to expose alleged voting irregularities, Peters authorized a forensic
00:05:37.480backup of the county's Dominion voting system server in 2021, allowing an associate of Mike
00:05:44.260Lindell unauthorized access to the election.
00:07:36.200You're the person that experienced it all.
00:07:38.520I kind of want to go back to the election and what you saw and what you really did because I followed it versus what the corporate media said.
00:07:43.620And then the whole sham, who the real bad guys were, obviously the Soros Secretary of State, similar people like her, even the state tried to disqualify Trump off the ballot, a panel of judges, they tried it in Maine.
00:07:57.480I mean, these are the people openly trying to steal elections by taking Trump off the ballot, all the things they've done, the vindication now that it's come out of Venezuela and China, what they've done with the machines.
00:08:07.900I mean, you and Lindell and others are just totally vindicated, but the corporate media won't report on it.
00:08:13.000And then what prison was like, what it was like to finally get out, and then the upcoming midterm.
00:11:43.160And all they did was come after me with a force.
00:11:45.560ended up taking the machines, seizing the machines, and John Polis, who is the president
00:11:54.800of Dominion, came in and told the county that they had to buy new machines and that the county
00:12:01.560ended up signing a six-year extension to the contract. So all of this has been to shut me up
00:12:08.780about what we found in the Mesa County Reports 1, 2, and 3 that are on my website.
00:12:15.560how frustrating was it to sit there in prison because i followed the case i knew the details
00:12:22.880obviously not as much as you but i knew the facts to have them totally misrepresent what you did
00:12:27.260while you had this soros operator of the state level that gave away the code keys right before
00:12:32.220to the machines for whatever reason and was involved in all these cover-ups and then and
00:12:37.100then them coming after you for documenting uh the fraud how frustrating was that
00:12:42.220And that was, you know, here's here's what happened, because we know every time there was a an election and I would see it on because I did get Fox News.
00:12:53.380That's about all I got in prison, you know, after buying my three hundred dollar tiny TV.
00:12:59.860So I was watching Fox News and when Mondami, you know, was was out there and I said, you know, he's he's he's going to win Spanberger.
00:14:47.120In four months, I raised more money than the other two opponents and actually won the primary.
00:14:53.640When I went to have the recount, because we knew that we saw votes flipping, Alex, we could see our cyber experts could see votes flipping from one person to the other.
00:15:04.780And when we asked for a recount, she did it illegally.
00:15:08.500She said in the law, it says that that they have to compare what the vote, what the machine said to a hand count of sampling of the ballots.
00:16:20.040She's, I mean, so it's interesting that the woman that was running against me for Secretary of State, her name was Pam Anderson.
00:16:29.120If that sounds familiar, her mother-in-law is Norma Anderson, the one that filed the lawsuit against Trump to keep Trump off the ballot.
00:16:37.480And she was also, Pam was also the head of CTCL, Center for Tech and Civic Life, back when Zuckerberg was putting all this money into places to elect Joe Biden.
00:17:11.000And that guy right there, the guy that you were just showing, Alex, right there beside her, Matt Crane, he's head of the Colorado County Clerks Association.
00:17:20.180So over 64 counties, he's the one that advises them and is supposed to be the liaison, yes, between Jenna.
00:17:26.200His wife has worked for Smartmatic and Dominion for over two decades.
00:17:30.560So tell me there's not something going on there.
00:17:57.340No, they were all of them on – and see, I got – so you were talking about the charges against me.
00:18:04.980So influencing a public servant, you know, the felony four that I got, that I was charged with, one of the felonies that accounted for my nine years was influencing a public servant.
00:18:18.440Do you know who that public servant was?
00:19:48.460But obviously, they want to send a message to scare other people.
00:19:51.460But more importantly, they wanted to lock you up as a witness, didn't they, to discredit you and try to shut down you being able to testify?
00:19:58.160How soon until you're testifying before Congress? Because obviously that's what we need to hear.
00:20:03.620Well, and, you know, that's that's what I'm waiting. I'm wait. I'm asking why? Why isn't the
00:20:09.860Kelsey Gabbard has? Why hasn't that been released? You know, it was last year where she said we have
00:20:16.340enough. We have more than enough information and proof on the election machines to bring charges.
00:20:22.920Where are the charges? Why is nothing happening? And so that's what I'm seeking to find out. And, you know, we have the evidence. We have the people that actually did it, you know.
00:20:36.220And then you can go back to, and I'm sure you've probably covered this, go back to the whistleblowers out of Venezuela that worked under Hugo Chavez and Maduro.
00:20:47.740And so now we have Delce Rodriguez as the president down there.
00:20:52.420She was the head of C&E, who was the people that conduct the elections.
00:20:57.500And those elections, I don't know how much you've talked to your supporters about this.
00:21:03.880But this has been a huge election scheme where people have risked their lives to come forward to be whistleblowers in what's been going on in 72 countries around the world.
00:21:17.460There were files on my machine from the Philippines.
00:21:21.880Sometimes it would be good to have Mark Cook on, so he can show you.
00:21:25.380He has the image of the Mesa County server on his computer,
00:21:29.900and he can show you without passwords or anything how easy it was to get in,
00:21:34.200how easy it is to get in and flip the vote.
00:23:07.400Nobody wants to vote for a communist. I'm sorry. You know, we we still are a nation of patriots and, you know, one percent of the people that are rebel rousers and and, you know, evil people do not represent our.
00:23:21.620You're totally right. Mondami is literally a communist Islamicist. He's now the kingmaker, not just in New York.0.99
00:23:27.980And notice magically Republican money and even APEC money can beat Massey, but nobody can beat these blue cities because it's well known.
00:23:35.360It's fraud run. And now the hardcore communists have control, the Democrat machine.
00:23:39.820They're taking over the party. If you thought Schumer was bad and all that.
00:23:42.660No, they're bringing even a worse crew. And you're absolutely right.
00:23:46.800And so the left is digging in, putting in hardcore communists to try to counter our populist awakening.
00:23:54.220Yes, it's happening. And that's what's so frustrating for me.
00:23:57.780You ask, you know, about prison every day, every day I would I would get up at five o'clock in the morning and I would start working towards, you know, all of the elections and making this right and and still continuing from there to save this country.
00:24:14.660I mean, Apollo was on doing my shows, you know, I have such a team of supporters.
00:24:21.560And, of course, the news about me being wrongly incarcerated, it's done the opposite to what they hoped to do, which was silent me and kill the message.
00:24:38.060We have to stand up and stop these people from being elected.
00:24:41.940And the foundations of our country, you know this, Alex, the foundations are the elections because we wouldn't have these people making these crazy rules.
00:28:34.740You know, you need good lawyers to counter bad lawyers.
00:28:36.280But what we need is, like Thomas Jefferson said, is farmers and doctors and engineers and shopkeepers and normal people that know the real world.0.90
00:28:49.340And, you know, you've got Tina Peters who sees three-hour lines at the local voting.
00:28:52.720So she gets involved, runs for office, becomes the election official, gets in there, sees corruption, does her job, demonized, thrown in prison.
00:29:02.640And I was so angry watching him still 2020.
00:29:06.320And I've been involved in elections and, you know, would see Pat Buchanan getting 60 percent of the vote at the downtown tabulation center when I was, you know, a senior in high school the first time he ran and then in college, volunteering, putting out his street signs.
00:29:19.760and I would run around to the different sites where they're putting in the Scantrons.
00:29:23.260I'd say, are you getting a majority of Pat Buchanan?
00:30:27.400I want you to go wherever you want now with all of this, with what's next, prison reform and election integrity, the midterms coming up, what prison life was like.
00:32:03.780You know, I had skills. I had things that I felt that I could put to use to help the people in my county.
00:32:11.100And I think that's that's the most important thing.
00:32:13.760If you have a heart for people, when when I was being prepared for trial and I had a really tough attorney that was going to step in and be the D.A., right?
00:32:25.320He was going to be the well, actually, the D.A. didn't try my case.
00:32:28.460A lot of people don't know that. It was the attorney general sent two of his best attorneys in to actually conduct the trial. And Phil Weiser, he's running for governor. We can't let that guy get in as governor either. He's another Soros and Obama person.
00:32:45.320But that aside, I just want to say that if you will stand up and do, you know, the Bible says that because you've been faithful in small things, I will give you governance over much.
00:32:57.960And so when, and you want to hear at the end of your life, well done, good and faithful servant.
00:33:03.540I didn't, I would have never expected when I put my hand up and said, I can do that.
00:33:21.040Then things started being put in place, decisions that I had to make.
00:33:26.700And if you can be swayed by money, power, position or fear, you can you can be compromised.
00:33:32.360People if people will make that measure against themselves.
00:33:35.880If you can be swayed by money, power, position, or fear, and there's a lot of people that aren't swayed by money, power, and position necessarily, but they're afraid and they won't get out there and just start and do the things and then let God guide you through it.
00:33:52.260So prison was horrible, as you can imagine.
00:34:02.280When I was in Mesa County Jail, I was still doing my shows, and I was speaking out about the injustices in the county jail.
00:34:12.580All of a sudden, after two months, at 4 o'clock in the morning, they came to my cell and said, pack up, wouldn't tell me where I was going.
00:34:20.560I said, well, I'm not going anywhere until you tell me where I'm going.
00:34:28.160So finally, they told me, you're going to Larimer County.
00:34:30.100And I thought, oh, well, that's great.
00:34:31.360get out of here. You know, anything's better than this. So they sent me to another county on a
00:34:37.840courtesy hold. That's what it was. And then they extended my sentence another 60 days over. That
00:34:45.320was another illegal thing they did to me. 60 days passed when I should have been there. So then
00:34:49.900from there, I kept doing my show and I was calling people out and I was like a hot potato. There
00:34:55.480have been women in there that had tried to get to prison because prison, it has a few more1.00
00:35:01.280advantages, but it's prison. It's, it's, it's better than jail because it's set up for the1.00
00:35:06.900longevity, but it is not good either. But a lot of women had waited like 14 months just to get1.00
00:35:13.520to prison, right? There's only two prisons in Colorado that are women's prisons. There are no1.00
00:35:21.380minimum prisons in Colorado for women. So there are, I was in with people who were, I mean,
00:35:28.800that became friends of mine that had done atrocious things, shot their, their boyfriend
00:35:33.920in the face and killed, killed their children. Um, I mean, you go on and on and on. I mean,
00:35:40.000terrible, terrible things chopped up their, their, you know, a person and put them in bags and
00:35:45.640disposed of the bodies. And I mean, this is, this was prison. This was real prison.
00:35:51.240so um when i so when it came time for me to be released these other people have been waiting 14
00:35:59.880months i said i guarantee you they want to get rid of me they're gonna it's gonna be the day that
00:36:05.780my time is up here they're gonna get me on there because the prison was full no no place to put
00:36:10.920people so they're keeping them in jail sure enough the first transport out i was sent to prison
00:36:15.560When I got there, the woman that ran the prison, it wasn't the ward, the warden had given her all this power. She was evil. She had devil statues in her office. She got the word that, you know, to just torment me terribly. And she did anything that I tried to do.1.00
00:36:35.680she would thwart, you know, I was thrown in the, in the hole for five times. The last one was the
00:36:43.040fifth time, but that was when I was getting ready to get out. Anything she could do to make my life
00:36:47.800miserable. So I learned to, I learned the laws of the prison. So I would have my attorneys bring
00:36:54.460in the ARs, the administrative regulations. And then I tell people, I say, you know, they can't
00:37:00.640put you in the hole for months like they're doing. As a matter of fact, in Colorado,
00:37:05.440Amendment A was passed in 2018, and it said that they can't force people to work,
00:37:11.700prisoners to work. And they've been doing it for eight years. These inmates just now won their
00:37:19.980lawsuit, and the prison just doesn't know what to do about them because they can't punish them
00:37:24.040anymore. So prisoners knowing their rights. But I went from personal suffering to
00:37:29.880more purpose. And I saw in prison, what I saw made me more determined. You know, the treatment
00:37:38.700that these people, the abuse of solitary confinement, the not having a voice, they're
00:37:44.780just hidden away. And then the officers know they can treat them however they want. So I started
00:37:51.840educating them and I said, you know, there's certain rules. I mean, I got, I don't know if
00:37:56.780you saw it on, on the internet because that wicked woman put it out right away, but a woman punched1.00
00:38:02.100me and it, and you couldn't see that part on camera. And I was able to get my arm up in front1.00
00:38:08.080of my face like this. And she hit my arm, had a huge bruise for weeks. And, but they charged me1.00
00:38:14.740with assault. And so I went to work and I, and I beat both of the assault and unauthorized
00:38:21.500absence. I was in a place they said I shouldn't have been, which I would, and I beat them. I,
00:38:26.220I appealed them and and that sort of thing.
00:38:31.420So this is the type of a communist style persecution, trying to get you on something else, obviously, knowing you're innocent, throwing you into prison.
00:38:40.220And, you know, before that, so so so they did they hold you the whole time for trial?
00:38:47.100They they held me for they held me for two weeks.
00:38:51.400So one of the one of the officers went by and I said I said and I said her name.
00:38:56.380I said, so how long are they going to keep me up here?
00:38:58.600And where's the other girl that hit me?
00:39:00.260Well, she got out on parole two weeks later.
00:39:03.400So they said, well, you know, it could be months.
00:39:16.400See, they, they, they, they treat these women like they're ignorant, you know, like, and, but they don't, you know, there's no resources for them. So those kind of things, you know, the medical care was atrocious until we started. So I started having the women write down their, their, their testimony, their, their, you know, what, what it was in the prison that was not, oh, yeah, that's it.0.57
00:39:43.860Okay, so when I'm pulling this in February, you might wonder why in February there is a swamp cooler.
00:39:54.040It's because my cell was 91 and 95.6 degrees.
00:40:22.180They didn't show the part that people could see from the other direction of her punching me, and then I walked off.
00:40:30.240So they wanted to show that I was a lawbreaker.
00:40:33.780That's what they wanted to show before the trial as well.
00:40:37.420that I was a lawbreaker. But, you know, for me, the fight still goes on as far as transparency,
00:40:48.500whether it's in prison. There's another thing in prison that is, to me, it is such an
00:40:57.220abuse of the rights of the inmates there. They provide them this drug called Suboxone. And there
00:41:07.240was a there was a officer that left the prison a lot of the officers left under that under that
00:41:13.220captain's um you know administration and she says tina when you get out she says tell president
00:41:19.760trump about suboxone suboxone is a drug that they use they they tout it as getting people off of
00:41:26.800drugs well the perfect time to get people off drugs is when they go to prison because they're
00:41:32.120stuck there for a while. But what they do is they give them this drug. They get dependent on this
00:41:37.000drug. They can't stop it. And they won't titer them down, you know, little by little. They'll
00:41:44.320increase it 90 days before they get out. So then they keep that cycle of being addicted. And I
00:41:50.520believe it might be a federal, I need to check more into it. It may be a federal program.
00:41:55.100It is. It's just like the methadone scam. So it basically keeps you addicted while you're in
00:42:00.200prison. It's terrible. It's terrible. I mean, even in jail, they would bring people in and then let
00:42:07.000them dry out, you know, check on them, keep them in an area where they can make sure they're not
00:42:10.840ODing. Then they would let them dry out. Then they'd put them in general population. And then
00:42:17.300they would put them back on the drugs, you know. So this is a terrible thing. And I know it has
00:42:22.760to do with money. Prisons are there. They're in business. It's all about who gets the contracts.
00:42:30.200Yes, they're using these people as human sacrifices, and it has to stop.
00:42:37.220Well, I'm impressed that you're not just focused on your plight or even on the election fraud, but what you witnessed in the prisons as well.
00:42:44.900But let's get back to the midterms coming up, because you're dialed in to the community that's got their ear to the ground.
00:42:51.140Trump's tried to get reforms. He tried to get the DOJ to take action. There's been some action.
00:42:54.580And now we have this non-Native-born judge trying to block Trump on voter ID.0.90
00:45:41.160I believe that President Trump should do an executive order to ban electronic voting machines across the nation because they are made in foreign countries.1.00
00:46:09.200I'm sure you saw last year they defaulted him, the federal judge, meaning he's guilty0.87
00:46:13.840already for a civil lawsuit with Smartmatic, even though Smartmatic's getting indicted
00:46:17.960and settling and admitting all this stuff.
00:46:19.860And the judge just said, you never showed proof that these machines could be remotely0.99
00:46:25.100access, but never let Lindell show proof, even though the damn things plug into a wall0.97
00:46:30.000and have wireless phones in them on record that the companies admit they access in their0.96
00:46:35.100own statements, but they say it's proprietary.
00:46:37.300And the judges said, nope, these computers are siloed, which they're the opposite of.
00:46:41.900I mean, it's like saying dolphins don't live in the ocean.
00:46:44.560Trees don't have, you know, green leaves.
00:46:46.480I mean, you know, Dobermans aren't black.
00:46:48.860I mean, you're not wearing a pink jacket.
00:46:52.220I mean, it's just they lie to your face with the most obvious stuff.
00:46:57.560They know they know what they're doing and they do it anyway.
00:47:01.540It's kind of like, OK, you know, come after me.
00:47:03.700We've already you know, and I'm I'm speaking for them.
00:47:06.520We've already captured all the the judges, all the D.A.s through the Soros, you know, all the secretary of states, you know, they've already this was a Soros plan from many years ago.
00:47:19.940I believe it started in 2013, probably before that. I know the voting machine fraud was in Venezuela, and Hugo Chavez bragged that he was going to put a black president in.0.77
00:47:31.540And so this this goes back and even the Democrats will tell you they know that the machines cheat.
00:47:38.640You know what they're on my on the movie Selection Code that's on my on my Web site.
00:47:43.260There is a you hear Kamala Harris and all these people saying that the voting machines can be hacked out of their own mouth.
00:47:54.620So they're just using it to their advantage and no one is stopping them.
00:47:58.600Exactly. There are hour-long compilations. I know when they were trying to impeach Trump over election stuff that Trump was getting ready with these compilations, just like, you know, compilations of Democrats calling for attack in the Capitol, and then when they showed that in the impeachment, they shot up real quick from the J6 commission.
00:48:14.060but you can show hour-long compilations of them back to the year 2000 saying these machines are
00:48:20.320a fraud they're accessing them and showing hackers coming in and breaking in in just 30 seconds
00:48:24.920and then meanwhile with mike lindell they go you're defaulted when you have a jury trial it's
00:48:29.160how guilty you are same thing was done with me with sandy hook never even really talked about it
00:48:33.220never did these things nobody they said you're defaulted that had a show trial with all with
00:48:38.460where i couldn't counter their evidence and now mike lindell they're going forward uh to further
00:48:43.620destroy him. And I guess it's going to trial soon and saying they're trying to win governor.
00:48:48.480He's ahead saying he is a he's a liar. No one can access these machines. It's just it's like
00:48:53.960saying the gasoline was not, you know, in a 57 Chevy. I mean, a lay person knows that's not true.
00:49:01.020The whole point is these are computers. That's right. That's right. And we don't have control
00:49:05.800of them. The people that are elected to protect the vote cannot do so because they can't see
00:49:13.820what the machine is doing. No one can. Incredible. And I think that has to stop.
00:49:18.740Incredible. It has to stop. Well, we've got to get you back on the broadcast.
00:49:23.940Have you been contacted by Congress? Are they going to have hearings?
00:49:26.820You know, not yet. I haven't. I am going to Washington this week, so we'll see what comes of that. And, you know, my case is right now in the Colorado Supreme Court.
00:49:41.160So let's just hope they don't provoke another 9-0 SCOTUS ruling and they have the sanity to overturn my case.
00:49:52.680There's – they have to be able to let you present a defense.
00:49:57.060They cannot keep you from 41 motions that prove your innocence.
00:50:36.400Well, listen, I know you're busy, but when you get more information, more unfolds, promise you'll visit us from time to time as we accelerate towards the midterms.
