00:00:00.000 I'm pointing out they are meeting their probable cause standard and that there is a lot of evidence pointing to Tyler Robinson as the trigger man.
00:00:07.120 My criticism of the of those that have been raising alternative narratives is that they're looking at the wrong place.
00:00:13.740 Trying to convince people Tyler Robinson has nothing to do with this is not going to be a productive path.
00:00:19.280 That that's the path that I said is like, you know, you experienced that where people went all the way down the rabbit hole on Sandy Hook when they missed some of the more obvious places to look like inadequate security, things like that.
00:00:30.000 And so I think the same thing is happening in the Candace world where they're so – if a piece of evidence incriminates an Israel lobby, incriminates a conspiracy, incriminates somebody, but it exonerates Turning Point, a lot of the Candace crowd will ignore that evidence.
00:00:48.740 So, for example, what the preliminary hearing has not shown at all to me is that there was no conspiracy here.
00:00:54.380 It is not shown to me. Lance Twig's testimony by video looked to me like someone that was involved in the murder, in my view, that was a co-conspirator.
00:01:03.880 And I haven't explained how this. I agree. Let's elaborate.
00:01:06.320 He yeah, he looked very sinister things. You said elaborate on that.
00:01:10.800 Yeah. So the so the the question is, the do you have a quibono for someone else to have committed the murder?
00:01:16.680 The answer is yes. People connected to the Israel lobby benefited from the murder of Charlie Kirk.
00:01:21.220 Do you have unusual security lapses? We've often talked about when you look for you look for certain red flags of a false flag, which doesn't mean a murder didn't happen.
00:01:30.580 Doesn't mean a person didn't commit the murder. It just means all the culprits haven't been properly identified.
00:01:35.660 Literally, the pirates raising a false flag to get close to the ship to seize it doesn't mean the pirates didn't seize the ship.
00:01:41.140 And so here, there is an alternative qui bono. Now, a qui bono that made zero sense was blaming Turning Point, was blaming Erica Kirk, was blaming the other people at Turning Point.
00:01:52.540 They lost her husband. She lost the father of her children. And all of them lost a close friend and the key source of their revenue and public support.
00:02:01.600 So the qui bono ruled out Turning Point, but ruled in the possibility of the Israel lobby.
00:02:07.080 And so if you look at that, then you go to the second. Is there an unusual security lapse? The unusual security lapse wasn't by Turning Point. Turning Point identified the security risk of that rooftop. And it was instead by the university police who lied to Turning Point and said they couldn't have a drone there, lied to Turning Point about saying it would be locked, lied to Turning Point saying they would have security there.
00:02:33.640 That has also not been explained at all at this probable cause hearing.
00:02:38.380 So to me, those are the paths, evidentiary paths, people should pursue as to broader suspects.
00:02:44.020 And Lance Twiggs, all dressed up in a suit, looking like a nice preppy kid, reading like from a script,
00:02:49.500 the reads more like an asset than he reads like.
00:02:53.340 Well, when I saw the boyfriend, that guy looks like out of Central, casting scary as hell.
00:02:58.580 I mean, and the way he's stone faced and all that. 0.99
00:03:01.840 and the way he's so controlled the i was like this is not your typical tranny furry personality
00:03:08.220 those people tend to be very unstable and all over i'm thinking this was his handler i think 0.54
00:03:12.780 this was his handler this is obviously a bigger intellect i'm just telling you my radar goes off
00:03:17.740 it goes evil evil evil evil you know and my gut's never wrong neither is yours barnes when you look 0.66
00:03:22.200 at this twigs guy i mean is your right does your evil radar not just go like pegging you know take 0.78
00:03:28.480 a take a very normie perspective like viva fry he was looking at this guy he goes this guy screams
00:03:33.820 he's involved in this conspiracy he screams there's something wrong here something off here
00:03:38.040 that's just your normie perspective you know the so i and where could that lead that that could
00:03:43.280 implicate the israel lobby or could implicate the intelligence community this could be an op gone
00:03:48.080 bad this could be an op gone awol we've talked about this multiple times one of the risks and
00:03:52.720 dangers of these kind of ops that the if this was such an op let's see if we could take a normie
00:03:57.740 middle american from rural utah and radicalize them into becoming a murderer and assassin maybe
00:04:03.340 not particularly for charlie kirk just becoming a manchurian candidate type personality the and
00:04:08.420 because whatever it is it is highly curious and very strange that the fbi never pursued this
00:04:15.100 investigation into the larger group and they immediately got to twigs to get use immunity
00:04:21.260 and was he appears to be in witness protection the way he kind of disappeared the uh so i mean
00:04:26.960 That that itself is odd. The and usually somebody who's if he was ideologically motivated, if he was truly part of the trans community from heart, mind and soul, he'd be out there defending Tyler Robinson.
00:04:39.140 The instead he's he's setting up Robinson to be the complete patsy in the soul patsy for the whole thing.
00:04:46.400 Real time, uncensored, unstoppable. Alex Jones live dot com. Take a stand. Share the link.
00:04:56.960 Do you want to fight? You better believe you got one.
00:05:01.040 Robert Barnes joins us with the best lawyer I know and also one of the smartest lay historians out there.
00:05:07.100 I want to cover a lot of topics with him.
00:05:09.740 I want to get into the midterms. I want to get into Iran.
00:05:12.200 I want to get in to what the Democrats are planning to do.
00:05:16.240 And of course, he's been a lawyer for Trump as well, exposing election fraud.
00:05:19.380 He's also been very critical as I've been the last year.
00:05:21.120 the change of trajectory, but obviously he has been front and center on this Tyler Robinson case.
00:05:28.640 And I want to be a million percent clear, okay, because people want to pin me down on this, pin
00:05:32.980 me down on that. I normally have a good idea of what's going on with big subjects. I can predict
00:05:36.400 what's going to happen with Iran. I can tell you about this and that. With this situation, 1.00
00:05:41.920 this is a whodunit that gives me actual headaches because there are all these weird anomalies that
00:05:47.420 don't make sense i've talked to the white house when cash patel says we're not looking at foreign 0.98
00:05:51.460 governments and we're not going to look at the trannies that all said he'll be dead tomorrow 0.90
00:05:54.720 why not those are great witnesses uh well we don't think we can evict them i got that from 0.99
00:05:59.040 the high level tb usa uh i don't think a 30 odd six doesn't go through your neck uh this stuff
00:06:05.200 is also weird but then you got tyler robinson you know you know with a rifle on him on his leg and
00:06:12.480 then but also how do you slap a telescopic scope on and then it hits its target anybody knows that
00:06:16.320 type of scope that have a rifle that it's going to be at least off six, eight inches. You got to
00:06:19.960 bore sight it and dial it in when you do that. So this is the greatest mystery ever. Because with
00:06:24.880 JFK, now I was born after it and later it was so much knowledge, but it was open and shut. Who did
00:06:29.220 it? We have the witnesses, the whistleblowers, deathbed confessions. With this, it is just,
00:06:34.840 gives me a headache. But now all this strong evidence is coming out that Tyler Robinson did
00:06:41.260 say he did it. And there is all this evidence. And but then you've got all these other amazing
00:06:47.260 things that are happening. So I thought we should cover this first. And I know Barnes
00:06:51.860 thinks he's guilty, basically. And I respect Barnes. He's a lot of integrity. He's obviously
00:06:56.360 not on the Israeli payroll to, you know, to say that or whoever killed him. I still think it's
00:07:03.140 an open book. And I think there can be reasonable doubt when they're saying, well, we can't
00:07:07.040 conclusively say the bullet they dug out of him came from a 30-odd-six. They don't say it
00:07:11.740 fragmented, whatever. But I mean, you could still, if it fragmented, you'd get rifling off part of
00:07:17.780 it. You could reconstruct it, computer models. I mean, so that alone could be used in a reasonable
00:07:22.800 doubt. So we'll get his predictions for the trial now on day five of the pretrial. Robert Barnes
00:07:28.120 also has his own very popular podcast. You follow him on Exit Barnes Law as well. But you'd be
00:07:32.500 hiding under a rock to not know where Barnes is, but everybody should follow him. So, Barnes,
00:07:35.200 Let's tackle this first.
00:07:37.140 Some of us are going to be like, you had Lionel on thinking it's, you know, a cover-up yesterday.
00:07:40.880 Now this guy, yeah, because I don't know.
00:07:42.720 And we don't have to get mad at Lionel thinking it's a cover-up or mad at Barnes thinking the official story overall is true.
00:07:47.700 These are all nice, good, smart people that can disagree. 0.95
00:07:51.460 Just like, I don't hate people that think the Iran war is the right thing, okay, even though I'm right. 0.55
00:07:57.820 The neocons want to make it. 0.98
00:07:59.280 You're Hitler and we hate you. 1.00
00:08:00.660 And then I'm supposed to hate Trump back and be an idiot. 1.00
00:08:02.880 That's all mind control, folks, okay? 1.00
00:08:04.440 we're Americans, we have a First Amendment,
00:08:06.740 we're allowed to debate this, but
00:08:08.120 I respect Barnes so much, and now
00:08:10.640 what I'm seeing come out, it's moving me back
00:08:12.700 over the direction to
00:08:14.400 at least he thinks he's the shooter.
00:08:16.640 He looks like he's been in shock therapy or something.
00:08:18.500 Looks like Mind Control 101, but that's 1.00
00:08:20.680 also the trans-drug addict culture 1.00
00:08:22.440 of gamers and furries
00:08:24.760 and all this stuff I had to learn about.
00:08:26.580 So Barnes, give us your take,
00:08:28.380 and going into Day 5, all these big developments,
00:08:30.920 thank you so much.
00:08:32.680 Sure, no problem. So I think there's
00:08:34.360 been broad based confusion about what this is. This is just a preliminary hearing to establish
00:08:39.540 whether there's probable cause. He committed the crimes that he has been accused of committing,
00:08:44.640 which include but are not limited to this obstruction of justice and other charges
00:08:48.780 in there mixed in with the death penalty charge for intentional murder under aggravated
00:08:55.360 circumstances under Utah law. This case is being prosecuted by the local county prosecutor
00:09:01.520 supervised over by a local county judge within the state of Utah.
00:09:06.720 There's some confusion out there that this is a federal case, that the FBI is prosecuting it.
00:09:11.660 That is not the case.
00:09:13.280 The preliminary hearing stage is a very low evidentiary standard.
00:09:16.960 It only requires they show probable cause, which means that there is a reason to believe
00:09:23.380 that a murder occurred and that Tyler Robinson committed it for the aggravated murder charge
00:09:29.080 And there's aggravated circumstances present in how the murder was committed, namely that it was intentional and that it was under certain circumstances like religious and political motivation for the murder.
00:09:41.740 So the defense will not present much of its defense here.
00:09:46.000 It's not productive for it to do so.
00:09:48.020 They're better off.
00:09:48.820 The only advantage a defense lawyer has is to hold back their defense for trial.
00:09:53.240 So I have no conclusion at this point as to whether Tyler Robinson is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt because the evidence hasn't been fully contested yet.
00:10:02.880 I do believe the prosecution has met its probable cause standard.
00:10:06.480 The other important things to notice here is that the probable cause standard allows for these hearings to present hearsay testimony, testimony that has not been challenged under cross-examination or confrontation of witnesses, allows testimony that doesn't meet maybe scientific standards for the purposes of trial itself.
00:10:26.140 So not only is the standard of the burden the lowest burden in all of American law, but it also allows evidence in that may not be admissible evidence at actual trial.
00:10:38.700 So I think those are two important things to take into consideration.
00:10:42.340 I know some people confuse this with a trial, and so they thought Tyler Robinson was being denied due process.
00:10:49.660 In fact, he's received more due process than almost all criminal defendants receive in America.
00:10:54.520 He got advanced previews of all the discovery. That's very rare. He didn't have to even file a plea until the preliminary hearing, and he was able to delay the preliminary hearing for the better part of a year. That is very rare. He's got to cross-examine a bunch of witnesses, including state experts and federal experts, and that is very rare.
00:11:13.640 Some people get confused because the ATF and FBI have witnesses testifying.
00:11:18.000 That's because their labs are considered the most sophisticated labs in the country for testing DNA and forensic evidence.
00:11:24.300 Well, let me just interrupt you for a moment, which I'm good at, while you go over all the factoids.
00:11:28.640 If I misrepresent it, I apologize.
00:11:30.200 I follow a lot of your work, but I've been so busy the last few days, I wasn't able to.
00:11:34.160 I just saw Lionel kind of on air like, I can't believe Barnes believes all of it and believes the story.
00:11:38.720 And then I saw other people going, yeah, Barnes.
00:11:40.560 So I guess something you said, I just believe, people, that you were buying at least part of the official story.
00:11:47.660 What do you think could have spurred them to think that?
00:11:50.900 Yeah, I mean, I think it's because I'm pointing out that they are meeting their probable cause standard and that there is a lot of evidence pointing to Tyler Robinson as the trigger man.
00:12:00.060 My criticism of those that have been raising alternative narratives is that they're looking at the wrong place.
00:12:06.300 trying to convince people Tyler Robinson has nothing to do with this is not going to be a
00:12:11.200 productive path. That that's the path that I said is like, you know, you experienced that where
00:12:15.480 people went all the way down the rabbit hole on Sandy Hook when they missed some of the more
00:12:19.420 obvious places to look like inadequate security, things like that. The and so I think the same
00:12:24.960 thing is happening in the Candace world where they're so if a piece of evidence
00:12:30.080 incriminates an Israel lobby, incriminates a conspiracy, incriminates somebody,
00:12:37.000 but it exonerates Turning Point, a lot of the Candace crowd will ignore that evidence.
00:12:41.580 So, for example, what the preliminary hearing has not shown at all to me
00:12:44.960 is that there was no conspiracy here.
00:12:47.220 It has not shown to me, Lance Twig's testimony by video,
00:12:51.240 looked to me like someone that was involved in the murder, in my view,
00:12:55.040 that was a co-conspirator.
00:12:56.720 I haven't explained how this could-
00:12:58.260 I agree, let's elaborate.
00:12:58.900 Yeah, he looked very sinister and things you said.
00:13:01.640 Elaborate on that.
00:13:03.340 Yeah, so the question is, do you have a qui bono for someone else to have committed the murder?
00:13:09.540 The answer is yes.
00:13:10.580 People connected to the Israel lobby benefited from the murder of Charlie Kirk.
00:13:14.420 Do you have unusual security lapses?
00:13:16.560 We've often talked about when you look for certain red flags of a false flag, which doesn't mean a murder didn't happen, doesn't mean a person didn't commit the murder.
00:13:25.100 It just means all the culprits haven't been properly identified.
00:13:28.060 literally the pirates raising a false flag to get close to the ship to seize it doesn't mean the
00:13:32.660 pirates didn't seize the ship the and so here there is a alternative qui bono now a qui bono
00:13:38.580 that made zero sense was blaming turning point was blaming erica kirk was blaming the the other
00:13:44.040 people at turning point they all they lost their the her husband she lost the father of her children
00:13:48.940 she and and all of them lost a close friend and the key source of their revenue and public support
00:13:54.440 So the Qui Bono ruled out Turning Point, but ruled in the possibility of the Israel lobby.
00:14:00.480 And so if you look at that, then then you go to a second. Is there an unusual security lapse?
00:14:05.240 The unusual security lapse wasn't by Turning Point. Turning Point identified the security risk of that rooftop.
00:14:12.480 And it was instead by the university police who lied to Turning Point and said they couldn't have a drone there,
00:14:19.880 lied to turning point about saying it would be locked lied to turning point saying they would
00:14:25.280 have security there that has also not been explained at all at this probable cause hearing
00:14:30.780 so to me those are the paths evidentiary paths people should pursue as to broader suspects
00:14:36.620 then we get to the third aspect everything about his communications with lance his lover and the
00:14:42.500 communications with people on the discord board suggests somebody that's trying to people looked
00:14:47.660 said, they said it feels kind of fake. Well, there's plenty of evidence that he made those
00:14:50.880 texts. Those texts have now been introduced at every single evidentiary stage from the servers
00:14:55.440 at discord, from the cell phones on the twigs possessed from the cell phone that Tyler Robinson
00:15:00.300 possessed from the testimony of Lance twigs. All of have confirmed and other police investigators
00:15:06.500 that in fact, Tyler Robinson did send those texts communicating that he was the one responsible for
00:15:12.140 the murder but why would he send those texts unless it's possible they were co-conspirators
00:15:18.120 and he was trying to give them a heads up to clear out clear up get rid of what you need to
00:15:23.380 get rid of dodge bullet i'll take the i'll take the hit you know i'll take the rap he probably
00:15:28.460 didn't think based on him leaving the note behind for lance twigs that uh his lover that the that 0.77
00:15:34.320 that he would actually survive this the well yeah that's what i saw when i read it it sounds like
00:15:39.460 It's a cover story for him, but let's unpack what you said earlier, because I know you're
00:15:44.900 the expert on this, and I agree with you totally.
00:15:46.720 I'm not against Candace Owens, but day one, they're saying it's Fort Huachuca, 12 colonels,
00:15:52.540 a known con man who said his wife locked him in the garage, beat him up with a hammer,
00:15:57.900 beat the car, took the keys, and then there's video of him convicted doing all that.
00:16:01.600 I said, why are you doing this?
00:16:03.100 They don't plan a murder of somebody with the wife and 12 colonels.
00:16:07.040 That's not how it works the day before somewhere.
00:16:09.460 that looked like a diversion rabbit trail away, that it's all about TPUSA.
00:16:16.520 Everybody goes after them.
00:16:18.440 And then you've got the Zen guy down there with all his political stuff going, 0.99
00:16:22.900 I did it, I killed him. 1.00
00:16:24.080 And then, oh, I did it so we could get away. 1.00
00:16:25.620 You have 10 trannies in the three days before, 1.00
00:16:28.320 and there's supporters saying he'll be dead when he comes in a few days. 1.00
00:16:30.640 He'll be dead tomorrow. 0.99
00:16:31.400 See, he's dead. 0.98
00:16:32.420 And then I talked to TPUSA.
00:16:33.720 They say, now, Cash Till said we're not looking at them.
00:16:36.320 Yeah, they probably knew, but we can't convict them.
00:16:38.000 We're not going there.
00:16:38.540 they're witnesses then uh you've got all the other stuff that does and now they find a
00:16:45.400 full cartridge unspent five five six two two three up on the other roof now we know there
00:16:49.500 are cops up there clearly clearly there's something going on bigger we know there's a
00:16:55.280 cover-up i totally agree and then and then and then israel does appear to have some fingerprints
00:16:59.660 here we have joe kent saying hey there's a foreign government that's killed by patel i
00:17:04.760 I was giving this people in the meeting, first broke it, you know, and then I just got, you know, fell off a turnip truck, folks.
00:17:10.240 So I'm saying I don't know, but this whole thing's obviously synthetic at certain levels.
00:17:17.160 But then the left all celebrated him dying, said they were going to kill him, and then we're not supposed to look at that.
00:17:22.580 So I think that's what you were getting at now.
00:17:25.360 And what you're saying is there's all this evidence of something big and a cover-up, but then how are we all been misdirected on a TPUSA?
00:17:32.480 Because I know a bunch of those guys, a bunch of basically nerd, mainline Republicans.
00:17:37.920 I've known a bunch of them a long time.
00:17:39.880 And then they're supposedly all in a giant conspiracy to kill somebody, even though there are weird anomalies.
00:17:45.420 It just it doesn't add up.
00:17:47.120 But them using another group, using it as a cutout, already having a story ready.
00:17:51.820 That makes sense.
00:17:52.520 I'm going to shut up.
00:17:53.060 Give us your take.
00:17:54.620 Yeah, exactly.
00:17:55.360 I think people that are looking for additional culprits to this murder have have concluded in their heads they must exclude the possibility of Tyler Robinson's involvement.
00:18:07.420 And from the beginning, there was just too much evidence pointing to him that it was his gun, his gun given to him by his father.
00:18:13.360 They found his DNA on the gun. They found the etchings on the bullets.
00:18:16.780 The etchings on the bullets were confirmed by Lance Twiggs, that there was an expired bullet there, that they had an unusual bullet that was used, that was of the kind, that was designed to not leave an exit wound and explode upon impact effectively.
00:18:31.240 They were able to document that.
00:18:32.800 Felix Ammunition has done a good job.
00:18:34.440 It makes his own ammunition documenting that.
00:18:36.740 They have him coming in.
00:18:37.880 They have him coming out.
00:18:39.200 They have him on the roof.
00:18:40.140 They have him leaving the roof.
00:18:41.180 They have him carrying something that looks like a gun under a towel.
00:18:43.420 They found the gun under a towel.
00:18:44.760 Has he had DNA on it?
00:18:45.720 So people that were focused, it was always a trap to focus on excluding and exonerating Tyler Robinson.
00:18:53.280 He was always likely the trigger man.
00:18:55.500 The question was, was he alone in being that trigger man?
00:18:59.040 Did people help him in getting access to that roof?
00:19:02.160 Did people help him in initially getting away?
00:19:04.700 Did people help him in originating the plan itself?
00:19:07.860 And then did people help him in terms of radicalizing him, mind control activating him?
00:19:12.500 Because this is a kid who a year ago didn't believe any of this stuff.
00:19:15.720 a year ago wasn't involved in any of this was a normie conservative from rural utah and suddenly
00:19:21.240 becomes a radicalized trans obsessed uh killer murderer assassin so you know the who's never
00:19:28.380 done anything like this in his life has no military background so you start to aggregate these details 0.90
00:19:33.200 and you're like this feels like a manchurian candidate and then you find out he's part of
00:19:37.780 these trans discord communities that is part of these discord and other and other gamer communities
00:19:42.580 But communities that are connected to Antifa related groups, Trantifa related groups out of Salt Lake City that received funding from suspect NGOs that have ties to the Israel lobby.
00:19:54.400 Then you have the fact that, I mean, is there any nation in the world that brags about how many people they can murder for political reasons in Israel? 0.51
00:20:01.160 Didn't they profit when we see the Iran war ongoing more than anybody from Charlie Kirk's death? 0.62
00:20:06.900 I mean, it doesn't mean they're the alone had a motivation for it, but they at least had one of the primary motivations for it. 0.83
00:20:12.100 Then we get Joe Kent trying to do an investigation.
00:20:14.520 It was Turning Point's lead members that told Joe Kent that they suspected a role of the Israel lobby in Israel.
00:20:23.400 That's why Joe Kent was pursuing.
00:20:24.700 We were told that.
00:20:25.940 Our own reporter was told that a month before on record.
00:20:30.580 Exactly.
00:20:31.160 Before he was killed. 0.98
00:20:31.820 So people, I think that Candace has got distracted by her, you know, whatever antagonism she has with people at Turning Point.
00:20:38.600 And that, in turn, has led her to try to exonerate Tyler Robinson.
00:20:42.400 And what that does is discredit everybody asking questions.
00:20:45.560 And so my point to people is they're asking the wrong question.
00:20:48.120 They're looking in the wrong place, which to me is actually evidence that there is a conspiracy at foot.
00:20:52.860 Because, you know, why be there such aggressive effort to mislead people asking sincere questions?
00:20:58.600 And so I've been saying that pretending Robinson had nothing to do with this would get nowhere and would discredit anybody pursuing that.
00:21:05.260 And by blaming Turning Point, and I was talking to him early on,
00:21:08.740 they were thinking it could be foreign involvement or help. 1.00
00:21:11.280 And then Patel says, no, we're not looking at the trannies, 1.00
00:21:13.280 all saying he'll be dead and celebrating. 1.00
00:21:15.800 We're not looking at foreign control.
00:21:17.060 That shows that, at least with the FBI, they're in on this.
00:21:23.940 Exactly.
00:21:24.740 And why would they be in on it?
00:21:26.260 And there's two different paths it could lead back to Israel lobby-connected parties
00:21:30.060 or expose intelligence assets.
00:21:32.720 One could be an Israel lobby orchestrated event that might explain the unusual security lapse at the university that lied to Turning Point about securing the rooftop.
00:21:41.540 The in three different ways they lied to him.
00:21:44.100 I mean, they lied to him about saying they couldn't have a drone.
00:21:45.880 They lied to him because you have a constitutional right over a certain airspace.
00:21:49.180 The they lied to him about that.
00:21:50.900 It would be locked that day.
00:21:52.020 And they lied to him, but they said there would be cops up the university cops up there.
00:21:55.740 They did none of the three that that those three lies have never been explained.
00:21:59.140 Haven't explained the preliminary hearing either.
00:22:00.620 And that's a classic unusual security lapse.
00:22:03.200 And then you have the possibility that you've been talking about it for a long time.
00:22:07.560 Corbett's talked about it for a while.
00:22:09.600 The trans movement doesn't come out of nowhere.
00:22:12.280 This is not an extension of the gay rights movement.
00:22:14.680 MI6 CIA 100% mind control MKUltra extension.
00:22:19.320 Exactly. 0.52
00:22:19.900 If you can convince people they're not their own gender, what else can you convince them of, right? 0.54
00:22:25.680 Well, that's MKUltra is to create a new alter ego, create a new mind.
00:22:29.840 Bingo. 1.00
00:22:30.620 And the trans is a perfect bridge to it. 0.99
00:22:33.440 If you want Manchurian candidate control, the first precept, one of the best bridges to that is trans identity. 0.99
00:22:41.420 And notice they all dress the same. 1.00
00:22:43.740 They all carve the things on the bullets.
00:22:45.460 They all do.
00:22:46.600 They all follow the same drug culture.
00:22:49.520 They're being programmed. 1.00
00:22:50.720 This is how you're trans, and you have rage, and you're going to kill. 1.00
00:22:54.680 And so it's the perfect suicide bomber. 1.00
00:22:57.700 And Lance Twiggs, all dressed up in a suit,
00:23:00.200 looking like a nice preppy kid, reading like from a script.
00:23:03.500 He reads more like an asset than he reads like some.
00:23:07.360 Well, when I saw The Boyfriend,
00:23:08.940 that guy looks like out of Central, casting scary as hell.
00:23:12.620 I mean, and the way he's stone-faced and all that.
00:23:16.920 And the way he's so controlled. 0.97
00:23:19.040 I was like, this is not your typical tranny, furry personality. 1.00
00:23:22.560 Those people tend to be very unstable and all over the place. 0.95
00:23:25.040 I'm thinking this was his handler.
00:23:26.620 I think this was his handler.
00:23:27.960 This is obviously a bigger intellect.
00:23:30.240 I'm just telling you, my radar goes off.
00:23:31.820 It goes evil, evil, evil, evil.
00:23:33.860 You know, and my gut's never wrong.
00:23:34.920 Neither is yours. 0.99
00:23:35.500 Barnes, when you look at this Twigs guy, I mean, does your evil radar not just go, 0.99
00:23:39.980 like, pegging? 0.92
00:23:42.100 You know, take a very normie perspective like Viva Frye.
00:23:45.640 He was looking at this guy.
00:23:46.720 He goes, this guy screams he's involved in this conspiracy.
00:23:49.300 He screams there's something wrong here, something off here.
00:23:52.120 And that's just your normie perspective.
00:23:54.160 You know, and where could that lead?
00:23:56.480 That could implicate the Israel lobby or could implicate the intelligence community.
00:24:00.960 This could be an op gone bad.
00:24:02.680 This could be an op gone AWOL.
00:24:04.420 We've talked about this multiple times.
00:24:06.100 One of the risks and dangers of these kind of ops that the if this was such an op, let's 0.58
00:24:10.620 see if we could take a normie middle American from rural Utah and radicalize him into becoming
00:24:15.740 a murderer and assassin. 0.97
00:24:17.180 Maybe not particularly for Charlie Kirk, just becoming a Manchurian candidate type 0.98
00:24:20.740 personality.
00:24:21.380 The and because whatever it is, it is highly curious and very strange that the FBI never pursued this investigation into the larger group and the immediately got to twigs to get use immunity and was appears to be in witness protection.
00:24:37.960 the way he kind of disappeared the uh so i mean that that itself is odd the uh and usually somebody
00:24:44.520 who's if he was ideologically motivated if he was truly part of the trans community from heart mind
00:24:50.060 and soul he'd be out there defending uh tyler robinson the instead he's he's setting up robinson
00:24:56.600 to be the complete patsy in the soul patsy for the whole thing the and then you go deeper in
00:25:02.020 to where a lot of the money uh and and information come from it comes from intel assets it comes from
00:25:07.020 people connected to the israel lobby whatever it was the fbi very quickly shut down all leads into
00:25:13.160 a broader conspiracy and shut down all leads when joe kent tried to investigate and i find both of
00:25:19.880 that and it's it's the three signs of a a false flag qui bono of somebody else who could be a
00:25:25.860 likely culprit an unusual security lapse at the scene but it wasn't by turning point it was by
00:25:31.660 the university police and third unusual aspects of the investigative leads not pursued stay there
00:25:38.100 stay there let's come back and unpack that because i'm just going to say this again folks
00:25:41.460 my gut's never wrong plus all the stuff he's talking about this image and him when you do
00:25:45.980 the video makes my skin crawl because that is a together evil sociopathic person in my opinion
00:25:52.700 okay when i and that way superior uh to the to the patsy i mean this is bad for example on
00:26:00.500 Infowars. One of his most famous statements was saying that tap water is turning the frogs gay 0.51
00:26:04.820 and it'll turn you gay too. First off, gay people are awesome. I don't think that's a problem at all. 0.94
00:26:09.480 And secondly, if you notice at the end of that video, he advertises water filters.
00:26:14.840 Now you remember for decades I exposed how bad the water supply was and they'd have
00:26:17.960 David Hogg make fun of me and say it was a scam. And so what if the frogs are gay 0.99
00:26:22.840 from the chemicals or trans or become hermaphroditic? Well, that's because their 1.00
00:26:27.620 populations collapse and they go extinct, dummy. He advertises water filters. Interesting. It's
00:26:34.180 the same thing with humans. Our fertility is being crushed. Our cancer rates are off the charts. And
00:26:39.560 it's because of all the garbage in the food, all the garbage in the water, everything that's
00:26:44.940 happening in our environment. And water is what 70% or more of our bodies are made of. It is so
00:26:51.680 important to do this. It is a no brainer. Go look at our third party studies. Go look at our third
00:26:56.460 party testing and then go out and try to find a comparable system for less money listen to this
00:27:01.880 normal retail is 139 but for everybody it's 97.99 that's 30 off and for vip 69.99 that is a steal
00:27:12.700 at that deal so take your desk in your hands don't let the globalists bomb you with these hundreds
00:27:18.160 and hundreds of some areas thousands of chemicals don't let them bomb your children with it take
00:27:22.800 action. Fund our information warfare operation against the globalists. Get healthier. Win-win. 0.83
00:27:28.580 That is what it's all about. But you've got to take action. You've got to take control of your
00:27:34.080 life. I am so proud of this bad boy. The AquaPure Ultimate Water Filter Showerhead System. That's
00:27:40.440 the housing. It just screws on in seconds. No plumbers. Beautiful box. Absolute high quality
00:27:46.320 and a happy little straight frog that you look up at every morning reminding you that you're
00:27:51.660 not poisoning yourself, your wife, your husband, your children. Secure yours now while supplies
00:27:56.640 last at TheAlexShowStore.com. All right, Marn said it looks like this guy, Lance Twiggs,
00:28:03.480 is in witness protection. I think they basically admit that. They admit they got him out of Utah.
00:28:09.200 He's got this new life now. He's this good little Christian Mormon guy. This is, you know,
00:28:15.080 in the local news here in Texas. Secret new life of Charlie Kirk's suspected trans lover is revealed
00:28:20.940 as he breaks silence from suburban Southern hideout. 0.65
00:28:25.500 And it just goes into his whole new Mormon image and Christian conservative
00:28:29.280 and all the things that he's doing.
00:28:32.580 And now the Daily Mail can reveal how the pasty loner is quietly rebuilding his life 0.63
00:28:36.940 hundreds of miles away after reconciling with his strict Mormon family
00:28:41.300 and relocating with them to Texas. 0.92
00:28:44.880 So again, none of this screams normal.
00:28:50.140 very successful wealthy family you look at the guy and then all the letters and all the things
00:28:55.820 around it and it just screams set up of tyler robinson who might have thought he was the shooter
00:29:01.820 might have thought he was the one uh it's clearly i think there but then you have the fbi wanting to
00:29:07.780 cover up foreign involvement or the whole support network that was celebrating watch he'll be dead
00:29:11.880 tomorrow and then i talked at the highest level i mean not the new head of it but i talked at the
00:29:17.060 highest levels of tb usa and they're like no we brought that up to uh because we think somebody
00:29:21.460 might be involved this is you know early on the first few months only believe it after i mean i
00:29:25.620 could call these people up right now and uh they're like to patel hey i mean what about all
00:29:31.920 these people that said they were going to kill him because like we're getting blamed for this
00:29:34.500 all these people are saying they're going to kill him and they're celebrating and who's this zen guy
00:29:37.520 they're like oh we can't convict him we're not we're not we're not looking at it we're not
00:29:41.280 interviewing him any of this they found out that some of them were never even interviewed they're
00:29:45.520 Like, oh, he'll be dead tomorrow when he gives that speech, and they're in the town.
00:29:48.380 They're not interviewed?
00:29:49.300 So, Barnes, continue.
00:29:50.220 I'm interrupting.
00:29:50.920 You're on fire here.
00:29:51.880 You're joining me again tomorrow at noon central with all the updates, what we learned today.
00:29:57.020 I'm going to do a three- or four-hour show tomorrow, kicking off at noon with other special guests.
00:30:01.820 It'll be Internet only.
00:30:02.900 The station's one that they can find it.
00:30:03.980 But it'll be at AlexJones, AlexJonesLive.com, the news site with the feeds and everything,
00:30:09.460 and at RealAlexJonesOnX and Rumble.com forward slash TheAlexJones Show Live.
00:30:14.080 But go ahead, Barnes.
00:30:15.100 Sorry.
00:30:15.520 Yeah, no, exactly. I mean, so we have a lot of just because what I wanted people to understand is just because Tyler Robinson is very likely the trigger man does not mean there was no other broader co-conspirators that are have culpability connected to the murder and assassination and cover up of the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
00:30:34.360 Because we've got the we've got quibono of other groups that could profit. The deep state could profit the not just the trans community and the woke left could profit, but the Israel lobby and Israel itself could profit.
00:30:45.520 Then we've got the unusual security lapses, and then we've got the investigative cover-ups, and that is that the FBI failed to follow up on any of the broader people who were saying that they knew the murder was going to happen that day in Utah, the various direct connections between Trantifa groups and Tyler and Lance Twiggs, his lover, the failure to follow up on Lance Twiggs' own history and connections, the way he talked.
00:31:12.640 He talked like somebody who knew this was going down.
00:31:15.340 He mentions him that he wanted to etch out things on his bullets.
00:31:19.460 He claimed it was a month before.
00:31:21.420 I suspect not.
00:31:22.600 I suspect there was a problem.
00:31:24.160 The problem was Twiggs had used his machinery to help Tyler Robinson put those little etchings about, you know, catch fascist and the various, you know, famous Antifa slogans and little, you know.
00:31:37.160 Which all these shooters around the country do, the serial killers, the school shooters, the shooters at the Texas ice facilities.
00:31:44.200 It's all the same MO.
00:31:45.480 So who's creating this culture?
00:31:47.340 Oh, the FBI is going to investigate why they're all following the exact same blueprint.
00:31:52.320 Correct.
00:31:52.940 So it appeared to me that Twiggs had two problems after Robinson was still alive after the murder.
00:31:58.300 Problem one was that the that there was the note left behind that was meant to probably be a cover up, a covering letter, a CYA letter, assuming that Robinson died in the attempt at an assassination.
00:32:13.600 And so he burnt that letter. But they had to explain why he burned that letter.
00:32:17.760 If that letter was exonerating of Lance Twiggs, he would keep the letter. It was he became worried that it could be incriminating of him.
00:32:25.300 Then you have this odd story about how he wanted to engrave on the bullets
00:32:29.780 a month before for a hunting trip rather than for the assassination
00:32:33.780 when everything he's engraving on there is related to the assassination.
00:32:37.900 That's my next question.
00:32:39.240 How deceptive we're supposed to believe, oh, he had this, my tool.
00:32:42.940 And then also, oh, Lance Quiggs, we never talked about politics or any of this,
00:32:47.660 even though he was enraged and wanted to kill Kirk.
00:32:49.860 I mean, that is somebody, in my opinion, because we were heard he did it for his lover.
00:32:53.920 But now, oh, no, I know nothing. I know nothing. Exactly. And he feel and then you get these what look like the they were clearly, truly sent text by Tyler Robinson.
00:33:05.200 But they're the their logic behind them doesn't make any sense. Why is he confessing to the discord group?
00:33:11.200 Why is he confessing to his lover? Why is he doing it in this stilted language?
00:33:15.740 Unless it's intended to cover up their complicity, cover up their culpability, cover up.
00:33:21.540 he's tipping them off. He's saying, I did it, everybody. I did it. Remember, I did it.
00:33:26.660 The and, you know, the and by the way, remember this note that's there. Remember, this is over
00:33:31.520 here. Remember, that's over there. The oh, by the way, I'm going to turn myself in, everybody.
00:33:35.920 I'm going to turn myself in and hit the that's how I took that. And then Patel obliges by,
00:33:42.760 I confirmed, killing the investigation into the little buddy boys. So so why? What does that mean?
00:33:49.300 so i think you add that up is this is an attempt what i think there was a belief
00:33:55.900 that he would get caught or killed at the scene and when that didn't happen it hit some panic
00:34:02.260 mode he was supposed to get the crooks treatment yeah exactly and so he didn't get the crooks
00:34:07.700 treatment probably was supposed to have got the crooks treatment the and when that didn't happen
00:34:12.440 that's what my military special ops guys that's what they think is what you're saying right and
00:34:17.620 makes sense i mean the so i think when you the reality was turning point security was pretty
00:34:22.460 tight so they there was only one a loophole left in uh rather than some other ones so he gets out
00:34:28.000 quick the he's able to to sort of look dodge the bullet so to speak quite literally the then is
00:34:33.760 kind of surprised he has the sort of same childish mind that you see in lee atwater that you see in
00:34:39.620 saran saran and some of these other people that might have been that appear to have been manchurian
00:34:43.800 candidates of their own kind the and so the it appears to be thinking he's doing it for his
00:34:50.260 lover but notice the other thing i don't believe at all and according to other people's testimony
00:34:54.220 that or tell what other people have told people that haven't yet testified that lance twigs talked
00:34:59.440 about trans and politics all the time and now he's pretending he never talked about it that you know
00:35:05.220 that doesn't hold that in other words all of those parts of his statement appear to be tied up to
00:35:10.520 cover up for him. And why were they afraid to bring him in to testify live in front of him?
00:35:17.840 Because if he comes in and testifies effectively live, that the Tyler Robinson probably cuts a
00:35:22.740 plea deal for life in prison. I think that's probably what's still going to happen. I think
00:35:27.500 they're going to have this all wrapped up because the preliminary hearing was so compelling against
00:35:31.940 Robinson being the trigger man that he has major motivation to cut a plea deal to take a death
00:35:36.840 penalty off the table the but uh everything about it uh it screams that there's more culpable 0.72
00:35:42.400 complicit conspiratorial parties and then the question goes is it just that group of trans
00:35:47.360 activists uh or was it and were these trans activists not really trans activists at all
00:35:52.080 but the their own form of assets their own form of operation and then you tie this into the
00:35:57.360 hollywood movie that just we don't want best oscar which was about trying to activate uh
00:36:02.360 Antifa style activists celebrating and make him look like, you know, DiCaprio, their adversary, like some cruel, crazy racial, racial authoritarian.
00:36:12.120 So let me ask you this and let me make an announcement. I'm doing Mario fall next hour.
00:36:16.480 Very important. J. Dyer's coming in and knock it out of the park. He's always understands we have a buffer.
00:36:20.560 I want you to get into Iran, Trump, the midterms. You're going to graciously in about three, four minutes host, which I'm going to love.
00:36:27.220 because he did a great job, until about 12 after or so,
00:36:30.020 we'll play a promo, and then Jay Dyer's loaded for bear.
00:36:32.020 He'll take over for about 45 minutes or so.
00:36:34.560 Then Harrison Smith comes in the war room live.
00:36:37.220 But just putting bookends on this, we'll elaborate more tomorrow,
00:36:40.100 knowing more, where do you see this just dead reckoning,
00:36:44.380 this fiasco going, and then how is this going to affect Candace Owens,
00:36:49.200 who we now have Turning Point USA security suing her,
00:36:51.660 or getting ready to, and people, and I'm not putting down Candace.
00:36:55.860 I think she has the right to ask questions, you know, but at the same time, how is this going to affect that whole world that only looks at the Fort Wachukum obvious disinfo to set her up?
00:37:06.200 I mean, God, it was clear at the time.
00:37:08.000 And then they're so tied to all of that that it's just TPUSA and which, which, which is, you know, obviously ridiculous, folks.
00:37:17.460 I mean, these people have never, these aren't even military people. 0.96
00:37:20.880 Like his actual crew, like going to kill him.
00:37:24.140 Clearly some weird stuff's going on, though.
00:37:25.860 I thought maybe he's even still alive, because none of it makes sense.
00:37:29.740 Barnes, putting bookends on this until tomorrow, what do you gut-level thinks happening,
00:37:33.200 and what do you think comes out of this?
00:37:35.140 I think Tyler Robinson was likely the trigger man.
00:37:37.660 I think Turning Point is completely exonerated, but I think the other parties that are complicit
00:37:42.920 in this murder, or at least the cover-up of this murder, have not been identified and
00:37:47.340 probably never will, because they successfully got both the prosecution to be constrained
00:37:52.640 and got the critics to go down the wrong rabbit holes.
00:37:56.220 So are you predicting that he's going to get acquitted?
00:38:01.300 I think he's going to get a plea deal,
00:38:03.160 and he's going to take the death penalty off the table,
00:38:05.260 and we'll never get a full trial on this case.
00:38:08.620 All right, I want to play one more thing,
00:38:10.000 and then you're going to shift gears into geopolitics.
00:38:11.600 This is a whole reason I want to talk to you,
00:38:13.320 but this is still captivating,
00:38:14.760 and it shows the loss of confidence in the system
00:38:17.100 is because the system's been so deceptive,
00:38:18.580 so that's where we are, and then I just try to figure it out.
00:38:20.960 And normally I can figure stuff out.
00:38:21.960 I mean, this thing is so complex with so many anomalies and so much evidence on both sides. 0.97
00:38:27.500 It is a conundrum wrapped in a riddle, wrapped in a clusterfuck. 0.92
00:38:31.620 I mean, it gives me a headache. 0.98
00:38:33.220 But here's a clip.
00:38:34.460 Did you and Tyler ever discuss political issues like gender identity or LGBTQ rights? 0.98
00:38:40.240 Tyler, Lance Twig, no, you're just this big tranny, drugs, partying. 1.00
00:38:44.820 Oh, you never discussed it, but he's going off to kill Charlie over stuff. 1.00
00:38:47.560 So Robinson killed Charlie for being anti-trans but never discussed gender identity issues with his trans furry loving boyfriend.
00:38:54.660 I mean, I don't buy any of that.
00:38:56.380 That's what Stu Peter said.
00:38:57.320 I agree with Stu not much, but that I do agree.
00:39:00.000 Here's the clip.
00:39:00.700 I want Barnes' take on it.
00:39:02.280 So he acted erratically.
00:39:04.780 Was he pacing?
00:39:07.500 Was he just sitting down, relaxing?
00:39:09.460 No, he was walking around a lot.
00:39:12.220 And that's within the home?
00:39:13.660 Mm-hmm.
00:39:13.940 um and did he talk about what he had done uh didn't go into detail he just i just asked him
00:39:24.400 in person if what he said was true the night before and he said it was i started crying a
00:39:30.980 little bit and said he wishes he hadn't done it uh and then kept going around and
00:39:37.700 just doing stuff i think to keep himself busy or distracted or something
00:39:43.160 Oh, my God.
00:39:44.320 He talked about what he was going to do next.
00:39:50.100 So what do you make of that, Barnes? 0.99
00:39:52.140 That's pretty incriminating crap. 0.97
00:39:55.920 Yeah, there's no question he confessed multiple times, 0.99
00:39:58.120 but I suspect that's what he wasn't doing back at that apartment.
00:40:00.980 He was, how do we cover this up for you?
00:40:03.620 How do we clear you out of this, Lance?
00:40:06.120 Let's figure out what our stories are going to be,
00:40:08.280 how we're going to line this up.
00:40:09.760 That's what I suspect happened in that apartment.
00:40:11.980 That's why you would go back to that apartment.
00:40:13.680 Doesn't that sound like a weird kind of way to confess?
00:40:16.420 I think he's making that part up.
00:40:18.740 I mean, I'm sure they knew he did it.
00:40:20.780 Well, it's obviously a cover story.
00:40:22.760 It's like when those Democrats killed those Democrats up in Minnesota on June 14th last year.
00:40:29.240 Instantly, the roommate runs out and says, I didn't do it.
00:40:31.780 None of us were involved.
00:40:32.880 Alex Jones and Trump got him killed.
00:40:34.860 And then they catch the wife and a bunch of people with passports and cash and weapons.
00:40:39.100 happens and then there was supposedly a bunch of other targets. Then the guy writes a letter. No,
00:40:43.020 I was there to kill Democrats so that he could become, you know, run for Senate. And of course, 0.87
00:40:48.380 it all fit with their M.O. And I mean, so just immediately, obviously, the first day I heard it,
00:40:53.820 I said, that is a cover story to exonerate everyone. That's it. Right. Exactly. That's
00:40:59.680 what it reads like to me. And what we know is there's been inadequate investigation into it.
00:41:04.860 It was not developed by the prosecutors at this preliminary hearing.
00:41:09.040 It was not developed by the defense lawyers, because I think for the defense lawyers perspective, going down that path doesn't help them because it continues to point the finger at their client.
00:41:18.640 So that's where they're caught in a trap where they don't have the incentive to try to develop the broader conspiracy evidence because it condemns their own client.
00:41:26.800 Exactly. So why is Patel going to the wider conspiracy? Because it ties into NGOs.
00:41:31.940 correct exactly exactly there's clearly something deeper here that they want to hide i don't know
00:41:38.640 what it is i just know that all the evidence points in the same direction that it wasn't just
00:41:43.900 tyler robinson involved in the murder and cover up of the murder of tyler robinson i keep butchering
00:41:49.220 it and i don't want to get it wrong guys type this in to like say mark twain quotes it's not
00:41:55.700 what you know for sure gets you in trouble it's what you know for sure isn't true gets you in
00:42:00.700 trouble. And I've been saying that in the video and commenters put that quote up because I'm like,
00:42:06.060 I don't know what's going on. I just know all of this isn't true. And that's what they don't like.
00:42:12.920 Guys, try to put the Mark Twain quote. I'm going to do a plug, hand the baton to you,
00:42:15.960 I want to hear about Trump, the midterms, Iran, what the hell's going on there? You've always got
00:42:20.260 the best inside baseball on it, but there it is. It ain't what you don't know that gets you into
00:42:25.080 trouble. So I was flipping around. It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's
00:42:28.540 what you know for sure that just ain't so there you go so i was butchering that but there we got
00:42:33.060 it right from the great mark twain uh listen i only plug once today i'm so on the news and it is

00:45:24.840 Just search Robert Barnes law. 0.99
00:45:26.660 And he's everywhere kicking ass. 0.99
00:45:28.780 Robert Barnes, take over. 0.99
00:45:29.940 And you're back with me at noon tomorrow, my friend.
00:45:32.960 Absolutely.
00:45:34.900 So the wrap up of Tyler Robinson is that Tyler Robinson is likely guilty.
00:45:39.320 The outcome of the case is most likely a plea deal that takes the death penalty off the table.
00:45:44.060 But that does not close out the possibilities of other culpable parties, including other people that were connected to the Trantifa movement, his lovers, the people that tried to distract and helped him exit that day by falsely claiming to be guilty.
00:45:58.960 The other, the various Trantifa, the Salt Lake City related movements that have NGO governmental and other ties in funding sourcing and assets used.
00:46:10.620 The all of that is yet to be developed. But I think people that go down the blame turning point path have gone down a rabbit hole, incriminating the most innocent participants in the process where and those going down the let's exonerate Tyler Robinson path got trapped into basically making themselves look incredulous in the process.
00:46:33.700 So it's always when you're looking at a potential false flag event, make sure to be disciplined in your analysis, not take the easy bait.
00:46:41.780 And if you because if you do, you end up with nobody believing you.
00:46:45.060 You end up where some of the like in the people criticizing what happened at Sandy Hook.
00:46:48.680 They had legitimate criticism about whether or not there was adequate safety for those school systems.
00:46:53.700 And they started to explore that possibility, whether pharmaceutical over medication of young men was triggering these events,
00:47:00.500 whether aspects of the coarsening nature of our culture in big tech were accelerating this dehumanization amongst part of our population.
00:47:09.100 All that were legitimate, credible concerns if they had been fully explored.
00:47:13.840 Instead, people went down rabbit holes pretending people didn't exist, that everybody was fake, that everybody was this or that.
00:47:19.520 And what they did in the process is not only self-discredit their criticisms, but they let the true culprits,
00:47:24.500 The big pharmaceutical companies, big tech companies, the local politicians that pocketed the money rather than protect the safety and security of those children adequately and competently off the hook.
00:47:35.780 They're doing the same thing here.
00:47:37.020 Similar 2020 election, 2020 election.
00:47:39.120 If you looked at it, the most likely culprit were mass mail in ballots, mass mail in ballots that were cast by people in unconstitutionally unqualified manner.
00:47:48.860 What I mean by that constitution required the rules set by the legislature of the state be the exclusive mechanism by which ballots could be cast and counted in the presidential election.
00:47:59.960 Those rules required that people vote in a particular manner, identify themselves in a particular manner, be registered in a particular manner of certain aspects to that registration.
00:48:09.080 There are a bunch of people who are registered to vote that were not constitutionally qualified to vote in the presidential election of 2020.
00:48:14.340 There are people who cast their ballots and the way they send it back in terms of chain of custody, in terms of signing it to match their signature on the voter file that was not done in a constitutionally qualified manner.
00:48:25.540 And then the votes were counted and cast were counted in canvas in a manner that violated also the rules set by the state legislature for the canvassing and counting of ballots, including making sure of the adequacy and accuracy of the chain of custody of that ballot, making sure that indeed there was accurate signatures matched on those ballots.
00:48:41.900 that counting and canvassing did not take in many of take place in many of the states that
00:48:46.820 were at issue in the presidential election of 2020. However, those issues well developed in
00:48:51.560 the Georgia election contest brought by President Trump, never heard by any court, never heard by
00:48:56.800 anybody in terms of the testing, the evidence and their legal sufficiency, because everybody was
00:49:02.360 chasing Dominion. Everybody was chasing servers. Everybody was chasing computer systems. Everybody
00:49:07.480 was chasing Venezuela and Iran and China and everything except what was glaring at them in 0.96
00:49:13.260 the face, that they just stuffed the ballots the old-fashioned way. So every great crime needs a 0.93
00:49:18.180 great patsy. That doesn't make Tyler Robinson the patsy. That makes where other people in pursuing
00:49:23.800 questions and challenges, they've pursued the patsy rather than pursue the actual criminals.
00:49:29.420 And it's because they've wanted to implicate and incriminate Turning Point rather than recognize
00:49:33.880 under the quibono analysis turning point was never going to be culpable though those are the
00:49:38.800 deep friends and family and closest family uh and whose own professional and financial futures were
00:49:44.740 dependent on the continued success of charlie kirk they had every incentive for him not to die
00:49:49.920 so the people continuing to pursue that path obsessively were almost doomed to failure because
00:49:55.180 they failed the very first test of looking at a false flag quibono if somebody didn't profit from
00:50:00.520 it, they're not likely to be a suspect. Look to those that were. And had they done so adequately
00:50:05.580 and sufficiently, maybe they wouldn't have been led down this perilous path of pretending Tyler
00:50:09.860 Robinson had nothing to do with it. And that Tyler Robinson was a complete patsy when he was
00:50:14.080 the trigger man all along. But that doesn't mean he was the only man on that trigger in ways that
00:50:20.340 involve culpability through conspiracy and cover up. So the hopefully now people will use this as
00:50:25.620 an educational lesson as to how to look at the world without buying into the institutional 0.55
00:50:30.520 narrative, but without buying into the the patsy, the bogus narrative that is itself a
00:50:36.600 patsy instead.
00:50:37.840 So the hopefully people will use it as that self-educating lesson.
00:50:41.560 And hopefully we find out why was there unusual security lapses that day by the university
00:50:46.220 police?
00:50:46.720 Why did they mislead and misrepresent the facts to a turning point?
00:50:50.620 Why did the why did the FBI under Cash Patel not investigate further the Trantifa connections and potential conspiracy?
00:51:00.780 Why did they try to effectively cover up for Lance Twiggs?
00:51:04.900 Why did they not pursue? Why did they shut down Joe Kent's independent investigation and inquiry?
00:51:09.980 Those are questions that are still yet to be answered.
00:51:12.680 And the fact that Tyler Robinson was the likely trigger man does not answer those questions.
00:51:17.400 And that's an important fact to remember going forward.
00:51:19.500 As we look at the broader issues in terms of what's going to happen in Iran, how that is going to impact U.S. politics, we'll get to that at the other side of the hour.
00:51:31.400 It appears the president is deciding to back out and rug pull the memorandum of understanding that Vice President Vance was able to attain and achieve just a few weeks ago.
00:51:40.740 President Trump admitted at that time and acknowledged at that time that what the MOU required was simply release of Iran's own money back to Iran.
00:51:48.040 that what it required was the end of sanctions on Iran,
00:51:52.040 recognizing as the president himself acknowledged and admitted
00:51:54.520 that those sanctions are counterproductive for U.S. political and financial and economic interests.
00:51:59.140 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Live show.
00:52:01.680 You can follow it at AlexJonesLive.com and in real Alex Jones X and Alex Jones Live on Rumble.
00:52:08.380 For this last five minute part where I'm here before we cut to the break
00:52:13.000 and the other guest host come in,
00:52:15.140 The key factor to look at in the Iran war is what's likely to happen.
00:52:19.560 So what the president knew and what he admitted several weeks ago is that we're continuing to sanction Iran as counterproductive for U.S. interest, continuing to hold on to Iranian assets, some of which we've been holding on to for over 50 years, is counterproductive to U.S. interest.
00:52:34.580 That continuing a blockade on the Strait of Hormuzes only means that many of the necessary, not only oil and gas, including natural gas and including sweet crude and including sour crude and heavy crude, but also a range of other petrochemicals and helium and fertilizers like urea and the like, things like sulfur that are essential in the high tech economy and other aspects of our supply chain.
00:53:01.220 that the continuing to keep the blockade only allowed Iran to continue to blockade
00:53:06.500 other product, non-Iranian products out of the strait.
00:53:10.160 And that was getting to the point where we would be on the verge based on,
00:53:14.160 he said four weeks, about three weeks ago, he said in four weeks,
00:53:17.040 we would fall off the cliff in terms of the global economy.
00:53:20.000 And yet here we are apparently going back to that all over again.
00:53:23.540 The president appears to have convinced himself that a coercive technique
00:53:28.560 would work with Iran when it hasn't worked with Iran, hasn't worked with Russia, hasn't worked
00:53:32.700 with China. Indeed, if there's three great civilizations, it is counterproductive to employ 0.85
00:53:37.260 primarily and principally coercive tools against. It is the Russian bear, the Chinese panda and the
00:53:42.780 Persian tiger. And unfortunately, Trump has taken the bait to do all three economic coercion he
00:53:48.460 attempted against China. They use their rare earth monopoly to get him to capitulate, tried to use
00:53:53.320 the threat of various kinds of attacks deep into Russia, including on its refineries and other
00:53:57.400 aspects. Russia is now saying they will escalate their attacks on Ukraine and are considering even
00:54:03.000 attacks on Europe. That and Iran will do the same. We apparently if we hit their infrastructure, 0.94
00:54:08.500 they will hit the infrastructure of the Gulf in Israel. If we hit their water desalination plants,
00:54:13.180 they will hit the water desalination plants of the Gulf countries in Israel, which are far more
00:54:17.840 dependent on them. That could trigger a massive refugee crisis into Europe and around the world.
00:54:22.960 That if we take out oil and gas and petrochemical infrastructure from Iran, they will do the same throughout the Gulf Coast, Gulf countries and the and to Israel that could trigger an economic disaster for more than a decade, because that's how long it may take to get those gas and oil and other petrochemical development infrastructure back online to full capacity. 0.86
00:54:45.240 So the president has been trapped.
00:54:47.220 The Israel lobby is whispering in his ear, telling him it's Iran that's out to kill him.
00:54:51.900 When if anybody, it's not Iran that delivered a golden pager to the president
00:54:56.240 in their very first visit in the Oval Office of a second term.
00:54:58.880 That would be Bibi Netanyahu. 1.00
00:55:00.700 The lie that Iran is out to assassinate the president of the United States is hogwash and garbage. 0.99
00:55:07.120 And everybody inside the CIA and the DNI and the Pentagon knows it. 0.96
00:55:11.760 And yet the president is being suckered and sapped, backed into the same trap, the escalation trap that Professor Pape has repeatedly warned about for more than two decades, which is you cannot use coercive tools to get what you want out of Iran.
00:55:25.440 You can use, as Vice President Vance was pointing out, the release of sanctions, the release of funds, the economic engagement, economic investment as the carrot to bring Iran back to a more de-escalatory relationship with the United States, Israel and the Gulf countries. 0.85
00:55:43.980 but you're not going to get them there when they're screaming for revenge and waving the 0.92
00:55:48.480 Shia red flag of revenge during the most attended funeral in world history. Over 45 million people
00:55:56.040 in Iran and Iraq attended and honored and recognized the death of the former supreme
00:56:00.840 leader and were screaming and chanting in every single street, revenge, revenge, revenge.
00:56:06.060 Now was not the time to double down on coercive conduct and coercive conflict.
00:56:10.660 Unfortunately, it's the one the president's path is pursuing.
00:56:13.340 And what that means is disaster coming up for the midterms and massive economic risk.
00:56:18.060 Let us hope, let us pray that Vice President Vance can step in and restore some degree of sanity to the president's decision making as it relates to Iran or the whole world faces deep, great global depression risk.
00:56:31.180 And the United States faces a massive midterm revolutionary election that could knock the president himself out of office by June of this year, of this time in 2027.
00:56:42.600 We'll be back after the break.
00:56:44.320 Remember to continue to tune in and share the links to AlexJonesLive.com.
00:56:48.820 I don't have to sell you on bovine colostrum.
00:56:52.040 Almost everybody knows for decades and decades, doctors recommend it to patients.
00:56:57.080 It's been all the rage.
00:56:57.920 It's the first two weeks of milk that come from a cow or any other mammal.
00:57:01.560 It's not normal milk.
00:57:02.440 It's not white.
00:57:03.020 It's clear.
00:57:03.820 It's full of all these peptides and amino acids and growth factors and things that literally
00:57:09.680 accelerate tissue repair and so much more.
00:57:13.080 But the issue is our bovine colostrum is a private label of the top rated brand in the
00:57:18.180 country.
00:57:18.560 They let us put our label on it and we sell it for a little bit less than it sold in stores.
00:57:23.640 And then you're funding our operation.
00:57:25.100 It's a total 360 win.
00:57:26.720 But here's where I drop the ball.
00:57:28.160 I've been promoting this bovine colostrum for almost a year since our sponsor, Bigly, came out with it.
00:57:32.660 And I just basically talk about, hey, it's great for your hair, great for your skin, you know, great for all of that.
00:57:38.300 But that's just what you see on the surface.
00:57:40.500 Yeah, your fingernails are thicker.
00:57:41.920 They grow quicker. 1.00
00:57:42.840 Women, you know, since the 60s have been taking it. 1.00
00:57:45.580 But if it's doing that to the outside, what is it doing to the inside?
00:57:49.500 So I wanted to just read some of the things that send bovine colostrum and explain to you how ours is four times stronger than the average stuff on the market and at least twice as strong as leading competitors.
00:58:02.640 It's cold pressed. It's never been homogenized either or boiled or heated up to 250 degrees.
00:58:08.700 So it keeps the cofactors alive. It's super concentrated.
00:58:12.820 One little scoop from the powder is your daily intake.
00:58:16.960 and it's amazing. But now our sponsors come out with these great naturally flavored grape gummies
00:58:22.900 that has a full day concentrated allowance in each gummy. So let me now read to you just some
00:58:29.980 of the ingredients and what it does. The vast majority of colostrum products, again, are
00:58:33.860 flavorless, but the key is they are only 10% to 20% IgG. Ours is 40% IgG. That's double to
00:58:46.700 quadruple the potency of the competitors, and it's a delicious, all-natural, grape-flavored
00:58:53.480 gummy, so it habituates it. People love it and want to keep taking it. Immune Health IgG and
00:59:00.160 lactoferrin defense. IgG immunoglobulins are the body's primary antibody defense. Colostrum's
00:59:07.560 natural lactoferrin is a potent antimicrobial protein that binds iron and inhibits pathogen
00:59:14.780 growth. Together they prime and strengthen the immune system year-round starting with the gut
00:59:20.640 and it's good for all the rest of the body and the organs. Gut support integrity. Colostrum
00:59:25.980 contains growth factors IGF-1 and EGF. These help repair and maintain the gut lining. This makes it
00:59:34.080 especially valuable for anyone dealing with leaky gut, digestive discomfort, or looking to optimize
00:59:39.840 nutrient absorption. It's great for young people, but really essential for old folks. Because as you
00:59:44.800 get older, the gut absorbs less and less. The bioactive peptides and growth factors in colostrum
00:59:49.700 support faster tissue repair and lean muscle recovery after exercise, making these gummies
00:59:55.680 a smart addition to any active lifestyle or fitness routine. And again, this is a 40%
01:00:02.240 concentration. You're not going to find that anywhere else. Each gummy is 600 milligram
01:00:07.020 concentrate of the highest quality bovine colostrum. That's not some little petty dose.
01:00:11.780 That is a big dose that will give you big results. And of course, the colostrum are from good old
01:00:17.000 cows right here in the USA. Ladies and gentlemen, if you love the powder, you're going to love the
01:00:22.160 gummies. It's an incredible product. What it does for you internally is even bigger than what it
01:00:26.640 does for your hair, your nails, and your skin. So get the powder and get the great gummies right now
01:00:32.020 at TheAlexShowStore.com. Keep us on the air. Be healthier. Have a better life. A true 360 win.
01:00:38.180 Thank you for your support. And the gummies are discounted for a limited time out of the gates.
