The Anchormen Show with Matt Gaetz - Episode 171 LIVE： Harris Is A Failure (feat. Dr. Darren Beattie) – Firebrand with Matt Gaetz

00:00:00.000 matt gates the biggest firebrand inside of the house of representatives you're not taking matt

00:00:08.360 gates off the board okay because matt gates is an american patriot and matt gates is an american

00:00:13.700 hero we will not continue to allow the uniparty to run this town without a fight i want to thank 1.00

00:00:20.840 you matt gates for holding the line matt gates is a courageous man if we had hundreds of matt gates

00:00:28.280 in dc the country turns around it's that simple he's so tough he's so strong he's smart and he

00:00:35.040 loves this country matt gates it is the honor of my life to fight alongside each and every one of you

00:00:42.840 we will save america it's choose your fighter time send in the firebrand

00:00:48.340 welcome back to firebrand we're broadcasting live out of room 2021 of the rayburn house office

00:00:59.100 building here in the capitol complex in washington dc it's friday and we are going to have a focus

00:01:04.560 on crime and justice in this discussion and it's really interesting here on capitol hill we showed

00:01:11.140 you the hearings in yesterday's episode from the committee where victims of violent crime

00:01:16.480 we're talking about the policy changes that directly resulted in deteriorating conditions

00:01:21.640 from them we talked about migrant crime and how we're creating a whole new class of criminals 1.00

00:01:27.060 and a whole new class of victims as a consequence of what's happening on the border essentially having

00:01:32.380 no border flying people in uh as a consequence of them just getting on the cbp1 app and claiming

00:01:38.360 asylum but then you have also the kamala harris approach to this where they've trotted out

00:01:45.940 merrick garland to say that norms at the justice department are uh really important to be

00:01:53.300 maintained and he does this big pep rally out at the department of justice where they get everyone

00:01:58.680 together and say they are the great protectors and defenders of the norms of justice i wrote an essay

00:02:05.020 that published in real clear politics that the ag's pep rally is dispositive proof that in fact it was

00:02:12.420 president trump who prevailed in the debate recently because it was trump who made the allegation that

00:02:18.900 the justice department had been weaponized against him that was not sufficiently answered by the vice

00:02:25.040 president and so they had to go and run merrick garland out to uh to make the case that she was 1.00

00:02:31.700 unsuccessful at if she had prevailed on that point in the debate they would have allowed her words 0.87

00:02:37.040 to be what would be ringing in their advertisements and in their earned media instead they had to go

00:02:42.940 trot out merrick garland and there's another point about crime stats where president trump was vindicated

00:02:48.560 once again uh the term has been heard you know throughout the country trump was right whether it

00:02:53.420 was the russia hoax or the ukraine impeachment hoax now it's the crime rates that we see under the

00:02:59.680 policies that are embraced by kamala harris we heard during the debate the other night that violent crime

00:03:05.660 hadn't gone up that was the big moderator fact check the reality is actually the difference uh so you

00:03:13.720 had muir saying in the debate quote the fbi says overall violent crime rates are coming down well it turns

00:03:19.440 out that was yet another bit of fake news from the mainstream media today a new doj report comes out

00:03:26.480 showing how crime rates have soared into the stratosphere under kamala harris and joe biden in

00:03:33.520 2020 trump's last full year in office there are about 1.5 million violent crimes excluding the simple

00:03:40.040 assaults now by 2023 that number is about 2.5 million it's an increase of about a million crimes

00:03:48.380 so why do they continue to lie to us you had total violent crime during trump's last year in office

00:03:54.820 at a steady decrease from prior years okay it was a steady decrease it was going down and now

00:04:01.840 you've you've you've got a massive increase in this amount of a violent crime and it begs the

00:04:07.820 question like was trump actually debating kamala harris or was it the moderators regardless there's

00:04:13.920 no denying it now violent crime was going down under trump has been increased during kamala's stay at

00:04:19.780 the naval observatory and darren like before we get into some i'm joined now by dr darren beattie he is

00:04:26.700 the publisher at revolver news revolver news is a terrific website revolver.news you're going to get

00:04:33.340 the breaking news there you're going to get the analysis you're going to get some of the best

00:04:37.200 investigative reporting on what's going on in the country and you're also going to get the buried

00:04:42.540 leads from the mainstream media that dr beattie and his team will pull out at revolver.news and make

00:04:48.500 sure you're getting the full story and there's been some great reporting that you've been sharing

00:04:53.560 and publishing on revolver.news regarding some of this migrant crime but before we get to that

00:04:58.960 dr beattie you know talk us how should the american people react to kind of the deep fake that is the

00:05:07.180 sell job that like the fbi doj try to do with the release of these crime statistics when people live

00:05:13.400 the experience of their own safety each and every day and folks just instinctively know that you're less

00:05:20.180 safe now on america's streets than you were when trump was president well you know that's a really

00:05:25.620 great question and sometimes it's hard to parse these things out because there is a certain bias

00:05:31.920 toward you know people being exposed to the reality of crime more through sort of viral social media

00:05:39.460 clips it could lead people to maybe incorrectly extrapolate you know what's really going on more

00:05:45.960 broadly i will admit myself the statistics that you just showed because my intuitive sense would have

00:05:55.640 been that violent crime is still very high unacceptably high and my sense was that sort of

00:06:02.920 quality of life sort of lesser tier crimes not murder but quality of life stuff like the shoplifting

00:06:09.580 we see and the conditions leading to the deterioration of the commons and those types of things are at an

00:06:16.640 all-time high but my per se while and less as at say the apex of the george floyd fiasco in 2020

00:06:31.040 but the statistics that showed indicate that that's not actually the case that we're actually worse

00:06:39.180 off now in terms of violent crime even than the summer of floyd period which was i think sort of a local

00:06:48.520 maximum for quite where a violent so it's just i'm even astonished to see how high violent crime is across

00:06:57.920 the board not just what i thought would have been at the apex right now which is these sort of

00:07:03.960 not murder but quality of life versions of crime like you know convenience store theft and muggings and

00:07:12.580 things like this so it's actually remarkable to see but at the end of the day it's really not too far

00:07:18.520 off the intuition we see the basic presence of civilized life on a day-to-day basis and that's become

00:07:28.520 the new reality in biden kamala's america and it's the policies that they continue to champion that

00:07:35.480 they celebrate that they say are effective and i was recently in new york and i had to i do endure

00:07:40.580 the demoralizing and and humiliating experience of like having to hit a button and call for a store

00:07:48.800 employee at a walgreens just to get like a razor a razor blade out and it's you just think like

00:07:55.620 in the third world they don't live like this and and and we're accepting it and i i believe that 1.00

00:08:03.060 when they do the soft on crime stuff for the retail theft that you actually increase the acuity of more

00:08:10.140 violent crimes as well because you're set you're saying what you're willing to tolerate and if

00:08:15.240 directionally you're willing to tolerate more violations of law then that's what you're going to

00:08:20.620 get not just in that isolated area where you expressly demonstrate your tolerance but you're

00:08:25.580 going to get it up and down the acuity levels of different different types of crime but the the

00:08:29.820 new wave of crime is is the migrant crime and there's been some good reporting at revolver.news

00:08:36.040 on this i want to go to the piece that you put up just days ago shocking update pet eating haitians in

00:08:41.940 ohio aren't the worst part of harris biden's latest migrant deception and you you shared a post from

00:08:49.040 creative dreamer and here's the post absolutely heartbreaking moment in springfield ohio residents

00:08:55.880 tell mayor that she can't take it anymore as haitian migrants squat on her lawn litter in her yard and 1.00

00:09:02.280 harass her elderly husband daily the mayor of springfield does not want the people to see this 0.95

00:09:08.060 and that's what people can say if they go check it out at revolver.news and and here's here's how the

00:09:13.380 reporting continues in case you didn't realize the u.s is now being invaded by a horde of pet eating

00:09:18.180 haitian migrants these uncivilized migrants have been settled in small towns across america and now 1.00

00:09:23.760 they're eating people's pets and the ducks and geese at local parks not to mention they're using

00:09:28.740 they're causing massive filth in these towns and squatting in people's lawns it's gotten so bad the

00:09:33.580 residents of these towns and communities are literally begging their elected officials for help and i will

00:09:38.680 add on to this when i went to yuma arizona i met with some of the farmers and they said that these

00:09:44.820 hordes of haitians would come over and just set up in the middle of their grain fields or in their 0.89

00:09:49.460 lettuce fields and with the health requirements understandably that they're under from their own

00:09:55.640 professional association they they have to then destroy tons of crops that uh that fuel their

00:10:03.400 opportunity to continue to keep land under agriculture management and uh there they specifically

00:10:09.560 talked about the groups of haitians being very entitled being very violent refusing to leave 1.00

00:10:17.640 whereas groups from other countries you know while it's certainly a challenge and devastating and 0.90

00:10:23.280 destructive um there wasn't there wasn't the confrontational element that that people shared with

00:10:30.720 me about the groups of haitians so uh you know what what brought you to this story uh how are people

00:10:36.720 reacting to it on on revolver darren no it's a great question a very important issue i just want to

00:10:42.480 return briefly to your mark that you don't even see some of this stuff in the actual third world and i

00:10:48.240 think that gestures toward a very important point that sheds light on the nature of the dystopia in which we

00:10:56.160 live under and that is typically you have either a draconian kind of centralized government surveillance

00:11:07.920 state no liberties but you at least get a bit of safety and security out of that there are not a lot of

00:11:17.840 you know migrant crime on the streets of pyongyang for instance notwithstanding all of the other reasons 0.99

00:11:24.240 you wouldn't want to live there but there's this weird sense in which we experience the world which

00:11:30.880 is we live in a country now where you can get arrested charged and convicted of a felony for

00:11:39.040 circulating memes mocking hillary clinton yet migrants can come in complete open borders rampant

00:11:48.400 criminality robbing convenience stores robbing citizens squatting on citizens property without any

00:11:57.200 accountability whatsoever so it's this world situation where ordinary citizens have to endure maximum

00:12:05.600 restriction on liberty and don't even get the payoff of a commensurate degree of security and safety so it's

00:12:15.120 like we're picking the worst aspects of the third world and the worst aspects of sort of a technically

00:12:21.760 technologically advanced surveillance state and i think that really characterizes what is distinctive

00:12:29.680 about this that we're living in in the united states in 2024 and as to the you know migrant crime the 1.00

00:12:38.320 new crime with haitians i mean all the stuff with pets is it's very scandalous it's very visceral and it touches 1.00

00:12:46.400 people on a kind of um on a psychological level that i think invites people to understand the scope of the

00:12:55.680 problem it's it's such a tangible expression of the cultural that i think exists more broadly with respect

00:13:07.280 the types of immigration that we've had for a while now but it's just so acute and it's so undeniable 0.99

00:13:15.520 and it's such a kind of scandalous expression of this that i think the silver lining is it actually really

00:13:23.520 helps people to grasp the depth of the problem when it comes to our open border crisis as such and you're

00:13:31.280 seeing just and frankly just incredibly sad people these are not wealthy people these are you know what

00:13:41.840 trump calls the forgotten american and it is it you know it's bad enough that we've emiserated the

00:13:49.280 forgotten american by outsourcing their jobs to other countries by demonizing them with a steady stream of

00:13:57.760 decades long sort of racially antagonistic propaganda again of all of the crimes that our ruling class 0.75

00:14:07.040 has visited upon the forgotten american but to add the ultimate insult to all of those injuries you'd

00:14:13.840 think at the very least can we expect the government not to dump on our communities on our rural communities

00:14:21.760 on our forgotten communities such that their pets are being eaten it's can we even expect that as a low

00:14:29.040 bar dr b it's pretty low bar basic just as a basic item of that contract can our criminal

00:14:39.200 government at the very least not dump haitians in our communities that rip the heads off of geese but 1.00

00:14:46.880 apparently we can't even expect that and that is downright outrageous it's so well said and yeah the

00:14:55.840 most powerful country in the world should at least be able to protect your community from tens of thousands

00:15:03.040 of immigrants being dumped in causing a destabilization of the social fabric and i love that the media in the left now

00:15:10.080 the the what they choose to parse is the distinction between geese and pets and andy biggs was on my show

00:15:17.360 yesterday and he has had geese as pets but i think that's missing the broader point right if you take

00:15:23.040 your children down to the local pond and park and you feed the ducks and the geese a little bit of bread

00:15:28.480 and have a warm family moment that's americana like i remember doing that with my grandmother you know

00:15:34.400 around the little pond where she lived and just like the thought that our community would then have to deal

00:15:39.040 with someone decapitating the geese like in front of the community is is a little much up liberty

00:15:45.840 lantern on x says yuma's my hometown and it's been destroyed phil on facebook says dr bd rocks and he

00:15:52.560 used about eight s's so phil's pretty fired up about that there's another story i want to get to

00:15:57.200 on revolver.news uh you published this just the other day breaking 71 year old grandmother killed by

00:16:04.160 haitian migrants uh i'll read from the piece what's happening in ohio should be criminal 0.99

00:16:08.880 the biden harris regime has unleashed a horde of uncivilized haitian migrants on this red state 1.00

00:16:13.760 causing the bottom to fall out of traditional midwest america these migrants have wreaked havoc 1.00

00:16:19.200 squatting on property eating pets and leaving decent americans living in fear the entire plot is to

00:16:24.960 turn america into a third world country it's sadly working and we have comrade kamala to thank

00:16:30.640 uh it goes into the details of this particular occurrence the latest victim is a 71 year old

00:16:36.640 grandmother who was simply taking out the trash when a reckless driver mowed her down killing her

00:16:42.800 the worst part the driver wasn't even held accountable uh some of that coming out of the

00:16:47.520 reporting from the uh the great uh and on account on twitter canoka the great and uh there's also some

00:16:53.520 some data here about where these folks are coming from to dr bd's earlier point about

00:16:59.440 when you what happens when you bring in the third world haiti is by far the poorest country in the

00:17:03.840 western hemisphere with a gdp per capita at about a 1748 haiti is the 12th most deadly country in the 0.99

00:17:12.320 world with 40.9 homicides per 100 000 haiti's education system is ranked 177th globally with a

00:17:21.680 literacy rate of 61 haiti has one of the highest prevalences of communicable diseases in the world

00:17:28.400 the highest std and tuberculosis rates in the western hemisphere nearly 40 percent of all

00:17:33.760 haitians practice some form of voodoo which involves witchcraft and animal sacrifice and 1.00

00:17:38.720 haiti is ranked the lowest on the human development indexed in in this region of the america other than

00:17:45.840 that it's a great country other than that bring them on over y'all come as they say in the south

00:17:51.680 and uh and and you know again the story of the 71 year old woman you know doing nothing essentially

00:17:57.840 getting getting mowed down uh and and struck by an immigrant like what what i don't think the open 0.99

00:18:03.360 borders people realize they go out and they go find rhetorically the most sympathetic classes of

00:18:09.760 immigrants right they say oh what about the children brought here by their parents and i mean

00:18:13.600 your heart of court you don't blame a five-year-old child for the immigration policies of the united

00:18:20.320 states right now you're not saying amnesty but you certainly don't blame the kid for that where

00:18:26.320 whereas uh you know here i think you the stories have to be told about the class of victims that are

00:18:34.800 an acceptable collateral damage in exchange for the open border policies dr right no it's it's just so 0.96

00:18:41.680 undoubtedly stupid and counterproductive and you know in the case of these traffic um violations 0.95

00:18:52.400 and just traffic mess my understanding speaking to some sources in ohio is that basically if they had 0.99

00:19:00.800 anything like a license in haiti they can just transfer that over and they're giving them tests in their

00:19:07.280 own language that are sort of doctored such that they're basically just handing them licenses which

00:19:13.200 could help and god knows what kind of harvesting plans um the authorities have for these haitians but 1.00

00:19:20.480 they're effectively given these licenses handed out these licenses they have no understanding of the

00:19:26.160 normal rules of the road and they're just such tragic stories of people losing their lives unnecessarily

00:19:34.000 as a result of these um traffic accidents and again is this unique to to haitians no um but it's it's

00:19:43.040 especially acute here to enter in accept the problem more generally of migration um if people look at

00:19:51.680 statistics regarding drunk driving they're especially high in latin communities that have been pouring into

00:20:00.400 the border for a long time and so with the haitians the traffic problem helps to kind of introduce people 1.00

00:20:07.440 to the larger um uh dangers of having people come in from third world countries that are large speaking 1.00

00:20:17.760 incompatible um culturally and across other dimensions and these are very tangible problems you know people

00:20:25.600 actually die from these traffic accidents not to mention all of the indirect ramifications of that to

00:20:33.040 the economy and otherwise and the structure of it is just whenever short-term commercial interests marry with

00:20:44.320 the kind of left-wing anti you have very powerful force and this undergirds the immigration problem that

00:20:55.440 you have you know these factories and businesses in ohio that are of the profit margins that come

00:21:03.440 from being able to hire these haitians for basically nothing but the haitians aren't cheap it's just that 1.00

00:21:10.640 these factories aren't paying the full costs the citizens of ohio that are being run over those are the 0.95

00:21:19.120 people paying the people who have haitian immigrants squatting on their property those are the 0.99

00:21:24.960 people paying the taxpayers paying for the additional burdens on hospitals those are the people paying

00:21:31.520 so in this very narrow sense some of these factories are able to get away with paying haitians like nine

00:21:39.040 dollars an hour versus the twenty dollars an hour god forbid they'd have to pay an american but when you add

00:21:45.200 up all of the um social i because they're more expensive it's freeers don't have to pay for it the taxpayers and

00:21:55.520 citizens have to pay for it and so you almost wonder you know i have a kind of a a riff on the military

00:22:02.880 industrial complex i'm saying they make so much money off of these wars wouldn't we be better off just like

00:22:09.200 calculating how much money they would have made on the ukraine war and just having the government

00:22:16.880 give raytheon that amount of money and just the actual war so at least innocent lives won't be

00:22:23.680 unnecessarily lost maybe there could be a similar idea for the immigration thing is find out how much 0.99

00:22:30.320 these you know stupid factories you know benefiting off of like shade dollars an hour or whatever find out 0.99

00:22:37.760 how much they would benefit and just like give them the money and maybe you know skip the haitian part 1.00

00:22:44.160 so it you know it's the the economics of it are um are really kind of a disaster and are the cultural

00:22:54.080 factors as well i think that are very uh very uh poignantly captured in the uh stories of the various

00:23:04.000 headless geese and such i think there will be more such stories and if folks want to see what's going

00:23:10.000 on and help us tell the stories of the victims of these policies and the way not just the victims of

00:23:17.440 people who get run over but the general degradation of american life that dr beady's been discussing

00:23:23.200 you're going to want to go to revolver.news that's where you'll get that stuff i'm a premium

00:23:27.520 member there so i don't have to see all the ads which is pretty great um i i want to get to one

00:23:31.840 more question before we let you go dr beady and i want you to zoom out and i've really heard two

00:23:36.800 theories of the case as it comes to the vice president's governing philosophy right one is

00:23:41.040 that she believes in nothing she is just a person who is singularly driven by ambition she's been

00:23:48.480 very successful as a machine candidate coming through california's uh state government and then

00:23:54.480 into the senate and then into the naval observatory and then there's another theory of the case that she's

00:23:59.280 an avowed marxist that whether it's her familial history and the values that she expressed as a d.a.

00:24:06.160 as attorney general then to the left of bernie sanders in the united states senate that actually

00:24:11.840 that's how she'll govern so do you view her as like a you know a holder of a dangerous ideology

00:24:18.560 or do you review her merely as a vessel through which others will play to an ideology but really have

00:24:25.440 kind of the same um the same mentality that's governed biden yeah you know that's a very interesting

00:24:32.080 question and it's always a difficult but i think important exercise to try to grasp you know the

00:24:39.040 belief structures of people like this i think ultimately it's kind of elusive if i had to guess

00:24:46.560 just what my gut feeling is is i don't think that she is really a committed ideologue

00:24:56.720 more is there i'm with ambition that's just my intuitive sense but ultimately i don't think

00:25:04.960 it really matters because either way kamala will represent you know inertia everything just getting worse

00:25:14.880 along the same course the same direction just with accelerated momentum a kamala presidency would mean

00:25:23.760 all of the weaponization of the bureaucracy all mental dei finance that's contributed to now a very

00:25:32.160 visible collapse in our ability to maintain you know the the basics of a complex civilization um the crime

00:25:40.400 that's run rampant throughout everywhere all of these things will remain in motion and just accelerate
