00:05:23.420 hearing all of that sets the stage for the need for congress to act because until we change the

00:05:56.460 and this story talks about a house in san cristobal de las casas in mexico where clearly the cartels have

00:06:05.460 rounded up a bunch of children to then provide people who are making their trek north with the hope that

00:06:12.260 because congress hasn't changed the asylum laws someone will be treated differently as a consequence of

00:06:18.920 possessing these children but the result of this policy is that children are abducted stolen rented

00:06:27.300 trafficked and then even at times returned back to mexico to engage in the entire journey the entire

00:06:34.480 venture all over again congress must act to reform our asylum laws so that there is never

00:06:42.260 an incentive for cartels to steal children to rent them out to people and to dehumanize just the

00:06:56.080 shouldn't have the policies in place that incentivize this type of adhorrent bad behavior let's change
