00:00:55.960 Get started now. Let there be goals

00:00:58.040 this summer on FanDuel.

00:01:00.080 Listen, all you New Yorkers.

00:01:02.380 You need taxi.

00:01:04.000 Okay, then you want to look around.

00:01:05.300 This is the 77

00:01:07.140 WABC Minicast.

00:01:11.100 Bombs,

00:01:11.800 bombs, bombs. That's the

00:01:13.680 big story in New York

00:01:15.560 now. Bombs.

00:01:18.180 You like it? Do you like

00:01:19.520 having the NYPD

00:01:21.420 and the FBI

00:01:22.420 searching around all the messages you get on your social media and all the stories hey the

00:01:29.880 nypd is downtown reports of a bomb they're uptown reports of a bomb midtown that doesn't matter

00:01:38.080 wherever you go uh reports of a bomb and uh this happened there was a a protest um over the weekend

00:01:46.740 uh pro-white anti-muslim uh whatever you want to call it you know you choose that's what i

00:01:56.160 that's what i recommend everyone does now don't just take anyone else's word for you pick what 0.89

00:02:01.700 you want to call it uh zoram and danny called it a white supremacy rally or something like that

00:02:07.800 and other people call it an anti-islamic takeover of new york protest uh but you know

00:02:15.340 you pick and choose it did involve bombs though that's always nice and the way the news presented

00:02:23.800 it and zora mamdani presented it he didn't make any distinction uh between the protest

00:02:30.940 which was anti-islam protest uh and who threw the bomb and if you read the story without knowing

00:02:42.440 what it was about you may think that the people protesting islam were the ones that also got

00:02:48.700 violent and threw a potentially very deadly bomb into uh the crowd of people but it was indeed

00:02:57.000 muslims anti-protesters anti-anti-muslim protesters uh it gets very confusing

00:03:05.080 and uh those are the there were two gentlemen gentlemen that uh that were arrested

00:03:13.080 for uh throwing this bomb it was a homemade kind of a uh nail bomb they call it these are made to

00:03:22.340 inflict the most damage and injury as possible it's uh shrapnel you know they wrap up nails and

00:03:30.560 other little pieces of metal, BBs, things like that,

00:03:34.240 into a pipe bomb or some other explosive,

00:03:38.580 and then you put it somewhere with a timer or you light it and throw it,

00:03:43.000 and when it explodes, a lot of stuff goes into a lot of people.

00:03:48.320 And that's what this type of bomb was that, thank God, did not go off.

00:03:54.660 It fizzled out before it exploded,

00:03:57.720 but the investigators and the bomb squad said,

00:04:00.560 oh yeah, this was definitely a deadly bomb that could have really hurt a lot of people

00:04:09.960 and caused death and destruction.

00:04:15.260 So Zoran Mamdani had a little statement.

00:04:23.020 Let's see what he said about this.

00:04:26.900 uh zoran says uh today in response to yesterday's protest outside gracie mansion mayor zoran

00:04:33.280 memdani released the following statement yesterday white supremacist jake lang i've never even heard

00:04:41.000 of that guy he wasn't in the pamphlets uh jake lang organized a protest outside gracie mansion

00:04:47.560 rooted in bigotry and racism now look i don't know anything about this guy i do know that

00:04:56.400 there are a lot of new yorkers that are not happy with the influx of uh islam in new york and the

00:05:05.520 uh i don't know kind of not meshing well with american customs and american uh civil society

00:05:16.120 uh so you know if you're protesting that it's racism and bigotry and whatnot but like i said

00:05:23.240 i don't know i don't know this guy i don't know this man i don't know what he does such hate has

00:05:29.000 no place in new york it is an affront to our city's values and the unity that defines who we

00:05:35.380 are unity that defines who we are there is more racially based violence going on in new york and

00:05:44.480 other democrat-run cities that pride themselves on their diversity and unity that defines them

00:05:51.860 and meanwhile the races despise each other please which are rooted in values and of unity and blah

00:06:01.220 blah uh defines who we are what followed was even more disturbing violence at a protest is never

00:06:08.780 acceptable the attempt to use explosive devices and hurt others is not only criminal it is

00:06:14.880 reprehensible and the antithesis of who we are we thank the brave men and women of the nypd

00:06:21.760 who acted quickly to keep New Yorkers safe.

00:06:24.780 Our officers ran toward danger without hesitation,

00:06:27.960 demonstrating once again the courage and dedication it takes

00:06:31.020 to protect this city every single day.

00:06:33.240 My administration is closely monitoring the situation.

00:06:37.900 Administration situation.

00:06:40.200 And I remain in close contact with our police commissioner.

00:06:45.100 Did you see how he said that?

00:06:46.680 He goes, white supremacist Jake Lang organized a protest, bigotry,

00:06:51.760 racism, hate has no place in New York, an affront to our values,

00:06:57.140 and then goes, what followed was even more disturbing.

00:07:01.180 No change in who this was, not a what followed was even more disturbing.

00:07:08.920 Two Islamic jihadists yelled, Allah Akbar,

00:07:16.020 and threw an explosive device at the protesters

00:07:20.340 to clear it up a little he just said what followed was even more disturbing

00:07:25.820 implying that the same people he's talking about the bigoted racists were the ones that threw

00:07:32.280 the explosive device this is misinformation or disinformation if it's uh you know misinformation

00:07:43.880 i think is more an error oops i misinformed you disinformation seems like you you do it on purpose

00:07:52.180 let's disinform them so i believe this is disinformation uh leaving out things in order to

00:08:01.620 lead you to believe um the lie that is being told and that's exactly what happened here

00:08:09.400 So Zoram and Danny, we're on to you.

00:08:13.500 We know it.

00:08:14.080 I've read so many posts on social media about this, and people are on to him.

00:08:20.100 They noticed that he didn't say a word about who were the ones responsible for the deadly bombs.

00:08:28.560 It wasn't the bigoted, racist, hate-filled protesters. 0.99

00:08:33.020 it was the islamic uh jihadists the fundamentalists the people that have been uh brainwashed 0.99

00:08:43.480 and follow these uh tenets of islam that if somebody doesn't agree with you you're justified 0.89

00:08:52.480 to blow them up that's uh what i get from the whole thing that's how i seize it but uh you know

00:09:01.940 perish the thought our inclusive mayor mayor for everyone everybody's mayor unity

00:09:10.840 all that diversity perish the thought he actually says who were responsible for this

00:09:16.860 he pointed out the white supremacists he pointed out white people and bigots and racists but then 0.93

00:09:25.140 he steers clear of pointing out who the ones that were actually lighting a deadly bomb 0.90

00:09:32.580 your people zoran they're all yours when you travel well your klm royal dutch airlines ticket
