00:01:05.780 The Anthony Cumia Show. Welcome. Welcome.
00:01:10.800 I hope you had a great weekend. I hope the
00:01:13.560 big storm of the century didn't
00:01:17.520 ruin your plans.
00:01:20.220 uh yeah they were boy they they just oversell it they just oversell it i was down here you know
00:01:29.560 i'm at home depot i don't know if many of you know this about me i just don't go out anymore
00:01:36.740 i go out to have fun i go out maybe you know dinner go to a bar fun things i don't go out
00:01:45.820 to do things like shop you'll never see me at the mall you'll never see me at a home improvement
00:01:57.420 place like Lowe's or Home Depot but there I was there I was last night at about 8 p.m. 7 or 8 p.m.
00:02:10.580 at Home Depot because I looked around and I said,
00:02:15.560 I got a generator and I got all the things I need
00:02:18.600 to survive the storm of the century.
00:02:24.020 But I wanted to tie my generator into my electrical panel.
00:02:28.120 So I needed a couple of things, breakers, some wires.
00:02:31.460 I don't want to get into it.
00:02:32.900 You electricians know what the hell I'm talking about.
00:02:34.980 So I went there, and again, it didn't make me go, you know, I got to get out more.
00:02:45.480 I got to go to stores and home improvement centers and supermarkets and the mall.
00:02:53.460 Because I didn't realize how much I miss people.
00:03:00.540 That was me.
00:03:02.040 And there I was at Home Depot in Greer, South Carolina, on one line because one register was open with a potential, you know, ice storm, storm of the century.
00:03:22.720 And people are buying January, they're buying all the usual crap they buy during these false alarms that mainstream media throw out there.
00:03:32.040 as far as well everything is concerned but weather they love it they love lying about the weather
00:03:37.900 so uh i'm on this big line because one registers open there's three
00:03:44.940 i can only describe as mentally handicapped being nice i'm being nice tonight by saying
00:03:52.440 mentally handicapped people uh walking around to help you you know the people that are supposed to
00:04:02.880 help you have you ever gone into a home depot or a lowe's really anywhere come to think of it
00:04:13.220 and the people that are there to help you can help you?
00:04:18.980 I've never seen it.
00:04:21.080 I always know just a little more than they know.
00:04:26.560 I don't know enough to completely do it myself sometimes. 0.96
00:04:30.580 Sometimes I've got to stand around and look with that dumb look on my face, 0.96
00:04:36.020 head craning side to side, up and down, 0.98
00:04:39.560 looking at the giant aisles and shelves.
00:04:43.220 And I have to figure it all out myself.
00:04:46.980 And thank God, thank God the Lord has blessed me
00:04:51.940 with an ability to reason things out,
00:04:56.280 look around, put two and two together and get four 0.99
00:05:00.480 and figure out a way to get her done, get the job done.
00:05:07.000 The people there to help, it's a hindrance.
00:05:13.220 While you're trying to figure it out, they come up and you got, no, I've already figured you weren't around to even help me.
00:05:22.940 I'm starting to figure it out myself.
00:05:26.140 It's like trying to remember a dream you had last night.
00:05:28.780 Don't, don't talk.
00:05:30.500 I got this, but don't say a word.
00:05:34.260 Because they are not there to help you.
00:05:36.180 They are really, really not knowledgeable.
00:05:39.680 and no one ever seems to be in the right section you'll get someone that's an expert in paint
00:05:47.740 oh i know everything what shade is that eggshell is that beige eggshell pink
00:05:55.020 yeah i'm not in paint i'm in electronics yeah i'm in paint i do paint uh but what are you looking
00:06:02.980 for yeah i'll i'll i'll do it myself thank you thank you and yeah i don't blame them everyone
00:06:10.660 needs a job you'll need a gig i get it but uh you know it's the night before the storm of the
00:06:16.400 century just trying to get a couple of things 30 amp breaker and some wire and uh no help whatsoever
00:06:23.680 a line that should take 10 minutes at most and you're there for a half hour it's infuriating
00:06:30.760 and it's why i don't go out i don't go out i love the amazon society we live in i tell you i i get
00:06:42.640 on my phone i need something and you know let's be honest the delivery is hilariously fast order
00:06:52.480 before midnight tonight and it's already at your door just open it up you didn't even order it
00:06:57.900 Yeah, but we knew.
00:06:58.800 It's there.
00:07:00.260 Enjoy.
00:07:02.040 That's what I love.
00:07:04.700 And I'm not antisocial, I swear. 0.99
00:07:07.880 I'm anti-stupid. 1.00
00:07:10.060 I'm anti-moron, anti-imbecile, anti-idiot. 1.00
00:07:14.920 And they abound out there in the real world. 1.00
00:07:19.520 And you see it on social media. 0.99
00:07:22.600 Who do you think's typing that garbage on social media? 0.99
00:07:25.920 They're out there. 1.00
00:07:26.940 go ahead open your door get in your car drive somewhere that's them that's every idiot you 1.00
00:07:35.720 see on social media face to face i can't take it but there they are so i try to avoid all that 0.99
00:07:46.480 but i get everything hooked up and i was waiting for the storm of the century
00:07:51.300 and uh you know my biggest concern honestly right now this show doing this for days now i've been
00:08:02.220 hearing an ice storm is going to hit greenville and surrounding areas of greenville south carolina
00:08:08.040 a giant blizzard in new york all the way from texas to the northeast and down the east coast
00:08:15.780 Atlanta, Georgia, getting snow.
00:08:19.000 And all I'm thinking is I got a show to do Sunday.
00:08:24.400 So I have Starlink just in case the Internet went out.
00:08:27.820 I could do my show on Starlink.
00:08:30.460 I've done that before.
00:08:31.800 And I have a generator hooked into the panel so everything's powered.
00:08:36.920 I got water.
00:08:38.260 I got my lights.
00:08:39.520 I got everything.
00:08:40.120 and and you know you did there's some part of you that goes guy i hope it goes out i hope the power
00:08:51.140 goes out and and it's because you want to first of all you're prepared for it you don't want to
00:08:57.960 feel like you wasted your time right now i'm kind of feeling like i stood on that line with those 0.99
00:09:03.100 idiots at Home Depot for no reason whatsoever. So there's that. And then there's a little ego 1.00
00:09:10.940 thing in there where you go, eh, I kind of like knowing that society or whatever it is can pull
00:09:19.780 the plug on me and I could get up and running in no time and still do my job. Yeah. A little bit
00:09:28.460 of that a little pride I'm sorry one of the seven deadly sins you know but yeah we made it we're
00:09:37.740 here there's no more no more big ice storm or snow or anything I don't know like I said I think
00:09:43.780 I think it's all done in New York I saw my good friend comic Jimmy Norton's post and he was saying
00:09:51.340 of a thing about the dangers of the snowstorm and uh he was trying to alert people to the danger
00:10:00.840 that if you drop a nickel or a pen it could fall in the inch and a half of snow and you may lose it
00:10:07.900 so um i don't know long island i got a lot of people on long island my buddy chris is out there
00:10:14.100 and family and they said it kind of they got about eight inches of snow but they were told
00:10:19.980 it could be two feet so like the top of the show there uh we just they lie to you because it's
00:10:27.640 exciting it's exciting for them it's ratings for them which is money the longer you watch the more
00:10:35.080 money they make and uh it's a little exciting for us we kind of like a little of that not real
00:10:42.660 adversity we don't like real adversity we don't like real um real horrors in our life or things
00:10:51.160 that are life and death we like making believe it's life or death like a blizzard back a couple
00:10:58.540 hundred years ago uh a blizzard was definitely absolutely deadly but what we got today it
00:11:07.280 probably killed a few people because they didn't have anything it was it was terrible and for some
00:11:13.900 reason we still think that we need to stock up on supplies like we're the charles ingalls family
00:11:21.220 and uh that snow is not going to go away till spring we have no transportation no stores will
00:11:28.760 be open the uh the mercantile will be closed and uh you realize the next day you can just go out
00:11:40.720 and get whatever you need i think people are have been given this false bill of goods that we're
00:11:47.920 still living in a time where things aren't going to be readily available the day after some weather
00:11:55.120 cataclysm it could be tough it could be harder to get certain things or that but it's not like
00:12:01.060 you're going to be starving or freezing cold or or anything so uh there there it is our our storm
00:12:09.840 of the century for this month who knows we may have a brandy new storm of the century next month
00:12:17.760 and like i said you know the internet is really the best place to get any news it's also
00:12:25.920 fraught with landmines of mis and disinformation that's the tricky part about the internet
00:12:33.900 oh what do you what is that the truth i think it's right there between those two
00:12:38.740 absolute lies and disinformation let me try to weave my way through there and get the truth
00:12:45.540 But again, if you have any ability to to reason things out and look at news stories and compare them with other things and see if they're fake, see if pictures or video or A.I.
00:12:59.640 We'll get into that again, because people are just using A.I. to completely lie to people now or they're stupid or both. 0.99
00:13:09.320 But look, look, fellas and gals, we're just getting started. 0.99
00:13:14.160 I want to listen to your take on a lot of things.
00:13:17.340 We're going to get into this Minneapolis shooting of Alex Pretti.
00:13:22.540 I'm a pretty boy.
00:13:25.020 Would you?
00:13:26.300 I would.
00:13:28.160 800-848-9222.
00:13:31.360 And we'll be back in moments.
00:13:33.100 Stay there.
00:13:34.380 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:13:40.660 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.
00:13:43.420 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:13:46.720 The Anthony Cumia Show.
00:13:49.660 Welcome.
00:13:50.900 A lot of controversy.
00:13:53.580 As if last Sunday there wasn't a lot of controversy or the one before or you could keep going.
00:14:00.620 This country, my God.
00:14:03.740 I wanted, there's part of me that wants to think it's maybe because we have the ability
00:14:12.420 to chime in everyone on earth has the ability to chime in to everything right now so everything
00:14:20.140 seems overblown and very dramatic and very important of the moment it's right there in your
00:14:26.520 face uh we didn't have that years ago we had a controversy we had disagreements as a country
00:14:33.220 um there were protests but it just doesn't it was never this divided
00:14:41.260 uh maybe if you go back to the civil war but even then boy i gotta tell you we are close
00:14:47.480 and uh i don't know you you can't really tell but it doesn't look good it doesn't look like
00:14:56.280 we are a united states of america uh we're very divided and once again another uh event
00:15:06.920 of division happened over the weekend minneapolis uh shooting of alex pretty
00:15:14.660 alex pretty it was a nurse i guess a male nurse oh oh i'll say
00:15:24.380 The male nurse, Alex Pretti, he was shot and killed by ICE, ICE agents in Minnesota.
00:15:36.140 Of course, they're sweeping the area for illegal aliens, mostly Somalis.
00:15:41.760 But a lot of Mexicans made their way up to Minnesota, too. 0.98
00:15:45.400 Just amazing.
00:15:48.140 The who's, what's, where's, why's, and when's.
00:15:50.960 You could question that all day.
00:15:52.620 We don't know everything yet. Another kind of pitfall of the Internet is that everyone absolutely believes they know everything the second it happens.
00:16:07.440 they become experts in everything and one or two videos of something will give you absolute proof
00:16:19.100 of what happened indisputable truth so that's kind of what we're hearing because there are
00:16:28.100 There are many different video angles of this Alex Petty shooting by the ICE agents.
00:16:36.620 And truth be told, until there is an investigation which looks at all these videos, takes witness testimony, goes through the forensics and everything else that's involved in investigating a crime or a law enforcement shooting to see if it was justified or not.
00:16:58.100 or whatever, uh, happened, uh, we don't know anything. So don't sound like you're an expert.
00:17:05.820 Don't sound like you have the definitive be all end all answer to what happened. He was
00:17:13.260 assassinated. He was executed on the streets by the ice Gestapo mob of mass bloody blood. 0.85
00:17:24.380 that's what you're hearing when look i am as we know a huge supporter an advocate for the second
00:17:35.800 amendment this guy was armed does that make him an instant bad guy of course not of course not
00:17:45.020 you can be an armed citizen and be one of the most law-abiding great productive members of
00:17:54.220 society there have ever been in this country or you can be a despicable criminal who's not allowed
00:18:04.440 to have a gun that is only carrying it to inflict harm upon other people or it can be anywhere in
00:18:16.240 between those two things anywhere and i'm sure that's where alex pretty fits into this picture
00:18:25.600 because uh he was armed um i don't know right now but i'm not going to assume he was illegally
00:18:35.400 carrying a gun i know minnesota for the most part has some pretty um pretty normal second amendment
00:18:44.420 or gun laws that don't infringe too badly on the Second Amendment.
00:18:50.740 But here's the big but part, and it's the parts we know for a fact.
00:18:57.140 He was carrying a gun.
00:19:00.020 He did get into an altercation with law enforcement.
00:19:05.820 Those are two very bad things to have go on at the same time.
00:19:11.500 I carry guns.
00:19:13.040 I carry a gun all the time.
00:19:15.700 If you see me, I have a gun.
00:19:19.520 That's my lifestyle.
00:19:21.600 I like to think that at my age, I'm not as physically fit to fight people, fisticuffs these days.
00:19:33.820 But I still want the ability to defend myself and my loved ones to the best of my ability with the best tool available, a firearm.
00:19:42.480 So I legally, I go through everything I need to, to legally own and carry a gun.
00:19:50.360 With that is an unbelievable responsibility to everyone, yourself and everyone else you come in contact with every single day of the week.
00:20:03.780 How about that?
00:20:05.360 If you don't accept that or like that deal, then leave your gun at home.
00:20:10.360 Put it in a safe, leave it at home, whatever it is.
00:20:14.220 If you are going to go out and carry a gun with you all the time,
00:20:17.600 you must know that every single person that comes across,
00:20:23.040 you see, you're walking past on a sidewalk,
00:20:26.660 you're sitting next to at a restaurant,
00:20:29.280 every single one of them,
00:20:31.500 you are responsible in some way
00:20:34.560 for not inflicting harm.
00:20:40.360 or injury upon them for not getting in a fight with them you want to talk about the best reason
00:20:49.460 to de-escalate an altercation carry a gun be a responsible gun owner that is the greatest reason
00:20:58.640 to de-escalate any any altercation that may come up you don't even get far enough where you're in
00:21:06.500 an altercation at that point back off you gotta swallow that pride bite your tongue till it 0.52
00:21:14.560 bleeds sometimes because you have the ability to kill somebody right there on your hip and it
00:21:22.440 should never be used until your life or the life of loved ones are in danger that's what owning a
00:21:31.300 gun is it's a burden it's it's it's the best tool available to protect you and your loved ones but
00:21:40.140 it is a burdensome thing you must tuck away a lot of emotion and a lot of pride that you might have
00:21:49.040 when you carry a weapon like that you got to remember that i'm going to go into this a little
00:21:55.880 more um as far as the alex preddy situation goes and take your calls when we return do not go
00:22:04.580 anywhere it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network
00:22:10.620 it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network
00:22:17.360 uh yeah i want to talk a little bit about um a little more about guns and um you know these
00:22:26.260 are law enforcement agents they don't have to adhere to some of the same rules and regulations
00:22:32.460 and laws that we do as private citizens that are armed but um they also have more restrictions
00:22:41.920 in certain circumstances than we have as citizens.
00:22:47.520 But for the most part, they get a lot more latitude
00:22:50.240 as far as feeling that their life is in imminent danger of being taken
00:22:58.040 or the life of a partner or a citizen.
00:23:02.400 And there, legally, they can use deadly physical force in that circumstance.
00:23:10.360 now some people are under the misconception and this goes with citizens too this also goes with
00:23:17.900 citizens using deadly physical force uh they're under this misconception in in certainly you know
00:23:25.920 local and state and federal laws vary from place to place but you do not have to actually
00:23:33.380 in hindsight have been in danger of having your life taken you have to have believed
00:23:42.440 that your life was in danger at that moment uh this is very tricky and with a case or a situation
00:23:51.500 like alex preddy the officers involved absolutely well not absolutely i'm i don't want to get ahead
00:23:59.880 of myself and feel like i'm the know-it-all guy but what could have happened and what seems to
00:24:05.980 have happened is that the officers involved were under the assumption that alex preddy was shooting
00:24:15.020 at them uh this was a a kind of a a chain of incidents that happened in a second within a
00:24:29.180 second that let these officers believe that their lives were in danger that alex preddy was armed
00:24:37.700 which he was, and that he was shooting at the officers, which he wasn't.
00:24:47.400 Now, where was the confusion?
00:24:50.500 Well, Alex Preddy came to this protest, riot, whatever you want to call it.
00:24:59.260 He was not peacefully protesting.
00:25:02.100 He was getting in the face of police officers.
00:25:04.640 He wasn't obeying their lawful orders.
00:25:07.700 and he was going hands-on with the cops.
00:25:12.140 Some people are saying he was trying to help a woman
00:25:15.580 who was pushed down on the ground.
00:25:19.540 There were a couple of people with him,
00:25:22.620 whether they were with him to go there
00:25:25.680 or just with him at that moment, I don't know,
00:25:28.820 and they were all interfering with ICE and their operation.
00:25:37.700 And again, these are legal, lawful operations
00:25:43.220 that ICE agents are performing
00:25:46.560 under the orders of the President of the United States
00:25:51.260 who was legally elected by the majority of people
00:25:54.980 that voted on election day.
00:25:57.160 So that's that situation.
00:26:00.820 So he's going hands-on.
00:26:03.940 He's not listening to orders.
00:26:05.620 And when they tried to detain him, I don't know if they were going to arrest him at that moment or detain him because he was going hands on.
00:26:14.740 They wanted to get him under control and cuffed.
00:26:17.720 He resisted.
00:26:19.060 He fought the cops.
00:26:21.080 More cops get involved.
00:26:23.900 I like this, too.
00:26:25.140 I see this on a lot of videos.
00:26:26.760 Oh, it took four cops to just get one guy or one woman under control.
00:26:34.100 Yeah.
00:26:35.620 Yes, it's the safest way to get someone in control.
00:26:41.220 If you have a subject that's resisting, the safest thing you could do is have more than one person.
00:26:49.080 Because, I mean, it's obvious.
00:26:51.580 One-on-one, the cop is going to have to do some real damage to get this guy subdued.
00:26:59.400 Punching him, whether it's using the baton, taser.
00:27:03.840 oh why it takes four of you he could do it one-on-one but you are getting hurt it's not one 0.85
00:27:12.560 guy at the head one guy at the feet one guy getting one arm one guy getting the other to
00:27:17.420 put it behind his back and cuff him that's for the benefit of the the subject
00:27:23.260 i don't understand why they think it's got to be this one-on-one face-off with the cops
00:27:31.060 so this guy had a few cops on him
00:27:34.860 and uh one of the cops see that uh alex pretty has a gun on him now here's what we don't know
00:27:46.260 where was the gun when the cops saw it was it in his hand was it in a holster was it tucked in his
00:27:54.260 pants? Was it in his pocket? Because we never really get a good look at where the cop grabs
00:28:01.240 that gun from. But he did. An ICE officer grabbed the gun off of Alex Preddy. Right
00:28:12.560 before that, one of the ICE agents saw the gun. I don't know if it's the same one that
00:28:17.480 grabbed it but someone said gun now it's a split second all this is happening you're in a pile
00:28:29.200 there's a guy on the bottom you're trying to get control of him one of your agents says gun
00:28:35.240 this is when the agent grabs the gun and tries to take it away from the pile of the guy and the
00:28:45.260 cops in doing so it looks like and i'm not even sure of this but it certainly looks like the gun
00:28:53.360 was inadvertently fired the the agent that took the gun somehow that gun fired now when you hear
00:29:04.280 and this was within a split second you hear gun bang now the cops pull their guns out and shoot
00:29:14.320 the guy he's shooting at us i don't know how many of you out there listening would go huh is he
00:29:24.280 i heard gun i heard a shot but let me assess this and see if they saw a gun on him one of the
00:29:35.080 officers grabbed it it inadvertently went off let me let me imagine that might have happened so i
00:29:41.080 don't panic and shoot this guy this was a what looks to be a very unfortunate chain of events
00:29:52.320 for alex preddy and now for ice and for minneapolis and minnesota and america
00:30:00.600 because all hell's breaking loose because of this but an unfortunate chain of events
00:30:08.620 and people are starting to question would training would better training have done these
00:30:15.580 I don't know maybe but when you look at this situation and you don't look at it with hindsight
00:30:23.060 you don't look at it in slow motion from 20 different angles you don't look at what the
00:30:29.040 emotion of a liberal dummy that thinks ICE is going around assassinating and executing people 0.99
00:30:36.680 and kidnapping children try to look at this as one of those officers gun bang holy crap 0.98
00:30:47.860 that seems to be a situation where they thought they truly believed that their lives or the lives 0.90
00:31:01.500 of their partners or any of the citizens recording the incident could have been hurt or killed
00:31:09.580 by this guy who had a gun and you hear a gunshot so the the actual facts of what happened the
00:31:23.700 hindsight of it might show that this guy never had a gun or had a gun on him but it had been
00:31:30.140 taken away because i'm seeing a lot of posts saying he was unarmed and executed on the street
00:31:36.380 he was unarmed a microsecond before he was shot
00:31:41.200 again very unfortunately that gun went off when the ice agent took it from him he was no longer
00:31:52.100 armed. Did the officers know that? No. Did they hear gun that he had a gun? Yes. Did
00:32:01.260 they very quickly after that hear a gunshot? Yes. I think if an investigation looks into
00:32:11.760 that and it's not biased and it's not emotional, these things have happened. There's precedent
00:32:21.120 for this many many times in this country this stuff happens and i truly believe those officers
00:32:30.800 thought that he was shooting at them and that's what matters in a self-defense a police shooting
00:32:42.040 case did you believe your life was in imminent danger of being taken yes i believed this guy
00:32:52.440 had a gun in his hand and was shooting it and i had to dispatch him so that's the reality of it
00:33:03.360 with the information we have right now.
00:33:06.700 But if you look at social media
00:33:08.860 and how everyone feels about it
00:33:13.380 and this perception that they're out there
00:33:17.600 waking up in the morning,
00:33:18.840 putting their masks on 0.54
00:33:20.280 and executing peaceful protesters, 1.00
00:33:24.920 you're out of your mind.
00:33:26.960 That is not what's happening.
00:33:29.200 they could absolutely face i guess criminal charges i don't know um how that would go i mean
00:33:41.620 like i said it seems like a pretty clear case that they thought their lives were in danger
00:33:46.840 civil case oh boy that family won the lotto absolutely the lawsuits will stack up on this one
00:33:58.800 The woman videoing it will get money because she was traumatized by watching the incompetent police execute a man on the street.
00:34:07.320 But that doesn't really hold any water as far as what happened in a criminal sense.
00:34:17.000 So, you know, try to remember that.
00:34:19.660 It's not what was determined to have happened in hindsight after all the facts are in.
00:34:27.800 It is what were were they what was their belief in that split second moment?
00:34:35.960 Did they think their lives were in imminent danger of being taken?
00:34:39.520 And based on the stuff I've seen and heard, I believe that doesn't mean anything.
00:34:46.280 Doesn't hold weight in court, but I definitely believe that.
00:34:50.380 ah bah bah bah bah let's go to kevin in the beach of long new york what's up
00:34:59.980 hey how are you you know i've listened to so many different uh
00:35:05.300 situations here people explaining what happened you put it more succinctly than all of them put
00:35:11.260 together thank you sir good job i mean really everything you said was spot on and but let me
00:35:18.660 ask you as a gunsmith is it reasonable for somebody to carry around i mean just a private
00:35:24.960 citizen like the two clips uh now yeah if you're going to a protest and you're carrying a couple
00:35:32.200 of magazines on you i mean it's personal choice but you might think if i really get into some
00:35:42.320 crap here i might have to reload uh that almost shows some intent to cause a problem i don't know
00:35:52.300 i wouldn't say that i my my school of thought i don't want anyone to be confused but what i'm 0.98
00:35:57.640 saying here my school of thought carry a belt of 50 cal around your neck i don't care do whatever
00:36:04.900 you want to do but when push comes to shove and you're either taking the room temperature
00:36:11.740 challenge on the street or you're in jail for something you did with your gun whether you felt
00:36:18.480 you it was self-defense or not everything is going to be looked at and dissected and looked at under
00:36:25.840 a microscope yeah how many mags you're carrying will be brought up in that courtroom and the
00:36:31.280 prosecution will use that against you uh the way you carry a gun is it in a holster is it in your
00:36:37.860 pocket is it shoved down the front of your pants should it matter maybe not but you're damn well
00:36:44.180 sure it's going to matter in that courtroom when they try to present you as a thug a wild west guy
00:36:50.840 it's down his pants he thinks he's a gangster all that matters in court so i don't know maybe you do
00:37:01.100 carry two mags i've carried two mags before when i've gone out um to certain areas that i feel
00:37:08.800 maybe i would need two mags but um it should make a difference unfortunately it does in a court of
00:37:15.100 law right but you know the bottom line is if these cities would give us cooperation and help us quell
00:37:23.000 the protesters and everything else and not put us under such a tinderbox a lot of this could be
00:37:29.580 avoided and that is the bottom line on this that's what matters kevin and and i'm glad you brought
00:37:37.000 that up because uh i wanted to talk about that uh let me let me hang up on you and you can listen
00:37:42.380 on the radio but i wanted to bring that up yes the most important part of this is why is this
00:37:49.540 happening why are people being shot by ice border patrol while they're going about their legal
00:37:59.040 mission of gathering up and deporting illegal aliens because i've heard in many uh posts and
00:38:07.760 other people's shows uh saying hey obama deported more people than trump and there was never a
00:38:14.500 problem people weren't being shot this wasn't happening yeah and i'll tell you why because
00:38:22.400 the left loved Obama he could do no wrong if he was deporting people they love deportation
00:38:33.440 oh my god if he had a law enforcement out there gathering up illegal aliens it was the greatest
00:38:41.200 thing to happen to this country there weren't protests no one was blocking law enforcement
00:38:48.220 that Obama was sending out to every city in the country
00:38:54.060 to gather up illegals. 0.70
00:38:56.700 No one was protesting, blocking them, 0.99
00:38:59.920 trying to run them over with cars,
00:39:01.440 bringing guns to protest, fighting with cops.
00:39:04.060 This wasn't happening.
00:39:06.540 That's why it went smoothly, without a problem.
00:39:10.440 But just because it's Donald Trump doing the same thing,
00:39:14.280 now it's an issue,
00:39:15.800 and they have to throw themselves in front of these cops
00:39:20.120 and put the cops in situations where they feel their lives are being threatened
00:39:25.700 and they have to react accordingly.
00:39:28.760 That's what's going on.
00:39:31.280 That's the difference.
00:39:33.280 That's why under the Trump administration,
00:39:36.080 there's two people dead during these ICE operations to gather up illegal aliens. 0.61
00:39:45.800 It's because they hate anything Trump does, and they will protest it.
00:39:52.360 And by protest, I mean riot and interfere, block roadways, all the things that aren't protected by the First Amendment, they will do. 0.99
00:40:04.560 And then when a little something called consequence bites them in the ass, everyone's flustered. 0.99
00:40:12.560 They don't know what happened. 0.99
00:40:14.280 Why?
00:40:14.780 How?
00:40:15.180 Trump Nazis this that because you showed up to cause trouble with law enforcement with a car or a gun or whatever else you're using and and there are consequences to that right up to the the the the sidewalk temperature challenge.
00:40:43.820 So. All right. Why? My God, the phones are light. They are a lit, a light.
00:40:51.080 It did 800-848-9222. And man, a lot more to talk about in moments.
00:40:58.180 Stick around. It's the Anthony Cumia show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:41:05.140 It's the Anthony Cumia show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:41:10.280 the anthony cumia show and uh if you want to get in touch with me on x it's anthony cumia i scroll
00:41:19.220 through that during the breaks and i see if anyone's commenting on what we're talking about
00:41:23.680 here if you can't get through on the phones you're not near a phone you don't know the number
00:41:28.260 you're not near a phone what year am i talking about yeah it's in the uh it's in the bedroom i'm
00:41:34.080 here in the living room and i'm too lazy to get up i'm not near a phone um rob rob from arizona
00:41:40.260 is saying i listen to you uh out in arizona curious as to your everyday carry uh yeah i i
00:41:47.640 based on the situation i carry um different i'm like a a woman with our accessories
00:41:56.820 so usually i'll carry my walther pbk i like that some people think a 380 is a little small
00:42:04.860 but uh i don't know if you could place the shots accurately it's better than missing with a 45
00:42:12.260 but i've carried everything from a derringer up to a desert eagle based on the situation at hand
00:42:22.580 but uh thanks for uh checking in yeah i got a post that i posted just before the show um saying
00:42:30.360 that i'm doing the show a big uh a big logo on there and if you want to post any questions or
00:42:37.500 comments on the show during break i check that out and uh you could avoid the busy signal of
00:42:42.880 the phones because people just want to get through and and talk to me that's right uh brian queens
00:42:50.620 what's up man yeah hi hi anthony your show is wonderful i like it very much you're excellent
00:42:56.680 You're a very keen observer.
00:42:58.500 Thank you, sir.
00:42:59.700 Appreciate that.
00:43:00.380 No problem.
00:43:01.960 A long time ago, I joined the NYPD, but I had to resign after six years because my doctor found out I had this heart defect, heart valve defect.
00:43:12.120 Oh, geez.
00:43:12.580 And he said, you're risking yourself, all the stress and stuff.
00:43:15.840 So I had to resign.
00:43:17.440 But we went through training.
00:43:19.280 I was on the streets for about four and a half years, and the neighborhoods weren't exactly great.
00:43:24.360 They do that to the rookie.
00:43:25.420 They put you in bed.
00:43:27.200 Around what years was this, sir?
00:43:30.520 Oh, this has got to be about almost 20 years ago.
00:43:34.360 All right.
00:43:34.860 So it was the, as they call the good old days.
00:43:38.060 Okay.
00:43:39.140 Yeah.
00:43:39.680 So we responded to a lot of calls.
00:43:42.600 And I recall about five or six of those calls where we relied on our training.
00:43:49.580 We were taught that anything, when people approach you within a certain distance,
00:43:54.600 It's like, say, anywhere in a circle of 10 feet in diameter, a radius 10 feet away from you.
00:44:02.100 If you see anything in their hands or attached to them that could presumably cause you harm, be a weapon.
00:44:09.400 It could be anything.
00:44:10.680 It could be a hammer on their belt.
00:44:12.840 It could be a screwdriver in their hand.
00:44:14.700 And this happened a lot where these people would walk around.
00:44:19.200 and there was a guy who we responded to a a burglary of a a apartment and we're standing
00:44:27.780 on the top steps there's like six steps and there's this guy comes out of the building
00:44:32.020 goes to the bottom of the step turns around and he points a pitchfork at my partner and he's
00:44:38.520 teasing my partner he's saying uh you guys what are you doing here what are you doing here why
00:44:43.760 why it must have been paranoid or something so my partner told warned him he said please
00:44:50.960 put the pitchfork down or leave or go right home and he says yeah yeah yeah but he didn't do it he
00:44:57.860 took a step up my partner pulled out his gun aimed it at the guy and said if you take three or four 0.99
00:45:04.580 more steps i'm gonna have to shoot you yeah you do you're endangering you're endangering us yeah 0.92
00:45:11.080 and somebody grabbed the guy and pulled him away but the point is cops are trained i was trained 0.99
00:45:17.120 at the time anything that could be a weapon a two by four a screwdriver a hammer that's a weapon
00:45:23.500 even a chair even a freaking chair or folding chair but the point is the cops shot this guy
00:45:30.020 he walked you don't walk up to federal agents flashing a nine millimeter handgun i'm sorry
00:45:36.400 just no i do and that woman who ran into the uh other ice agent right what kind of mentality
00:45:43.520 backs up and and hits the gas and the guy got hit anyway he had to he had to defend himself
00:45:49.480 right right let me tell let me tell you something about that case too there's another case where
00:45:54.080 everyone knows exactly what happened from the videos that we're seeing no one realizes this
00:45:59.680 was this happened again in seconds it took seconds he he's not looking going well I would
00:46:07.900 think I was in danger but I see those wheels are kind of turning as she's still moving forward to
00:46:15.040 me no one thinks like that you're you're trying to put this superhuman thought process on these
00:46:22.220 officers when they just go oh my god a truck's coming at me oh my god my partner is on the
00:46:29.380 door of the vehicle is he hung up is he trying to get his arm in the window we've seen plenty of
00:46:35.180 cases where these people take off with a cop hanging out the driver's side window and they're
00:46:40.860 in two seconds later they're doing 50 miles an hour down the road so oh the car isn't facing
00:46:47.380 at me but my partner might be in imminent danger uh but everyone again everyone again brian is an 1.00
00:46:54.560 expert um uh thank you for the call sir i just don't understand it uh well i do people are stupid 0.91
00:47:05.240 uh they like to i think people really like to think they know everything um only i do 0.92
00:47:14.260 i'm teasing of course but uh you know you gotta have some kind of a rational
00:47:19.280 thought process and
00:47:21.540 work it through your head and not just
00:47:23.640 try to come up with
00:47:25.000 the answer and the ending
00:47:27.400 that you want to make it
00:47:29.560 fit your agenda. Doesn't work
00:47:31.700 that way. All right.
00:47:34.080 We will be back. My God,
00:47:35.600 that hour flew on by.
00:47:38.260 Stick around.
00:47:39.360 It's the Anthony Cumia

00:48:15.740 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.
00:48:17.920 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
00:48:21.840 That it is, the Anthony Cumia Show.
00:48:25.520 Thanks for popping on.
00:48:27.600 Lots to talk about this evening.
00:48:30.500 Just crazy doings.
00:48:33.240 Crazy doings, especially up there in Minneapolis.
00:48:37.480 This is like the epicenter of the battle, I guess.
00:48:42.000 the right and left, right and wrong, liberal, conservative, Democrat, Republican.
00:48:49.300 Oh, you could divvy it up anyway, you damn well please.
00:48:52.500 But we are definitely not on the same wavelength these days.
00:49:01.420 The one consistency, though, is that as a conservative,
00:49:08.680 as much conservative as somebody that's been a shock jock can be.
00:49:15.700 I can still converse with liberals.
00:49:19.920 I could still have a beer with a liberal.
00:49:25.080 Them, not so much.
00:49:27.700 They are constantly disavowing friends and family members
00:49:31.500 and disowning people they've known for years.
00:49:35.980 Quite tragic.
00:49:37.420 Imagine your political ideology breaks up your family.
00:49:45.420 Family is supposed to be, you know, that's a bond literally for life.
00:49:50.600 That's your life's bond.
00:49:53.140 And you don't like what people are doing.
00:49:56.900 And you break your family up.
00:50:00.120 And then I'm listening to people and they're talking about checks and balances.
00:50:08.800 This is an interesting thing.
00:50:12.440 Checks and balances.
00:50:14.500 The left, the Democrats, they believe that Donald Trump and his administration, this tyrannical dictatorship that is the Trump administration.
00:50:30.120 has no checks and balances to keep things on the straight and narrow,
00:50:36.820 to keep democracy in order.
00:50:41.920 Meanwhile, the Trump administration is the check and the balance 1.00
00:50:48.840 of what these idiots did for four years under Joe Biden. 1.00
00:50:55.240 Do they not get that? 1.00
00:50:57.040 do they not understand that we had to sit around and watch that debacle for four effing years
00:51:05.960 we watched the the whatever that was the biden administration the puppet regime
00:51:13.540 and we weren't happy and we watched what we believed was our country coming apart at the
00:51:21.420 seams we saw an administration that seemed dead set against continuing to be america
00:51:33.540 ripping down every institution and and the history of this country
00:51:40.680 and we were like yeah there's a check and balance there's an election 0.99
00:51:47.900 And we will elect Donald Trump as the check and balance against four years of misery under that Alzheimer riddled buffoon and his court of jesters. 0.94
00:52:06.120 And we we we knew we would get a chance to put in a check and a balance. 0.95
00:52:14.140 And when Trump was elected, that was the check that offset that balanced what happened.
00:52:23.360 And what does the left do when when that happens?
00:52:28.740 They don't agree. Well, we didn't agree.
00:52:32.340 We didn't go out there and interfere with law enforcement.
00:52:36.900 I'll tell you one thing.
00:52:38.340 It would have been great to go down to the border and rip down the barbed wire fence.
00:52:47.520 Or not what I'm saying, not rip down the barbed wire fence to put up the barbed wire fence.
00:52:54.280 Look at me. I'm switching sides in the middle of my diatribe.
00:53:00.160 You know, people, states were putting up barbed wire fences and the Biden administration was having them removed.
00:53:06.900 activist judges were having them removed how about we go down there and replace them
00:53:14.200 the president ordered law enforcement to to rip down that barbed wire to allow people to come in
00:53:23.120 what if we went down there confronted biden's law enforcement and said no we want to stop them from
00:53:31.560 coming across the border do you think they'd have said okay and walked away and let us do
00:53:38.860 whatever we wanted to do no and we knew that because we're a little bit sensible they don't
00:53:48.640 know that so they go there they're blowing whistles they're they're honking horns they're
00:53:55.000 driving cars in menacing fashion and they're taking guns to approach police officers get into
00:54:05.840 altercations with them and regardless whatever the circumstance was he gets shot you know how
00:54:14.580 he couldn't have gotten shot don't take a gun and force some type of confrontation with the police
00:54:25.000 Then I guarantee you wouldn't get shot for how much they're saying that ice are these executioners walking down the street.
00:54:33.940 Could someone please give me an instance of ice agents just walking around and popping people?
00:54:41.820 Hey, look at that guy. Boom. Let me shoot him.
00:54:44.880 Then you'd have a bit of an argument. 1.00
00:54:47.040 i would be hard pressed to defend uh ice if they were just walking around popping people in the
00:54:55.580 head you have to have threatened them in some way where they believe their life was being threatened
00:55:06.480 imminent danger of losing their lives they deal with these protesters they throw some smoke bombs
00:55:13.200 they shoot pepper balls at you the vast vast majority umpteenth level of majority
00:55:21.220 of these people walk away with uh i don't know some itchy eyes
00:55:26.800 whatever a bruise 1.00
00:55:30.760 two of them out of all these morons you see are dead sorry 1.00
00:55:37.480 because they were responsible for their own actions 1.00
00:55:42.960 and they paid consequences of their actions.
00:55:47.980 And we're just supposed to think, you know, like I said,
00:55:51.600 if we went down to the border and ripped down or put up the barbed wire
00:55:58.340 that they were ripping down and picked up weapons
00:56:03.340 to use them against illegals that were coming to this country?
00:56:09.100 Do you think if we got shot by one of these police that were
00:56:13.300 or federal agents under the Biden administration 1.00
00:56:16.120 that any of these idiots would have given two craps about it? 1.00
00:56:20.760 They'd celebrate it. 1.00
00:56:23.220 But you got troublemakers, they get injured or killed for their own actions.
00:56:29.340 And I'm supposed to feel bad about that? 1.00
00:56:31.600 I'm supposed to try to come up with some convoluted, wacky reason why the police are responsible for this guy being an idiot and getting himself killed or that woman in the car. 1.00
00:56:43.620 Same story. Get out of here. Kiss my ass. 1.00
00:56:48.580 That's my mom used to say. Kiss my ass. 1.00
00:56:53.620 Let's talk to Julian. Julian and Julius in Jersey. What's up, my friend? 1.00
00:56:58.680 Yes. What's up, Anthony?
00:56:59.920 To be blunt, I've got to call this out.
00:57:03.600 Going back to 2014, remember that Bundy ranch situation?
00:57:09.180 Yes.
00:57:10.220 Yes.
00:57:11.040 Okay, so why was it okay for jackoffs to have guns pointed at feds then,
00:57:18.360 but yet this guy, and I saw the video,
00:57:21.020 a woman was being pushed around by these goons.
00:57:24.840 He was picking her up, and then they swarmed at him.
00:57:28.760 and yeah he wasn't reaching the gun if anything they had his hands away from the gun well before
00:57:34.380 i get into the bundy thing i'll i'll answer your question about that he was in a the middle
00:57:41.660 of a police operation and when that woman went no no no he was picking up a woman hold on that's
00:57:49.560 exactly it and and if he's picking up a woman that what the police pushed her down they dragged
00:57:57.120 her around and it's like a like a like you know when uh like you know when the guy i get you
00:58:03.340 you know around yeah do you know what do you know what do you know what happened do you know what
00:58:07.960 happens when someone walks in to a police whether it could be a traffic stop it could be a traffic
00:58:15.080 stop do you know what happens to someone they walk up to the subject she was walking back she
00:58:21.180 wasn't like right on top of them don't care she was being either pushed away from the situation
00:58:28.840 or or he was filming them or uh uh ready to be detained by the cops whatever it was whatever 0.98
00:58:37.420 was happening there it was here it is here it is julius it was none of his goddamn business 0.97
00:58:45.080 it was none of his business to get involved with that woman if the police pushed her away 0.93
00:58:53.800 whatever it was and he was doing a lot more than just helping her up beforehand he was blocking
00:59:01.760 traffic he was standing in the way of their vehicles he wasn't a saint in this whole thing
00:59:07.400 did he deserve to get shot for wait wait did he deserve to get shot for helping a woman up
00:59:13.680 for blocking traffic for for making believe he was uh directing traffic of course not 0.75
00:59:20.380 but something incited those cops something he did yeah incited those cops and he was armed
00:59:29.760 and he should have damn well known better than to get involved in an altercation with federal
00:59:35.300 agents when you have a gun on you well he again he didn't have the gun on his hands he had it on
00:59:45.000 him right before he was shot where was it was taken away by an officer they said gun they said
00:59:55.720 gun meaning the subject had a gun and the ice officer took the gun from him within a microsecond
01:00:04.000 of them saying gun and then they heard a shot because it inadvertently the officer inadvertently
01:00:10.380 fired that gun now was it by the book so it's no it's called incompetence then no it's not
01:00:17.500 incompetence it's called an accident it's called a miscalculation it's called if he wasn't there
01:00:26.900 with a gun confronting cops he'd be fine right now that's what it's called julius
01:00:34.320 and as far as the bundy in as far as the bun hold on as far as the bundy ranch thing goes
01:00:41.560 that was their property they were defending their property against the federal government that was
01:00:48.060 no no that wasn't i know the story that was not their property they were they were not they were
01:00:53.980 supposed to be paying rent for it it was not for their property it was not a property from the
01:00:59.400 19th century it was rented out after the the war it was never their property which which war it was
01:01:06.680 always federal the second world war yeah it was there they were legally on that property it was
01:01:14.520 it doesn't matter hey there are people that squat there are people that squat people's apartments
01:01:19.520 that have legal ownership of that place
01:01:23.860 until they're kicked out months, sometimes years later.
01:01:27.380 You are legally allowed.
01:01:29.080 I'm not saying that I'm an advocate on squatters.
01:01:32.160 But you're legally allowed.
01:01:34.140 That was their property to be on.
01:01:36.820 They were legally allowed to be there,
01:01:39.500 and they were grazing their cattle on that land,
01:01:44.000 and the government got pissed off about it,
01:01:46.920 and they approached them to throw them off.
01:01:49.520 They had every right to defend themselves and their land.
01:01:55.760 That's what they were doing.
01:01:57.080 It's a big difference between that and getting on federal agents for doing a legal job,
01:02:05.840 legally doing what their job is.
01:02:08.060 The president told them, gather up and deport illegals.
01:02:11.440 It's a lot different than pulling guns on American citizens on their own property 0.72
01:02:17.060 that are trying to live their lives and raise cattle?
01:02:21.620 Well, it's not their property, and also they were screwing over American taxpayers. 0.85
01:02:24.760 Also, are people here who have legal asylum-seeking paperwork, 0.65
01:02:29.560 who are doing the thing by the book, by going to the court,
01:02:32.380 should they be picked up then, just by retractively deciding how they're illegal?
01:02:37.880 Yeah, let me tell you why, Julius.
01:02:39.640 Let me tell you why. 0.96
01:02:40.660 Because the asylum program in this country had been so screwed up and they utilized it to let anyone that wanted to come in under the guise of being some refugee or needing amnesty, they let them in. 1.00
01:03:00.020 All of it should be null and void. 0.99
01:03:02.660 If you really have a claim to some type of amnesty or sanctuary, then resubmit.
01:03:09.280 Because the system was so corrupted under Biden, we don't know who the hell were actually refugees or in need of asylum in this country.
01:03:19.500 So throw them all out, resubmit, and if it passes muster, you're back in. 0.98
01:03:25.360 Until then, get out.
01:03:28.360 He's not letting them resubmit.
01:03:30.140 He's kicking them out wholesale without due process.
01:03:33.080 Oh, due process.
01:03:34.560 Here's the due process.
01:03:36.000 You're not a citizen.
01:03:37.280 You're not legally. 1.00
01:03:38.380 You're not legally here.
01:03:40.300 You are here under a corrupt administration, the Biden administration, who swung the doors open and signed anyone's form for asylum or whatever other godforsaken reason.
01:03:52.080 They let people into this country to get more voters.
01:03:56.320 That's what it's all about.
01:03:57.160 the safe fact.
01:03:58.940 It's all about the safe fact,
01:04:01.280 which we will talk about.
01:04:03.700 I'm way over on time.
01:04:05.860 We will return in moments.
01:04:08.100 It's the Anthony Cumia Show
01:04:10.100 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
01:04:14.120 It's the Anthony Cumia Show
01:04:16.360 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
01:04:20.720 The Anthony Cumia Show.
01:04:22.120 My God.
01:04:24.460 Oh.
01:04:24.940 that julius wound me up oh my god it's god i i i just don't get how people can
01:04:35.820 think like this and look i know everyone's got their opinions they've cultivated them from
01:04:43.740 their experiences and what they've learned and read and a little bit everything but i mean
01:04:52.660 it's a totally different animal first of all the the the bundy ranch and then protecting their
01:05:03.700 land yeah it's rented it's leased it's one of these unbelievably long leases it's your land
01:05:10.900 it's a land deal a lot of people's property especially back in the olden days that's how
01:05:17.940 it was done especially with government land and uh why did the government back off why did they
01:05:25.740 back off in that case because they knew the bundy's had a had a case they knew that they they they knew
01:05:34.820 that and they certainly didn't want another waco or ruby ridge that's something that uh was you
01:05:43.580 You know, it's still fresh in people's minds. 0.99
01:05:45.960 To try to equate that with this idiot that brought a gun to a protest, it's a whole different animal. 1.00
01:05:56.700 That's like they're trying to equate it to Kyle Rittenhouse. 1.00
01:06:01.680 Oh, I guess if Kyle Rittenhouse shoots people.
01:06:07.400 What?
01:06:07.940 Kyle Rittenhouse was shooting in absolute self-defense, which a court of law determined was self-defense. 0.99
01:06:18.480 He shot three pieces of garbage that were trying to kill him. 0.98
01:06:27.120 And believe me, no great loss with those three. 0.99
01:06:29.880 so they always try to equate it with something that we on the right uh thought was a good thing
01:06:40.540 and was reasonable it was justified and it's just not the left i've said it a million times
01:06:48.140 the left have the worst martyrs ever the people they hold up as martyrs
01:06:57.340 they get killed in some commission of a crime 0.99
01:07:03.760 or being absolute dopes 0.99
01:07:06.840 and then we're supposed to go 0.92
01:07:09.400 oh, oh, George Floyd
01:07:13.220 oh, send him off in a golden casket
01:07:17.260 Spock was amazing
01:07:19.940 he didn't even get a golden casket 0.98
01:07:21.920 they put him in some black thing 0.91
01:07:24.260 and shot him off into the genesis planet if anyone deserved a gold casket it was mr spock 0.81
01:07:33.300 but there you know george floyd mike brown hands up don't shoot that lie
01:07:41.520 the woman trying to run a agent over and now the latest alex alex pretty
01:07:49.500 bringing a gun to a protest and then to top it off getting into it with the cops oh he was he was
01:08:01.220 trying to help up a girl that was pushed down by the police here's when i when i say you best
01:08:08.660 be aware constantly that you're carrying a gun and act accordingly which means biting your tongue
01:08:16.080 swallowing your pride not escalating anything that's what having a gun on you for self-defense
01:08:24.980 entails and to think you would help like a woman up yeah if she falls uh over a curb while she's
01:08:35.300 trying to cross the street of course oh i got a gun i better not help that woman of course you help
01:08:41.100 her. If she's doing something that the police are angry enough at to push her away from that 1.00
01:08:49.360 situation, you got to look and go, ah, you're on your own, honey. Because if you get hands on with
01:08:56.980 her, you're going to get hands on with the cops and you're armed. Now you're in Dutch. Now you're 1.00
01:09:03.240 in a bit of a jam aren't you and that's exactly what happened were there screw-ups in that whole
01:09:12.060 thing of course yeah oh he wasn't you can't though say he wasn't armed when they shot him
01:09:19.900 yeah he was armed the 15th of a second before they shot him the cop yelled gun before they shot
01:09:31.920 him there was a gunshot before they shot him sorry yeah it didn't all go as planned it's not some
01:09:41.780 great little thing you could wrap up with a bow and submit and go here's what it was he was
01:09:47.740 doing this and here was the consequence but i have to believe that in a true just court of law
01:09:57.060 that they will see that this was a justified shooting was it right should it have happened
01:10:06.780 was it this what i don't know i'm just talking about being justified in the eyes of the law
01:10:14.140 not in the emotions of liberals it's a big big difference there folks big big difference
01:10:22.660 um oh god i'm over ain't i all right back in a flash it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple
01:10:32.440 podcast network it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network
01:10:40.560 the anthony cumia show yes uh let's check out paul in queens new york paul how you doing man
01:10:52.420 okay uh i just want to mention quick doesn't sound it
01:10:57.000 oh hello hey yeah there you are how you doing that sounds better it sounded like you were in
01:11:03.420 a 55 gallon drum in a waste treatment plan that's better that's better paul okay just
01:11:11.300 what do you say paul we paint each other up huh all right what's up paul okay sir if you google
01:11:21.160 ai with waltz he's got two stances he's anti-gun so why was his mouth not open about this guy's
01:11:30.600 carrying too many bullets like he used to say you got too many bullets what are you going to do kill
01:11:35.400 squirrel yeah i mean and then the other thing is he's child protection why do we have little kids
01:11:42.940 in these riots where's this child service protection to kick out these mothers who
01:11:48.760 bringing their kids to these riots absolutely paul absolutely i google on that you got it
01:11:57.080 yeah have a good night thank you man yeah these no one is uh going after these these moms for the
01:12:05.520 most part that are strapping these babies to their backs going out into minus zero temperatures
01:12:12.720 in a riot zone i i'm stunned how how little love do you have for your kid if you're putting them
01:12:26.640 on your back and a little papoose and going out into some of the most dangerous stuff that's
01:12:35.440 happening in this country right now some of the most dangerous situations that are happening at
01:12:42.060 this moment and you're bringing your kid this isn't a concert in Central Park this isn't no 0.99
01:12:50.680 nukes in Central Park these are riots people are getting hurt and killed for their dumbass actions 0.97
01:13:01.160 and they want to take their kids I read a story there's so many stories online that are hilariously 0.98
01:13:08.460 fake and i assume this one is but uh here it is it was a mother was at work and the father who's
01:13:17.520 apparently illegal was at home with his six-year-old daughter uh while the mother works
01:13:24.960 you know watching the kid and the father decides he's got to go out and of course it was to get
01:13:31.440 food for the child so he gets in his car and leaves and lo and behold the the snouts the
01:13:41.500 snouts on the ice agents are like drug dogs they could sniff an illegal and they pull him over
01:13:48.800 and they drag him out of his car and take him away no one knows where he is was what happened to him
01:13:54.920 And what happened? An hour later, that six-year-old child was found roaming the streets of our neighborhood by a neighbor crying, where's my daddy? Where's my daddy? I've had girls say that years ago. Where's my daddy? I had to throw in the Amex. And that's a whole nother story, folks.
01:14:21.060 anyway uh what i garnered from that story was what a crappy father how do you leave a six-year-old 0.90
01:14:31.640 alone in an apartment they were alone the mom's at work you're caring for your six-year-old 0.88
01:14:40.340 daughter and you leave the house there's nothing to just tide you over to eat until mom gets home
01:14:47.780 if you leave a six-year-old home alone that kid deserves a better parent than you
01:14:56.180 deport you get child protective services involved because you are neglecting and endangering that
01:15:06.140 child but they they were posting it as this is terrible i think it was nancy sinatra 1.00
01:15:13.820 stupid ass Nancy Sinatra posted like this is heartbreaking get your shoes get your boots 1.00
01:15:23.300 and start walking no one wants to hear it Nancy I'm sorry Joe Piscopo I know you like her 1.00
01:15:31.620 I for one don't I think we haven't done this in a little while we got to get to and I hope you
01:15:40.700 have it there up in new york uh clown of the week all right oh no i'm the bam bam
01:15:49.260 clown of the week i just did it the opening is on the fritz uh yeah clown of the week
01:15:55.380 oh hold on no no not yet i want to preface it a little a little prefacing the um
01:16:02.660 clown of the week is usually a celebrity sometimes a politician jane fonda has been 0.95
01:16:09.020 the clown of the week before she is again listen to this just utter lies nonsense and bs she's 0.98
01:16:17.880 spouting on the colbert show the dead man walking colbert show 0.97
01:16:24.240 jane the anthony show presents the clown of the week
01:16:34.400 all right and now let's hear from the clown of the week jane fonda if the government is not
01:16:42.800 meeting the needs of its people there's something wrong right this this we're seeing things happen 0.74
01:16:49.100 that have never happened before this isn't like it was in the 40s and 50s this is authoritarianism
01:16:55.260 has made its way into every single nook and cranny of our government they are kidnapping people they
01:17:01.280 are illegally deporting American citizens.
01:17:04.200 Going into American citizens' homes without a warrant.
01:17:07.200 Minneapolis, where they shot Ms. Goode.
01:17:10.580 They're shooting people.
01:17:11.560 They're blinding people.
01:17:13.560 All kinds of really, really bad things are happening.
01:17:16.640 And it's not a question of right or left.
01:17:18.780 I don't care what party you belong to.
01:17:20.420 It's a question of right or wrong, right? 0.74
01:17:23.780 Woo! 1.00
01:17:25.320 Barbarella.
01:17:28.520 I think lines are being crossed, and it's enough.
01:17:35.320 Wow, good one.
01:17:36.780 It's enough. 1.00
01:17:38.880 That's Jane Fonda, who sat on an anti-aircraft battery that took the lives of many airmen in the Vietnam War. 0.99
01:17:46.740 So no love for Jane Fonda. 1.00
01:17:50.300 But there she is on Colbert, just lying.
01:17:53.020 Can I get one of the American citizens that have been deported?
01:17:59.760 Is there one American citizen, not someone with this amnesty paperwork, not some anchor baby citizen?
01:18:10.660 That's where is an American citizen, apple pie and Chevrolet, being ushered off to a faraway land because they have been deported. 0.63
01:18:24.020 They lie to you. 0.52
01:18:27.800 They lie to you. 1.00
01:18:30.080 Jane Fonda is a clown. 1.00
01:18:33.940 And she, you know, it's the script. 0.99
01:18:37.340 They all get the script.
01:18:41.180 It's what they're told to say.
01:18:43.580 And once you're a celebrity, a Hollywood insider, you are given the script and you must recite it and repeat it, lest you're thrown out. 0.60
01:18:54.220 And even at 112 years old, Jane Fonda still has that want and need for the acceptance and attention of that Hollywood crap hole cabal, that cult that's going on there.
01:19:17.260 So brave.
01:19:18.580 I love how they call each other brave for speaking out about Trump and ice and all that.
01:19:26.700 It's the safest thing you could possibly do.
01:19:31.280 The safest thing you could possibly do is speak out about Trump when comics do it.
01:19:38.320 And they're trying to seem like, yeah, man.
01:19:41.060 Oh, I'm willing to take the heat.
01:19:44.000 The heat.
01:19:46.640 What?
01:19:47.280 you're lounging in a lukewarm bath when you go after trump and ice and all this
01:19:54.440 the same nonsense and they use every tool in the toolbox they try to make uh it seem like uh 0.96
01:20:04.120 ice is the gestapo trump is this horrible dictator and i've said it before i'll say it again 0.99
01:20:12.000 The worst dictator in history is Donald Trump. 1.00
01:20:18.440 He is the worst dictator, the worst tyrant, the worst oppressive leader of a regime. 0.98
01:20:29.400 What type of oppressive, tyrannical leader allows people to protest? 0.98
01:20:38.820 but they're shooting them yeah not the protesters we saw supposedly tens if not hundreds of thousands
01:20:50.340 of protesters i saw the the clips braving the freezing temperatures to show donald trump he
01:20:59.240 can't get away with this and that and that was ice there but mowing people down where were the um
01:21:08.280 the tanks where were the tanks uh driving down the street blasting the protesters
01:21:16.500 the ice tanks and military where were the uh uh where was the ice air force the ice a-10s
01:21:26.540 where where was that burp burping their uh rounds into the crowd
01:21:33.160 why aren't these people being arrested there were there were uh three people arrested
01:21:39.720 for uh aggressively invading a christian church
01:21:44.620 uh last week they were arrested where are they now out no bail just out they they were released
01:21:55.100 worst dictator 0.61
01:21:57.160 ever
01:21:58.080 and they insist he is this
01:22:01.420 tyrannical leader
01:22:03.680 they call him Hitler 0.97
01:22:07.680 Nazi
01:22:09.240 oh my god 0.94
01:22:11.720 we'll go a little more with the Hollywood
01:22:15.760 here you know how I love
01:22:17.640 Hollywood
01:22:18.140 they've all gotten the script
01:22:21.520 all of the Hollywood actors and
01:22:23.560 They get the script handed down and they get on social media, whatever it is.
01:22:30.320 Here's Natalie Portman. Natalie Portman.
01:22:34.580 Is she's another one of these liberal actresses and she hates Donald Trump. 1.00
01:22:43.340 She thinks ICE is bad and democracy. 1.00
01:22:47.380 They always try to say that Trump is destroying democracy, throwing away the Constitution.
01:22:52.740 How is adhering to the law getting your law enforcement agents to deport people because they were brought in here illegally under the last administration?
01:23:08.260 How do you then say that's ripping up the Constitution?
01:23:12.760 That is exactly what the Constitution says a president can legally do. 0.78
01:23:18.900 so i don't get it but let's hear from uh the lovely natalie portman what's going on in our
01:23:26.340 country right now is absolutely horrific with what the federal government trump's government
01:23:33.120 christy noem uh ice what they're doing is really the worst of the worst of humanity and then we
01:23:40.920 also have the best of the best of humanity for the way people are showing up for each other
01:23:45.180 in community and Americans coming out to support each other and protect each other and fight
01:23:51.800 against injustice. So I could not be prouder to be American right now by the way the Americans
01:23:58.800 are acting. And I could not be sadder to be American right now with the way the government
01:24:02.920 is behaving. By the way, that is the line. Listen to what I'm saying right now, because that's what
01:24:10.740 you're going to hear from every celebrity and politician for the next week or so I couldn't
01:24:17.140 be prouder to be an American based on what I'm seeing in the American people and I couldn't
01:24:22.920 be sadder I couldn't be more ashamed than what I see the government doing that's their
01:24:30.320 catchphrase I already heard some other actress with the exact same line but that's going to
01:24:37.840 be their their script for the next week because they don't have minds these people don't have
01:24:44.300 minds they don't think about what they actually feel and then try to put that to words they're
01:24:52.480 empty vessels it's hollywood actors and actresses they're only good at acting because they don't
01:25:01.480 have real people inside them they're empty vessels you pop the head open you dump in words
01:25:08.960 you dump in where they're supposed to stand and you roll the camera so when they're talking about
01:25:15.960 real life stuff they can't it's still just a scripted thing that is given to them hi natalie
01:25:25.200 Yeah, this is now what you have to say.
01:25:27.580 This is the latest script.
01:25:29.360 Learn it and then just say it.
01:25:31.780 OK, I will do what you tell me like a robot.
01:25:37.480 And Olivia Wilde. 1.00
01:25:39.380 She's another one. 1.00
01:25:40.700 Here's another actress. 1.00
01:25:43.000 Same thing. 0.98
01:25:44.220 They just they got the script.
01:25:47.460 And now it's time to recite it.
01:25:49.980 because the Democrats and liberals and Hollywood and everyone else
01:25:55.200 has told them that's what they have to do.
01:25:58.380 Let's listen to Olivia.
01:26:00.800 The world is hurting right now, and this country is hurting,
01:26:04.920 and it's appalling.
01:26:06.180 I'm appalled.
01:26:06.860 I'm sickened.
01:26:07.880 And we can't go another day just sort of accepting this as our new norm.
01:26:12.540 Yes, we can.
01:26:12.900 It's outrageous.
01:26:13.760 People are being murdered.
01:26:15.320 No, they're not.
01:26:16.100 And I don't want to normalize seeing people being murdered on the Internet.
01:26:19.820 on film. It's hideous. And so if we can do anything out here to support the movement,
01:26:28.000 to cast ICE out, to delegitimize this unbelievably criminal organization, then that's what we
01:26:37.160 should be doing. So I'm proud to wear the pin.
01:26:39.320 And it's great to see people with your platform to speak out against that kind of stuff, right?
01:26:42.740 That you and so many great creatives here are doing that.
01:26:45.340 Well, I think so many Americans are. I mean, you see the marches happening around the country.
01:26:48.520 Americans are speaking up in huge numbers, and it's dangerous to be a protester now,
01:26:52.880 and people are still going out into the streets, which is incredibly inspiring.
01:26:57.340 Oh, incredibly inspiring.
01:27:00.200 Is that what you're doing?
01:27:03.360 Are you out on the streets?
01:27:05.920 Easy to say from a gated community with bodyguards and publicists
01:27:11.820 and everyone that surrounds you when you go out.
01:27:14.040 You can make these profound statements about how awful everything is and you don't want to watch any more people being killed on the Internet.
01:27:23.100 Well, I certainly hope you don't subscribe to some of the accounts I do, like Chicago, law enforcement and New York and Atlanta and New Orleans, L.A.
01:27:38.140 because you'll just see people getting killed every day on the streets,
01:27:44.020 but it's not ICE agents doing it,
01:27:46.620 so I guess that doesn't matter to you.
01:27:49.300 Olivia Wilde. 1.00
01:27:50.620 She's wild.
01:27:51.500 I love Olivia Wilde.
01:27:55.620 It's so blatantly obvious that I hope,
01:28:01.000 I always just hope people see it.
01:28:04.940 Hollywood.
01:28:05.460 The influence. The influence Hollywood has not just the little dot on the map, Hollywood, I'm talking the bigger picture of Hollywood, the movie making industry, the industry that puts visuals and sound into your eyes and ears and has a way of influencing people.
01:28:29.240 and they all all of them are of the same exact mindset that doesn't seem a little odd to you
01:28:39.840 i've worked in many different industries and every one i'd go to work and people had different
01:28:45.700 opinions vastly different opinions but hollywood for some strange reason they all think exactly
01:28:56.020 the same huh weird back in a moment it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network
01:29:05.560 it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network the anthony cumia show and uh
01:29:15.900 my god are we worked up uh this evening i certainly think so joaquin pennsylvania what's
01:29:23.880 up my friend evening good evening Anthony hey you remember this one I'm not fond of Jane
01:29:29.940 I'm not fond of Jane there used to be bumper stickers around the 70s about Jane Fonda yeah
01:29:38.080 terrible and you know you're talking about getting an ice storm right the ice storm brings the
01:29:43.680 unwanted but you know there are good ice storms that take away the unwanted yeah believe me it
01:29:48.400 was uh weird this whole weekend with what's going on in minnesota and the ice storms going on down
01:29:53.980 here i didn't know what story i was reading sometime but uh yeah yeah so you know i also
01:30:00.520 have a concealed carry permit you know and even when i'm not carrying if i get pulled over by a
01:30:05.320 police officer i know that when they run my plates odds are they're gonna know that i have a permit
01:30:10.080 yes so i automatically i put my hands on the steering wheel and i don't make any uh i don't
01:30:16.820 make any any movements you know i'm saying that could cause any kind of concern okay so now exactly
01:30:23.560 and so now here we have a situation where we have a guy and he decides he's going to go out and he's
01:30:30.140 going to obstruct he's going to confront not just mere standing there protesting he's going to
01:30:35.260 impede you know law enforcement officials from doing their job and he's going to go out there
01:30:41.180 is going to be armed i'm sorry right then and there that you know that's the story that's the
01:30:47.340 end of it as far as i'm concerned you're looking for trouble you're you're not being smart and
01:30:54.100 responsible with your firearm even the second might look i am one of the biggest uh supporters
01:31:02.260 and advocates for the second amendment but there's responsibility that goes along with it
01:31:09.220 And some people seem to think even me, I catch some flack on social media all the time going, oh, some Second Amendment guy.
01:31:17.820 Why? Because I think a guy should have a gun on him and get into an altercation with police.
01:31:25.420 And because he gets shot, I'm not the Second Amendment guy anymore. 0.98
01:31:30.000 Go screw. You're out of your mind. 1.00
01:31:34.440 That's complete insanity.
01:31:36.140 But the thing of it is, is the left wants this and they want more and more.
01:31:39.700 Yes.
01:31:40.100 Because they think that it's going to stop the ICE operation.
01:31:42.820 Exactly.
01:31:43.400 You know, I hope that that Trump and, you know, Homeland Security and, you know, that they stay strong on this. 0.95
01:31:50.800 And I really want to get to that whole the tumbleweed war issue with that guy brought up there with the Hammonds and the Bundys. 0.82
01:31:57.540 The Bundys. 0.54
01:31:58.080 Yeah.
01:31:58.260 You know something?
01:32:00.260 What happened there was that the Obama administration went in
01:32:03.800 and they started confiscating state land and putting it into the federal park system.
01:32:09.720 And that was land that allowed the ranchers to graze their cattle on.
01:32:15.360 And if you notice, we have a little bit of a problem with beef in this country,
01:32:20.080 a shortage of beef.
01:32:21.360 Well, they deliberately went after basically beef production in this country,
01:32:24.560 and that basically was probably part of it.
01:32:26.500 Again, another, like, agenda that wasn't really talked about, you know, ranchers, get on them, get beef production down.
01:32:36.580 Yeah, it makes sense.
01:32:38.320 And also, too, the young man that was shot and killed, I believe his name was Eamon.
01:32:42.880 Anyway, he apparently, you know, even the video shows from the FBI, you know, the FBI helicopter,
01:32:49.560 because I know somebody who had said he did another radio show and he knew somebody that was there.
01:32:53.680 And they were trying to get to the sheriff's to surrender to the sheriff's and not to the FBI.
01:32:58.260 And when he was actually shot, if you watch the video, you will see he's reaching for a shoulder like he's been shot.
01:33:05.360 They say he was reaching for a gun.
01:33:06.780 But no, that was actually put on a continuous loop to try and make it look like he was reaching for a gun.
01:33:12.680 Where if you've ever been shot like I have, he was reacting as a person who gets shot.
01:33:17.820 Yeah. And just, you know, reaching reaching for his wounds, you know.
01:33:21.540 So that guy brought up that, you know, they'll use anything and everything to try to forward that agenda of theirs.
01:33:31.960 They will lie about anything, no matter how despicable those lies are.
01:33:39.980 That's what they do.
01:33:41.980 Thanks, Joaquin.
01:33:43.920 He brings up a point.
01:33:45.400 I guess I'm going to have to get to this maybe after the break.
01:33:47.900 I hate when I'm at that teeter-totter time where I might have to go to a break.
01:33:53.820 But I did want to talk about the – because there's protesters talking about that even if ICE leaves, that won't be enough.
01:34:06.760 And I'll get to this in the next hour because this is the give them an inch, they'll take a mile problem that I have.
01:34:16.240 and I think a lot of people that are like-minded have with the left.
01:34:21.380 There's no stopping them.
01:34:24.100 You don't give over something to the left and they pack up and leave.
01:34:29.720 They never just go, oh, oh, you gave us that.
01:34:33.380 Well, pack up the stationery and the envelopes and the protest signs.
01:34:39.020 They gave it to us.
01:34:39.820 We're done here.
01:34:40.880 Let's enter society.
01:34:43.240 Let's get jobs.
01:34:44.920 Let's become productive members of America.
01:34:50.040 They don't do that. 0.77
01:34:53.140 Their whole life is protest and bitching and moaning about every single thing that Americans want. 0.85
01:35:08.380 Our history.
01:35:10.600 Our ability to live our lives the way we want.
01:35:14.920 to be around people we want to be around,
01:35:20.240 the best people for the job, all those things.
01:35:25.660 You give them a win, like in this case,
01:35:29.660 if ICE ever was forced to leave Minnesota,
01:35:34.280 and you have screwed up big time,
01:35:38.500 you'll just embolden them,
01:35:40.740 And all they want to do is go against and stop anything the Trump administration is doing right now and his supporters, which make up, like I said, more than half of the people that voted in the last election.
01:35:57.840 So. I'll talk about that. We'll play a clip of a protester because they're speaking out and it it's proof that they don't care what latitude they're given.
01:36:11.820 They will continue being a pain in the ass to this country. All right. Eight hundred eight, four, eight, nine, two, two, two. 1.00
01:36:19.400 If you want to call back in a moment, it's the Anthony Cumia show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
01:36:27.840 When you travel well, your KLM Royal Dutch Airlines ticket takes you to more than just your destination.
01:36:35.240 It takes you to front row views, voices lost in the music and new shared memories.
01:36:41.220 And when the last song fades, the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines crew is here to ensure your journey home hits all the right notes.
01:36:52.080 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
01:36:55.920 When you travel, travel well.
01:36:58.720 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
01:37:04.720 The Anthony Cumia Show.
01:37:07.420 Thank you for tuning in.
01:37:10.600 I know with the, you know, playoffs and stuff, Sunday night, people have that football thing.
01:37:16.400 I have decided to forego any football.
01:37:22.080 I did this for a couple of years now.
01:37:25.600 I just do not like the agenda of the NFL.
01:37:31.060 Most sports these days, maybe hockey.
01:37:35.240 No, even hockey.
01:37:37.800 MLB.
01:37:39.220 Don't even get me started with the NBA.
01:37:43.400 But, yeah.
01:37:46.220 The Super Bowl.
01:37:47.800 What do we got? 1.00
01:37:49.820 What's his dumb name? 1.00
01:37:52.080 Bad Bunny, bad bunny. 1.00
01:37:58.100 Donald Trump said he will not be attending or watching the Super Bowl.
01:38:05.280 Bad Bunny is the halftime act.
01:38:08.800 Bad Bunny apparently, from what I heard, news sources and what have you, 1.00
01:38:16.300 going to wear a dress. 1.00
01:38:18.380 Bad Bunny is going to wear a dress.
01:38:20.360 This is a big guy, and he's going to wear a dress during his Super Bowl performance.
01:38:30.640 How do you, as a guy, as a man in America, sit down with your son and watch football games when you know that their motive,
01:38:47.660 what do you think their motive is to entertain you and your son or anyone else hey this is fun
01:38:56.640 let's let's entertain make money yeah they make money with sponsorships and whatnot but
01:39:02.960 it's not it's not that way anymore it's to get you to sit there with your kid 0.99
01:39:12.420 as they pound this crap into your kid's face. 0.99
01:39:21.100 Bad Bunny and his dress and the commercials, 1.00
01:39:27.840 the Super Bowl commercials that are all this nonsense
01:39:32.460 tearing down of masculinity and America.
01:39:38.560 And you sit there, you know, as a parent, I guess you're supposed to keep your children safe.
01:39:49.160 Isn't that something for millennia?
01:39:52.820 Animals do this.
01:39:55.000 The top priority is keeping their offspring safe.
01:40:00.080 And you do it, you know.
01:40:02.360 You make sure they're safe when they're out riding their bikes.
01:40:07.160 they're safe out at night
01:40:10.420 you do everything you can to keep your kids safe
01:40:13.280 but you'll sit there
01:40:15.920 and pat them on the back 0.82
01:40:19.600 and mom will bring food in
01:40:21.620 so you can have the most enjoyable time
01:40:24.740 as your kids being brainwashed
01:40:27.640 and indoctrinated 1.00
01:40:29.600 with this nonsense and garbage 1.00
01:40:33.300 that they're pumping into his head 1.00
01:40:36.960 his young impressionable head oh it's halftime the big halftime show let's watch a man in a dress
01:40:47.320 oh it's the commercials the super bowl commercials the most important thing almost as important as 0.93
01:40:54.400 the game let's watch some lesbians and some transsexuals and telling your kid how uh great 1.00
01:41:05.340 this is oh yeah what's wrong with people wake the f up you don't think it's a purposefully 1.00
01:41:19.700 choreographed agenda they're feeding you you may not see it and it might not even affect you
01:41:29.440 but your kid and you're the one plopping them right there in front of it
01:41:35.340 Buy him a microscope or a telescope.
01:41:38.620 Let him learn some real stuff, for the love of God.
01:41:44.140 All right.
01:41:45.340 Anyway, here's a protester, and they're speaking out about what's going on in Minneapolis.
01:41:53.540 There are tens of thousands of these that come across your eyeballs while you're scrolling social media.
01:42:02.100 and uh they're all the same so i picked one and this one in particular really drives home the
01:42:11.540 point that i've been saying that they are never satisfied this isn't something where you give
01:42:18.160 them a win and they pack up their stuff and go away give them an inch they'll take 20 miles
01:42:25.700 this is the way it's been oh we just want gays to be able to get married why shouldn't you be 0.98
01:42:31.860 able to love the person you love and this and that and the other thing and we all capitulate
01:42:36.920 and go well yeah if you're loving and this and they love each a couple of years later there's a 0.99
01:42:45.000 big fat ass hairy ass man shaking it in front of your kids as parents are giving their kids 1.00
01:42:54.220 money to shove in this man's g-string oh but gay marriage yeah that was that was a couple of years 1.00
01:43:03.020 back we're we're on to this now and we're forcing you to not only accept it not only be tolerant of 0.99
01:43:10.920 it we want you to celebrate it yeah i don't think i want to celebrate it oh homophobe transphobe 0.96
01:43:19.580 this phobe that phobe all right so here's this protester and uh give him an inch take a mile 0.86
01:43:25.480 that's what happens here let's listen safe haven is here to get people who are being picked up like
01:43:31.260 that person yes so the people that are injured really badly or maybe other people too we don't
01:43:36.840 know how many people are being taken out into the woods around the whipple and released in the
01:43:43.180 middle of the night you sometimes with no clothes always with no phone if they're brown with no id
01:43:48.540 um and it's a death sentence one of the one of the people had a cracked skull that was that's
01:43:54.820 been treated um so they're taking the people that they don't want us to know about and they're
01:43:58.080 dropping them in the woods which i've heard is uh something they've been doing with native
01:44:01.320 americans for a long time and we're just continuing that tradition but that is sickening me right now
01:44:05.720 oh no that wasn't the clip but that's okay i i don't think i uh i don't think i maybe they
01:44:14.180 change the link let me see i'll check no it's the same link protester speaks out
01:44:21.940 because i got it right here let me let me get this hold on
01:44:28.080 come when incompetent leaders overestimate their power and they unleash solidarity and courage
01:44:36.800 and that's what's happening right now i believe that what is happening here right now is going
01:44:45.720 to be the turning point of this regime regime it is going to be the turning point of this regime
01:44:52.300 so i know it is hard sometimes and i know we are tired sometimes and i know our fingers freeze in
01:44:58.120 the cold but you know what we are going to turn this around turn this around the country the path
01:45:06.320 Not just to kick ice out of Minnesota, although we will, not just to abolish ice once and for all, although we will, but also to build the type of organizing networks of solidarity, the type of mass organizing that can not only end Trump's fascist regime, but actually build a new political system that works for all everyday people.
01:45:31.640 i want a world where we can all breathe clean air and drink clean water and we can go to school
01:45:38.640 safely and we don't have to live in fear of our neighbors getting grown up
01:45:43.300 and i believe we're going to win it ah see you see do you see how they don't care about any one
01:45:57.740 goal that they seem to have this was all you know every time you listen to them it's all about
01:46:03.480 oh ice out of minneapolis ice out of minnesota ice out of this the the state or city and then
01:46:11.220 it's and climate change and this they do not stop never never give them an inch never capitulate
01:46:21.380 Never say, OK. The worst possible thing that could happen right now is the Trump administration pulling ICE out of Minnesota.
01:46:35.600 That would be a catastrophe because then they would be emboldened to riot and and approach and antagonize law enforcement.
01:46:52.800 everything they've been doing for every single thing that the trump administration wants to
01:47:01.220 put forth every single part of his political agenda they would know all we have to do
01:47:11.520 is stand in front of cars blow whistles toot horns uh assault officers assault people that
01:47:20.700 don't agree with us and then a couple of people get shot which we really don't care about uh and
01:47:29.620 then we're able to call them murderers and then uh we win they back out we cannot let them get 0.95
01:47:40.120 one single inch with any of this i don't care how many of their dummies have to get three to the face 0.89
01:47:50.320 do not care don't look to me for any sympathy you go on social media don't look to me to go
01:47:59.080 well maybe ice is taking it a little far you will never get that from me because i know what their
01:48:09.000 plan is this is a plan this is a way they're waging their war they want their people to get 1.00
01:48:18.100 shot a couple of useless idiots take the body uh the the uh room temperature challenge 1.00
01:48:27.160 and they win because the mainstream media and hollywood and everything going to have as you've 1.00
01:48:36.120 seen goes oh this is terrible and if for a second you doubt your mission and what you're doing and
01:48:43.560 you back off it's over their their agenda works they understand that and they will continue it
01:48:53.280 and stop you from doing every single thing you need to do in any leadership position
01:49:01.080 in this country do not fall for it back in a minute it's the anthony cumia show
01:49:09.280 on the red apple podcast network
01:49:13.560 it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network the anthony cumia show and uh
01:49:22.140 let's go to gary in jersey brings up a great point how you doing gary good anthony i love your show
01:49:29.260 my kid showed me how to watch it on that computer thing on that wacky infernal machine the computer
01:49:37.300 I get you. 1.00
01:49:37.980 Yeah, a lot of retards on there, but not you. 1.00
01:49:41.200 Anyway, you know, I'm a Vietnam veteran. 1.00
01:49:44.820 I was in the air police.
01:49:45.860 Thank you for your service, my friend.
01:49:47.460 I did 25 years on the job in New Jersey, and I've been retired 25 years now.
01:49:54.100 Well, 24 and a half.
01:49:55.720 Let me do some math.
01:49:57.040 You're 128.
01:50:00.340 73.
01:50:01.560 I missed that.
01:50:02.560 I forgot to carry the five.
01:50:04.220 Okay.
01:50:04.780 There you go.
01:50:05.400 Well, they don't teach you how to do that in school no more.
01:50:08.840 No, I fit right into some of the new inner city schools.
01:50:14.040 Exactly.
01:50:14.700 They send you something written in script.
01:50:17.460 These kids are lost.
01:50:18.900 They can't.
01:50:19.460 It's like a code.
01:50:20.940 It's like the Enigma machine.
01:50:22.560 They can't figure out script.
01:50:26.440 Absolutely.
01:50:27.980 But what I was going to say is Ashley Babbitt, 34-year-old, Air Force veteran,
01:50:35.400 Went to the January 6th.
01:50:38.040 I don't even call it a protest.
01:50:40.080 No.
01:50:40.280 You know, it was, hey, they went.
01:50:42.360 They wanted to look around.
01:50:43.800 They said what they wanted.
01:50:45.340 Yeah, things got a little out of hand, but not crazy like this.
01:50:48.440 A little.
01:50:49.380 It was a little out of hand.
01:50:50.760 A good way to put it, Gary.
01:50:52.360 So anyway, she's going into the building there, the Capitol building.
01:50:58.200 Her back is turned.
01:50:59.360 She's going through a window.
01:51:01.420 And I've got to tell you something.
01:51:02.640 I don't like saying this because it's another cop.
01:51:04.700 I didn't know him or anything. 0.98
01:51:06.680 He shot her in the frigging back. 0.99
01:51:08.700 Yep. 1.00
01:51:09.440 Shot her in the back. 0.99
01:51:12.020 Not, she wasn't facing him with a gun.
01:51:15.720 She wasn't saying, basically he probably told her, don't go there. 0.71
01:51:18.760 And she went and shot her.
01:51:20.720 Not only do they make this guy like he's the victim and the hero.
01:51:24.600 Oh, yeah.
01:51:25.080 I don't know how that guy didn't need his gun.
01:51:28.120 You shot a young girl in the back going in a window.
01:51:31.400 Could you imagine two guys pulling up to a burglary and the guys going through the window and they shot him in the back?
01:51:42.500 Was he a danger?
01:51:43.460 Why would you shoot him?
01:51:45.140 You had no justification.
01:51:46.800 Did you feel your life was being threatened?
01:51:48.840 Exactly.
01:51:50.480 Illegal entering is not a capital offense.
01:51:54.600 No, it's not.
01:51:55.080 And what I don't know, I never could understand when he just dragged by the collar and said you can't go in there.
01:52:01.400 Yeah. And then kick in the ass, kick in the ass and send him home. Absolutely. But the thing that I don't understand, no one on the left, the Democrats had any outrage. These people are stuck in Minnesota and wherever the hell else they're doing it. I call it casual land. 1.00
01:52:23.160 Yeah. Those people, these guys and girls are picking up people on warrants that have a deportation order.
01:52:33.860 Yeah. And, you know, these other people are trying to block them and do this and that.
01:52:40.000 And, you know, it's America's fault. It's Trump's fault.
01:52:44.520 You know, we're trying to do what the law says.
01:52:47.560 The my personal. Yeah.
01:52:50.260 The best person that they're trying to arrest and deport is is worse than the worst person that they say is the worst person on January 6th.
01:53:03.960 They they will never defend these people.
01:53:06.660 And you bring up a great point with Ashley Babbitt.
01:53:09.000 But you show me where that cop felt that either he or any of the people he was supposed to be protecting, the senators and congresspeople in the Capitol, where was the imminent threat?
01:53:26.360 I've heard all these stories about, oh, they're coming in to hang people.
01:53:32.280 They're going to shoot Pelosi.
01:53:35.120 They're doing this and that.
01:53:36.280 There was not one instance where you could absolutely say, oh, my God, at that moment, that life was threatened.
01:53:45.480 There was nobody involved in January 6th that put an imminent threat to someone's life in place that needed a deadly physical force response that that cop gave to Ashley Babbitt.
01:54:01.660 And she's looked at as a terrorist.
01:54:04.160 He's a hero.
01:54:05.320 And then we got to look at this Alex Petty guy like he's the victim of victims executed in the streets.
01:54:14.720 Well, the only thing I'm thinking, and I go back a long time, I remember the Democratic Convention in Chicago in 1968.
01:54:25.600 And Mayor Daley at the time, who would be considered a right wing Republican today, he gave them the response they needed.
01:54:35.320 They were trying to block a convention, even though it was Democrats, but they were trying to block a convention from going on.
01:54:44.160 And that's the thing.
01:54:45.640 See, our rights on the right don't count.
01:54:49.080 If we're going to do something or we're having some kind of thing, our rights don't count.
01:54:55.020 It's only theirs.
01:54:56.720 Only theirs. 0.97
01:54:57.360 You know, and I think what we need to do, I mean, if I was running the thing, which I'm not. 0.99
01:55:04.220 And, you know, it's just kind of old man saying.
01:55:05.840 It seems like none of us are, Gary.
01:55:07.860 Yeah, like an old man saying what he'd like to say.
01:55:11.080 I would get rid of all them batons, them pop-out ones,
01:55:17.180 give them the oak nightsticks, and say, you'll get them.
01:55:20.340 The old wood shampoo as we...
01:55:22.840 Hey, I still got mine.
01:55:24.780 I love it.
01:55:25.980 I still got it.
01:55:26.840 It's in the front seat of mine.
01:55:28.300 I don't carry as much as I used to wear.
01:55:30.460 I love it.
01:55:31.280 I live where it's rural, so we can keep our door open.
01:55:36.220 I can keep the keys to my car in the car.
01:55:39.580 No one breaks it.
01:55:40.740 I mean, some of it happens.
01:55:42.620 But, you know.
01:55:43.680 It's like, Gary, it's like in Smokey and the Bandit.
01:55:47.500 That's an attention getter.
01:55:50.120 Like, it meant like, yeah.
01:55:51.620 I'll tell you what.
01:55:52.620 When you go out, and I can tell you this a long time ago,
01:55:57.780 But when you go out and you have one of them, the conversation is totally different.
01:56:05.560 When I watch your videos, because I remember what they used to call it was the good night stick.
01:56:11.800 Good night.
01:56:12.500 Once you got cracked with it, good night.
01:56:15.960 I love it.
01:56:17.620 And I remember when they would see that and they saw you had a stick.
01:56:24.120 I mean, you know, you got your gun, your cubs and all that. 0.99
01:56:26.800 We didn't have a vest and all that shit. 1.00
01:56:30.220 I'm sorry, but when you watch that, when they see that, that is what grabs you and makes you think about doing all this stupid stuff. 0.99
01:56:42.720 And when I watch some of your videos and I see how people behave in restaurants or when guys stop them, when you had that stick, you know, 0.98
01:56:54.540 And I started as a correctional officer at Raleway State Prison.
01:57:00.900 The scared straight prison.
01:57:03.860 Yeah, yeah.
01:57:04.700 Most of them are doing time.
01:57:06.700 Most of their grandkids are doing time.
01:57:08.500 No doubt.
01:57:10.480 But when you have that stick, it puts a whole different meaning on what you're going to do to get things calmed down.
01:57:18.880 Yeah.
01:57:19.280 And I'm surprised Holman never thought.
01:57:21.280 I mean, you know, hey, like I said, I'm an old man thinking back from a long time ago and a more sensible time, Gary.
01:57:30.380 I got to be honest, because, you know, like you said, watching those videos and stuff, there was this push that for some reason, everyone thought the police weren't being respectful enough to the communities.
01:57:43.980 And then they pushed. Well, they pushed this and pushed this to the point where it the police were respectful to people that were respecting them.
01:57:55.400 Then it became you don't have to respect the cops at all, but the cops will have their hands tied now in this fantasy that they have to respect the people that are quite literally trying to kill them in some instances. 0.98
01:58:13.200 and all you see now are these thugs yelling at cops calling them pieces of crap just the worst 0.92
01:58:21.720 things and the cops have to stand there and take it and young people see that and go well why do 0.98
01:58:29.540 i have to respect this guy what's he gonna do he can't do anything what you're talking about with
01:58:34.840 the stick the good night stick that was respect that was true respect i'll tell you what when
01:58:40.540 When you see them do the stops, and I watch a lot of them on your show there,
01:58:47.740 and they talk like that.
01:58:49.380 We got 10 seconds there, Gary.
01:58:51.740 I think when I was a kid, they'd have pulled you through the fly window,
01:58:55.560 not the big window.
01:58:56.820 All right, bro.
01:58:57.580 Anthony, I love your show, though.
01:59:01.300 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
01:59:05.540 it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network the anthony cumia show
01:59:15.320 got uh you know we're on a schedule here with spots and stuff but i want to thank gary for
01:59:20.320 that call that's uh awesome he's he's the kind of guy i could sit down with a few beers and
01:59:27.060 hours talk hours with a guy like that so thank you for the uh for the call gary appreciate that man
01:59:34.740 um tim waltz you know tim he's the governor up there of minnesota and uh he he's the guy
01:59:46.480 that really needs to get this bull by the horns and take care of it you got to take care of this
01:59:53.900 you got to settle it you watch the mob movies any of them good fellas you got to go back
01:59:59.860 You got I can't take that. They're commiserating. You got to go.
02:00:07.380 Tim Walls is supposed to be handling this. He can't handle it.
02:00:14.480 One of the biggest problems, I think, in this situation in Minnesota.
02:00:19.280 is that they are so dead set to present themselves as people that will not cooperate with ICE.
02:00:31.300 And again, it's under this false impression that they're trying to put out there
02:00:36.960 that it's to keep the people safe.
02:00:40.400 We will not work with ICE because we want to keep our citizens safe.
02:00:47.800 now if you don't want your police helping ice locate illegals if you're arresting illegals
02:00:57.220 and then you let them go without letting ice know they were ever in custody maybe i'm not even saying
02:01:03.880 for sure but maybe that's legal maybe if that's your prerogative but when you don't let your
02:01:13.360 police force show up to do simple crowd control when ICE is performing their
02:01:22.620 duties and people show up to riot, harass them, throw things, alert the people
02:01:33.080 that they're trying to arrest any of the things we've seen that isn't this is
02:01:38.780 not protesting this is not first amendment right protesting you are breaking the law when you're
02:01:47.040 doing this and for people like uh tim walls and jared fray the the mayor of minneapolis to not
02:01:57.200 make sure the police are readily available when ice is performing what they do to make sure that
02:02:07.440 the citizens these protesters don't get in the way don't do things that might get them hurt or killed
02:02:14.780 then you don't care you don't care about your constituents
02:02:20.640 and i don't think they do i honestly think they hope they get hurt and killed so they have a great 0.98
02:02:29.660 martyr to parade around and say look how awful ice is and how we need to get rid of them 0.93
02:02:37.160 That's what I believe, because if they cared at all, the local and state police would be out there doing crowd control.
02:02:46.700 Look, ICE isn't a crowd control law enforcement agency.
02:02:53.640 They're not there to arrest and deport people and also make sure protesters are kept at bay.
02:03:03.820 That is the job of the police.
02:03:07.720 And when people like Tim Walls and Jared Frey prevent the police from doing that job,
02:03:17.880 they are endangering the people that they say they are serving.
02:03:24.820 And, not that they care, endangering ICE agents.
02:03:29.000 Where are the cops when this happens?
02:03:31.340 Why is ICE doing crowd control when their mission is to apprehend illegal aliens? 0.54
02:03:42.020 You're endangering the people and the ICE agents on purpose so you could hang those martyrs in people's faces. 0.99
02:03:56.240 It's disgusting. 1.00
02:03:58.220 It's disgusting. 0.89
02:03:59.020 thing uh tim walls has been talking and we've been listening not really uh tim walls is um trying to
02:04:09.800 say to the people and a lot of celebrities have said this if you change your mind about trump
02:04:15.560 if you get a a different opinion you think he's gone too far change your mind just come over to
02:04:25.020 their side come over embrace tim waltz will give you a hug he will hug you if you just realize you
02:04:35.560 made a huge mistake voting for trump supporting him and uh they'll accept you isn't that great
02:04:44.740 to know don't you want to be in the bosom of a blue-haired freak with a nose ring yelling with 0.91
02:04:52.500 those crazy you could see the whites around their iris eyes don't you want acceptance from them 0.51
02:05:00.340 and not the acceptance or you don't even need acceptance just not knowing that you're 0.65
02:05:08.000 doing the right thing you're supporting the right side you're being an american for god's sake
02:05:17.840 So here's Tim Walls saying, if you change your mind about Trump, don't worry.
02:05:22.040 You're welcome.
02:05:23.760 We have got children in Minnesota hiding in their houses, afraid to go outside.
02:05:30.780 Many of us grew up reading that story of Anne Frank.
02:05:35.180 Somebody's going to write that children's story about Minnesota.
02:05:38.900 And there's one person who can end this now.
02:05:44.080 Oh, that was the other clip.
02:05:47.200 50-50 shot.
02:05:49.080 Almost did it.
02:05:50.620 It was the other Tim Walz clip about the changing your mind.
02:05:55.800 Do you got that one?
02:05:58.360 Yeah?
02:06:00.060 Maybe?
02:06:01.720 Tim Walz?
02:06:03.940 Yeah.
02:06:04.840 Let me look at my little sheet.
02:06:08.680 There's like two Tim Walz clips.
02:06:11.320 It's the other one.
02:06:17.200 I guess I should. You're allowed to decide at any point that you're not with this anymore.
02:06:23.220 If you voted for this administration, heck, even if you thought Operation Metro Surge was a good
02:06:27.940 idea, sounded like the thing to do a month ago, you're still allowed to look at what's happening
02:06:32.380 here in Minnesota and say, this isn't what I voted for and this isn't what I want.
02:06:39.460 I ask you not to stand by idly, speak out, share what you're seeing, and urge others to put
02:06:45.800 politics aside we're no longer having a political debate we're having a moral side we all want
02:06:52.500 secure borders and immigration enforcement that prioritizes criminals no you don't and i want to
02:06:57.280 thank the press especially the local press who has done a deep dive to show that's exactly what
02:07:02.400 minnesota no they haven't but what you're seeing is not common sense lawful or humane enforcement
02:07:09.020 yes it is that's not what this occupation is about yes it is
02:07:12.480 there he is if you want to come up i've heard so many lefty dummies say this they want they
02:07:27.320 their biggest fantasy and it's so childish it's so junior high their biggest fantasy is that
02:07:36.420 Trump supporters, MAGA, the right, all the words for us, that we go, oh, oh, my God, I'm so sorry.
02:07:53.040 I have such regret for what I've done supporting Donald J. Trump.
02:07:59.040 It's been a catastrophe.
02:08:01.580 This would be fun for you to clip and play online like I'm really saying it.
02:08:06.200 That's their fantasy.
02:08:09.000 Meanwhile, again, I don't know one Trump supporter that regrets voting for Donald Trump, especially over Kamala Harris.
02:08:19.880 But it's it's another one of these childish fantasies that you play out.
02:08:27.400 In junior high, maybe you you were in love with this girl.
02:08:31.880 Now, if you're in junior high, you probably never said a word to her, but you fell deeply in love with her. 0.98
02:08:36.620 That's what kind of a dork I was. 0.80
02:08:40.020 And then she goes out with a guy that's, you know, the jock or something, just more. 1.00
02:08:47.100 You felt he was better than you because you were just a nerd and a dork. 0.99
02:08:52.700 And you'd have these little fantasies in your head like. 0.99
02:08:57.280 Yeah.
02:08:57.720 Once she finds out how awesome I am, she's going to be like, yeah, you're great. 0.90
02:09:05.560 He was so dumb and mean to me, but you're so nice. 1.00
02:09:10.440 And that is your dumb junior high thinking. 1.00
02:09:16.520 Meanwhile, you know, she's bedding half the football team and you're still in love. 0.99
02:09:23.020 but that's what they that's their fantasy that us trump supporters are going oh i'm so sorry
02:09:32.380 you're the best i never realized how you're the best it ain't happening that isn't how we're
02:09:40.780 thinking we love what's happening deport deport deport for some reason they think we're gonna
02:09:52.040 think like they do it's gonna happen we don't have these delusions that they're gonna come around
02:10:01.000 there's one thing that does happen it's not a fantasy thing but this does happen when a liberal
02:10:09.960 especially it's got to be like a young liberal late teens let's say when they finally get a real
02:10:18.760 job a real job making money it's on the books and then they get that first paycheck and they
02:10:28.780 look at the deductions that's when they start going oh what the hell is this i figured out
02:10:38.220 what i make per hour before i got the check i worked 40 hours i make this much an hour i thought
02:10:44.200 i would have this why so many deductions and then you go ah see that isn't a fantasy
02:10:52.760 that isn't like oh you're gonna feel you're gonna regret not being on our side 0.90
02:10:59.000 they learn that their side sucks that that half your money going to these ridiculous programs 0.95
02:11:10.140 these programs that you might have held up a protest sign in support of 0.95
02:11:17.180 when it starts coming out of your rent money your food money your car payment now 0.99
02:11:24.700 you don't need me telling you it sucks you now know it sucks tell me one instance 0.98
02:11:31.720 where you feel like that because something happened where the left the liberals the democrats 1.00
02:11:39.260 The insane people. One instance where you go, you've experienced something where you go, oh, yeah, I need to I need to maybe recheck my agenda here. Ain't going to happen again.
02:11:57.940 Conservatives, Republicans, the right wing, logic based, reasonable, looking at facts and figures, statistics, assessing and coming up with a conclusion.
02:12:12.420 The left, the liberals, the Democrats.
02:12:18.220 Insane emotional outbursts not based in reality.
02:12:24.420 you'll never see a conservative a rational conservative
02:12:33.920 saying i think i need to go over to this mental institution it just ain't gonna happen
02:12:42.180 i'm sorry don't work like that oh my god all right um well uh swalwell all right there we go
02:12:54.900 He's running for, I guess, governor of California.
02:13:00.340 And this has been something that some of the governors and other politicians have thrown around.
02:13:06.260 They say that if you are an ICE agent now, unless you quit and disavow ICE and beg and kiss the feet of liberal left politicians and whatnot, that you will never work in the state of California again.
02:13:28.820 And I've seen a few other states try to pull this nonsense.
02:13:33.260 First of all, is it even legal?
02:13:36.260 I don't think it's legal to say based on your previous occupation, unless, you know, you were a serial killer, that they could prevent you from working in their state based on your legal previous occupation.
02:13:51.040 You've done a good job. You have recommendations. You want to go for a new job. And then they go, no, you were this. You were an ICE agent.
02:13:58.200 So let's listen to this, I almost cursed, moron, I'll say, as he campaigns for a California governor and says that ICE agents will not get work in that state. 0.96
02:14:17.100 So my advice to ICE? Just quit. Walk off the job. For this will forever haunt you. 0.99
02:14:23.000 Civilized societies don't have mass militias swarming our streets, but Donald Trump has turned our communities into war zones.
02:14:30.120 Trump's turned ICE into an angry army of cocked weapons roaming our streets, but their safety's filed off.
02:14:36.560 So here are the rules when I'm governor.
02:14:38.300 If you refuse to unmask, you'll lose your driver's license.
02:14:41.400 If you work for ICE, you're disqualified from ever working for the state.
02:14:44.980 I will use every statute to keep you off the streets, every power to protect the people.
02:14:49.560 And to ICE agents, you don't wear your mask just for anonymity.
02:14:53.760 You wear your mask for moral cover.
02:14:56.400 It hides your identity from us, but also your humanity from yourself.
02:15:01.120 It allows you to commit atrocities.
02:15:03.940 So my advice to ICE, quit, walk off, and do it now, 0.98
02:15:08.720 before you kill another nurse named Freddy or a mom named Good. 0.97
02:15:11.940 Did you have a cocked weapon with Fang Fang, the Chinese spy? 0.52
02:15:21.500 How this guy is even still in politics is beyond me.
02:15:28.380 He bedded a Chinese spy.
02:15:32.320 And it's known. 0.95
02:15:34.740 No one denies this.
02:15:37.760 And he just is able to continue his career.
02:15:41.940 Imagine the pictures and videos of other people he must have in order to hold that position of power.
02:15:50.320 And, yeah, can you just tell an entire group of people that an entire state will never employ you because you were an ICE agent or anything?
02:16:03.320 Oh, my God, you worked in an ice cream store.
02:16:05.820 I hate ice cream.
02:16:07.220 Never, never will you work in my state.
02:16:11.660 I don't even think that's the thing that can happen.
02:16:14.600 I have to imagine a court of law would have to look that over and go, you're out of your mind if you think this can happen.
02:16:24.540 And if it can, just think of all the implications it makes for other states and other people. 0.97
02:16:32.540 Oh, you supported Black Lives Matter. 0.90
02:16:35.220 You'll never work in this state. 1.00
02:16:37.200 What is different?
02:16:38.920 Tell me what's different there.
02:16:41.660 Oh, you worked in Chicago.
02:16:44.020 You were police in Chicago and you listened to your police chief that would not arrest people.
02:16:52.380 Some reason don't arrest murderers.
02:16:55.400 I don't know.
02:16:56.640 You'll never work in this state again.
02:16:58.660 Is that a thing? 1.00
02:17:00.240 Is that something that can actually be done by an idiot that had sex with a Chinese spy? 1.00
02:17:08.460 Don't pay attention. 1.00
02:17:09.980 Just throw these lies off. Throw these agenda-driven, nonsensical lies away. He cannot do that. It cannot possibly be legal. I can't imagine that it would be.
02:17:38.260 uh all right plenty more i don't even know where you're going your calls to 800-848-9222 back in a
02:17:47.300 minute it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network it's the anthony cumia show
02:17:56.420 on the red apple podcast network the anthony cumia show thank you so much for tuning in we appreciate
02:18:05.600 it like you can't even imagine uh this played earlier but i want to get to the tim walls um
02:18:13.380 he's trying to make some type of oh god comparison to the the couple of children's stories we've heard
02:18:25.420 happening out of minnesota uh and the the ice situation one of them that it really got a lot of
02:18:33.180 attention was a gentleman an illegal gentleman was being apprehended by ice as per the president
02:18:42.500 as per our votes our votes and uh his uh young son was outside and this father just tried to run
02:18:58.160 He tried to get away from ice. Ice apprehended him. And then the son, the child, he's out in the weather, out on the street. And he was then taken into the custody of ice.
02:19:18.440 This happens every day, probably hundreds, if not more times a day in this country when law enforcement has to arrest a parent or parents that have children.
02:19:35.400 The children are taken into custody to be put in a safe environment until a relative can be contacted.
02:19:47.040 And if they're if they fit the bill, they take custody of the kid or child protective services.
02:19:54.320 But in the immediate aftermath of an arrest, the law enforcement agency takes that child into their custody to protect them and keep them safe.
02:20:09.780 what the liberal democrat douches if i may use the word douche have decided to do is to portray
02:20:21.560 that as kidnapping or using the child as bait to get the father the illegal father back
02:20:31.020 and get him in custody uh and they've been running with that one but that was a big one
02:20:38.420 a couple of days ago they get a new one every couple of days the latest one is the six-year-old
02:20:43.940 girl i guess that the father didn't watch uh but yeah this kid was taken into protective
02:20:52.740 custody of ice and they just could not see it for what it was like any other arrest of parents
02:21:03.700 in this country happens constantly parents commit crimes parents get arrested they have kids the
02:21:13.580 cops don't just leave the kids it's a a huge important part of law enforcement is to make
02:21:22.620 sure the children of criminals are cared for and put in a safe place until arrangements can be made
02:21:30.240 to put them in the custody of family or whatever it might be
02:21:36.080 that will keep them safe while their parents are processed. 0.52
02:21:41.380 It's no different when you arrest a person that is here illegally
02:21:46.940 and needs to be deported. 0.99
02:21:50.720 That's it.
02:21:51.860 That's all they were doing.
02:21:53.480 And the bull that they were spouting about the kidnapping
02:21:59.480 snapping so tim knowing that tim walls knowing that kids are involved how to come up with this
02:22:07.120 little analogy let's listen we have got children in minnesota hiding in their houses afraid to go
02:22:15.520 outside many of us grew up reading that story of ann frank somebody's going to write that children's
02:22:22.900 story about minnesota and there's one person who can end this now
02:22:29.000 i don't recall when and frank had a pistol in her pants and decided to attack the gestapo
02:22:42.740 and they found a little place in the attic they cannot stop trying to equate the trump
02:22:50.920 administration and and law enforcement and ICE and the Border Patrol with Nazi Germany.
02:23:00.580 And I think we're all on to it. God, I hope we're all on to it, that this is such nonsense, 0.91
02:23:07.780 such a ham-handed childish way to try to villainize the right nazi if trump and his 0.92
02:23:20.940 supporters and administration were nazis do you think you'd be able to say a word
02:23:27.220 Do you think you'd be able to protest? It's insane. Evoking Anne Frank and trying to equate that with any child of an illegal immigrant that is put in protective custody of the government is such a reach.
02:23:51.760 And, you know, for some people, it should be looked at as disgusting.
02:23:59.240 If you're of Jewish heritage, you should look at that and go, what? 1.00
02:24:05.300 All right, people, we will be back next Sunday.
