00:00:08.480 With FanDuel's Super Sub, if your player's subbed out, your bet stays in.

00:00:12.820 That's right.

00:00:13.380 If your player leaves the match, your bet continues on with the substitute,

00:00:17.560 so you're still in it until the final whistle.

00:00:58.040 this summer on FanDuel. It's the Anthony Cumia

00:01:01.880 Show. Entertaining and informative. On the Red Apple Podcast

00:01:06.040 Network. Yes.

00:01:09.800 It is indeed the Anthony Cumia Show. Welcome back. My God, another

00:01:13.880 week. Another week.

00:01:17.680 Full of absolute insanity.

00:01:21.880 I don't know.

00:01:25.300 Does it ever go the other way?

00:01:27.560 Does it ever go where we go through a week and we say to ourselves,

00:01:32.800 wow, that week was a little less mental than the previous one?

00:01:38.080 I don't think so.

00:01:39.580 It always just seems to escalate in insanity.

00:01:45.820 You know, it's good for me, I guess, if I have to come on every week

00:01:50.100 and discuss the topics of the week from our country and world.

00:01:58.080 I guess it's good if everything gets a little crazier by the week,

00:02:02.040 but you'd think just the odds, playing the odds.

00:02:07.020 You'd think one week might be less insane than the previous one,

00:02:12.180 but it just doesn't seem to work that way.

00:02:19.160 Welcome.

00:02:20.160 I do appreciate you tuning in.

00:02:21.960 It is indeed the Anthony Cumia Show.

00:02:23.700 We're here every Sunday.

00:02:25.620 And it's very appreciative that you come and check us out.

00:02:29.560 And let me just say hola and como esta to all the people in Los Angeles.

00:02:36.300 Because that just seems to be everybody.

00:02:39.240 I don't know.

00:02:40.380 Is it?

00:02:41.660 Are there any people left in Los Angeles aside from law enforcement?

00:02:46.720 and now the National Guard, that speak English.

00:02:51.620 Hmm. Interesting.

00:02:53.840 Because I can't seem to see it.

00:02:56.680 I tune into various forms of media, of course, mainstream.

00:03:02.500 Ooh, the most accurate of media. 0.98

00:03:04.820 And I just see a bunch of people flying Mexican flags, 0.69

00:03:10.160 and, as they said in Animal House,

00:03:13.920 and bad-mouthing the United States of America.

00:03:20.320 And then when someone of any power, leadership,

00:03:27.220 tries to do something about it,

00:03:30.020 they are called the worst things possible, racist,

00:03:36.320 oh, just terrible people. 0.98

00:03:38.940 trump a nazi maybe you're a nazi if you don't want uh all that happening in uh in the united 0.99

00:03:47.140 states of america and a major i mean what what is la like it's got to be number two 0.96

00:03:53.100 new york is always number one when you go oh biggest city in united states ask anyone around 0.91

00:03:59.440 the world they go new york city you go yes imbecile yes you're right but i have to think 0.99

00:04:07.440 la would be second maybe chicago and and la is is this just bastion of mexican culture if you want 0.97

00:04:20.880 to call it that a lot of violence these street takeovers look i'm from new york and and we do 0.74

00:04:30.260 look at new york as a place that is just rife with crime it is what are you gonna do it's a big city

00:04:38.520 it's completely democrat run the whole state of new york is democrat run so you know it's part

00:04:46.220 and parcel you're gonna get crime but uh i have never seen a street takeover in new york city

00:04:58.140 Every so often a few years ago, and I'll tell you, I credit the NYPD with this.

00:05:05.560 They've gotten rid of these scooter gangs.

00:05:09.400 Oh, yeah, look out.

00:05:10.700 We've had scooter gangs. 0.99

00:05:12.740 Sounds like something the little rascals would do. 1.00

00:05:14.760 But it was a bunch of people either of some foreign land or perhaps some impoverished projects.

00:05:23.880 and they would have these little scooters and ride around in packs just harassing, 0.74

00:05:29.920 generally harassing everyone, driving on major thoroughfares and screwing up traffic.

00:05:37.360 And the NYPD really put a stop to that.

00:05:40.400 I don't know how they did it, but you don't see that happening anymore.

00:05:43.760 But these street takeovers that are just unbelievably prevalent in Los Angeles

00:05:52.200 and Oakland and San Francisco, San Diego to some extent.

00:06:01.860 These things are happening.

00:06:04.300 No one ever seems to want to put a stop to them.

00:06:07.520 You don't see police showing up at these things.

00:06:10.700 In the few videos I've seen where police did show up,

00:06:13.460 they were scared away.

00:06:15.260 The police were made to leave.

00:06:18.440 And they do donuts.

00:06:19.560 And if it's a great night, the rear quarter panel of one of the vehicles smashes into some obese person and flings them for tens of yards.

00:06:33.120 And that's the part where I just start cackling and laughing like what they call a schoolgirl.

00:06:41.040 So I do appreciate that.

00:06:43.320 But you would think that law enforcement would put a stop to this stuff.

00:06:49.560 uh gavin newsom doesn't seem to want to do anything about it he's the governor of the state

00:06:56.920 i understand there are many cities in the state of california los angeles being one of them

00:07:02.620 the largest of them uh so maybe you could go well gavin newsom he's very busy with

00:07:09.580 fresno i guess he's very busy with uh the likes of a baker's field

00:07:18.340 So maybe L.A. is a little out of his jurisdiction.

00:07:22.540 So then you'd think you could go to people like Maxine Waters, maybe? 0.99

00:07:29.820 She's a congresswoman. 0.99

00:07:31.760 She's in charge of, what, San Francisco? 1.00

00:07:34.300 She's nothing. 1.00

00:07:36.380 We get nothing out of her except love and adoration for illegal aliens 0.98

00:07:42.340 that are doing nothing but screwing up the works. 0.62

00:07:45.360 so then you gotta think maybe maybe we can go to the mayor right we go to the the wonderful mayor 0.97

00:07:55.300 karen bass who almost burnt down her entire city through incompetence and dei appointments of fire

00:08:04.460 department officials and she's just saying the same thing we'll get to some clips a little later

00:08:10.160 in the show uh but but all of the people i just mentioned have done nothing about the

00:08:17.340 unbelievable levels of of crime violence assault arson that is going on and the second somebody

00:08:27.640 wants actual law and order and they go well the police the los angeles police and sheriff's

00:08:35.520 department they don't seem up for the gig and i i don't even know if i can blame the lapd they have

00:08:44.040 been just trounced like like a dog a beaten dog or or an abused wife or or they have over the course

00:08:54.880 of decades now everything the lapd has ever done to try to curtail the the rising crime gang violence

00:09:04.700 in the city they have paid for it with incarceration with death uh with zero praise

00:09:16.460 zero praise so i can almost understand how the lapd doesn't even want to dip their toe

00:09:23.420 in this new disaster which is the mostly peaceful protests going on in la as we speak

00:09:33.540 in support of immigrants, I think.

00:09:38.480 That's what they say, immigrants.

00:09:39.640 Let me check.

00:09:40.080 Let me check the paper. 0.99

00:09:41.600 Oh, illegal aliens.

00:09:43.480 Ooh, they just never seem to want to say that.

00:09:46.900 They say immigrants, people, not even citizens.

00:09:53.120 They can't even bring themselves to say that they're people living in the city.

00:09:58.360 But to all the people that I've talked about, the mayor, the governor, 0.99

00:10:01.560 congresspeople they do not want to even mention that these people are here illegally we need 1.00

00:10:09.480 to get them out and there's only one way to do it the old and i i love it round them up round them up 0.85

00:10:19.480 and get them out that's the process when they talk about due process that's the due process

00:10:26.440 for illegal aliens being here. 0.64

00:10:30.820 The crime they've committed is crossing over the border illegally. 0.95

00:10:35.000 They don't have to go through any kind of trial.

00:10:39.820 Their due process is some official from this country, law enforcement,

00:10:44.680 saying, hey, you don't belong here.

00:10:47.480 And then I'm sure there's a ton of unnecessary paperwork,

00:10:50.480 but you send them right back.

00:10:52.480 You get them out.

00:10:53.520 If they commit a crime here, then they're due their due process, where they have to then stand trial or make a deal, whatever it is, for the crimes they've committed after the initial crime of crossing into this country illegally.

00:11:12.820 So they're all talking about, you know, you see the protesters, rioters, and they're screaming about due process.

00:11:20.420 And do you have a warrant?

00:11:24.820 It's another thing that to me, you know, in my younger days, kids, let me tell you about Uncle Anthony and his younger days.

00:11:34.100 When the Internet first started up and we got giant computers with big cathode ray tube monitors that took up your entire desk, I got to be honest.

00:11:47.480 And it might be a little embarrassing.

00:11:49.140 A lot of guys back then would peruse what was called Internet porn.

00:11:57.220 I'm not kidding.

00:11:58.960 I'm not kidding.

00:12:00.360 There were dirty movies, as we used to call them, on the Internet. 0.93

00:12:06.700 And that was what we would do to satisfy our horrid, disgusting lust. 0.98

00:12:13.640 now for me it's police body cam videos oh yeah that is my new porn that is my new 0.99

00:12:26.500 satisfaction visual stimulation and i can't get enough of it and i watch this morning noon and

00:12:37.040 night it's fantastic and what i've seen of late going on in los angeles the rioting it's not

00:12:45.580 protesting uh it's fantastic you know why because they're sending in the national guard and the

00:12:54.200 police department and other law enforcement to back up the castrated the castrated los angeles

00:13:01.660 police department i feel bad i feel bad for the lapd but uh these video clips i'm seeing the tear

00:13:09.640 gas the paintball guns with the the powder in it the pepper powder the the concussion grenades

00:13:17.900 oh i'm shaking right now i'm sure i might have to take a shower uh during this commercial break

00:13:26.680 before I come back a cold shower

00:13:28.640 because just talking about this is getting me all worked up.

00:13:32.400 The Anthony Cumia Show will return.

00:13:34.100 We'll take your calls on this topic.

00:13:36.580 And, yeah, back in moments.

00:13:38.840 Don't go anywhere.

00:13:40.380 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:13:47.220 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:13:53.360 The Anthony Cumia Show.

00:13:55.200 and we are live live we don't tape it and send it in kids we are live right here on this beautiful

00:14:03.500 sunday evening and we're talking about the situation in la the the riots these are not

00:14:10.320 protests we've already seen the mainstream media it is astounding how they just continue these same

00:14:17.660 lies over and over and over again we remember this in 2020 we remember this in 2020 with the

00:14:26.620 george george floyd riots and uh what did the mainstream media do they sent some people out

00:14:32.980 the backdrop was literally a flaming fast food uh restaurant and uh the the uh reporter on scene

00:14:41.400 was saying mostly peaceful protests, mostly peaceful.

00:14:45.480 And they were called out for, in embarrassing fashion, 0.98

00:14:50.100 called out for saying, are you insane? 0.91

00:14:53.040 Are you calling arson, destruction, assault, 0.99

00:14:57.520 assaulting law officers, mostly peaceful?

00:15:00.760 There's literally a fire behind you.

00:15:03.640 And they took that to heart, I guess,

00:15:06.360 because here in 2025, they're saying the same thing.

00:15:11.400 mostly peaceful i've seen videos of uh a gang of uh protesters pouring a can of gasoline over a

00:15:22.960 jeep engine and lighting on a fire almost blowing themselves up which would have been a treat

00:15:28.300 but uh they're using the same lines the the left has not learned a thing they've not listened to

00:15:38.880 one word anyone has said about how embarrassing they are in in how they react to situations like

00:15:48.800 this let us speak with paulie from westwood paulie what's up man anthony i don't i used to

00:15:57.520 listen to you years ago with opening anthony yes back in the 30s i remember pre-war

00:16:04.080 I was more of a CERN fan.

00:16:06.040 I listened to you two guys, but I was more of a CERN fan.

00:16:10.040 I was, too, before I got on radio, to tell you the truth.

00:16:13.280 Yes.

00:16:14.780 Are you going to bring back W-O-W? 1.00

00:16:16.340 No, I think the wow thing, the whip them out Wednesday. 1.00

00:16:21.060 It was right back on the air.

00:16:23.180 Paulie, it was more suited for a younger shock jock than a 64-year-old conservative talker.

00:16:30.980 If you did it now, I guarantee you, it would be a trend.

00:16:34.080 Yeah, well, it might make the news as they drag me away and put me in jail.

00:16:40.140 Paul Polly and Anthony are going to jail.

00:16:42.140 Yeah, yeah.

00:16:44.140 But you're out in Westwood.

00:16:45.900 You got something on the riots in California, Paulie?

00:16:49.140 Yeah, definitely.

00:16:50.420 I just got off the phone with my cousin.

00:16:52.800 Like, she's totally left-wing, and her daughter is a cop, right?

00:16:58.060 I say, you don't want the National Guard behind your daughter?

00:17:02.420 Yeah.

00:17:02.860 And she goes, absolutely not. 0.99

00:17:04.120 It's going to escalate into more.

00:17:05.620 I'm like, your daughter's on the front line.

00:17:07.960 And she's like, no.

00:17:09.360 I'm like, that's how far out these people are.

00:17:12.740 That is amazing.

00:17:13.780 Can you believe that?

00:17:15.320 I'm like, you don't want nobody watching your daughter.

00:17:18.000 She goes, nope.

00:17:18.960 Paulie, can you believe that your own relatives, but most of the people out there,

00:17:24.180 seem to believe that the National Guard is more of a danger to them

00:17:28.400 than these illegal people that have come over the border that are committing crimes on the daily

00:17:34.560 that right now are burning and assaulting and doing incredible damage to the uh the people

00:17:41.900 and infrastructure of los angeles but they think the national guard is the danger they think this

00:17:47.220 is like kent state back in the 60s i know that's our people that's us and we're not getting they

00:17:54.040 don't want us protection right right from you know demonstrations what happens if we go to war

00:17:59.700 yeah we're screwed oh please we are not a country ready for any kind of real real war these like if

00:18:07.180 you look at new york today new york new york's prepared did you see the parade they're not 0.89

00:18:12.400 allowed to be on the streets they only had all the people that were watching the parade were on

00:18:16.660 the street itself like the new york does new york does have a a great way of policing uh what they

00:18:25.180 don't do well is take care of uh the the subways the people that are there when there's an event

00:18:31.460 they know how to deal with an event they put out a massive presence of cops and it's very difficult

00:18:37.640 to do anything uh harmful in those events but the day-to-day stuff the subways walking down the

00:18:44.340 sidewalk you'll get cracked over the head with a cobblestone from 1805 i was in york city guards

00:18:50.340 for 25 years oh jeez i used to work at night and every night i loved going to work back in the uh

00:18:56.200 80s and 90s entertaining i love going to work because you you would see something different

00:19:00.660 every day you know yeah i hear you man so paul thank you man we're uh gonna move on to uh let's

00:19:06.800 go to steve he's also in california what's up steve hey what's going on man i'm just i just

00:19:13.040 watched karen bass do a uh embarrassing release like live one it's like yeah it's the federal

00:19:19.920 government's fault that's why this is happening it's like i don't think so i think this is going 0.72

00:19:25.320 to happen either way but yeah well when you dump that many illegals into this country tens of

00:19:33.740 millions over the past four years alone and then someone wants to clean it up it certainly isn't 0.99

00:19:40.800 going to be an easy thing but you would think the people in charge would be for something like this

00:19:47.080 it's devastating your state your communities i mean financially alone it's devastating but then

00:19:54.960 if you don't even want to be the bean counter or the oh you're only in it for money people

00:19:59.820 are being harmed by this their livelihoods their lives uh and why wouldn't you as someone 0.57

00:20:06.700 supposedly representing the people want to do something about it it's all ass backwards 0.85

00:20:11.940 yeah it's it's like nimby it's not in my backyard for her sake it's also for me as well because i 0.65

00:20:18.060 don't live in la but this also looks like a i mean i hate to go alex jones on you but

00:20:22.760 when when do we see this last like you said 2020 yep 2020 numbers this amount of protest coverage

00:20:30.000 you know steve you're you're absolutely right and another thing i've seen creeping up in the news

00:20:36.740 oh a new covid variant that has just found its way into the united states you don't think they're

00:20:43.880 gonna they can't even come up with new stuff to bitch about they they use the same playbook you

00:20:49.620 don't think you know in maybe a year or so they're not going to start pulling this covid thing and 0.90

00:20:56.420 then the racism riot thing and and the xenophobic that they they always work the same playbook so

00:21:04.020 i i think you're absolutely right they're doing exactly what they did last time 2020

00:21:09.720 and we'll you know we'll see what happens they had a we had america had a bird flu that no other

00:21:16.620 country had just saying yeah yeah right yeah thank you steve appreciate that yeah they don't

00:21:25.120 seem to have any other plan and uh we're on to it we're on to it no one with any piece of a mind

00:21:35.980 is watching mainstream media and listening to their agenda the same nonsense that for for years

00:21:43.960 and years and going no i'm still buying this oh there are people doing it but they're considered 0.98

00:21:49.360 mentally ill severely profoundly mentally ill we see it but for some reason they just keep 0.59

00:21:57.840 pumping it out and they think the same nonsense the same bull is gonna wash if they say it 30 0.90

00:22:06.360 times and truth be told man we are on to you we're not listening we love the fact that uh

00:22:15.740 Trump and company is sending the National Guard into Los Angeles to to thwart these rioters.

00:22:25.800 They're not protesters. Keep them in line because they're from the school of thought where give them an inch, they'll take a mile.

00:22:31.920 You let them riot. They will riot and it will just get worse and worse.

00:22:38.140 And we've seen this happen in the past. And for Trump and company to finally step up and go, no,

00:22:43.880 We're not going to just let this happen.

00:22:47.300 We are going to do something about it and nip it in the bud,

00:22:50.560 whatever you want to call it.

00:22:52.240 And how, as an American, can you not be pleased with that kind of action

00:22:58.260 instead of hearing them talk?

00:23:00.680 Oh, we need to do this and that as cities burn. 0.90

00:23:04.240 Ain't going to happen.

00:23:06.200 Ain't going to happen.

00:23:07.040 We'll be back with more of your calls and a lot more insanity

00:23:11.120 with the Anthony Cumia Show.

00:23:13.880 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:23:20.820 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

00:23:23.060 Entertaining and informative.

00:23:25.140 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:23:28.020 The Anthony Cumia Show.

00:23:29.580 Of course it is.

00:23:31.160 On this beautiful Sunday evening.

00:23:34.380 I am one of these people that love when it's light out at 830 at night.

00:23:41.480 I'm looking out my window right now.

00:23:42.920 It's like the afternoon.

00:23:45.200 It's beautiful.

00:23:45.980 I don't know why.

00:23:47.380 Am I scared of the dark, Doc?

00:23:50.320 But I do love this.

00:23:51.620 I wish they would just put it in place for good.

00:23:56.700 Because what do we got?

00:23:57.780 What's the actual date here?

00:23:59.740 The 8th?

00:24:00.300 We only got another week or so, a little over a week,

00:24:03.380 before it starts going the other way again.

00:24:05.780 And it starts getting darker.

00:24:08.680 And I don't think anyone likes that.

00:24:10.420 I really don't.

00:24:10.980 Look, every single ding-dong week on this show, I have to toil, I toil, I paw through the news, the personalities, the stories, the embarrassments, and I have to come up with a person that we will dub Clown of the Week.

00:24:33.020 The Anthony Cumia Show presents The Clown of the Week.

00:24:37.900 it is one of the most difficult jobs i've had i've been in hvac i've shingled roofs i worked

00:24:46.360 with a with a paving company for a while paving driveways 100 degree temperature tar

00:24:55.000 and the most difficult job i've ever had is now trying to pick a clown of the week

00:25:02.980 out of the unbelievable galaxy of clowns that we have.

00:25:08.520 This week, though, I think we can probably all agree 0.98

00:25:12.360 that L.A. Mayor Karen Bass is the Clown of the Week. 0.95

00:25:17.080 This woman is watching her city burn, 0.99

00:25:23.200 watching foreigners, foreign invaders as I see it. 0.98

00:25:28.540 There are a lot of illegal aliens in Los Angeles County and the surrounding region.

00:25:39.100 And she just wants to tell you how everyone is welcome. 0.63

00:25:45.400 The crime rate has gone up.

00:25:47.600 The violent crime and sexual crimes have gone up.

00:25:51.620 The amount of money that the legitimate taxpayer, and I don't know what kind of insane person you have to be to live in Los Angeles, work a job, pay your taxes, as you watch your money go to foreign invaders that have crossed the border and watch your representatives shell that money out to them.

00:26:19.800 And you just go, yeah, let me work another year.

00:26:22.560 How much how much do you need?

00:26:26.000 Well, I try to make car payments and rent and raise a family.

00:26:31.560 You're going to dip into my pocket because everyone is welcome, regardless of if they go through the process legally or not.

00:26:42.420 Well, that's your mayor, Los Angeles, Karen Bass. 1.00

00:26:46.960 She has a knack for fire. 1.00

00:26:48.880 She loves a little spark in life and almost burnt down your city.

00:26:55.580 But here's Karen Bass, and she's talking about protecting these, she doesn't call them illegals, migrants, immigrants from ICE.

00:27:07.320 Let's listen, shall we?

00:27:09.440 We are going to fight for Angelinos, regardless of when they got here, whether they have papers or not.

00:27:15.820 We are a city of immigrants, and this impacts hundreds of thousands of Angelenos.

00:27:23.760 Angelenos.

00:27:25.100 First of all, I don't even like that. 1.00

00:27:27.100 Sounds a little too Spanish. 1.00

00:27:29.480 Los Angelesers. 0.99

00:27:32.320 Angelenos.

00:27:33.240 So she's putting them in the category that you are in, Mr.

00:27:39.700 Mrs.

00:27:40.300 Resident of Los Angeles. 1.00

00:27:42.580 They're just another Angelina. 1.00

00:27:44.960 Los Angelino. 0.94

00:27:46.920 So when she says that, she's pretty much flipping you the bird and saying, fess up, how many

00:27:56.140 hours you put in this week?

00:27:57.900 Well, that's this much money that we're going to get that I'm then going to hand over to

00:28:04.180 another Angelino because I consider everyone that what sets foot within the boundaries

00:28:12.780 of your city to be legitimate citizens that deserve all, all of the things that are offered

00:28:21.860 and paid for by the working people.

00:28:26.200 And I know damn well California, and especially Los Angeles, has lost an immense portion of

00:28:33.220 the population to people that have said, what?

00:28:36.760 I have had it.

00:28:39.140 I'm leaving.

00:28:40.520 austin texas is full of former angelinos that have had it by the way also don't know why you'd

00:28:50.800 move to austin it's pretty much austin is pretty much turning into los angeles uh but why would

00:28:58.600 you do that do a little research find a place that isn't uh just gonna take your money and

00:29:09.080 hand it over to what amounts to foreign invaders these people don't want to be american they're

00:29:17.060 proving it they're on the streets waving mexican flags assaulting american law enforcement 0.95

00:29:25.340 and americans are backing them and and sticking up for them and and joining in 0.59

00:29:34.620 joining in the fray and you got to ask yourself what what what type of american does that and

00:29:42.160 they honestly believe they're being the uh american what what our forefathers thought

00:29:49.720 migrants did you hear her did you hear karen bass migrants immigrants have built this

00:29:56.200 city angelinos are made up of immigrants not illegal immigrants and when you're at the point

00:30:06.380 now drive around la i mean look like i said it's a big city and uh a lot of people visit

00:30:15.720 la they have business in la whatever it might be when you drive around los angeles and you look out

00:30:24.500 your car window driving down some of the most famous roads sunset ventura boulevard wherever

00:30:32.140 you might be do you see what what it looked like during like manix or canon watch some of the old

00:30:45.040 la detective shows uh i'm a huge fan and uh when i watch manix and you see joe manix is in la or

00:30:55.420 canon frank canon in la and he's talking to some guy getting some info so he could get the skinny

00:31:02.180 on somebody he needs to investigate that city was amazing it was just like any other american city

00:31:13.700 A lot of white people, a lot of, it would look like respect for America and law enforcement.

00:31:24.740 I know it's a TV show, but they were filmed on location.

00:31:29.460 Not like they just filled up a fake studio with people.

00:31:35.360 This is what it was like.

00:31:37.760 And now if you drive around, you would absolutely believe you are in Mexico.

00:31:43.700 Yes, Mexico.

00:31:46.360 And is that good? 0.92

00:31:48.600 How is that a good thing?

00:31:52.240 Well, people like Karen Bass might tell you it's a good thing because migrants and immigration was amazing and built our nation and contributed to Los Angeles.

00:32:05.920 Yeah, to a point.

00:32:09.880 Anything in excess is not good.

00:32:13.700 even if you think it is.

00:32:15.500 I know some of you are putting something through your head

00:32:18.040 and going, yeah, that would be nice every day, 24 hours.

00:32:21.180 It's just not.

00:32:22.980 You'll chafe.

00:32:24.260 You'll get chafing.

00:32:25.360 Trust me.

00:32:26.720 But a lot of people think, you know,

00:32:29.160 that the more, the better,

00:32:30.560 because immigration at some point

00:32:34.000 in the United States of America was advantageous.

00:32:37.700 At some point,

00:32:39.660 bringing people from other countries

00:32:43.500 to america to become americans to assimilate to the the values of this country to have similar

00:32:55.800 ideology about what america is was a great thing yes of course it was

00:33:04.560 so if we do that times 10 000 it's going to be 10 000 times better

00:33:12.840 And if we get people that don't want to assimilate and don't want to be American and want to wave the flag of the country they're leaving.

00:33:24.160 I mean, I've heard it a thousand times this week alone.

00:33:27.860 If you like it so much that you're waving the flag of the nation you supposedly left for a better life here in America.

00:33:39.080 What are you doing here?

00:33:40.720 why would you wave a foreign flag and this brings me back to something we talked about a couple of

00:33:48.220 weeks ago the south african refugees that came into this country we saw the videos they uh

00:33:56.500 they came into uh various airports and they were waving american flags they all had little

00:34:03.720 american flags and uh they were fathers and mothers and children and what looked like

00:34:10.800 grandparents and they had to leave south africa because they were being targeted for murder

00:34:17.920 which was sanctioned or at the very least they looked away the government in south africa

00:34:26.640 and what did we hear from the liberals this is racist they're only here because they're white 0.94

00:34:33.380 oh you wouldn't let mexicans or brown people come in because and then we see this illegal aliens 0.98

00:34:44.420 and and ice and the border patrol are trying to get rid of them and the trump administration is 1.00

00:34:51.280 all for it and the liberals the same people that didn't want the american flag waving south

00:34:58.540 Africans who have skills, who are farmers, who could contribute to any place they are

00:35:06.280 put in this country and make whatever enclave they are placed in a better place. 1.00

00:35:14.280 Those are the bad guys. 1.00

00:35:17.220 The good guys are the Mexican flag-waving arsonists, rapists, and murderers that this 1.00

00:35:25.940 administration is trying to get rid of. 1.00

00:35:28.540 and we're the crazy people we're the people that you're yelling at like mental patients 0.87

00:35:34.380 how the hell did we get into this situation how in the hell did this happen john from brooklyn

00:35:45.460 what's up my friend yeah thanks um i lived on the border um almost 15 years i'm back here in

00:35:53.660 new york now god bless yeah the entire border from from texas all the way to san diego we've

00:35:59.940 done it for 10 years in san diego and i met people on the other side of the border who

00:36:05.860 still want land back they think that uh oh yeah land was stolen from them and they

00:36:14.100 they are funding fomenting and on this side so uh and some of them are in universities

00:36:22.300 Yeah, well, that's indoctrination centers, you mean, right?

00:36:26.500 At this point, yeah.

00:36:28.140 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:36:29.700 Mark there than ever about funding the university.

00:36:32.500 I think their private businesses, none of them should get anything.

00:36:36.480 No, no.

00:36:37.360 We do, but also I met people on this side of the border who showed me the Americans.

00:36:43.820 I'm talking about who had land grants dating back to the 1600s and 1700s from Spain.

00:36:50.740 Jeez.

00:36:51.300 Yeah, and they had master degrees that they had, and they were showing me their theses, and they never signed up to be part of Mexico.

00:37:04.320 Of course, some of them wanted Spain out of Texas.

00:37:08.940 Right. I hear there was a little tiff back in the day about that.

00:37:13.260 well one of the the worst ones besides the alamo was before the alamo gilead where um where the

00:37:22.880 texans uh lost the battle and 300 of them survived and they put up the white flag yeah and they were

00:37:30.540 all executed right to the man they took note look john let's let's be real here uh though those days

00:37:41.100 when they call white people colonizers and they've been on the same lands for for 300 years

00:37:48.680 uh there's a limit to to calling someone a colonizer back in those days it was all about

00:37:56.700 conquering and surviving people think people just walked into someone else's land they it was

00:38:04.140 awesome it was set up they're already buildings and plumbing and electricity i guess and they

00:38:09.100 think like that's what they did they stole the land these people died for their land they they

00:38:17.740 moved west in the united states they they uh got themselves a nice little place that they wanted

00:38:25.540 to raise their family and farm and and they were there their families were there for a couple of

00:38:31.600 hundred years and then the insult of being called land stealers and colonizers because this is the

00:38:38.740 same thing that's happening in south africa for some reason people believe every single white

00:38:43.780 person in the united states of america has somehow stolen everything they've worked for

00:38:49.960 no matter if it was 300 years ago or yesterday i i would i would like to uh say something on this

00:38:58.100 word, colony. For many, many millennia, almost, for many centuries, the lands, let's say,

00:39:11.240 of Algeria, along the Mediterranean, African lands, they were raiding and killing and pillaging 0.83

00:39:22.300 and enslaving a lot of whites all along the Mexican,

00:39:27.720 because those states were paid by the Ottoman Empire to get white slaves. 0.89

00:39:32.740 Right. 0.56

00:39:33.460 And it was so bad that France literally had to invade Algeria and colonize it

00:39:42.040 just to stop them from taking all these French people and making them slaves.

00:39:47.760 Yeah, yeah. 0.58

00:39:48.180 Well, that's kind of what happened with 1812 with the English and Americans and they were taking them off of ships and putting them in their military.

00:39:57.800 At some point, you have to say this has to stop. 0.76

00:40:03.160 And for some reason, people think unless it's a white person, it's it's not that bad. 0.79

00:40:12.280 You know, when it when it's white people being enslaved.

00:40:14.680 Look, every race of people has been enslaved on this globe of ours over some point.

00:40:20.580 If someone's in power, they are going to enslave other people.

00:40:23.900 This is just the way it's been.

00:40:25.700 So it's not mutually exclusive to any single religion or race or people.

00:40:31.220 But for some reason, like I said, in this country, America, there seems to just be this big problem with the fact that white people have done very well in this country. 0.62

00:40:41.060 And the fact that we want our laws adhered to makes us horrible colonizers and whatnot.

00:40:48.280 John, thank you so much.

00:40:49.560 John from Brooklyn.

00:40:52.360 I used to live in Brooklyn.

00:40:54.320 It wasn't too bad.

00:40:55.480 I lived in that Italian area.

00:40:57.440 What was it?

00:40:58.020 Bay Ridge.

00:40:59.000 Bay Ridge.

00:41:00.220 And I lived there like in the late 90s, early 2000s.

00:41:06.500 So it was awesome.

00:41:08.860 The Yankees were on a tear.

00:41:11.060 so i'd go to the bars local bars up in uh on fifth avenue and third avenue in brooklyn and uh 0.87

00:41:17.900 boy what great memories right up until a little date called 9-11 and then everything went to crap

00:41:24.920 i don't know what happened well i know what happened but i probably shouldn't speak of it

00:41:29.780 right here right now oh my god yeah i mean look we we've heard many many times that we are the

00:41:40.740 oppressors and we are the people that have taken over and colonized and invaded uh the borders are

00:41:49.800 what they are right now you could argue why they're there if they should be there but they

00:41:56.020 are there and our southern border is not to be crossed without permission that's how it works

00:42:08.000 You can't just come here and decide you're going to be an American citizen.

00:42:13.700 Try that anywhere else. 0.99

00:42:16.200 Go to Mexico. 0.98

00:42:17.960 Go to Mexico as an American citizen and just live there. 1.00

00:42:24.600 Just live there. 1.00

00:42:25.720 See how that works out for you.

00:42:27.760 Someone eventually is going to come up and go, wow, what are you doing?

00:42:32.840 It doesn't work like that. 1.00

00:42:34.580 For some reason, America, because some idiot had to slap some plaque on the Statue of Liberty. 1.00

00:42:40.980 Thank you. 1.00

00:42:42.060 And thank you, France, for even that whole thing. 0.62

00:42:46.140 The second most embarrassing statue in America, the Statue of Liberty. 0.98

00:42:51.960 The first is that big fat woman in Times Square. 0.97

00:42:55.660 The second most embarrassing is the Statue of Liberty. 0.97

00:42:58.440 Because it's been bastardized into this thing.

00:43:02.040 This, come on.

00:43:03.580 Come on in.

00:43:04.820 Anyone.

00:43:05.460 We don't care.

00:43:07.420 It doesn't work that way.

00:43:09.340 All right.

00:43:09.680 We'll be back in moments.

00:43:11.540 Stick around.

00:43:12.040 It's more of the Anthony Cumia Show coming right up.

00:43:15.540 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:43:23.040 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

00:43:25.540 Entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

00:43:31.720 The Anthony Cumia Show.

00:43:34.580 wonderful sunday evening we thank you for tuning in uh a lot of a lot of discussion

00:43:43.060 on the situation in los angeles on ice and the border patrol doing their jobs thank god

00:43:51.960 and uh getting illegals mostly criminals a lot of people want to think you know

00:43:59.060 the funniest maryland dad oh no another maryland dad imagine how how much of a propaganda machine

00:44:10.220 you need to be as a news entity like mainstream media is in this country to call a reputed

00:44:20.120 human trafficker criminal illegal alien and god knows what else

00:44:30.500 and call him out of every name you could pull out of the hat to address this guy in your news story 1.00

00:44:39.320 it's maryland dad get out of here god i hate these people 0.99

00:44:46.320 uh maxine waters uh this this woman i'll give it to her she's gotta be she's like as old as 1.00

00:44:57.800 methuselah she is uh this just old doddering old out of touch fool that she is but oh i i guess 1.00

00:45:10.200 it's i guess it's a politician thing to have an instinct like it's just ingrained into uh their 0.98

00:45:18.820 um their rom memory it's part of their hard drive it's part of their operating system

00:45:24.820 to know when something happens to get your face in front of a camera they just know this

00:45:33.480 it's it's instinctual and maxine has been at this game a long time so when uh donald trump

00:45:43.280 and the trump administration and law enforcement border patrol and ice decide that they are going

00:45:50.260 to start taking down these illegals in los angeles and it's going to cause a little bit

00:45:56.380 of a fracas and there's going to be riots and looting and arson and assault who shows up

00:46:04.900 maxine that's right maxine shows up with her james brown wig and her stop sign red lipstick

00:46:14.340 and she will she will step up and uh one of the things i i wish this is where i really wish

00:46:23.200 uh this show had that video element but uh we get by but there is a clip making the rounds

00:46:31.860 on social media she walked up to one of the la federal buildings that was being protected by

00:46:38.640 real law enforcement and she was like i want to go in and say i need to talk to the i'm maxine 0.99

00:46:48.580 I'm using my congressional powers to get this guy slammed the door in her dumb face. 1.00

00:47:00.000 And again, again, when I was talking earlier about what I deem porn, that that was fantastic to see this dummy who just wants her face on the news. 1.00

00:47:12.660 get a door slammed in her face by law enforcement, 0.98

00:47:18.340 I could not have been happier.

00:47:20.480 It's a great clip.

00:47:22.560 She was asked, I guess, yesterday maybe,

00:47:28.620 about if she had the chance to talk to Donald Trump,

00:47:32.440 what would she say?

00:47:34.300 And this was Maxine's answer.

00:47:37.540 I want you all to take pictures of these guns and let people know that they're in our city 0.99

00:47:46.580 with guns, and I'm sure they have artists to shoot and kill. I don't know, but otherwise 0.96

00:47:51.480 they wouldn't have guns. One question, Representative Waters. If there's one statement or a message

00:47:57.020 that you can send to Donald Trump, what is that message here today? My message to Donald Trump

00:48:02.760 is you are a cruel human being and that you're using the poorest people in the land, 0.98

00:48:10.380 the most vulnerable people in the land, to promote your politics.

00:48:15.020 You are wrong.

00:48:16.260 We know what this is all about.

00:48:19.020 We have people who are immigrants here who are trying to make a better living.

00:48:24.480 We've come from places where they have experience this kind of thing.

00:48:28.320 Maxine, the thing I found so funny about that, she goes,

00:48:31.000 they have guns i'm sure they have orders to shoot to kill i don't know so she literally goes i'm

00:48:40.340 sure they have orders to shoot to kill i don't know well are you sure or do you not know they're

00:48:47.760 the most vulnerable of the are they the most vulnerable uh yeah why why are they why are they

00:48:55.720 here they're illegally here so again i mean uh these are this is leadership these are the people

00:49:08.460 that have been elected to represent the various districts of the state of california and look

00:49:17.240 where her priorities are 0.98

00:49:19.180 on foreign invaders. 0.93

00:49:21.720 We will be back 0.99

00:49:23.460 in moments

00:49:24.780 with a lot more of your calls and a lot more

00:49:27.340 of the insanity and madness

00:49:29.480 going on in the world as we

00:49:31.240 continue with the

00:49:32.960 Anthony Cumia Show.

00:50:19.460 The Anthony Cummings Show.

00:50:21.680 Welcome back.

00:50:23.580 Appreciate your support

00:50:25.780 in listening to this very program

00:50:30.720 on this Sunday evening.

00:50:34.300 Boy, a lot more going on, you know,

00:50:37.060 obviously while Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom

00:50:42.100 and Maxine Waters fiddle 1.00

00:50:45.080 while California and, more importantly, L.A. burn.

00:50:50.560 There are other things happening.

00:50:52.500 So let's take a look at some other things going on.

00:50:58.380 Of course, we all remember Jake Tapper.

00:51:00.780 He wrote a book that he put out,

00:51:04.760 and he's been talking about it nonstop for quite some time.

00:51:09.900 And all it is, is making excuses for the mainstream media.

00:51:16.200 That's all he's been doing.

00:51:18.160 Hey, we didn't know.

00:51:19.520 No one told us Joe Biden was mentally unfit to be the president of the United States for four years.

00:51:28.640 His entire term, he was not fit to be president.

00:51:33.300 But because Jake Tapper put a book out, that kind of clears the slate for every reporter, which is silly to even call him journalist.

00:51:45.960 Just don't even get, don't even try to tell me anyone in the mainstream media these days is a journalist. 0.96

00:51:54.960 They're professional liars. 0.78

00:51:57.860 They are propaganda pawns for the left.

00:52:03.300 But Jake Tapper put this book out, and now, and I knew this was going to happen,

00:52:08.800 and you're going to see a lot more of this, a cavalcade of authors.

00:52:14.620 Everyone's going to be an author now of a new book about their time in the White House

00:52:22.580 or in the press, wherever it may be, that they had some inside information on Joe Biden

00:52:30.300 and his lack of mental acuity for four years.

00:52:38.400 But also, in these books, also, they will put in how they just didn't know.

00:52:45.900 These are investigative journalists, reporters,

00:52:50.300 and they somehow just didn't know.

00:52:53.580 We all did.

00:52:55.240 I guess I should have gone into being a reporter.

00:53:00.300 I should have been a reporter, gone into journalism, because I knew, I knew during the 2020 campaign that Joe Biden was in no condition to run for president of the United States, never mind be the president.

00:53:19.160 but we sat there and watched mainstream media cover for him and oh the reason he's in his

00:53:26.760 basement uh for for a month and has not been seen was because of covid and then and then uh we just

00:53:35.020 saw the the four years of falling down and babbling and the miscues mistakes all of it

00:53:45.000 And we watched the media cover for this guy nonstop.

00:53:51.000 Well, Jake Tapper put his book out.

00:53:54.200 And now, who's next?

00:53:57.260 Corinne Jim Pierre.

00:53:59.780 That's right.

00:54:02.260 The Shirley Temple-headed press secretary for the Biden administration. 1.00

00:54:12.200 She would come out in front of the media, in front of that podium, and just lie, lie.

00:54:24.640 Everything she said, she'd open that binder of hers.

00:54:29.080 Every question that was asked, she had to flip through those pages and come up with whatever the real presidents,

00:54:38.660 and i'm sure there were more than one whoever was actually um filling that office

00:54:46.200 and they would all just listen to her and go ah no one said anything

00:54:53.760 peter doocy was pretty good but you know without having to be a complete conspiratorial uh mental

00:55:02.600 patient um i i kind of think sometimes he was a a psyop what do they call it uh programmed

00:55:13.280 opposition i like that peter doocy guy he's asking the real questions and then at the end of uh

00:55:21.900 biden's tenure you see doocy and jean pierre are just shaking hands and hugging and kissing and

00:55:29.540 you're like is it what is this remember the cartoon warner brothers cartoon with the the coyote and

00:55:37.420 the sheepdog and they would fight and i mean the rocks on the head and the rope with the noose and

00:55:45.240 the pulling off the cliff just unbelievable violence upon each other the entire cartoon and

00:55:53.060 then the the whistle would blow and they'd punch out and they go okay see you tomorrow that's what

00:55:59.740 this is and we all look at it like yeah go get him peter doocy's really hitting her with some

00:56:08.740 tough questions all right sam see you tomorrow that's what we watched for that four years

00:56:17.420 and i don't know maybe in hindsight i'll see that that's kind of what we're watching

00:56:22.240 during the current administration i don't know but it's you know it's it's all it all seems to

00:56:30.680 be lies so um jean jean pierre she put a book out called independent it's called independent

00:56:42.660 she um here's her way of doing what what jake tapper did jake tapper being a reporter

00:56:51.360 a journalist he wrote his book and went into it as a guy that is explaining how the media was

00:57:03.740 deceived by the biden administration that's how he went into it and this is the way he can

00:57:11.980 try to get get the public's forgiveness for the mainstream media which by the way sorry Jake

00:57:20.820 ain't happening we're on to you you're liars so uh Jean-Pierre's tack on this whole thing is

00:57:31.280 independent hey I saw things I didn't appreciate in the Democratic Party and in the Biden

00:57:39.820 administration so i'm changing my political affiliation to independent all right uh so are

00:57:50.920 you just now crapping on the entire uh political party the democrats you don't like because that's

00:57:56.900 what we were saying that's what the reporters that really wanted to ask you real questions

00:58:02.320 about the trump administration were saying or biden administration were saying

00:58:07.880 and well let's listen to some of her own words here and uh hear why she backed out of the

00:58:17.500 democrat party went independent and what her take was on when people said that joe biden might not

00:58:23.260 have had the mental acuity needed to perform the duties of the presidency let's listen hi i'm

00:58:30.240 Corrine Jean-Pierre and I am the new book that's coming out this fall called Independent. It's

00:58:35.900 coming out on October 21st. So please, please do grab it. And the reason I wrote this book coming

00:58:41.060 out of the White House, you know, serving as White House press secretary was an honor and a

00:58:46.940 privilege. But since I have left, the people that come up to me, strangers that come up to me

00:58:52.760 just across the country as I'm traveling and sometimes right in my neighborhood at a grocery

00:58:58.720 store supermarket airport my daughter's school the number one question they ask me is kareen

00:59:04.000 how do we get out of this how do we protect our democracy how do we protect vulnerable communities

00:59:09.440 among us what do we do next because we don't have answers here that's what they ask me and this

00:59:16.960 is my answer and what i mean by that is in an era of misinformation disinformation the regressiveness

00:59:23.840 of social policy what we're seeing currently right now what i have decided to do and i really

00:59:29.680 have thought long and hard about this is to follow my own compass and that's what i've done and that's

00:59:37.040 what this book does and here's the truth and here's how i will read it to you i think we need

00:59:43.440 to stop thinking in boxes and think outside of our boxes and not be so partisan and the way that i see

00:59:51.840 moving forward all right i've heard enough i've heard enough you could fade her out

00:59:56.800 by the way given her affiliation i would think thinking in boxes is something she does uh often

01:00:03.560 anyway i'm i'm returning to my shock jock roots right there uh strangers ask her

01:00:12.740 how do we get out of this that's what she said whenever i'm out strangers walk up to me and

01:00:19.960 And their number one question is, how do I get out of that?

01:00:24.420 How do we get out of this as a country, I guess?

01:00:28.780 Really?

01:00:30.620 The vast majority of people that walk up to you don't say,

01:00:35.060 did you know Joe Biden was completely mentally incapable of being the president?

01:00:43.160 That's not the number one question you're asked.

01:00:47.160 So she can't even be honest after she leaves as the press secretary, writes a book about her time as press secretary, denounces the Democrat Party and goes independent.

01:01:07.620 And she still cannot be honest about her thoughts on Trump's Trump, God, Biden's mental acuity during his tenure as president of the United States.

01:01:24.100 She can't be honest about that.

01:01:28.620 They all have an angle, just like Jake Tapper.

01:01:31.180 I just said, like, his angle was to try to defend the media that they were lied to.

01:01:37.620 But Jean-Pierre's angle is, hey, you know, people ask me, how do we get out of this?

01:01:44.840 She won't even address his mental degradation during the time that she was the press secretary.

01:01:57.260 Man, and I understand.

01:01:59.300 Look, I'm a Republican.

01:02:01.360 I'm a Trump supporter.

01:02:02.380 But I have been very honest about how I feel when I hear stuff from the Trump administration.

01:02:10.340 And I don't believe it, or I think it's at least skewed, dishonest. 0.77

01:02:17.660 But I'm not seeing anything to the extent I see with these rats leaving a sinking ship that we see coming out of the Biden administration.

01:02:30.000 and there'll be more what do you think you could put a book out in a day they're all writing books

01:02:36.940 they're all waiting for a little more time to go by and they're all going to make bank

01:02:42.780 finally maybe being uh five percent honest about what they saw uh in the biden administration and

01:02:54.740 And how absolutely incapable Joe Biden was to exercise his abilities as president of the United States.

01:03:09.480 We'll be back in moments.

01:03:10.700 Don't go anywhere.

01:03:11.820 The Anthony Cumia Show.

01:03:13.860 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:03:21.280 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:03:23.620 Entertaining and informative.

01:03:25.800 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:03:28.820 Anthony Cumia Show.

01:03:32.520 We do appreciate your support in listening to this very program.

01:03:40.620 Just a crazy week of news.

01:03:45.600 A lot going on.

01:03:46.860 um there's a couple of things that i say i do here on the show that i have to work so hard

01:03:56.080 to figure out what is the best thing in a certain category of course clown of the week 0.93

01:04:02.700 very difficult there are so many clowns the other thing is fake news what the hell 0.87

01:04:10.840 I'm trying to find fake news, and it's all I'm seeing. 0.90

01:04:13.720 So to sort out what fits as the top fake news story of the week,

01:04:19.180 I have to work like a dog.

01:04:22.200 But I think I found it in this week's segment of Fake News.

01:04:28.780 Now, it's the Fake News.

01:04:32.600 Fake Stories.

01:04:33.520 News Moment.

01:04:35.520 Oh, yeah.

01:04:36.420 Someone that could have actually gotten the big duo, the Clown of the Week and Fake News, because he's always in contention, is Chuck Schumer. 1.00

01:04:50.060 Chuck is a liar. 0.96

01:04:53.160 I bash New York constantly because they keep voting in Chuck Schumer. 1.00

01:05:01.920 This guy is holding the job like he's been entitled to it, like he has some kind of like his great grandfather entrusted this job to him for his entire life, holding it like a pope till you die.

01:05:23.420 Chuck Schumer will have this gig.

01:05:26.400 And all he's done, as he's been in office in New York,

01:05:32.240 is help destroy New York State. 1.00

01:05:37.560 And he is a tremendous liar. 1.00

01:05:41.420 Anything Trump does is terrible. 1.00

01:05:44.840 I mean, look, you've got to figure.

01:05:47.380 the the old what is the proverbial even a broken clock is right twice a day

01:05:52.640 you gotta think schumer would at least go well wow trump i can't believe it he got that right 0.97

01:06:00.420 but they're so partisan and they're so full of themselves and they're such liars that they can't 0.75

01:06:08.040 even look at a situation to go okay maybe that is best for the country people used to do that

01:06:14.360 There was an insane rivalry between Ronald Reagan and Tip O'Neill.

01:06:23.320 These two were on opposite ends of the political spectrum.

01:06:28.200 And we used to hear all the time about a bill that one of them, either one of them, wanted passed.

01:06:35.580 And they'd go to their people and try to get it passed.

01:06:39.380 and uh eventually they'd come to a compromise and a bill would get passed that i believe

01:06:48.120 both parties felt was good for the country i don't know i was a kid but uh we don't we just

01:06:57.720 don't see that anymore we don't see either party working with the other side of the aisle at all

01:07:05.220 they won't even work with it it's not even not working with them they will just lambast them

01:07:11.180 they'll criticize them they'll call them nazis they'll there there's no no uh rapport between

01:07:18.980 uh each side of the aisle and it's terrible because nothing gets done i mean you see it with

01:07:26.140 The big, big, beautiful bill.

01:07:29.480 We got a big, beautiful bill.

01:07:33.460 And, you know, there are some things in there I think that are very good for the country,

01:07:37.900 some things not good for the country.

01:07:41.700 But to the Democrats, the entire bill stinks.

01:07:47.320 I mean, could you work it out?

01:07:49.380 Could you compromise?

01:07:50.600 It's what they used to do.

01:07:52.200 I compromised.

01:07:52.900 I made grilled cheese on the radiator.

01:07:56.140 so i don't know uh they don't seem to be able to work with each other anymore and

01:08:03.800 chuck schumer is one of those people that will lie about everything and his take on

01:08:10.700 fuel fossil fuel coal um and the green energy is a lie i mean obviously he's a democrat

01:08:20.300 he's trying to get money by pushing these green deals green energy and uh let's let's hear what

01:08:30.880 he says and then we'll we'll talk about it here's schumer talking about um fossil fuel and uh green

01:08:37.200 energy and for big oil big oil hates clean energy fossil fuel industry hates clean energy because

01:08:44.180 They know it's the future, and they know it's cheaper, at least in terms of solar panels.

01:08:51.520 Cheaper and quicker, so they want to kill it.

01:08:55.560 But everyone knows America needs clean energy in order to meet demands moving forward.

01:09:01.240 Nothing's cheap and quick to build as clean energy.

01:09:04.620 We need ten times as much electricity to continuing powering breakthroughs in AI and stay ahead of China.

01:09:11.740 With their bill, the Republicans want to raise taxes on the domestic energy sources

01:09:16.480 that are set to deliver more than 80% of the power, of the new power, in the next year.

01:09:22.920 So let me be clear.

01:09:24.120 If this bill passes, your electricity costs are going up.

01:09:29.280 Lies.

01:09:31.120 Blatant lies.

01:09:33.400 If this bill passes, your electricity prices are going up.

01:09:37.320 That's not true.

01:09:38.520 It's completely dishonest.

01:09:39.820 And when he says makes up 80% of new energy, that isn't 80% of our energy.

01:09:47.980 We are still vastly dependent on fossil fuels.

01:09:56.400 Natural gas, oil, and coal make up the, you look at a pie chart, it's just the vast majority of where we get our energy from.

01:10:08.080 And over the past, I don't know, maybe 25, 30 years, we as a civilized, technologically advanced nation have figured out how to make energy out of these fuels much cleaner than the old days.

01:10:28.960 We can burn coal and it's cleaner than any clean energy that India has.

01:10:35.440 I mean, we are at the forefront of clean energy.

01:10:41.040 But they don't want to do that because fuel, oil, coal, natural gas doesn't put money in Chuck Schumer's pocket.

01:10:52.160 It doesn't pay off the Democrat Party.

01:10:56.180 Only the scam green deals pay them.

01:11:02.640 That's where they can give contracts and make their money.

01:11:12.560 We'll get into this a little more because I've got some other things to say about Chuck Schumer and his lying.

01:11:21.420 Truth be told, green energy, and the biggest thing, it's not transportable.

01:11:28.860 You can't truck it across the country.

01:11:31.000 We'll be right back after these words.

01:11:34.460 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:11:42.380 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:11:44.700 Entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:11:49.700 The Anthony Cumia Show.

01:11:51.000 Welcome back.

01:11:51.800 Let's go to Joaquin from Pennsylvania.

01:11:54.840 Joaquin, what's up?

01:11:56.760 Hey, good Sunday evening to you there, Mr. Cumia.

01:11:59.640 Indeed.

01:12:00.000 Like my grandchildren, you can call me Obie.

01:12:04.360 Anyway, you know something?

01:12:06.320 Yes, sir.

01:12:06.900 As Americans, we have been fed a bank with a smorgasbord of anti-American fecal cuisine.

01:12:13.960 And most everybody ate it up.

01:12:15.640 They allowed it to be jammed down their throats.

01:12:17.880 Why?

01:12:18.540 And why do we have to lay out this unbelievable picnic for everybody that wants to come here

01:12:24.340 and then just bash us, trash talk us, try to change the country. 0.96

01:12:30.660 And all we did was, like, open the border for some damn reason 0.99

01:12:35.380 and allow them in to eat at the banquet. 0.99

01:12:42.200 Well, I wish it was the banquet of crap that we've been fed, 0.99

01:12:45.560 but unfortunately it's not. 0.98

01:12:47.640 And you know something else?

01:12:48.740 Do you see Russian communist immigrants, Chinese communist immigrants,

01:12:53.360 not the operatives south african immigrants or even vietnamese i had friends that fled vietnam

01:12:59.080 sure do you see them waving their flags from their original countries never i don't never

01:13:04.720 when when when we have people that come over to this country that are genuinely refugees

01:13:12.380 or people that needed to just get away from an oppressive government poverty and actually went

01:13:20.280 through everything that needed to be done legally to become an american citizen the last thing they

01:13:27.440 would ever want to do is wave the flag of their former country but we get people that invade our

01:13:33.420 country under a foreign flag well that sounds like war to me joaquin yeah and you know think about

01:13:41.100 this way too everything's been a big big lie that everyone ate up okay just imagine you know when

01:13:46.460 the white man came to the continental north america it was just a beautiful peaceful paradise

01:13:52.360 it was a everyone lived in peace and harmony with an occasional child sacrifice thrown in okay

01:13:57.740 and that's funny they they conquered each other just like everybody else did the history of

01:14:04.720 mankind has been those who conquer and those who have been conquered and i don't feel like being

01:14:08.920 conquered and another thing we have to wake up and realize that there's been a constant struggle

01:14:13.100 between Islam and Judeo-Christian civilization.

01:14:16.840 And earlier, you know, somebody brought that up.

01:14:19.060 We had the two wars with the Barbary pirates

01:14:21.000 because they were capturing white people 0.99

01:14:24.480 and just as many white slaves in Africa as they have here.

01:14:28.080 And here's the other interesting thing.

01:14:29.500 If people really woke up and knew the history of slavery in Africa, 0.99

01:14:33.320 that was basically the Muslims who were the main propagators, 0.99

01:14:37.340 the vehicle, you know, behind the slave trade. 1.00

01:14:40.100 Yeah.

01:14:40.260 And it was the white man that ended slavery, and in the meanwhile, slavery has gone on in Africa and everywhere.

01:14:47.440 They didn't care about your skin color over there.

01:14:49.680 You know what happened over the course of history, Joaquin?

01:14:54.840 I think Western civilization got so advanced so quickly that people have this assumption that it was always like that.

01:15:04.400 We all went through phases where conquering was a thing.

01:15:10.260 horrible wars and the need to expand your domain

01:15:17.520 and all that stuff was part of what went on on this planet.

01:15:23.900 And we just haven't, as Western civilized people,

01:15:27.820 just happened to work it out where we were able to stop doing that.

01:15:33.220 For the most part, I realize what happened a lot of times,

01:15:35.780 especially during the Cold War, proxy wars, it's still going on.

01:15:39.040 But, I mean, literally going over with a huge army and conquering another nation and planting your flag, that was something that is in the past, but it was part of how things worked.

01:15:52.680 And people look at us now and think, well, you're all civilized and you have this great culture and great country.

01:16:01.460 You need to share it with everybody because you were such savages just a few years ago.

01:16:08.320 No, we just happen to get very civilized very fast, and we don't do that anymore, but we're certainly not just going to cough up what we earned by just doing what was done during those times. 1.00

01:16:25.220 Right, and New Yorkers are stupid for the most part. 0.99

01:16:29.120 I'm sorry, but you know something? 1.00

01:16:30.520 Yes, you're right. 1.00

01:16:32.140 This guy is an Islamist, okay? 0.59

01:16:33.980 He's a fundamental Islamist. 0.95

01:16:35.460 He's Shia, okay? 0.97

01:16:36.660 just like the mullahs in the oh yeah yeah and he and he defers you know when they ask about israel 0.76

01:16:42.520 what he does is he defers to the international law and international criminal court okay so

01:16:47.380 he doesn't actually have to say and he wants new york to submit you know to international law so

01:16:53.280 that's his way around it and you know people in this country we need to wake up and we need to

01:16:58.040 actually become uh american supremacists because yeah american supremacists history of mankind

01:17:04.720 What a great take on that. American supremacist, because that doesn't put race on it. It doesn't put any kind of religion on it. It's just, I want to be American first, America first. And yeah, they don't seem to get it.

01:17:19.900 And to think New York would be in a position where a radical Islamist would be up for mayor of New York City just, what, 25 years after 9-11 is insane to me.

01:17:36.220 It's insane to me. 0.79

01:17:39.240 And not to mention the Hamas flag. 0.91

01:17:41.580 How is that any different from the Nazi flag? 0.83

01:17:43.900 I mean, what these people are doing over there.

01:17:46.380 I mean, this is, you know, and that's the other thing. 0.95

01:17:51.040 These people in Palestine, they're all for Hamas. 0.92

01:17:53.740 I mean, Hamas is their army. 0.98

01:17:56.220 And, you know, when you look at Hamas's charter, it says with these fundamental Islamists, 0.93

01:18:01.940 their goal is ultimately there is no peace unless everyone submits to Islamic rule. 0.92

01:18:08.980 To Islam, yeah. 1.00

01:18:10.000 I mean, I don't think you'd be hard-pressed to argue that point with anybody. 0.96

01:18:15.400 i want curtis i want curtis lee would be mayor of new york city god damn it let's do it thank you

01:18:22.640 joaquin yeah curtis he's our guy he's our man i love it um oh yeah i was talking about uh obviously 0.93

01:18:34.400 the uh the uh inept incompetent joe biden as president and the fact that uh karen jean pierre

01:18:44.040 his press secretary puts a book out called independent she uh she's trying to make some 0.95

01:18:50.980 money off of kind of dipping her toe in the water that she might have known some things

01:18:56.420 it's you know tell all books those are the ones that make money tell all book jake tapper did it

01:19:02.940 she's trying to present this book independent as hey i was on the inside i'll let you know what

01:19:09.140 happen but um bill clinton yes he still lives and breathes he was on a great show i watch it

01:19:18.360 every day called the view have you heard of it cackling hens i used to watch a video of uh

01:19:25.400 they had a chicken playing tic-tac-toe and and they'd feed him a little piece of corn and he

01:19:32.740 would peck at the screen it would put an x and and it was like oh my god the chicken just won

01:19:38.860 tic-tac-toe this is now the view to me i go look a hen a hen is trying to discuss american policy

01:19:47.740 it's like the tic-tac-toe chicken but uh they had bill clinton on the other day and uh he

01:19:56.600 was trying to talk about biden's mental health and mental acuity or lack thereof

01:20:03.740 And they're just all, you know, get a swooning over him.

01:20:09.700 And Bill, look, Bill's no kid anymore. 1.00

01:20:12.420 He could barely utter a sentence without sounding like the blithering idiot. 0.99

01:20:18.560 But let's listen to Bill Clinton talk about his view, his take when he would sit with with President Biden and what he felt about Joe's mental acuity. 1.00

01:20:33.420 Bill, can we hear from Bill?

01:20:35.540 Mr. President, I want to ask you, last time you were here,

01:20:38.180 you were actually fiercely a defender of President Biden's

01:20:40.860 when people were questioning whether he should stay in the race

01:20:43.040 and when he decided to step aside, you praised his decision to do so.

01:20:46.600 There have now been a lot of reports, books written,

01:20:49.440 with Democratic sources talking about what appeared to be declined

01:20:52.460 while he was in the White House.

01:20:53.900 Do you give any credence to those reports,

01:20:55.920 or do you stand by your assessment of the former president?

01:20:59.700 Well, I think you have to pay attention to them,

01:21:01.740 But all I can say is whenever I was around him, his mind was clear, his judgment was good, and he was on top of his briefs.

01:21:12.560 That's right.

01:21:13.640 But look what...

01:21:14.840 My briefs were down.

01:21:15.780 Look at that debate, for example.

01:21:17.700 What happened in the 10 days before his debate?

01:21:20.460 And what were the White House staff thinking?

01:21:22.800 He went to Europe and back twice, and then he went to California twice.

01:21:27.300 Oh, no.

01:21:28.440 And he was 80 years old.

01:21:30.120 What the heck is he doing that for?

01:21:31.740 sick yeah so why was that allowed to happen so there's a lot of questions i don't know all i

01:21:37.540 know is i think we should think less about that and more about the future oh now no president

01:21:42.760 okay cut this off yeah i don't know but you see what they made him do he went to europe 0.99

01:21:52.760 he went to california yeah he's the president you dolt so you're saying that he screwed up 0.98

01:22:01.900 and sounded insane during the debate because they had him travel like the president has to do 0.99

01:22:10.420 for uh what a little too close to the debate debate what were you thinking why would you

01:22:19.640 have him do, you know, president stuff. Yeah. Doesn't it make sense that he should be able

01:22:27.640 to do that? Maybe in a crisis, he'd have to stay up for hours on end and fly to various

01:22:38.280 places. There's a national disaster he needs to tend to at 4 a.m. Well, he's 80. I don't

01:22:48.040 And all these bastards, when they sit there and go, hey, any time I saw him, all of them, all of them. 1.00

01:22:58.820 Then they have the caveat, though. 1.00

01:23:01.340 Hey, any time I was in the room with this guy, ooh, he was on the ball sharp as a tack.

01:23:07.560 The interns couldn't keep up with him.

01:23:10.680 And then what happened when you watched the debate and went, oh, Jesus, we've got to get rid of this guy.

01:23:15.780 Oh, my God, this guy's a mess.

01:23:18.040 They all met with him, and he was an amazing guy.

01:23:24.880 Brilliant. 1.00

01:23:26.320 And then when he went in front of the American people, he's a blithering idiot. 1.00

01:23:32.340 Okay. 1.00

01:23:33.800 Boy, they just can't stop, can they?

01:23:36.920 They just cannot stop with the lying and covering.

01:23:42.560 It's over.

01:23:44.360 Why cover for this guy anymore?

01:23:48.040 What good is it doing?

01:23:49.920 We all know.

01:23:52.240 So what good does it do?

01:23:53.760 Bill Clinton, who's, what is he, running for office?

01:23:59.720 He goes on The View.

01:24:05.120 He goes on The View, and he can't just say, you know,

01:24:11.780 there were a couple of times where I thought maybe he wasn't quite right. 1.00

01:24:17.100 you don't even have to go well he was just a blithering idiot can't believe it he's talking 1.00

01:24:22.460 like uh he's just reciting lines from movies what just say yeah he seemed a little off 0.99

01:24:31.780 look i was in no position to say anything but they have to defend him he was great

01:24:40.460 right on the ball came up with amazing amazing nuclear fusion he wrote it down for me on a

01:24:47.740 cocktail napkin when we're sitting there nuclear fusion just amazing oh amazing where is that

01:24:54.800 it's astounding to me who buys this anymore who's watching these politicians

01:25:05.440 and going, all right, the term benefit of the doubt

01:25:12.940 should not even be used anymore.

01:25:15.880 Get rid of it.

01:25:17.440 It doesn't fit in our Newspeak Dictionary edition.

01:25:23.200 Benefit of the doubt.

01:25:25.340 Don't you have to earn the benefit of the doubt?

01:25:29.600 So if you don't know someone is saying, telling you the truth,

01:25:33.980 100 right to your face bill clinton on the view and you don't know for a fact that he's telling

01:25:43.840 you the truth why the hell would you give him bestow to him your benefit of the doubt

01:25:54.500 well i don't know if he's telling me the truth but i'm gonna assume he is because

01:26:00.960 what he's been so honest in the past same thing with the media or any of these slime

01:26:09.980 they're not they're lying to you if you doubt it take it as a complete lie

01:26:20.460 don't go over and think well benefit of the doubt I'll give him I'll give him

01:26:25.340 I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one

01:26:28.600 because why?

01:26:30.700 He's lied to you.

01:26:31.820 He's done nothing but lie to you.

01:26:34.240 They all have.

01:26:36.140 It's time to stop

01:26:37.480 just going

01:26:40.020 and saying, yeah, I'll believe him.

01:26:42.920 If you have

01:26:43.840 an inkling of doubt,

01:26:46.440 chalk it off as a lie

01:26:47.720 because that's all

01:26:49.680 these people do is

01:26:51.660 a lie.

01:26:52.380 oh steve from north kakalacki what's up steve

01:26:58.980 yo and how you doing i gotta say first i'm so glad you're back on the air so am i thank you

01:27:08.180 oh and especially without that i don't know what i can say that uh yeah it's it's what it is the

01:27:14.980 The O&A show was a thing many years ago, and now we're doing this over here now.

01:27:21.860 What's up?

01:27:23.660 Yeah, I've been on hold for a while.

01:27:27.720 I know.

01:27:28.240 I appreciate it.

01:27:28.840 I called in about the immigration stuff.

01:27:31.120 Yeah, no, we'll talk about whatever.

01:27:33.100 Go ahead.

01:27:33.860 Oh, it's just insanity.

01:27:38.540 What do these people think they're doing protesting, shutting down traffic on a major highway?

01:27:44.980 What do they think they're going to accomplish?

01:27:47.120 They're just pissing off every normal American citizen that just wants to live their lives.

01:27:53.380 And then you're trying to go to work. 1.00

01:27:55.640 You have a bunch of retards just trying to get some stupid point across that no one cares about. 1.00

01:28:02.920 How does that help the cause? 1.00

01:28:04.660 How does that make anyone sympathetic to what you're talking about?

01:28:07.920 When you're burning down things, you're assaulting law officers, you're blocking traffic to people that are actually paying the taxes that are going towards things that these people want to give to illegal aliens, invaders of our country.

01:28:27.560 It makes no sense. 1.00

01:28:28.920 I think they are all mentally ill. 1.00

01:28:31.600 Oh, they are mentally ill and they have nothing better to do, obviously. 1.00

01:28:36.040 but uh have you ever seen the videos of those just stop oil protesters that's mainly in europe 1.00

01:28:43.160 and england but they're the idiots that wear the orange vets yes and they spray paint on uh 0.99

01:28:49.440 priceless artworks and uh things as such yes i've seen walls yeah yeah yeah it's it's just 1.00

01:28:58.660 infuriating i've seen them uh they try to sometimes they cement their hands to a roadway

01:29:05.080 and and any i don't know one person that watches those videos and doesn't go

01:29:11.480 just cut his hand off what are you doing cut his hand 1.00

01:29:16.580 oh if you get a chance look it up there is this german woman 1.00

01:29:22.960 that was uh uh just got sick of them and uh this german woman just started grabbing them by their

01:29:30.660 hair and yanking them off the street it's awesome and we watch these and like all of us all of us

01:29:37.960 of of minute just any brain cell in your head we watch that and go yes this is what we want

01:29:46.920 i don't know anyone that watches those and goes oh that's terrible i've seen guys get out of trucks

01:29:53.160 it's great they're sitting in their orange vests across the road holding hands and a truck pulls

01:29:59.940 up a guy gets out and starts throwing them like so many sacks of country and i'm laughing it's

01:30:08.100 fantastic and we all want this this is what we want yeah yeah yeah yeah i love it thank you

01:30:16.960 steve man i appreciate your call my friend thanks man it's good talking to you yes good one always

01:30:22.620 Thanks, bro.

01:30:24.040 I guess I'm going to continue.

01:30:26.140 Uh-oh, there's something up there.

01:30:28.400 Oh, my God.

01:30:29.200 What?

01:30:29.580 I'm supposed to hang up, aren't I?

01:30:31.260 Well, there's a guy at the – my phone doesn't work.

01:30:34.840 Anyway, we'll be right back in moments with more of the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:30:39.860 Stick around.

01:30:40.920 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:30:47.860 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:30:50.180 Entertaining and informative.

01:30:51.880 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:30:55.880 The Anthony Cumia Show

01:30:57.640 on this wonderful Sunday evening. 0.88

01:31:02.820 Sandra couldn't get through a Sunday

01:31:05.320 without a call from Sandra, New Jersey,

01:31:07.820 talking about Chuck Schumer

01:31:09.020 and the riots in California.

01:31:11.540 Sandra, what's up, my dear?

01:31:13.420 First off, I have to say,

01:31:14.900 I look forward to talking to you all day

01:31:16.600 and I take a note, it's the truth.

01:31:18.380 I look forward all week for you, Sandra.

01:31:21.880 Thank you. Thank you. So I want you to know, I was in the library the other day, not the library, Barnes and Nobles, and I go to my favorite section, Current Events, History, and I see this book Chuck Schumer wrote.

01:31:34.880 He writes, all anti-Semitism, the war against anti-Semitism. I'm asking myself, he wrote that book? What did he ever do? Have you heard anything about him trying to help all the colleges with all the stuff going on?

01:31:50.520 Did you ever hear a peep out of his mouth about anti-Semitism?

01:31:53.640 I didn't. 0.96

01:31:54.500 So I wanted to bring that up because you said he's a little bit of a liar. 0.99

01:31:58.400 He's a lot a bit of a liar. 0.98

01:32:00.620 Right. 0.99

01:32:01.220 So that's the first thing.

01:32:02.220 The second thing, I wanted to ask you, you spoke about the riots in California.

01:32:07.240 It's terrible.

01:32:07.860 1,000 people protesting.

01:32:10.760 Two hours later, they finally respond.

01:32:13.440 Not quick enough, and Trump is so angry about that.

01:32:16.300 But you know what bothers me?

01:32:18.040 What's that?

01:32:18.320 I want to tell you.

01:32:18.820 for four years we went along with the administration the biden administration 0.57

01:32:24.120 letting all these people come here illegally we didn't step in their way we did what we had to do 1.00

01:32:30.540 just bite the bullet and now it's our turn to get these people to go home and come back here 0.94

01:32:36.940 legally and we have to have maxine waters and and and it's just not fair so that bothers me

01:32:43.060 Well, you know what it is, Sandra?

01:32:45.360 Let me try to put it this way, because I was thinking about this today myself.

01:32:50.060 When they were letting in tens of millions of illegals, we voiced our opinions.

01:32:58.720 We were peaceful.

01:33:00.720 We definitely didn't like what they were doing.

01:33:04.580 And we made our point known to that.

01:33:08.040 Did we burn things down?

01:33:10.000 Did we assault people and murder and rob?

01:33:15.800 No, that's – and, God, I hate having to take the high road.

01:33:24.460 I want to take the sleazy, low, dirt road.

01:33:29.080 I don't want to be the side that goes, well, we're not going to do what they do.

01:33:36.380 Enough.

01:33:37.380 Let's do what they do. 1.00

01:33:38.940 When they want to let tens of millions of foreign invaders into our country, let's riot, let's protest, let's cause some problems that gets some attention. 0.98

01:33:55.560 Why don't we do that, Sandra?

01:33:58.000 I hear you.

01:33:59.320 I think, well, that's why Trump said, and that's why Tom Holman said, we're going to get the National Guards in there.

01:34:05.220 If they're not going to cooperate and act accordingly, we're going to take it a step further.

01:34:10.100 So I'm happy.

01:34:11.140 I'm happy about that.

01:34:13.220 And then I wanted to say about Pierre, Jean-Pierre.

01:34:17.220 Oh, Jean-Pierre.

01:34:18.600 Corinne Jean-Pierre.

01:34:22.240 She's a perfect example of a DEI hire, and it went wrong.

01:34:28.340 And you know what I think?

01:34:29.360 I think that she wrote that book because she wants to stay out of trouble.

01:34:33.720 Yeah, I think so.

01:34:35.220 a little bit right well they also sandra they also want to be able to do these these news shows

01:34:42.420 that's their career when they get out of these political uh circles they have to go to various

01:34:48.760 news agencies and get jobs they're making a lot of money or they do this public speaking thing

01:34:55.700 and and they need some type of credibility so they have to kind of backtrack and and call out

01:35:04.780 the stuff everyone was calling them out for uh so they can can maybe think they have credibility

01:35:12.320 but she's done i mean no one's going to give her as i said the benefit of the doubt right

01:35:18.620 and last but not least i wanted to say i hope to see you get more time on wabc because you're you're

01:35:27.100 great no i'm telling you thank you sandra so and i hope that and it will happen i know i think it

01:35:33.980 I think I will, too.

01:35:34.960 I think I will, too.

01:35:35.800 I agree.

01:35:36.280 Thank you, my dear.

01:35:37.440 Thank you.

01:35:38.420 You have a great night.

01:35:39.520 There goes Sandra.

01:35:40.580 She's my biggest fan.

01:35:41.980 I love it.

01:35:42.980 No, I did.

01:35:43.460 I had a great time doing Bill O'Reilly's show over the course of last week and whatnot.

01:35:51.120 It was great.

01:35:52.460 Like, I could, eh, we'll talk.

01:35:54.820 I think, as a matter of fact, I think my boss, John Katz, is going to be calling into my show after the 10 o'clock hour.

01:36:08.780 He apparently knows a hell of a lot about the Concorde, supersonic transport, British airwaves.

01:36:19.140 He was involved with some of this stuff.

01:36:21.280 So as Trump talks about wanting to bring back supersonic transport, this fits.

01:36:31.980 He's a guy that knows what he's talking about.

01:36:34.420 And look, he's my boss.

01:36:37.740 I have a boss.

01:36:40.920 I know.

01:36:42.500 Look, I could hear you guys laughing from miles away.

01:36:47.700 Did you ever think, Anthony Cumia, after Sirius Satellite Radio and Mel Karmazin was my boss over at CBS Viacom, and then I did my own thing online for many, many years, and all I thought about was, ah, I don't have a boss.

01:37:12.960 And then I went and got myself a boss.

01:37:16.200 the hell is wrong with me but john katz he knows a lot about a lot of things he's been

01:37:24.060 around the block a few times we were talking what's that 0.63

01:37:27.300 i hear you i'm talking to my earpiece uh but yeah he's going to be on uh top of the hour

01:37:36.760 and we're going to talk about supersonic transport and um until then uh we will be

01:37:44.680 back in moments don't you go anywhere i'll come and hunt you down we'll be back with a lot more

01:37:51.440 of the anthony cumia show in moments it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network

01:37:59.860 it's the anthony cumia show on the red apple podcast network

01:38:07.640 Thank you for tuning in to the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:38:13.800 It's Anthony Cumia.

01:38:15.740 It's apparently a show.

01:38:18.880 I got my ear thing in.

01:38:23.040 Is John ready for the call, sir?

01:38:27.060 Yes.

01:38:27.820 Put John on if you could, please.

01:38:30.340 John Katz.

01:38:31.860 I am here.

01:38:33.300 There he is.

01:38:34.080 How you doing, boss?

01:38:35.580 Good.

01:38:35.940 I am older than you, so I remember those days.

01:38:38.960 Yes, well, you know, I'm not that much of a kid.

01:38:43.240 I do remember the great old days of the Concord, amazing airports like the TWA terminal at Kennedy,

01:38:52.020 the wonder of flight.

01:38:54.260 It was just an amazing thing. 0.97

01:38:56.580 And now it just seems like, you know, trash, whatever wants to walk on the plane wearing pajamas.

01:39:02.800 But I was talking about Trump wanting to bring back supersonic transport, some type of travel like the Concorde was.

01:39:12.100 And then I was wondering if you, being involved in the British Airways Terminal at Kennedy, was it, had any experience?

01:39:21.480 I've been in the aviation business for 40 years.

01:39:25.920 I started back in 1977.

01:39:28.220 And the company that eventually became NetJets, I started the company along with Jim Jacobs.

01:39:37.960 And when we sold this to Santulli, that turned it into NetJets and then turned it into Warren Buffett buying it.

01:39:49.060 We had like 48 jets at that time.

01:39:52.600 And then Warren Buffett turned it into 800 jets.

01:39:57.420 So you were involved, obviously, you just explained, in the aviation industry.

01:40:04.380 But I was talking about the supersonic transport, the Concord British Airways.

01:40:10.120 We're getting there.

01:40:11.080 All right.

01:40:11.940 That's the corporate jet part of it, and I used to fly all those jets.

01:40:15.820 When I quit flying, I had 4,000 hours of jet time.

01:40:20.660 Oh, so you actually flew also.

01:40:23.160 You didn't just, business-wise, own these companies.

01:40:27.680 You flew jets?

01:40:29.480 Absolutely.

01:40:30.640 And in 1983, we bought Capital Airlines, which was one of the leading airlines in the country in 1983-84.

01:40:45.220 And we operated it.

01:40:48.440 Our headquarters was out of Smyrna, Tennessee.

01:40:52.320 We flew to Europe.

01:40:54.280 We flew to the Caribbean.

01:40:55.440 We flew transcontinental, San Francisco, Los Angeles.

01:41:00.600 We had mostly in those days, and that's 43 years ago.

01:41:06.360 My God.

01:41:07.360 Amazing.

01:41:07.840 And we had a great, it was a great airline.

01:41:13.740 And then what happened was People's Express entered our markets.

01:41:19.340 Oh, I remember People's Express.

01:41:21.240 Yes.

01:41:21.620 And that was one of the big frauds of the day.

01:41:24.160 Right, low-cost air, and it was a total scam.

01:41:29.100 It was a total scam.

01:41:31.260 They were cooking the books, selling cheap tickets,

01:41:36.540 and at the end of the day, they kept losing a lot of money,

01:41:42.460 but they made believe they were making money

01:41:45.660 and keep raising a lot of public money, just keep growing.

01:41:49.300 Right, like Crazy Eddie, like Eddie Antner.

01:41:51.420 He did the same thing, puff up the books, make it seem like you've got a great company,

01:41:55.920 and you're taking money out of it, but nobody's going in.

01:41:59.940 Nobody's going in.

01:42:01.340 And eventually, they all have to blow up. 1.00

01:42:04.860 Yes, damn it. 0.99

01:42:06.800 These guys just keep doing that because of the fact that sometimes they hope that a miracle will happen. 1.00

01:42:14.480 Right, right.

01:42:15.600 And they'll make it.

01:42:16.840 Somehow, what, you're going to win lotto and be able to infuse that money into your company?

01:42:21.960 John, I've got to ask you something, because obviously you're involved very heavily into aviation and the businesses.

01:42:30.960 What happened over the course of the years that made it where we had, it was so luxurious, it was amazing,

01:42:38.980 the cart would come by and they'd carve off filet mignon to you?

01:42:44.200 Anthony, Anthony, let's start off.

01:42:46.160 Let's start off first with the Concorde, because, you know, I was driving back from Long Island.

01:42:55.120 I was listening to you all the way.

01:42:57.260 Thank you.

01:42:57.900 You got my attention on the Concorde.

01:42:59.420 Oh, the boss is listening to me.

01:43:01.640 Jesus.

01:43:03.040 And half the British Airways terminal at John F. Kennedy Airport was ours.

01:43:09.500 So we had reciprocal agreements with British Airways.

01:43:13.140 So it was Capital Airlines was our company.

01:43:16.160 And we operated DC-8s, DC-10s, Airbus 300s, and I used to fly some of them, but I didn't fly them for passenger runs because I wasn't qualified to fly them, but I flew them on maintenance runs.

01:43:33.680 Okay, yeah, yeah, you got to take it somewhere for work, you would fly it, yeah.

01:43:38.380 Yeah, and the same thing with the other company, we called it United Jet Fleet before it became NetJets.

01:43:46.160 And we flew, you know, I used to fly them, but not on paid revenue flights.

01:43:51.900 I used to fly them for our own flights.

01:43:56.860 And now, the Concorde, it went into production, I'm trying to remember, and I think it first

01:44:05.780 flew in 1976, I believe.

01:44:11.880 My centennial year here in the United States.

01:44:14.980 It's very big, patriotic.

01:44:16.860 It was a great airplane.

01:44:17.800 It was a great airplane.

01:44:19.600 It flew anywhere from 61,000 to 63,000 feet.

01:44:25.560 It flew at Mach 2.01 to 2.03, which meant twice the speed of sound.

01:44:35.260 And we made JFK Airport to London in three hours and 11 minutes.

01:44:42.040 And it made Air France would do it from New York to Paris in like three hours and 15 minutes at 63,000 feet.

01:44:55.860 And it was a great airplane.

01:44:58.660 And that technology is 50 years old.

01:45:02.760 Yeah.

01:45:03.200 So I am very, very upset that we have gone nowhere in 50 years.

01:45:10.180 So President Trump, who I know for a long time, and he's always been in aviation, I've always been in aviation, he bought one of the shuttles, and he was operating the shuttle at one time from New York.

01:45:30.700 Oh, the Trump, yeah, the Trump shuttle is huge.

01:45:33.260 And I was supposed to buy the Pan Am shuttle.

01:45:38.440 But that's another day.

01:45:43.400 So what do you think about this, though, that Trump...

01:45:45.860 Aviation has not gone far enough in the last 50 years.

01:45:50.900 And the same thing with our space race.

01:45:52.980 Our space race, we are trying to fall behind.

01:45:56.860 And we are...

01:45:58.000 You know, when they created the space shuttle,

01:46:00.800 To me, knowing aviation and loving aviation, that was a big fraud.

01:46:06.700 Oh, I thought it was going to be the greatest thing.

01:46:10.220 I thought it was going to be the greatest jump leap for mankind in space flight.

01:46:16.740 It was.

01:46:17.100 It was.

01:46:18.060 Nothing.

01:46:19.420 It was a waste of time and money after Apollo.

01:46:23.220 And 50 years.

01:46:24.300 And we went to the moon in 1969, and we haven't been back since.

01:46:30.800 so technology has not moved anywhere but you know what we've we've done john we've done a lot

01:46:37.600 with autonomous and and uh technologically you see what elon's done with the spacecraft that

01:46:44.640 he could bring back uh the booster and it it doesn't cost as much and i think that's a big

01:46:51.180 thing but i think we wasted so much time and resources on the shuttle program and not just

01:46:56.940 pursuing going to mars yeah we we did nothing in 50 years which is so disappointing and now that

01:47:07.180 they want to create another supersonic uh transport yeah what do you think about that

01:47:11.800 now is moving forward and they're trying to be able to do it with no sonic booms

01:47:18.240 now how do you do that it's just uh it's nature if something goes beyond the speed of sound design

01:47:26.100 Maybe it's the design of the aircraft.

01:47:28.740 Maybe it's a, I don't know.

01:47:30.280 I haven't been able, I haven't been up to it lately,

01:47:33.020 but it's a very disappointing design because I looked into part of it.

01:47:39.220 Those airplanes are not as fast as the Concorde,

01:47:43.320 and they should be able to make them faster and better,

01:47:47.380 and not just another, just nothing.

01:47:51.300 I mean, I think New York, London on the new one is maybe four hours, which is, you know, you want to be able, you can do hypersonic jets right now, and you can do New York, Hong Kong in three hours, four hours.

01:48:08.600 Now, that's technology.

01:48:10.580 That's insane, right.

01:48:11.520 And we should be at that point.

01:48:12.540 We should be at that point right now.

01:48:14.340 Why aren't we?

01:48:15.580 What happened?

01:48:16.560 What happened?

01:48:17.300 Well, you know, back in the 1950s and 60s, when we started to design the good old days, John, you know, we had we had we we had the German scientists.

01:48:31.620 Yes. The German scientists, the German Jewish scientists were so much more advanced.

01:48:40.080 Oh, yeah.

01:48:40.920 They were a smart bunch.

01:48:43.120 When they died off, guess what?

01:48:46.680 We got nothing.

01:48:48.100 We got nothing.

01:48:50.480 Yeah, Operation Paperclip really did help our aviation industry and the military.

01:48:59.360 As far as rockets go, obviously, I mean, Werner von Braun was the key to the Apollo space program.

01:49:07.780 And there just doesn't say, where are these?

01:49:09.480 And I think I think Elon Musk is brilliant, but I think it's more the people he hires.

01:49:15.500 And we don't have that one that one person that just knows so much about this that can put us over the top anymore.

01:49:24.460 That's that is the problem. Yeah, it's a problem.

01:49:28.740 And we need good leadership. Look, yes.

01:49:33.280 Trump is a smart guy. I think he's on the right track.

01:49:38.500 I'm 100% supportive of him.

01:49:40.720 Absolutely.

01:49:41.640 And Elon Musk, he's a smart guy, but even his father said.

01:49:48.580 I don't know if you saw the article.

01:49:49.780 I did, yes.

01:49:50.620 I saw that today, yep.

01:49:52.700 And, you know, my comment on the article was, father knows best.

01:49:58.820 From the old days.

01:50:00.540 Yeah, your father knows.

01:50:01.880 He should quit.

01:50:03.580 Look, Elon Musk doesn't need the drugs.

01:50:06.180 He doesn't need the alcohol.

01:50:07.300 The one thing you know about President Trump, he doesn't do alcohol and he doesn't do drugs.

01:50:13.140 Right, right.

01:50:13.660 He's a clean guy.

01:50:15.720 I love him.

01:50:16.740 So I'm betting on Donald Trump.

01:50:21.860 Well, the way I say it, you need a strong United States president to save the free world.

01:50:32.640 Yeah.

01:50:33.500 Always.

01:50:34.260 It's always been that way.

01:50:35.100 That's what we're doing.

01:50:35.540 And that's what we're doing.

01:50:36.600 And it's not an easy job, and it's not something to embrace, and that's what we're seeing now.

01:50:43.640 It's not easy to change the course of a country that has been on the wrong path for so many years.

01:50:51.840 So Donald Trump can't just do this and make people think, oh, everyone's going to like this.

01:50:56.980 It's not the way it is.

01:50:58.940 If Harris would have gotten elected, I am scared crapless.

01:51:05.060 I can't.

01:51:05.560 This country would not have made 2076.

01:51:07.860 I have nightmares.

01:51:09.300 I got nightmares thinking about that.

01:51:11.860 Oh, my God.

01:51:12.680 I mean, it was so bad.

01:51:15.900 Yes.

01:51:16.160 I mean, we were being invaded.

01:51:19.920 Yes, literally. 0.99

01:51:22.880 Yeah, immigration, yes.

01:51:24.480 I was vice chairman of Ellis Island.

01:51:28.900 I worked with Lee Itoka on Ellis Island Foundation.

01:51:32.760 Hey, Dodge, I remember him.

01:51:34.100 With Bill Fugazi, Ellis Island Foundation, and we believe in immigration.

01:51:39.920 Immigration, yes. 0.73

01:51:41.600 Invasion, no.

01:51:43.240 Legal, merit-based immigration, I think it is a wonderful thing for this country. 1.00

01:51:51.220 It has fallen so far away from that that we are just letting in people that are so detrimental to this country. 1.00

01:52:01.360 I can't understand why. 1.00

01:52:03.160 I can understand if they snuck in migrants that wanted to work hard, like Ellis Island. 0.99

01:52:09.680 Yeah, there you go. 1.00

01:52:10.600 My father came to Ellis Island.

01:52:12.240 Don't forget, we wanted, his two brothers had to sign in a dotted line that if he didn't pay the bills, his brothers would sign him.

01:52:20.200 Yeah, co-sign.

01:52:21.580 Yeah, they had to co-sign for people. 1.00

01:52:24.140 Letting these migrants in and letting the criminals in. 1.00

01:52:28.940 Yep. 0.96

01:52:29.160 What was the Biden people doing?

01:52:32.920 We have to find out who at the White House was pressing those buttons, allowing criminals in into our cities, our states.

01:52:42.620 I can understand inviting the migrants in because what the Democrats wanted, they were falling short of congressional votes in New York, Illinois, California. 0.87

01:52:54.900 Yeah, they need the census to show that there's people that are Democrats. 0.68

01:53:06.260 Yeah, that's the only reason they were doing this.

01:53:10.380 But, Anthony, bring in the migrants that want to work hard. 0.99

01:53:14.460 Why bring in the criminals? 0.99

01:53:16.740 I guess because they could make it seem like they're catering to the criminals

01:53:21.440 and the criminals will vote for them.

01:53:23.400 I don't know, John. 0.91

01:53:24.900 It's insane. It's an insane thing. It's so destructive to this country.

01:53:29.880 And all they do is crow about how they're pro-American and how Trump is a Nazi and he's a fascist and he's destroying this country. 0.92

01:53:38.140 And all they've done is attempted to destroy every aspect and every institution that makes this country great. 0.98

01:53:46.760 They tried to destroy America. They tried to do it with invasion, not immigration. 0.99

01:53:54.580 They try with fentanyl.

01:53:56.200 They were killing 100,000 Americans a year. 1.00

01:53:58.800 Disgusting. 0.97

01:53:59.780 And what they're doing to our institutions. 0.98

01:54:02.560 Yep. 0.99

01:54:02.800 You know, like there's 400,000 Chinese students. 1.00

01:54:10.520 But you know who puts them in?

01:54:12.440 The Communist Party.

01:54:14.560 And they pay their tuition.

01:54:16.460 And if they don't obey the Communist Party, guess what?

01:54:21.900 Their mother dies.

01:54:22.920 Oh, yeah, yeah. No, they're brutal over there. Do you think, John, do you think we're somehow at war with China right now? Because I think we're at war. Maybe there aren't missiles and bullets flying, but I think China is warring with us.

01:54:38.120 They steal our intellectual property. 0.98

01:54:40.160 They deposit fungus and diseases upon the world. 1.00

01:54:45.680 Why the hell isn't the rest of the globe attacking China? 0.98

01:54:53.360 Maybe not militarily, but economically and every other way, or maybe militarily. 0.87

01:54:59.000 I don't know.

01:54:59.580 It really seems to me like China is at war with us, and we're doing nothing about it.

01:55:05.140 This is a different kind of war.

01:55:08.120 This is an economic war.

01:55:10.320 This is invasion versus nuclear bombs.

01:55:17.720 What they want to do, you know, what they want to do is take control of our country without anything. 0.68

01:55:30.500 Right, without firing a shot.

01:55:31.860 And the American people, and I don't understand the Democratic Party.

01:55:39.580 You know what I say on my show?

01:55:41.760 I don't care if you're Democrat.

01:55:43.500 I don't care if you're Republican.

01:55:45.500 You should want the best for America.

01:55:50.940 For the country.

01:55:52.080 That's being pro-American, right.

01:55:54.780 And the same thing.

01:55:55.600 In New York City, New York State, New Jersey, what's best for our state?

01:56:01.400 what's best for our cities and uh it's just horrible what's going on you're right if i see

01:56:08.020 a republican doing something that i feel is detrimental to to my county to the city to the

01:56:15.340 state i don't care what the party line is i'm gonna say this is not good for the people of

01:56:22.460 this county or community or city or state and and for some reason we've gotten so jaded where

01:56:29.640 it doesn't matter if it's your party you have to back it no matter what they're doing and that's

01:56:35.660 destroying this country and then let's take these these smart uh federal judges what the heck are

01:56:44.560 they doing oh destroy again they're supposed to be smart guys the democratic u.s senators

01:56:52.560 I said the other day, why do you want the criminals to come back?

01:56:57.540 Yep.

01:56:58.040 You know?

01:56:58.440 Why?

01:56:58.940 I don't understand it. 0.79

01:57:01.200 Are they Americans or are they on somebody else's side?

01:57:06.780 It makes no sense, John. 0.95

01:57:08.580 John, you know that you own this station and you know that we have to take breaks, right?

01:57:14.360 Well, you've got to take that break when you've got to take it.

01:57:17.100 I hear you, my friend.

01:57:18.480 But I enjoyed talking to you, and let's do it again soon.

01:57:22.360 Let's do it, man.

01:57:23.560 I love it.

01:57:24.260 We'll be back with more of the Anthony Cumia Show in moments.

01:57:28.640 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:57:36.160 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:57:38.440 Entertaining and informative.

01:57:40.520 On the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:57:43.280 Anthony Cumia Show.

01:57:46.500 Welcome, man.

01:57:48.480 Oh, my boss is on the phone with my boss.

01:57:53.400 It's so funny because everyone that knows me over the course of, oh, my God, got to be 60, 70 years in broadcasting.

01:58:03.060 Oh, right.

01:58:04.300 No, it's quite some time.

01:58:07.240 I have never, never gotten along with my boss.

01:58:13.180 And you all know this.

01:58:15.320 I mean, I'm not a boss guy.

01:58:19.020 And it's not even because I'm obnoxious or I am obnoxious.

01:58:22.180 But it's not like I hit back at the boss or anything.

01:58:25.760 I don't do that.

01:58:27.000 I just kind of like being left alone, you know?

01:58:31.840 I don't even like acknowledging that I have a boss or anything.

01:58:36.680 But John has been so great during all this.

01:58:40.960 The fact that I got the job is a miracle.

01:58:48.280 So, you know, that alone told me, wow, that's kind of awesome.

01:58:55.540 And I think we've got to take another break, don't we?

01:58:58.780 It's the Anthony Cumia Show on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:59:05.880 It's the Anthony Cumia Show.

01:59:08.300 Entertaining and informative.

01:59:10.040 on the Red Apple Podcast Network.

01:59:13.340 Anthony Coombe's show.

01:59:16.040 Yeah, gone.

01:59:19.700 Like, I'm talking about Trump wanting to, you know,

01:59:24.460 maybe get the supersonic transport,

01:59:27.580 kind of a Concord-type plane that could get us around the world

01:59:32.800 in record time back.

01:59:34.340 But again, I think, you know, I think it's naive in 2025.

01:59:40.040 And then John is like, oh, yeah, I was involved with that British Airways and I flew planes.

01:59:47.200 God. What have I been doing? What a slouch. I'm a slouch.

01:59:55.140 But yeah, I think Trump's being a little naive with that whole thing.

02:00:00.800 We're not in a place and a time and place right now for that.

02:00:05.920 we were we were in the the late 60s early 70s we were at an amazing place technologically and with

02:00:16.180 archaic technology we were at an amazing place technologically you would think or anyone would

02:00:24.620 have thought in 2025 we would have been uh like like sci-fi movies like that level

02:00:33.280 but we went in another direction the the 60s 70s technology that got us

02:00:43.820 everything from the simplest satellite communications to us being on the moon

02:00:50.580 to putting up uh the gps system you know all the and that was through the 80s and 90s and still to

02:00:58.800 this day and then continuing with elon with starlink and high-speed internet no matter where

02:01:04.000 you are on earth we we had that technological bump and then we went somewhere else we we took

02:01:14.000 a fork in the road and i think i'm not sure what it was it involved technology but not to the extent

02:01:24.300 of supersonic airplanes and rockets that could take us to Mars. 0.95

02:01:29.780 And we went like, how can I tell someone I don't know that they suck? 0.91

02:01:40.860 That seems to be what was most important. 0.99

02:01:45.240 How can I tell an actor or a musician that what he's doing is absolute garbage?

02:01:54.300 without having to write a letter a couple of clicks off an amazing flat 0.74

02:02:03.420 device that I hold in my hand screw the moon screw Mars I want to tell people I

02:02:14.640 have nothing to do with in the middle of their conversation where I'm not 0.99

02:02:22.540 involved that everyone's speaking is a piece of crap that's what we decided to 0.97

02:02:32.380 do that's the technological turn we took and I couldn't be prouder as an 0.99

02:02:40.960 American that we went in that direction 0.60

02:02:45.660 uh here is a woman i know maxine dexter her name is she's a congresswoman don't say congressman 0.72

02:02:58.960 congresswoman from oregon and um she wants to talk about welfare and uh how terrible

02:03:08.780 the current administration is at doling out money and food and shelter and everything

02:03:16.320 to people that just can't seem to afford it now look i'm not an ogre i'm not a guy that thinks

02:03:24.660 that uh people should go hungry in this country i believe there are people that fall through the

02:03:31.480 cracks that was a term that um fall on hard times i get that uh but i think the vast majority of

02:03:43.400 people that are utilizing the welfare system in this country are doing it

02:03:49.060 dishonestly let's say dishonestly i think a lot of people are absolutely capable of working

02:04:00.420 of uh not sitting in a wheelchair because they're obese you know there's a lot of things

02:04:11.320 that are going on these days with people and they collect disability and all kinds of money

02:04:17.380 and and that money comes from somewhere and it's us it's the people that that work look i know i'm

02:04:24.760 talking to a microphone but i'm pretty good at it and i did work for a living i was in hbac

02:04:29.960 So stop. I hear you pitching. But but a lot of these people are very capable of supporting themselves and they just want more.

02:04:42.160 They just want more. And some of these representatives around the country, they've taken it upon themselves to become a champion for the lazy, the criminal and people that just they don't want to work.

02:04:57.580 They just want to get paid for sitting around and doing nothing on our dime.

02:05:05.680 Yes, our dime.

02:05:08.380 So listen to the words of Oregon Congresswoman Maxine Dexter as she talks about welfare and the troubled people that she describes in this clip.

02:05:21.600 listen to this because she she talks about the troubled people that we as trump supporters or

02:05:29.680 republicans or just people that don't want to keep feeding freeloaders she talks about them

02:05:36.060 and she's describing real americans that have problems these are lazy people oh boy here we

02:05:45.540 I want to share a story of Rita in Portland, who wrote into my office claiming if federal 0.95

02:05:52.140 food assistance was cut, she will have to choose between buying groceries and paying rent.

02:05:58.260 Oh, like everyone! 1.00

02:05:59.000 Buying groceries or paying the electrical bill.

02:06:02.940 This is not an unfamiliar story for me as a physician who heard my patients struggling

02:06:07.820 with similar choices.

02:06:08.900 And the cruelty of this bill is not just unconscionable, it is heartless.

02:06:15.540 We are talking about real people battling hunger.

02:06:18.640 One in six community members in my district rely on SNAP.

02:06:22.600 Seniors, children, veterans, and people with disabilities will go hungry.

02:06:28.120 And food stamps aren't a handout.

02:06:30.220 SNAP helps veterans who served our country, neighbors with disabilities, feed seniors on fixed income, and families with young children.

02:06:38.900 Most of these people have faced unimaginable odds and have nowhere else to turn.

02:06:44.460 We cannot turn our backs on those who need us most.

02:06:47.980 This is a moment for moral clarity.

02:06:50.700 Not one person in this country should go hungry.

02:06:54.620 Not one person should be left behind.

02:06:58.080 I agree.

02:06:59.540 I agree. 0.98

02:07:00.800 No one in this country, you know, that, yeah, legally here.

02:07:08.440 No, no one in this country should go hungry.

02:07:11.300 And I will say this, and some people, I've always gotten flack for saying this.

02:07:18.620 No one starves to death in America.

02:07:22.220 We're a country of 300 and some odd million people.

02:07:29.380 We are a huge nation.

02:07:33.120 No one starves to death in this country.

02:07:37.800 Look it up.

02:07:38.760 you don't you don't drive down the road and go up look at that here's someone just ran out of food

02:07:46.560 and starved to death on the side of the road there's hunger in this country i get that there's

02:07:52.880 malnutrition in this country but it is one of the most amazing things on earth that no one starves

02:08:05.560 to death in the united states of america and that isn't because of snap it isn't because of

02:08:13.040 uh welfare that is because of a caring sympathetic empathetic nation that we live in a community

02:08:24.620 that will get together to feed the hungry in their neighborhoods and this has always been

02:08:34.560 the way Americans have lived, we don't turn our backs on legitimately downtrodden and

02:08:45.680 hard luck people.

02:08:49.980 If people want to better themselves and work and make money, we don't turn our backs on

02:08:59.560 them.

02:09:00.060 We lift them up.

02:09:01.380 We're inspired by people that have been through so much and still have this will to continue and do well. 0.54

02:09:09.780 And for some reason, they are in the same category as illegal invaders that come here and just want to sap off the system or obese families of a mother without a father, nine kids. 0.89

02:09:34.620 They're all overweight, and they're crying and screaming that the government isn't giving them enough. 0.99

02:09:41.980 I have no sympathy for that.

02:09:44.740 I just don't.

02:09:46.860 Yes, there are genuine hard luck cases and people that need assistance.

02:09:54.580 And the majority of those people in the United States get taken care of by their community

02:10:01.480 because that's how great america is and americans are to people that they see like that they want

02:10:11.160 to help americans want to help people that genuinely need help they don't want to give

02:10:21.320 their hard-earned dollars to people that are freeloading off of them it's that simple

02:10:30.360 And when you have representatives in government that are telling you you need to reach in your pocket and give money to people that are just being lazy or don't want to put themselves on the books so they have to pay taxes or they're here illegally.

02:10:50.360 Illegally, I can't come up with a word I could possibly use here on amplitude modulation FCC regulated radio. 0.89

02:11:03.260 But I think you all know what what the dilly is, if I may speak like the kids. 1.00

02:11:13.140 It's it's crazy. 1.00

02:11:14.980 and then you get like congresswoman maxine dexter there are different categories of people in this

02:11:23.940 country that they're lumping together i i really amazingly enough people you oh boy you know me as 0.80

02:11:33.180 a piece of garbage i oh oh hit the road hit the bricks walking sister that's anthony cumia 0.85

02:11:43.780 But deep down, Anthony Comey is a good fella. 0.98

02:11:49.340 I like helping people that genuinely need help.

02:11:54.640 If I think for a second you're being a freeloader, I could not be done with you faster.

02:12:01.960 And that's the American spirit.

02:12:04.300 That's how we are as Americans.

02:12:07.140 Don't lie to us.

02:12:08.900 Don't tell us we have to pay for people that are lying to us

02:12:16.980 because some lying politician tells us that's what we need to do. 0.99

02:12:23.640 It's disgusting. 0.98

02:12:26.520 Let's talk to Rex in Florida. 0.56

02:12:30.500 Rex, what's up, man?

02:12:32.580 Hey, Anthony.

02:12:33.220 How are you doing, man?

02:12:34.280 Good, good.

02:12:35.140 Thanks for asking.

02:12:36.040 uh you know you earlier real quick you talked about the street takeovers yes in california

02:12:42.920 very quickly yeah very quickly we could end them make it illegal to own a dodge charger

02:12:48.280 or a dodge challenger oh dude i understand what you're saying wholeheartedly i have you watched

02:12:57.900 the videos online of the people that are walking in to dodge dealerships to buy some of these hell

02:13:04.520 cats and yes they have they don't have what they used to call a pot to pee in or a window to throw

02:13:11.280 it out of continuing to yeah oh there's something going on the background there rex uh yeah and

02:13:17.300 then they're they're trying to get credit for these cars and they're just they they their credit

02:13:23.800 rating is probably a 200 and they want this car so that you are absolutely right and i think the

02:13:31.180 cars are kind of nice but you wouldn't catch me well you might catch me dead in one if i

02:13:37.100 got in front of one during a street takeover but uh yeah i couldn't they have such a stigma now

02:13:44.560 i said stigma that i would that i would never never buy one thanks rex

02:13:52.440 let's talk to a couple of calls here uh steve uh steve from manhattan new york what's up

02:14:03.480 anthony your steve conversation with the big cat was nixon for us tony and that was great

02:14:11.620 get the let's juice up the sst so we can fly the invaders in here quicker

02:14:15.980 but big john get him out quicker put him in the sst that thing will be down el salvador in one hour

02:14:24.520 15. that's it and the other jets we could fill up with cash of them but you know what

02:14:29.900 i broke it on another show but i wanted to break it on yours but i couldn't get through you busy

02:14:34.280 kid but uh gene pierre would she would roll into the white house at high noon you know i mean it's

02:14:41.580 perfect with biden is the boss right but there was a reason why because in the morning not in the

02:14:46.880 morning gene pierre would set her hair with a pack of firecrackers now sometimes she would get the

02:14:52.720 effect that she wanted you would see right right but a lot of times you know you could have the

02:14:56.860 fire trucks pulling up and people thinking you know calling the people playing fireworks they're

02:15:02.640 seeing sparks i get it i get it steve yeah and also i like to tell people the judges some of

02:15:09.420 These federal judges are foreign born.

02:15:12.200 This is like you guys.

02:15:13.560 That was a great conversation.

02:15:14.760 That's got to be put on the Internet with you and John.

02:15:17.140 Thanks, Jeff.

02:15:18.320 No, it is.

02:15:19.100 No, it's excellent.

02:15:19.940 You're both smart guys.

02:15:20.940 That's true.

02:15:21.620 But the thing is, people have to realize we don't move forward in this country.

02:15:26.420 We had kids who could qualify for MIT. 1.00

02:15:28.680 We didn't let them go because they were white kids. 1.00

02:15:31.000 Let's face the fact. 0.99

02:15:32.060 Stanford was the same way. 0.99

02:15:33.300 We, the 65 Immigration Act, stunted the growth of technology inside this country. 0.99

02:15:39.920 Yes. 1.00

02:15:40.220 We should be way advanced than we are, you know, Ant?

02:15:43.900 You know, Steve, and let me say something about what you said about the judges.

02:15:49.640 What are the odds, when judges are supposed to be completely politically impartial and just take the rule of law into consideration when they make decisions,

02:16:00.440 What are the odds that only Democrat judges would rule against Trump or even the other way?

02:16:08.680 Look, I'll say it. Republican judges ruling against a Democrat administration.

02:16:13.920 Like what happened where these people are so attached to their party that they won't make an unbiased decision anymore?

02:16:25.380 Well, you just noted that they're people, they are left-wingers, they're political advocates, and let's face it, look at all the big things that we got.

02:16:33.900 It came down through the courts.

02:16:35.280 Abortion came through the courts.

02:16:37.140 I know there was states like New York and California was legal in before real wave, but still affirmative action, forced busing, all kinds of crazy things, ending the death penalty.

02:16:50.120 They did bring it back with Gary Gilmore.

02:16:51.860 They blew his head off.

02:16:52.660 But the bottom line is these judges are left-wingers, and they have no intention of really looking at the Constitution.

02:17:02.540 They just rule the way they want to rule.

02:17:04.800 People have to realize they're left-wingers. 0.82

02:17:07.220 A lot of them are foreign-born, and it's about time we take our country back in.

02:17:11.220 Well, you know what the problem is, is they they want to separate the branches of government, executive and judicial when it suits them. 0.70

02:17:22.180 But then they want the judicial branch to be able to have power over Trump when they want something to not go through, like like the immigration stuff and whatever else Trump is doing.

02:17:36.600 So, again, there's this hypocrisy going on and we need to to really put the line in the sand between what the judicial branch and executive branch are supposed to be doing and what powers they have without being not influenced.

02:17:54.400 I understand how you can be influenced by each one, but one can't take over the other,

02:18:01.160 especially when a judge tells the president he can't do something that is absolutely within his power.

02:18:10.500 Correct, because we have three branches of government, but with these federal judges on the district courts or whatever court of appeals,

02:18:18.040 they are judges who are advocating a total left-wing policy.

02:18:21.780 Yes, left-wing agenda.

02:18:23.060 Right. They are doing this to obviously Trump and his agenda because they want to stop it.

02:18:29.120 The left wing, their motto always was use the system to destroy the system.

02:18:33.620 Yes. Basically, they were talking about the court system and they've done it.

02:18:37.660 Like I just brought up a few things before of what they got through the courts that they could never bring to the American people.

02:18:43.400 American people would have never voted for this invasion.

02:18:46.460 Never. Never. It's I don't know how some of these people are in any position of power.

02:18:53.060 when every single American goes, no, we don't want this,

02:18:57.900 except for the fringe mental patients.

02:19:00.040 But the majority doesn't want it.

02:19:02.780 But for some reason, it becomes the norm, and we have to deal with this?

02:19:08.620 No, no.

02:19:09.800 Steve, thank you, my friend.

02:19:12.080 Leave Manhattan.

02:19:12.980 Come down to South Carolina.

02:19:14.140 What's wrong with you?

02:19:16.060 There goes Steve.

02:19:18.000 All right.

02:20:08.780 The Anthony Cumia Show.

02:20:11.900 Another great Sunday evening with y'all.

02:20:17.560 I am in South Carolina. 0.99

02:20:18.620 Y'all, for the people in my former hometown of New York City, I I I write a tight line here between hating you for voting in these imbeciles and feeling so bad that you have to live with your terrible, terrible decisions. 0.98

02:20:42.260 I have family and friends that live in New York City, and I just feel terrible for them. 0.98

02:20:52.140 But it seems like New York keeps making the same mistakes over and over.

02:20:56.380 Kathy Hochul is the governor of New York State.

02:20:59.840 And regardless of what state you're from, wherever you're listening to this program from, this is a warning.

02:21:07.520 This is a warning to you.

02:21:09.120 You vote in the wrong people.

02:21:10.760 you are voting away your god-given rights and the big two as i see it yeah i know there's more the

02:21:21.020 fourth is a biggie i get it but one and two coming in at number one and two with a bullet

02:21:28.940 it's freedom of speech and shall not be infringed hi i'm casey casham and these are the two big

02:21:38.160 amendments it's it really is so important that we have the freedom to speak voice our minds

02:21:48.860 voice our opinions and back it up with some lead there as greaseman used to say yeah i'm slinging

02:22:00.560 led there and when uh you listen to kathy hochel i lived in new york for most of my life took a few

02:22:10.260 treks to boston for radio and came back to new york uh but the problem with new york has always

02:22:20.740 been the infringement on your right to bear arms new york has been the one one of i want to say

02:22:36.260 one of but i think it's the worst state possible to try to uh exercise your second amendment right

02:22:46.380 to bear arms when i finally got my uh pistol permit in new york state it took about a year

02:22:57.220 just under a year nine ten months and i had to jump through hoops that you wouldn't even

02:23:05.680 the founding fathers would have pummeled the person giving me the forms i had to fill out

02:23:12.220 to exercise my God-given right to bear arms.

02:23:17.680 And it just doesn't stop in New York. 0.90

02:23:22.300 So let's listen to Kathy Hochul talk about gun control in New York. 1.00

02:23:26.940 Let her rip. 1.00

02:23:29.560 Hey, New Yorkers.

02:23:30.760 Do you know your state is home to the toughest gun laws in America?

02:23:34.280 We know. 0.95

02:23:35.020 And they're working.

02:23:36.240 Every year since I've been governor, I've been working hard to get guns off the streets.

02:23:40.620 stop those ghost guns that people can make in their own house and make our streets all over

02:23:46.360 the state much safer but republicans in washington they refuse to take strong action so we're going

02:23:52.760 to continue calling on them to step up and protect americans from gun violence today i join millions

02:23:59.180 across our country to wear orange to bring awareness to our victims and survivors all of

02:24:04.160 our country we're waiting for washington to take action like new york did like new york did and

02:24:09.960 infringe totally on your second amendment rights i'm i go to new york i hate it i fly up to new

02:24:19.220 york probably once a month and i have to leave my best friend behind my best friend my pistol

02:24:27.520 i love carrying a pistol and i can't take it into new york i'm i'm trained i have a permit to carry

02:24:38.600 a concealed weapon and for some reason new york doesn't want a citizen to have that

02:24:46.440 but they just let people out of jail that are arrested on weapons charges that have no business

02:24:55.360 having a gun convicted felons people committing crimes caught with a weapon as they're committing

02:25:03.580 crimes. And she thinks that makes New York safer by having citizens that might want the best tool

02:25:10.660 available to them to protect themselves and their families to not have guns. And then I walk into

02:25:18.460 Times Square and I see Kathy Hochul. She put up these signs that say Times Square is a no gun

02:25:25.520 Well, I'm sure the thugs and criminals that use guns for their business are so happy to comply with those rules.

02:25:45.440 it's disgusting how supposed representatives of american citizens can tell you you cannot

02:25:57.620 exercise your second amendment rights somewhere when they have a policy of of no bail just letting

02:26:08.240 people out real criminal hardened violent criminals are allowed out of jail and then they

02:26:18.600 tell you hey gun you protect yourself with the best tool available uh-uh no no no no imagine

02:26:26.840 you're a carpenter and they tell you you need to use a rock instead of a hammer sensible hammer

02:26:32.380 control. Anyway, thank you for tuning in. We adore you. We'll be back next Sunday for

02:26:39.400 more of the Anthony Cumia show. We do appreciate your support. See you next week.
