00:08:36.160 Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested

00:08:43.260 Eduardo Flores Ruiz is the name that the FBI director puts out there about that subject,

00:08:50.520 Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot, and he's been in custody since.
