00:01:10.680 The Anthony
00:01:11.740 Cumia Show.
00:01:13.280 Thank you for tuning in.
00:01:16.520 And I guess we should
00:01:17.780 start talking about
00:01:19.640 Eric Swalwell.
00:01:21.860 Oh, boy.
00:01:23.840 Oh, boy, we'll get to the Iran war phone calls in a bit.
00:01:29.540 But breaking news, I guess, Eric Swalwell suspending his campaign for California governor, his statement, I am suspending my campaign for governor to my family, staff, friends and supporters.
00:01:45.400 I am deeply sorry for my mistakes in judgment I've made in my past.
00:01:53.840 I will fight the serious false allegations that have been made.
00:01:58.740 But that's my fight, not a campaign's.
00:02:04.240 What are the false allegations?
00:02:07.240 I mean, we are seeing some real debauchery that has come out of this guy's camp in his whole history. 1.00
00:02:19.180 It seems this guy was always a piece of garbage. 0.97
00:02:21.700 uh if he was just a regular guy you know he's just a regular working guy you could do stuff 1.00
00:02:29.480 like this you're garbage and you know you people might not like you but you might not lose your
00:02:37.280 job over it but when you take an oath of office uh that's a little different that is a little 0.99
00:02:45.280 different and uh he there seems to be some pretty pretty accurate uh allegations being made i've
00:02:59.300 seen photos and videos uh some of the other things they're saying now is that uh he he hired an
00:03:08.480 illegal brazilian nanny he's now under investigation for hiring a nanny from brazil
00:03:17.100 without authorization why would you need a brazilian nanny um to come up and and take 1.00
00:03:27.400 care of your kids maybe maybe because brazilian women are are very attractive and you want to 1.00
00:03:34.220 have sex with them. Is that it, Eric? Congressman Eric Swalwell dealing with a growing pile of 1.00
00:03:41.640 legal headaches. You could call it that. He's now being investigated by the Department of
00:03:46.460 Homeland Security. Can you believe it? New complaints allege Swalwell employed a Brazilian
00:03:54.280 nanny whose work authorization may have expired, according to news sources. What's more, the
00:04:01.580 gubernatorial candidate allegedly didn't exactly follow the rule book when it came to paying her 1.00
00:04:07.960 the au pair amanda rice barrows barbosa amanda barbosa allegedly stayed on the job while getting 1.00
00:04:17.500 paid in a way that may have sidestepped labor and immigration laws now the department of homeland
00:04:25.000 security is looking into it and uh you know this is just another thing piled on top how this guy
00:04:32.760 never got thrown out of congress for the fang fang allegations is beyond me you you are uh in a a
00:04:44.160 seat of power in the united states you were elected into a seat of power and you have
00:04:52.680 sexual relationship with a legitimate Chinese spy not alleged spy not someone who might have been a
00:05:02.240 spy this is a classic honeypot a classic uh you know back in the during the cold war when they
00:05:11.720 would make movies about the cold war that's what would happen you'd get a an attractive girl
00:05:16.980 someone who's the type of the person you're trying to get to uh get information from and then they
00:05:25.780 they have a relationship and the guy starts blabbing all kinds of state secrets he did that
00:05:33.160 i mean how the hell did he keep his job and now uh he's he's given up uh suspended his campaign
00:05:43.600 Has anyone ever come back from a suspended campaign?
00:05:47.860 I don't think so.
00:05:49.540 So he's suspended his campaign.
00:05:51.240 But, I mean, shouldn't this guy be thrown out of Congress?
00:05:55.500 Shouldn't it just be enough is enough?
00:05:58.500 The sex allegations are classic because this guy has been spending the last, I guess, 10 years
00:06:08.920 making all kinds of accusations against Donald Trump
00:06:13.980 and his supposedly sexual misconduct
00:06:21.180 and stuff that's way worse.
00:06:24.200 There are allegations against Donald Trump
00:06:27.260 that are like crimes against humanity.
00:06:31.480 And this guy was right up front with all the rest of them.
00:06:35.060 Is it always the way?
00:06:36.280 doesn't it seem it's always the way with these people that they just as they're appointing and
00:06:45.800 accusing people that they are the ones they are projecting what they do here's Mr. Eric Swalwell
00:06:57.660 making a statement about some of these allegations of sexual misconduct.
00:07:05.080 Let's listen to Congressman Swalwell.
00:07:08.920 A lot has been said about me today through anonymous allegations.
00:07:11.820 I thought it was important that you see and hear from me directly.
00:07:16.240 These allegations of sexual assault are flat false.
00:07:20.080 They're absolutely false.
00:07:21.720 They did not happen.
00:07:23.160 They have never happened.
00:07:24.240 And I will fight them with everything that I have.
00:07:27.420 They also come on the eve of an election where I have been the front-runner candidate for governor in California.
00:07:33.620 I do not suggest to you in any way that I'm perfect or that I'm a saint.
00:07:38.100 I have certainly made mistakes in judgment in my past.
00:07:41.940 But those mistakes are between me and my wife.
00:07:44.680 And to her, I apologize deeply for putting her in this position.
00:07:49.080 I also apologize to you if in any way you have doubted your support.
00:07:52.740 About the other girls' positions, you put them in.
00:07:54.560 But I think you know who I am.
00:07:56.560 For over 20 years, I have served the public as a city councilman, as a member of Congress, and as a prosecutor who went to court on behalf of victims, particularly on behalf of sexual assault victims.
00:08:11.060 That's who I am and have always been.
00:08:15.420 This weekend, I'm going to spend time with my family and friends, and I appreciate those who have reached out to me to show support, and I look forward to updating you very soon.
00:08:26.560 well imagine i'm going to be spending time with my family imagine the pissed mist floating around
00:08:35.900 that house how angry his family is about uh about these allegations and then he goes on and says you
00:08:45.300 know it's all false all right hey look everyone has a right to uh defend themselves come out and
00:08:52.680 say these things didn't happen uh you just better hope there's there's no evidence that it happened
00:08:59.620 and it seems like there's a propensity of evidence against um eric swalwell he he seems
00:09:07.040 to have really gone out there and uh and uh had some some sexual um issues with some of the women
00:09:19.980 he's worked with in his life he's being accused of everything from just uh misconduct all the way up
00:09:28.600 to uh rape there were allegations of rape and uh he's gonna have a tough time but this is what
00:09:38.100 you know he says on the eve of of of an election you know trying to make it seem like hey you know
00:09:45.120 They're putting this on me because they know I'm a front-runner for governor of California,
00:09:50.420 those terrible Republicans and MAGA people.
00:09:55.300 That's what they did to Trump.
00:09:57.820 That's exactly what they were doing to Trump after his first term. 0.99
00:10:04.560 All these women come forward and accuse him of sexual misconduct and rape 0.73
00:10:10.040 and some of the most horrible sexual crimes you can imagine
00:10:13.900 where children are involved, and none of it, none of it comes with any credible proof
00:10:23.980 against Donald Trump.
00:10:26.980 Allegations made by people that have an axe to grind with Trump, political, of course,
00:10:33.100 even the non-sexual stuff, the loan he took out against Mar-a-Lago,
00:10:39.220 and then they're going to put him in jail for that.
00:10:42.140 he's a convicted felon they used the judicial system to try to keep trump from ever running
00:10:48.940 for dog catcher never mind uh the president and well ha ha we all saw how that worked out
00:10:55.960 uh but then you get a guy like this where there seems to be some pretty credible allegations
00:11:03.880 against uh eric swalwell and uh you know they'll just go on and say no it didn't happen he's done
00:11:11.600 though let's be real he is absolutely dunsky nothing he could do to come back from this i
00:11:19.140 don't think anyway um 50 50 of his colleagues have come forward to say uh he should drop out of the
00:11:27.320 uh the gubernatorial race in california which as we know he just uh just announced that he will not
00:11:35.200 be running for uh governor of california so um his his political career is done let's be honest 0.81
00:11:43.880 how do you come back from this and it's just starting there are more and more women coming
00:11:50.060 forward uh saying that he was very at the very least very inappropriate with them and uh this
00:12:00.800 had been rumored for quite a while too this isn't something that uh came out of nowhere
00:12:05.500 i remember watching uh internet provocateur alex stein and he was following eric swalwell down
00:12:15.360 the sidewalk in dc and he's going off on him about fang fang and the type of sexual contact he had
00:12:24.040 with fang fang um i believe i can't i don't even know i've been in radio this long how to describe 0.98
00:12:31.520 it but it's a dirty it's a dirty sexual act and swallow looked at alex stein and and cracked a 0.99
00:12:39.200 little grin a little smile and when i saw that i was like oh yeah this guy's filthy he's just 0.98
00:12:46.200 filthy he don't even care he's smiling you know most people would be embarrassed or angry or 0.97
00:12:51.660 something and he cracks a smile at alex stein when alex stein brings up some filthy sexual 0.97
