00:15:44.200was breaking the law, as you said, we don't need to make up
00:15:46.200anything. We don't have to create some kind of
00:15:48.120kangaroo court or some kind of crazy tribunal all you have to do is actually enforce the law
00:15:54.040which you're supposed to do you're supposed to be for law and order and because we refuse to do that
00:15:57.800because it would look bad because it would be using power because it would make us feel icky
00:16:02.620because we've done that we didn't do that we enabled these people to get worse and worse
00:16:06.700more and more violent more and more unhinged willing to do anything and everything including
00:16:11.340shooting the president trying to throw him in him in jail imprisoning you know people from his
00:16:15.880administration, because we allowed all of that without any kind of recourse, you've now gotten
00:16:20.180to the point where your politics is existential. And so a lot of people get angry when I talk about
00:16:24.880Machiavelli or Carl Schmitt. And the reason why I talk about those thinkers is I saw that this is
00:16:31.040where politics was going. I saw that this was where we would end up, that politics would end
00:16:35.880up in this existential moment. And when you end up in that moment, you need a different understanding
00:16:40.260of where you are politically that the the difference between you know when you're leading up
00:16:45.640to a moment of existential politics and mr smith goes to washington is just radically different0.97
00:16:50.900and we have to break these people of this mindset we have to break away from this beautiful loser
00:16:56.200theology of politics and we have to understand that if you do not fight back now you will need
00:17:01.600even more radical measures to put down what's coming that's exactly right you know i was talking
00:17:07.000to uh my good buddy still boneless this morning about it and so a full credit to him for the line
00:17:11.960but it's like it's like if you're you know take to put it in sports terms right it's like you're
00:17:15.940playing uh one team goes up and says hey we're gonna we're gonna start the regular season and
00:17:21.740oh by the way um you know this is we're gonna play in the nfl but we're not allowed to wear
00:17:26.520helmets everyone else is allowed to have helmets but we're gonna go out there with with no helmets
00:17:31.200on and yeah we might take the hits but you know it's just this is this is the way that our
00:17:36.600forefathers played and that's the way we're going to do it it's like it's it's ridiculous or like
00:17:41.580you're you know you're not going to use certain plays because they're too effective or something0.96
00:17:45.020like that and when you put it in those terms it's it seems ridiculous and it sounds ridiculous
00:17:50.480why wouldn't you do that you're going to lose right exactly that's the whole point is we've
00:17:54.980we've been taught through a lot of really bad um you know ideologues i think and a lot of really
00:18:02.160bad philosophy and a lot of really bad political thinking over the last really 30, 40 years, I
00:18:08.060think, on the right to say that it's better if we lose, but keep our, you know, keep our, you know,
00:18:15.520our self-respect held up for ourselves. Well, guess what, boys and girls, that if the country
00:18:20.660is destroyed, if they're transing the kids, if churches are being investigated, if people are
00:18:25.920being arrested for praying outside of a Planned Parenthood clinic, if they're rounding up
00:18:29.780conservatives and if they're shooting ceos on you know on fifth avenue and by the way if they're
00:18:35.780murdering future presidents on campus at what point are you going to step up and say you know
00:18:41.800something we need to fight back before it's too late because too late has already begun
00:18:46.340you know a lot of people will talk about the violation of principles you know this and that
00:18:51.980I think that principles exist because they point you towards the good, because they dictate your behavior in a way that brings about the best possible outcome, the morally correct stance.
00:19:07.040And there is no more morally correct stance than the preservation of your children, your tradition, and your way of life.
00:19:15.060And if your principle leads you to destroy your children, your tradition, and your way of life, then your principle is bad. What was the use of that principle? It was a disaster. And so if you have principles that orient you to lose and to sacrifice everything that you hold dear and everything that is good, then the question is, where did that come from? Who gave you that principle?
00:19:39.060I think the issue is that conservatives have been following their enemy's principles for a long time. They've been following the principles that their enemy projected onto them that was meant to contain and control what they were doing instead of actually having a principle of truly conserving something, truly preserving that which matters.
00:19:56.820And I think this gets really important. And this is why I wanted to have this conversation with you, because ultimately, I think this is about a people's will to survive.
00:20:07.420If you are the kind of country that allows an Ilhan Omar into your borders, then you're already weak.0.84
00:20:15.740You're already showing that there is some deep flaw in you that will cause you to commit a form of civilizational suicide.0.96
00:20:23.200But on top of that, if you're allowed allowing a person like that to rule you to literally be in your nation's highest elected body and passing laws that govern and dictate what you do, if you let someone who you know from a foreign country actively hates your country and its principles to be in charge, well, then that really shows that you just do not have the will to exist as a country.
00:20:48.700I think that deporting Ilhan Omar is not just a matter of law. It's not just a matter of right, though those are both important. It's literally a matter of survival. If you can't deport someone like Ilhan Omar, you're showing that you simply cannot survive as a nation.
00:21:01.680No, that's exactly right. And that's why you need to show these signs of life. You need to show
00:21:06.100these signs of reaction, these signs of response. I think there was the Deputy Secretary of State,
00:21:12.560Chris Landau, said recently, and he was actually kind of weighed in on this argument that's been
00:21:17.200raging on X and on the online spaces, where he said, look, Nixon went to China and sat down with
00:21:24.500Chairman Mao. And sure, that was a quote unquote violation of political principle,
00:21:30.020but it was done in the national interest because it separated the it was the sino-soviet split
00:21:36.280and it effectuated the sino-soviet split and brought china on our side talking about the
00:21:40.880cold war again against the soviets and by the way he did so without firing a shot just pointing that
00:21:46.140out and this was a huge win for the united states in that greater geopolitical struggle and yes you0.96
00:21:54.280know obviously chairman mao was a disgusting individual and one of the most uh heinous people0.94
00:21:59.560who ever lived. But at the same time, it was still in the interest of the United States. And at no
00:22:04.000point did Nixon ever, you know, go in and endorse communism or something like that or Maoism. But he
00:22:11.260understood that it was in the best interest and long term interest of the United States at the
00:22:17.080time. I would also point out, by the way, because people always get this wrong, that Nixon did not
00:22:21.220recognize China at the time. That was something later that Jimmy Carter did. But that's a much,
00:22:26.000much longer discussion. And in fact, Kissinger even pointed out that Carter never should have
00:22:31.280given recognition to China. And that was never the point. It was always supposed to be just
00:22:35.440sort of following that George Cannon article that we just kind of referenced along Telegram
00:22:39.420and that strategy of, hey, we're just messing with the communists. We weren't trying to be
00:22:43.600friends with the communists. But to go back to your earlier thing, there was a speech I delivered
00:22:49.540at uh oh yes at natcon a couple of years ago not this most most uh most recent one but i believe
00:22:56.480it was in washington dc and i think it was i think it was 24 where i said this and i had this line
00:23:02.040that really really drove a lot of this same group of people we're discussing um crazy where i said
00:23:07.440and i want to quote myself power without principles is tyranny principles without power is delusion
00:23:15.800and of course they all missed the first part of what i said and only focused on the second
00:23:20.640and they said he said we should have we should have total power and we shouldn't have any
00:23:24.960principles didn't say that i didn't say that what i'm saying is is that if all you have are
00:23:29.620principles and you have no power whatsoever and if you don't exercise and and of course there's
00:23:34.080that question if you don't exercise power do you really have it right so this question of if you
00:23:39.040don't have any power but all you have are your principles then what is the point it's delusional0.89
00:23:43.680You're running around thinking that you have some kind of, oh, I'm, you know, my farts don't stink and your head is like completely into your navel. But while the world just runs past you, just completely runs past you. And meanwhile, of course, you should never exercise power without principles. And of course, that's what we're discussing.
00:24:03.860yeah there's this misordering the misunderstanding of the nature of politics and power so if you know
00:24:12.800real beliefs real principles are lived out right if you say i have a principle of uh being a
00:24:19.100christian but you never go to church you never give money you never you know help anyone you
00:24:25.360don't take good care of your family then okay that's nice that in theory you have those principles
00:24:30.220but in practice, you don't leave anybody out. We call that hypocrisy, right? We don't call that
00:24:34.600being principled. But for some reason, for conservatives, we believe that if we have
00:24:38.420this principle, we don't defend it. We never do anything about it. We never use power or take
00:24:44.320any action to let me stand up. Well, then that is what our principle is. And so we're somehow holier
00:24:50.140by being hypocrites, by not actually fighting for anything. Politics is not some side thing you do.0.93
00:24:58.480It's not some hobby. I mean, Aristotle said that man is a political animal, that at the core, everything we do is political in some sense. The political is what we can't leave behind. It's the things we actually believe in that we're willing to fight for. That's what animates us in this arena.
00:25:16.460And so this idea that the principle in politics is to not do any politics, is to never exercise power, to never stand for anything, that's delusional. That's exactly the opposite. The only way you can have any principle, the only way that you ever actually show, demonstrate what you really believe in, what you'll really fight for, is the things that you'll use power for, is the things that you will sacrifice on behalf of. And so I just think this is a delusional understanding of the connection between power and principle, as you said.
00:25:45.120it's actually funny there's um so in in china there's a total aside and i don't want to like0.54
00:25:50.500go all the way down the rabbit hole but in in uh taoism there was this concept called wu wei
00:25:56.100and if you even if you go to um the the forbidden city in beijing you'll see that over the emperor's
00:26:03.700throne it would even say those characters wu wei and it was this this huge idea of which means
00:26:09.420non-action. So no action, non-function, non-force, or what they call this idea of effortless action
00:26:16.100that the emperor should just, and the empire should just act in accordance with nature and
00:26:21.460allow nature to take its course. Well, you know, this, this got a little bit out of hand if you,
00:26:27.080if you understand Chinese history, because there was a point where China was, was getting fairly
00:26:31.000advanced and, you know, they have gunpowder, they, you know, are able to affect this massive empire
00:26:35.860across their great swath of Asia. But then around the 1400s, 1500s, they just kind of stop.
00:26:44.760They just sort of stop advancing. They've taken over most of China. The rest of the Asian nations
00:26:50.840become vassals. Even China in Chinese, Zhongguo means central kingdom. And if you look at Asian1.00
00:26:56.480history, of course, they were the central kingdom of Asia. But then they just sort of stopped
00:27:00.140developing because this idea of no action takes over. And then when, of course, the British show
00:27:05.840up in the 1800s, they just just blow their doors in with technology. And they've taken that gunpowder0.99
00:27:11.800that the Chinese used for like, you know, fireworks and fun little, fun little inventions1.00
00:27:16.500to create weapons of war and ships and seagoing vessels and are able to absolutely decimate the0.95
00:27:23.300Qing dynasty. And so this is the problem with this kind of thinking that you think, oh, you know,
00:27:30.780we could have rested to this point where we can sit on our laurels and we don't need to worry
00:27:35.800about it. Eventually, someone is just going to come and take your stuff. The British are just
00:27:40.840going to show up and beat your doors in or whoever it is, right, whoever it ends up being. And at1.00
00:27:46.320this point in the United States, we see who that is. It is elements of the far left. It is a coalition
00:27:50.720of of of them of of third world immigrants of uh and and and migrants and invaders at some point1.00
00:27:57.940it's people who want to take our stuff it's really as simple as that and unless we stand up for our
00:28:04.200civilization we are going to get that and you know there was this thing with um uh elon musk and he
00:28:10.820has this like uh you know i'm gonna call it a flying car people could debate whether it's flying
00:28:15.720car or not. But, you know, the point is, is that that's actual innovation, right? That's, that's
00:28:20.780what the far right is up to right now, you know, creating defense technologies and innovation and
00:28:28.560actually trying to understand how to go to the next level as, as a society. And then you look
00:28:34.940at the other side of that. And that's, that's why, you know, the name on humans and unhumaning
00:28:39.180fits because all they want to do is tear down and destroy things like that. And so of course,
00:28:43.980The meme that's been going around is Elon Musk is an immigrant who has given us this advanced technology, whereas Ilhan Omar, the Somalians and the Haitians have only arrived to, you know, extract capital from us.0.99
00:28:58.400Turns out that all immigrants are not created equal.0.87
00:29:01.300Some are a little more American than others.0.99
00:29:06.640I want to talk about this real quickly.
00:29:08.260We don't have to get stuck into it, but I think it is important to mention.
00:29:11.160And I've largely avoided going too deep into the back and forth of these people on Twitter.
00:29:18.020But the woke light or the containment right, as we've labeled them, has spent a lot of time and expended a lot of energy going after people like you and me because we have edgy memes and we've talked about people who have no-no reputations.
00:29:37.520They're actually like our biggest fans.
00:29:39.260i think they listen to our podcasts and like focus on our tweets more like like i i'll see
00:29:44.920someone will send me something like you know some guy posted something about i don't even know the
00:29:48.400guy is and i'll be like my own wife doesn't watch my show that much you know they're usually cutting
00:29:55.580clips for your highlight reel it's like oh thanks i didn't have to do great though because it ends
00:30:00.020up becoming your jonah goldberg was crashing out about me on uh on uh uh cnn last night and of
00:30:06.860course he referenced oh yeah i haven't i haven't posted this yet today but he referenced and this
00:30:10.560guy posobic every friday on his podcast he does franco fridays he says it on cnn i'm like thanks
00:30:17.820joe no you're yeah a lot of people like i gotta i gotta tune into that that sounds amazing freeze
00:30:21.460you get the promo wow friday that sounds great so uh so a lot of these guys have been running
00:30:27.460around and recently of course i had william wolf on to discuss his appearance at natcon israel and
00:30:32.700everything that happened there these people have been you know all the usual suspects have been
00:30:36.380crashing out about this you know how dare you tell they're going after millius like how you
00:30:41.280gonna go after millius i know well as she wears the star of david they're calling her a uh an
00:30:46.940anti-semite because she made the best she made the best documentary about russiagate and the
00:30:54.420trump years the plot against the president the best one that's ever been made it was like the
00:30:58.760movie went number one on amazon i'm by the way and that was under the censorship uh regime of
00:31:04.800amazon when things were really bad if i don't know how um you know if they have the ability
00:31:09.120to re-release it these days that would go that would go number one in a second it truly is an
00:31:14.700amazing thing to watch these people go after her and and and other friends that we have that went
00:31:19.560you know jonathan keeperman and and uh matthew peterson and all these people but a truly
00:31:25.200incredible escalation of this occurred and going after like like like will and and yoram and all
00:31:31.280for you know just just having the event like hey can we discuss these issues no you cannot
00:31:35.880no you're not allowed right it's all the woke scold stuff it's they were going after people for
00:31:42.020quoting gk chesterton yesterday because he was an anti-semite so i mean these people are you know
00:31:48.060they're they're trashing the founding fathers they're attacking beloved christian authors
00:31:51.600it's only a matter of time before they call for you know statues of presidents to be torn down
00:31:56.380You know, they're just it's it's it's it's so obvious.
00:32:00.540And President Trump said the exact same thing.
00:32:02.860If you go back to his Charlottesville response, which I've always found to be fascinating and of course was been, you know, was taken out of context a million ways.
00:32:10.700But when he pointed out, he said, do you really think they're going to stop at Robert E. Lee?
00:32:14.400He said, do you really think they're going to stop?
00:32:17.120Within three years, they were tearing down statues of Jefferson and Andrew Jackson and just any other statue they could find.
00:32:24.160so the amazing thing that happened yesterday is that uh you know the the uh great sage james
00:32:33.660lindsey decided to run around and find every female conservative he could and called them
00:32:39.640a b-word he went after people like molly hemingway who was like the nicest human being in the world
00:32:45.260uh richard bovard like he yeah yeah like like he was in her you know interventions you know uh
00:32:51.720insulting her with profanity it was truly an incredible thing to watch and of course all
00:32:56.560these people like joel barry who've been talking about and rachel like molly's great rachel's great
00:33:02.040i saw megan bashham they're going after like these are some of the night they truly some of
00:33:06.660the nicest people they are truly some of the nicest people i've ever met and and so the fact
00:33:11.320that not only were you insulting these people but then uh the guys who have been calling uh every
00:33:17.100saying we have to go on a witch hunt because there are all these sexist
00:33:21.440groopers everywhere, right? Like these groopers have terrible attitudes for women0.98
00:33:25.320and we have to go after them. They're infiltrating the Republican Party. Now they're1.00
00:33:29.440running around and defending this guy for calling everybody, every
00:33:33.420woman he can find, a B-word. And it's just incredible because not a single one of
00:33:37.400these people is going to disaffiliate with Lindsay.
00:33:41.620They're going to continue to have him on. They're going to continue to praise him. They're going to defend him
00:33:45.280even though they've said that sexism is the worst thing ever and that's why we have to get rid of0.99
00:33:49.420all of these groopers because they're so sexist they're they're not going to change anything and0.79
00:33:53.060i just think it's hilarious because we've heard endlessly about the dangers of the friend enemy
00:33:56.620distinction if you talk about carl schmidt if you talk about the friend enemy distinction then you
00:34:01.080must believe in nazism you must you can't just be reading a political theorist and understanding
00:34:05.340the framework he put forward uh acknowledging a obvious truth inside of politics you must believe
00:34:11.540in this you know this this national socialist regime or something and now they are literally
00:34:17.500defending the exact behavior that they decried only because it's someone they see as a political
00:34:23.280ally a political friend they are the most schmittian people in the world they are living out
00:34:27.780the friend enemy extinction in the realest sense and i just thought it was incredible because you
00:34:31.900watch all this whinging about principle for the last year uh last couple years just get burned
00:34:37.240down in one day like these people have zero principles they when when when the push comes
00:34:41.500to shove they will abandon those principles in a moment if they think that it hurts their
00:34:45.160political enemies and helps their political friends all the sophistry about principle
00:34:49.340just burn down in one minute yeah you see the same thing where they'll they'll point out like
00:34:54.380if you make a reference to something and they'll say oh my gosh they you know this person read
00:34:58.300such and such book like like since when are we not allowed to read books you're not allowed to
00:35:04.240read a book you're not allowed to engage with an argument you're not allowed to say oh that's
00:35:07.320interesting argument you know maybe there's some stuff that that i agree with maybe there's some
00:35:10.800stuff i disagree with and and that's it it's a book it also goes kind of to show you that it is
00:35:16.260a leftist coded thinking because it's the left that reads a book and then decides to just follow
00:35:22.620everything that is in that book because they don't have the ability of independent thought
00:35:27.380or critical reasoning and so they just say oh well i'm just going to go along with whatever1.00
00:35:31.400of this book so you see by the way you see um uh feminists do this all the time because they'll1.00
00:35:35.300read like uh the the handmaid's tale or that that watch that you know movie the housemate or whatever1.00
00:35:41.120it is and they'll they'll just say oh that's what life is like i'm just gonna go with that even
00:35:45.000though i think handmaid's tale actually if you go back the original author admitted that she
00:35:49.040originally uh wrote it about the taliban yes and then and then later on um it was just sort of
00:35:55.880sort of through the tv adaptation and the trump years they said oh no no no this is about
00:35:59.800conservatives but the original original piece was written about the taliban it's kind of reminds me
00:36:05.200i got into uh i got into it with the sex in the city founder once um you know a couple years ago
00:36:09.820on twitter and back when twitter was still good and we still had like liberals and celebrities
00:36:13.520on it because what's the point if you can't harass them um and and she was relaunching her sex in the
00:36:21.220city um you know as like a as like a one woman broadway show or something like this and i brought
00:36:27.160up the fact that she had once told the daily mail that she regretted never getting married and having
00:36:31.520kids i said i said oh well so now you're promoting the same lifestyle that you yourself once admitted
00:36:38.300that you regretted and of course she was screaming i that was taken out of context etc etc and then
00:36:43.960she blocked me it's an incredible thing to watch and uh you know obviously you know the one of the
00:36:52.260main reasons you have become such a target of ire is that you talk about francisco franco that you
00:36:58.620in a book like the inhumans talk about uh not just the evils of the communist revolution not
00:37:04.620just the terrible things that have been done in the name of this ideology and in the name of these
00:37:10.940inhuman people but what it takes to fight back against what it looks to like actually stand up
00:37:15.600to these people in a moment of true existential dread. And so you have these people who just spend
00:37:23.000their entire lives running around crying anytime someone brings up being effective, standing for
00:37:28.800truth, defending what is right, and ultimately defeating those that are doing evil. It's just,
00:37:35.680I don't know, what possesses people to react so strongly? And why do you think it's so important
00:37:41.660to talk about someone like Franco at a time like this? Well, I mean, it's so a couple of things,
00:37:47.360right? Why does it bother them so much? That's a deeper question. Honestly, I think of I think
00:37:53.080I think it sparks it speaks to insecurity or because and this is just my just my personal
00:37:59.900opinion. I don't think they actually mean they're not deliberately being the containment right. I
00:38:05.740think to them, it's just they are so twisted up because of either trauma that they're dealing with
00:38:12.140from their past lives with, you know, some of them obviously have made, you know, references to here
00:38:18.200and there. And, and just this, like, really, or just really bad decisions that they've made with
00:38:23.800their own lives. And the way that they live their lives, they think that, wait a minute, I can't
00:38:28.560allow any other principles to get, um, to get prominence or in, in society, because if that
00:38:35.820means that, you know, this moral system actually is better than mine, then I might be called to
00:38:40.440account for things that I've done in my life. And they really, really, really don't want that.
00:38:45.280And, and so, and I know I'm speaking kind of vaguely, but I don't want to make it personal,
00:38:49.440but so I, I think that they, they're terrified of going past like the 1990s, early 2000s,
00:38:57.100sort of like level of the rules because suddenly you know past behavior might be called into
00:39:04.140question or past things that they've done and and that's that's what leads them to to push back
00:39:10.080against anyone who says hey hey perhaps this idea of us pushing god out of the public square in the
00:39:15.8801960s and getting rid of absolute morality was a bad idea and allowing the sexual revolution to
00:39:22.000reach the zenith of now where you have women, we have a whole chapter on this, by the way,0.54
00:39:27.500where you have women celebrating a murderess who killed her own children and saying that it's0.51
00:39:32.600actually not her fault, it's society's fault, because this is what the Marxists always do,
00:39:36.340it's they reverse victim and offender. And once you realize they reverse victim and offender,
00:39:40.720every single time you can't stop seeing them do it, because they literally do it for whatever
00:39:45.800the situation is. They'll take the most violent person and just the most horrific act of brutal
00:39:52.060violence. We had this black guy in Philly a couple of days ago who swatted himself. So he called the0.94
00:39:58.780police on himself, say, Hey, there's a guy with the gun and he gives the address. And then when
00:40:02.440the police showed up, he shot the cops because he wanted to shoot cops. And then he later told
00:40:08.160these, so one dies, one lives. And he later tells officers as he's being arrested that I made sure
00:40:15.200they were white before I shot them. That if they were black, we would have just had a conversation,0.99
00:40:19.520but I made sure they were white cops before I shot them. So these horrific acts of violence.1.00
00:40:24.820And then you see the leftist DA of Philadelphia, who's the Soros DA named Larry Krasner. What does
00:40:30.200he do? He blames the police officers for allowing this guy to be out on the street because he had
00:40:35.660committed, by the way, another murder a couple of years before, but then blamed police and said,
00:40:40.680oh, you boxed the investigation. This is actually your fault. It's again, just switching victim
00:40:46.580and offender over and over and over and over. So that's that's a little bit long winded. But
00:40:51.840I think they have a lot of emotional insecurities, a lot of really, really deep seated emotional
00:40:57.080insecurities. And and I'll leave it at that. As far as why do we talk about and we don't just
00:41:02.680talk about Franco in the book, we talk about Chiang Kai-shek. We talk about Pyotr Rangel.
00:41:06.360we talk about all sorts of people who have fought back against communism and sometimes they won
00:41:12.640sometimes they did not we talk about all those stands that lots of people have made in fight
00:41:17.560joseph mccarthy we talk about joseph mccarthy at great length uh we talk about george kennan by the
00:41:21.920way which is funny to see him coming back i said hey we've got a whole whole bunch of references
00:41:26.240to kennan in here let's let's let's go to the let's go to the book and check it out and see
00:41:30.160what he see what he wrote about containment theory does this make sense we actually have a whole
00:41:34.040part of the book where we talk about George Cannon's containment theory and how can we use
00:41:38.940that against the left today? And how can we use certain things from that strategy for us today to
00:41:44.880just sort of, again, contain them from ever receiving power, putting them in institutions,
00:41:50.860getting them out of institutions, et cetera, et cetera. There's a lot we can actually learn
00:41:54.160from ways that communism has been fought in the past. And again and again. So the reason
00:42:00.120that we tell these stories, number one, the main reason is because we've been lied about
00:42:04.560so many times about these things. There are people just, and we're telling these stories
00:42:10.800from a historical perspective, but also we make it interesting. It's not just about dates and
00:42:14.640locations. We actually talk about, for example, people say, oh, Franco, okay, et cetera, et cetera.
00:42:19.360Who is he fighting? They'll never tell you that. The average person just hears, oh, Franco, he was
00:42:24.260this uh this guy who ran spain for a long time and uh and that was it and you never actually
00:42:30.100learned that oh franco was fighting murderous bloodthirsty communists who were backed by the
00:42:36.180soviets in sort of a precursor to world war ii because the first thing the bolsheviks did after
00:42:41.940they looted the uh the czar's resources in russia is that they tried to expand the revolution
00:42:48.460to madrid because it was a criminal syndicate right this they are they're just a group of0.96
00:42:52.960criminals. There's not actually a political ideology. It's just a tactic. They're just
00:42:56.740criminals. They're just thugs. And they took over Spain, by the way, in a stolen election,1.00
00:43:01.840this is like a really interesting part of it because the, the commies will always say that,
00:43:06.480oh, well, there was an election and we elected the communist, but then you go back in and you
00:43:10.020find that there were actually the equivalent of what we'd say today are Antifa and BLM groups,
00:43:15.320like going in and like smashing uh voting centers in um conservative areas or brutalizing people who
00:43:24.120were conservative and again they had all the soviet backing to be able to do so and after
00:43:28.760assassinating many conservative politicians by the way right right assassinate assassinating
00:43:33.260politicians assassinating conservative youth youth leaders too by the way and and eventually so they
00:43:39.600they get into power and they just unleash the far left across the entirety of spain they are
00:43:47.680killing priests of course it's very very brutal in their what they call anti-clerical violence but
00:43:53.460it's just anti-church violence anti-christian violence priests were murdered in some of the
00:43:58.260most brutal ways ever the same way they did in the soviet union nuns were thrown up on church altars0.82
00:44:04.740and raped. And in some cases, their bodies were then just left desiccated out in the middle of
00:44:10.260town squares or even put on display to show what happens if you stand against the revolution.0.57
00:44:15.920And what were the Bolsheviks also doing? Oh, that's right. They were looting the gold of0.81
00:44:20.080Madrid, which of course, this is some of the gold that comes from Columbus and the New World and all
00:44:24.960this. And they sent it all back to Moscow. So again, they're just a bunch of criminals.0.93
00:44:30.520and and then and yes then there a civil war ensued and franco won the civil war0.93
00:44:36.080and we don't ever say that oh that's what the united states should do and the u.s military
00:44:41.780should kerm on earn herder we don't say that anywhere in the book we just tell the story so
00:44:47.360that people can understand that certain things that happened in spain do actually line up with
00:44:53.560things that we see happening here in the united states today now warfare has changed we don't
00:44:59.280live in an era of second generation warfare or third generation warfare. That's why our communist0.93
00:45:05.400revolutions don't look like the ones of the past. We live in an era of fourth and fifth generation0.78
00:45:10.800warfare. And so because warfare has changed and the nature of warfare has changed, so too has the
00:45:16.720nature of these revolutions. And guess what? They do still follow those same patterns, those same
00:45:23.460beats and we've we've really broken down the playbook on how the communist revolution
00:45:28.660subverts a civilization divides a civilization divides it up into groups infiltrates various
00:45:34.500institutions and then and then begins and somebody asked me the other day um well what what stage are
00:45:40.340we in right now and i and i said the stage we're in right now is called the purge and uh and and
00:45:45.940unfortunately that um you know isn't necessarily a reference to the movie although it kind of is
00:45:51.300that that's just what they do. It's what they always do. And there isn't any other way to
00:45:55.200point that out. They purge anyone who they view as a political threat or an effective political
00:46:01.760operator against them. That's why they go against the church every single time they do, because
00:46:06.100they can't have an institution that stays against them. They've obviously worked to infiltrate
00:46:10.260various churches as much as possible throughout the West. But anyone who truly opposes them
00:46:15.940gets targeted and gets purged. That's exactly what happened to Charlie Kirk. There's no question
00:46:20.700about that in my mind, even as obviously someone who knew him or worked with him, there's no
00:46:25.040question that he was someone who faced intense scrutiny and intense targeting for years leading
00:46:30.800up to 9-10, what happened at UVU. And again, you see the same thing with President Trump over and
00:46:38.260over and over. You see these nascent threats to J.D. Vance. They tried to break into his house
00:46:43.860in Ohio, which people don't seem to pay attention to very much, but they did try to do that. His
00:46:48.640family wasn't there of course god bless at the time and they uh they're now killing you know
00:46:53.880united healthcare ceos in the street in new york city so this violence that we always see always
00:46:58.760takes place within the purge stage and again though it's it's not just the violence it's also
00:47:04.100if they can lock you up they will lock you up if they can censor you they will censor you
00:47:07.800the point is the purge the mechanism is just whatever they they'll find whatever works
00:47:12.400yeah i think it's really important for people to understand what's what's at stake and so
00:47:17.680So, you know, after they get done reading The Inhumans and they get the prep for that, you can, I believe there's a, it's back in print, there's a book called The Last Crusade, which is a very good.
