00:00:30.000 In June, the left launched its No Kings protest to denounce the horrific authoritarian dictatorship of Donald Trump.
00:00:37.840 Deporting illegal alien gang members, preventing the mutilation of children, and punishing criminals all became proof of Trump's incipient fascism.
00:00:45.960 Now that Trump has deployed National Guard troops to stop violent leftist mobs from attacking ICE officers,
00:00:51.740 Democrats and the left have decided to stage a sequel on Saturday.
00:00:55.480 The whole thing will look like a farce.
00:00:57.440 Clever signs, bad folk music, and stale slogans.
00:01:01.000 But behind the clown show, the left is radicalizing shock troops preparing them to do real violence.
00:01:07.460 No myth runs deeper in American life than the idea that peaceful protest drives reform.
00:01:12.900 Boomers grew up believing that singing folk songs, waving witty signs, and smoking pot were powerful tools of change. 0.99
00:01:19.460 The media sanctified the calm resolve of civil rights marches and the flower child theatrics of the anti-war movement as the true engines of progress.
00:01:29.260 As usual, Hollywood left out all the ugly parts.
00:01:33.600 Those movements also produced riots, rapes, arsons, bombings, and murders.
00:01:38.500 The violence was so widespread that Richard Nixon's 1968 campaign ran one of the most famous ads in American political history, promising to restore law and order.
00:01:48.820 The peaceful demonstrators made for good television, but it was the violence that moved the needle.
00:01:53.620 No one likes to say it out loud, but the violence worked.
00:01:56.560 The first round of no-king's protests had a respectable turnout, but achieved nothing.
00:02:02.740 Leftists filled the streets to mock Trump and chant about freedom, but no policies were changed and no momentum followed.
00:02:09.300 Yeah, Trump's approval rating may have slipped into the mid-40s, but Democrats are somehow even worse.
00:02:14.880 They're still wallowing in the low 30s.
00:02:17.260 Americans may be wary of the current situation, but the protests haven't persuaded them that the Democrats can govern.
00:02:23.560 Violence, on the other hand, has been more effective.
00:02:27.760 The assassination of Charlie Kirk has made conservative campus events nearly impossible.
00:02:33.080 Universities now demand absurd security fees or simply cancel appearances outright, citing safety concerns.
00:02:40.060 The threat doesn't come from the speakers, of course.
00:02:43.240 It comes from the activists that universities officially refuse to restrain.
00:02:47.920 Several conservative commentators are stepping in to finish Kirk's tour,
00:02:51.720 but the assassin's veto has reshaped the landscape.
00:02:55.460 Violence also brought Jimmy Kimmel back to late-night television.
00:02:58.900 After he lied about Kirk's assassination, sponsors complained, and two major affiliates refused to run his show.
00:03:05.580 Sinclair Broadcasting even planned to air a Kirk tribute in the slot where Jimmy Kimmel usually appears.
00:03:11.740 Then came bomb threats, followed by gunfire targeting an ABC station in California.
00:03:17.000 Sinclair folded, scrapping the tribute, and restoring Kimmel to the lineup.
00:03:20.920 Terrorism works.
00:03:22.660 It succeeds where boycotts fail.
00:03:25.500 Mob action has also disrupted immigration enforcement.
00:03:28.840 Leftists have assaulted ICE officers, blocked arrests, surrounded vehicles, and tried to plant explosives.
00:03:34.820 One would-be assassin was so incompetent that he aimed for ICE agents but only killed detainees.
00:03:41.580 Otherwise, we'd have a pile of dead federal agents from the hands of leftists.
00:03:46.200 Trump's Justice Department has begun to crack down, but the left keeps escalating.
00:03:51.400 They've learned that violence yields results. 1.00
00:03:55.220 No kings, no kings, Trump is a fascist. 0.95
00:03:57.900 Yeah, we get it, but it's hard to take Democrats seriously when they wail about authoritarianism. 0.97
00:04:03.660 They jailed Trump officials, abortion protesters, meme makers, and even the president himself.
00:04:09.440 They don't fear power.
00:04:10.820 They crave it.
00:04:12.160 What they hate is losing it.
00:04:13.820 Organizers claim that more than 2,000 no kings protests are set for the weekend.
00:04:20.260 I'm sure many of those won't happen or will be sparsely attended, but the biggest ones will draw crowds,
00:04:25.520 mostly aging boomers reliving their youth.
00:04:28.380 They'll march, they'll sing, and they'll pretend to matter.
00:04:31.560 But the real movement isn't in the drum circle.
00:04:33.740 It's with people like Jay Jones, the Virginia Attorney General candidate who still enjoys Democratic support,
00:04:40.420 despite texting fantasies about murdering the children of conservatives.
00:04:44.660 That's the true face of the modern left.
00:04:46.860 They're not waving signs.
00:04:48.440 They're plotting your demise.
00:04:50.520 The No King spectacle will fill news segments and late-night monologues, but it's just camouflage.
00:04:55.620 Behind it stands an organized, violent movement convinced that terror is a legitimate political tool.
00:05:02.120 These people don't want debate.
00:05:04.740 They want obedience.
00:05:06.260 And they're willing to bleed us for it.
00:05:32.120 If you'd like to follow me on Twitter, or Gab, or Substack, or Instagram,
