00:00:30.080 While journalists and pundits are busy debating the fallout from the Republican primary,

00:00:34.520 the real battle for the future of America is occurring on the Texas border with Mexico.

00:00:39.400 The Biden administration has enacted a malicious open borders policy,

00:00:43.700 welcoming millions of illegal aliens into the country and facilitating a full-scale invasion. 0.98

00:00:49.520 Texas Governor Greg Abbott has attempted to stem the tide by deploying razor wire

00:00:53.600 and authorizing state law enforcement to arrest foreign trespassers.

00:00:57.200 Federal border agents have responded by cutting the wire so that an unrestricted flow of completely

00:01:02.620 unvetted migrants can continue to enter the country illegally.

00:01:06.920 Abbott has taken the unprecedented step of expelling the Border Patrol from the region of Eagle Pass,

00:01:12.200 where many of these illegal crossings took place,

00:01:14.840 but now the Supreme Court has ordered Texas officials to stand down.

00:01:18.120 The time has come for a leader like Abbott to defy the illegitimate ruling of the court

00:01:23.820 and defend the citizens he has sworn to protect.

00:01:27.500 Democracy is a comically easy system to hack.

00:01:30.520 If the current population doesn't reliably support the ruling class,

00:01:34.000 elites can simply import a new population to dilute the influence of the old one.

00:01:38.000 The left has been clear about its intention to transform the United States through immigration 1.00

00:01:43.780 and eliminate any support for the political opposition by bringing in a dependent class of low-wage workers.

00:01:50.220 The Biden administration not only welcomes these illegal aliens, 1.00

00:01:53.560 but it also buses and flies them deep into the country, where they will never be found.

00:01:58.800 There have been at least 8 million illegal aliens encountered at the border since Biden took office,

00:02:04.440 which is roughly seven times the population of Montana.

00:02:08.980 Mass immigration brings with it crime, disease, poverty, drug addiction, and human trafficking. 1.00

00:02:15.220 Even sanctuary cities like New York are finally realizing the incredible cost of open borders,

00:02:20.640 as Mayor Eric Adams displaces entire schools full of children to house illegal immigrants, 0.54

00:02:26.180 and the state's legislature commits billions of dollars to subsidize their health care.

00:02:31.420 While the fiscal and social impacts of this invasion are devastating,

00:02:35.940 the existential threat posed to the American political process is the most urgent concern.

00:02:42.580 Democrats are welcoming a wave of illegal immigrants larger than the population of several red states 0.84

00:02:48.200 and are seeking ways to turn them into legitimate voters.

00:02:52.340 The normalization of mail-in ballots and the rejection of voter identification laws are clear efforts to enable fraudulent voting,

00:02:59.080 but even if that doesn't work, Democrats will have succeeded in transforming the voter base for generations.

00:03:05.100 It's now clear that the immigration problem will not be solved at the federal level.

00:03:11.400 Republicans have paid lip service to border security for decades, but they've betrayed the voters at every opportunity.

00:03:17.100 We hope you're enjoying your Air Canada flight.

00:03:20.360 Rocky's vacation, here we come.

00:03:23.120 Whoa, is this economy?

00:03:25.240 Free beer, wine, and snacks.

00:03:27.680 Sweet! 0.95

00:03:28.780 Fast-free Wi-Fi means I can make dinner reservations before we land.

00:03:32.820 And with live TV, I'm not missing the game.

00:03:35.860 It's kind of like, I'm already on vacation.

00:03:39.040 Nice! 0.94

00:03:39.520 On behalf of Air Canada, nice travels.

00:03:43.300 Wi-Fi available to airplane members on equipped flights.

00:03:45.420 Sponsored by Bell. Conditions apply.

00:03:46.780 See your Canada dot com.

00:03:48.320 Large corporate donors prefer cheap labor, and the press can manufacture children in cages headlines all day long, 0.84

00:03:54.820 making it easier to simply turn a blind eye to the devastating impact that the immigration invasion is having on the heartland. 0.99

00:04:01.240 If the GOP were an actual opposition party, it would take the left's efforts to alter the machinery of democracy more seriously.

00:04:10.760 But the GOP isn't an opposition party.

00:04:13.420 Republicans are the outer party, Democrats are the inner party, and no one is interested in protecting Red America. 0.73

00:04:19.640 The truth is that the GOP is embarrassed by its predominantly white supporters and is just as eager as the Democrats to swap them out 0.90

00:04:27.880 for a voter base that would meet the approval of the New York Times editorial page.

00:04:32.940 Donald Trump managed to win the presidency on his promise to build the wall and seal the border,

00:04:37.420 but came up short after facing resistance from both parties.

00:04:41.520 Immigration numbers under Trump were significantly lower due to tougher enforcement policies, but his changes were short-lived.

00:04:48.000 Congress refused to fund the president's wall, even though lawmakers would later find over $100 billion to protect the border of Ukraine,

00:04:56.180 and all of Trump's gains were wiped out as soon as he was forced out of the White House.

00:05:00.500 The Uniparty and the entrenched Washington bureaucracy want the border open,

00:05:04.800 and it will stay open unless individual states take action.

00:05:09.000 Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Cohn and Barrett once again have betrayed the conservatives

00:05:14.420 who put them on the court and affirm the Biden administration's right to facilitate an invasion.

00:05:19.620 Greg Abbott must defend the citizens of his state and the nation against a hostile regime.

00:05:25.700 The Chief Justice has made his ruling. Now let him enforce it.

00:05:29.560 The governor must defy the Supreme Court's ruling and continue to protect the border.

00:05:34.100 Democrats refuse to comply with immigration law all the time.

00:05:37.560 There's no reason a Republican governor should follow this malicious order.

00:05:42.760 Make the federal government send agents for the express purpose of opening the border and allowing illegal immigrants in. 1.00

00:05:49.700 Have Texas law enforcement meet them at the border and turn the federal agents around as soon as they arrive.

00:05:56.200 The optics would be an absolute disaster for the regime, especially in an election year.

00:06:01.660 Force the Biden administration's hand and set an example for every other conservative governor.

00:06:09.300 Defend the nation and exercise the kind of self-government on which the United States was founded.

00:06:15.800 A desperate nation, drowning in the financial and social costs of mass illegal immigration, 1.00

00:06:21.460 is crying out for leadership, and Abbott can be the man of the hour.

00:06:25.200 The governor's defiance of the Supreme Court would be far more important than any piece of legislation or election,

00:06:33.520 even the presidential contest.

00:06:35.760 The future of the United States rests entirely on the willingness of one conservative governor

00:06:41.340 to tell the federal government to go pound sand.

00:06:45.720 Greg Abbott is uniquely positioned to make history and defend his country.

00:06:50.700 I pray he finds the courage to do just that.

00:06:53.660 Now, this obviously requires an update.

00:06:58.360 I wrote this piece on Tuesday, and I am happy to say that Greg Abbott passed this test with flying colors.

00:07:05.540 In a stunning display of courage and leadership, the governor did indeed tell the federal government

00:07:11.800 to go pound sand, doubling down, deploying more razor wire, and continuing to keep his guard at the border.

00:07:19.320 Very importantly, Greg Abbott also released a statement explaining the legal justification for his actions

00:07:26.900 citing Texas' constitutional right to defend its own borders against invasion when the federal government refuses to do so.

00:07:34.800 I'm also very happy to tell you that as of recording this video,

00:07:39.760 the governors of 15 other states including Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia, Oklahoma, and Louisiana

00:07:47.680 have declared their support for Texas' right to defend its own borders,

00:07:52.880 and some states, like Florida, are even sending people to help Texas.

00:07:57.260 In fact, Ron DeSantis has been doing that for years.

00:07:59.920 So yeah, always nice to be pleasantly surprised and find out that some GOP governors actually have a spine.

00:08:07.700 Very interested to see what happens next.
