00:01:17.000 The media had been steadily bombarding their captive viewers
00:01:21.000 with different stories of police brutality against black people,
00:01:24.000 the most sacred of all victims,
00:01:26.000 hoping that one spark would eventually trigger a wildfire.
00:01:30.000 It did take them a while, but once riots started,
00:01:33.000 they spread to different cities very quickly.
00:01:36.000 Teachers had their students write essays about George Floyd
00:01:39.000 while churches baptized in his name.
00:01:41.000 Statues were built,
00:01:43.000 murals were painted,
00:01:44.000 and companies donated millions to Black Lives Matter
00:01:47.000 even as rioters looted and burned down their stores.
00:01:51.000 It was a truly religious movement,
00:01:53.000 supported by every major power center in the nation,
00:01:56.000 justifying outrageous violence and property damage,
00:02:00.000 while news organizations glorified the entire spectacle.
00:02:03.000 Not since the 1960s has America been gripped
00:02:06.000 by such a fervent spiritual devotion to revolutionary politics.
00:02:11.000 Now, Trump is back in office,
00:02:13.000 and the left is desperately trying to recreate the magic.
00:02:16.000 But leftists just can't seem to get it done.
00:02:18.000 ICE has started deporting the worst illegal alien criminals.
00:02:22.000 In most states, the operation is going smoothly.
00:02:25.000 Some blue states have decided, though,
00:02:27.000 that they're just not going to work with ICE,
00:02:29.000 forcing the agents to retrieve the illegals themselves,
00:02:32.000 often in a very hostile environment,
00:02:34.000 without the aid of local law enforcement.
00:02:36.000 Minnesota has been a hotbed of domestic unrest,
00:02:39.000 so it's no surprise that that's the state
00:02:42.000 which has also seen the most conflict with these ICE raids.
00:02:45.000 It isn't just that Minnesota refuses to cooperate
00:02:49.000 with federal immigration officials.
00:02:51.000 The entire state political apparatus is involved
00:02:54.000 in a conspiracy to foment violence.
00:02:57.000 Government officials, including the lieutenant governor,
00:02:59.000 had been caught in a group chat working to coordinate the revolution.
00:03:03.000 Teachers unions and school boards collaborate to suspend school
00:03:07.000 just so that the educators and students can join in the street protests and riots.
00:03:12.000 Judges refuse to sign arrest warrants for obvious crimes
00:03:15.000 because they agree with the perpetrators.
00:03:17.000 Minnesota is an open insurrection.
00:03:20.000 There really is no other word for it.
00:03:22.000 Despite the incredible level of subversive coordination occurring in Minnesota,
00:03:27.000 events have failed to capture the popular imagination
00:03:30.000 like they did during the summer of love.
00:03:32.000 Some have blamed the winter, claiming that it's simply too cold
00:03:35.000 for leftists to maintain an overwhelming presence in the streets.
00:03:38.000 Others have pointed to the lack of lockdowns
00:03:40.000 or other simmering psychological factor increasing political tensions.
00:03:44.000 The most likely explanation centers around the cause itself.
00:03:48.000 Black criminals have gained an almost sacred status on the left,
00:03:52.000 making them a far more animating cause, especially for the black community at large.
00:03:57.000 I'm sorry, but there's just no way that black activists are showing up
00:04:02.000 to die for white lesbians who get themselves shot standing up
00:04:05.000 for child molesting illegal aliens from Venezuela.
00:04:09.000 Without the sacred victims, it's difficult for leftists to get their most violent foot soldiers
00:04:15.000 in the streets or get corporations to sign on and push the agenda.
00:04:19.000 Whatever the true explanation, the consequences are obvious.
00:04:23.000 The revolution isn't spreading, and most Americans just don't care.
00:04:28.000 If you're someone who follows the news obsessively,
00:04:32.000 it's easy to overestimate the impact that events in Minnesota are having on the country.
00:04:37.000 It's not that what is happening between ICE and violent leftists isn't serious or that it doesn't matter.
00:04:43.000 It is, but most Americans are barely paying attention.
00:04:47.000 Most states are coordinating with ICE and deportations are entirely positive there, making very little noise.
00:04:54.000 The average guy might catch an online video or headline and shake his head,
00:04:58.000 but he goes right back to wondering if the Patriots are going to win another Super Bowl this year.
00:05:03.000 Progressive activists are posting on social media complaining about how most of the country just doesn't care about what they're doing.
00:05:11.000 The revolution is contained, and the leftist insurgency is becoming demoralized.
00:05:17.000 Tim Walsh has now agreed to involve local law enforcement if ICE reduces its direct presence in the operation.
00:05:25.000 Some disgruntled right-wingers have described this as capitulation by the Trump administration, but that simply isn't the case.
00:05:31.000 The goal was always to use ICE as a supplementary force in conjunction with local agencies.
00:05:38.000 Anything else is just inviting long-term chaos.
00:05:41.000 The initial refusal of law enforcement to cooperate created a city-under-siege mentality.

00:05:50.000 Progressives could sell the image of faceless authoritarians surging into their hometown and then justify all kinds of ruthless tactics.
00:05:58.000 Now that local police are handling the riot control, they own the situation.
00:06:03.000 It's a lot easier to demonize and attack a faceless federal agent.
00:06:08.000 Now the protesters are assaulting their friends, family members, and neighbors.
00:06:13.000 Activists have already started to surround Tim Walsh's house due to their outrage.
00:06:18.000 Once revolutionary energy is redirected towards their own leaders, the movement, it's not long for this world.
00:06:25.000 Now many GOP commentators and politicians have decided that this is the time to defect.
00:06:31.000 Calling for ICE to withdraw and abandon operations in Minnesota, which is, you know, obviously a huge mistake.
00:06:39.000 The progressives are outraged that their government allies have wavered and they're demoralized because their revolution has been contained.
00:06:47.000 The worst possible move would be to rip defeat from the jaws of victory because a few MSNBC segments started to make the donor class squeamish.
00:06:57.000 Now is not the time to give up. Now is not the time to bail out and run away.
00:07:02.000 Now is not the time to shriek because somewhere someone on the internet called you mean and the most important thing in the world is that the New York Times or CNN loves you.

00:07:15.000 Now is the time to break the insurgency and continue nationwide operations without hesitation.
00:07:21.000 Americans are more interested in whether the Seahawks can pull this one off than they are about spreading the Marxist open borders gospel.
00:07:29.000 If conservative politicians and commentators can control their impulse to surrender like spineless cowards for just a few more weeks, guys, just a few more weeks.
