00:00:00.000 ISIS terrorists murder 13 American service members and kill nearly 100 other people.
00:00:05.000 The Biden administration reportedly handed a list of Americans, green card holders and Afghan allies to the Taliban.
00:00:10.000 And Joe Biden is not with us.
00:00:12.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.
00:00:13.000 This is the Ben Shapiro Show.
00:00:20.000 This show is sponsored by ExpressVPN.
00:00:22.000 It's time to stand up to big tech.

00:00:26.000 Yesterday was one of the worst days in modern American foreign policy history.
00:00:31.000 Yesterday saw the death of 13 American service members and at least 90 Afghans as two explosions ripped through crowds seeking evacuation in the wake of Joe Biden's Ill-fated and ridiculous, stupid pullout from Afghanistan.
00:00:44.000 The tactics were bad.
00:00:45.000 The strategy is worse.
00:00:46.000 The geo-strategic implications are grave.
00:00:49.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, more than 100 people were killed, including at least 13 U.S.
00:00:53.000 service members and 90 Afghans at the Kabul airport Thursday.
00:00:56.000 When two blasts ripped through crowds trying to enter the American-controlled facility, disrupting the final push of the U.S.-led evacuation effort.
00:01:03.000 A suicide bomb attack at the airport's Abbey Gate was followed by an assault by gunmen, officials said.
00:01:07.000 Another bomb attack took place nearby at a hotel outside the airport, according to officials.
00:01:11.000 18 U.S.
00:01:12.000 service members were also injured, the Pentagon said, to that 13 dead U.S.
00:01:16.000 service member numbers.
00:01:17.000 That could actually go up.
00:01:18.000 The attack marked the deadliest day for the U.S.
00:01:20.000 military in Afghanistan since 2011.
00:01:24.000 So remember, the whole purpose of this operation was to prevent U.S.
00:01:27.000 casualties from the Taliban.
00:01:29.000 We had not had this many casualties in a single day in Afghanistan for a decade.
00:01:34.000 And Joe Biden, in signal fashion, somehow brought about this result.
00:01:40.000 Pretty incredible.
00:01:40.000 We'd had zero combat casualties in Afghanistan, count them zero, since February of 2020.
00:01:46.000 And Joe Biden pulled out all the troops, and then he handed over Kabul to the Taliban, and then the Taliban allowed in ISIS, and then ISIS proceeded to kill 13 U.S.
00:01:55.000 service members, wound 18 others, and kill 100 Afghans at the same time.
00:01:59.000 The attack marked the deadliest day for the U.S.
00:02:01.000 military since 2011, came just five days before the Biden administration's deadline for the complete military withdrawal from the country.
00:02:08.000 And, this may not be the end, Marine Corps General Frank McKenzie has said, the military expects more attacks.
00:02:13.000 It is a full-scale disaster area, and it was brought about completely and utterly by our incompetent, foolish president.
00:02:20.000 And I'm not sure what is worse.
00:02:22.000 What the president thinks when he is with us or the fact that he is not with us.
00:02:27.000 I don't know whether to blame the fact that he is senile or the fact that he is incompetent because he's had these crappy ideas on foreign policy every step of the way.
00:02:33.000 As Barack Obama once famously said, never underestimate Joe's ability to f*** things up.
00:02:39.000 Okay, so the man's not been right on a single foreign policy issue his entire career.
00:02:43.000 And he's been holding this perspective, which is that we should just cut and run from Afghanistan since 2010, despite the fact that the mission radically changed from 2014 on when the United States and NATO dramatically withdrew troops, moving from 70, 80,000 troops in Afghanistan every year down to about 10,000 troops.
00:03:00.000 And at the very end of this mission, 2,500 troops in Afghanistan acting as a cork in the bottle.
00:03:07.000 And Joe Biden decided that we were going to pull out, and then everything that happened was going to happen.
00:03:12.000 Now, what you're hearing from Joe Biden's defenders is, well, this is why we needed to leave, don't you see?
00:03:17.000 This is why.
00:03:18.000 Okay, that is a bizarre argument.
00:03:21.000 So here is my argument.
00:03:22.000 My argument is that Joe Biden's decision to leave, and his decision to leave in the way that he left, meant that this was going to happen, and then it happened.
00:03:30.000 The proof that I was right, and the proof that everyone who criticized Joe Biden was correct, is that everything we said would pass, came to pass.
00:03:38.000 That is the proof.
00:03:39.000 Joe Biden's argument is, if we had stayed, the same thing would have happened.
00:03:44.000 The evidence of this has not been provided.
00:03:46.000 The suggestion that Joe Biden has been making, which is that if we stayed, inevitably we would be drawn back into an Afghan war involving tens of thousands of American troops, is asinine on its face.
00:03:56.000 There is no evidence to support that.
00:03:59.000 And yet that is the entire justification for a thing that he did that has now resulted in precisely the result that he said he was attempting to avoid.
00:04:09.000 This president is a joke.
00:04:10.000 This policy was a joke.
00:04:14.000 The bravery of our guys in the face and women who are there in the face of what the limits that have been placed on them by this stupid half-assed administration Lead by the vaunted foreign policy team that brought you the Iran deal and the Iraq pullout leading to the rise of ISIS.
00:04:30.000 Those same people have constructed this one.
00:04:33.000 The bravery of the American service members who have put themselves in harm's way under these restrictions is awe-inspiring.
00:04:41.000 Obviously, our prayers go out for their families at this hour.
00:04:46.000 It is unbelievable.
00:04:47.000 I mean, they knew that they didn't have enough people to hold the surrounding area of the airport.
00:04:52.000 They knew that Joe Biden had restricted them from going in and performing evacuation missions.
00:04:56.000 They knew that there weren't enough people on the ground, not enough boots on the ground to even do their own security.
00:05:00.000 And yet they were in close contact with Afghans and Americans trying to get them out of the country.
00:05:07.000 It's just, it's awe-inspiring stuff.
00:05:11.000 And this is the result of crappy policy, of unbelievably horrific policy, an immoral policy.
00:05:17.000 It is an immoral policy.
00:05:19.000 What Joe Biden did here is immoral.
00:05:21.000 On every level, it is immoral.
00:05:24.000 According to the New York Times, President Biden and other U.S.
00:05:28.000 officials insisted that the carnage and continued danger would not halt the American-led airlift that, after a bladed and rocky start, has ferried more than 100,000 people out of Afghanistan in the last two weeks.
00:05:38.000 Estimates of the total dead and wounded differed and were rising quickly as different hospitals and officials weighed in.
00:05:45.000 Since the Taliban takeover earlier this month, thousands of Afghan civilians and foreign citizens have gathered at the gates of the airport, which has a military and civilian side, desperate to be airlifted out of the country.
00:05:53.000 At times, the area has descended into chaos as people scrambled toward evacuation flights.
00:05:58.000 Two U.S.
00:05:58.000 military officials said evacuation flights were continuing, but it was not clear whether any gates at the airport were open.
00:06:04.000 Most of the bombing victims were Afghan civilians, including families with small children.
00:06:08.000 We've been seeing the videos over the past few days, what it looked like at Abbey Gate, directly outside of the airport.
00:06:14.000 And basically, it looked like a corridor that was completely jam-packed with humanity.
00:06:20.000 In the aftermath of the bombing, the video is available.
00:06:22.000 The bodies of those same people are visible.
00:06:27.000 Littering the ground, covering it, blanketing the ground.
00:06:30.000 And then today, after the bombing, how bad are things about to be in Afghanistan?
00:06:33.000 Things are about to be so bad in Afghanistan with the Taliban taking over and ISIS and Al Qaeda in cahoots with the Taliban, at least insofar as performing anti-American acts of terror and anti-Western acts of terror.
00:06:44.000 Things are about to be so bad there that people are still thronging the exact area where 115 people were blown up yesterday.
00:06:51.000 That's how bad things are.
00:06:53.000 Can you imagine your own life doing that?
00:06:55.000 You went to a crowded area.
00:06:58.000 There was a bombing there the next day.
00:07:00.000 And you went back there to same crowd.
00:07:03.000 You decided to go back there the next day knowing the threat was still there.
00:07:06.000 That's how bad things are over in Afghanistan.
00:07:09.000 And that is completely the creation of Joe Biden.
00:07:13.000 The excuses that have been made by the Biden administration for turning tail and running.
00:07:17.000 And that's what's going to happen here, right?
00:07:18.000 I mean, we are going to turn tail.
00:07:20.000 We're going to run.
00:07:20.000 We're going to remove all of our troops.
00:07:21.000 We're going to leave Americans stuck there.
00:07:24.000 And Afghan citizens stuck there.
00:07:25.000 And American green card holders stuck there.
00:07:27.000 And people who worked with us stuck there.
00:07:29.000 We're not talking like a few dozen.
00:07:30.000 We're talking thousands of people.
00:07:32.000 We're going to leave to the mercies of the Taliban or ISIS or Al Qaeda, whoever gets to them first.
00:07:38.000 And that's the fate that Americans can await in Afghanistan.
00:07:41.000 If ISIS reaches you first, presumably they'll behead you.
00:07:45.000 If the Taliban reaches you, they'll presumably hold you hostage until Joe Biden pays them some money or gives them some more billions of dollars in American military gear.
00:07:54.000 Brought about completely by Joe Biden.
00:07:57.000 Now, all of this could have been prevented, even if you believed in the pullout, which again, I think is idiotic policy.
00:08:02.000 I think that the arguments made that, oh, we had to end our endless war, it doesn't count as an endless war when you have 2,500 troops on the ground and zero combat casualties for the last 18 months.
00:08:11.000 In that case, Bali is an endless war.
00:08:13.000 Our troop presence in South Korea is an endless war.
00:08:16.000 Our troop presence in Italy is an endless war.
00:08:17.000 When you're not taking combat casualties, and you have a small footprint, that does no longer count as an endless war.
00:08:24.000 But, in any case, even if you believe that we should have been pulling the troops out, doing so without even securing the airbase that has multiple runways, without leaving enough troops on the ground to create a buffer zone around that airport, is full-scale idiocy.
00:08:39.000 General Mark Milley was asked just a week ago about why we withdrew, for example, from Bagram Air Base, which, remember, we controlled.
00:08:46.000 His answer was that the choice was given to him to go down to six to seven hundred troops And he was asked, do we protect Bagram Air Base or do we protect the embassy?
00:08:58.000 And he recommended we protect the embassy.
00:09:02.000 The problem there is the limit put on him by Joe Biden.
00:09:05.000 Joe Biden owns this one top to bottom.
00:09:08.000 Liz Sly of the Washington Post reported yesterday the Kabul airport attack has nixed hopes of evacuation for the last thousands still hoping to make it out.
00:09:15.000 I'm hearing U.S.
00:09:16.000 military is sealing shut the airport gates.
00:09:18.000 The casualty numbers are growing by the minute.
00:09:19.000 A tragedy piled on a tragedy.
00:09:21.000 Alex Thompson, the White House reporter and co-author of Politico's West Wing Playbook, wrote increasingly looking like US will end up leaving behind a thousand plus Americans and many times as many Afghans who assisted the United States will have to try to evacuate them in different ways after August 31st without US troop presence.
00:09:41.000 The State Department says we're in contact with the roughly 1,000 Americans we believe remain in Afghanistan.
00:09:45.000 Notice the language here?
00:09:47.000 They're excluding green card holders.
00:09:48.000 Green card holders are people who have the legal right to live in the United States, legal permanent residents of the United States.
00:09:54.000 Remember, for the media and for the government, green card holders matter when the Saudis are killing them, when the Taliban are killing them, they don't matter at all.
00:10:00.000 When Jamal Khashoggi, legal green card holder of the United States, is murdered by the Saudi government, that precipitates an international relations crisis.
00:10:07.000 When thousands of American green card holders are left in Afghanistan behind enemy lines, this is not worthy of a mention.
00:10:15.000 According to the State Department, however, the vast majority, over two-thirds of those 1,000 Americans believed remaining in Afghanistan, informed us they were taking steps to leave.
00:10:23.000 We believe many, if not most, of those individuals are nearly or already out.
00:10:26.000 Oh, well, so that only leaves a few hundred.
00:10:29.000 Which is significantly better.
00:10:30.000 Well done, guys.
00:10:32.000 The Pentagon released a statement in the immediate aftermath, giving thoughts and prayers to the wounded.
00:10:37.000 And the Taliban, of course, said it's not our fault.
00:10:40.000 They said it was the U.S.' 's fault.
00:10:42.000 The U.S.
00:10:42.000 didn't do proper security.
00:10:45.000 All of this is madness.
00:10:47.000 But the truest madness of all is the weaponry that we handed to the Taliban, the trust we have now placed in the Taliban.
00:10:55.000 That trust, by the way, means that we literally gave them a list of people to go kill.
00:11:00.000 So, let's start with the weaponry that we're leaving in Afghanistan.
00:11:02.000 Representative Jim Banks of Indiana, he listed off yesterday the resources we just left to the Taliban.
00:11:10.000 The Taliban now has access to over $85 billion worth of American military equipment.
00:11:18.000 That includes 75,000 vehicles, over 200 airplanes and helicopters, over 600,000 small arms and light weapons. The Taliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters than 85 percent of the countries in the world.
00:11:37.000 But they don't just have weapons.
00:11:39.000 They also have night vision goggles, body armor, medical supplies, and unbelievably, unfathomable to me and so many others, is that the Taliban now has biometric devices, which have the fingerprints Eye scans and the biographical information of the Afghans who helped us over the last 20 years.
00:12:05.000 So all that's going well.
00:12:07.000 And by the way, if that doesn't mean that we failed here, how about the fact that in order to facilitate the evacuation, apparently, U.S.
00:12:15.000 officials in Kabul, you ready for this?
00:12:17.000 They gave the Taliban a list of names of American citizens, green card holders, and Afghan allies.
00:12:24.000 They gave them a list.
00:12:25.000 The Taliban.
00:12:26.000 The same people who harbored Al-Qaeda before 9-11 and refused to turn them over after 9-11.
00:12:30.000 The same people who have slaughtered tens of thousands of people in Afghanistan, including thousands of American troops.
00:12:37.000 We gave them a list.
00:12:39.000 Not just of Americans, but of Afghan allies and green card holders who we are about to abandon in Afghanistan.
00:12:46.000 We gave them a list.
00:12:48.000 So now, all they have to do is find those people and kill them.
00:12:51.000 We did that.
00:12:54.000 According to Politico, the move, detailed to Politico by three U.S.
00:12:57.000 and congressional officials, was designed to expedite the evacuation of tens of thousands of people from Afghanistan as chaos erupted.
00:13:03.000 It also came as the Biden administration has been relying on the Taliban for security outside the airport.
00:13:07.000 Since the fall of Kabul in mid-August, nearly 100,000 people have been evacuated, most of whom had to pass through the Taliban's many checkpoints.
00:13:13.000 But the decision to provide specific names to the Taliban, which has a history of brutally murdering Afghans who collaborated with the United States and other coalition forces during the conflict, has angered lawmakers and military officials.
00:13:24.000 Basically, they just put all those Afghans on a kill list, said one defense official.
00:13:27.000 It's just appalling and shocking.
00:13:28.000 It makes you feel unclean.
00:13:31.000 Um, yes.
00:13:33.000 And so in just a second, we'll get to the administration's response to all of this, because it is astonishing.
00:13:38.000 It is degrading.
00:13:39.000 It demonstrates that the greatest power in world history has been laid low by our own bloated inefficiency, stupidity, and lack of moral rigor.
00:13:48.000 That we have decided as a society, if we decide to okay this sort of behavior, we have decided as a society, as I said yesterday, to fatten ourselves up, eat a bunch of potato chips, slip into a warm bath, and slit our own wrists.
00:14:00.000 As a society, that is what we have decided to do.
00:14:02.000 If this is the sort of action by an administration, we have decided to okay politically.
00:14:08.000 It's unbelievable.
00:14:09.000 And by the way, it came from the top.
00:14:11.000 This was no one else's decision.
00:14:13.000 The buck stops with Biden.
00:14:14.000 Biden was the formulator of this policy.
00:14:16.000 Biden was the advocate of this policy.
00:14:18.000 Biden is the person who lied repeatedly on behalf of this policy.
00:14:20.000 We'll go through the timeline in just a little while here as to how many times this administration lied leading up to the murder of 13 American service members in Afghanistan.
00:14:30.000 And it may not be the end of the story in terms of how many people are murdered in this immediate round.
00:14:34.000 And it certainly isn't going to be the end of the story in terms of the geopolitical ramifications of giving our enemies half of our military technology via Afghanistan, as well as the impetus to move against all of our allies.
00:14:44.000 We'll get to all of this in just one second.

00:16:13.000 Alrighty, so the first response that came yesterday The State Department said, we called the lid, no press conference, which is kind of amazing since it's the State Department's job to, you know, facility, facilitate the matters of state.
00:16:27.000 It is the State Department's job to facilitate the exit of people trying to get out, to deal with the visa issues.
00:16:33.000 It is the State Department's job to do the interfacing with the Taliban.
00:16:36.000 But yesterday there was no press conference from the State Department.
00:16:38.000 Fine.
00:16:39.000 So you got instead a press conference from the Pentagon.
00:16:42.000 The person who was speaking via telephone was General Kenneth McKenzie of CENTCOM.
00:16:48.000 And he admitted, we are now relying on the Taliban for security.
00:16:51.000 That's what we did.
00:16:52.000 We decided that what would be a great idea, just follow the logic here for a second.
00:16:56.000 We were going, we said to the Taliban, it is now your job to prevent terrorists from attacking United States interests.
00:17:03.000 Now, if only we had some sort of historical incident that might tell us whether that's a good idea or not.
00:17:11.000 If only we had some sort of predicate to determine whether it would be a great idea to trust the Taliban to fight terrorism.
00:17:18.000 Like, let's say that there had been a power in Afghanistan from 1996 to 2001.
00:17:23.000 And let's say that they had harbored a fugitive named Osama bin Laden and his entire Al-Qaeda network base.
00:17:30.000 And let's say that from Afghanistan, Al Qaeda had then launched attacks on U.S.
00:17:35.000 embassies in Kenya, Tanzania, on USS Cole, and finally and most spectacularly on September 11th.
00:17:41.000 And let's say that the United States had then approached the Taliban and said, guys, you need to hand over Bin Laden or we're going to destroy your entire regime.
00:17:47.000 And they had said, fine, come get us.
00:17:50.000 Why it's almost as though when you trust the Taliban to prevent terrorism, they immediately proceed.
00:17:54.000 I mean, immediately.
00:17:55.000 The Taliban has been in charge of Kabul for less than 10 days.
00:17:58.000 They immediately proceed to let in all the terrorists.
00:18:00.000 Remember, Joe Biden said that the mission in Afghanistan was to prevent terrorism.
00:18:04.000 I've noticed a few terrorists in Afghanistan recently.
00:18:06.000 I don't know if you noticed it.
00:18:07.000 I noticed it among like all the dead bodies of the babies and the U.S.
00:18:10.000 service members.
00:18:11.000 I noticed there was a little terrorism.
00:18:13.000 That the Taliban had been not only okay with, but they were the ones in charge of security.
00:18:19.000 And yet, the U.S.
00:18:20.000 has now been forced into the position of relying on a bunch of, I keep saying it because it's true, a bunch of barbarian 8th century goat herders who have now seized our equipment because we are pathetic.
00:18:31.000 And I mean our political leadership, not our military, our political leadership, and some members of our military leadership as well, because somebody needs to lose their ass over this.
00:18:39.000 Somebody needs to get fired.
00:18:41.000 And by the way, the person who should resign is Joe Biden, who is a disgrace to his office.
00:18:44.000 But don't worry, we'll get to slow old senile Joe in a second.
00:18:49.000 Here is the general of CENTCOM, Kenneth McKenzie, explaining, don't worry, we're relying on the Taliban for security and so far it's been going great, guys.
00:18:56.000 We believe it is their desire to continue those attacks, and we expect those attacks to continue.
00:19:00.000 And we're doing everything we can to be prepared for those attacks.
00:19:03.000 That includes reaching out to the Taliban, who are actually providing the outer security cordon around the airfield, to make sure they know what we expect them to do to protect us.
00:19:13.000 And we will continue to coordinate with them as they go forward.
00:19:16.000 They're protecting us now.
00:19:17.000 The Taliban.
00:19:18.000 Now, McKenzie was asked a pretty obvious question, which is, do we even know if the Taliban let this happen?
00:19:24.000 Because here's the thing.
00:19:26.000 The Taliban have very little interest in preventing this sort of stuff.
00:19:30.000 Because, as we will see, the United States has no ability, capacity, or will to hold them accountable.
00:19:37.000 So, let's say that you hire a security team for a wedding.
00:19:40.000 And the security team utterly fails.
00:19:42.000 They completely fail.
00:19:43.000 And somebody comes in and robs all the jewelry.
00:19:46.000 You then, presumably, will sue the security team, right?
00:19:48.000 You'll hold the security team responsible because it's their job to provide the security.
00:19:52.000 However, if you hire a security team and you inform them beforehand, you will not be held responsible for anything that happens at this wedding.
00:19:59.000 Nothing.
00:20:01.000 We're just going to say that you're the best we've got and that's it.
00:20:04.000 What is to prevent the security team from saying to thieves, guys, go in and steal all the jewelry.
00:20:09.000 It'll split the take later.
00:20:12.000 What exactly is the Taliban's interest in preventing terror attacks on American targets?
00:20:16.000 Humiliating America in the face of the Taliban, weakening America in the face of the Taliban.
00:20:21.000 What is the Taliban's actual interest?
00:20:24.000 Except they are afraid of U.S.
00:20:25.000 retaliation.
00:20:26.000 And if you remove the threat of U.S.
00:20:27.000 retaliation from the Taliban, which is precisely what this administration has done, why exactly do they care?
00:20:33.000 I'm not even saying that they coordinated the attack.
00:20:35.000 I'm saying, why would they care if the attack takes place if you're not holding them responsible?
00:20:40.000 So here was McKenzie explaining, we don't even know if the Taliban let this happen.
00:20:43.000 We have no idea.
00:20:45.000 Do you still trust the Taliban, and is it possible that they let this happen?
00:20:52.000 So, as to whether or not they let it happen, I don't know.
00:20:55.000 I don't think there's anything to convince me that they let it happen.
00:20:58.000 As to whether or not I trust them, that's not necessarily a word I use very carefully.
00:21:03.000 You've heard me say before, it's not what they say, it's what they do.
00:21:07.000 They have a practical reason for wanting us to get out of here by the 31st of August.
00:21:13.000 They want to reclaim the airfield.
00:21:15.000 We want to get out by that day, too, if it's going to be possible to do so.
00:21:18.000 Okay.
00:21:19.000 And our reaction, by the way, here's the reality.
00:21:23.000 They want us out.
00:21:24.000 We want to get out.
00:21:26.000 And if there's a terrorist attack, we're still getting out.
00:21:30.000 So now what's their interest?
00:21:31.000 You skewed the incentive structure, you idiots.
00:21:34.000 You skewed the incentive structure.
00:21:36.000 If there's no retaliatory response requiring a longer American president, why does the Taliban care if Americans get murdered in large numbers, or American citizens, or Afghans outside the gates?
00:21:47.000 All right, so all this was the lead up to our absent President of the United States, a fool, a moral idiot, The President of the United States is not with us.
00:22:00.000 He is no longer sentient.
00:22:02.000 And honestly, as I said at the beginning, I don't know whether to blame his mental incompetence or his moral incompetence for this one.
00:22:08.000 Do I blame the fact that he thought through the strategy?
00:22:10.000 Or do I blame the fact that he is not with us?
00:22:12.000 It's hard to tell on a day-to-day basis.
00:22:14.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:22:16.000 First, Let us talk about the fact that right now is a challenging time for employers.
00:22:20.000 Why?
00:22:21.000 Well, there are a lot of employees out there and employers have to find the right ones and they really have to incentivize them because a lot of people are staying out of the workforce.

00:23:28.000 ZipRecruiter is indeed the smartest way to hire.
00:23:31.000 All right, so yesterday, the President of the United States dotted out to the podium, took about four or five questions, and then dotted off.
00:23:41.000 He had called the presser for 5 p.m., in which he was going to speak, and he then showed up at approximately 5.25, which is his long.
00:23:52.000 Barack Obama used to do the same thing.
00:23:54.000 It is highly irritating.
00:23:55.000 On a day when you are supposed to be speaking to the family members of dead service people, you really should show up on time.
00:24:02.000 So that was, you know, of minor consequence.
00:24:05.000 What was of major consequence is this befuddled Senility ridden old man.
00:24:11.000 Incapable of running his own administration.
00:24:14.000 Incapable of coming up with a coherent policy.
00:24:16.000 Presiding over an administration that withdrew from Afghanistan for no apparent reason.
00:24:20.000 For no gain.
00:24:21.000 We get nothing out of this.
00:24:23.000 Withdrew for no reason whatsoever.
00:24:25.000 And then we proceeded to withdraw in the stupidest possible way.
00:24:28.000 While lying every step of the way.
00:24:31.000 And now we are trusting the Taliban to do our security.
00:24:34.000 And now we are giving the Taliban kill lists of people who worked with us.
00:24:39.000 This fool, this ridiculous fool, he should, if he had any honor at all, he'd resign.
00:24:44.000 Of course he won't.
00:24:46.000 He is a disgrace to his office.
00:24:50.000 He's a disgrace to the United States.
00:24:53.000 It saddens me to see our president, because he is the elected president of the United States, the fact that our president is this is an embarrassment.
00:25:02.000 It is a moral embarrassment.
00:25:08.000 His presence in the Oval Office is a blot on the office.
00:25:11.000 And that's saying a lot because we've had a lot of bad presidents in the past.
00:25:13.000 This is the most disgraceful foreign policy decision and an act of malpractice I've seen in my entire lifetime.
00:25:22.000 And for people older than me, it's still true.
00:25:25.000 He decided apparently that the best foreign policy here was a mash-up of the fall of Saigon, the Iran hostage crisis, the bombing of the U.S.
00:25:33.000 barracks in Lebanon in 1982, and Iran-Contra shipping weapons to the enemy.
00:25:40.000 For no gain, actually.
00:25:40.000 At least in Iran-Contra, we were attempting to do something good.
00:25:43.000 Here, we just handed over $85 billion in military equipment to the worst people on Earth.
00:25:47.000 So, Joe Biden finally wanders out to the microphones and he begins.
00:25:52.000 And I have to say, I was shocked.
00:25:55.000 Shocked by his appearance.
00:25:58.000 He has looked as though he has fallen apart for a long time.
00:26:01.000 He looked barely warmed over.
00:26:04.000 He sounded awful.
00:26:05.000 He was stumbling over every word.
00:26:07.000 He was utterly incoherent.
00:26:09.000 It was...
00:26:10.000 It was as though he had just escaped from a nursing home.
00:26:15.000 Visually speaking, optically speaking, it was an amazingly embarrassing moment.
00:26:20.000 This is what it sounded like when the President of the United States said, remember, this is the day 13 American service members were murdered by terrorists.
00:26:28.000 It's been a tough day.
00:26:29.000 because of policies he created.
00:26:31.000 And instead of him coming out there and looking strong and tough, instead of him coming out there and looking as though our enemy should be afraid of us, he looked beaten, he looked defeated, he looked not just old, but decrepit.
00:26:44.000 Here was Joe Biden yesterday.
00:26:46.000 It's been a tough day.
00:26:49.000 This evening in Kabul, as you all know, Terrorists attacked.
00:27:00.000 That was his opening.
00:27:01.000 And that alone.
00:27:01.000 I'm worried about that the intelligence community has assessed, has undertaken an attack by a group known as ISIS-K.
00:27:15.000 Took the lives of American service members.
00:27:18.000 That's how he opened.
00:27:20.000 That was his opening.
00:27:21.000 And that alone, America's enemies must be drooling over this, over this person.
00:27:28.000 They must be drooling over the dead horse that we've thrown out there.
00:27:32.000 And then he moved on in his speech to paying tribute to the service members, but he couldn't help himself.
00:27:38.000 He had to then brag about the effectiveness of this evacuation mission.
00:27:42.000 He's still using the talking points from 48 hours ago.
00:27:44.000 You remember about 48 hours ago, the administration started moving on from the talking point of this is a brilliant idea to our evacuation has been shockingly successful.
00:27:52.000 You know, with the Afghans falling from the wheel wells of planes onto the tarmac, you know, the evacuation is actually a bit like we deserve credit.
00:27:58.000 Yesterday, the DNC was sending out emails bragging about how successful this evacuation was.
00:28:03.000 Which, as I said on the show, is the equivalent of the captain of that Titanic not accidentally hitting the iceberg, deliberately looking at the iceberg, saying, I'm going to ram this sucker directly into the iceberg.
00:28:13.000 The boat starts taking on water.
00:28:15.000 He rushes up to the top deck.
00:28:17.000 He unleashes the lifeboats.
00:28:19.000 He says, everybody in the lifeboats, two thirds of the people get out.
00:28:22.000 And he says, what an unbelievable captain I am.
00:28:24.000 I have set the Guinness Book of World Records record for the most people evacuated from a lifeboat.
00:28:30.000 Hey, that is what the administration has been doing.
00:28:31.000 So he's paying tribute to the service members yesterday, who deserve all the credit in the world, but he can't help himself, praising his own mission here.
00:28:37.000 These American service members who gave their lives, it's an overused word, but it's totally appropriate here, were heroes.
00:28:47.000 Heroes who've been engaged in a dangerous, selfless mission to save the lives of others.
00:28:56.000 They're a part of an airlift and evacuation effort unlike any seen in history.
00:29:02.000 With more than 100,000 American citizens, American partners, Afghans who helped us, and others taken to safety.
00:29:15.000 Again, that's him praising his own mission.
00:29:18.000 That's him praising his own mission.
00:29:20.000 Which is a failure.
00:29:21.000 And then Joe Biden did what the media love when he does.
00:29:23.000 He did the empathy thing, right?
00:29:25.000 And by empathy, it means that he tried to speak to what it feels like to be in this position.
00:29:30.000 You know what?
00:29:30.000 None of those families would be mourning their sons and daughters today.
00:29:35.000 None of them, if it had not been for this man's policies.
00:29:38.000 So I wonder how many of them really want to hear it from the presidents of the United States.
00:29:44.000 But this is what he was elected to do.
00:29:45.000 He was elected to empathize, not to proceed with good policy, not to protect Americans, because we're going to leave at the very least hundreds, probably thousands of Americans and green card holders behind enemy lines.
00:29:55.000 He was elected to emote.
00:29:57.000 He's the emoter in chief.
00:29:58.000 And so here he was last night trying to paper over his gross incompetence and malpractice with a bit of with a bit of sentimentality.
00:30:07.000 We have some sense, like many of you do, what the families of these brave heroes are feeling today.
00:30:14.000 You get this feeling like you're being sucked into a black hole in the middle of your chest.
00:30:20.000 There's no way out.
00:30:26.000 My heart aches for you.
00:30:27.000 This is utterly insincere.
00:30:29.000 I'm sorry, it is.
00:30:30.000 You are responsible for that policy.
00:30:33.000 You're responsible.
00:30:34.000 Like, I'd love to hear from the members of the military families as to what they feel.
00:30:38.000 Because there are 17 million people who've served in the American military over the course of time who are alive in the United States right now.
00:30:46.000 800,000 people have served in Afghanistan proper.
00:30:48.000 And I've talked to many, many Afghan veterans, Afghan war veterans, over the course of the last several weeks.
00:30:56.000 I can't name one of them who wants to hear emoting from Joe Biden as he proceeds to sully their legacy, subject all of their allies to the threat of death from the Taliban, and now to actual death at the hands of ISIS-K.
00:31:10.000 Okay, then Joe Biden had to make excuses for the Taliban, right?
00:31:16.000 So here's part of the policy.
00:31:17.000 Part of the policy is now, just as it was with the Iran deal with the Obama administration, that once you make a deal with the devil, you have to make excuses for why the devil isn't actually the devil.
00:31:25.000 Now Joe Biden is making excuses for the Taliban.
00:31:27.000 So remember, the entire incentive structure for the Taliban to protect Americans as they leave is that if the Taliban don't, we might stay and retaliate against them.
00:31:36.000 But Joe Biden has removed all of that by making excuses for the Taliban because he has to cover his own political ass in case the Taliban turn out to be the bad guys we know they are.
00:31:44.000 So here he was yesterday blaming ISIS-K but relieving the Taliban of responsibility.
00:31:48.000 That was the important thing.
00:31:50.000 Over the past few weeks, I know many of you are probably tired of hearing me say it.
00:31:57.000 Yes.
00:31:58.000 We've been made aware by our intelligence community that the ISIS-K An arch enemy, the Taliban, people who were freed when both those prisons were opened, has been planning a complex set of attacks on the United States personnel and others.
00:32:20.000 This is why, from the outset, I've repeatedly said this mission was extraordinarily dangerous, And on why I've been so determined to limit the duration of this mission.
00:32:33.000 Okay, so our mush-mouthed president then makes a mush-headed argument.
00:32:36.000 This is his argument all the way through.
00:32:38.000 If bad things happened in Afghanistan because we took the cork out of the bottle, then clearly they would have happened if we hadn't taken the cork out of the bottle.
00:32:45.000 That is the argument.
00:32:47.000 So if we did X and Y happened, then certainly if we had not done X, Y definitely would have happened, but way worse.
00:32:55.000 I'm sorry, but your counterfactual no longer applies.
00:32:57.000 You did X, and Y happened.
00:32:59.000 And it was perfectly predictable that Y would happen.
00:33:01.000 So, by the way, he's now making excuses for why we should cut and run.
00:33:04.000 So, there is a bombing.
00:33:05.000 It kills Americans.
00:33:06.000 Instead of him saying, we're gonna stay long enough to get every American citizen out.
00:33:10.000 And, if you touch us, we will kill you.
00:33:13.000 Which is what any normal American president would say.
00:33:15.000 His argument is, look, something bad happened yesterday.
00:33:18.000 That's an excuse for us to get out even faster.
00:33:20.000 It just shows why we need to get out super fast.
00:33:24.000 Okay then, Joe Biden says, we're going to complete the mission.
00:33:28.000 Okay, but of course, he has defined the mission as getting out by August 31st.
00:33:31.000 The timeline is the mission for Joe Biden.
00:33:34.000 Normally, you define the timeline On the back of what you need to accomplish.
00:33:38.000 Normally, if I decide that we need, as a company, to achieve a certain thing, we then say, how long will it take to achieve this thing?
00:33:46.000 And then we define the timeline by what we are seeking to achieve.
00:33:48.000 In this particular case, Joe Biden defined the timeline, and the mission is now the timeline, which means a lot of people are gonna get stuck over there.
00:33:56.000 Here is Joe Biden trying to make excuses for this.
00:33:59.000 We can and we must complete this mission, and we will.
00:34:04.000 And that's what I've ordered them to do.
00:34:08.000 We will not be deterred by terrorists.
00:34:11.000 We will not let them stop our mission.
00:34:13.000 We will continue the evacuation.
00:34:15.000 I've also ordered my commanders to develop operational plans to strike ISIS-K assets, leadership, and facilities.
00:34:23.000 We will respond with force and precision at our time, at the place we choose, in the moment of our choosing.
00:34:29.000 Okay, that part is the best part, right?
00:34:31.000 So he says, we're gonna get him.
00:34:33.000 We're going after him.
00:34:34.000 We're gonna- Sometime, in the future, later, when I want to, not right now.
00:34:43.000 That's what that means.
00:34:44.000 That means ISIS just killed Americans and they're gonna get away with it because guess what?
00:34:49.000 In three days, okay, it is now the 27th.
00:34:53.000 In three to four days, we are gone.
00:34:55.000 We do not have any assets on the ground.
00:34:57.000 We do not have any allies on the ground.
00:34:58.000 We don't have eyes on the ground.
00:35:00.000 Okay, all this talk about how we are going to go after the ISIS, he's hoping you forget.
00:35:06.000 That's what's going to happen here.
00:35:09.000 That's what he's hoping.
00:35:11.000 Of course he wasn't gonna say, because for him to retaliate now means you need more troops on the ground, not fewer.
00:35:16.000 So instead, he's just doing this, we'll push it off, you know?
00:35:19.000 We'll get them at a time, it sounds strong, it is actually weak.
00:35:22.000 Obviously.
00:35:23.000 Okay, and then he just tells a series of lies that are meant to make you feel comfortable, but are just lies.
00:35:30.000 Here's what you need to know.
00:35:33.000 These ISIS terrorists will not win.
00:35:37.000 We will rescue the Americans in there.
00:35:39.000 Nope!
00:35:40.000 We will get our Afghan allies.
00:35:43.000 Nope.
00:35:43.000 And our mission will go on.
00:35:45.000 Nope.
00:35:46.000 America will not be intimidated.
00:35:47.000 Nope.
00:35:48.000 Has four direct lies in that mean five actually in a row.
00:35:53.000 The ISIS terrorists will not win.
00:35:54.000 They already have you handed them Kabul.
00:35:56.000 We will rescue the Americans in there.
00:35:57.000 You're not.
00:35:58.000 We haven't been doing large-scale extraction missions to And you've already admitted hundreds if not thousands of Americans will remain after we leave.
00:36:06.000 We'll get our Afghan allies out.
00:36:07.000 Nope!
00:36:07.000 You just handed a list of them to the Taliban so the Taliban can go shoot them and kill their families.
00:36:11.000 Our mission will go on.
00:36:13.000 Nope!
00:36:13.000 Your mission is over in four days.
00:36:14.000 America will not be intimidated.
00:36:16.000 Too late, you jackass!
00:36:18.000 Too late!
00:36:19.000 You're the President of the United States babbling nonsensically like a mental ward patient about how the Taliban are our friends now.
00:36:27.000 Okay, there's more of this.
00:36:28.000 Okay, it didn't stop.
00:36:29.000 It didn't stop.
00:36:30.000 And by the way, we haven't even gotten to the series of lies that led up to this because that this man is a damned liar and Americans are dead because this man is a liar and thousands of Americans and American green card holders are stuck under the auspices of the Taliban because this man is a fool and a liar and a disgrace to his office.
00:36:47.000 We'll get to more of this in just one second.

00:39:27.000 You're listening to the largest, fastest growing conservative podcast and radio show in the nation.
00:39:30.000 All right, so President Biden's lies and foolishness didn't stop last night halfway through his little address.
00:39:42.000 He continued along these lines.
00:39:43.000 He tried to blame everybody except for himself.
00:39:46.000 So as we will see later, he tried to blame Trump, but he blamed his military commanders by saying, you know, we were all unanimous on this.
00:39:52.000 No, you weren't.
00:39:52.000 And we have information suggesting your military commanders were basically all warning you back in February, March, that this was going to happen and you ignored them because you are a nitwit.
00:40:01.000 Here is our nitwitted president of the United States.
00:40:03.000 There has been complete unanimity from every commander on the objectives of this mission.
00:40:11.000 Nope.
00:40:12.000 Nope.
00:40:14.000 Unless by unanimity on the objectives of the mission, you mean you told them exactly what you wanted to happen and how many troops they could have to do it, and then they had to somehow scramble to make that happen for you.
00:40:23.000 Okay, so Joe Biden concludes his speech.
00:40:25.000 And again, so much of this was optic as well, if you watched it in real time.
00:40:30.000 He's just not there.
00:40:31.000 He's not there.
00:40:32.000 I won't even say that the lights are on, but nobody's home.
00:40:34.000 The lights are not even on.
00:40:36.000 Several of the light bulbs are out.
00:40:37.000 There was the President of the United States, who was an embarrassing display last night.
00:40:42.000 May God bless you all and may God protect his troops and all those standing watch for America.
00:40:48.000 We have so much to do.
00:40:51.000 It's within our capacity to do it.
00:40:57.000 We just have to remain steadfast.
00:41:01.000 Steadfast.
00:41:03.000 We will complete our mission and we will continue after our troops are withdrawn.
00:41:12.000 To find means by which we can find any American who wishes to get out of Afghanistan.
00:41:20.000 We will find them and we will get them out.
00:41:22.000 So that is him admitting that Americans are going to be left behind.
00:41:26.000 Fully.
00:41:27.000 In his doddering and confused fashion.
00:41:30.000 Okay, then, he took a few questions.
00:41:32.000 From a list.
00:41:34.000 As always.
00:41:35.000 And he admits, right up front, they gave me a list.
00:41:37.000 Who is they?
00:41:38.000 You know, have you ever heard?
00:41:39.000 It's such a weird tick.
00:41:41.000 And he does it nearly all the time now.
00:41:43.000 They gave me a list.
00:41:45.000 Who, your night nurse?
00:41:47.000 Who gave you the list?
00:41:49.000 Why do you have a list?
00:41:50.000 Why can't you just call on people?
00:41:52.000 Are you incapable of pointing your finger?
00:41:54.000 Here was Joe Biden explaining.
00:41:56.000 They, you know, the same nice lady who gives me my pills every morning gave me this list here.
00:42:05.000 Ladies and gentlemen, I gave me a list here.
00:42:10.000 The first person I was instructed to call on was Kelly O'Donnell of NBC.
00:42:15.000 The first person I was instructed to call on?
00:42:17.000 What in the actual... Okay, so.
00:42:21.000 One of the first questions is, did you make a mistake in working with the Taliban?
00:42:24.000 And of course he's like, I've never made a mistake in my entire life.
00:42:29.000 Some criticism even from people in your party about the dependence on the Taliban to secure the perimeter of the airport.
00:42:38.000 Do you feel like there was a mistake made in that regard?
00:42:43.000 No, I don't.
00:42:44.000 Look, no one trusts them.
00:42:48.000 We're just counting on their self-interest to continue to generate their activities.
00:42:56.000 And it's in their self-interest That we leave when we said and that we get as many people out as we can.
00:43:09.000 That last part is just a lie.
00:43:10.000 Why is it in their interest that we get as many people out as we can?
00:43:13.000 It's in their interest that we leave when we say we're going to leave because they want us out.
00:43:17.000 That part's true.
00:43:18.000 But you already guaranteed we're leaving.
00:43:19.000 So there's no countervailing factor there.
00:43:22.000 If I say I'm leaving no matter what, no matter what, which is what Biden has said over and over and over and over again, What's the obligation on them?
00:43:32.000 And by the way, it is not in their interest that everybody leaves with the United States.
00:43:34.000 It's very much in their interest that they have a bunch of hostages that they can hold over the head of the United States.
00:43:39.000 So the U.S.
00:43:40.000 has no option but continuing to funnel the money and make nice with them.
00:43:44.000 Everybody knows this.
00:43:48.000 It's pretty incredible.
00:43:50.000 Um, he is asked specifically at one point about this Politico story I mentioned earlier, that the United States handed a list, essentially a kill list to the Taliban.
00:43:58.000 And Joe Biden is not with us.
00:44:00.000 He is not in the loop.
00:44:01.000 He is not mentally there.
00:44:02.000 This is an amazing, unbelievable discombobulated answer.
00:44:07.000 So, yes, there have been occasions like that.
00:44:10.000 And to the best of my knowledge, in those cases, the bulk of that has occurred.
00:44:15.000 They've been let through.
00:44:17.000 But I can't tell you with any certitude that there's actually been a list of names.
00:44:23.000 There may have been, but I know of no circumstance.
00:44:25.000 It doesn't mean it didn't exist.
00:44:27.000 That here's the names of 12 people that are coming, let them through.
00:44:31.000 It could very well have happened.
00:44:33.000 That very well could have happened?
00:44:34.000 You're the President of the United States of America.
00:44:38.000 Isn't that of relevance to you?
00:44:40.000 Whether the U.S.
00:44:40.000 military, under your direct command, is handing lists of Afghans who work with us to the Taliban?
00:44:47.000 It very well could have happened already then.
00:44:52.000 This is just, it's so beautiful.
00:44:53.000 He's asked, does he bear responsibility for this?
00:44:55.000 And Joe Biden's like, this is by Peter Doocy.
00:44:58.000 And he says he does bear responsibility, but, but, here we go.
00:45:04.000 I bear responsibility for fundamentally all that's happened of late.
00:45:10.000 But here's the deal.
00:45:11.000 You know, I wish you'd one day say these things.
00:45:15.000 You know as well as I do.
00:45:17.000 That a former president made a deal with the Taliban.
00:45:22.000 OK, again, you know that I take the blame, but it's Trump.
00:45:25.000 But it's Trump.
00:45:26.000 Weird, because you said in an open interview that whether or not Trump had done anything, you would have done exactly the same thing.
00:45:31.000 And then, of course, he poses the false alternative.
00:45:33.000 We had to do it this way, this unbelievably crappy way, or we'd have to pour thousands of more troops into Afghanistan.
00:45:40.000 And also, we've accomplished our objectives, which is weird, because our objective presumably was to fight terrorism, as Joe Biden's about to say.
00:45:44.000 I noticed some terrorism yesterday against Americans.
00:45:48.000 I have only one alternative.
00:45:50.000 Pour thousands of more troops back into Afghanistan to fight a war that we had already won relative to why the reason we went in the first place.
00:46:04.000 I have never been of the view.
00:46:05.000 OK, we can stop it there.
00:46:07.000 When he says that we could fight more and more troops into Afghanistan to fight a war we'd already won relative to why we went.
00:46:12.000 And then he later he says we went to prevent Al Qaeda from being in Afghanistan.
00:46:16.000 Well, you know, it's preventing Al Qaeda from being in Afghanistan.
00:46:20.000 Us being there with a skeleton crew of twenty five hundred people.
00:46:23.000 That's what was happening.
00:46:24.000 The lasting images from this presser are not going to be any of the things he said.
00:46:28.000 It's just going to be the images.
00:46:29.000 And there were two particular ones that came out.
00:46:31.000 One was Joe Biden, like a small child being called on in class without having done his homework, burying his face in the podium, essentially, as Peter Doocy asks him a difficult question.
00:46:43.000 Here's what that looked like.
00:46:45.000 No, no, no.
00:46:45.000 Wait a minute.
00:46:46.000 I'm asking you a question.
00:46:47.000 I said, is that accurate the best you're not?
00:47:00.000 I think they have an issue.
00:47:03.000 That image of the old man clutching a binder to his chest and lowering his head as though he is being victimized and put upon after 13 American service members die in service to his garbage mission.
00:47:18.000 That is an unbelievable image.
00:47:20.000 And then it finishes with him saying he has to leave because, you know, he has another meeting.
00:47:23.000 meeting for real guys, for real.
00:47:35.000 I have another meeting for real.
00:47:36.000 Oh, as opposed to for fake.
00:47:40.000 What a disgrace he is.
00:47:42.000 What a disgrace he is.
00:47:43.000 Okay, but to understand the true disgrace that Joe Biden is, you have to actually follow the timeline of what he has been saying for months.
00:47:50.000 And all the lies his administration has been telling, because the lies never stopped at any point.
00:47:55.000 At any point.
00:47:57.000 And he's going to continue to lie when he says, I'm getting Americans out.
00:47:59.000 I'm getting all the Afghan allies out.
00:48:01.000 We're going to perform missions.
00:48:02.000 We're going to go get it.
00:48:03.000 Do you believe a word that comes out of his drooling mouth?
00:48:07.000 Do you believe a word that comes from this man?
00:48:10.000 If you do, you are a fool because we're about to play an entire timeline of the stuff that Joe Biden has said since April when he announced we were pulling out.
00:48:18.000 He has not said a true thing this entire way.
00:48:21.000 So let's begin.
00:48:22.000 This begins April 14th.
00:48:23.000 This is when Joe Biden announced that we were leaving.
00:48:26.000 Here's how he described the operation that was going to lead to our exit in Afghanistan.
00:48:31.000 We'll not conduct a hasty rush to the exit.
00:48:34.000 We'll do it.
00:48:35.000 We'll do it responsibly, deliberately and safely.
00:48:39.000 And we will do it in full coordination with our allies and partners who now have more forces in Afghanistan than we do.
00:48:48.000 And the Taliban should know that if they attack us, as we draw down, we will defend ourselves and our partners with all the tools at our disposal.
00:48:58.000 Oh, really?
00:48:59.000 So, yeah, not a word of that was true.
00:49:01.000 Responsibly, in coordination with our allies.
00:49:03.000 Our allies think we're a bunch of idiots, because the president is.
00:49:07.000 So he betrayed our allies.
00:49:08.000 He betrayed the Afghans.
00:49:10.000 We didn't do this responsibly.
00:49:11.000 We didn't do this deliberately.
00:49:13.000 So, that was just a lie.
00:49:15.000 Okay, fast forward to July.
00:49:16.000 This, of course, is the most famous lie when he says this isn't going to be anything like the fall of Saigon.
00:49:20.000 He's right, it's way worse than the fall of Saigon.
00:49:22.000 Do you see any parallels between this withdrawal and what happened in Vietnam with some people feeling- None whatsoever.
00:49:29.000 Zero.
00:49:30.000 What you had is you had entire brigades breaking through the gates of our embassy.
00:49:35.000 Six, if I'm not mistaken.
00:49:37.000 The Taliban is not the North Vietnamese army.
00:49:41.000 They're not remotely comparable in terms of capability.
00:49:45.000 There's going to be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of a embassy of the United States from Afghanistan.
00:49:54.000 It is not at all comfortable.
00:49:56.000 Not comfortable.
00:49:58.000 I mean, that's good to know.
00:49:59.000 It's not comfortable.
00:50:00.000 So that was July 8th.
00:50:02.000 Kidman, that was a lie.
00:50:04.000 Everybody knew that was a lie.
00:50:05.000 And this notion that it was like a giant shock, it's just not true.
00:50:08.000 It wasn't a giant shock.
00:50:09.000 Okay, so he was lying on April 14th when he said that this would be a considered move and the Taliban wouldn't take over the country and all that.
00:50:15.000 Then on July 8th, he said that they're not like the Viet Cong and this wouldn't be like Saigon.
00:50:19.000 So he was lying then.
00:50:20.000 Now fast forward to the last week and a half or so.
00:50:23.000 So today is August 27th.
00:50:25.000 So all of this stuff that we are about to examine is from the last 11 days.
00:50:29.000 The number of lies this president and his administration have told in the last 11 days boggles the mind.
00:50:34.000 But they think that you are a fool and they think that you don't follow this stuff.
00:50:38.000 And so they assume that they'll be able to get away with this.
00:50:41.000 The most humiliating foreign policy debacle of my lifetime, bar none.
00:50:44.000 Okay, so let's fast forward to August 16.
00:50:48.000 Joe Biden says the buck stops with him.
00:50:50.000 And the reason that we are leaving is because we can't take more casualties, thousands of more casualties.
00:50:56.000 Again, this was a lie when he said it.
00:50:57.000 We had taken zero American casualties in combat since February of 2020 at the moment that he said this on August 16th.
00:51:04.000 He said the buck stops with him is designed to prevent American casualties.
00:51:07.000 I noticed a few American casualties yesterday.
00:51:11.000 I am president of the United States of America and the buck stops with me.
00:51:18.000 I'm deeply saddened by the facts we now face.
00:51:23.000 But I do not regret my decision to end America's warfighting in Afghanistan and maintain a laser focus on our counterterrorism missions there and other parts of the world.
00:51:34.000 I cannot and will not ask our troops to fight on endlessly in another country's civil war, taking casualties, suffering life-shattering injuries.
00:51:46.000 Leaving families broken by grief and loss.
00:51:50.000 This is not in our national security interest.
00:51:54.000 Okay, keeping 2,500 troops there with zero combat casualties since February was not in our national security interest.
00:51:58.000 Withdrawing them so that 13 of them could be murdered at the hands of ISIS-K.
00:52:02.000 That was definitely in our national interest.
00:52:03.000 That was August 16th.
00:52:04.000 Fast forward two days.
00:52:05.000 Joe Biden.
00:52:06.000 Still a lot of pandemonium outside the airport.
00:52:08.000 Well, there is, but look, but no one's being killed right now.
00:52:11.000 of Afghans falling from the bottom of planes trying to escape the clutches of the Taliban.
00:52:15.000 He does an interview with George Stephanopoulos on August 18th.
00:52:19.000 And he says nobody has died at knock on wood.
00:52:22.000 Pathetic.
00:52:23.000 Still a lot of pandemonium outside the airport.
00:52:26.000 Well, there is.
00:52:27.000 But look, but no one's being killed right now.
00:52:30.000 God forgive me if I'm wrong about that, but no one's being killed right now.
00:52:34.000 God forbid.
00:52:35.000 I mean, if I'm wrong about that, no one's being killed.
00:52:37.000 .
00:52:38.000 By the way, by the point he said that, people had already been killed outside the area.
00:52:41.000 Like, seven people had already died during the evacuation by that point.
00:52:45.000 Now, the new death toll, as of this moment, has now stretched all the way up to something like 170 people are dead.
00:52:52.000 170.
00:52:52.000 Including the 13 U.S.
00:52:53.000 people are dead, 170, including the 13 US service members and 18 more wounded.
00:52:58.000 Okay, then that same interview.
00:53:02.000 Joe Biden says we're not going to leave Americans or American allies behind.
00:53:04.000 A lie!
00:53:07.000 All troops are supposed to be out by August 31st.
00:53:10.000 Even if Americans and our Afghan allies are still trying to get out, they're going to leave?
00:53:15.000 We're going to do everything in our power to get all Americans out and our allies out.
00:53:20.000 Um, nope.
00:53:22.000 Nope.
00:53:22.000 So he's lying then.
00:53:23.000 Okay, fast forward two days after that.
00:53:24.000 Now we're only six days, we're now seven days ago.
00:53:26.000 Okay, this is August 20th.
00:53:28.000 Joe Biden, again, reiterates, we are not going to leave Americans behind.
00:53:32.000 He was lying.
00:53:34.000 Let me be clear.
00:53:36.000 Any American who wants to come home, we will get you home.
00:53:41.000 Nope.
00:53:43.000 Wrong.
00:53:43.000 Lie.
00:53:46.000 Also, that same presser, he says, you know, the good news is Al-Qaeda is not in Afghanistan.
00:53:52.000 There's only one problem.
00:53:52.000 Everyone knew Al-Qaeda was in Afghanistan.
00:53:55.000 Not only is Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan, you know the people who are actually handling the security around the airport for the Taliban?
00:54:00.000 Our trusted partners over here?
00:54:02.000 You know who it is?
00:54:03.000 It's the so-called Haqqani Network.
00:54:04.000 What is the Haqqani Network?
00:54:06.000 It's an Al-Qaeda offshoot.
00:54:08.000 Not only is Al Qaeda in Afghanistan, they're handling the security at the airport Joe Biden is trusting.
00:54:14.000 This man is a disgrace and a liar.
00:54:17.000 Let's put this thing in perspective here.
00:54:20.000 What interest do we have in Afghanistan at this point with Al-Qaeda gone?
00:54:27.000 We went to Afghanistan for the express purpose of getting rid of Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan as well as getting Osama bin Laden.
00:54:38.000 And we did.
00:54:40.000 Oh, did we?
00:54:41.000 Al Qaeda's still in Afghanistan, and by the way, so is ISIS.
00:54:43.000 And the people we handed the country back to are the exact same people who harbored those people again.
00:54:47.000 It boggles the mind that we are supposed to, like he thinks you are such a moron, that we handed the same country back to the same people who harbored bin Laden and Al Qaeda.
00:54:58.000 And we're supposed to now treat them as reasonable peace partners as they go around shooting people in the head.
00:55:03.000 They're dragging people out of their homes and shooting them in the head if they worked with the Americans.
00:55:08.000 And Joe Biden says, don't worry, there won't be any uptick in terror while the terrorists are handling the security around the airport.
00:55:14.000 That's how stupid he thinks you are.
00:55:17.000 At that same press conference, August 20th, Joe Biden says, don't worry, any attack on our forces will be met with a swift and forceful response.
00:55:23.000 Well, the bombing happened 24 hours ago.
00:55:27.000 We have seen no swift response.
00:55:28.000 We have seen no forceful response.
00:55:30.000 We have seen no response from the president of the United States.
00:55:34.000 We made clear to the Taliban that any attack, any attack on our forces or disruption of our operations at the airport will be met with swift and forceful response.
00:55:46.000 Oh, well, then that's, um, well, yeah, clearly, because he's lying.
00:55:49.000 OK, fast forward a couple of days after that.
00:55:51.000 Now Joe Biden is asked a question about ISIS, and he does what he does best.
00:55:53.000 He runs away because he's a damned coward.
00:55:56.000 Mr. President, what about ISIS and the threat that Americans face now?
00:56:00.000 Bye.
00:56:01.000 Catch you later.
00:56:03.000 By the way, that same day, he said that we had expanded the airport safe zone.
00:56:07.000 Right, he said this to the American people, August 22nd.
00:56:09.000 This is five days ago and four days before ISIS just blew everybody up.
00:56:14.000 We have constantly, how can I say it, increased rational access to the airport.
00:56:24.000 Where more folk can get there more safely.
00:56:27.000 It's still a dangerous operation, but I don't want to go into the detail of how we're doing that.
00:56:31.000 I think you're going to see they're going to get out.
00:56:33.000 Number two, we have made a number of changes, including extending access around the airport and the safe zone.
00:56:42.000 Oh, really?
00:56:43.000 It seemed like that.
00:56:43.000 That seemed like a super safe zone right outside the airport.
00:56:46.000 By all available metrics, it was super safe.
00:56:49.000 Okay then, same day.
00:56:51.000 He says, do we trust the Taliban?
00:56:52.000 I don't trust anyone.
00:56:53.000 I'm just giving them lists of American allies so they can kill them.
00:56:55.000 I don't trust anybody, including you. I love you. But you know, there's not a lot of people I trust. There's not a lot of people I trust.
00:57:07.000 Like, I don't trust you the same way I don't trust the Taliban.
00:57:09.000 And then his press secretary, Jen Psaki, who is his night nurse.
00:57:16.000 That's his actual night nurse.
00:57:17.000 Joe Biden comes out, he craps the bed, and it's Jen Psaki's job to clean it up.
00:57:21.000 Jen Psaki says August 23rd, remember this is four days ago, three days before what just happened at the airport in terms of the giant ISIS attack.
00:57:31.000 Gensaki insisted no Americans are stranded.
00:57:35.000 It's all your imagination.
00:57:37.000 There are no Americans stranded.
00:57:38.000 This lying, dishonest, pathetic administration.
00:57:41.000 Here's Gensaki.
00:57:43.000 Does the president have a sense that most of the criticism is not of leaving Afghanistan, it's the way that he has ordered it to happen?
00:57:52.000 By pulling the troops before getting these Americans who are now stranded.
00:57:56.000 Does he have a sense of that?
00:57:57.000 First of all, I think it's irresponsible to say Americans are stranded.
00:58:00.000 They are not.
00:58:01.000 We are committed to bringing Americans who want to come home, home.
00:58:04.000 We are in touch with them via phone, via text, via email, via any way that we can possibly reach Americans Who wants to return home is always their keyword there, because the idea is that we're going to blame the people who remain.
00:58:16.000 Also, we are leaving them behind.
00:58:17.000 Clearly.
00:58:17.000 Joe Biden said it last night.
00:58:18.000 I'm just calling you out for saying that we are stranding Americans in Afghanistan when I said when we have been very clear that we are not leaving Americans who want to return home.
00:58:29.000 Who wants to return home is always their keyword there because the idea is that we're going to blame the people who remain.
00:58:33.000 Also, we are leaving them behind.
00:58:35.000 Clearly, Joe Biden said it last night.
00:58:37.000 Don't worry, we'll figure out after we're out of there.
00:58:40.000 Have no resources on the ground.
00:58:42.000 Have zero leverage because we ain't going back in.
00:58:44.000 Then we'll figure out how to get them out.
00:58:46.000 So she was lying then.
00:58:48.000 Next day, she decided, again, this was literally two days now before the ISIS attack.
00:58:53.000 She says, this is a massive success.
00:58:55.000 I don't think you guys are giving us credit for what a massive success it is for us to load the lifeboats with people after we blew a hole under the waterline of the Titanic.
00:59:03.000 After we dynamited this boat.
00:59:04.000 I don't think you're giving us enough credit for how many people we've offloaded onto the lifeboats.
00:59:09.000 I would say that this is now on track, Peter, to be the largest airlift in U.S.
00:59:14.000 history.
00:59:16.000 And that is bringing American citizens out.
00:59:19.000 It is bringing our Afghan partners out.
00:59:20.000 It is bringing allies out.
00:59:22.000 So no, I would not say that is anything but a success.
00:59:26.000 She won't say it's anything but a success.
00:59:29.000 There's only one word you can use for what we've been seeing, according to the Biden administration, two days ago.
00:59:33.000 And that's success.
00:59:35.000 Just success.
00:59:37.000 So I leave it to you.
00:59:38.000 Is this administration competent?
00:59:41.000 Capable?
00:59:42.000 Are they acting in the best interest of America's future?
00:59:45.000 Or the American people?
00:59:46.000 Or indeed in the interest of the American service members?
00:59:49.000 Or is this administration a clown car careening out of control with a senile person at the head of it, occasionally bloviating a particularly stupid idea and everybody rushing to fill the gap?
01:00:03.000 You tell me.
01:00:03.000 There are a lot of dead bodies that tell the story in Kabul today.
01:00:08.000 Alrighty, we'll be back here later today with an additional hour of content.
