00:00:00.000 Again, folks, Russia has nefarious designs on the United States.
00:00:04.000 If you read anything that Vladimir Putin has ever talked about in his home language, or if you read his favorite philosopher, Alexander Dugin, or if you actually just pay attention to what Russia is doing right now, like Russia over the weekend threatened Lithuania that if Lithuania allowed nuclear weapons to be stored on their soil, Russia might invade Lithuania.
00:00:20.000 Meanwhile, they've been threatening openly Poland.
00:00:22.000 They've been flying drone flights around Eastern European countries.
00:00:25.000 They've been pursuing operations in Western European countries.
00:00:28.000 I mean, Russia is not our friend. 0.92
00:00:29.000 So, again, this is why whenever people say, well, why don't we just negotiate a deal with them? 1.00
00:00:33.000 Okay, guys.
00:00:34.000 Every deal has to be backed by the enforcement power.
00:00:37.000 And when you and I make a deal, our deal is backed by the enforcement power of the government.
00:00:41.000 That's how contracts work.
00:00:42.000 I can sue you in court.
00:00:43.000 And then if you don't abide by your contract, there are punishments under law for you.
00:00:46.000 How is that supposed to work in international law? 0.94
00:00:48.000 You make a deal with the Russians and they cheat. 1.00
00:00:50.000 Okay.
00:00:50.000 They've only cheated on every single deal we have ever cut with them, including anti ballistic missile treaties, including biological weapons treaties.
00:00:57.000 Why in the world would you trust that now they're going to start abiding by treaty commitments?
00:01:01.000 Of course, they are not. 0.59
00:01:03.000 And the same thing holds true of China. 0.72
00:01:04.000 This is why, whenever anybody says, well, diplomacy is the answer.
00:01:07.000 No, no, no.
00:01:08.000 Diplomacy is an approach.
00:01:10.000 It is not an actual answer.
00:01:11.000 Diplomacy is an approach.
00:01:13.000 You don't just get.
00:01:14.000 Diplomacy is an answer the same way that if I say to you, you know, it's an answer therapy.
00:01:20.000 Therapy is an answer.
00:01:20.000 No, therapy is an approach.
00:01:22.000 It depends what the problem is.
00:01:23.000 If you broke your leg and I give you therapy, it isn't going to help.
00:01:26.000 And if you are violating all of your commitments and there's nothing for us to negotiate over and no enforcement power that is actually delegated, there is no way for us to come to an agreement that has any actual teeth.
00:01:36.000 This is why Vladimir Putin has been.
00:01:39.000 Unwilling to cut a deal with Ukraine.
00:01:42.000 The reason is because whatever deal he cuts with Ukraine, the Ukrainians aren't going to buy it.
00:01:46.000 The Americans aren't going to buy it.
00:01:47.000 And somebody has to enforce that deal.
00:01:48.000 Either it'll be the Europeans or it'll be the United States.
00:01:51.000 Otherwise, Putin may as well just keep pushing because who exactly is going to stop him?
00:01:57.000 And so, once again, would it surprise me if Russia were to develop some sort of biological agent or weapon and were to escape the lab?
00:02:03.000 That wouldn't surprise me at all. 0.85
00:02:05.000 Nefarious countries do this kind of thing and they do it on the regular.
00:02:09.000 China, Russia, Iran.
00:02:11.000 That's a reality. 0.93
00:02:12.000 It doesn't mean that we can overthrow every regime we don't like, but it does mean that we ought to keep in mind who these regimes are and what they want when morons just start shouting diplomacy every five seconds about solutions to the Russian problem or the Chinese problem or the Iranian problem.
00:02:27.000 According to the Moscow Times, health authorities in Siberia's Irkutsk region, which you know from the game Risk, have placed nearly 200 people under medical observation after a laboratory worker died from plague.
00:02:38.000 This doesn't sound great.
00:02:39.000 The woman was identified as one.
00:02:40.000 Daria Sh, they didn't give her last name, a 27 or 28 year old employee of the Irkutsk Anti Plague Institute by the exiled news outlet Lyudy Baikala and a pro Kremlin broadcaster, Ariane TV.
00:02:52.000 She reportedly told medical staff she had accidentally broken a test tube containing live bacteria while collecting samples for testing.
00:02:58.000 She was hospitalized Tuesday with symptoms of severe pneumonia in Shelikov, a town near the regional capital of Irkutsk, and she was put on a ventilator and then she died on Thursday.
00:03:06.000 It was a young woman who died.
00:03:08.000 Media reports have described the suspected infection as pneumonic plague.
00:03:12.000 That is not the same as bubonic plague.
00:03:16.000 It's not the same as the Black Plague.
00:03:17.000 Nonetheless, according to Kevin Esfeldt, who's an MIT biologist, Russia's five hospital quarantine, because they quarantined some five hospitals, the involvement of the FSB and the hazmat suit use after the death of a single researcher is inconsistent with typical plague infection because typical plague infection, we could kill it off with antibiotics.
00:03:34.000 So they're obviously researching something that is antibiotic resistant.
00:03:39.000 Again, this could mean that the responsible pathogen is a pandemic weapon or otherwise embarrassing for the government.
00:03:45.000 Here is Secretary of State Rubio talking about it.
00:03:48.000 We know what we know, obviously, about whatever the Russians have provided, which is it seems that there was a worker at the lab that was infected, and there's concern that that could have spread, at least internally.
00:04:02.000 So you see them do quarantines and deaths of that nature.
00:04:05.000 There's very limited travel between the U.S. and Russia, obviously.
00:04:09.000 But like anything else, something like that gets out.
00:04:10.000 It can quickly spread.
00:04:11.000 So we're watching and monitoring it closely.
00:04:14.000 I don't think it's cause for alarm, but it is cause for focus and a cause to just keep an eye on it, and we're doing that.
00:04:21.000 Okay, we are keeping an eye on it.
00:04:22.000 It is worthwhile noting at this point.
00:04:25.000 I saw somebody online yesterday saying, well, can't we all just agree not to develop, you know, bioweapons that can kill millions of people?
00:04:30.000 No, we cannot all agree to this.
00:04:31.000 I mean, we in the United States can agree to it, we can agree to not do that. 0.57
00:04:35.000 But you know who has agreed already to this and then continues to do it would be Russia. 0.83
00:04:39.000 Russia is a signatory to the Biological Weapons Convention, the BWC.
00:04:44.000 That is the principal international treaty that prohibits biological weapons development. 0.61
00:04:47.000 And it does bar signatories from developing, producing, stockpiling, acquiring, or retaining.
00:04:52.000 Biological agents or toxins of types and in quantities that have no justification for prophylactic or protective or peaceful purposes.
00:05:00.000 This isn't even like gain of function research, so you can figure out how to stop it.
00:05:04.000 Okay, this is just people putting together biological weapons, pretty obviously, and they just violate it.
00:05:07.000 We'll get to more on this in a moment.
00:05:08.000 First, you know, you have one asset that's probably worth more than all your other assets, maybe combined, and that would be your home title.
00:05:14.000 Now, you're not thinking about how somebody can take the value from that because, hey, I mean, you own your home.
00:05:17.000 Nobody's going to like jack it up on wheels and take it somewhere.
00:05:20.000 But the way that criminals gain access to the asset value of your home is they forge your name.
00:05:25.000 On a signature sheet, and then they basically steal your home title and they start borrowing against it.
00:05:29.000 Well, you can stop them from doing this by checking out Home Title Lock.

00:06:06.000 What does this say about international law? 0.99
00:06:07.000 It says, as per our usual arrangement, international law is a bunch of crap. 0.96
00:06:11.000 International law does not exist. 0.97
00:06:12.000 Without an enforcement mechanism, it doesn't matter what enemy states like China or Russia or Iran sign.
00:06:17.000 This has been perfectly obvious for literally all of time.
00:06:20.000 The enforcement mechanism for international law, by the way, at the end of the day, is usually the power of the mailed fist.
00:06:28.000 That is usually the enforcement mechanism.
00:06:30.000 If you don't enforce your treaties, what you end up with.
00:06:32.000 Is people just violating it willy nilly.
00:06:35.000 And again, we did this routine already. 0.82
00:06:36.000 China unleashed a global pandemic that killed legitimately millions of people in 2019 to zero consequence, despite the fact that they weren't supposed to be developing that kind of stuff, let alone releasing it, let alone hiding it, let alone using the WHO as a cover for it. 0.89
00:06:49.000 It turns out our enemies are enemies are enemies. 0.92
00:06:51.000 By the way, speaking of enemies, insane story out of Germany.
00:06:54.000 Apparently, German police on Tuesday detained the country's former head of its foreign intelligence service on suspicion of espionage and attempted treason in one of the bigger scandals to engulf the spy agency since its creation in the mid 50s.
00:07:06.000 A person named August Hanning, who led the Federal Intelligence Service or BND from 1998 all the way to 2005, was arrested under suspicion of illegally obtaining classified information for years and at least in one case passing it on to a foreign intelligence agent.
00:07:22.000 One of Hanning's former bureau chiefs allegedly passed on classified information to Hanning for more than a decade in his function as bureau chief.
00:07:30.000 He passed almost 2,000 documents to Hanning up to June 2022, like well beyond when Hanning was actually there.
00:07:38.000 It has not been fully reported, but it appears that he was passing this information on to the Russians. 0.50
00:07:42.000 So, if you ever wonder why Russia seems to have a shockingly dominant position in Europe over France, over Germany, this would just be one reason.
00:07:50.000 What an amazing video you just watched.
00:07:52.000 Wasn't that amazing?
