00:01:41.000 He got really, really sad because it turns out that federal officials served subpoenas to him as well as to Code Pink co founder Susan Medea Benjamin, who is a nut job.

00:01:51.000 All of this, according to Fox News, is part of a wider investigation into whether U.S. organizations and leaders violated U.S. laws and sanctions in supporting Cuba's communist regime.

00:02:00.000 Now, again, you can visit Cuba, you actually can, but you're not allowed to stay at particular hotels that are linked with the government or the military.

00:02:07.000 And you're certainly not supposed to bring aid to, you know, the actual government and military.

00:02:11.000 Well, apparently, Piker and Benjamin are among the people who've been caught in this federal inquiry into whether activists who traveled there violated sanctions law, including potential contacts with Cuban government personnel or entities on the island.

00:02:25.000 So there are some administrative subpoenas, according to the Fox News website called Requests for Information RFI.

00:02:32.000 They seek financial, logistical, and communications information revolving around trips.

00:02:36.000 There were two big trips that were bragged about delegations from the Nuestra America convoy or Our America convoy, which brought together, as you recall, a bunch of left wing nut jobs. 1.00

00:02:46.000 To travel around in dinky carts to basically poverty tour.

00:02:51.000 And you remember, we played clips on the show of Hassan Piker staying at a five star hotel with air conditioning, talking about how everybody in Cuba was actually super duper duper happy being in the heat without air conditioning or electricity, you know, as a communist would.

00:03:06.000 Well, it turns out that this entire shebang has been financed, apparently, according to Fox News, by Roy Singham.

00:03:16.000 Roy Singham lives in China.

00:03:19.000 His name is Neville Roy Singham.

00:03:20.000 He has pumped some $278 million into nonprofit groups that have been pushing pro China, pro Cuba, anti US narratives, and street protests for almost a decade.

00:03:30.000 Well, especially since he got married to the Code Pink co founder, Jody Evans.

00:03:33.000 Again, as you will notice, one of the people who's been caught up in the federal investigation is Midia Benjamin, who is Code Pink.

00:03:40.000 Code Pink received $1.33 million from Singham after he married Evans.

00:03:44.000 So, what precisely did Hassan Piker do?

00:03:47.000 Well, there are allegations.

00:03:48.000 That Nuestra America convoy, which is this group that he went with, brought supplies directly to the Communist Party of Cuba.

00:03:54.000 There are allegations that they stayed at a five star hotel on the Cuba restricted list because of ties with the Cuban government and military, and that he participated in and financed a coordination flotilla without a license from the Treasury Department.

00:04:06.000 Now, the punishments can be somewhat severe here.

00:04:09.000 If there is a civil punishment that happens under what's called legally a strict liability standard, a strict liability standard means I don't have to prove intent.

00:04:16.000 So if you just stayed at that hotel and you ended up funding the Cuban government, You could have civil liability that amounts to tens of thousands of dollars, up to approximately 65 grand to 112 grand per individual violation.

00:04:30.000 And then, theoretically, there are criminal charges that could be pursued.

00:04:34.000 Here, you'd have to have intent.

00:04:35.000 You'd have to show that, for example, Hassan Piker knew that he was helping the communist regime, it wasn't by accident.

00:04:42.000 And this would amount to up to 10 years in federal prison for individual violations of the Cuban assets control regulations, or criminal fines up to a quarter million dollars.

00:06:32.000 What the cases actually show, which is that Jeffrey Epstein was, in fact, a pervert and a pedophile, and that he was associated with very, very rich and famous people.

00:06:46.000 There's some evidence, it appears, that he was trafficking overage women to some of these people, but there is no evidence that he was trafficking underage children to any of these rich and famous people.

00:06:57.000 Nonetheless, there has been this widespread theory that basically there is a child sex trafficking ring that embeds basically all areas of the American upper class everybody in government, everybody in media, everybody in entertainment, in finance, and all the rest.

00:12:19.000 He is somebody who's rallying with major Democrats across the country.

00:12:26.000 This would be the equivalent of if Karl Rove, during the Bush administration, had been actively working with the communist government of Cuba or the communist government of China.

00:12:57.000 Adam Hamawi is currently in a race in New Jersey to succeed a retiring Democrat named Bonnie Watson Coleman in Congress.

00:13:07.000 The Jewish Insider is reporting, and no one else is, that apparently he has a long standing past relationship with terrorist mastermind Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman.

00:13:17.000 According to the Jewish Insider, their relationship spanned a 1991 road trip the two took together to Detroit.

00:13:22.000 Hamawi's service as the Sheikh's translator for a press conference, in which Abdul Rahman denied any rule in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, and Hamawi's testimony on the Sheikh's behalf at his 1995 trial, where the Islamist leader was convicted of plotting to carry out a campaign of terrorist attacks in New York City.

00:17:53.000 Her request to inspect the facility was formally denied, she said, adding it raised serious questions about what they are trying to hide from public view.

00:19:08.000 In fact, ICE has higher detention standards than most U.S. prisons that hold actual American citizens.

00:19:14.000 And some of the detainees that are being held, according to DHS, you know, again, these are the detainees that Democrats are deeply worried about, include illegal immigrants from El Salvador, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Spain, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras, for crimes ranging from homicide to drug trafficking to sex crimes against children.

00:44:30.000 Republicans are running a relatively moderate risk in the state of Texas.

00:44:35.000 Republicans last night voted for Ken Paxton over four term Senator John Cornyn in Texas.

00:44:42.000 Paxton is the Texas Attorney General.

00:44:43.000 Now, Cornyn has alienated over the years many, many people in Texas for his left wing stance or liberal stance on gun policy, for example.

00:44:52.000 There's been enormous dyspepsia in the state of Texas with the idea that Cornyn was too friendly with Democrats.

00:44:58.000 And so he was already losing to Paxton in that race.

00:45:01.000 And then very late breaking, right near the end of the race, President Trump endorsed Paxton over Cornyn.

00:45:07.000 And then last night, Paxton basically skunked Cornyn, which is no shock at all.

00:45:12.000 The president put out a statement congratulating Paxton.

00:45:16.000 Say congratulations to Ken Paxton on such a tremendous win and to John Cornyn for having run a strong and powerful race, but more importantly, having had a truly great career.

00:45:23.000 John will remain my friend for a long time to come as we both watch Ken become a fantastic, common sense senator, one who is respected by all.

00:45:30.000 His opponent, Alfred E. Newman, that's a reference to James Tallarico, may be the worst Texas candidate I have ever seen.

00:45:35.000 A strong open borders advocate, he is weak on crime, believes that our six genders is insulting to Jesus Christ, will never support the military.

00:45:41.000 Was a big mask wearer until recently, and is a vegan who dislikes meat.

00:45:44.000 Not exactly a good way to be if you're wanting to win an election in Texas.

00:45:49.000 So, those critiques of Tallerico are, of course, right.

00:45:52.000 Tallerico, on the other hand, was eager to face off against Paxton, more eager to face off against Paxton than Cornyn because he believes that there is some fertile ground to be tilled with regard to past allegations of corruption surrounding Paxton.

00:46:06.000 Something just happened in Texas.

00:46:09.000 The most corrupt politician in America.

00:46:12.000 Just became the Republican nominee for the United States Senate.

00:46:16.000 Three years ago, Ken Paxton was impeached by his own party for using his public office to enrich himself and his donors at the expense of the people.

00:46:28.000 That kind of corruption is the rot at the core of this broken system.

00:46:34.000 It's why we can't afford anything.

00:46:36.000 It's why we can't get ahead no matter how hard we work.

00:46:40.000 Now, I will say that I think that a lot of Republicans are nervous that Paxton's going to lose to Tallarica.

00:46:44.000 I think this is highly unlikely.

00:46:46.000 Texas is a very, very red state.

00:46:48.000 Tallarico is totally alien to sort of Texan sensibilities.

00:46:52.000 This is a point that Ken Paxton was making.

00:46:54.000 Here he was, after his win, going after James Tallarico.

00:46:59.000 And finally, he's a threat to our very way of life and our values.

00:47:03.000 I mean, he's a vegan who thinks God is non binary and that there's actually six biological sexes.

00:47:09.000 It's hard to imagine someone more radical than that.

00:47:13.000 He is not wrong about all of that, even. 0.98

00:47:16.000 Nia Malika Henderson on CNN says Tallarico's pretty vulnerable with Christian voters in Texas. 1.00

00:47:22.000 This is the race they're going to run against him.

00:47:24.000 It's going to be a total culture war race. 1.00

00:47:27.000 They're going to use that to sort of blunt Elaine.

00:47:30.000 He thinks he has carved out around his Christian faith and his interpretation of Christianity. 0.99

00:47:37.000 I think it's going to be effective.

00:47:39.000 You know, I guess one of his statements was something like it's not clear if Jesus or God was a man or a woman or he contains both masculine and femininity.

00:47:48.000 That's going to be a problem.

00:47:49.000 In Texas, and it's going to be a problem for a lot of Christian voters, whether you're Latino, black, or white.

00:47:57.000 They don't agree with that interpretation of the faith and of Christianity.

00:48:03.000 And so I think, you know, he's a vulnerable candidate in Texas.

00:48:07.000 Yeah, again, I think that that is true.

00:48:08.000 And it'll be fun to watch as Democrats do Lucy and the football again with regard to Tallarico and this Texas race.

00:48:15.000 Every couple of years, Democrats think this is going to be the moment when Texas turns blue.

00:48:19.000 They're likely to toss enormous amounts of money.

00:48:21.000 At the Tallarico race, specifically because they think that Paxton is weaker.

00:48:24.000 So, a lot of Republicans are upset because they figure that they might have to spend more money in Texas and that will draw money away from, say, Michigan or Maine.

00:48:32.000 But the reality is, Democrats are actually going to spend a lot of money in Texas, where they should spend zero dollars because that race is not going to be won by James Tallarico, barring some sort of cataclysmic circumstance.

00:48:41.000 In fact, Democrats are hurting themselves in 2026 in the same way that Republicans hurt themselves in 2022.

00:48:49.000 You'll recall that President Trump intervened personally to help select in primaries a bunch of very, very bad Republican candidates for the Senate.

00:48:59.000 He selected a candidate in New Hampshire, terrible candidate, a candidate in Georgia, terrible candidate, and they lost.

00:49:04.000 A candidate in Arizona who's not very good lost.

00:49:08.000 Democrats are now doing the same thing.

00:49:10.000 So, the Michigan Senate seat for Democrats, very winnable.

00:49:13.000 They're probably going to lose it because they insist on nominating El Sayed.

00:49:16.000 That main seat, Platner is a nut.

00:49:20.000 If they nominated the current governor, then they likely would have won that seat. 1.00

00:49:24.000 I think Susan Collins wins that seat.

00:49:26.000 So, Democrats had an outside shot at taking the Senate.

00:49:29.000 I would say that now, given their candidate's election, that outside shot looks like they're going to have to basically pull a royal flush at this point in order to make that happen.

00:49:37.000 All right, in other news, when it comes to Iran, a lot of talk about will a deal be made?

00:49:42.000 What will a deal look like?

00:49:44.000 All the rest.

00:49:44.000 I want to start by just talking about what a good deal would look like.

00:49:49.000 What a good deal would look like.

00:49:50.000 And again, these are red lines that the president himself has drawn.

00:49:53.000 First of all, the end of the Iranian nuclear program.

00:49:55.000 I understand there's been some mush mouth about Iran can never build nuclear weapons.

00:49:59.000 Let us be clear about this.

00:50:01.000 If Iran has the capacity to ramp up a program that results in nuclear weapons, and if President Trump is not president in two and a half years, which is the case, That is tantamount to retaining a nuclear program and a pathway toward a nuclear weapon.

00:50:13.000 This means that the United States ought to be seeking not just the release of what President Trump calls the nuclear dust, that's the highly enriched uranium that they currently have, but also their less refined nuclear materials, decommissioning of their nuclear facilities, and actual verification standards.

00:50:28.000 Second, end of support for international terrorism. 0.64

00:50:31.000 The thing that has threatened all of our allies in the region, not just Israel, but all of our Gulf allies, is the Iranian terrorist support base. 0.72

00:50:37.000 The reason for what is happening in Lebanon right now is because. 0.67

00:50:40.000 Iran has been using Lebanon as a staging ground for a Hezbollah fake state that launches terrorism against Israel on the regular.

00:50:56.000 Obviously, an end to the building of ballistic missiles. 0.93

00:51:01.000 But if there's a deal, it obviously ought to include some provisions that prevent their rebuilding of ballistic missiles, releasing of the Strait of Hormuz, because international shipping requires freedom of navigation there.

00:51:13.000 And only when all of those things happen should we start releasing funding.

00:51:15.000 Because the big mistake here would be to destroy everything that we have in terms of infrastructure and then hand them the money to just rebuild it.

00:51:23.000 So let's say the no deal gets done. 0.96

00:51:24.000 Let's say the Iranians say no to all of that, which, again, I think is highly plausible. 0.99

00:51:28.000 The alternatives would be a return to Project Freedom. 0.88

00:51:55.000 The problem is that, as we have learned with the Strait of Hormuz, leaving the possibility of an offensive action in the hands of Iran does not foreclose them from using that offensive action in the future. 0.68

00:52:05.000 In other words, if they can back the United States and our Gulf allies and Israel down based on a threat to do this when they have their ballistic missile capacity reduced to maybe 20% of what it once was. 0.77

00:52:17.000 If that's enough to back us down now, what will it look like in five years when they've rebuilt all of that? 0.59

00:52:23.000 What will the threat to Saudi and UAE and Bahrain and Qatar be then?

00:52:29.000 One of the keys to making war, if you're going to do it, is you don't blow the opportunity that's in front of you when your enemy is weak.

00:52:38.000 Allowing them out of that box with new money or Chinese weaponry being shipped in would be a gigantic mistake.

00:52:49.000 Now, again, there's been a lot of vacillation over an agreement, no agreement.

00:52:52.000 What does the agreement look like?

00:52:54.000 The Iranians basically saying there's no agreement on nukes, there's no agreement on ballistic missiles, there's no agreement on the Strait, which, again, are all the major terms.

00:53:05.000 Other than that, how was your evening at the theater, Mrs. Lincoln?

00:53:09.000 The big issues here are those issues the Strait of Hormuz, the nuclear weapons, the ballistic missiles, the terrorism support.

00:53:14.000 What else are you negotiating exactly?

00:53:17.000 Nonetheless, the president has been signaling optimism about the deal, but he's also been signaling that a bunch of other countries should join the Abraham Accords.

00:53:26.000 And then he says that he has options for dealing with the nuclear dust.

00:53:31.000 The Iranian government continues to put out statement after statement, basically mocking the United States.

00:53:35.000 Moshtaba Khamenei, who is the new Ayatollah, who may be legless and dickless, but is in fact apparently somewhat operational, kind of, maybe.

00:53:45.000 He put out a statement The shaky Zionist regime and the cancerous tumor of Israel are also approaching the final stages of their ill fated life.

00:53:52.000 And by the grace of God, and in accordance with the decisive and unwavering determination of the past year, the great leader, the martyr, Quds Allah, the most merciful, will not see the day 25 years after that date, God willing. 0.82
