00:06:43.000 This person entered the United States in October 2021 under the visa waiver program, naturally, and was supposed to leave by January 2nd, 2022.

00:08:01.000 This database was supposed to be used by the states in order to go after purging the voter rolls of people who aren't citizens.
00:08:06.000 Well, this judge, Judge Sparkle, which again sounds like a Barbie doll that my sisters would have bought in 1997, Judge Sparkle.
00:08:16.000 So apparently, Judge Sparkle Sukinanan, an appointee of former President Biden, who's been in the United States, I believe, for a total of seven years, something like that.
00:08:24.000 Said that officials across numerous government agencies, according to The Hill, haphazardly combined and repurposed the private information of millions of Americans, including citizenship data they knew to be unreliable, in order to comply with President Trump's executive order attempting to overhaul the federal elections.
00:08:38.000 Again, what that order did was it required the federal government to establish a list of eligible voters based on citizenship data.
00:08:46.000 So apparently, she says that this is in violation of the law and that it violated privacy rights.

00:08:56.000 She says, That it violated the Social Security Act, Privacy Act, and Administrative Procedure Act.
00:09:02.000 She said it protects millions from baseless investigations and unlawful voter roll purges.
