00:08:24.000Said that officials across numerous government agencies, according to The Hill, haphazardly combined and repurposed the private information of millions of Americans, including citizenship data they knew to be unreliable, in order to comply with President Trump's executive order attempting to overhaul the federal elections.

00:08:46.000So apparently, she says that this is in violation of the law and that it violated privacy rights.
