Alexandra Ocasio-cortez's grandmother is still living in poverty in Puerto Rico, despite the fact that her roof has caved in and her house has been ravaged by Hurricane Maria. Why is she complaining about the living conditions of her grandmother when she can be doing more to help out her own grandmother? And why is she so upset that a GoFundMe campaign to help her grandmother was shut down within 5 hours of being set up? Is she mad at President Trump for not helping her grandmother, or is she angry at the Democratic Party for not doing enough to help the Puerto Rican people in need of desperately needed relief? Or is she mad because she doesn t have enough money to pay for her grandmother's basic needs, and she can t afford to go to Puerto Rico to get the help she needs from the federal government to get her house back on its feet? Shout out to the Daily Wire's Matt Walsh for his efforts to help AOC's grandmother. 00:00:00.000 Senator Joe Manchin kills Democratic dreams of federalizing all elections, and Facebook bans Donald Trump for two more years.

00:00:21.000 Slash Ben, we'll get to all the news in just one moment.
00:00:24.000 First, let me remind you that now would be an excellent time for you to diversify at least a little bit into precious metals.
00:00:29.000 I mean, look at what is going on right now.
00:00:31.000 We had an inflation rate of 4.2% in April alone.
00:00:34.000 It's the biggest bump since 2008.
00:00:37.000 Higher fuel prices, higher food prices, construction costs, housing prices, inflation.
00:00:40.000 It's not just coming.
00:00:41.000 It's already here.
00:00:42.000 If you haven't protected your savings and your investments, you're making a mistake.
00:00:45.000 At the very least, you should diversify a little bit to make sure the government isn't going to inflate you out of your savings.
00:00:50.000 So I'm going to tell you again, if you haven't reached out to Birch Gold to diversify part of your IRA or 401k into a precious metals IRA, go ahead and do it today.
00:00:57.000 Text BEN to 474747.

00:01:09.000 Talk to them, have them help you safeguard your investments.
00:01:12.000 Ask all of your questions, then take some of your money and put it in some precious metals.
00:01:16.000 I'm not saying take all your money and put it in gold bars and bury it in the backyard.
00:01:19.000 I'm saying you need some money and precious metals in order to hedge against what is about to happen.
00:01:23.000 Text Ben to 474747.
00:01:25.000 When you make a purchase before June 30th, Birch Gold will send you a signed copy of my book.
00:01:29.000 How to destroy America in three easy steps for free while supplies last.
00:01:33.000 Again, text Ben to 474747.
00:01:36.000 Protect your savings today.
00:01:37.000 Text Ben to 474747 to get started.
00:01:41.000 Alrighty, so I have to start today with a piece of sad, sad news.
00:01:45.000 That piece of sad news is that despite the best attempts of The Daily Wire's Matt Walsh, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez's abuelita is still living in poverty.
00:01:56.000 So you'll recall that last week, She tweeted out, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez did, about her grandmother living in Puerto Rico and her roof caving in.
00:02:06.000 And then she blamed Trump and the policymaking in Puerto Rico.
00:02:09.000 Now, we could get into the policymaking in Puerto Rico, who's really responsible for the distribution of resources in Puerto Rico, how it's kind of Democrats in Puerto Rico who left millions of water bottles on the tarmac to just become completely useless, and all of this.
00:02:21.000 Instead, one question that a lot of people were asking was, why exactly is Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, who literally leased a Tesla apparently last month, why is she complaining about the living conditions of her grandmother when she could, you know, help out her grandmother? 0.52
00:02:38.000 And Matt Walsh was one of the people who actually tweeted out about this.
00:02:43.000 And so she had tweeted out, just over a week ago, my abuela, grandmother fell ill.
00:02:46.000 I went to Puerto Rico to see her.
00:02:48.000 My first time in a year because of COVID.
00:02:49.000 This is her home.
00:02:50.000 Hurricane Maria relief hasn't arrived.
00:02:52.000 Trump blocked relief dollars for Puerto Rico.
00:02:54.000 People are being forced to flee ancestral homes and developers are taking them.
00:02:59.000 Okay, and this prompted again, some people to say, Alexandra, you apparently just, you just leased a $59,000 Tesla.
00:03:06.000 Cause you got caught in mid-May parking in a restricted slot.
00:03:10.000 And also, she has this really, really nice apartment, like this super nice apartment.
00:03:14.000 She's doing fine, right?
00:03:15.000 So Matt Walsh had tweeted out, shameful that you live in luxury while allowing your own grandmother to suffer in these squalid conditions.
00:03:21.000 And then she got mad at him, and she tweeted back at him.
00:03:23.000 So Matt did what any generous conservative would do, and he started a GoFundMe for AOC's grandmother.
00:03:29.000 And he tweeted out, As you've heard, AOC's abuela is living in its dilapidated home that was ravaged by Hurricane Maria.
00:03:35.000 AOC is unable to help her own grandma for whatever reason, so I have set up this GoFundMe campaign to save her home.
00:03:39.000 Please give, if you can.
00:03:41.000 Hashtag, Help Abuela.
00:03:43.000 Okay, well, within hours, like four or five hours, almost 6,000 people had pledged money to help AOC's grandmother, Then, the fundraiser was shut down because somebody, presumably from AOC's office or inside the family, conveyed to GoFundMe that they weren't going to take the money.
00:04:04.000 So, she then tweeted out, Okay, this did result in one of the greatest headlines of all time.
00:04:08.000 Okay, this is the headline from the UK Independent, you ready?
00:04:10.000 systemic injustices, you seem totally fine with having a, you seem totally fine with in having a US colony.
00:04:18.000 Okay, this did result in one of the greatest headlines of all time.
00:04:22.000 This is the headline from the UK Independent, you ready?
00:04:25.000 Right-wing blogger launches GoFundMe for AOC's grandmother in latest personal attack.
00:04:30.000 No attack quite like trying to hand somebody a Man. 0.85
00:04:33.000 Normally when they say antisemitic attacks, they mean somebody getting beat down the street, but I mean, if somebody wants to attack me in antisemitic fashion by giving me $100,000, that sounds kind of okay to me.
00:04:44.000 Just terrible.
00:04:46.000 Horrifying.
00:04:47.000 I can't believe it.
00:04:49.000 So, Walsh then tweeted out, So, sad news.
00:04:52.000 The attempt to help AOC's grandmother was unavailing.
00:04:53.000 GoFundMe, she won't take the money, even though AOC previously claimed her grandmother was in dire straits and it was Trump's fault. AOC still hasn't acknowledged this effort or thanked us.
00:05:00.000 Here's the email from GoFundMe, and then he provided a screenshot. So, sad news. The attempt to help AOC's grandmother was unavailing. So, her grandmother presumably is still living in the same sort of dire poverty, unless AOC has decided to redistribute some of her own money to her grandmother and maybe skip a Tesla payment or two. All right.
00:05:19.000 Meanwhile, the big news of the weekend is that Joe Manchin may have just ended Joe Biden's presidency.
00:05:25.000 So Joe Biden's presidency is deeply reliant on two swing senators, particularly Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema.
00:05:33.000 Sinema is in Arizona, which is a purple state, and Manchin is in the reddest state in America.
00:05:37.000 Manchin is a Democratic senator from West Virginia.
00:05:39.000 He's in aberration electorally.
00:05:41.000 He won his last race pretty narrowly in West Virginia.
00:05:45.000 Donald Trump won that state by 39 points.
00:05:47.000 It's the reddest state in America in terms of presidential politics.
00:05:51.000 And yet it has this Democratic senator who's really sort of a holdover from prior generations.
00:05:55.000 Because West Virginia used to be a reliably Democratic state for a very long time.
00:05:59.000 It only shifted red in the last few election cycles.
00:06:03.000 So Manchin's sort of a holdover there.
00:06:05.000 And because Manchin is a Democrat, the Democrats have the majority.
00:06:10.000 Right now the Senate is split 50-50.
00:06:13.000 The Republicans should have been able to take one of two seats in Georgia, but they failed to take one of the two seats in Georgia.
00:06:19.000 Largely because President Trump decided to talk about how Georgia's elections were all skewed and all this, and Republicans in rural areas didn't show up and vote. 0.99
00:06:26.000 So you ended up with two Democratic senators in Georgia, which is unthinkably stupid. 0.98
00:06:29.000 And instead, you end up with a Democratic majority. 0.99
00:06:31.000 But that Democratic majority is really fragile in the Senate.
00:06:35.000 And it's particularly fragile because again, Joe Manchin knows where his bread is buttered.
00:06:38.000 He knows what state he represents, and he is not going to move along with this radical Biden agenda.
00:06:43.000 So Joe Biden, he had basically one of two choices.
00:06:46.000 He was forced into this choice.
00:06:47.000 Choice number one.
00:06:49.000 He could pursue a more moderate agenda that would pick up a few Republican votes, plus it would have Sinema and Manchin on board most of the time.
00:06:55.000 Or he could run directly to the radical left, and he could try to apparently leverage Manchin and Sinema into doing his bidding.
00:07:02.000 Well, yesterday, it became clear that Joe Manchin was not going to allow Joe Biden to do the latter.
00:07:07.000 Joe Biden has been trying it.
00:07:09.000 Just last week, you'll remember that Joe Biden got up in the middle of a speech and started ripping on his own senators.
00:07:14.000 He suggested that Manchin and Sinema should go along with the killing of the filibuster so that they could ram through a $6 trillion budget.
00:07:21.000 So they could ram through a $2 trillion infrastructure package and H.R.
00:07:25.000 1, which would completely federalize all election procedure and make it much easier to push ballot harvesting and voter fraud.
00:07:31.000 And he was going to push Cinema and Manchin into the corner over all of this.
00:07:34.000 And Manchin and Cinema have repeatedly said over and over and over, we are not, no one's going to put Baby in a corner.
00:07:39.000 We're not doing this.
00:07:40.000 And Democrats...
00:07:43.000 It is amazing in American politics how voters nationally, because every issue has now been nationalized, the base of the party is out of alignment with the reality.
00:07:52.000 Okay, the base of the party of the Republican Party will look at senators like Susan Collins in Maine and will go, oh, she's so terrible, somebody should primary her. 1.00
00:07:58.000 Neglecting, of course, that if you primary Susan Collins, there's a very, very good shot that the person who replaces Susan Collins is a Democrat.
00:08:05.000 Meanwhile, you have Democrats doing the same thing with Manchin and Sinema. 0.59
00:08:07.000 They're like, oh my god, look at these terrorists.
00:08:09.000 Why do we even bother having Democrats in these states? 0.99
00:08:11.000 Good question.
00:08:12.000 Go for it.
00:08:12.000 Seriously.
00:08:13.000 Primary Manchin with somebody from the AOC wing.
00:08:16.000 Primary Sinema with somebody from the AOC wing of the party.
00:08:18.000 And see how that goes for you.
00:08:20.000 Those seats will flip Republican again.
00:08:23.000 So, you could work in line with the reality, or you could just complain about reality and force the people in your own party over to the other side of the aisle.
00:08:32.000 You want to have Manchin switch parties?
00:08:33.000 This is a very, very good way to do it.
00:08:35.000 That's how Joe Manchin is killing Joe Biden's progressive dream in just one second first.
00:08:39.000 Let's talk about the fact that if you're a responsible human being, you really need to get life insurance.
00:08:43.000 You need to make sure that your family is taken care of.
00:08:45.000 Between Father's Day, Flag Day, National Yo-Yo Day, a lot going on in the month of June, but Policy Genius makes it easy to cross life insurance off your to-do list this busy month so you can get back to the yo-yoing.
00:08:56.000 If someone relies on your financial support, whether we're talking a kid, or an aging parent, or even a business partner, you do need life insurance.
00:09:02.000 PolicyGenius makes it easy to compare quotes from over a dozen top insurers all in one place.
00:09:07.000 Why compare?

00:09:37.000 PolicyGenius doesn't add on the extra fees.
00:09:40.000 Head on over to policygenius.com slash apiro.
00:09:42.000 Get started right now.
00:09:43.000 Policy Genius.
00:09:44.000 When it comes to insurance, it's nice and very important to get it right.
00:09:47.000 Okay, so there is something to the strategy that is pushed by the radical progressive Democrats if they believe that their agenda is actually politically popular, right?
00:09:55.000 And that is, okay, fine.
00:09:56.000 So we lose the seats in West Virginia and we lose the seats in Arizona, but our agenda is so popular nationwide that we're going to pick up seats in a bunch of other places.
00:10:03.000 But here's the problem.
00:10:04.000 Their agenda is not that popular.
00:10:05.000 Which means they're relying on this bare-bones majority to push through a bunch of progressive policies, and that bare-bones majority is not going to hold.
00:10:12.000 And Joe Manchin made that clear over the weekend when he wrote for the West Virginia Gazette-Mail that he was not going to vote in favor of H.R.
00:10:19.000 1, which is this bullcrap For the People Act.
00:10:22.000 So the For the People Act, again, is a wild federalization of all voting procedure.
00:10:25.000 It violates the Constitution.
00:10:27.000 It sucks up all local voting procedure into the federal level, and then bars states from, for example, Pushing voter ID.
00:10:34.000 It bars states from preventing ballot harvesting, which I think is the most egregious voting practice in America.
00:10:40.000 This is the practice where you're allowed to go door-to-door and pick up people's ballots from them.
00:10:44.000 You want to talk about the possibility of voter fraud?
00:10:46.000 How about you pay somebody to go pick up Democratic votes? 0.94
00:10:49.000 I mean, that is about as easy a voter fraud mechanism as exists in America today.
00:10:53.000 And it wouldn't take very much, right?
00:10:55.000 All you'd have to do is go to somebody's house, There's a member of your own party.
00:10:58.000 You knock on the door.
00:10:59.000 You say, did you get your absentee ballot in the mail?
00:11:01.000 They say, yeah, sure.
00:11:02.000 And you say, well, did you fill it out?
00:11:03.000 They say, not really.
00:11:04.000 And you say, would you like me to help you with that?
00:11:08.000 The possibilities for voter fraud and voter intimidation and pressure are nearly endless.
00:11:12.000 And Democrats were trying to federalize that entire procedure. 0.96
00:11:14.000 They're making voting significantly less certain.
00:11:18.000 It's not about broadening the capacity to vote.
00:11:20.000 Everybody has the capacity to vote right now.
00:11:22.000 We just had an election in which 155 million people voted.
00:11:26.000 The turnout in minority communities remains extremely high.
00:11:30.000 And yet Democrats, it's so funny, Democrats keep saying, look at these Republicans with their voter integrity bills.
00:11:36.000 They're only doing this because Trump is whining about voter fraud and all of this.
00:11:40.000 Yeah, well, here's the thing.
00:11:41.000 Your guy just won, purportedly, by 7 million votes.
00:11:45.000 Joe Biden won by 7 million votes in the popular vote.
00:11:47.000 Not purportedly, he actually won by 7 million votes in the popular vote.
00:11:51.000 And you are complaining that there is voter suppression going on?
00:11:55.000 How?
00:11:56.000 And on the basis of that, you're going to violate the Constitution and federalize all voting procedure?
00:12:00.000 Okay, so Joe Manchin's like, we're not doing this.
00:12:03.000 He writes, The right to vote is fundamental to our American democracy, and protecting that right should not be about party or politics.
00:12:09.000 Least of all, protecting this right, which is a value I share, should never be done in a partisan manner.
00:12:13.000 During my time as West Virginia's Secretary of State, I was determined to protect this right and ensure our elections are fair, accessible, and secure, not to benefit my party, but all the people of West Virginia.
00:12:22.000 For example, as Secretary of State, I took specific actions to establish early voting for the first time in West Virginia in order to provide expanded options for those whose work or family schedule made it difficult to vote on Election Day.
00:12:33.000 Throughout my tenure in politics, I've been guided by the simple philosophy our party labels can't prevent us from doing what is right.
00:12:39.000 Unfortunately, we are now witnessing that the fundamental right to vote has itself become overtly politicized.
00:12:45.000 Today's debate about how to best protect our right to vote and to hold elections is not about finding common ground, but seeking partisan advantage.
00:12:51.000 Whether it is state laws that seek to needlessly restrict voting, or politicians who ignore the need to secure our elections, partisan policymaking won't instill confidence in our democracy.
00:12:59.000 It will destroy it.
00:13:00.000 As such, congressional action on federal voting rights legislation must be the result of both Democrats and Republicans coming together to find a pathway forward, or we risk further dividing and destroying the republic we swore to protect and defend as elected officials.
00:13:13.000 Democrats, and in Congress, have proposed a sweeping election reform bill called the For the People Act.
00:13:17.000 This more than 800-page bill has garnered zero Republican votes.
00:13:20.000 Why?
00:13:21.000 Are the very Republican senators who voted to impeach Trump because of actions that led to an attack on our democracy unwilling to support actions to strengthen our democracy?
00:13:28.000 Are these same senators, whom many in my party applauded for their courage, now threats to the very democracy we seek to protect?
00:13:33.000 The truth, I would argue, is that voting and election reform that is done in a partisan manner will all but ensure partisan divisions continue to deepen.
00:13:39.000 So Manchin's making a pretty easy point here.
00:13:40.000 He's saying, listen, it's not just Ted Cruz who's not voting for this.
00:13:43.000 Or Josh Hawley.
00:13:45.000 Susan Collins isn't voting for this. 0.83
00:13:46.000 Mitt Romney isn't voting for this.
00:13:48.000 Right?
00:13:48.000 The most moderate Republican senators are not voting for this.
00:13:52.000 So, says Joe Manchin, with that in mind, some Democrats have again proposed eliminating the Senate filibuster.
00:13:57.000 They've attempted to demonize the filibuster and conveniently ignore how it has been critical to protecting the rights of Democrats in the past.
00:14:04.000 As a reminder, just four short years ago, says Manchin, in 2017, when Republicans held control of the White House and Congress, Donald Trump was publicly urging Senate Republicans to eliminate the filibuster.
00:14:13.000 Then, it was Senate Democrats who were proudly defending the filibuster.
00:14:16.000 33 Senate Democrats penned a letter, two senators, Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell, warning of the perils of eliminating the filibuster.
00:14:22.000 It has been said by much wiser people than me that absolute power corrupts absolutely, says Manchin.
00:14:27.000 Well, what I've seen during my time in Washington is that every party in power will always want to exercise absolute power absolutely.
00:14:33.000 Our founders were wise to see the temptation of absolute power and built in specific checks and balances to force compromise that serves to preserve our fragile democracy.
00:14:42.000 So, he says, I'm not going to kill the filibuster just to push forward an act that is going to garner zero Republican support.
00:14:48.000 And he's right about all of this.
00:14:49.000 But this does spell doom.
00:14:51.000 It may be that Biden has had his high watermark in terms of legislative accomplishments.
00:14:55.000 That whatever he was going to get done, he basically got done already.
00:14:57.000 That that giant stimulus bill, which is not a stimulus bill, it's actually just inflating the currency right now.
00:15:04.000 That's all that's happening, it's just inflating prices.
00:15:06.000 That that giant quote-unquote relief package may be the biggest thing that he is able to achieve here.
00:15:12.000 Now he's pushing things like this giant infrastructure package.
00:15:15.000 There's no guarantee that Manchin or Sinema are going to vote for a $2 trillion infrastructure package or kill a filibuster in order to do so.
00:15:21.000 Manchin has suggested he's not a fan of it.
00:15:24.000 There's no guarantee that they're going to get certainly a $6 trillion budget through a Congress that is split 50-50 in the Senate. 0.99
00:15:33.000 And again, instead of Biden taking the Clintonian tack and tacking to the center, Biden seems like he wants to double down on stupid here. 0.98
00:15:41.000 And he sort of boxed himself in, because the sort of rhetoric that they have used, the Democrats, with regard to voting, suggests that if they are to, if they cave to Sinema and Manchin, and provide some sort of compromise bill, that for example, shores up voter ID, but also broadens early voting, that if they did that, their own base would kill them. 0.98
00:15:59.000 Their own base would come after them.
00:16:01.000 They've moved so far out on the limb with their rhetoric, that this is all Jim Crow kind of stuff, that to be seen complicit in that, is death for their base.
00:16:09.000 So now they're caught between a rock and a hard place.
00:16:11.000 Sort of the same way the Republicans, who were also nursing a very fragile majority in the Senate, and thus weren't able to get a lot done, but had also promised the world to their base, were stuck between a rock and a hard place with their own base.
00:16:23.000 Now Democrats are experiencing the same thing.
00:16:26.000 And people like Barack Obama are continuing to push it.
00:16:30.000 Here's Barack Obama over the weekend suggesting that Republicans are rigging the game in terms of voting.
00:16:34.000 Okay, what that suggests is that Manchin and Sinema are the villains.
00:16:37.000 and that they need to somehow be held to account.
00:16:40.000 Well, good luck with that, gang.
00:16:42.000 This really has to do with the basic rules by which we all have agreed to to keep this diverse, multiracial democracy functioning.
00:16:56.000 Are we going to stick to those rules or are we going to start rigging the game in a way that breaks it?
00:17:03.000 And that's not going to be good for business.
00:17:06.000 Not to mention, not good for our Our soul.
00:17:10.000 Okay, not good for our soul.
00:17:11.000 By the way, Barack Obama talking about our soul is always a laugh, considering how he corrupted American politics in order to foster his own power.
00:17:18.000 It's pretty astonishing.
00:17:20.000 And when we talk about rigging the rules of the game, recognize that's what HR1 is.
00:17:22.000 It is a giant rigging of the rules of the game.
00:17:26.000 I'm sorry, but massive early voting is also rigging the rules of the game.
00:17:30.000 Because you are rigging in advance how people are going to vote.
00:17:33.000 The idea that you are voting three months in advance of an election before any of the news has broken is a bad policy.
00:17:39.000 It is a bad idea.
00:17:40.000 DNC Chair Jamie Harrison is very upset with Joe Manchin.
00:17:43.000 Here he was ripping on his own senator yesterday.
00:17:46.000 I'm very disappointed in Senator Manchin's decision, and obviously I disagree.
00:17:51.000 Because listen, I know he wants to protect democracy, but there will be no democracy if we don't protect the rights to votes of all Americans.
00:17:59.000 You know, Alex, there's only one party in this nation right now that has over 350 plus bills in order to suppress and encumber the rights of voters in this nation.
00:18:10.000 Only one party right now that is trying to cut hours in which people can go vote.
00:18:16.000 Change the standard by which courts look at elections and determine whether or not there's fraud in elections.
00:18:22.000 Only one party that is allowing political goons to go and try to intimidate voters at the precinct. 0.98
00:18:28.000 And that's the Republican Party.
00:18:30.000 This is not a both sides issue.
00:18:32.000 Okay, so again, he's ripping on his own senator and basically putting himself in a position, Jamie Harrison, where if you don't oppose your own senator, if you don't rip on your own senator, now you're a racist, right?
00:18:40.000 You're in league with the evil Republicans.
00:18:42.000 Now, to debunk what he's talking about here, this notion that you are somehow restricting the right to vote by not allowing the emergency conditions of the pandemic to be the new normal is absurd on its face.
00:18:53.000 And we had record voting in 2008.
00:18:55.000 We had very high voting in 2012.
00:18:57.000 Voting fell off in 2016 because people didn't like either candidate.
00:19:00.000 And we had record voting in 2020.
00:19:02.000 The notion that people are having their votes suppressed in the United States is just a lie.
00:19:05.000 There is more evidence of voter fraud in the United States than there is evidence of voter suppression in the United States.
00:19:10.000 There's not a ton of evidence of either.
00:19:11.000 But there's better evidence that voter fraud is easy and available than that voter suppression is easy and available.
00:19:16.000 Okay, Democrats, keep pushing, and keep pushing this.
00:19:20.000 You know, keep, keep humping that dead horse. 0.99
00:19:21.000 I mean, seriously, just keep doing it, guys, because you're not, you're alienating your own senators.
00:19:26.000 Here's Jennifer Granholm, the Energy Secretary, ripping on Joe Manchin for not supporting the infrastructure package.
00:19:32.000 Do respect, Madam Secretary, but you didn't answer my question because the question is, would Manchin vote for a bill if it's just Democrats?
00:19:40.000 And you said he would vote for it if it's bipartisan.
00:19:42.000 I don't know of any Republicans who are willing to vote for this yet.
00:19:44.000 Yes, that's his preference.
00:19:45.000 Yeah, well not just preference, that might be his line though, right?
00:19:50.000 Right, of course that's his line and you'll have to ask him about where his ultimate bottom line is.
00:19:54.000 But I know that he sees the faces of people who need these investments too.
00:19:59.000 Okay, so she's saying she's not sure if Manchin... Look, Manchin is going to be the swing vote.
00:20:03.000 He always was.
00:20:04.000 The question was whether he was going to kill the filibuster.
00:20:06.000 It's clear he's not going to.
00:20:07.000 This means that Democrats cannot pass any substantive bill outside of reconciliation.
00:20:11.000 Reconciliation is a budget procedure.
00:20:13.000 Democrats have already used one of their... They're supposed to have two per year.
00:20:17.000 They already used one on the American relief bill.
00:20:20.000 Okay, which again has been a complete boondoggle.
00:20:23.000 They have one left.
00:20:25.000 Okay, and they're probably going to end up using it on raising corporate taxes, we'll get to in a little while.
00:20:29.000 So they're not going to have it for infrastructure.
00:20:30.000 They're not going to have it for HR 1.
00:20:33.000 It wasn't applicable to HR 1 anyway, because it's not a budgetary bill.
00:20:36.000 So Democrats are in some trouble here.
00:20:38.000 The Biden administration, they don't have a lot of substance left.
00:20:41.000 Out there, except for raising taxes.
00:20:43.000 That's pretty much it.
00:20:44.000 Raising taxes and spending some more.
00:20:46.000 That's, that is all that is left of their agenda.
00:20:48.000 They're sort of world-breaking, let's change social policy in the United States via legislature, via legislative policy.
00:20:55.000 That's not on the table anymore.
00:20:56.000 This administration could have seen a tie watermark already.
00:20:58.000 And you know who's saying that?
00:21:00.000 The folks at the New York Times.
00:21:01.000 Quote, Democrats defeated President Donald J. Trump and captured the Senate last year with a racially diverse coalition that delivered victories by tiny margins in key states like Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
00:21:11.000 In the next election, they cannot count on repeating that feat.
00:21:14.000 A new report warns, By the way, tie all Democratic candidates to the far left.
00:21:16.000 We don't have to tie anything.
00:21:18.000 You guys are doing it yourselves.
00:21:19.000 groups has concluded the party is at risk of losing ground with black, Hispanic, and Asian-American voters unless it does a better job of presenting an economic agenda and countering Republican efforts to spread misinformation and tie all Democratic candidates to the far left. By the way, tie all Democratic candidates to the far left. We don't have to tie anything. You guys are doing it yourselves. You're attacking your own moderate senators.
00:21:38.000 You have the President of the United States attacking the two moderate senators in your coalition.
00:21:44.000 I don't have to do anything.
00:21:44.000 I don't even have to say anything.
00:21:46.000 All I have to do is stand here and point, like Donald Sutherland at the end of Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
00:21:50.000 I just point at you.
00:21:51.000 That's it.
00:21:52.000 Republicans don't have to spread misinformation.
00:21:54.000 All they have to do is spread information.
00:21:56.000 The 73-page report obtained by the New York Times was assembled at the behest of Third Way, a centrist think tank, and the Collective PAC and Latino Victory Fund, which promote Black and Hispanic candidates.
00:22:05.000 The document is all the more striking because it is addressed to the victorious party, In part, the study found Democrats fell short of their aspirations because many House and Senate candidates failed to match Joe Biden's support with voters of color.
00:22:16.000 Those constituencies include Hispanic voters in Florida and Texas, Vietnamese American and Filipino American voters in California, and Black voters in North Carolina.
00:22:24.000 You know why?
00:22:24.000 Because you keep going wild to the left.
00:22:27.000 You keep going wild to the left.
00:22:29.000 And yet the Democrats have shown no appetite to move back to the center.
00:22:32.000 We'll get to that in just one second.
00:22:34.000 First, let's talk about the best clothing on the market.
00:22:36.000 I'm talking, of course, about CUT's clothing.
00:22:37.000 Okay, I will admit to you freely.
00:22:40.000 When I get some nice clothes, I tend to get like a lot of that piece of nice clothing and then just wear that all the time.
00:22:45.000 CUT is the only T-shirt I will wear.
00:22:47.000 It is that good.
00:22:48.000 The sport of business means demanding excellence from your craft and wardrobe.
00:22:51.000 Your fits need to be versatile, letting timeless style and comfort so you look as good as you feel for that.
00:22:56.000 There is CUT's clothing.
00:22:58.000 Cut has taken a classic men's fashion staple, the plain tee.
00:23:00.000 They've refined it, combining premium quality with a minimalist aesthetic.
00:23:03.000 Cut's shirts, polos, hoodies, and crew sweatshirts are made for the man who works hard, plays hard, and never settles for less, all in the sport of business.
00:23:10.000 Take a plain tee, but make it Tony Stark.
00:23:11.000 The bleeding edge of fabric technology meets the man confident enough to wear Cut's clothing.
00:23:16.000 It is the perfect t-shirt, and they also have the new Cut hoodie.
00:23:19.000 They've developed Hyperloop French terry fabric, It's a texture that's temperature controlled and ageless.
00:23:24.000 Or try the wrinkle-free Pika Polo, a design that keeps you fitted for the office golf course, at home, the gym, or your next hot date. 0.99
00:23:30.000 Cut is premium with a purpose.
00:23:31.000 I'm telling you, these clothes, they really are amazing.
00:23:33.000 Like, I only wear Cut's polos.
00:23:34.000 I really only wear Cut's t-shirts.
00:23:37.000 Just that good.
00:23:37.000 It's not just a lifestyle.
00:23:38.000 It's not just clothing.
00:23:39.000 It is office leisure apparel for the sport of business.
00:23:41.000 Get 15% off your first order by going to CutsClothing.com slash Shapiro.
00:23:45.000 That is CutsClothing.com slash Shapiro for 15% off the only shirt worth wearing. 0.98
00:23:51.000 CutsClothing.com slash Shapiro.
00:23:53.000 Okay.
00:23:53.000 So meanwhile, the Biden administration continues to push forward extraordinarily radical plans Particularly when it comes to economics.
00:24:01.000 Now what they are doing internationally is attempting to push all other countries into setting a sort of floor so that we can move above the floor.
00:24:08.000 So Joe Biden knows full well that his garbage tax policy, like he's pushing corporate taxes up to 28%.
00:24:14.000 Now he knows that if he gets that done, every corporation in America that has the capacity to do so will think about offshoring.
00:24:21.000 The thing about reorganizing outside the United States of America.
00:24:24.000 Because this happened a lot during the Obama administration.
00:24:26.000 There's a tremendous acceleration during the Obama administration.
00:24:30.000 Because you just reorganize in another Western European country.
00:24:33.000 So Biden has decided to combine with all of the progressive left politicians in Europe in order to foster a corporate baseline tax rate.
00:24:43.000 Now, the only reason that these other countries would do that is presumably because they think that they will still have some sort of advantage over Biden.
00:24:50.000 Understand that if they set the international baseline corporate tax rate at 15% and Biden goes to 28%, he's still almost doubling it.
00:24:58.000 So what they're figuring is, okay, well, this is still pretty good collective action for us because if we all go to 15% and I'm Germany and I can get France to do that, well then I guess people won't shift their corporate headquarters to France as opposed to Germany.
00:25:11.000 So we'll use Biden leveraging us as a way to still continue to have an advantage over the United States, but we'll get credit from Biden and we'll prevent all the other European countries from apparently basically gaming the system.
00:25:25.000 But Joe Biden, meanwhile, is making it harder to do business everywhere.
00:25:28.000 He's trying to leverage, by the way, there are a lot of other countries on planet Earth.
00:25:32.000 You're about to see, if any country is smart out there, that is outside of the G7, they're immediately going to lower their corporate tax rate to almost zero.
00:25:41.000 And everyone will immediately start to reorganize in that country.
00:25:45.000 According to CNN, the group of seven finance ministers gathering in London agreed Saturday to back a global minimum tax of at least 15% on multinational companies, The G7 group also agreed the biggest companies should pay tax where they generate sales, not just where they have a physical presence.
00:25:59.000 So in other words, if a French company sells products in the United States, they'll have to pay the United States tax.
00:26:06.000 This is going to lead to all sorts of serious complications, by the way.
00:26:09.000 Because, again, how do you even... Now you're gauging it from point of sale.
00:26:14.000 So you have to determine whether you think you're going to make more money by exporting to the United States or not exporting.
00:26:19.000 It's a de facto tariff.
00:26:20.000 Because eventually what you're going to end up with is if the United States has a higher tax rate on these corporations than does France, for example, then companies are just going to stop exporting to the United States as much.
00:26:31.000 They're going to look for other markets, emerging markets.
00:26:33.000 Meanwhile, that is a domestic boon for American companies.
00:26:36.000 It's a de facto tariff.
00:26:39.000 It makes it much harder for consumers to get products that they want to get at the prices they want to get them in the United States.
00:26:43.000 Taxpayers end up paying the price on all of this.
00:26:45.000 UK Finance Minister Rishi Sunak announced the agreement in a video posted on Twitter Saturday, saying the G7 finance ministers hailing from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK and the United States had reached a historic agreement to reform the global tax system to make it fit for the global digital age.
00:26:59.000 And crucially, To make sure it's fair so the right companies pay the right tax in the right places.
00:27:04.000 Right there is defined as progressives get to tell you what to do.
00:27:08.000 The agreement was made during a G7 meeting of finance ministers in London, attended by Janet Yellen.
00:27:13.000 Yellen said Saturday, the agreement was a significant, unprecedented commitment from the world's richest economies aimed at preventing companies from avoiding taxes by shifting profits overseas.
00:27:21.000 Because again, by the way, corporate profits, that's double taxation, because all that stuff gets passed down to you in the form of dividends, or in the form of wealth that is passed on generationally, or in the form of income, right?
00:27:32.000 Because most of us work for corporations.
00:27:35.000 Tech giants such as Apple, Facebook, and Google might be affected by the agreement.
00:27:38.000 Foreign governments have long complained large digital companies should pay them more in taxes.
00:27:42.000 Some have recently passed taxes specifically for targeting revenue generated by such companies, including those based in the United States, like Facebook, Google, and Amazon.
00:27:51.000 Nick Clegg, of course, of Facebook, whose main job is to please the Biden administration, said they're happy about this.
00:27:56.000 This is what people don't understand about these major corporations.
00:27:58.000 They understand that Facebook, over at Facebook, Nick Clegg understands Facebook will survive the global taxation.
00:28:04.000 It is the smaller competitors who are going to pay the price.
00:28:07.000 We now live under the rule of corporatism, cronyism, in which these giant corporations work hand-in-glove with the government in order to enshrine their own power.
00:28:16.000 And if they have to pay a little bit more in tax to make sure their competitors can never rise up, they do it.
00:28:21.000 Google said it strongly supported the work done to update international tax rules and hopes countries continue to work together to ensure a balanced and durable agreement will be finalized soon, said Google spokesperson Jose Castaneda.
00:28:32.000 A spokesperson for Amazon also embraced all of this.
00:28:37.000 So, again, there are a couple of countries that want to undercut this.
00:28:44.000 Ireland is one of them.
00:28:45.000 Because they offer a corporate tax rate of just 12.5%.
00:28:48.000 This is what smart countries will do.
00:28:49.000 If you're not a member of the G7, lower your corporate taxes now and get ready for the money to flow in.
00:28:53.000 All of this is not going to be good for the United States economy. 0.95
00:28:55.000 Raising taxes sucks money out of the entrepreneurial sector and into the pockets of giant government bureaucrats who then spend the money on stupid garbage, which is why you have low growth rates across the West for the last several decades. 0.99
00:29:06.000 But Joe Biden is delusional. 0.99
00:29:08.000 He said, our plan is working.
00:29:10.000 Except it's not.
00:29:10.000 Here is Joe Biden having to announce last Friday that his economic plan is working, despite the fact that, again, we had a third straight month of underperformance, economically speaking.
00:29:22.000 We had March, which was a big job month, and then was revised downward.
00:29:25.000 It was like 900,000 jobs revised downward to 770,000 jobs.
00:29:28.000 Then we had April, which missed by three quarters of a million jobs.
00:29:32.000 And then we had May, which missed by 100,000 jobs. 0.99
00:29:35.000 And this is again because Joe Biden's economic policy is garbage. 0.61
00:29:38.000 And yet here was Joe Biden stumbling and bumbling his way via his war with the teleprompter to the notion that his plan is working. We have a chance to seize on the economic momentum of the first months of my administration, not just to build back, but to build back better. 0.97
00:29:55.000 This much is already clear.
00:29:58.000 We're on the right track.
00:30:00.000 That is not clear.
00:30:00.000 Our plan is working.
00:30:01.000 Nope.
00:30:02.000 And we're not going to let up now.
00:30:04.000 Nope.
00:30:04.000 We're going to continue to move on.
00:30:06.000 OK, so even the folks at the Washington Post were just cheerleading him.
00:30:10.000 They said, you know what?
00:30:10.000 Maybe we'll get back to where we were in terms of jobs by the end of 2022.
00:30:15.000 Now, you may have noted that it is now June of 2021.
00:30:17.000 That's insane.
00:30:19.000 His plans are not working.
00:30:20.000 He's gone back to the same slow growth strategies that were pursued by Barack Obama.
00:30:24.000 Hamstring major corporations.
00:30:25.000 Threaten them with post-facto taxation.
00:30:27.000 Threaten them with global taxation.
00:30:30.000 Raise the spending.
00:30:30.000 I mean, these economic plans are not, in fact, working.
00:30:34.000 He's taking credit for a natural economic boom that he himself is suppressing.
00:30:40.000 It's amazing to watch the gaslighting, right?
00:30:42.000 Joe Biden said that we are experiencing historic jobs progress.
00:30:47.000 Okay, no, we're experiencing historic jobs progress because we had the economy put into an artificial coma for a year.
00:30:52.000 It was an induced coma for a year, and now we're coming out of that.
00:30:54.000 You don't get to take credit for us coming out of that when you are doing your best to make sure we never come out of it.
00:31:00.000 This is progress, historic progress.
00:31:01.000 Progress that's pulling our economy out of the worst crisis it's been in 100 years.
00:31:08.000 And it's testament to the new strategy that is growing this economy, not only growing it, but growing from the bottom up and the middle out.
00:31:15.000 Remember, when I took office in January, our economy was in a tailspin.
00:31:20.000 Job growth had stalled.
00:31:22.000 COVID was raging.
00:31:24.000 Average initial claims for unemployment insurance were over $830,000 per week.
00:31:30.000 Now those claims have fallen below $430,000.
00:31:32.000 About half of what they were when I took office.
00:31:36.000 Okay, we had a reduction in the labor force participation rate in the United States.
00:31:38.000 When he says build back better, how about this?
00:31:40.000 How about we just build back to where we were before all this stuff happened?
00:31:43.000 You know, 3.6% unemployment rate and rising wages.
00:31:45.000 How about that?
00:31:46.000 Build back better.
00:31:48.000 It's all an excuse for them to push bad policy.
00:31:50.000 We'll get to more of this in just one second.
00:31:52.000 First, let us talk about the fact you don't want to be going to the auto parts store now or ever.
00:31:56.000 Why would you want to?
00:31:56.000 You stand in line, you finally get to the front of the line, they ask you a bunch of questions, you have to look it up on your phone, finally you get the answers, and they're like, oh yeah, let me check the back.
00:32:03.000 They come back out, don't have the part, we're ordering it online, and we're upcharging you by 35%.
00:32:07.000 Or, you could just go to the interwebs and skip the middleman.
00:32:10.000 Rockauto.com is so much easier than doing any of that stuff.
00:32:15.000 RockAuto.com always offers the lowest prices possible, rather than changing their prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.
00:32:21.000 Why would you spend up to twice as much for the same exact parts?
00:32:23.000 They're a family business, serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
00:32:26.000 Go to RockAuto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.
00:32:30.000 The catalog is unique, remarkably easy to navigate.
00:32:32.000 You can quickly see all the parts available for your vehicle and choose the brands, specifications, and prices you prefer.
00:32:38.000 Go to rockauto.com right now.
00:32:39.000 See all the parts available for your car or truck.
00:32:41.000 Write Shapiro in there.
00:32:41.000 How did you hear about us, Fox?
00:32:42.000 So they know that we sent you.
00:32:44.000 Again, rockauto.com.
00:32:46.000 Go check them out right now.
00:32:47.000 That's rockauto.com.
00:32:49.000 You'll get the lowest available price and you'll get the best available part.
00:32:52.000 rockauto.com.
00:32:52.000 Write Shapiro in there.
00:32:53.000 How did you hear about us, Fox?
00:32:54.000 So they know that we sent you in the first place.
00:32:56.000 Okay, so meanwhile, Joe Biden's Labor Secretary is just fibbing. 0.99
00:33:00.000 So his Labor Secretary, Marty Walsh, he says, you know what?
00:33:03.000 It's not that we're paying people to stay home that's keeping people home.
00:33:06.000 It's actually, you know, like, well, that's pretty much their answer over at the Biden administration.
00:33:13.000 Here we go.
00:33:15.000 President Biden's plan is working.
00:33:17.000 We're going to continue to move forward here.
00:33:19.000 We saw growth in hospitality and leisure and restaurants, the largest growth for the last two months.
00:33:24.000 And that's a good thing.
00:33:25.000 A lot of the restaurants and businesses that were saying that people weren't coming back to work because of the $300 are actually in those industries.
00:33:32.000 And we're seeing those industries coming back, which is a great thing to do for our country to see those industries coming back, seeing hospitality come back, seeing travel come back.
00:33:39.000 It's great to see that.
00:33:41.000 Okay.
00:33:42.000 Um, yeah.
00:33:43.000 Except for the fact that people aren't coming back and people are having to incentivize people to even come in for interviews.
00:33:47.000 You know who's admitting this much, by the way?
00:33:49.000 New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.
00:33:50.000 So New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is a terrible governor.
00:33:52.000 He also is a radical Democrat. 0.74
00:33:54.000 He's one of these shutdown insane governors who decided that every single thing in his state would need to be shut down until basically forever.
00:34:02.000 He fully admits that payments are keeping people at home.
00:34:07.000 I think it's a combination of things, Stephanie.
00:34:09.000 I think it's more time on the clock.
00:34:11.000 I do support Jason's comments that this is temporary to some degree.
00:34:16.000 Perhaps it's due to that somewhat to the $300 premium.
00:34:20.000 I think that may be part of it, but I actually believe it's a combination of things.
00:34:25.000 I think it may be daycare.
00:34:27.000 We're not entirely full on in school, so you've got some realities of taking care of your kids.
00:34:33.000 I think you've got folks who are scared still to get back into an indoor setting.
00:34:38.000 Okay.
00:34:39.000 Nope.
00:34:39.000 We have all of the same provisions that we had before the pandemic, right?
00:34:43.000 We have the same exact daycare centers that are now open.
00:34:46.000 They were open before the pandemic.
00:34:48.000 And yet you're like, at least they're acknowledging the reality.
00:34:51.000 Here's one area where he won't acknowledge the reality, right?
00:34:54.000 There's the reality that Democrats know about.
00:34:56.000 And then there's the reality they will acknowledge.
00:34:58.000 The reality that they know about is that when they raise taxes and make it harder to do business, businesses don't do business.
00:35:03.000 And then there's the reality they'll acknowledge, which is maybe sometimes that's true, but we're going to pretend it's other things.
00:35:08.000 So here was New Jersey Governor Murphy saying people aren't leaving New Jersey because of high taxes.
00:35:11.000 Of course they are!
00:35:12.000 I know people who have left New Jersey because of high taxes.
00:35:15.000 I left California because of high taxes. 1.00
00:35:17.000 Here is Phil Murphy saying a perfectly idiotic thing. 0.98
00:35:21.000 It turns out people, in fact, are not leaving New Jersey. 0.98
00:35:23.000 The census showed that we gained many hundreds of thousands over the last decade, and in the past year alone, somewhat due to the pandemic, by the way, a lot more people are coming than leaving.
00:35:35.000 That does not mean that we don't care about cost of living or the price you pay to live in a state that we think is the number one state in America to raise a family.
00:35:46.000 I would just say, when you're the densest state in the nation, which we are, In the densest region in the nation, in the Northeast Corridor, with more than our share of legacy assets, any infrastructure program, we are a huge winner.
00:36:03.000 Okay, nope.
00:36:05.000 Democrats again refusing to acknowledge the reality.
00:36:07.000 So fine.
00:36:08.000 Keep it up, guys.
00:36:09.000 Don't acknowledge the realities.
00:36:11.000 Keep pushing radical spending and taxation policy.
00:36:14.000 Keep pushing more of this critical race theory nonsense that you guys have been pushing.
00:36:18.000 And see how it works out for you.
00:36:19.000 Seriously, and alienate the two moderate senators in your coalition at the same time.
00:36:23.000 It's gonna go great.
00:36:23.000 And the good news for the Democrats is they can always count on the love of the media.
00:36:27.000 So, Brian Stelter, head on Jen Psaki over the weekend.
00:36:31.000 CNN's reliable sources.
00:36:32.000 And he could ask her anything, right?
00:36:34.000 Anything!
00:36:35.000 I mean, right now, the White House has been promulgating misinformation about the economy.
00:36:38.000 The White House has been promulgating misinformation about COVID.
00:36:41.000 The White House has been lying about the role of China, and they've been prevaricating about what they plan to do with regard to China.
00:36:47.000 He could ask, you know, about all or any of those things.
00:36:50.000 Instead, here's how the media act. 0.68
00:36:51.000 Like, this is just such a window into how the CNN media treat Busy summer ahead, infrastructure, election reform.
00:36:58.000 What does the press get wrong when covering Biden's agenda?
00:37:00.000 When you watch the news, when you read the news, what do you think we get wrong? 0.96
00:37:03.000 his lapdog functions.
00:37:04.000 Busy summer ahead, infrastructure, election reform.
00:37:08.000 What does the press get wrong when covering Biden's agenda?
00:37:12.000 When you watch the news, when you read the news, what do you think we get wrong?
00:37:16.000 What do you think we get wrong?
00:37:20.000 What? What? How is it?
00:37:22.000 Can you imagine him asking that to Kayleigh McEnany?
00:37:24.000 What do you think we get wrong about Trump?
00:37:27.000 He would never ask that question, come on.
00:37:29.000 We all know what this is.
00:37:30.000 How cozy are the press with the White House at this point?
00:37:33.000 So the White House reporter for USA Today tweeted this out yesterday, tweeted out a picture of cookies that Kamala Harris was handing out to members of the White House press corps on Air Force Two.
00:37:45.000 Their picture, I don't know who did this cookie, and maybe they're good at cookie making, but it's a, Kamala Harris handed out cookies with an icing picture of Kamala Harris on the cookie, but her face is not on the cookie.
00:38:02.000 It looks, it's like completely, it's completely mushed out.
00:38:07.000 So she just, it's just red.
00:38:08.000 I don't know what this is.
00:38:12.000 It looks like one of these modern paintings in Italy every so often.
00:38:15.000 You'll get the city, we'll find some local artists to redo like a classic Renaissance work of art and then it'll look completely deformed.
00:38:21.000 It's like the Rinaldo statue that I love so much, where the face looks nothing like it.
00:38:24.000 So those are the kind of cookies that Kamala Harris is handing out. 0.69
00:38:27.000 And the members of the press are just eating it up.
00:38:28.000 Kamala Harris is the greatest.
00:38:29.000 Joe Biden's the greatest.
00:38:30.000 What kind of ice cream are you eating today, Joe?
00:38:33.000 By the way, people tend to think that the media are helping the Democrats in this.
00:38:36.000 There comes a point where the help begins to hurt because you're not asking them any of the tough questions they require in order to correct policy.
00:38:42.000 So instead of a popular Clintonian presidency, you're going to end up with a very, very unpopular Jimmy Carter presidency because you spend all of your time ass-kissing the people who are promulgating bad policy.
00:38:51.000 Okay, in just one second.
00:38:53.000 We're gonna be getting to COVID policy over at the White House and the continuing fibs and sillinesses with regard to Anthony Fauci.
00:39:00.000 First, let's talk about the fact that you need to upgrade your employee base.
00:39:04.000 You need to make your employees better.
00:39:06.000 If you're a business owner who's hiring, you'll probably face a lot of challenges when it comes to finding the right person for your role.
00:39:11.000 That's why hiring can feel like trying to find the needle in a haystack.
00:39:13.000 Sure, you could post your job to some job board, then all you can do is hope the right person comes along.
00:39:18.000 That's why you should try ZipRecruiter for free at ziprecruiter.com slash dailywire.

00:39:44.000 I mean, without ZipRecruiter, we would not have the wonderful Fabiola, who not only does an incredible job with makeup, but also apparently, I did not know this, can breakdance, also is an archer, And she's not great at walking down hills. 0.99
00:39:58.000 I've seen her fall down a hill, but she's great in terms of recovery, like very, very tough.
00:40:02.000 So while other companies overwhelm you with way too many options, ZipRecruiter finds you what you're looking for, the needle in the haystack.

00:40:29.000 That's why we've made sure that one of her best qualities, logic, can go wherever you go as well.
00:40:34.000 Whether she's asking Donald Trump hard-hitting questions like whether she should hop on his ticket in 2024, or getting Adam Carolla to expose Hollywood conservatives, or giving feminism the roast it deserves with her panel of guests, You're guaranteed a smart, funny listening experience.

00:41:02.000 I expose leftists for the frauds they are, and their ideology for the silliness it is, in only 15 minutes or less.
00:41:07.000 So, if you're stepping out for a quick walk, learn how to absolutely destroy the left's talking points surrounding teachers' unions, or transgender rights ideology, or the minimum wage with every step you take. 0.98
00:41:19.000 Don't let the woke roll over you with their baseless accusations and silly lies about science.

00:41:34.000 If you like what you hear, leave a five-star review.
00:41:36.000 Bump this podcast to the top of the charts.
00:41:38.000 Again, it's a separate podcast called Debunked.
00:41:40.000 Search for it, subscribe, leave a five-star review.
00:41:42.000 The left hates it when we succeed, so that's always a double win.
00:41:45.000 you're listening to the largest, fastest growing conservative podcast and radio show in the nation.
00:41:48.000 Now, meanwhile, the Biden administration continues to defend the embattled Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:41:58.000 He's embattled because we've seen his emails over the last year and it turns out that he's a career bureaucrat who defends his institution above the science.
00:42:04.000 We've known this for a while.
00:42:05.000 He has shifted his opinion on everything based not on the science, based instead on whatever the Biden administration wants from him, or what is considered the most protective viewpoint with regard to the NIAID.
00:42:18.000 That's the institution for which he works.
00:42:20.000 Nonetheless, the Biden administration suggests there are no circumstances under which they would fire Anthony Fauci, which is a hell of a job guarantee.
00:42:26.000 I wouldn't provide that here at Daily.
00:42:27.000 No circumstances?
00:42:28.000 Like at all?
00:42:30.000 Like, he's caught in flagrante delicto with a horse and nothing?
00:42:34.000 Like, it turns out to be personally cooked up wet?
00:42:37.000 Like, I could imagine circumstances.
00:42:39.000 Like, why would you ever say something like this?
00:42:41.000 Seriously.
00:42:42.000 Here's Jen Psaki coming out four square with Dr. Anthony Fauci.
00:42:46.000 Dr. Fauci is a renowned public servant, civil servant, I should say career civil servant.
00:42:51.000 He's overseen management of multiple global health crises and attacks launched on him are certainly something we wouldn't stand by.
00:43:00.000 Since you mentioned Dr. Fauci again, can you imagine any circumstance where President Biden would ever fire him?
00:43:05.000 No.
00:43:07.000 No.
00:43:08.000 Under any circumstances?
00:43:09.000 Okay, like, what if, for example, he knew full well about the fact that the United States had funneled funding via a third party, EcoHealth Alliance, to the Wuhan lab where COVID-19 was developed, and then he had actively played down the possibility of a lab leak for like a year?
00:43:25.000 What if that?
00:43:26.000 Like, that might be a problem.
00:43:28.000 Would it not?
00:43:29.000 Apparently not.
00:43:30.000 Joe Biden says he's still confident in Fauci.
00:43:32.000 Now, to be fair, Joe Biden doesn't know where he is or who Anthony Fauci is, so you always have to take this stuff with a grain of salt.
00:43:37.000 He's about to walk into a wall here.
00:43:39.000 Mr. President, are you confident in Dr. Fauci?
00:43:42.000 Yes, I'm very confident in Dr. Fauci.
00:43:50.000 And he's like, I'm not gonna do it.
00:43:52.000 He pops his head back out just to say that.
00:43:53.000 It's like a weird groundhog.
00:43:55.000 And meanwhile, I'm not sure why they're so confident in Dr. Fauci.
00:43:58.000 Dr. Fauci has suddenly become very hawkish on asking China to be compliant with his request for information.
00:44:03.000 He said over the weekend that he would love to see what happened in China in 2019.
00:44:07.000 He said, I would like to see the medical records of the three people who are reported to have got sick in 2019.
00:44:14.000 Did they really get sick?
00:44:15.000 And if so, what did they get sick with?
00:44:17.000 Oh, is that conceivable now?
00:44:18.000 Interesting.
00:44:18.000 Fascinating.
00:44:18.000 got ill years ago.
00:44:20.000 What do the medical records of those people say?
00:44:22.000 It's entirely conceivable the origins of SARS-CoV-2 was in that cave and either started spreading naturally or went through the lab.
00:44:30.000 Oh, is that conceivable now?
00:44:31.000 Interesting.
00:44:33.000 Fascinating.
00:44:34.000 Like, you spend a year downplaying this thing and saying anybody who mentioned it was ridiculous.
00:44:38.000 Now, shortly after you were asked specifically by Rand Paul in public, whether you were participating in masks theater.
00:44:44.000 No, I would never participate.
00:44:45.000 And then it turns out, of course, you were participating in mask theater.
00:44:48.000 You were also asked by Rand Paul, once you've had COVID, aren't you immune?
00:44:51.000 And you're like, no, we don't know.
00:44:53.000 So you're really, really bad at your job.
00:44:55.000 But the good news is the administration is going to defend you because at least you're not pro-Trump.
00:44:59.000 And that's the important thing.
00:45:00.000 Meanwhile, Anthony Fauci appearing on media, only friendly media, of course, and being asked questions like, why are people so mean to you on MSNBC?
00:45:08.000 You know, there's this concern, is it a natural evolution?
00:45:11.000 Or is it something that happened out of a lab, an accident, or what have you?
00:45:16.000 It is important to understand that.
00:45:18.000 But it is being approached now in a very vehement way, in a very distorted way, I believe, by attacking me.
00:45:26.000 I think the question is extremely legitimate.
00:45:30.000 You should want to know how this happened so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
00:45:36.000 But what's happened in the middle of all that?
00:45:39.000 I've become the object of extraordinary, I believe completely inappropriate, distorted, misleading, and misrepresented attacks.
00:45:48.000 Really?
00:45:49.000 Have you now?
00:45:51.000 Interesting.
00:45:52.000 Some of us were actually willing to give Dr. Fauci the benefit of the doubt for like months and months and months.
00:45:56.000 Got a lot of flack for that.
00:45:58.000 Because people wanted to jump to a conclusion.
00:46:00.000 And then, I reached the conclusion that many of them wanted, which is that he's not a good public servant.
00:46:04.000 And now, I guess I'm the source of these distorted attacks.
00:46:07.000 Like, what have I said about Fauci that's a distortion?
00:46:10.000 Can anyone name a thing?
00:46:11.000 There was an article in Politico that suggested that I was at the forefront of leading the attacks on Fauci.
00:46:15.000 What have I said about him that's untrue?
00:46:17.000 Seriously, like, name the thing I've said about Fauci that's untrue.
00:46:20.000 You can't, because I have not.
00:46:22.000 I've said far fewer untrue things than Dr. Fauci has. 0.74
00:46:25.000 That's for damn sure.
00:46:26.000 Jay Bhattacharya over at Stanford University, who was widely reviled among Democrats for the last year because he had the temerity to suggest that perhaps we ought to aim for herd immunity among the young and healthy, or that perhaps we ought to lower restrictions among the young and healthy while protecting the elderly, which is exactly what Ron DeSantis did in Florida to great success.
00:46:44.000 Bhattacharya went hard after Fauci over the weekend.
00:46:48.000 He's been all over the place on masks.
00:46:50.000 There's some emails you can find in the treasure trove of emails that have been released where he acknowledges that the virus is aerosolized.
00:46:58.000 Well, the cloth masks that the people have been recommending, they're not very particularly effective against aerosolized viruses.
00:47:06.000 I don't really understand his back and forth, and his answer made absolutely no sense.
00:47:11.000 Yeah, you should change your mind when the science changes.
00:47:13.000 But what is that science that changed that convinced him that masks are the most effective way?
00:47:18.000 In fact, remember the CDC director, Robert Redfield, said that masks were more effective than vaccines.
00:47:25.000 And Dr. Fauci did not contradict him when Dr. Scott Atlas said that that was nonsense, which it was.
00:47:31.000 I mean, I think his credibility is entirely shot.
00:47:35.000 Okay, and that is true.
00:47:36.000 His credibility is shot.
00:47:37.000 But here is the thing.
00:47:38.000 For a year, if you contradicted Fauci in any way, or the WHO, or to science, right?
00:47:44.000 Scientific institutions, not the process of science.
00:47:46.000 If you did that, you'd be shut down by Facebook.
00:47:49.000 Misinformation.
00:47:50.000 Misinformation!
00:47:51.000 This is why... You wonder why so many conservatives are upset about social media and their crackdown on particular types of information?
00:47:57.000 Not because we believe that everything you're cracking down on is true and decent.
00:48:01.000 It's because we don't trust you to determine what is true and decent.
00:48:04.000 We do not think you should be the arbiter of truth.
00:48:06.000 So, for example, Facebook is now announcing that they have banned Trump for an additional two years.
00:48:11.000 According to the New York Times, Facebook said on Friday Trump's suspension from the service would last at least two more years, keeping the former president off mainstream social media for the 2022 midterm elections, as the company also said it would end a policy of treating posts from politicians differently from those of other users.
00:48:25.000 The social network said Trump would be eligible for reinstatement in January 2023, before the next presidential election.
00:48:31.000 Okay, now, regardless of what you feel about Trump, regardless of what you feel about what he said about the election, the notion that Facebook should be deciding what you are allowed to see and hear is completely absurd.
00:48:43.000 It's absurd, especially considering that for the last year, if you said true things about the possibility of a lab leak from Wuhan, you are going to be suppressed on social media.
00:48:53.000 The question isn't about Trump specifically.
00:48:55.000 The question is about what standards do you guys have and the answer is you don't have any standards other than the arbitrariness of bouncing from wall to wall along with whatever Democrats would like today.
00:49:05.000 If Democrats want you to support a global tax, you'll do it.
00:49:07.000 If Democrats want you to ban Trump, you'll do it.
00:49:08.000 And if Democrats want you to uphold the scientific credibility of people who have lost all credibility like Fauci, you'll do that too.
00:49:15.000 So we don't trust you, nor should we.
00:49:18.000 Alrighty, we'll be back here later today with an additional hour of content.
00:49:21.000 In the meantime, go check out the Michael Moll's show.
00:49:22.000 He discusses Joe Biden ignoring D-Day to remember the Tulsa race riot of 1921.
00:49:26.000 You can hear more details about that story on Michael's show that's available right now.
