Summary

Tonight is the big night for Joe Biden. Why? Well, because his last big night was a giant flop. That one, of course, happened just a week ago, which now seems like it was 10 years ago. That was when Joe Biden went on stage with Donald Trump and physically expired on the stage. And he has spent the week since trying to prove that he is not, in fact, dead. He is just, in the words of Miracle Max from the Princess Bride, mostly dead. So perhaps, perhaps, a little bit alive. And it s been his task for the last week or so, and it s not going particularly well. So over the last 48 hours, on July 4th, he went out there in the Rose Garden. He tried to give a speech about Trump and suckers and losers. He instead goes out there and starts rambling about suckers, losers, and Trump and... he does not look good. Plus, he s in the stage 2 minimum of dementia, plus, he is really old, plus he s really old. And... he is in a way that makes him look like he s on the verge of...dementia. And, you guessed it, he doesn t remember who we are. And so the way they get me to stop talking, they yanked him off the stage, he says, "I m not going anywhere. You got me, man. I m going to remember who the hell we are." And... you know, I love you, man! And... and...and... and, you know what? We re not going to be back? 00:00:17.000 It is an election year, and this is an insane election year, which brings us to the news.
00:00:22.000 So tonight, tonight is the big night for Joe Biden.
00:00:25.000 Why?
00:00:26.000 Well, because his last big night was a giant flop, a huge fail.
00:00:30.000 That one, of course, happened just last week, which now seems like it was 10 years ago.
00:00:33.000 That is when Joe Biden went on stage with Donald Trump and physically expired on the stage.
00:00:38.000 They had to bring the paddles and everything right there on the stage.
00:00:40.000 It was just terrible.
00:00:41.000 And he has spent the week since trying to prove that he is not, in fact, dead.
00:00:46.000 He is just, in the words of Miracle Max from The Princess Bride, mostly dead.
00:00:51.000 So perhaps a little bit alive.
00:00:53.000 That's been his task for the last week or so.
00:00:56.000 And it's not going particularly well.
00:00:59.000 So over the last 48 hours, on July 4th, he went out there in the Rose Garden.
00:01:03.000 He tried to give a speech.
00:01:05.000 It did not go particularly well.
00:01:06.000 He started babbling nonsensically about Trump and suckers and losers, which of course is a perfect July 4th message for the American people celebrating our 248th year of independence from Great Britain.
00:01:18.000 He instead goes out there and starts rambling about suckers and losers and Trump and... He does not look good.
00:01:25.000 All those plastic surgeries make him look terrible.
00:01:28.000 Plus, he's really old.
00:01:29.000 Plus, he is in the stage 2 minimum of dementia.
00:01:33.000 Here is the President of the United States yesterday on July 4th, inspiring stuff here.
00:01:38.000 You know, I was in that World War I cemetery.
00:01:41.000 It was a World War II cemetery.
00:01:43.000 In France.
00:01:44.000 And, uh...
00:01:46.000 The one that one of our colleagues, the former president, didn't want to go and be up there.
00:01:54.000 I probably shouldn't even say it anyway.
00:01:58.000 We gotta just remember who the hell we are.
00:02:00.000 We're the United States of America!
00:02:03.000 You got me, man.
00:02:04.000 You got me, man.
00:02:05.000 I'm not going anywhere.
00:02:06.000 he says we have to remember who the hell we are. He has to take a break there to remember who we are.
00:02:08.000 That's always very exciting stuff from the president. On his way out of the Rose Garden,
00:02:12.000 he turns everybody goes, I'm not going anywhere. He said as a giant hook from vaudeville came
00:02:17.000 and yanked him off the stage. You got me, man. You've got me, man. I'm not going anywhere. All
00:02:25.000 right. All right. I'll come back out when I let you open the gate.
00:02:30.000 I'll come back out when they let me out of my... One last thing.
00:02:34.000 No.
00:02:34.000 When I was a senator, there was always congestion on the highways.
00:02:39.000 There's no congestion anymore.
00:02:41.000 We go out on the highway, there's no congestion.
00:02:44.000 And so the way they get me to stop talking, they'll say, we just shut down all the roads, Mr. President.
00:02:50.000 You're gonna lose all the votes if you don't get in.
00:02:52.000 But anyway, I'll be back out.
00:02:54.000 Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
00:02:55.000 I love you.
00:02:55.000 That was the thing he had to say.
00:02:57.000 Thank you.
00:02:57.000 I love that.
00:02:58.000 Did you see the aides coming to try to take away the microphone?
00:03:01.000 They're like, we're gonna take the mic away.
00:03:02.000 He's like, no, I got one more thing and I'm gonna traffic and on the highways and there's no traffic anymore.
00:03:07.000 What?
00:03:09.000 This is him reassuring people that he's not leaving.
00:03:12.000 I do find it amusing that he is flanked by the Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who literally went missing for several weeks in the middle of international crises.
00:03:21.000 This administration is just missing.
00:03:22.000 They're just missing.
00:03:23.000 They are the empty chair that Clint Eastwood was talking about at the 2012 Republican National Convention.
00:03:29.000 Almost literally an empty chair.
00:03:31.000 This man is an empty suit.
00:03:32.000 He is no longer room temperature.
00:03:34.000 He is actually He is now entered into his carbon-dating half-life, this President of the United States.
00:03:40.000 So you got that guy.
00:03:41.000 Then you got the Defense Secretary who goes missing for weeks on end without telling anybody.
00:03:44.000 Then you have the Secretary of Transportation who takes a two-month paternity leave to take care of his husband after the ravages of childbirth, and no one notices that he's gone.
00:03:55.000 Then you have Kamala Harris, another empty suit and fraudster.
00:03:58.000 I mean, it's just, what a cavalcade of absolute intellect, And people committed to the job.
00:04:05.000 And this genius crew has somehow achieved a 40-year high in inflation.
00:04:08.000 As you know, the cost of living is up almost 20% from 2021.
00:04:10.000 Families everywhere are feeling that burden.
00:04:14.000 Legacy Media, along with all their other lies, continue to insist the economy is fine and it's your fault for being mad about the inflation.
00:04:21.000 It's just your perception.
00:04:23.000 That's the problem.
00:04:24.000 They're gaslighting you, as they've gaslit you about pretty much every major issue for the last 20 years.
00:04:27.000 Well, let me help you find some ways to save money in this economic climate.
00:04:30.000 One way to do that is by switching to pure talk.

00:05:16.000 And speaking of the vice president of the United States, last night, the vice president and the president of the
00:05:23.000 United States appeared on stage at a 4th of July event.
00:05:26.000 And it got awkward because Kamala Harris almost called herself the president,
00:05:29.000 and then Joe Biden thought it was Christmas.
00:05:31.000 You think I'm kidding, but I'm not.
00:05:33.000 Because that's the world in which we now live.
00:05:36.000 Here we go.
00:05:38.000 And we give thanks to our Commander-in-Chief, the President of the United States, the extraordinary President of the United States.
00:05:47.000 And Joe is just kind of like, standing there awkwardly.
00:05:53.000 Wrong holiday, Joe.
00:05:57.000 I like that he forgot which holiday he was in the middle of.
00:05:59.000 Right there.
00:06:00.000 And Kamala Harris, with the crazy smile on her face, as she realizes she almost let the cat out of the bag, that she's been actively attempting to poison Joe's soup.
00:06:10.000 Kamala Harris has been leaking non-stop to the press since all of this began because she's this- she can smell it.
00:06:15.000 She's this close to the presidency.
00:06:17.000 She's that clo- ooooh!
00:06:19.000 She can almost feel it!
00:06:22.000 All of this culminated last night.
00:06:23.000 There was a fireworks show.
00:06:24.000 Joe was scared by the loud noises the same way that my dog was scared by the loud noises last night.
00:06:29.000 And as he got scared by the loud noises, he reached out for a helping hand and he found Kamala.
00:06:33.000 And then they awkwardly raised their hands together in a gesture that looked more like her physically attempting to keep him upright than a sign of victory.
00:06:42.000 Here we go.
00:06:44.000 You can see them, they're standing there, and then he reaches out, like, will you hold my hand?
00:06:47.000 And then, oh, look, I'm raising my hand, and Kamala's like, I don't like when you're holding my hand, it's awkward, I don't like it, but I'm gonna smile.
00:06:54.000 And then Joe's like, look, oh, let's all point at the fire, oh!
00:07:01.000 That same expression?
00:07:02.000 You'll recall from Hillary Clinton being amazed by balloons at the DNC in 2016.
00:07:07.000 I do love it when politicians act amazed by things happening around them.
00:07:10.000 It's really amusing.
00:07:11.000 Show by- Look!
00:07:12.000 It's an exploding thing!
00:07:14.000 In the sky!
00:07:17.000 Things are going great over at Biden HQ.
00:07:21.000 And by the way, the polls suck for Joe Biden.
00:07:23.000 They get worse, and they get worse, and they get worse.
00:07:26.000 Brand new poll from the Wall Street Journal over the past 48 hours.
00:07:29.000 Donald Trump has now opened a six-point lead over President Biden among voters nationally.
00:07:33.000 80% say Joe Biden is too old to run for a second term.
00:07:37.000 80%.
00:07:39.000 You can't get 80% of Americans to agree on the moon landing, but 80% of Americans agree.
00:07:45.000 That Joe Biden is too old to be president because it is more self-evident than either of the other two.
00:07:51.000 Trump's lead over Biden in a two-person matchup is 48-42.
00:07:53.000 It is the widest in journal surveys dating to late 2021.
00:07:58.000 Trump had just a two-point lead in February.
00:08:01.000 The new survey began interviewing voters two days after the debate with Trump.
00:08:05.000 The new survey contains a range of signs Biden's political standing has weakened.
00:08:08.000 At the same time, a small but growing number of Democrats are calling for him to withdraw as the party's nominee.
00:08:13.000 Only 34% view the president in a favorable light.
00:08:18.000 63% unfavorable.
00:08:20.000 Less than 40% approve of his handling of inflation, immigration, the economy, or his office overall.
00:08:28.000 The survey finds widespread discontent with both candidates.
00:08:30.000 Nearly half voters, 47%, say they would replace both men on the ballot if they could.
00:08:33.000 53% say they aren't enthusiastic about anyone running for president.
00:08:37.000 But, but, the enthusiasm for Joe Biden is non-existent.
00:08:41.000 Non-existent.
00:08:43.000 76% of Democrats say Joe Biden is too old to run this year.
00:08:48.000 Of Democrats, two-thirds of Democrats would replace Biden on the ballot with another nominee.
00:08:53.000 Only 36% of Republicans say that Trump is too old.
00:08:56.000 Only one-third would replace him with another nominee.
00:08:59.000 Disaster area polling for Joe Biden.
00:09:02.000 Meanwhile, Remington Research Group Surveyed the swing states.
00:09:06.000 Here are their numbers.
00:09:07.000 Trump in Wisconsin, up 6.
00:09:09.000 Pennsylvania, Trump up 5.
00:09:11.000 Michigan, Trump up 3.
00:09:12.000 Arizona, Trump up 7.
00:09:13.000 Nevada, Trump up 7.
00:09:14.000 Texas, Trump up 10.
00:09:15.000 Ohio, Trump up 10.
00:09:17.000 Montana, Trump up 20.
00:09:19.000 So those are some horrifying numbers if you're a Democrat at this point, but there's some even more bad news.
00:09:25.000 Daily Mail poll came out over the last 24 hours, and it shows that Donald Trump is outpacing Joe Biden 47 to 42.
00:09:30.000 That's a five-point lead, but even worse, Donald Trump is skunking Kamala Harris 49 to 38.
00:09:38.000 Somehow, somehow Joe Biden found the only person more unpopular than he is to be his vice president, which is a disaster area for Democrats.
00:09:47.000 All of which means everything for Joe Biden probably comes down to this interview with George Stephanopoulos tonight.
00:09:54.000 So, Joe Biden's not capable of doing a full press conference.
00:09:57.000 He's not, which is why he has not.
00:09:59.000 He has now wobbled out to the microphones to give four, five-minute speeches, then he's wobbled back inside to lie down for three hours while they infuse the blood of a small child into him or hit him up with some hunter's stash or whatever it is they do in the back room to provide ministrations to the withered corpse of the President of the United States.
00:10:17.000 I mean, honestly, it's sad.
00:10:19.000 Now ABC News is going to try to either save him or euthanize him.
00:10:24.000 That's the big curiosity factor tonight.
00:10:25.000 So originally, this interview was scheduled to be aired on Sunday, and it was going to be longer than like 10 minutes.
00:10:31.000 Instead, the President of the United States, apparently, is going to have an interview with George Stephanopoulos that lasts as little as 15 minutes, according to the Daily Beast.
00:10:41.000 Stephanopoulos, George Stephanopoulos, the Keebler elf of American politics, He apparently is going to travel to Wisconsin today to speak with Biden as he conducts two hastily arranged campaign stops in the critical swing state.
00:10:54.000 ABC announced Wednesday night parts of the taped interview would first air on Friday's edition of World News Tonight, and then be followed by an 8 p.m.
00:11:00.000 primetime special, where it would take the place of Jeopardy!
00:11:02.000 Masters.
00:11:02.000 It will then air again in full this week on Sunday.
00:11:06.000 The Daily Beast learned behind the scenes there's a deep concern inside ABC News' upper echelon that Stephanopoulos could get as little as 15 minutes to conduct what should be a searching interview offering insight into the president's mental state.
00:11:18.000 The Biden campaign denied the suggestion when questioned by the Daily Beast.
00:11:21.000 A White House spokesperson said it was false.
00:11:23.000 The interview will be longer.
00:11:26.000 ABC is going to apparently air the full interview in primetime tonight.
00:11:31.000 So the big question here is whether this is going to alleviate doubts, whether Stephanopoulos is going to try to prod Joe Biden the rest of the way just over the finish line.
00:11:39.000 Like, here's the thing that's so dishonest about all of this.
00:11:41.000 No one, zero people believe Joe Biden will fulfill his second term in office.
00:11:46.000 No one believes this.
00:11:47.000 They're not even bothering to hide that part.
00:11:49.000 The only question is whether he can survive the campaign.
00:11:52.000 No one believes that in the year, say, 2027, Joe Biden's gonna be president of the United States.
00:11:56.000 No one, literally no one believes that.
00:11:58.000 That is not a thing.
00:12:00.000 Everyone knows that if Joe Biden becomes the president with Kamala Harris as his running mate, Kamala Harris will be the president of the United States come 2026, probably.
00:12:07.000 Minimum.
00:12:08.000 Maybe 2025.
00:12:10.000 So all this is, is just a place filler election for the Democrats.
00:12:15.000 See if they can foist one over on the American people by sheltering the American people from the reality of the awful, inauthentic, fraudulent vice presidential candidate By pretending that Joe actually might be able to withstand the rigors for four years.
00:12:30.000 No one actually thinks.
00:12:31.000 I mean, is he going to last for another four hours?
00:12:34.000 That's the real question here.
00:12:36.000 So nobody actually thinks Joe Biden is going to survive another four years, which is just another indicator of economic uncertainty.
00:12:42.000 Like what the hell is going to happen right now?
00:12:44.000 That economic uncertainty is going to have some pretty dire effect on the American economy.
00:12:48.000 After all, it's only faith in the American economy that keeps people using dollars as the reserve currency.
00:12:52.000 Well, if there's less demand for the U.S.
00:12:54.000 dollar, what exactly happens to the value?
00:12:56.000 It's for reasons like this I feel it's important to diversify at least some of your savings into gold.
00:12:59.000 You can do that with the help of Birch Gold.
00:13:01.000 Right now, qualifying purchases by July 31st are eligible to get a one-of-a-kind limited edition Golden Truth Bomb.
00:13:06.000 The only way to claim your eligibility is by texting BEN to 989898.
00:13:11.000 Protect your savings by diversifying away from the U.S.
00:13:13.000 dollar with gold.
00:13:14.000 Text Ben to 98-98-98.
00:13:16.000 Birchgold will help you convert an old IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold for no money out of pocket.
00:13:21.000 Right now, qualifying purchases will get a limited edition Golden Truth Bomb.
00:13:24.000 Text Ben to 98-98-98 today.
00:13:27.000 That's Ben to 98-98-98 right now.
00:13:30.000 And the uncertainty in the markets means you should diversify.
00:13:33.000 I have diversified my investments.
00:13:34.000 You should do the same.
00:13:35.000 Why not talk to my friends at Birchgold and they ask all your questions.
00:13:37.000 Then text Ben to 98-98-98.
00:13:40.000 The other question that's going to arise here is if he's really, really incompetent tonight with George Stephanopoulos, it may not be enough to remove him from the candidacy.
00:13:52.000 You might have to remove him from the presidency.
00:13:54.000 I mean, someone's gonna have to explain to me why he's incompetent to run a campaign, but competent to run the world's largest nuclear arsenal in the middle of two hot conflicts in Ukraine and in Israel, as well as a burgeoning conflict in the South China Sea over Taiwan with China.
00:14:08.000 Somebody's gonna have to explain to me why he's competent to handle international affairs, but he's not competent to handle his campaign.
00:14:14.000 That is a non-starter.
00:14:15.000 It makes no logical sense.
00:14:18.000 Biden, for his part, continues to insist that he is now the lady from Dream Girls.
00:14:24.000 I'm not telling you!
00:14:28.000 I'm not going!
00:14:30.000 No!
00:14:30.000 No!
00:14:31.000 I'm not gonna go!
00:14:34.000 And then he falls over.
00:14:36.000 That's where we are.
00:14:38.000 Now, all the leaks are coming fast and furious.
00:14:41.000 So...
00:14:42.000 Apparently, Joe Biden did an event with key Democratic leaders over the course of the last couple of days.
00:14:49.000 At this event, according to the New York Times, he told a gathering of Democratic governors he needs to get more sleep and work fewer hours.
00:14:55.000 I don't know how that's possible.
00:14:56.000 He sleeps 21 hours a day.
00:14:58.000 He's like a hoot owl.
00:14:59.000 He sleeps 21 hours a day.
00:15:01.000 And apparently, he needs to work fewer hours, which again, can you work negative hours?
00:15:05.000 Is that possible?
00:15:06.000 Not sure how that works.
00:15:08.000 Including curtailing events after 8 p.m.
00:15:11.000 Well, our enemies are now on notice that at 8.03 p.m., it is wild times, man.
00:15:16.000 8.03 p.m., you can do whatever you want.
00:15:18.000 Eastern time, you watch the clock, bam, you go at 8.03.
00:15:21.000 Remember that time that Hillary Clinton ran a commercial about Donald Trump in 2016, where she said, who do you want receiving the 3 a.m.
00:15:26.000 phone call?
00:15:28.000 Well, now the question is, who do you want receiving the 8.03 p.m.
00:15:31.000 phone call?
00:15:31.000 Because it ain't gonna be Joe Biden.
00:15:34.000 That dude's asleep in the back room.
00:15:37.000 The remarks on Wednesday were a stark acknowledgement of fatigue from the 81-year-old president during a meeting intended to reassure more than two dozen of his most important supporters that he's still in command of his job and capable of mounting a robust campaign against former President Donald J. Trump.
00:15:50.000 So he said he needs more rest.
00:15:51.000 He said that he had too much extensive foreign travel.
00:15:53.000 That's really the problem.
00:15:54.000 That he had a cold, of course.
00:15:55.000 Mm-hmm.
00:15:57.000 After Governor Josh Green of Hawaii, a physician, asked Biden questions about the status of his health, Biden replied his health was fine.
00:16:04.000 Quote, it's just my brain, he added.
00:16:07.000 It's just my brain.
00:16:13.000 I'm gonna put this on the Biden Memorial.
00:16:16.000 It'll be right next to the Lincoln Memorial.
00:16:19.000 You'll have quotes from Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial.
00:16:22.000 And then you'll go next door.
00:16:23.000 It'll be a picture of Joe Biden in a wheelchair and above his chair it will just say, it's just my brain.
00:16:29.000 Engraved in the marble above him.
00:16:32.000 Right next to that Jefferson Monument.
00:16:33.000 It'll be next to the memorial.
00:16:35.000 It's gonna be great.
00:16:37.000 It's just my brain.
00:16:38.000 I remarked that some in the room took it as a joke, including Governor Kathy Hochul of New York.
00:16:43.000 At least one governor did not, and was puzzled by it.
00:16:46.000 General Malley Dillon said in a statement, he had said, quote, all kidding aside, he was clearly making a joke.
00:16:52.000 Okay, that is the worst joke you can make.
00:16:53.000 If you're Joe Biden, your assistant's like, oh no, what is it?
00:16:56.000 No, it's just my brain.
00:16:59.000 It's just my brain.
00:17:00.000 It's gonna go down in presidential history.
00:17:04.000 I mean, honestly, like solids, it's just my brain.
00:17:06.000 I can't believe it.
00:17:06.000 So same day, ho, ho, ho, it's just my brain.
00:17:12.000 Oh my gosh.
00:17:14.000 Solid stuff.
00:17:16.000 With malice towards none, with charity for all, it's just my brain.
00:17:20.000 So that is one leak that came out.
00:17:24.000 Then, Olivia Nuzzi, who actually does some good reporting.
00:17:30.000 It is worth stating at this point that Olivia Nuzzi should have reported this months ago.
00:17:33.000 She has a piece in New York Magazine, in which now that dam has broken, all of the stories about Joe Biden's senility are gushing forth.
00:17:41.000 Here is what she writes.
00:17:42.000 Okay, this is disturbing at a minimum.
00:17:44.000 Quote, as always with this president, the production surrounding any public appearance,
00:17:48.000 even if it was semi-private, came down to timing and control.
00:17:51.000 He could not spend too much time out in the wild, and the circumstances in which he could exist in
00:17:55.000 such an environment with so many wobbly variables would need to be managed aggressively.
00:17:58.000 The worry is not that Biden will say something overly candid or say something he didn't mean
00:18:02.000 to say, but that he will communicate through his appearance that he is not really there.
00:18:05.000 Poor reporters often struggle with the challenge of how hard it is to hear or make sense of the
00:18:11.000 Radio reporters do not always obtain usable audio of his remarks.
00:18:14.000 Print reporters squint and strain and crane their necks trying to find the best position by which their ears may absorb the vibration of his voice in the air.
00:18:20.000 Reporters scrutinize their audio recordings and read quotes to one another after the fact.
00:18:24.000 Is that what he said?
00:18:25.000 You heard it?
00:18:26.000 In that order?
00:18:26.000 You sure?
00:18:28.000 Now, by the way, this has been going on for months.
00:18:29.000 The question is, why now?
00:18:31.000 Why did you wait until Joe Biden humiliated you by taking the entire media and pulling the chair out from under them?
00:18:36.000 The media put the noose around its own neck by propagating the myth that Joe Biden was fine, and then Joe Biden proceeded to kick the chair out right from under their feet.
00:18:43.000 That's why they're mad, and that's why they're hurting on him.
00:18:46.000 Not because they realized he's senile, but because they realized that he had completely exposed them as conspirators in the senility.
00:18:53.000 Their disclosures often followed innocent questions.
00:18:56.000 Have you seen the president lately?
00:18:57.000 How does he seem?
00:18:58.000 Often they would answer with only silence, their eyes widening cartoonishly, their heads shaking back and forth, or with disapproving sounds.
00:19:08.000 Or with a simple, not good, not good, or with an accusatory question of their own.
00:19:12.000 Have you seen him?
00:19:14.000 Again, this is Olivia Nuzzi from New York Magazine reporting.
00:19:16.000 Olivia Nuzzi is not a staunch right winger by any stretch of the imagination.
00:19:20.000 Quote, those who encountered the president in social settings sometimes left their interactions
00:19:24.000 disturbed. Longtime friends of the Biden family who spoke to me on the condition of anonymity
00:19:28.000 were shocked to find that the president did not remember their names. At a White House event last
00:19:31.000 year, a guest recalled with horror, realizing that the president would not be able to stay for the
00:19:35.000 reception because it was clear he would not be able to make it through the reception.
00:19:39.000 The guest wasn't sure they could vote for Biden since the guest was now open to the idea that they had previously dismissed as right-wing propaganda.
00:19:44.000 The president may not really be the acting president after all.
00:19:48.000 It hasn't been good for a long time, but it's gotten so, so much worse.
00:19:50.000 A witness to the exchange told me.
00:19:51.000 So much worse.
00:19:51.000 blankly and nodded his head.
00:19:53.000 The first lady intervened to whisper in her husband's ear, telling him to say hello to
00:19:56.000 the donor by name and to thank them for their recent generosity.
00:19:59.000 The president repeated the words his wife had fed him.
00:20:01.000 It hasn't been good for a long time, but it's gotten so, so much worse.
00:20:04.000 A witness to the exchange told me so much worse.
00:20:06.000 OK, so here's the thing.
00:20:08.000 Olivia Nuzzi reports this was true back in 2020, quote, A campaign trail is a grueling
00:20:12.000 exercise for anybody of any age, from the youngest network embeds to the oldest would
00:20:16.000 And back then, there were days when Biden appeared sharper than on others.
00:20:19.000 I knew it was a good day when he saw me and winked.
00:20:20.000 On such occasions, he joked and prayed and cried with voters.
00:20:23.000 He stayed to take a photo with every supporter.
00:20:24.000 He might even entertain a question or two from the press.
00:20:26.000 He had color in his face.
00:20:28.000 There was no question he was alive and present.
00:20:30.000 On bad days, which were unpredictable but reliably occurred during a challenging news cycle, he was less animated.
00:20:34.000 He stared off.
00:20:35.000 He did not make eye contact.
00:20:36.000 He would trip over his words, even if they were programmed in a teleprompter.
00:20:39.000 On such occasions, he was hurried out of the venue quickly and ushered into a waiting SUV.
00:20:42.000 That's 2020.
00:20:42.000 It is now 2024, so that's four years ago.
00:20:46.000 Now here's the story that's making the rounds.
00:20:48.000 This is truly, this is from April.
00:20:50.000 Now the question is, why Olivia Nuzzi and the rest of the media did not report this in, you know, April?
00:20:55.000 Like, why?
00:20:57.000 Please explain!
00:20:58.000 It's not merely that Joe Biden, of course, is senile, it's that he has presided over a terrible presidency with social unrest all over the place.
00:21:05.000 Well, this may be one reason why you want to think of interesting and smart options to protect yourself and your family.
00:21:10.000 Introducing the Burna Less Lethal Pistol Launcher, developed by a team of common-sense gun owners who understand the importance of having choices.
00:21:16.000 They engineered the Burna Launcher as a powerful tool for self-defense, allowing users to de-escalate threatening situations without having to resort to deadly force.
00:21:24.000 Now, as you know, I own a lot of guns.
00:21:25.000 I have like four pistols, I have an AR, I have a shotgun.
00:21:28.000 But, let's be real, the thought of using lethal force in my home, that's a scary thing.
00:21:32.000 Now, let's also be clear, if somebody invades my home, I will shoot them.
00:21:35.000 But, the reality is that if there is a safer, more sensible alternative that could potentially save some lives, the burner, then that's a great option as well.
00:21:43.000 And it's particularly great because, God forbid, you don't want to make a mistake, somebody's clanking around in your kitchen, it's the middle of the night, you don't know exactly who it is.
00:21:50.000 Well, I mean, the Burna might be a better option.
00:21:52.000 The Burna's an indispensable tool to keep you and your family safe.
00:21:54.000 It's legal in all 50 states.
00:21:55.000 No background checks or permits required.
00:21:57.000 They've received over 15,000 four-and-a-half-star reviews.
00:22:00.000 Hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Burna can ship directly to your door.
00:22:02.000 It's not just an option.
00:22:03.000 It's an essential component of responsible, non-lethal protection.

00:22:08.000 That's B-Y-R-N-A dot com slash ben.
00:22:11.000 And to check out the latest news about Burna, that's B-Y-R-N-A.
00:22:15.000 Quote, in the basement, I smiled and said hello.
00:22:19.000 Jill looked back at me with a confused, panicked expression.
00:22:22.000 It was as if she had just received horrible news and was about to run out of the room and into some kind of a family emergency.
00:22:27.000 A high, she said.
00:22:28.000 Then she glanced over to her right.
00:22:30.000 Oh.
00:22:30.000 I had not seen the president up close in some time.
00:22:32.000 I had skipped this season's holiday parties and, preoccupied with covering Trump's legal and political dramas, I hadn't been showing up at his White House.
00:22:38.000 Unlike Trump, he wasn't very accessible to the press anyway.
00:22:41.000 Why bother?
00:22:41.000 Biden had done a few interviews.
00:22:43.000 He wasn't prone to interrupting his schedule with a surprise media circus in the Oval Office.
00:22:47.000 He kept a tight circle of the same close advisors who had been advising him for more than 30 years.
00:22:51.000 So unlike with his predecessor, he didn't need to hang around in West Wing hallways to figure out who was speaking to him.
00:22:56.000 It was all pretty locked down and predictable in terms of the reality you could access as a member of the press with a White House hard pass.
00:23:01.000 I followed the First Lady's gaze and found the President.
00:23:03.000 Now I understood her panicked expression.
00:23:06.000 Up close, the President does not look quite plausible.
00:23:09.000 It's not that he's old.
00:23:10.000 We all know what old looks like.
00:23:11.000 Bernie Sanders is old.
00:23:12.000 Mitch McConnell is old.
00:23:13.000 Most of the ruling class is old.
00:23:15.000 The President was something stranger.
00:23:17.000 Something not of this earth.
00:23:21.000 This was true even in 2020.
00:23:22.000 His face then had an uncanny valley quality that injectable aficionados call low trust.
00:23:27.000 If only by millimeters, his cosmetically altered proportions knocked his overall facial harmony into the realm of the improbable.
00:23:34.000 Now here, she's sort of casually breaking the kind of media's cone of silence around the fact that Joe Biden has had a ton of plastic surgery and looks awful.
00:23:43.000 Which, of course, we all know.
00:23:45.000 His hairline has receded to the back of his head.
00:23:47.000 His eyes no longer open properly.
00:23:49.000 He can barely move his mouth.
00:23:51.000 If you look at a picture of Joe Biden from 1998, and you look at a picture of Joe Biden now, they're not even recognizably the same person.
00:23:58.000 That's how much plastic surgery that dude has had done.
00:24:00.000 The bad hair plugs the whole deal.
00:24:03.000 As Olivia Nelsey writes, his thin skin, long a figurative problem and now a literal one,
00:24:07.000 was pulled tightly over cheeks that seemed to vary month to month in volume.
00:24:10.000 Under artificial light and in the sunshine, he took on an unnatural gleam.
00:24:13.000 He looked, well, inflated. His eyes were half shut or open, very wide.
00:24:16.000 They appeared darker than they once had. His pupils dilated.
00:24:19.000 He did not blink at regular intervals. The White House often did not engage when
00:24:22.000 questioned about the president's stare, which sometimes raised alarm on social media when
00:24:26.000 documented in official videos produced by the The administration was above conspiratorial chitchat that entertained, seriously, scenarios in which the President was suffering from a shocking decline most Americans were not seeing.
00:24:37.000 If the president was being portrayed that way, it was by his political enemies on the right, who promoted, through what the press office termed, cheap fakes, a caricature of an addled creature unfit to serve.
00:24:45.000 They would not dignify those people, or people doing the bidding of those people, with a response.
00:24:48.000 For many inclined to support the president, this was good enough.
00:24:51.000 They did not need to monitor the president's public appearance, because under his leadership, the country had returned to the kind of normal state in which members of a first world democratic society Many people were content to look away.
00:24:59.000 about the president for hours or days or even weeks at a time. Trump required constant observation.
00:25:03.000 What did he just do? What would he do next? Oh God, what was he doing right at that moment?
00:25:07.000 Biden could be trusted to perform the duties of his office out of sight.
00:25:10.000 Many people were content to look away. What she doesn't say here is that the entire media
00:25:15.000 were content to look away. Then she continues with her story of meeting Joe Biden again for
00:25:20.000 the first time in a while.
00:25:21.000 Quote.
00:25:22.000 My heart stopped as I extended my hand to greet the president.
00:25:25.000 I tried to make eye contact, but it was like his eyes, though open, were not on.
00:25:29.000 His face had a waxy quality.
00:25:30.000 He smiled.
00:25:31.000 It was a sweet smile.
00:25:32.000 It made me sad in a way I can't fully convey.
00:25:34.000 I always thought, and I wrote, that he was a decent man.
00:25:36.000 That's not true, but okay.
00:25:37.000 If ambition was his only sin, and it seemed to me to be, he'd committed no sin at all
00:25:42.000 by the standards of most politicians I had covered.
00:25:44.000 He took my hand in his.
00:25:45.000 I was startled by how it felt.
00:25:46.000 Not cold, but cool.
00:25:47.000 The basement was so warm, people were sweating and complaining they were sweating.
00:25:50.000 This was a silly black-tie affair.
00:25:52.000 I said hello.
00:25:53.000 His sweet smile stayed frozen.
00:25:54.000 He spoke very slowly and in a very soft voice.
00:25:57.000 And what's your name?
00:25:58.000 He asked.
00:25:59.000 Exiting the room after the photo, the group of reporters not instigated by me, I should note, made guesses about how dead he appeared to be.
00:26:03.000 Percentage-wise, 40% wanted the mask.
00:26:06.000 It was a bad night.
00:26:07.000 That's the spin from the White House and its allies about Thursday's debate.
00:26:10.000 When I watched the president amble stiffly across the stage, my first thought was, he doesn't look so bad.
00:26:14.000 For months, everything I had heard, plus some of what I had seen, led me to brace for something much more dire.
00:26:20.000 Okay, but here's the thing.
00:26:21.000 It was something much more dire, as she says.
00:26:23.000 Those are all the leaks that are coming out.
00:26:24.000 Vice President Harris has been joining national security phone calls.
00:26:28.000 Now, let me explain.
00:26:29.000 The vice president has very little role at the White House, typically speaking.
00:26:32.000 He doesn't join calls with the president.
00:26:34.000 He's usually not around.
00:26:35.000 Famously, when Dwight D. Eisenhower, who again was another older president who actually suffered a heart attack in the late stages of his presidency, when he had Vice President Richard Nixon as his VP, and Nixon was running for the presidency, He was once asked what major input Nixon had had on his presidency and he couldn't come up with any.
00:26:51.000 That's fairly normal.
00:26:52.000 The VP usually doesn't have all that much say in policy at the White House.
00:26:56.000 Vice President Harris has been sitting in on national security phone calls.
00:27:01.000 This is all rather disquieting.
00:27:03.000 So you got Kamala Harris on these foreign policy phone calls.
00:27:05.000 All foreign leaders have to think, my God, these people, they're so stupid.
00:27:08.000 They're so unbelievably stupid.
00:27:10.000 But you know what's not stupid?

00:28:12.000 Meanwhile, the White House has been lying about his need for a doctor or non-need for a doctor.
00:28:17.000 Just last week, Corinne Jean-Pierre, she came out and she said that Joe Biden didn't need a doctor after the debate the other night.
00:28:25.000 How is the President's health today?
00:28:26.000 Does he still have his cold or is he feeling better?
00:28:28.000 And then, to clarify, on the medical exam, because you said he hasn't had one since his last physical, he was on the way to the debate, the doctor was with him, he had a cold, he's 81, does he not get checked out by the doctor?
00:28:41.000 I'm just worried.
00:28:41.000 I can tell you he did not get checked out by the doctor.
00:28:45.000 It's a cold, guys.
00:28:46.000 It's a cold.
00:28:47.000 And I know that it affects everybody differently.
00:28:50.000 We have all had colds.
00:28:52.000 And so, no, he was not checked by the doctor.
00:28:55.000 Well, it turns out that that was a lie.
00:28:56.000 According to CNN, President Joe Biden was examined by his physician in the days following last week's CNN presidential debate, the White House tells CNN.
00:29:04.000 Several days later, the president was seen to check on his cold and was recovering well, White House spokesman Andrew Bates said.
00:29:09.000 Second, they can't even keep their story straight at the White House.
00:29:11.000 Also, Corinne Jean-Pierre, man, the wages of DEI, they are extraordinary.
00:29:16.000 Whether you're talking about the vice president, who is even less popular, and are no longer Sentient president or they're talking about the press secretary who is hired because she's black and gay and is awful at her job and thus unremovable.
00:29:30.000 Turns out DEI real bad hiring strategy.
00:29:33.000 Now the media have sort of broken down into two groups.
00:29:35.000 They're sort of hedging their bets.
00:29:37.000 There's some media who are attempting to still play forward the possibility that Joe Biden's gonna be the nominee, and then there are others who are turning on him.
00:29:45.000 And the split in the media is driven by two factors.
00:29:47.000 One, the media have to retain the lie that they are actually objective, so they somehow have to cover for the fact that for several years they covered up the president's senility.
00:29:56.000 They have to cover that up.
00:29:58.000 So the way they do that, they have to cover up the cover up.
00:29:59.000 So the way they do that is by pretending they are super duper duper shocked by what they are seeing from Joe Biden right now.
00:30:05.000 You can see this in the cover of The Economist.
00:30:06.000 So The Economist magazine put out a cover that says, no way to run a country.
00:30:10.000 And it is a picture of a walker with the presidential seal on it.
00:30:13.000 Now like Walker, Texas Ranger, like a walker that an old person would use with the presidential seal on it.
00:30:19.000 Meanwhile, the Washington Post wrote an entire editorial from the editorial board fantasizing about Joe Biden stepping down, writing a fake speech for him, quote, My fellow Americans, today we celebrate not just the birth of our nation, but the life it has lived.
00:30:33.000 How have we lasted this long?
00:30:34.000 How have we endured, grown, prospered?
00:30:36.000 Our extraordinary framers were steered by a revolutionary premise.
00:30:39.000 Our union would never be perfect.
00:30:40.000 We would not be governed by an all-powerful king or sovereign.
00:30:44.000 Over the past few days, I've been reflecting on all this.
00:30:45.000 My season of service is nearing its close.
00:30:48.000 This is a hard truth to face, but it is the natural course of things, as evident as the progression from spring to summer, from fall to winter.
00:30:54.000 That is why I have decided to withdraw from the campaign for President of the United States.
00:30:58.000 A large part of me wants to stay in the fight, but at this moment, the nation needs something I cannot provide.
00:31:02.000 A leader with the energy to run a vigorous campaign, and then to work for America at all hours for the next four years.
00:31:07.000 Okay, so they're now writing fantasy editorials.
00:31:10.000 In the days since last week's presidential debate, President Biden's team has said little that adequately explains why his performance was historically bad beyond that he had a cold.
00:31:17.000 out and resign.
00:31:18.000 Meanwhile, the Boston Globe editorial board is calling for Joe Biden to step down.
00:31:22.000 Quote, in the days since last week's presidential debate, President Biden's team has said little
00:31:26.000 that adequately explains why his performance was historically bad beyond that he had a
00:31:29.000 cold.
00:31:30.000 What we mostly heard instead was the closing of ranks around a beleaguered and wounded
00:31:32.000 candidate.
00:31:33.000 The nation's confidence has been shaken, says the Boston Globe.
00:31:37.000 A bevy of potential candidates, from VP Kamala Harris to the governors of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and California, to name only a partial list, are waiting in the wings to take on Trump.
00:31:44.000 All they need is for Biden to graciously bow out of the race and free his delegates to cast their votes for someone else at the Democratic National Convention.
00:31:50.000 Meanwhile, James Carville is going even further.
00:31:53.000 Carville, who again, is the person who steered Bill Clinton into the White House and kept him there.
00:31:59.000 He apparently is now urging major Democratic donors panicked about Joe Biden to stop contributing to the campaigns of candidates who back him.
00:32:05.000 It's like a secondary boycott.
00:32:07.000 So if you're a candidate who backs Joe Biden, they're saying you should call up those candidates and tell them you are not going to support them unless they tell Joe Biden to step down.
00:32:15.000 Carville told all these people on a conference call that voters are itching for an alternative to Joe Biden.
00:32:21.000 He said, what I would say is we don't do something about this.
00:32:23.000 I'm going to put you on call block on my cell phone.
00:32:27.000 He says, maybe we look back on this and say this is the best thing that ever happened to us.
00:32:30.000 If this would have happened on October 5th, we'd be more than bruised, screwed, and tattooed.
00:32:33.000 Maybe this will set into motion something different.
00:32:36.000 Meanwhile, major Democratic donors are in fact listening to Carville, according to the New York Times.
00:32:41.000 After several days of quiet griping and hoping President Biden would abandon his re-elect campaign on his own, many wealthy Democratic donors are trying to take matters into their own hands.
00:32:49.000 Wielding their fortunes as both carrot and stick, donors have undertaken a number of initiatives to pressure Biden to step down from the top of the ticket and help lay the groundwork for an alternative candidate.
00:32:59.000 And donors are freaking out as they should.
00:33:02.000 A group of them is working to raise as much as $100 million for a sort of escrow fund called the Next Generation Pact that would be used to support a replacement candidate.
00:33:09.000 If Biden does not step aside, the money could be used to help down-ballot candidates according to people close to the efforts.
00:33:14.000 Supporters of potential replacements, like Kamala Harris, are jockeying to position their preferred successor.
00:33:19.000 Other donors are threatening to withhold contributions not only from Biden, but from other Democratic groups unless Biden bows out.
00:33:26.000 Now the reality is that the thing they really need to do is just bribe Biden to step out.
00:33:30.000 Joe Biden loves his money and his family loves the money.
00:33:32.000 They actually need to come up with a slush fund and say, we're going to give you $100 million for your garbage presidential library in Wilmington, Delaware, where you can make Hunter Biden, for a salary of $3 million a year, art curator and crack proprietor of the Biden presidential library.
00:33:46.000 And then there'll be like a classroom on the side where Joe Biden can teach about the need for community college or something.
00:33:52.000 Basically, just create a retirement program for the entire Biden family.
00:33:56.000 That is very, very lucrative.
00:33:57.000 That's the only way to get that guy out.
00:33:59.000 But, the donors are trying.
00:34:01.000 Abigail Disney, who is an heiress to the Disney fortune, said in an email exchange that Biden's campaign and committees supporting it will not receive another dime from me until they bite the bullet and replace Biden at the top of the ticket.
00:34:11.000 Damon Lindelof, a Hollywood producer, who's responsible for Lost, the worst series finale in television history, Damon Lindelof said in a text message, quote,
00:34:20.000 no one is eager to donate to anyone until the proverbial dust settles.
00:34:25.000 He's urging what he calls a dembargo of Biden and other Democratic candidates until Biden is replaced.
00:34:30.000 Meanwhile, Reed Hastings, Netflix co-founder, he also is jumping on the bandwagon.
00:34:36.000 He called on Wednesday for President Biden to relinquish his place atop the Democratic presidential ticket.
00:34:41.000 He said Biden needs to step down and allow a vigorous Democratic leader to beat Trump and keep us safe and prosperous.
00:34:47.000 So donors are starting to freak out as well.
00:34:50.000 So again, the momentum Seems to be with getting Joe Biden out of the race.
00:34:55.000 But that could turn.
00:34:57.000 That could turn.
00:34:58.000 If Biden is even remotely alive tonight with George Stephanopoulos, if Stephanopoulos can massage some blood into Joe Biden's cheeks, like get up in the middle of the interview and pinch him on the cheeks to make him look alive or something.
00:35:07.000 If that happens, then you could see all of the swivel.
00:35:11.000 You could.
00:35:11.000 They're already building the groundwork for that.
00:35:13.000 We'll get to that in a moment.
00:35:14.000 First, let's talk about some freedom.
00:35:16.000 Real freedom!

00:35:39.000 It's incredibly simple.

00:35:42.000 Don't miss out on this opportunity to get informed, get entertained, join us as we fight the left and build the future.
00:35:47.000 And meanwhile, the media, they are doing their best, some of them at least, to at least keep Joe Biden's flagging hopes alive.
00:35:53.000 So the Associated Press ran what is one of the most astonishing headlines I have ever seen.
00:35:56.000 This one is up there with CNN's fiery but mostly peaceful protests during the Black Lives Matter riots of 2020.
00:36:01.000 Here is AP's headline, quote, Biden at 81, sharp and focused, but sometimes confused and forgetful.
00:36:10.000 I'm gonna need a chart on that one.
00:36:12.000 Sharp and focused, but sometimes confused and forgetful.
00:36:20.000 Oh boy.
00:36:21.000 Good luck with that one.
00:36:22.000 Good luck with that one.
00:36:23.000 Meanwhile, my favorite attempt by Democrats to spin Joe Biden as still somewhat Do you even movie, gang?
00:36:31.000 Those two characters don't even meet!
00:36:32.000 The hell are you talking about?
00:36:33.000 onto a Star Wars analogy aimed at keeping nervous supporters from defecting. President Biden is like
00:36:38.000 Yoda, old and frail yet wise and influential. Whereas Donald Trump is like Jabba the Hutt,
00:36:42.000 a gluttonous and powerful gangster. Do you even movie, gang?
00:36:48.000 And that those two characters don't even meet. The hell are you talking about? By the way, Yoda's
00:36:57.000 a horrible example.
00:36:59.000 Yoda loses to Palpatine.
00:37:01.000 He proceeds to- Yoda destroys the Republic.
00:37:05.000 I like Yoda.
00:37:06.000 Yoda seems cool.
00:37:07.000 But also, Yoda dies old and alone, except for Luke, after lying to Luke about his family's heritage for like his whole life.
00:37:18.000 We are now at the end of Return of the Jedi.
00:37:21.000 Luke has now returned to Dagobah, and Yoda is curling up on that bed about to disappear, man.
00:37:27.000 That is where we are.
00:37:28.000 And what does that have to do with Jabba the Hutt?
00:37:30.000 That's a completely different storyline.
00:37:32.000 They're not even on the same planet.
00:37:34.000 Jabba's on Tatooine, and Yoda's on Dagobah.
00:37:38.000 What the hell?
00:37:41.000 I thought these people are supposed to be Hollywood savvy.
00:37:43.000 I will admit that that one is about as solid as the simile that was used by Jeffrey Katzenberg trying to massage Joe Biden back into life when he suggested that this race was like the race between Mufasa and Scar.
00:37:57.000 Again, terrible job there.
00:37:59.000 Do you even plot, bro?
00:38:01.000 Mufasa ends up being trampled by Wildebeest after Scar kills him.
00:38:05.000 Scar literally sinks his claws into Mufasa's arms and causes him to fall down into a chasm where he is trampled by Wildebeest.
00:38:11.000 So, well done there, Jeffrey Kass.
00:38:13.000 Again, these people, wow.
00:38:14.000 Wow, good luck.
00:38:16.000 So, in the end, Joe Biden's campaign has one thing and one thing only, and that, of course, is Donald Trump, which is why the Biden Quick Response Headquarters tweeted on July 4th that what America would look like is, wait for it, the Handmaid's Tale.
00:38:33.000 First of all, the Handmaid's Tale, like, this comparison went out of business like three years ago.
00:38:39.000 When is the last time anyone made a Handmaid's Tale reference other than the far left?
00:38:43.000 They tweeted out 4th of July under Trump's Project 2025 and it's a bunch of women from the Handmaid's Tale and then of course the Washington Monument which has been turned into a giant cross.
00:38:51.000 So tiresome.
00:38:52.000 Also really tiresome because it turns out that the 4th of July under actual Joe Biden is Trying to make concessions to protesters who love people who stuff women into bags.
00:39:05.000 I mean, that's actually Joe Biden's policy, is to make concessions to Hamas and the Taliban, and then to mollycoddle the protesters who love those people, which is, by the way, what happened over the weekend.
00:39:18.000 Over the weekend in Democratic Party circles, they decided to celebrate July 4th on the radical left by burning American flags, which is what you do on July 4th.
00:39:26.000 Here is some video of pro-Hamas protesters setting flags on fire on July 4th.
00:39:30.000 These people are all prospective Biden voters.
00:39:32.000 That's why he's attempting to reach out to them.
00:39:38.000 This is July 4th in Biden's America.
00:39:43.000 And then they are burning a poster of Donald Trump plus an American flag.
00:39:49.000 Shouting free Palestine on behalf of Hamas.
00:39:53.000 Look at these ridiculous, geek morons.
00:39:56.000 Seriously.
00:39:58.000 Pathetic specimens.
00:39:58.000 But these are all Prospective Biden voters, which is why he's been catering to them.
00:40:03.000 That, of course, is not the only footage from July 4th.
00:40:06.000 They also decided to march directly through New York City, chanting genocidal slogans, because this is what you do if you are a Joe Biden supporter on July 4th.
00:40:14.000 They're only angry at him that he's not radical left enough.
00:40:17.000 Meanwhile, he sees them as possible voters.
00:40:20.000 These are just the voters he needs to get in his cab.
00:40:22.000 So when his team is saying that July 4th looks like the Handmaid's Tale for Republicans, it doesn't.
00:40:27.000 But this is what actual July 4th looks like for radical Democrats.
00:40:31.000 And they're marching through New York City on July 4th to protest in favor of Hamas.
00:40:46.000 They also disrupted some actual 4th of July celebrations, just for good measure, and chanted Death to America.
00:40:52.000 Again, July 4th in Joe Biden's America.
00:40:54.000 So you can see people there with the American flag.
00:41:03.000 Death to America!
00:41:05.000 And the protesters are screaming at them.
00:41:07.000 Death to America.
00:41:08.000 By the way, the people with the American flag, as always, pro-Israel supporters.
00:41:11.000 As always.
00:41:12.000 You notice something weird?
00:41:13.000 You've never seen an American flag that's not being burned at a pro-Hamas protest.
00:41:16.000 Ever.
00:41:17.000 In history.
00:41:18.000 That should tell you something about the political priors of the people who love Hamas and hate Israel on the left.
00:41:25.000 And, by the way, on the right.
00:41:26.000 In any case, Joe Biden, he's going to blame his own voters if he is tossed from the race.
00:41:32.000 Over the last 24 hours, he suggested if you sit it out, it's your fault.
00:41:35.000 It's not his fault for being a crap candidate.
00:41:37.000 It is your fault for not being enthusiastic enough about a dead person.
00:41:43.000 What do you say to the people who plan on sitting this election out?
00:41:48.000 Same thing that was said to me when I was a young kid getting out of school during the Civil Rights Movement.
00:41:53.000 If you don't do something about it, you're to blame.
00:41:56.000 You're irresponsible.
00:41:58.000 Okay, good luck with this particular one.
00:42:00.000 Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom, governor of California, who will not be the nominee, he's attempting to buy back all of the anti-Biden hatred by basically saying, you have to vote for the corpse because Orange Hitler You talk a lot about this election being night and day, lightness and darkness.
00:42:17.000 What does that mean?
00:42:18.000 Lightness and darkness.
00:42:19.000 Yeah, I mean, pretty dystopian choice.
00:42:23.000 You got Donald Trump wants to take us back to pre-1960s world.
00:42:26.000 He wants America in reverse.
00:42:28.000 On voting rights, civil rights, LGBTQ rights.
00:42:32.000 What a sad sack Gavin Newsom is.
00:42:35.000 Low-rent Gordon Gekko over there.
00:42:37.000 Meanwhile, Donald Trump, he had some more twos on the golf course, and he's been spending a lot of time on the golf course lately, probably to prove that he actually does have a six handicap or whatever it is.
00:42:47.000 I do have to say, again, the best tweet of the last year was from our friend Frank Fleming, who tweeted out that watching Donald Trump stay silent is eerie.
00:42:55.000 It's like the scene in Jurassic Park, where the velociraptor starts using the door handle.
00:43:00.000 Like, he's learning.
00:43:01.000 He's learning.
00:43:03.000 But he was caught on tape saying something true about Joe Biden.
00:43:08.000 And, you know, it happens.
00:43:09.000 The truth slips.
00:43:11.000 How did I do with the debate the other night?
00:43:13.000 Fantastic.
00:43:13.000 Look at that old broken down pile of crap.
00:43:16.000 Yeah.
00:43:17.000 He just quit.
00:43:18.000 You know, he's quitting the rest.
00:43:19.000 Is that right?
00:43:20.000 Yep.
00:43:20.000 I got him out of the race.
00:43:22.000 And that means we have Kamala.
00:43:24.000 I think she's going to be better.
00:43:28.000 It's just so pathetic.
00:43:33.000 Can you imagine that guy dealing with Putin and the president of China who's a fierce person?
00:43:38.000 He's a fierce man.
00:43:40.000 A very tough guy.
00:43:41.000 But they just announced he's probably quitting.
00:43:47.000 Just keep knocking them out.
00:43:54.000 By the way, that is the danger of being a very famous person, is that somebody is almost always filming you.
00:43:59.000 Donald Trump did put out a 4th of July message, very inspiring 4th of July message, I might add.
00:44:03.000 Quote, Why would anyone say he's cognitively challenged?
00:44:06.000 Also, respects to our potentially new Democrat challenger, laughing Kamala Harris.
00:44:11.000 She did poorly in the Democrat nominating process, starting out at number two, ending up defeated and dropping out even before getting to Iowa.
00:44:16.000 That doesn't mean she's not a highly talented politician.
00:44:18.000 Just ask her mentor, the great Willie Brown of San Francisco.
00:44:22.000 That is a reference to the fact that Kamala Harris got her start in politics by sleeping with the mayor of San Francisco, who was married at the time, who then appointed her to a bunch of government positions.
00:44:31.000 Someone else that I have to compliment is a deranged Biden prosecutor named Jack Smith, who has become a legend in his own mind for all of those cases he has lost.
00:44:38.000 The corrupt prosecutors are working hard for Crooked Joe, but it will never be enough.
00:44:41.000 Make America great again.
00:44:45.000 So again, like as we've been saying for a while, Donald Trump's best strategy in this entire process,
00:44:51.000 ixnay on the hawking day.
00:44:56.000 Just like let the Democrats be the Democrats.
00:44:58.000 First rule of politics, don't interrupt your opponents while they are making a mistake.
00:45:02.000 And Trump overall has held to that.
00:45:03.000 Again, one of the great things that happened to Donald Trump,
00:45:06.000 I've told this story before, I believe, but I visited the White House in 2018
00:45:10.000 when Donald Trump was president.
00:45:12.000 And I was asked about how his presidency was going and what recommendations I would have.
00:45:17.000 I said his executive policy was like an A minus, his legislative policy was a C plus.
00:45:20.000 And I said, on rhetoric, man, he's not doing well.
00:45:23.000 And they said, what would you do?
00:45:24.000 I said, I would construct a fake Twitter.
00:45:26.000 I would put it on his phone.
00:45:27.000 And then the president of the United States would tweet and it would go nowhere, but there'd be fake feedback
00:45:32.000 that would make him super happy and no one would ever see his tweet.
00:45:34.000 And he'd walk around in a really good mood and no one would ever see whatever he decided to tweet
00:45:38.000 while he's on the toilet that day.
00:45:39.000 And then it happened because Twitter banned him and he started Truth Social.
00:45:42.000 And so he's on an outlet.
00:45:44.000 Where basically there's no one but Trump and fans.
00:45:46.000 And so it's kind of worked out fairly well for him.
00:45:47.000 He puts out statements like that and nobody kind of notices them because...
00:45:52.000 So, that actually has worked out quite well.
00:45:54.000 My bottom line is, Democrats, they need a new inflection point, which is why, again, tonight is, it's gonna be all about tonight.
00:46:00.000 Can Joe Biden recover anything remotely like a semblance of a shred of support inside his own party?
00:46:07.000 Time grows very short.
00:46:08.000 If Joe Biden is not out of the race by the end of next week, Joe Biden is the nominee.
00:46:11.000 They just don't have enough time to replace him after that, effectively speaking.
00:46:14.000 So, meanwhile, there are some danger signs across the water for the right.
00:46:19.000 The danger signs are these.
00:46:21.000 One.
00:46:22.000 If the left ever moderates, if the left ever moderates, even like a shred, and the right continues to be incompetent, the left will win, and they will do really, really well.
00:46:30.000 That is the story over in the UK.
00:46:32.000 It is not as though the Labour Party has done, like, an amazing job.
00:46:34.000 The Labour Party is just magnificent.
00:46:36.000 Everyone loves the Labour Party.
00:46:37.000 It's that everyone is mad at the Conservatives because the Conservatives basically turned into the Labour Party.
00:46:41.000 They decided to run and win on a platform that included Green New Deal-type environmental nonsense, fairly open immigration, Covid lockdowns.
00:46:53.000 There was very little to distinguish the Tory party in the UK from Labour, except that Labour was run by Jeremy Corbyn, who was a total actual Soviet-level nutcase.
00:47:02.000 And then they replaced him with Keir Starmer.
00:47:04.000 And Keir Starmer decided to moderate his image.
00:47:07.000 Run as somebody who is at least somewhat rational, kind of like Gordon Brown or even Tony Blair.
00:47:13.000 Run more toward the center, rather than to the far left.
00:47:16.000 And so last night, in the UK, Labour won an overwhelming victory, worst loss for the Conservatives in 190 years, in the UK.
00:47:25.000 Despite the fact that again, a lot of the ire is on the right.
00:47:28.000 Because what the poll results show is that Conservatives in the UK actually did win a fairly solid plurality of the votes.
00:47:35.000 The Conservatives won, this is the Tory party, won 23.7% of the vote.
00:47:39.000 The Reform Party, which is 14.3%, that's Nigel Farage's party, won like 4 million votes.
00:47:46.000 The Conservatives won 6.8 million votes, which means in total, Conservative and Reform, which are the right wing in the UK, represent Approximately 38% of the vote compared to Labour, which represents approximately 33.8% of the vote.
00:48:01.000 The Liberal Democrats, kind of a moderate left party, they won 12.2% of the vote, and then you have the other kind of fractional parties.
00:48:09.000 Labour won a little bit more than one third of the vote and they're going to end up with
00:48:12.000 one of the largest majorities in the history of Great Britain with 412 seats out of the possible
00:48:20.000 600 or so seats in the in the legislature in the UK in the House of Commons.
00:48:27.000 So the new Prime Minister is a guy named Keir Starmer.
00:48:30.000 And Keir Starmer is, again, a sort of more moderate Labourite.
00:48:35.000 The only reason that was allowed to happen is exactly because they did not move in the Jeremy Corbyn direction.
00:48:42.000 That is a reminder for both Democrats and Republicans.
00:48:44.000 If Democrats ever swivel to the left, they're going to lose until the end of time.
00:48:46.000 And if Republicans ever moderate, Not in terms of policies to become leftist, but ever appear reasonable and rational, which is something Donald Trump has actually been trying to do in this election cycle, then they will do well.
00:48:57.000 Again, everyone just wants normalcy.
00:48:59.000 Everything is so crazy right now.
00:49:00.000 Everyone wants normalcy.
00:49:01.000 The conservatives in the UK seemed crazier than Labour, which is wild, but it is true.
00:49:05.000 And so Labour ends up winning a massive victory over in the UK.
00:49:09.000 The same thing seems to be happening a little bit in France.
00:49:14.000 In France, Marine Le Pen is Her party is certainly going to be the biggest party in the legislature.
00:49:25.000 However, the quote-unquote moderate party of Emmanuel Macron, his centrist alliance, is now working with the new Popular Front coalition, which is the communists in France, in order to thwart Marine Le Pen.
00:49:38.000 According to Bloomberg, a final push by parties intent on keeping Marine Le Pen's far-right national rally out of power gained momentum ahead of Sunday's legislative election as key political figures warn voters their decision.
00:49:48.000 would dramatically alter France and potentially lead to chaos.
00:49:52.000 So basically, the argument that is being made by Macron is that Le Pen is a bridge too far.
00:49:57.000 Now, will the French public listen?
00:49:59.000 They should not.
00:50:00.000 They obviously should not.
00:50:01.000 But that is always the argument against the right is that they're too radical.
00:50:06.000 Now, I do think the Le Pen has done a good job of taking herself sort of the back bench a little bit and letting Jordan Bardella, who is the 28-year-old, lead the party publicly because he is actually quite camera friendly and good at his job.
00:50:18.000 However, the attempt, it shows you where the center is.
00:50:20.000 It shows you that the center in France is actually with the left.
00:50:22.000 They would prefer to caucus with the communists than to caucus with the anti-immigration right.
00:50:27.000 The reason that that's a bit of a warning sign for Trump is that if the left ever moderates and is not totally crazy, then the possibility of them winning an election is still quite plausible.
00:50:41.000 That will be the move, by the way.
00:50:41.000 If they replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris is going to swivel to the center, not to the far left.
00:50:47.000 She's going to assume that she's got the far left locked up, and she's going to swivel back toward the center, and then it's a completely different race.
00:50:53.000 In just a second, we'll get to some fascinating data on July 4th weekend about patriotism in the United States.
00:50:59.000 As always, the lie that the left likes to tell about the right is that the right is anti-the country.
00:51:04.000 Actually, we have the poll statistics and it ain't true.
00:51:05.000 It's the opposite.
