Summary

Joe Biden is running for re-election in 2020 on a platform of "I care about people like you." It's a weird strategy, but it's the one that seems to be working for him right now. And it's a strange one, because since 2008, there have been three types of presidential election since 2008: unity elections, revolution elections, and cares about me elections. In 2016, a revolution election is about overturning something, and in 2016, it was about bringing the country together. That's not what the American people were thinking in 2008 and 2020. And that's why Joe Biden is not running on a unity platform. He's running on one of the most unpopular presidential candidates of all time, Bernie Sanders. And Joe Biden's campaign strategy in 2020 is not about uniting the country. It's about who cares more about you, the country, and who cares the most about you. But what happens when the country is not unified, and things are not better than they were when Joe Biden was elected in 2008, 2020, and after three years in office? What happens when things aren't better than when he took office? What does that actually mean for Joe Biden s chances of winning the election in 2020? And why is this a bad idea? And what does that mean for the country in the long-term, and why should he run on a compassionate platform? a compassionate election and why is it a good idea for him to run on that platform in the 2020 election? This episode is a must listen, because Joe Biden needs to know that he needs to run a compassionate and unifying platform in order to win the election, not a compassionate one. . or else he won't get re-elected in 2020, because he's going to have a chance at all the votes he s running for president in the next election, and he s not going to win it. And he s going to lose it at least not on the basis of his unpopular policies, which is going to be a compassionate enough because he s too unpopular on the other way he s gonna have to go back to the middle, which means he s just not have a lot of people who care more about me not enough people voting for him that s not enough, right? And that s a problem, right, and can he really care about me? or not enough about me, right ?

00:00:00.000 Joe Biden's campaign strategy in 2024 is really puzzling.
00:00:04.000 He has not been running to the middle.
00:00:05.000 He has not been trying to unite the country.
00:00:08.000 Joe Biden's campaign strategy is apparently now completely banking on people believing that Joe Biden is a sympathetic elderly man who cares about people like you.
00:00:17.000 It's a weird strategy, but you have to understand why Joe Biden is employing it.
00:00:21.000 And to understand that, you have to understand the changing nature of the way that Americans view the candidates in this election and the way that the American people view the two political parties.
00:00:30.000 So basically, when it comes to presidential elections since 2008, there basically have been three types of elections.
00:00:36.000 There have been unity elections.
00:00:38.000 Elections where the referendum was really about unity.
00:00:40.000 Are we going to come together as a country?
00:00:43.000 What's the kind of person who can unify us?
00:00:46.000 Revolution elections, where it was, let's overturn what has previously been.
00:00:50.000 And let's completely revamp the system.
00:00:53.000 And cares about me elections.
00:00:55.000 Elections in which it is the level of how much compassion the candidate supposedly has for you that is going to decide the election.
00:01:02.000 So, as examples of these three types, unity elections would be like 2008.
00:01:06.000 So Barack Obama campaigns as, I am the great uniform.
00:01:10.000 I, I'm not black, I'm not white.
00:01:11.000 There's no red America.
00:01:13.000 There's no blue America.
00:01:14.000 There's just America.
00:01:16.000 And that was a unity election.
00:01:17.000 We would all come together.
00:01:18.000 We would end our racial conflagrations by electing a half-black president who in his very personage embodied the American dream.
00:01:27.000 That was the 2008 election.
00:01:29.000 And then weirdly enough, that was also the 2020 election.
00:01:32.000 The 2020 election took place in the middle of massive riots, in the middle of huge controversy about COVID.
00:01:38.000 And so the question was, for the American people, who can bring us together?
00:01:42.000 Who can restore some sense of calm, tranquility, social fabric?
00:01:46.000 And people opted for Joe Biden in that election, mainly because Donald Trump seemed to be incredibly volatile.
00:01:52.000 So 2008 and 2020 were about calm and unity.
00:01:56.000 That's not what emerged from them.
00:01:58.000 That's what the American people were thinking in 2008 and 2020.
00:02:01.000 A revolution election is like 2016, where the American people are just deeply unhappy with the way that the country is going, and so they want a revolution.
00:02:09.000 And the revolution was Donald Trump.
00:02:12.000 And then you have the cares-about-me election.
00:02:15.000 The cares-about-me election, there really have not been that many of these in American history, where it was the candidate who was perceived as most caring who won.
00:02:22.000 This was the campaign that Barack Obama ran in 2012.
00:02:24.000 Now, the flip side of that is that Barack Obama really did not care about people who opposed him.
00:02:29.000 Those people were bad.
00:02:31.000 But he believed that he had a coalition of people who had great, personal, emotional connection with him, and he would drive to victory on that basis.
00:02:40.000 So if you're Joe Biden, what kind of election do you want 2024 to be?
00:02:44.000 Now, it's very difficult for Joe Biden to run on unity because he has not unified the country.
00:02:48.000 He's now been precedent.
00:02:49.000 It was easy for him to run on a unity platform in 2020, when he was basically a doddering elderly man, and in this corner was Orange Hulk, who was just running around shouting and doing things.
00:02:59.000 But what happens when Joe Biden has been president for three years and not only is the country not unified, things are way worse than when he took over on pretty much every metric.
00:03:08.000 He can't run a unity election.
00:03:09.000 He also can't run a revolution election.
00:03:12.000 He's not Bernie Sanders.
00:03:13.000 He was elected to be a moderate.
00:03:15.000 And not only that, how do you run a revolution election against yourself?
00:03:19.000 Revolution elections are typically won by the non-incumbent party because you have to be overturning something.
00:03:24.000 And so that leaves Joe Biden with one kind of election and one kind of election only that he can run.
00:03:29.000 And that is a compassionate election.
00:03:30.000 An election about who cares more about people like you.
00:03:33.000 And you can see this in Joe Biden's tactics over the last few weeks.
00:03:37.000 Pretty much everything that Joe Biden has done is geared toward this particular line, that he cares about people like you.
00:03:45.000 And I'll show you the evidence of that in a moment, but I first want to explain why this is a failing strategy for Joe Biden.
00:03:51.000 So again, to understand that, you have to understand the nature of the past few American elections.
00:03:55.000 So if you look, for example, at the 2012 election, this is the election that Joe Biden clearly wants to copy.
00:04:00.000 You had an incumbent president, Who won by a large number of votes in 2008, Barack Obama, and then in 2012, he won re-election despite losing 5 million votes in the popular vote.
00:04:11.000 And the question is how he won.
00:04:13.000 It wasn't on the basis of his policy.
00:04:15.000 His policies were incredibly unpopular, actually, at the time.
00:04:18.000 It turns out that by all of the available exit polling, Barack Obama beat Mitt Romney in 2012 on one metric and one metric alone.
00:04:26.000 Who cares more about people like you?
00:04:28.000 This is from the ABC News exit polling in 2012.
00:04:32.000 Notably, across three of the four most important candidate qualities offered to voters, Romney won.
00:04:36.000 By 13 percentage points among voters who prioritized a candidate who shares my values.
00:04:41.000 By 23 points among those focused on a strong leader.
00:04:43.000 By 9 points among those who cared most about the candidate with a vision for the future.
00:04:47.000 But the one attribute that Obama won, the candidate who cares about people like me, he beat Romney, not by 9 or 13 or 23 points, but by a whopping 63 points.
00:04:59.000 That is why Barack Obama won the election in 2012.
00:05:01.000 It is because Mitt Romney was perceived as a stiff.
00:05:05.000 He was perceived as a Wall Street, Bain Capital, hoity-toity white guy who didn't believe in the middle class, who didn't understand blue-collar people, and all of the rest.
00:05:16.000 And so Barack Obama won on that metric by 63 points.
00:05:20.000 And he was able to drag himself over the finish line because of that.
00:05:22.000 So 2012 was a cares-about-people-like-me election.
00:05:25.000 Then you had 2016.
00:05:26.000 We'll get to more on this in just one moment.
00:05:28.000 First, in America, we are incredibly fortunate to have brave men and women who volunteer to serve in the military.
00:05:33.000 They dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom and ensuring our nation's security.
00:05:37.000 These men and women voluntarily put their lives on the line for us.
00:05:40.000 But when their service ends, transitioning to civilian life can be rough, especially given the current economic climate.
00:05:45.000 That's why Pure Talk proudly supports America's Warrior Partnership.
00:05:49.000 Since 2014, America's Warrior Partnership has worked with tens of thousands of veterans in its quest to stop veteran suicide and help veterans and their families live the purposeful lives they deserve.

00:06:33.000 2016 was a revolution election.
00:06:34.000 How can you tell?
00:06:35.000 Because the exit polling from Washington Post in 2016 described candidate qualities.
00:06:40.000 The difference between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
00:06:42.000 On three out of four qualities, Donald Trump lost.
00:06:45.000 And on one, he kicked her ass.
00:06:46.000 On three of the qualities that he lost, has the right experience.
00:06:49.000 Hillary, 90 to 7.
00:06:51.000 Has good judgment.
00:06:52.000 Hillary, 65 to 25.
00:06:54.000 Cares about people like me.
00:06:55.000 57 to 34.
00:06:57.000 What is the one quality where Donald Trump skunked Hillary Clinton in 2016, leading him to victory?
00:07:03.000 Can bring needed change.
00:07:04.000 82 to 14.
00:07:05.000 That was a revolution election.
00:07:08.000 People did not like what they had seen over the course of eight years from Barack Obama, and they wanted a change.
00:07:12.000 And Donald Trump was the change candidate.
00:07:15.000 Move forward to 2020.
00:07:16.000 Now you look at those same candidate qualities, and what you see is an interesting split.
00:07:20.000 So there are two qualities where Trump actually beats Biden, and then there are two qualities where Biden beats Trump.
00:07:26.000 The qualities where Biden beat Trump in 2020 were can unite the country, 75 to 24, and has good judgment, 68 to 26.
00:07:35.000 Donald Trump won on two categories.
00:07:37.000 Is a strong leader, 72-28, and cares about people like me, believe it or not, 52-49.
00:07:44.000 Now that is a sea change for the Republican Party.
00:07:47.000 The thing that Donald Trump has done better than any Republican candidate in living memory.
00:07:52.000 is he has made a significant slice of the electorate believe that he cares about people like them.
00:07:57.000 And here I'm speaking predominantly of blue-collar white Americans.
00:08:00.000 A huge percentage of the electorate believes the Democratic Party has abandoned them, and Donald Trump makes them feel connected to him.
00:08:07.000 And that is because he connects with them on an emotional level.
00:08:09.000 If you watch Donald Trump actually do events, he is connecting with people on a one-to-one level, and also he speaks the language that they speak.
00:08:17.000 It's been said for almost a dozen years at this point, but Donald Trump speaks like your uncle at the bar.
00:08:24.000 And that connects with people in a way that certainly Mitt Romney could not.
00:08:27.000 In 2020, that wasn't enough.
00:08:28.000 Because again, there was so much chaos that the American people believed that the qualities of a can unite the country and has good judgment were more important than is a strong leader and cares about people like me.
00:08:39.000 So the question becomes, what about 2024?
00:08:42.000 Well, now Joe Biden has no choice because even the qualities where he was leading Donald Trump, he is now losing.
00:08:49.000 Again, go back to those four qualities.
00:08:50.000 Can unite the country, is a strong leader, cares about people like me and has good judgment.
00:08:55.000 Joe Biden has failed signally in the two categories that he was winning.
00:08:59.000 Can unite the country and has good judgment.
00:09:02.000 He is getting skunked in those categories, or at least he has fallen off dramatically in those categories.
00:09:07.000 So if you look at a Gallup poll, April 2024, again on qualities that you want in a president, there were five qualities that were polled.
00:09:15.000 Can effectively manage the government.
00:09:17.000 Trump, 49-39.
00:09:20.000 Displays good judgment in a crisis.
00:09:23.000 Trump, 45-40.
00:09:24.000 Now look at that swivel.
00:09:25.000 Look at that swivel.
00:09:26.000 The exit polling in 2020 from CNN had Joe Biden leading Donald Trump in the category of has good judgment, 68-26.
00:09:36.000 That is, for those counting at home, a 42-point advantage on the question.
00:09:40.000 According to Gallup, displays good judgment in a crisis, Trump is now leading 45 to 40.
00:09:47.000 That is a 47-point swing in favor of Donald Trump because Joe Biden is such a crappy president.
00:09:52.000 is a strong and decisive leader.
00:09:54.000 Trump, 57 to 38.
00:09:55.000 He's led that consistently.
00:09:57.000 Cares about the needs of people like you.
00:10:00.000 Even according to Gallup, April 2024, Joe Biden leads, but only very slightly, 48 to 42.
00:10:06.000 That's the only quality where he leads.
00:10:08.000 The other quality of is likable, 57, 37, but that's not really important in an election anymore because Joe Biden isn't particularly likable.
00:10:15.000 It's just that nobody likes either of these guys in terms of like, they're a likable human being.
00:10:21.000 Because Donald Trump has closed the gap on the cares about people like me argument, and because Joe Biden has failed so signally on every other aspect of the presidenting, Joe Biden has a serious, serious problem here.
00:10:33.000 Morning Consult did a fascinating study of shifts in perceptions of the two political parties on questions of cares about people like me from 2016 to 2023, which is the Trump era.
00:10:45.000 In 2016, 43% of Americans believed that the Democratic Party cares about people like me.
00:10:50.000 By 2023, that number was 41%.
00:10:52.000 So they basically were stagnant or a little down.
00:10:55.000 On the question of whether the Democratic Party cares about middle-class Americans, in 2016, 47% of Americans said the Democratic Party cares about people in the middle class.
00:11:04.000 That number is now 46%.
00:11:05.000 So the Democratic Party is stagnant.
00:11:07.000 Now look at the action on the Republican side of the aisle on this one.
00:11:10.000 Republican Party cares about people like me in 2016.
00:11:12.000 Only 30% of Americans said yes.
00:11:13.000 Only 30% of Americans said yes.
00:11:16.000 In 2023, that number was 39%.
00:11:20.000 39%.
00:11:21.000 So that went from a 13 point gap on Democratic party cares about people like me
00:11:25.000 versus Republican party to a two point gap on which party cares about people like me.
00:11:31.000 you That is all Donald Trump.
00:11:33.000 That is a Donald Trump move.
00:11:34.000 Okay, now, as to the question of caring about middle-class Americans, in 2016, the Republican Party, only 33% of Americans said the Republican Party cared about middle-class Americans.
00:11:45.000 By 2023, that number was now 42%.
00:11:48.000 What that means is that a 14-point gap in favor of the Democrats shifted to a 4-point gap in favor of the Democrats.
00:11:56.000 This is why you have a systemic problem for Joe Biden.
00:11:59.000 It does not seem curable.
00:12:02.000 And he has to rely, in the end, on the cares-about-me election.
00:12:05.000 Because it can't be a revolution election.
00:12:06.000 It can't be a unity election.
00:12:08.000 He's not unified the country.
00:12:09.000 His leadership is awful.
00:12:10.000 His policies are bad.
00:12:13.000 The big problem for him is how do you convince people that an 80-year-old senile man who stumbles into walls, yells at people on a regular basis, is crotchety and nasty to people around him?
00:12:25.000 How do you convince people that that guy cares about people like them?
00:12:29.000 This is inherently the massive problem that the Biden campaign has.
00:12:33.000 I mean, start with the fact that his age actually does play into this.
00:12:39.000 His age does play into this.
00:12:41.000 The reason that his age plays into this is because, again, when you think of sympathetic people, people who care about people like you, you tend not to think of people in the early stages of Alzheimer's.
00:12:53.000 Does anyone look at Joe Biden and think he cares about people like me?
00:12:55.000 Even when Joe Biden is trying to do the routine that he was much better at 20 years ago, the hand-holding, the sympath- I mean, how much of media coverage about Joe Biden has been, well, this is a man who knows what it's like to suffer.
00:13:06.000 And he's suffered just like you've suffered.
00:13:07.000 But the problem is that how many times can you drag out Beau Biden's story in the wrong context before you stop looking sympathetic and you start looking manipulative?
00:13:17.000 And that's Joe Biden.
00:13:20.000 Joe Biden's constant state of confusion makes it impossible for people to believe that he is a deeply sympathetic person to their concerns and needs, capable of carrying out the work they want done on their behalf.
00:13:31.000 That's why every clip of Joe Biden looking confused is terrible for him.
00:13:35.000 And here he was yesterday, looking extremely confused.
00:13:39.000 Okay, next.
00:13:41.000 Do I ask the next question as well?
00:13:43.000 What was my question?
00:13:46.000 Sir, your question was Haiti.
00:13:49.000 Can the United States and Kenya or the nations collectively break the backs of this coordinated militia that has the grips of the nation?
00:13:59.000 Yes.
00:14:02.000 He doesn't even know, like he looks what's going on because he doesn't know what is going on.
00:14:06.000 In fact, he knows so little of what's going on that even Jill Biden, who is his designated
00:14:10.000 caretaker leading him from place to place, even she is getting impatient with having
00:14:15.000 to try to figure out where to lead the old man.
00:14:17.000 Where I go.
00:14:24.000 I don't know.
00:14:25.000 And there's Jill.
00:14:26.000 She's like trying to pat him.
00:14:27.000 Come on, Joe, let's go.
00:14:29.000 And then he's still like standing out there, pointing at things, not knowing exactly.
00:14:32.000 She's like, I don't know where you're pointing.
00:14:33.000 She's like, Joe, let's go.
00:14:35.000 What?
00:14:36.000 Joe?
00:14:37.000 Joe, are you with me?
00:14:38.000 Joe?
00:14:39.000 Bye.
00:14:40.000 You know what?
00:14:41.000 I've had it.
00:14:42.000 Goodbye.
00:14:43.000 You know what?
00:14:44.000 Bye.
00:14:45.000 Joe Biden is not capable of winning a cares about me election.
00:14:47.000 He is not.
00:14:47.000 But he's going to try.
00:14:48.000 He's going to try.
00:14:49.000 And that is why you have seen, as I say, in the past few weeks, a shift toward this sort of language from Joe Biden.
00:14:55.000 We'll get to more on this in just a moment.
00:14:56.000 First, if you're like me, you're always looking for ways to boost that immune system.
00:14:59.000 Fortunately for you, my friend Brett Cooper has discovered an amazing product.
00:15:03.000 It's called Armra Colostrum.
00:15:05.000 So what is colostrum?
00:15:06.000 Colostrum is a dairy food produced by mammals in the first 48 to 72 hours after giving birth.

00:16:01.000 So I played this clip yesterday, but I want to play it again in this context.
00:16:04.000 Joe Biden, he is trying to make it seem as though he cares about people like, for example, Jews.
00:16:09.000 That's a very difficult uphill climb for Joe Biden, considering that he has been basically hamstringing Israel in its attempts to extirpate a terrorist group that is currently holding American hostages while simultaneously giving massages to full-on anti-Semites in his own caucus.
00:16:23.000 So what does he do?
00:16:24.000 He finds a dumb Ridiculous issue where literally a generic AI program put together a Trump ad and that included some headlines in sort of stock footage that make a bizarre, vague reference to a unified Reich.
00:16:41.000 And then he pretends that Donald Trump like literally sat there and found a newspaper that made a reference to the Nazis so that he could pump it out there.
00:16:48.000 But it's the final message here that Joe Biden keeps saying, and it's not, it's not going to work.
00:16:55.000 What's next for America?
00:16:57.000 Is this on his official account?
00:17:00.000 Wow.
00:17:00.000 A unified Reich?
00:17:02.000 That's Hitler's language.
00:17:03.000 That's not America's.
00:17:04.000 He cares about holding on to power.
00:17:06.000 I care about you.
00:17:10.000 I care about you.
00:17:11.000 Okay, here's the thing.
00:17:12.000 When you read off a teleprompter... Reminder, I care about you.
00:17:17.000 It doesn't work.
00:17:18.000 But that's the language that Joe Biden continues to use.
00:17:21.000 So this came up yesterday in the context of the border.
00:17:23.000 So yesterday, with regard to the border, Joe Biden, his party, tried to push forward again in the Senate another piece of quote-unquote border security legislation.
00:17:33.000 Now that piece of border security legislation is the same piece that Republicans rejected a few months ago because, as it turns out, there were significant problems with the actual legislation.
00:17:42.000 It seemed to embody in law many of the Many of the softer-on-illegal immigration policies of the Biden administration were released to give leeway there.
00:17:51.000 And because the Republicans have said, listen, if you want to shut the border, you got the power to do it, like, right now.
00:17:55.000 Joe Biden had the Senate Democrats put that up there because he wants to try to wrong-foot Republicans on immigration.
00:18:01.000 What was his line though?
00:18:02.000 Right?
00:18:03.000 They don't care.
00:18:04.000 I care.
00:18:04.000 Republicans do not care about securing the border or fixing America's broken immigration system.
00:18:09.000 If they did, they would have voted for the toughest border enforcement in history.
00:18:12.000 Instead, today, they put partisan politics ahead of our country's national security.
00:18:16.000 They don't care. I care. The problem is that nobody believes that.
00:18:22.000 Now, the Democratic Party has always attempted to play this game where they suggest that policies, Democratic policies themselves are evidence of caring.
00:18:30.000 That stealing Joe's money and giving it to Bob, that is evidence that I care deeply.
00:18:35.000 That restricting business in how it's operated, that that is an element of
00:18:40.000 sympathy and decency.
00:18:43.000 And nationalizing health care shows you're a good person, that it speaks to who you are
00:18:46.000 as a human, you're more compassionate.
00:18:47.000 Nevermind, it doesn't work very well.
00:18:49.000 It shows that you're a compassionate human being.
00:18:51.000 The problem is that Joe Biden can't even put the smiley face on the jackboot of these particular
00:18:57.000 policies.
00:18:58.000 He can't even do that.
00:18:59.000 So while Joe Biden is saying that Donald Trump and the Republicans don't care about border
00:19:03.000 security, his administration is going out there simultaneously claiming in the face
00:19:08.000 of all available evidence that their policies are working.
00:19:10.000 But we know they're not.
00:19:11.000 How do you claim that you care about the border issue when you clearly don't care about it and your team clearly is lying about it?
00:19:17.000 Here was Antony Blinken, Secretary of State, suggesting that America's border policies are working.
00:19:23.000 Do you believe that ending these agreements has yielded a net positive result as it relates to U.S.
00:19:28.000 interests?
00:19:29.000 Well, I think we are seeing positive, necessary, but still insufficient results.
00:19:34.000 We've seen, for example, as a result of the work that we were doing with Mexico, encounters decreased significantly from where they were in December by a cut by about half.
00:19:45.000 The different things that we're putting into play.
00:19:46.000 I'm sorry to interrupt on that, but December was the record-breaking all-time high.
00:19:50.000 Yeah, I'm talking about... No, I agree with you.
00:19:51.000 So to do better than that is... I wouldn't call that the bar of success.
00:19:55.000 Well, of course, there's a bill before Congress right now.
00:19:57.000 Again, a bill that unfortunately wasn't passed a few months ago that I believe is back before Congress.
00:20:02.000 That would, we believe, that the President strongly supports, would make a very meaningful difference in dealing with the challenges at our border, and hopefully it will pass.
00:20:11.000 But nobody believes that you guys care about this stuff.
00:20:13.000 So you're saying Republicans don't care, but you clearly don't care.
00:20:16.000 You clearly don't.
00:20:17.000 Here's footage of Bill Malugan of Fox.
00:20:18.000 He does an amazing job over at Fox News.
00:20:21.000 Encountering people at the border from a variety of nationalities.
00:20:24.000 This is under Joe Biden.
00:20:27.000 Where are you guys from?
00:20:28.000 What country?
00:20:28.000 Pakistan.
00:20:29.000 Pakistan.
00:20:31.000 India.
00:20:31.000 India.
00:20:32.000 Turkey.
00:20:33.000 Turkey?
00:20:33.000 Yeah.
00:20:34.000 Okay.
00:20:34.000 Turkey.
00:20:35.000 India.
00:20:36.000 Where are you guys from?
00:20:36.000 India.
00:20:38.000 Turkey.
00:20:39.000 Turkey?
00:20:39.000 Turkey.
00:20:40.000 Where are you guys from?
00:20:41.000 China.
00:20:42.000 China.
00:20:42.000 Ecuador.
00:20:43.000 Ecuador?
00:20:43.000 Where are you guys from?
00:20:45.000 India.
00:20:49.000 India.
00:20:49.000 Sagarbaba.
00:20:50.000 Iran.
00:20:51.000 Iran.
00:20:52.000 Why'd you come?
00:20:53.000 No freedom.
00:20:54.000 No freedom?
00:20:55.000 Yes, in Iran.
00:20:56.000 Iran is dangerous country.
00:20:59.000 No freedom for speak, for writing, for singing, for thinking.
00:21:05.000 No one believes Democrats are taking this seriously because they very clearly are not.
00:21:08.000 In fact, yesterday, there was a bill that was brought up in the House of Representatives to repeal a Washington, D.C.
00:21:13.000 law that would allow noncitizens to vote in local elections.
00:21:17.000 A majority of Democrats voted to allow noncitizens to vote in Washington, D.C.
00:21:21.000 elections.
00:21:22.000 And then you expect the American people to believe that you guys care deeply about illegal immigration?
00:21:26.000 You literally are trying to give them the vote in Washington, D.C.
00:21:30.000 That's crazy.
00:21:31.000 And the same thing holds true on the economy.
00:21:33.000 We'll get to more on this in just one second.
00:21:35.000 First, let's say you had an employee so bad at their job that planes were falling from the sky, trains were just derailing, wayward boats were destroying entire bridges.
00:21:43.000 The dude takes off for several months on paternity leave and you don't notice for several months.
00:21:46.000 At that point, a wise person might think of looking at ZipRecruiter for a replacement.

00:22:34.000 So Joe Biden and company, they keep claiming that they are sympathetic to the American people on the economy.
00:22:38.000 And then they keep saying to the American people that the American people have it wrong and they're stupid.
00:22:42.000 They don't understand just how good they have it.
00:22:45.000 That doesn't seem like a very sympathetic and caring perspective.
00:22:48.000 And when you combine that non-sympathy with crappy policy, it turns out people don't like it very much.
00:22:54.000 In fact, according to Axios, the share of US adults who say they are doing at least okay financially
00:23:01.000 has been in a state of steep decline if you are a parent living with children
00:23:04.000 under the age of 18 in the United States.
00:23:06.000 If you don't have kids, then basically 75% of you think that you're doing okay.
00:23:14.000 If you do have kids under the age of 18, it has dropped dramatically.
00:23:18.000 It is down 11 points from 2021.
00:23:21.000 In 2021, there are 75% of parents with kids under age of 18
00:23:27.000 who said they were doing okay financially.
00:23:29.000 That is down to 64%.
00:23:32.000 And it's down to 64% because of Joe Biden's policies.
00:23:35.000 In fact, more than half of Americans now think the United States is in a recession.
00:23:39.000 So the Democratic Party policy has been to tell them that they're wrong.
00:23:42.000 And they've just got it wrong.
00:23:43.000 A new poll conducted by Harris for The Guardian shows .
00:23:49.000 That 70% of Americans say cost of living is their biggest economic concern, followed by inflation at 68%.
00:23:55.000 Two-thirds of Americans, including 65% of Democrats, report it's difficult to be happy about positive economic news when they feel financially squeezed each month.
00:24:04.000 55% of Americans believe the U.S.
00:24:05.000 economy is shrinking this year rather than growing, and they say, well, that's not true.
00:24:09.000 But here's the thing.
00:24:10.000 If your wage stagnated versus the prices that you are paying, for you, it is a recession.
00:24:16.000 It doesn't matter what the GDP stat says.
00:24:18.000 If you are earning less money against what you are paying every month in bills, it feels like a recession to you.
00:24:25.000 And so the Democrats can't run this as a cares election.
00:24:28.000 First of all, who cares more is not really on the table because neither party has a monopoly on this issue.
00:24:34.000 The vast majority of Americans do not believe that either Trump or Biden care deeply about them.
00:24:38.000 So it's not gonna be a referendum on that issue.
00:24:40.000 But number two, how do you claim that you are the party of caring When the vast majority of Americans are not happy with the situation and your strategy is to run out people to appeal to your radical base.
00:24:52.000 In the middle of all of this, the Democratic Party continues to double and triple down on all of the measures that make things more expensive.
00:24:59.000 So John Kerry, who until five seconds ago was the climate envoy for the Biden administration, he continues to push this idea that we're going to transition away from fossil fuels.
00:25:07.000 Yet tell it to the guy who can't afford the electric car, which is nearly all Americans.
00:25:12.000 Here is John Kerry saying that we have to transition from fossil fuels.
00:25:15.000 And this was his message when he was working for Joe Biden.
00:25:19.000 So you can make the argument, okay, we've made a lot of progress between now and when we did Paris.
00:25:26.000 And with Dubai, we have made it crystal clear what the mandate is.
00:25:32.000 Dubai said, almost 200 nations, we have to transition away from fossil fuel So as to achieve net zero 2050, accelerating in this decade in a way that is fair and orderly and equitable according to the science.
00:25:57.000 Again, if that is your pitch to the American people, good luck to you.
00:26:02.000 And it's also very difficult to look like you care about the American people when you keep catering to the nut jobs.
00:26:07.000 This administration and its allies continue to cater to the nutjobs.
00:26:11.000 These campus protesters are not popular with Americans.
00:26:14.000 They are spoiled brats or radical Islamists or both.
00:26:18.000 And everybody knows it.
00:26:20.000 And yet the Biden administration keeps treating them with kid gloves.
00:26:25.000 So yesterday, a bunch of university presidents were called to the Hill to talk about anti-Semitism on campus because there are students who are Jewish, who have been harassed, who have been barred from walking across particular areas of campus, for example.
00:26:37.000 And these university presidents continued to make excuses for their inability or unwillingness to enforce Title VI of the Civil Rights Act with regard to Jews, perfectly willing to enforce it against white people.
00:26:48.000 On behalf of minorities, not willing to enforce it against minorities on behalf of Jews.
00:26:54.000 Again, I have serious problems with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
00:26:57.000 I think it's quite violative of First Amendment freedoms.
00:26:59.000 With that said, it is the law and Democrats on campus only apply it in one direction.
00:27:05.000 These students at higher institutions of higher education, which are churning out good little left-wing apparatchiks, they continue to be a joke.
00:27:14.000 Yesterday at Harvard, a bunch of students walked out Of their own graduation.
00:27:19.000 Because, as it turns out, Harvard had basically prevented people who violated the law from graduating.
00:27:19.000 Why?
00:27:27.000 They then proceeded, by the way, to host a bunch of speakers who said wildly antisemitic things, but that's what it was.
00:27:33.000 So here were a bunch of these spoiled brat students paying 80 grand a year walking out of their graduation.
00:27:37.000 And they're chanting, let them walk, let them walk.
00:27:48.000 Let them walk!
00:27:50.000 After violating the law.
00:27:55.000 So that's how it was at Harvard.
00:27:56.000 Meanwhile, over at UCLA, my alma mater, both of these places are my alma mater, actually, so I have a lot of experience on these particular campuses.
00:28:04.000 Over at UCLA, pro-cum-mas protesters took over Dodd Hall, and they were shoving reporters down the stairs.
00:28:11.000 Here's what that looked like.
00:28:14.000 Stop touching my stuff!
00:28:16.000 Stop pushing me down the stairs!
00:28:19.000 I'm calling people a neo-nazi for opposing them.
00:28:23.000 Stop pushing me. Stop pushing me. Stop pushing me. Stop.
00:28:27.000 We are not evil! We are not evil!
00:28:29.000 And to spoil brat radicals, we'll get to more on this in just one moment.
00:28:35.000 First, I just got off a flight that landed at 12 a.m.
00:28:39.000 after a full day of production.
00:28:40.000 The entire plane ride I wanted to sleep, but I couldn't because only sociopaths, Zach, are able to fall asleep on planes.
00:28:46.000 Let me tell you, There are only two things I was thinking of during that entire plane ride.
00:28:50.000 One, I really hope my kids took the dog out to pee so I don't have to do that when I get home.
00:28:54.000 And two, I cannot wait to climb into bed and sleep upon the glorious Helix Sleep Mattress.
00:28:59.000 Helix harnesses years of mattress expertise to offer a truly elevated sleep experience.
00:29:04.000 I got home.
00:29:04.000 I was out cold.
00:29:05.000 The Helix Elite Collection includes six different mattress models, each tailored for specific sleep positions and firmness preferences.
00:29:10.000 If you're nervous about buying a mattress online, you don't have to be.
00:29:12.000 Helix has a sleep quiz that matches your body type and sleep preferences to the perfect mattress, because why would you buy a mattress made for somebody else?
00:29:18.000 I took that Helix quiz.
00:29:19.000 I was matched with a firm but breathable mattress.
00:29:21.000 I love it.
00:29:21.000 My wife loves it.
00:29:22.000 We are big Helix fans at the Shapiro house.
00:29:24.000 Helix has a 10-year warranty.
00:29:25.000 You can try it out for 100 nights risk-free.
00:29:27.000 They'll even pick it up for you if you don't love it, but you're gonna love it.
00:29:30.000 Helix's financing options, flexible payment plans make it so a great night's sleep is never far away.
00:29:34.000 And right now, they're offering up to 30% off all mattress orders, plus two free pillows for my listeners.
00:29:38.000 Just head on over to helixsleep.com slash Ben.
00:29:41.000 It's their best offer yet.
00:29:42.000 It's not going to last long.
00:29:43.000 Helixsleep.com slash Ben with Helix.
00:29:44.000 Better sleep starts right now.
00:29:46.000 Meanwhile, UCLA faculty member, people who are being paid by the American taxpayer, particularly in California, they are whining about the lack of food and water at the encampment that they set up themselves.
00:29:58.000 Because they're a joke.
00:30:00.000 Part of their justification is that it is a so-called illegal or unpermitted... What's the adjective?
00:30:07.000 Unlawful It's an unlawful assembly Apparently Michael Beck came and delivered that message earlier But here's the thing Even if this is unlawful, which I of course don't think it is and that will be adjudicated legally you cannot deny people food and water in an effort to get them to do something against their will because they say, oh, they're free to leave if they're hungry You cannot use a mechanism of torture to make people do something against their will.
00:30:32.000 So student affairs seems to be trying to communicate about this, but if we could start getting this out on social media and maybe like reaching, you know, I assume that it is all kinds of legal violations.
00:30:43.000 Look at these morons.
00:30:44.000 Hey, this lady's name, this idiot's name, she's an associate professor of anthropology.
00:30:48.000 It's a professional useless person.
00:30:50.000 Associate Director of the Institute on Inequality and Democracy at UCLA, her name is Hannah Appel, and she complains that Student Affairs is torturing protesters because they won't ship in food and water to the protesters.
00:31:01.000 You think the American people like this sort of stuff?
00:31:02.000 You think this is what the American people like?
00:31:05.000 They don't.
00:31:05.000 Especially because it has some pretty widespread ramifications for the nation as a whole.
00:31:10.000 This entire philosophy of radical DEI crap is something Americans do not like.
00:31:16.000 In a groundbreaking piece from Aaron Siberian over at The Free Beacon, he points out how UCLA Medical School, which is my wife's alma mater actually, is now churning out so-called doctors who do not pass basic skills tests because of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:31:32.000 Siberian says, long considered one of the best medical schools in the world, UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine receives as many as 14,000 applications in a year.
00:31:41.000 Of those, it accepted just 173 students in the 2023 admissions cycle.
00:31:46.000 The median matriculant took difficult science courses in college, earned a 3.8 GPA, and scored in the 88th percentile on the MCAT.
00:31:53.000 So when it came time for the admissions committee to consider one such student in November 2021, a black applicant with grades and test scores far below the UCLA average, some members of the committee felt this particular candidate, based on the available evidence, was not the best fit for a top-tier medical school.
00:32:06.000 Their reservations were not well received.
00:32:08.000 When an admission officer voiced concerns about the candidate, the dean of admissions, Jennifer Lucero, exploded in anger, quote, Did you not know African-American women are dying at a higher rate than anyone else?
00:32:18.000 The candidate scores shouldn't matter, she said, because, quote, we need people like this in the medical school.
00:32:26.000 Now, here is the problem.
00:32:28.000 This has now turned UCLA into, quote, a failed medical school, according to one former member of the admissions staff.
00:32:33.000 We want racial diversity so badly, we're willing to cut corners to get it.
00:32:38.000 Within three years of Lucero's hiring in 2020, UCLA dropped from sixth to 18th place in U.S.
00:32:43.000 News & World Report's rankings for medical research.
00:32:47.000 In some of the cohorts she admitted, more than 50% of students failed standardized tests on emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics.
00:32:54.000 Those are shelf exams taken at the end of each clinical rotation.
00:32:58.000 Though only 5% of students fail each test nationally, the rates are super high at UCLA.
00:33:02.000 They've increased tenfold since 2020.
00:33:06.000 So left-wing ideology is creating fake doctors who you would never want to go to.
00:33:12.000 This is what the left has decided to cater to, and then they say they care about people like you.
00:33:16.000 Explain.
00:33:17.000 Gonna need some explainers on that one.
00:33:19.000 Meanwhile, as far as the radical student protesters, people like Ilhan Omar, again, a treasured member of the Democratic Caucus, open anti-Semite.
00:33:27.000 She spent yesterday berating the Chancellor of UCLA.
00:33:30.000 Why?
00:33:31.000 Despite the fact the Chancellor of UCLA has been basically giving foot massages to the protesters.
00:33:37.000 She's very angry because counter-protesters showed up and showed footage of October 7th to the protesters.
00:33:43.000 She says that's bad.
00:33:46.000 You could have prevented this by protecting the diverse groups of pro-Palestinian students that were peacefully gathered on campus to share meals, stand in solidarity against a brutal genocide.
00:34:01.000 You could have prevented this by protecting these students' First Amendment right to assemble.
00:34:07.000 You could have prevented this when you learned about rats being released into the encampment You could have prevented this when there was an anonymous group funded and constructed, again, a giant video with loudspeakers to play vile and disturbing footage.
00:34:29.000 You could have prevented this when you saw an angry mob on campus on the night of April 30th, but you did not.
00:34:39.000 This is who the Democratic Party is defending.
00:34:41.000 You think that makes the American people feel cared about?
00:34:44.000 Again, even if you want to run a CARES election, he's going to lose a CARES election.
00:34:47.000 That's the amazing thing.
00:34:48.000 This is not going to be an election about who cares more.
00:34:51.000 Biden is forced to run along those lines because he's such a bad president, but he can't even win that.
00:34:55.000 We'll get to more on that in just one moment, looking at his Middle Eastern policy, where he continues to split the baby between a Democratic ally of the United States and, you know, an actual honest-to-God terror group.
00:35:03.000 First, they said it couldn't be done.
00:35:05.000 A new razor introduced on Amazon had no chance of becoming the number one seller in any category, but because of you, Jeremy's second-generation Precision 5 razor is officially a number one bestseller on Amazon.
00:35:15.000 Thanks to you, we're making it clear there's a huge demand for woke-free products.
00:35:19.000 This exciting news comes with the release of the second greatest commercial ever, highlighting Jeremy's second-gen razors and the truth behind woke commercials.
00:35:25.000 The second-gen razors are radically redesigned to offer a superior shave, coming in the new Sprint 3 and Precision 5 razors, so you can shave like a man.
00:35:32.000 Not a manifesto.
00:35:34.000 Check this out.
00:35:36.000 Here they are.
00:35:38.000 It's a better razor.
00:35:39.000 It's also, if you've seen our commercial, a blacker Jeremy.
00:35:42.000 It's a long story.
00:35:42.000 I may or may not have made that suggestion.
00:35:44.000 You should just watch the commercial and find out.
00:35:46.000 Head on over to jeremysrazors.com.
00:35:48.000 Purchase your Jeremy's second-gen razor today.
00:35:52.000 Also, tune in this Sunday for my latest episode of Sunday Special.
00:35:55.000 I was joined by Riley Gaines.
00:35:56.000 She, of course, has become a notorious figure for the great sin of pointing out that dudes should not swim against the ladies.
00:36:03.000 Here's a little bit of what that sounded like.
00:36:06.000 I remember when I testified before the Senate, Senator Cory Booker came up to me before.
00:36:10.000 He sits down, he says, Hey, I play football at Stanford.
00:36:13.000 I'm in full agreeance.
00:36:15.000 You know, this is crazy.
00:36:16.000 I'm an athlete.
00:36:17.000 I know what you're talking about here.
00:36:18.000 And then gets on the other side of the table and starts grilling me.
00:36:21.000 These people are weak-kneed, morally bankrupt, spineless cowards, is what they are.
00:36:26.000 That's who we're being governed by.
00:36:28.000 And whether that's our government or corporate America or academia,
00:36:32.000 even seemingly our spiritual leaders, that's the consensus.
00:36:37.000 Be sure to check it out this Sunday.
00:36:45.000 Okay, meanwhile.
00:36:45.000 Again, for a party that wants to show that it is sympathetic to middle-class Americans, it turns out that when your party is split down the middle between supporting, say, Israel and Hamas, that's not a particularly good look.
00:36:56.000 Rashida Tlaib, another member of the Hamas caucus, charter member, founding member of the Hamas caucus in Congress, she says that the protesters, the pro-Hamas protesters, are on the right side of history.
00:37:07.000 I know that dissent is a fundamental American value.
00:37:11.000 Can you imagine the attacks on dissent in our country?
00:37:14.000 It continues to happen, but imagine that we just wipe it off.
00:37:20.000 I know from the Civil Rights Movement, to the Vietnam War, to the end of apartheid in South Africa, to the Movement for Black Lives, our country has a long history of students leading non-violent, civil disobedience and demanding change in our country.
00:37:35.000 Students have been on the right side of history time and time again.
00:37:38.000 It is utterly disgraceful that university administrators and government officials are sending, again, militarized police forces to stop students from exercising their First Amendment right.
00:37:53.000 How much does this appeal to middle-class Americans?
00:37:55.000 How much does this appeal to the normies?
00:37:57.000 The answer is not at all.
00:37:59.000 So much so that Hakeem Jeffries, the House Minority Leader, he has to walk out there and pretend that his own party isn't radically divided over these issues.
00:38:05.000 Here he was yesterday.
00:38:07.000 The divide is overstated.
00:38:10.000 The Republicans have repeatedly tried to make Israel a partisan political issue and divide Democrats, and they have failed!
00:38:20.000 Oh, weird.
00:38:20.000 Republicans have.
00:38:22.000 They have failed.
00:38:25.000 Okay, well, if they've failed, then I'm going to need an explanation on how.
00:38:28.000 Because it's Democrats who have divided themselves on this.
00:38:32.000 Again, it's Democrats who have taken these radical positions that are at odds with the American people and then declared themselves the compassionate ones.
00:38:37.000 And it doesn't work.
00:38:39.000 Best evidence of this, yesterday, Ted Cruz, not necessarily known publicly as Captain Compassion.
00:38:43.000 It's not really his brand.
00:38:45.000 But Senator Cruz, from Texas, he was grilling a Biden judicial nominee.
00:38:50.000 Her name is Sarah Netburn.
00:38:52.000 She is being... The Biden administration attempting to elevate her, nominate her for a higher position.
00:38:57.000 It turns out that in her job as a judge, she decided that it would be an amazing idea to place a 6'2 dude who is a... in a female prison because he claimed he was a woman.
00:39:09.000 Here's how the exchange went.
00:39:10.000 Who seems more compassionate and sympathetic here?
00:39:12.000 Senator Cruz, not exactly famous for being Captain Sympathy.
00:39:15.000 Or the Biden administration's nominee?
00:39:19.000 Did this individual have male genitalia?
00:39:21.000 Yes.
00:39:22.000 So you took a six-foot-two, serial child with male genitalia, and he said, you know, I'd like to be in a women's prison.
00:39:37.000 And your answer was, that sounds great to me.
00:39:40.000 Let me ask you something.
00:39:41.000 The other women in that prison, do they have any rights?
00:39:46.000 Is that a question you're asking me?
00:39:47.000 The other women in that prison, do they have any rights?
00:39:47.000 Yes.
00:39:49.000 Of course.
00:39:50.000 Do they have the right not to have a six-foot-two man who is a repeat serial r***** put in as their cellmate?
00:39:58.000 Senator Cruz, I considered the facts presented to me and I reached a decision based on what the law is.
00:40:03.000 I asked you a question.
00:40:04.000 I asked you a question.
00:40:05.000 Do they have a right not to have a six-foot-two man who is a serial r***** put in as their cellmate?
00:40:13.000 Do those women have a right to that?
00:40:14.000 Every person who's incarcerated has the right to be safe in their space.
00:40:18.000 But you didn't think so.
00:40:20.000 You didn't think so.
00:40:24.000 Again, if this is the way the Democratic Party chooses to run, good luck to them.
00:40:28.000 Their policies are not compassionate.
00:40:29.000 Their policies are damaging.
00:40:30.000 They are not compassionate.
00:40:31.000 They are compassionate to a small sliver of the electorate, and they are deeply non-compassionate to a huge, giant chunk of the electorate.
00:40:40.000 And this is why Donald Trump is holding rallies in the Bronx where thousands of people are showing up.
00:40:44.000 Yesterday, Donald Trump is relegated to basically campaigning in New York because of this dumb court case surrounding Stormy Daniels.
00:40:49.000 And yesterday, he held a rally in the Bronx.
00:40:51.000 Several thousand people showed up in the Bronx to the consternation of much of the mainstream media.
00:40:56.000 Hard to tell how many of these people are from the Bronx.
00:40:59.000 Especially in how many are sort of coming in from Queens, but doesn't really matter.
00:41:03.000 The fact is that the fact that Donald Trump can get this many bodies at a rally in the Bronx says something.
00:41:08.000 Here was some footage of Donald Trump in New York City talking about radical left pro-crime policies.
00:41:13.000 Now for all the talk about Donald Trump not being sympathetic, guess what is a message that works in New York?
00:41:17.000 People should not get pushed in front of subways.
00:41:22.000 In recent years, we have also seen our city destroyed by bad radical left pro-crime policy that virtually everyone, Republican, Democrat, Independent, everyone, you all know it's a disaster.
00:41:35.000 You know the names of these lunatic policies.
00:41:39.000 No cash bail.
00:41:40.000 Somebody kills somebody.
00:41:42.000 Go out.
00:41:43.000 No bail.
00:41:43.000 Don't worry.
00:41:44.000 Go out and kill a couple of more people.
00:41:46.000 Defund our great police, defund the police, sanctuary cities, release violent repeat offenders from jail.
00:41:54.000 Joe Biden supports all of this insanity and much more, but millions of people across New York know it's crazy.
00:42:02.000 So in the end, in the end, what Democrats are going to be forced to rely upon here because Joe Biden can't win a sympathy election, they're going to be forced to rely on trying to scare you about Trump.
00:42:11.000 That's it.
00:42:11.000 They're just going to try and tell you that he's Orange Hitler and that his people are Nazi droogs.
00:42:16.000 Here is Representative Dan Goldman, who's involved in the impeachment of Donald Trump.
00:42:20.000 Here he is saying that Donald Trump is going to become Sure, Putler.
00:42:24.000 A mix-up of Vladimir Putin and Adolf Hitler.
00:42:27.000 He's running out of dictators.
00:42:29.000 Also Mao.
00:42:30.000 Also perhaps Stalin.
00:42:32.000 Also Pol Pot.
00:42:33.000 But orange.
00:42:36.000 And there's no question that Donald Trump has visions, as we saw from his video with the Unified Reich, which was a completely knowing and intentional inclusion in that video.
00:42:47.000 Let's be real here.
00:42:49.000 He is paving the way to become a Vladimir Putin or to become an Adolf Hitler or a Kim Jong-un.
00:42:56.000 That's what he wants to be.
00:42:58.000 Good luck with this particular argument.
00:43:04.000 Kathy Hochul went even further.
00:43:06.000 She's talking about Trump and his rally in the Bronx.
00:43:08.000 And she says he's bringing his clowns to the Bronx.
00:43:11.000 Everybody who votes for Trump in New York is a clown.
00:43:12.000 Again, there's nothing new about this in New York.
00:43:14.000 Andrew Cuomo once suggested that anybody who voted Republican should basically leave the state.
00:43:18.000 Here's Kathy Hochul, the inherited governor of New York.
00:43:23.000 New York will never, ever support Donald Trump for president.
00:43:27.000 We know him better than anyone, and that means we understand what he's all about.
00:43:31.000 It's just for himself.
00:43:32.000 So this state will go solidly behind Joe Biden for president, as it has in the past.
00:43:38.000 So he wants to spend his time doing these made-up fake rallies and pretending they're supporting him.
00:43:44.000 Be my guest, because while you're doing that, Donald Trump, Joe Biden's out there on the other side, making sure he's delivering for all Americans.
00:43:53.000 And so go ahead, spend all your time you want in New York, because we'll be with Joe Biden and Joe Biden's out there winning over the rest of the battleground states.
00:44:03.000 Joe Biden is not winning any of the battleground states at current polling rate, nor will he, which is why Nate Silver came out yesterday and was like, dude, if you're still losing in August, you need to get out of the race.
00:44:13.000 Nate Silver's taking a lot of slings and arrows for trying to be accurate about the status of this race.
00:44:17.000 He says, if Biden is still struggling in August, he needs to consider stepping aside.
00:44:20.000 It's not a great situation for Dees either way, but you have to do due diligence on the question.
00:44:24.000 It's an important election, obviously.
00:44:25.000 It shouldn't be taboo to talk about.
00:44:27.000 Democrats are not going to pull him.
00:44:28.000 They're going to run this sucker directly into the ground.
00:44:31.000 We'll get to more on this in just one moment first.
00:44:33.000 America's youth is being taught our nation is simply not worth fighting for.
00:44:37.000 PragerU stands against that garbage.

00:44:49.000 The selfless efforts of those lost forever in battle are now often marginalized, sometimes even demonized, by the leftist education system, mainstream media, popular culture, PragerU has important videos about Memorial Day and our armed forces.
00:45:00.000 These videos were made to help educate about the legacy of our military's fallen men and women on Memorial Day and all year long.

00:45:28.000 It's PragerU.com.
00:45:30.000 Meanwhile, the Biden administration, which had set the predicate for all sorts of international ire against the state of Israel and its war to destroy a terrorist group currently holding American hostages, well, the shoe is about to drop.
00:45:40.000 So today, the International Court of Justice, which is the dumb judicial organ of the dumb United Nations, all of these organizations are absolute trash, should be disbanded forthwith.
00:45:49.000 When President Trump is re-elected, God willing, he needs to pull the United States completely out of the United Nations, burn the building to the ground in New York, salt the earth, and build a hotel.
00:45:59.000 It is a disgusting, despicable organization.
00:46:01.000 There's nothing new.
00:46:02.000 It's been like this for literally as long as I've been alive, and much longer than that.
00:46:06.000 Well, now the International Court of Justice, which is run by a Lebanese judge, has ordered Israel to halt its offensive in Rafah, and ordered Israel to open the Rafah crossing, which is weird since Egypt has it closed.
00:46:17.000 It's literally not possible for Israel to do that.
00:46:19.000 The ICJ has suggested that it is not possible for Israel to evacuate Rafah.
00:46:25.000 Israel has currently evacuated over a million Palestinians from Rafah.
00:46:29.000 They've been undergoing operations in Rafah for weeks on end at this point.
00:46:33.000 But now, all of this gets sent to the UN Security Council and then the question becomes whether the Biden administration is going to veto some sort of resolution attempting to force a ceasefire on Israel.
00:46:43.000 And nobody knows the answer to that.
00:46:44.000 Because Joe Biden doesn't know the answer to that.
00:46:47.000 Because again, his party is split between people who love Hamas and people who are lukewarm on Israel.
00:46:52.000 That is where his party is.
00:46:55.000 So for example, Joe Biden can't even answer basic questions like whether Israel is using starvation as a weapon, which they clearly are not.
00:47:02.000 According to the latest reports, food delivery through the crossings has provided a mean of 3,163 calories per person per day for Gazans.
00:47:13.000 That is higher than the accepted humanitarian standard for daily calorie intake by 40%.
00:47:18.000 So Israel has shipped in fat people calories into the Gaza Strip.
00:47:24.000 3,100 calories per day per person in the Gaza Strip.
00:47:28.000 Including for women, where like the recommended daily dosage for calories for women is well under 2,000.
00:47:34.000 And yet, Joe Biden still can't answer a basic question.
00:47:37.000 Like, whether Israel is attempting to starve out Gaza, which clearly is not happening.
00:47:41.000 And it's because of that the ICJ feels they can do what they did.
00:47:43.000 It's why the ICC feels that they can prosecute Benjamin Netanyahu.
00:47:46.000 By the way, the German government now says that if the ICC does issue an arrest warrant for the Israeli Prime Minister, Germany will effectuate the arrest warrant if, for example, Netanyahu ends up visiting Germany.
00:47:57.000 Wouldn't be the first time Germans have had a good time arresting Jews.
00:48:00.000 In any case, here is Joe Biden failing to answer basic questions.
00:48:06.000 I do very briefly have a question on whether the United States has any evidence at all that would substantiate the ICC prosecutors' specific allegations against Israeli leaders that they are using starvation as a tactic of war in Gaza, or exculpatory evidence for that matter, and if you would commit to releasing that information before any potential issuance of ICC arrest warrants.
00:48:40.000 Look, we made my position known on ICC.
00:48:42.000 You guys never keep the deal, but that's okay.
00:48:47.000 That, you know, we've made our position clear on the ICC.
00:48:53.000 We don't think the, we don't recognize the jurisdictions, the ICC, the way it's being exercised, and it's that simple.
00:49:03.000 We don't think there's an equivalence between what Israel did with Hamas did.
00:49:07.000 That is a completely different question. The question asked is whether we have evidence that
00:49:12.000 Israel is abusing human rights in the Gaza Strip. He avoids the question. Why? Because his own party
00:49:17.000 is split on that particular question. Meanwhile, the vice president of Spain,
00:49:21.000 Spain declared this week that they would recognize a Palestinian state unilaterally,
00:49:26.000 a state that does not exist. It has no borders, no government, no citizenry.
00:49:30.000 Here is the Vice President of Spain, mouthing slogans that are basically just Hamas slogans.
00:49:36.000 She says we live in a time in world history where doing the bare minimum is both heroic and insufficient.
00:49:46.000 That is why we cannot stop.
00:49:48.000 Palestine will be free from the river to the sea.
00:49:53.000 That is the vice president of Spain calling for the extirpation of the state of Israel.
00:49:56.000 That's what that slogan means.
00:49:57.000 It means the destruction of the state of Israel.
00:49:59.000 That's the vice president of Spain calling.
00:50:00.000 At least she's saying the quiet part out loud at this point.
00:50:02.000 By the way, one more note on the ICJ.
00:50:06.000 The ICJ is represented by the United Nations, of course.
00:50:09.000 It's a representative body of the United Nations.
00:50:12.000 The Israelis, yesterday, found three dead bodies of hostages found beneath a UNRWA facility.
00:50:19.000 Beneath it.
00:50:20.000 With a doorway from the UNRWA facility into the tunnels.
00:50:24.000 The UN is an illegitimate institution.
00:50:26.000 It always has been an illegitimate institution.
00:50:28.000 It's stupid.
00:50:28.000 The West never should have signed on to it.
00:50:29.000 It's crap.
00:50:31.000 And the message that Israel should be taking away from all of this is do what you have to do to protect your own security in the same way that the United States ought to do what it ought to do in order to protect our own security.
00:50:41.000 Trying to make yourself subject to the whims of a bunch of countries that we want to see wiped off the planet Earth seems to be a bad policy predilection.
