00:00:17.000They then posted to a group chat that she was incapacitated, and seven men took turns gang raping her for seven hours.
00:00:28.000Their fraternity knew this was reported to Cornell University.
00:00:33.000And after looking into this matter, they expelled two of them and made the rest write essays as their form of punishment.
00:00:46.000Okay, so every single thing she just said here was a lie.
00:00:50.000The woman who is now alleging in a civil suit that she was gang raped at Cornell does not allege what AOC is saying here that she was lured in, that she was given ketamine against her will.
00:01:00.000Like, none of this happened, but that's the point.
00:01:17.000The seven Cornell men who decided to join in on a gangbang of a 20 year old woman at a froud house are disgusting, like gross, sinful, immoral.0.99
00:01:48.000Derek Chauvin, the cop at the censor of the George Floyd death, who was railroaded and is now going to spend enormous chunks of his life in prison.
00:01:55.000We saw this with the Duke LaCrosse case, where the men in that case acted badly, but not criminally, and ended up basically having their lives destroyed.
00:02:03.000Here's the rule if you're a member of a group deemed a victimized minority group by the left, even if, by the way, you're a member of a statistical majority, like, say, women who are a statistical majority in the United States, that means that you are a victim, even if you can't show any evidence.
00:02:17.000That you are a victim, even if you said yourself to the cops and in texts that you weren't a victim.
00:02:23.000There's also no statute of limitations.
00:02:24.000So, an event occurs and you say at the time that you consented to it, we're supposed to take you at your word.
00:02:30.000And hey, consent is the only thing that matters.
00:02:55.000So, Kathy Hochel, who is the governor of New York, has decided to step into this case based on public pressure, according to the New York Times.
00:03:03.000Hochel said, New information has raised serious questions about how this case was handled, and I've lost faith in the Tompkins County DA's ability to fairly oversee it.
00:03:11.000She said, The young woman at the center of this case deserves to know that every fact will be examined and justice pursued.
00:03:22.000Well, she said in her statement to the police originally that she said with, quote, 100% confidence, I was raped.
00:03:28.000The problem is that she apparently doesn't know the definition of the word rape because in the same exact report, she described a series of consensual events.
00:03:37.000Lawyers for at least three of the seven men named in Jane Doe's lawsuit have issued statements denying criminal wrongdoing.
00:03:43.000In hours of interviews during the university investigation in the winter of 2024, the seven men denied wrongdoing.
00:03:48.000Four said they had consensual sexual interactions with Jane Doe, and three denied participating in sex altogether.
00:03:55.000So, the New York Times did a long, deep dive here, and it demonstrates how Jane Doe's story shifted.
00:04:00.000And now, again, remember, the governor of New York is stepping into a dead criminal case based on nothing except for public pressure.
00:04:09.000Literally, no new information that is crucial has emerged.
00:04:13.000All that happened is that the woman in question filed a civil lawsuit in which she totally flipped her story.
00:04:18.000And now we're supposed to believe that the cops are responsible for all of the problems here, that Cornell University should have done something based on complete lack of evidence.
00:04:29.000There was a crucial three week period between the fraternity party and Jane Doe's decision to take her story to the campus police, accusing multiple fraternity brothers of sexual assault and alleging that she was coerced into taking ketamine.
00:04:40.000What had not been known publicly until now were the detailed filings collected during the private Title IX proceedings hundreds of pages of emails, text messages, photographs, and interviews with Jane Doe, her friends, and those she accused.
00:04:51.000So, the day after this event occurred, and again, this happened October 19th, morning of October 20th, 2024.
00:04:59.000And according to her original criminal report to the police, she was intoxicated.
00:05:05.000She went voluntarily to the frat house to meet a dude.
00:05:08.000She voluntarily engaged in sex with him.1.00
00:05:10.000She voluntarily engaged in sex with others.
00:05:13.000When she asked them not to do things, they stopped.
00:05:16.000Okay, that is all in her original police report.
00:05:18.000Okay, so the next day, apparently, one of the defendants wrote, I just wanted to apologize for how things went down the other night.
00:05:25.000He and another defendant both felt terrible for being too under the influence of drugs and alcohol to, quote, shut it down and kick people out before it got out of hand.
00:05:32.000But she replied and reassured him, quote, at the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal.
00:05:37.000And honestly, I really like being with you and the other defendant.
00:06:12.000Again, so she was upset that this episode.
00:06:16.000Was, quote, ruining my life temporarily and that her reputation had been destroyed.
00:06:20.000She said all she could do was sleep and cry all day.
00:06:23.000According to the documents, the defendant assured her it would all blow over soon, noting, quote, how fast nonsense spreads at this school and said she did not have anything to be ashamed of.
00:06:30.000And she wrote back, You're right, it'll get better.
00:06:34.000So, again, she was ashamed because the story got around campus that she had engaged in, again, an act of tremendous promiscuity.
00:06:46.000This doesn't mean the men are free of the moral consequences of their actions, but this is the reason why she was upset.
00:06:51.000Not because she was raped, but because she was upset that the reputation was getting around town.
00:06:55.000Quote, I will say this is ruining my life temporarily.
00:06:58.000My reputation is destroyed, and I'm utterly ashamed.
00:07:02.000She also texted, again, one of the defendants, she texted, You're right, it'll get better.
00:07:09.000And you think everyone's just jealous of us, but also like everyone needs to grow up because sexuality and sex and blank is changing and stuff like this is going to become more common.
00:07:19.000Also, tell anyone who gives you bleep that I'll actually beat them up that don't want the smoke, I promise.
00:07:24.000So she's literally texting one of the people she had sex with and is now two years later accusing of rape and saying she's going to defend him from charges and people need to be more open about sex and all the rest.
00:07:33.000So Jane Doe's sorority big sister received a text that week saying, Have you heard the rumor about your little?
00:07:39.000Later that week, Jane Doe's roommate said she was kind of recounting it as the sort of crazy thing she had done.
00:07:43.000As the days went on, the roommate continued, I think she kind of came to realize that it was something bad and that she didn't really enjoy her time there.
00:07:52.000Okay, if you do something that is wrong and then later you're ashamed of the thing, you can't retroactively say that it happened against your consent.
00:08:01.000Kai Fai was preparing for a Halloween party and Jane Zhou was eager to attend.
00:08:06.000Text messages included in the investigation show the defendant assuring Jane Zhou that he and other frat members wanted her to be there.
00:08:12.000Kai Fai is your house and you are welcome here, he wrote, relaying the views of the fraternity's president, who is not among those accused of sexual assault.
00:09:22.000There is no evidence of sexual assault in these accounts.
00:09:25.000There's evidence that a woman did something that was deeply risky and the men took advantage of the fact that she was doing something deeply risky.
00:09:32.000There is no evidence of legal sexual assault here.
00:09:37.000So the men have also been interviewed, and the New York Times has the police reports on that.
00:09:43.000And the reports from Cornell quote, in hours of interviews and a statement collected during Cornell's administrative investigation over the winter of 2024, all the men denied any wrongdoing.
00:09:52.000Four acknowledged having sexual contact with the woman, but said their interactions had been consensual.
00:09:57.000The others denied participating in sexual encounters.0.74
00:09:59.000One said he was a victim of sexual misconduct because the woman had given him oral sex when he was too incapacitated to consent.0.64
00:10:06.000When you get into this kind of matrix where you say the woman was intoxicated, therefore she was raped, and all the men also had ketamine and were intoxicated, you could.
00:10:15.000Obviously, make the legal argument that they too were raped.
00:10:19.000Because if you're incapable of giving consent and engage in sexual activity, and if we are going to define lack of consent as intoxication, you got a problem here.
00:10:31.000When asked about his involvement with Jane Doe, one defendant said she initiated their sexual contact and did not ask for his consent.
00:10:37.000A statement flatly at odds with her account of the night.
00:10:39.000The defendant left around 2 a.m., he said, after he said he became uncomfortable and went with three friends to McDonald's.
00:10:45.000He said he did not tell them about what had transpired in part.
00:10:47.000Because he was, quote, admittedly a bit embarrassed about what happened, according to the interview records.
00:10:51.000Another of the men told interviewers he and his friend entered the room after reading the Snapchat message, which he said had left him befuddled.
00:10:57.000He said Jane Doe was not slurring her words when they arrived, and she did not appear drunk.
00:11:01.000He said he asked her if she was all right just because the nature of the text, and there was one female in the room with a couple of dudes.
00:11:06.000We were just checking out to see if everything was okay, and it was, he said later, adding of Miss Doe, quote, and if she wasn't, I'd like to think I would have helped out and did something about it.
00:11:13.000Another defendant said he assumed the Snapchat messages were crude humor.
00:11:16.000She was conversational with people, and that alleviated whatever concerns I had from the text before.
00:11:22.000Now, again, there is no evidence that AOC's accusations here were even made by the woman in question.
00:11:41.000To the left, she must have been raped.0.94
00:11:43.000Abdul Rahman El Sayed, the Senate candidate in Michigan for Democrats, said, A young woman bravely reported she was sexually assaulted in 2024 by seven men at their fraternity.0.83
00:11:54.000But instead of protecting her, Cornell University protected her abusers, letting them off with a slap on the wrist.
00:11:58.000It's outrageous and a failure of both the institution and a societal norm that consistently makes light of sexual assault.
00:12:05.000New York's voluntary intoxication loophole makes it nearly impossible for survivors to seek justice if they drank or use substances prior to an assault.
00:12:13.000Because of this loophole, Jane Doe's assailants may never be held accountable under the law.
00:12:16.000By the way, it is not a voluntary intoxication loophole.
00:12:20.000New York's law just says that if you get drunk and you voluntarily have sex with someone, then they cannot be charged with rape just because you were drunk.
00:12:28.000The law says that if they intoxicated you against your will, that is a different story.
00:12:31.000But if we are now going to charge every person with rape who had sex with a drunk person while they themselves were drunk or while the drunk person said that they wanted it and then later said they didn't want it, I mean, I'm sorry to tell you how life actually works, but you're going to have to shut down every single bar in the country if that is the way you want the law to work.
00:12:53.000Because if the idea is that you are voluntary, that you have a drink, you have two drinks, and now you're off limits for sex, no matter what, because if you consent, We'll say it was non consensual.
00:13:01.000And if you don't consent, obviously it's rape, then you're just going to have to shut down every bar everywhere in America.
00:13:08.000You're going to have to go back to prohibition.
00:13:09.000That is the only way to prevent quote unquote rape if this is how you define rape.
00:13:15.000Abdul Rahman El Sayed says, I want my daughters to grow up in a world that is safe.
00:13:20.000That means perpetrators must be held accountable for violating women to the fullest extent of the law.
00:13:24.000And we need federal action to ensure that those who commit sexual assault and the institutions that protect them face consequences.
00:13:30.000Now, again, no one is harsher with regard to rape than I.0.95
00:13:34.000I believe that rapists should be castrated or executed, not given five years in prison.0.97
00:13:38.000And maybe El Sayed would feel better if we just said that these guys were members of Hamas.0.98
00:13:43.000If we said they're members of Hamas, then presumably they'd be off the hook because, you know, free Palestine and all that.0.94
00:13:48.000But my colleague Matt Walsh is exactly right.0.78
00:13:50.000He says, You can perfectly understand the case of the Cornell 7 and the reaction to it once you understand that feminists fundamentally reject the idea that women can ever be truly responsible for any wrongdoing of any kind.
00:14:01.000Which is why, when there's a disgusting drug and alcohol-fueled orgy where everyone involved is inebriated, the woman is somehow automatically the victim and the men are somehow automatically responsible.
00:14:16.000But feminists aren't using normal logic.1.00
00:14:17.000They're using feminist logic, which again starts with the presupposition that women, by definition, cannot truly be at fault for anything ever.1.00
00:14:24.000That is simply a brute fact of the universe in their view.0.97
00:14:27.000They don't have to defend it and don't and can't.
00:14:29.000And he's totally right about all of this.
00:14:32.000We'll get to more on that in just a second.
00:14:33.000Every day when you get up, you need to be ready to take on the day because, hey, it's a wild world out there.
00:14:38.000Well, if you don't have the proper sleep quality, it just ain't going to happen.
00:14:42.000This is why you should have bull and branch product on your bed.

00:14:49.000So, Now that we're heading into the season of heavier blankets and cooler nights, you can make the bed feel cozy without turning it into an oven.
00:14:55.00094% of Bowl and Branch customers say their sheets actually get softer with every single wash.
00:15:32.000Bull and Branch.com slash Ben and use code Ben.
00:15:35.000If you want to know what has driven so many men into the arms of disgusting human beings like Andrew Tate, it is this sort of stuff.
00:15:42.000It is the idea that women are out to get you, that even if a woman consents, she can later decide that she had not consented with her magic time machine, and that the governor of New York will get involved personally and then try to.0.64
00:17:15.000I totally believe that the men who are involved here should be ashamed of their actions.
00:17:19.000That does not mean criminal culpability.
00:17:22.000And the mob is going after anyone they can.
00:17:25.000So much so that, according to the free press, the lawsuit originally was accidentally served to the home of an active duty sergeant in the Marine Corps who has the same name as one of the defendants.
00:17:35.000And so online vigilantes started going after a dude who was not even involved.
00:17:38.000Quote, online vigilantes began searching the defendant's name as soon as the lawsuit was filed.
00:17:42.000And when they found details about Sargent and his family, they started posting the family's details, including their phone numbers, on the internet.
00:17:48.000In one post on X, an individual posted the defendant's address with the caption, quote, This is definitely not a defendant's phone number and address.
00:17:54.000Posting this for public awareness so people know not to reach out.
00:17:57.000Of course, that is an invitation for people to reach out.
00:18:00.000The defendant's sister, 26, received a text message with a photo of the Cornell student and a screenshot of a Google Earth image of her brother's house.
00:18:38.000Or should we believe what she said to the cops, which changed?
00:18:41.000Or should we believe what she's saying two years later?
00:18:44.000Or should we believe things that she didn't even say, that politicians are now pretending she said?
00:18:48.000Or should we believe the governor of New York, who is seeking law enforcement authorities on these men two years after the events in question, after the woman has now changed her story multiple times?
00:18:59.000Again, what the men did was wrong and sinful and gross and evil, but not because it was rape, because it was wrong.
00:19:07.000This is the difference, again, between morality and left wing ideas of ethics.
00:19:12.000For people who are not on the left, consent is not the only standard of morality.
00:19:16.000Engaging in a group orgy fueled by alcohol and drugs is wrong.
00:19:24.000But that means that what she also engaged in was wrong, not because she was raped, but because she blemished her soul.
00:19:31.000But there's something going on here that, on a systemic level, is even more dangerous than immoral personal behavior, and that is a law enforcement system that decides to go back after and destroy people based on a mob outside the doors shouting and screaming.
00:19:43.000That is a violation of basic equal standards of justice under law.
00:19:48.000And we should all be troubled by that as American citizens because that is unworkable.
00:19:53.000What an amazing video you just watched.

00:20:03.000Every significant movement in history has started with protesting.0.99
