00:00:00.000 Rolling Stone, which once famously put the Boston bomber on its cover, decided to plaster another terror supporter on its pages this week, champagne socialist and America hater Hassan Piker.
00:00:09.000 They call him a Eugene Debs who deadlifts.
00:00:12.000 Piker's own mom outed him for loving China more than anywhere else on earth.
00:00:15.000 Piker's capitalist lifestyle is flaunted in the face of all the supposedly working class followers he claims to fight for.
00:00:20.000 A campaign stops around the country.
00:00:22.000 By the way, all the media focus on Piker is not some kind of cancellation campaign.
00:00:27.000 I'd love to never talk about Hassan Piker again the rest of my life.
00:00:29.000 In fact, I'd like for him to leave our country.
00:00:30.000 That would be awesome.
00:00:32.000 Piker just happens to be one of the biggest pieces of human crap to have entered the political space in the past decade.
00:00:37.000 And Democrats aren't ignoring his evil.
00:00:38.000 They're actually embracing it.
00:00:40.000 Again, this is nothing new.
00:00:40.000 Rolling Stones did a literal front page profile of the Boston Marathon bomber and treated him like a rock star.
00:00:47.000 So treating Hassan Piker as though he's a rock star, this communist piece of shit.
00:00:51.000 Like, truly, get the hell out of our country.
00:00:53.000 Truly.
00:00:53.000 I understand he's an American citizen.
00:00:54.000 We need to change those rules ASAP.
00:00:56.000 I'm for a constitutional amendment that gets rid of people who were born in the United States and grew up abroad and came back and hate America.
00:01:03.000 How about that?
00:01:05.000 He is the worst of the worst, and they are just upholding him.
00:01:08.000 This piece in Rolling Stone is extraordinary.
00:01:12.000 His mom lives nearby an apartment he got for her.
00:01:14.000 His little brother, Murat, and sister in law live close as well.
00:01:17.000 His dad flew in from Turkey.
00:01:18.000 They're going on vacation to an undisclosed island.
00:01:20.000 Again, they don't hate the capitalism, they just hate America.
00:01:25.000 So his mom, who is an architectural historian who specializes in 19th century Turkish interiors, Hung around, and she said that she agrees with Piker's politics with a few exceptions.
00:01:38.000 Quote, I'm not in love with China like he is.
00:01:41.000 Now, again, Piker was born in New Jersey in 1991.
00:01:44.000 His family immediately moved back to Turkey.
00:01:46.000 He grew up in Ankara and Istanbul.
00:01:48.000 They brought him to stay with his grandparents in central New Jersey every summer.
00:01:52.000 And he went to basketball camp, watched Adult Swim, played PlayStation 2.
00:01:57.000 He said, When you're growing up in a different country, American consumerism is incredible.
00:02:01.000 Free refills, 30 different flavors of Oreos, silly, simple things that I like that.
00:02:05.000 I still really love about America.
00:02:07.000 So he loves all the products, but he hates.
00:02:08.000 Capitalism.
00:02:11.000 And as Rolling Stone observes, he controls the means of production.
00:02:15.000 His profits are based on the market.
00:02:16.000 A subscription to his channel runs six bucks a month.
00:02:19.000 He has about 50,000 subscribers, minus Twitch's 30% cut.
00:02:22.000 That's north of two million bucks a year.
00:02:25.000 He doesn't run ads or do brand partnerships.
00:02:30.000 And he has a Mercedes.
00:02:35.000 Again, they call him a Eugene Debs who deadlifts, Abby Hoffman with abs.
00:02:42.000 And now, again, AOC, the left will never let go of him because he represents all the things.
00:02:46.000 He hates America, hates America.
00:02:48.000 That is the key.
00:02:49.000 The key to, again, disowning the Piker who hates America is disowning Piker, but they will never do it.
00:02:54.000 They will not.
00:02:55.000 Here's AOC doing the same thing.
00:02:58.000 He said a lot of controversial things.
00:03:01.000 Is he somebody that should have a role in the progressive movement going forward?
00:03:06.000 You know, I think when we look at our elections that have happened, We have lost young people.
00:03:13.000 Much hay was made about the fact that we lost young men in the last election.
00:03:19.000 And many of the same consultants that are wringing their hands today were the same ones talking about how we need to go on Joe Rogan and we need to be not so willing to engage in cancel culture.
00:03:39.000 Oh my God.
00:03:39.000 The left, you know how infuriating it is to hear people like this.
00:03:43.000 Talk about cancel culture.
00:03:45.000 They were all in favor of canceling people who believed baseline normal things.
00:03:49.000 They were perfectly happy with that.
00:03:50.000 It's disgusting to listen to them.
00:03:53.000 Disgusting to listen to AOC or Abdul Al Sayyid talk about cancel culture.
00:03:57.000 Are you kidding me?
00:03:58.000 Are you kidding me?
00:03:59.000 Right now?
00:04:00.000 You know what is a funny thing that happens when you build a business?
00:04:03.000 At some point, it actually becomes a real business.
00:04:05.000 You've got employees and benefits and contracts and about a thousand moving pieces nobody warned you about.
00:04:09.000 Honestly, it's really disconcerting because you spend most of your time when you start a business not thinking about logistics of all that kind of stuff.
00:04:15.000 You actually build your business.
00:04:16.000 And then one day, you walk in and you're like, I need an HR department or something.
00:04:20.000 It's very hard, in other words.
00:04:21.000 Well, that's really, really true of insurance because once you have 25 plus employees, insurance is one of those things you probably should not be handling with a few clicks online.
00:04:29.000 And this is where Super Sure comes in.
00:04:31.000 They're a super agency licensed in all 50 states for business insurance and employee benefits with year round support for you and your team.
00:04:36.000 Their fine print fax tool translates your existing policy into plain English so you can actually see what's covered and also what is not.
00:04:42.000 Head on over to supersure.comslash Shapiro.
00:04:44.000 One super agency, one powerful platform.
00:04:47.000 All your policies in just one place.
00:04:48.000 Again, that's supersure.comslash Shapiro, paid for by SuperShore Insurance Agency, LLC, a licensed insurance agency.
00:04:55.000 Go check them out right now and make this part of your life easier.
00:04:57.000 supersure.comslash Shapiro.
00:04:59.000 That's supersure.comslash Shapiro.
00:05:02.000 And of course, then just pretend that they're just doing, you know, FDR.
00:05:05.000 It's just FDR stuff.
00:05:06.000 Momdani trying to pretend that he is some sort of FDR guy.
00:05:09.000 Again, the pitch for Zoran Momdani as opposed to any other normie Democrat in the city of New York.
00:05:14.000 Every Democrat in the city of New York ever has campaigned as an FDR acolyte.
00:05:17.000 That is not what distinguishes Zoran Momdani.
00:05:19.000 It is his hatred of America that distinguishes Zoran Momdani.
00:05:22.000 It is what the Democratic Party is embracing full scale.
00:05:27.000 We're seeing a lot of examples of what it can look like to have that focus on the working person.
00:05:33.000 People who understand that affordability isn't just something you say, it's something you have to deliver.
00:05:38.000 And that in doing this, we're not running away from the Democratic Party.
00:05:42.000 We're going back to what the party used to be.
00:05:46.000 You think about FDR and LaGuardia, you think about the New Deal.
00:05:52.000 That's what the Democratic Party once was.
00:05:55.000 That's what it could be again.
00:05:57.000 And if we want to win, I think that's what we have to become.
00:06:01.000 I'm pretty sure FDR and LaGuardia didn't hate the country.
00:06:03.000 I'm pretty sure there's that and didn't associate with people who are pro terrorism.
00:06:08.000 So here's the thing there's a vulnerability for woke 2.0, just as there was with woke 1.0.
00:06:08.000 I don't know.
00:06:12.000 So, with woke 1.0, it turns out that Hispanic Americans, particularly, were not that into it.
00:06:16.000 They voted en masse for Trump in 2024.
00:06:19.000 And it turns out that for woke 2.0, both black and Hispanic Americans are not all that into it.
00:06:24.000 Right?
00:06:24.000 The Abdul El Sayed voter share by college degree and median household income.
00:06:30.000 Not amazing.
00:06:31.000 Again, look at this.
00:06:33.000 Okay, so the core constituency, believe it or not, for El Sayed, again, were people who don't earn that much money, but have very, very high levels of education.
00:06:42.000 Of course.
00:06:44.000 Of course.
00:06:45.000 The casually unsuccessful.
00:06:48.000 The highly educated unsuccessful.
00:06:49.000 That is like his core constituency.
00:06:51.000 Pissed off white people who got a college degree and can't get a job now.
00:06:56.000 That is his constituency.
00:06:58.000 Combined with people who just despise America.
00:07:00.000 Because again, he won 90% of the vote in Dearborn, something like that, in the Muslim community in Dearborn.
00:07:06.000 Now again, this is a weakness for Woke 2.0.
00:07:08.000 And the president knows it.
00:07:10.000 The president tweeted out Black and brown voters don't want communism or socialism.
00:07:13.000 Not surprisingly, they're flocking to the Republican Party.
00:07:15.000 They remember Abraham Lincoln was Republican.
00:07:16.000 Well, that's not why.
00:07:18.000 First of all, I think that the right needs to stop talking predominantly about communism and socialism because the stats show that people don't even know what those things mean anymore.
00:07:27.000 Bernie Sanders has pretended that Denmark is socialist for long enough that people now think that when people say socialism, they mean Denmark as opposed to, say, Soviet Russia.
00:07:36.000 Here is the thing that they all have in common.
00:07:37.000 They despise America and her founding principles, despise it, and they are lying about it.
00:07:42.000 That is the thing.
00:07:43.000 They hate America.
00:07:44.000 Bernie Sanders vacationed in the Soviet Union as a young man.
00:07:49.000 These people despise the United States.
00:07:51.000 But here's the thing the left figures if the economy gets bad enough, then woke 2.0 will still succeed.
00:07:58.000 And again, it's not self refuting quite the way that Woke 1.0 was.
00:08:01.000 What an amazing video you just watched!
00:08:03.000 Wasn't that amazing?
00:08:04.000 Well, you know, if you think so, head on over to dailywire.comslash subscribe to watch the full show ad free or check out this crazy story here.
