The Ben Shapiro Show - Stormy Talks Spanking

00:00:00.000 So, the court in New York that is currently trying Donald Trump on charges that are completely specious.

00:00:05.000 Charges that, effectively speaking, he paid off Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election for electoral purposes as opposed to personal purposes.

00:00:14.000 Charges that have not been sustained by any sort of I don't know why Democrats seem to think this is going to affect Donald Trump in any way, shape, or form.

00:00:21.000 prosecution against Trump, they've been dragged into court by Alvin Bragg, an attention-seeking

00:00:25.000 DA.

00:00:26.000 What is all that about?

00:00:27.000 Really, what it's about is humiliating Donald Trump, having people say salacious things

00:00:31.000 about Donald Trump.

00:00:32.000 I don't know why Democrats seem to think this is going to affect Donald Trump in any way,

00:00:37.000 shape, or form.

00:00:38.000 Donald Trump has been part of the senior side of American politics and business for literally

00:00:43.000 decades.

00:00:44.000 I mean, there's a reason that he was in a tape for Playboy.

00:00:47.000 There is a reason that he was seen as a sort of Studio 54 guy for years and years and years.

00:00:54.000 It's not as though Donald Trump has led the most pristine sexual life.

00:00:58.000 And no one at this point is surprised by any of the allegations that were made in court yesterday.

00:01:03.000 But that did not stop Democrats from dragging into court Stormy Daniels, heroine of the Republic.

00:01:09.000 Because as it turns out, all it takes to be a heroine in American life now, is to be a star who has sex with a married man, and then effectively blackmails that married man for money, and then when the deal falls through, decides to go public with all of that to harm him.

00:01:24.000 That is what heroism truly is, so long as that married man is a Republican. 0.90

00:01:28.000 If that married man is a Democrat, then as we all know, it's time to wreck that person.

00:01:34.000 If that married man is a Democrat, say Bill Clinton, then it's time to completely wreck Monica Lewinsky's life. 1.00

00:01:40.000 That is how this all works.

00:01:42.000 So, all this came to a head yesterday.

00:01:44.000 Donald Trump, prior to going into court yesterday, he suggested that all of this was coming out of the crooked Biden White House.

00:01:51.000 The orders may not have come directly from the White House, but it is very clear that Democrats in the city of New York have decided that they are going to engage in electoral interference. 0.99

00:01:58.000 That's what this stupid case is. 0.90

00:02:02.000 Every single legal scholar that I see, I mean, maybe there's somebody out there, some whack job, But for virtually everyone that I've seen, I said there's absolutely no case. 1.00

00:02:13.000 It's a case that shouldn't have been brought.

00:02:16.000 The previous DA wouldn't bring it.

00:02:18.000 Brad didn't want to bring it and he brought it because I'm running in number one place.

00:02:23.000 This all comes out of the White House and crooked Joe Biden.

00:02:27.000 This comes from the White House and it's all Biden because it's an attack on his political opponent that hasn't happened in this country.

00:02:34.000 It does happen in third world countries, but it hasn't happened in this country.

00:02:39.000 And it's a shame.

00:02:40.000 And the trial is a very unfair trial.

00:02:42.000 It's a very, very unfair trial.

00:02:45.000 The good news is they have nothing.

00:02:46.000 Thank you.

00:02:48.000 Okay, so he then went into the courtroom where Judge Juan Merchan, who is absolutely oriented against Donald Trump at this particular trial, he decided to allow the testimony of Stormy Daniels.

00:02:59.000 Now, let us be extremely clear.

00:03:01.000 There is no legal reason that Stormy Daniels had to testify.

00:03:05.000 She literally brought nothing useful to the court. 0.99

00:03:08.000 There is no reason whatsoever that she had to be in the courtroom.

00:03:11.000 And whether or not she had sex with Donald Trump actually is completely irrelevant to the charges that are being brought.

00:03:18.000 Because, again, the charges that are being brought are about whether he, via his lawyer Michael Cohen, paid her off prior to the election, via Michael Cohen, and then reimbursed Michael Cohen after the election, and whether it was a campaign finance expense, as opposed to a personal payoff designed to quash the rumors so as not to bother his wife Melania.

00:03:36.000 The case the defense is making is that this is the kind of payment that is constantly made in American life.

00:03:41.000 You can't just pin it on the election.

00:03:43.000 And the case the prosecution is trying to make is that this was all about stealing the 2016 election by silencing Stormy Daniels, as though, by the way, any of the Stormy Daniels material coming out prior to the 2016 election would have saved Hillary Clinton.

00:03:54.000 You know how we know that isn't the truth?

00:03:56.000 Because there was a literal tape of the President of the United States talking about grabbing women by their genitals, and then he still won.

00:04:04.000 So do you think that a tryst with a star would have changed the outcome in 2016?

00:04:10.000 But again, there's no legal reason to allow this in the courtroom.

00:04:12.000 So, what did the judge do?

00:04:14.000 He allowed it in the courtroom.

00:04:15.000 And then not only did he allow it in the courtroom, he then proceeded to get angry that he allowed it in the courtroom, as it turns out.

00:04:21.000 We'll get to that in just one moment.

00:04:24.000 So, Daniels talked about her sexual tryst with Donald Trump in 2006.

00:04:29.000 Now you may be asking yourself, wait, isn't the year 2024?

00:04:32.000 Isn't this almost two decades ago?

00:04:35.000 What the hell are we talking about Donald Trump's 2006 sex life for? 0.91

00:04:39.000 Yes, that's because you're a rational human being, but we're talking about Donald Trump's 2006 sex life. 0.99

00:04:43.000 Because they need some hook to hang their hat on to claim that he's a convicted felon.

00:04:50.000 And so they're going to try and charge him.

00:04:52.000 They literally charged him with 34 counts of felony campaign finance violation.

00:04:58.000 A felony fraud in the city of New York.

00:05:00.000 That is what they're attempting to do.

00:05:02.000 And all it really was was somehow just a lever to get Stormy Daniels in the room saying shameful things about Donald Trump.

00:05:09.000 We'll get to more on this in just one moment.

00:05:10.000 First, the threat to freedom of speech continues with major censorship from the Russian government.

00:05:14.000 As of March 1st, Russia has officially banned all VPNs that aren't state-approved.

00:05:18.000 Well, that's because Russian citizens like to use VPNs to see what's really going on in the news.

00:05:23.000 After all, Russia has always controlled the information their citizens are allowed to access.

00:05:26.000 Banning VPNs lets them continue to control that public information.

00:05:29.000 The sad truth is, this type of censorship and blatant war against free speech can happen anywhere, which is exactly why I use ExpressVPN.

00:05:36.000 When I'm traveling overseas, it's as if I'm working from my home in America.

00:05:39.000 ExpressVPN is not just a tool, it's a shield.

00:05:41.000 It encrypts and reroutes 100% of your online traffic through secure servers, ensuring your privacy from prying third parties, like your internet service provider and government agencies.

00:05:49.000 With ExpressVPN, they can't log my activity, they can't censor my internet, they can't control what I see.

00:05:53.000 It works on phones, tablets, laptops, every device in my home.

00:05:56.000 I love, I only have to tap one button to get protected.

00:05:58.000 It's by far the best VPN there is.

00:06:00.000 In fact, ExpressVPN is the only VPN provider I trust and recommend.

00:06:04.000 Which is why if you sign up right now at ExpressVPN.com slash Ben, you'll receive three extra months absolutely free.

00:06:09.000 The app is so easy to download, you can do it right now.

00:06:11.000 E-X-P-R-E-S-S VPN.com slash Ben.

00:06:14.000 That's ExpressVPN.com slash Ben.

00:06:16.000 So according to the New York Times, her fast-paced testimony lasted nearly five hours, during which she described an encounter with Mr. Trump, now 77, that he has long denied.

00:06:24.000 Tension gripped the courtroom, her garrulous testimony filling a heavy silence.

00:06:28.000 She made jokes.

00:06:29.000 They did not land.

00:06:30.000 After about a half hour on the stand, she began to unspool intimate details about Mr. Trump, so much so that the judge balked at some of the testimony.

00:06:37.000 He implied it was gratuitously vulgar, and the defense sought a mistrial.

00:06:40.000 By the way, he then rejected that.

00:06:42.000 Which is absurd.

00:06:43.000 If he didn't like what she was testifying to, he shouldn't have allowed her to testify since she had literally nothing of legal merit to say.

00:06:51.000 This whole thing was a put-up job, in other words.

00:06:54.000 It was all designed so that Daniels could unspool this bizarre story about that one time that she slept with the future president.

00:07:01.000 She said the future president had invited her to dinner inside his palatial Lake Tahoe's hotel suite.

00:07:06.000 He answered the door wearing silk pajamas.

00:07:09.000 She made a Hugh Hefner joke at this point, as one would.

00:07:13.000 When he was rude, she playfully spanked him with a rolled up magazine. 1.00

00:07:17.000 A copy of Forbes, by the way.

00:07:19.000 So all of this is just parodic.

00:07:21.000 When she asked about his wife, he told her not to worry that they didn't even sleep in the same room.

00:07:26.000 At this point, by the way, Trump shook his head in disgust and muttered boldly to his lawyers, She then got into graphic details about the sexual encounter.

00:07:34.000 She said it happened after she returned from the bathroom and found Trump in his boxer shorts and t-shirt.

00:07:39.000 Then, she's changing her story now because her original story was that they had this awkward encounter that she didn't really enjoy, but she didn't say no.

00:07:47.000 Now, she treats it as though it's a quasi-rape.

00:07:50.000 She tried to leave and he blocked her path, she said, though not, she said, in a threatening manner.

00:07:54.000 The sex was brief, she said, and although she never said no, there was a power imbalance.

00:08:00.000 I was staring up at the ceiling wondering how I got there, she told the jury.

00:08:04.000 Were you wondering how you got there, though?

00:08:06.000 I mean, you literally went up to his room and then you didn't say no as he had sex with you in any way, shape, or form that would have been discernible to the human eye. 0.96

00:08:18.000 Plus, you literally have sex with people on camera for a living. 0.84

00:08:22.000 I feel like this is not your first rodeo, so to speak. 0.79

00:08:25.000 But according to the New York Times, the testimony was an astonishing moment in American political history.

00:08:30.000 Really?

00:08:31.000 In American political history?

00:08:32.000 Seriously?

00:08:33.000 And a crowning spectacle and trial full of them.

00:08:35.000 A star across from a former and potentially future president telling the world what she was once paid to keep quiet about.

00:08:42.000 I mean, first of all, let me just say at this point, she was not a star at best.

00:08:46.000 She's a supporting actress.

00:08:48.000 I don't know what it takes to be a star, but I feel like if you're IMDb, Is replete with things like prairie lust?

00:08:59.000 Then probably you're not a full scale.

00:09:01.000 Or love in an elevator?

00:09:06.000 Or erotic sins of my neighbor?

00:09:08.000 Or bikini kitchen?

00:09:10.000 I feel like you don't get to call yourself a star.

00:09:13.000 Those don't seem... These just don't seem like, I don't know, classics of the genre.

00:09:19.000 In any case, According to the New York Times, Ms.

00:09:22.000 Daniels' story is not just a story to kiss and tell.

00:09:24.000 It spotlights what prosecutors say was Mr. Trump's criminality.

00:09:27.000 He's accused of engineering the false business record scheme to cover up all traces of their tryst.

00:09:31.000 The hush money, the repayment to Mr. Cohen, and yes, the sex. 0.98

00:09:36.000 Okay, so all of this is ridiculous.

00:09:39.000 Then, apparently, this is really funny, she said that money was not her motivation.

00:09:46.000 That she just wanted to get her story out, which is weird, because it seems like when you take a $130,000 check, money might have been your motivation.

00:09:53.000 She said, my motivation wasn't money.

00:09:54.000 It was motivated out of fear, not money.

00:09:58.000 Sure.

00:09:58.000 By the way, she was reading the room, man.

00:10:02.000 She decided to describe their sex down to the sexual position, at which point the judge was like, can you stop now? 0.65

00:10:10.000 I don't want to hear this anymore.

00:10:13.000 Miss Daniels was indignant. 1.00

00:10:15.000 During some cross-examination, she parried effectively, performing even better than she did with her answers to prosecutors, according to the New York Times.

00:10:21.000 Now, again, the attempt to turn Stormy Daniels into a resistance hero, which last time around culminated in the prosecution and jailing of her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who for a time was also treated as a resistance hero.

00:10:33.000 It is quite pathetic, obviously, but it's not designed to be anything other than a laugh line for the left wing. 0.83

00:10:39.000 That's all this is, which is why journalists spent the day guffawing at Donald Trump. 0.98

00:10:44.000 Now, I mean, I'm just gonna put it out there.

00:10:45.000 Warning to people on the left laughing at Donald Trump.

00:10:48.000 Last time you laughed at Donald Trump, he then ran for president and won.

00:10:52.000 Barack Obama made a joke about him at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, and he literally got mad, ran for president, and became president.

00:11:00.000 So good luck with the laughter.

00:11:03.000 Where and how you first encountered Mr. Trump inside that hotel suite?

00:11:07.000 Daniels, I said hello.

00:11:10.000 met Trump right there and I said hello and he wanted to go into the living area.

00:11:15.000 He was wearing silk or satin pajamas.

00:11:19.000 I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I apologize.

00:11:22.000 I know. I just had to laugh.

00:11:24.000 This is by the way, it's just getting started.

00:11:27.000 I know.

00:11:27.000 So, yes, meanwhile, on CNN, there were stifled guffaws as, as all of the journalists read about what was going on.

00:11:39.000 I was looking at Trump some and he had a general kind of impassiveness.

00:11:46.000 Not, not glowering exactly, but obviously not happy.

00:11:50.000 But the basic dynamic was jury to Stormy.

00:11:54.000 And then again, I haven't seen Mayor Chun.

00:11:57.000 Okay, but the judge was displeased with the witness, which of course raises the question as to why he allowed the witness in the first place.

00:12:05.000 level of detail. That's something if you're the DA you're worried about because you don't

00:12:10.000 want them to think that he, the judge, is actually displeased in any way with the witness.

00:12:16.000 Okay, but the judge was displeased with the witness, which of course raises the question

00:12:20.000 as to why he allowed the witness in the first place.

00:12:24.000 Because he should not have. Is this going to hurt Trump in any serious way?

00:12:28.000 Nah.

00:12:29.000 It's not gonna hurt Trump whatsoever. 1.00

00:12:30.000 In fact, it will probably help Trump because it's all so ridiculous and so stupid. 1.00

00:12:34.000 And dragging Trump into court to talk about how he had sex with some chick in 2006 who had sex with people on camera for a living and then got paid a bunch of money not to talk about it and then talked about it? 1.00

00:12:44.000 Like, I'm sorry, is this supposed to damage Donald Trump in any real way?

00:12:47.000 The answer, of course, is no.

00:12:49.000 If this is the best Democrats have, they ain't got nothing.

00:12:53.000 What's more, it turns out that now the case in Florida may not see the light of day.

00:13:01.000 It turns out that that particular case is going to be delayed in a fairly serious way.

00:13:07.000 Judge Eileen Cannon, in that particular case, has indefinitely postponed Trump's classified documents trial, which is the case that has the most well-predicated charges against Donald Trump.

00:13:17.000 She cites significant issues around classified evidence that would need to be worked out before the federal criminal case goes to a jury, according to CNN.

00:13:23.000 So she has now canceled the May trial date.

00:13:25.000 She did not set a new date.

00:13:28.000 So that pushes it probably after the election of 2024.

00:13:31.000 So all the attempts to convict Donald Trump of something, if they're going to convict Donald Trump of something, it's going to have to be a January 6th charge.

00:13:39.000 And those January 6th charges are very hard to make stick.

00:13:42.000 They are very, very weak.

00:13:44.000 I'll get to more on this in just one moment.

00:13:46.000 First, let's get one thing out of the way.

00:13:48.000 Vegetables are bad.

00:13:49.000 I mean, they're good for you, but they taste bad.

00:13:51.000 So I make up for that by using Balance of Nature fruits and veggies.

00:13:54.000 Balance of Nature fruits and veggies is the most convenient way

00:13:56.000 to ensure you get your daily intake of fruits and veggies.

00:13:59.000 Balance of Nature uses an advanced cold vacuum process that encapsulates fruits and veggies

00:14:03.000 into whole food supplements without sacrificing those natural antioxidants.

00:14:06.000 The capsules are completely void of additives, fillers, extracts, synthetics, pesticides, or added sugar.

00:14:11.000 The only thing in Balance of Nature's fruit and veggie capsules are, you know, like the fruits

00:14:14.000 and the veggies.

00:14:15.000 You need nutrients to function at your best each and every day.

00:14:21.000 Also, they happen to be kosher, which means that I can actually just have them.

00:14:24.000 I can split open the capsules and put them in my protein smoothie just to make sure that I'm still ripped beyond belief.

00:14:32.000 Use promo code SHAPIRO to get 35% off your very first set of fruits and veggies, plus an additional $10 off every additional set you buy.

00:14:38.000 That's balanceofnature.com.

00:14:40.000 Promo code SHAPIRO.

00:14:40.000 Again, balanceofnature.com.

00:14:42.000 Promo code SHAPIRO.

00:14:43.000 Go check them out right now.

00:14:44.000 balanceofnature.com.

00:14:45.000 Promo code SHAPIRO.

00:14:47.000 So Donald Trump may get the last laugh in all of this.

00:14:50.000 Which is bad news for Joe Biden, because Joe Biden is in serious trouble.

00:14:53.000 Brookings Institute, which is a left-leaning think tank, they put out a piece just a couple of days ago saying,

00:14:58.000 quote, in 2020, Joe Biden beat incumbent Donald Trump by 4.5 percentage points in the national popular vote,

00:15:04.000 but by a much narrower margin in the electoral college.

00:15:06.000 Will history repeat itself?

00:15:07.000 As of this week, President Biden trails former President Trump by about one and a half percentage

00:15:12.000 points in the average of national polls, which puts him roughly six points behind where he was

00:15:16.000 on election day 2020.

00:15:18.000 A comparison between surveys indicates the distribution of the white vote has remained fairly

00:15:23.000 stable in the aggregate and between those

00:15:25.000 with and without college degrees.

00:15:26.000 But there are major shifts away from Joe Biden among Black, Hispanic, and Asian voters.

00:15:32.000 Surprisingly, Trump appears to have gained ground among college-educated Black and Hispanic voters more than with less educated members of those groups.

00:15:41.000 Which is a really wild stat.

00:15:43.000 So all the talk has been how Donald Trump is appealing to blue-collar black and Hispanic.

00:15:46.000 It turns out he's actually in larger ways appealing to college-educated black and Hispanic voters who maybe aren't being taken in by all the woke insanity.

00:15:56.000 Equally surprising, up to now Trump has increased his support more among women than men.

00:16:02.000 All of this is really bad news for Joe Biden.

00:16:05.000 Where is it coming from?

00:16:06.000 Well, it's coming from the fact that people are really concerned about inflation.

00:16:10.000 57% of Americans in a new Economist YouGov poll say that the number one economic factor they worry about most is the price of goods and services they buy.

00:16:20.000 When it comes to the swing states, Joe Biden's margin of change is dramatically worse.

00:16:26.000 He is down 2.4 points from where he was in 2020 in Wisconsin, 4 points in Michigan from where he was, 3.5 in Pennsylvania, 5.5 in Arizona, 7 in Nevada, 4 in Georgia, 4.1 in North Carolina.

00:16:42.000 So again, the president is losing serious ground in all of these areas.

00:16:47.000 The way he thinks he is going to make this up, of course, is through simple Mail-in voting and also, presumably, through catering to the far-left base.

00:16:57.000 That is a bad strategy.

00:16:58.000 Now, when it comes to the mail-in voting, one of the great benefits that Joe Biden had in 2020 is, of course, the changes in the rules for mail-in voting because of COVID.

00:17:07.000 The fact that, again, the voting base in 2020 increased by some 20 million voters over the 2016 election.

00:17:17.000 The total presidential vote in 2016 was 137.5 million.

00:17:19.000 In 2020 is 154.6 million.

00:17:19.000 was 137.5 million in 2020 is 154.6 million.

00:17:24.000 That is the largest increase between consecutive presidential elections.

00:17:28.000 In modern American history.

00:17:30.000 Is that going to repeat itself this time?

00:17:33.000 Probably not, which is why Joe Biden is now apparently engaging in some pretty shady dealings with regard to voter registration.

00:17:39.000 According to Fox News, the House Committee on Small Business is now subpoenaing the Small Business Administration on Tuesday over what it says is a lack of transparency on alleged efforts by the Biden administration to funnel resources to Michigan to register voters.

00:17:52.000 On Tuesday, the committee subpoenaed the Small Business Administration Chief of Staff, a guy named Arthur Plews, and his special advisor.

00:17:59.000 There are said to have been no-shows at scheduled transcribed interviews with the committee.

00:18:04.000 Apparently, there is a program being funded by the federal government, your taxpayer dollars, quote, diverting its resources away from assisting Main Street so it can register Democrat voters in Michigan.

00:18:14.000 In March, Biden's Small Business Administration announced a Memorandum of Understanding with the Michigan Department of State to quote, promote civic engagement and voter registration in Michigan.

00:18:25.000 In a press release, the SBA Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman said the partnership, quote, will help connect Michiganders to vital voter registration information from the state of Michigan so more small business owners can exercise the right to vote.

00:18:36.000 Okay, that is obviously, obviously a ridiculous con.

00:18:40.000 Funneling money to small business administration sources they can register Democratic voters obviously is a violation of the law.

00:18:47.000 But that's what Joe Biden is relegated to at this point because he is running so weak.

00:18:53.000 And again, the biggest weakness for Joe Biden is just the fact he ran as a moderate, he has governed as a far leftist, and he, for some odd reason, can't bring it back to reality.

00:19:02.000 He cannot bring it back to the center.

00:19:04.000 Maybe it's because Barack Obama was such a far left president that he feels the necessity to follow in those footsteps.

00:19:10.000 Maybe it's because all the people who surround him are radical left nut jobs or holdovers from the Obama administration.

00:19:15.000 Whatever it is, Joe Biden is totally incapable of dragging his party or his campaign back toward moderation in the middle.

00:19:24.000 So yesterday, Joe Biden gave a speech on antisemitism in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Yom Shoah, in Israel.

00:19:31.000 And he talked about antisemitism breaking out all over the world and the problems with antisemitism.

00:19:37.000 He started off by talking about how there has been a giant upsurge of antisemitism all across the world.

00:19:43.000 Here he was.

00:19:46.000 We've seen a ferocious surge of antisemitism in America and around the world.

00:19:52.000 Vicious propaganda.

00:19:54.000 On social media, Jews forced to keep their hide, their keepers under baseball hats, tuck their Jewish stars into their shirts.

00:20:07.000 On college campuses, Jewish students blocked, harassed, attacked while walking to class. 0.90

00:20:15.000 Anti-Semitism, anti-Semitic posters, slogans calling for the annihilation of Israel. 0.91

00:20:24.000 The world's only Jewish state.

00:20:27.000 Too many people denying, downplaying, rationalizing, ignoring the horrors of the Holocaust.

00:20:35.000 On October 7th, including Hamas's appalling use of sexual violence to torture and terrorize Jews.

00:20:44.000 It's absolutely despicable and it must stop.

00:20:49.000 Okay, well, he's saying that it must stop.

00:20:51.000 He is right that around the world there's a massive upsurge in anti-Semitism.

00:20:54.000 So why is Joe Biden having such a tough time actually siding against the protesters, for example, on the merits?

00:21:02.000 Why is he having such a tough time allowing Israel to finish off Hamas in the Gaza Strip?

00:21:07.000 What exactly is the difficulty here?

00:21:11.000 We'll get to more on this in just one moment.

00:22:11.000 slash Shapiro. So Joe Biden in the middle of the speech, he started talking about the horrors of

00:22:16.000 October 7th and how easy it was for people to forget them.

00:22:18.000 Here's what he had to say.

00:22:20.000 Here we are, not 75 years later, but just seven and a half months later,

00:22:29.000 and people are already forgetting, are already forgetting that Hamas unleashed this terror. 0.68

00:22:39.000 It was Hamas that brutalized Israelis. 0.82

00:22:43.000 It was Hamas who took and continues to hold hostages.

00:22:48.000 I have not forgotten, nor have you.

00:22:51.000 And we will not forget.

00:22:53.000 Okay, well, for a person who hasn't forgotten, it's pretty weird that he is attempting to now pressure Israel into leaving Hamas in power in Rafia.

00:23:03.000 This is the part that's super weird.

00:23:05.000 How can Joe Biden possibly justify what his administration is doing in Rafa, or Rafia, as it's called in Hebrew?

00:23:11.000 How can they possibly justify this?

00:23:14.000 If Hamas is left intact in Rafa, that means that Hamas will walk out, declare victory, and then be a governing party in the future in the very region where they created a massive terror hideaway. 0.80

00:23:27.000 What exactly, how does that benefit the United States?

00:23:29.000 How does that benefit Israel?

00:23:30.000 How does that benefit the Palestinians?

00:23:31.000 How does that benefit anybody?

00:23:33.000 But that's the game that Joe Biden is currently playing.

00:23:37.000 So Joe Biden is denouncing antisemitism.

00:23:39.000 He won't do it within his own party, obviously.

00:23:42.000 And he certainly won't do it with regard to actual policy.

00:23:45.000 He is currently, apparently, denying Israel access to targeting weaponry.

00:23:51.000 You know, the kind of weaponry that would actually minimize civilian casualties.

00:23:54.000 That's precisely the kind of ammo he's denying Israel.

00:23:59.000 Meanwhile, Israel has taken operational control of the Gazan side of the Rafah crossing with Egypt, which is designed to prevent the escape of members of Hamas.

00:24:09.000 The United States, however, is protesting.

00:24:12.000 White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Tuesday that Israel had told the Biden administration it would reopen the Kerem Shalom crossing on Wednesday and the Rafah crossing shortly after.

00:24:20.000 She said, we are insisting there should be no disruptions of humanitarian assistance flows.

00:24:24.000 The only reason there was any disruption in the first place is because all of these areas were shot at by Hamas. 0.91

00:24:30.000 By Hamas. 0.54

00:24:33.000 Meanwhile, Hamas is saying that the ball is in Israel's court.

00:24:36.000 At a news conference in the Lebanese capital on Tuesday, Hamas official Osama Hamdan said the group had made enough concessions in Qatari-Egyptian broker talks and warned there would be no ceasefire if Israel continued its incursion into Rafah.

00:24:47.000 Hamdan said, quote, the Hamas movement and the Palestinian resistance will not respond to any

00:24:51.000 initiative to stop the aggression or an exchange deal under military pressure and escalation of

00:24:55.000 aggression. Hamdan said that Hamas had shown flexibility.

00:25:00.000 The demands included an end to all hostilities, the return of everyone to the northern Gaza Strip,

00:25:06.000 including terrorists, the withdrawal of all Israeli troops from Gaza, billions of

00:25:11.000 dollars in reconstruction and relief, and hundreds, if not thousands, of Palestinian murderers

00:25:16.000 and terrorists let out of Israeli jails.

00:25:20.000 And then he said the ball's in Israel's court.

00:25:21.000 Now, what exactly is the rationale for that?

00:25:24.000 The answer is that the United States is pressuring Israel into accepting Hamas's continued existence. 0.78

00:25:32.000 This is insane.

00:25:33.000 National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby said yesterday, quote, A hostage release deal should be able to close the remaining gaps.

00:25:43.000 He said everybody is coming to the table.

00:25:44.000 That's not insignificant.

00:25:46.000 We believe that where we see the text right now, we see no reason why they can't overcome those remaining gaps.

00:25:51.000 Asked how Hamas's insistence that Israel end the war could be reconciled with Israel's determination to end Hamas, Kirby said, I don't want to get into talking about the specific parameters.

00:26:00.000 I think it's best to let the negotiators hammer out those existing gaps.

00:26:04.000 Okay, can we just explain where these existing gaps are?

00:26:07.000 Right now, Israel says, we would like all of our hostages released. 0.94

00:26:11.000 Hamas says, no.

00:26:12.000 So Israel says, how about 33 of the hostages?

00:26:14.000 Hamas says, how about 33 bodies? 0.97

00:26:17.000 Not joking, dead people.

00:26:19.000 How about that?

00:26:21.000 Israel says, how about a temporary ceasefire to allow everybody to breathe, get some humanitarian aid, but we're not going to end the war against you.

00:26:31.000 And the answer from Hamas is, what if we just say that the war is over and it is over? 0.77

00:26:36.000 How about that?

00:26:37.000 These are not small gaps.

00:26:39.000 The United States is now playing PR agency for an actual honest to God terror group.

00:26:45.000 That is what he is doing right now.

00:26:46.000 That is the effect of what he is doing.

00:26:49.000 And he's providing cover to actual anti-Semites over at the United Nations.

00:26:53.000 Which again, the United Nations is replete with nations that are radically anti-Semitic and anti-Israel.

00:26:59.000 Joe Biden is providing cover for those people at the same time that he's saying that he's fighting anti-Semitism.

00:27:03.000 We'll get to more on this in one moment.

00:27:05.000 First, do you owe back taxes or still have unfiled returns?

00:27:07.000 Not only is owing back taxes really, really stressful, but the IRS is now super determined to go after you.

00:27:13.000 The IRS's chief data and analytics officer revealed they are focused on an enforcement project with an average return on investment of about $6 for every $1 spent, which means they are targeting individuals and businesses They currently owe back taxes or haven't filed their returns first.

00:27:26.000 Tax Network USA is the nation's leading tax relief firm and they know the tax code, they will fight for you.

00:28:02.000 That's TNUSA.com slash Shapiro.

00:28:05.000 And this is the amazing part about this administration.

00:28:07.000 They say they condemn anti-Semitism at the same time that they are providing and flying cover for Hamas. 0.64

00:28:13.000 Meanwhile, on campus, they say things like, yes, we're fighting anti-Semitism on campus.

00:28:19.000 We think antisemitism is bad.

00:28:20.000 But the only harsh words that they've said about the viewpoint of any protester, they found a protester, one guy, apparently, at like the University of Missouri, like one dude, who they say, or is it Ole Miss?

00:28:36.000 They found one dude at Ole Miss, who they're accusing of being a racist, based on a second and a half of footage, in which a person seems to make Ape-like noises at a black woman, but it's not clear whether that's actually what's going on there.

00:28:53.000 Could be a Covington Catholic kind of thing.

00:28:55.000 Doesn't stop the White House.

00:28:56.000 The White House says, that's egregious.

00:28:59.000 That's where we got to draw the line.

00:29:00.000 And yet when it comes to tens of thousands of protesters chanting for the extermination of Israel every single day, the Biden administration is like, well, they do have passionate perspectives, many passionate perspectives.

00:29:12.000 So the head of the education department Cardona.

00:29:18.000 Miguel Cardona.

00:29:20.000 Yesterday he testified in front of Congress, and he said two consecutive things.

00:29:24.000 One, he said Title VI forbids anti-Semitism on campus.

00:29:28.000 Okay, so as we've discussed, Title VI provides serious free speech issues.

00:29:31.000 It's a real problem, Title VI.

00:29:32.000 But, Title VI says that colleges that receive federal funding cannot allow discriminatory environments on the basis of ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, and the like.

00:29:43.000 That's what Title VI is designed to do, and that includes anti-Semitism.

00:29:46.000 Here's Cardona admitting as much.

00:29:49.000 The Biden-Harris administration, including the Department of Education, is taking action each and every day to help ensure that schools and colleges are free from discrimination and safe for Jewish students and all students, and will continue to do so.

00:30:07.000 Make no mistake, antisemitism is discrimination and is prohibited by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

00:30:14.000 Dissent is essential to democracy, but dissent must never lead to disorder or to denying the right of others so students can finish their semester and their college education.

00:30:27.000 Okay, and then he immediately backed that up with, he was asked about campus encampments.

00:30:34.000 I condemn behaviors that are unsafe and I leave it to the university leaders and their board of governors to address how they handle encampments or other issues that are happening on campus.

00:30:51.000 What I will say, but if I can finish please, what I will say is I appreciate that, and that's an important message.

00:30:59.000 But the encampments themselves, when they violate university policies and the law, do you condemn them?

00:31:05.000 That's creating a harassment. 0.96

00:31:06.000 I appreciate that and that's an important message.

00:31:08.000 But the encampments themselves, when they violate university policies and the law, do

00:31:12.000 you condemn them?

00:31:13.000 The university has a responsibility to follow, to uphold their rules on campus and...

00:31:19.000 So can you tell me right now, yes or no, have you condemned these encampments?

00:31:22.000 Again, those are decisions for the universities to make.

00:31:26.000 I know that in some cases, universities are engaging in dialogue with students to come up with a strategy out.

00:31:33.000 So that's a no.

00:31:34.000 He won't condemn those encampments.

00:31:36.000 And he will back administrators who continue to cave to them.

00:31:39.000 Why?

00:31:40.000 Because Joe Biden is happy to mouth platitudes about anti-Semitism when it comes to fighting the actual Nazis of today, the members of Hamas and their allies. 0.66

00:31:49.000 Then all of a sudden, they're kind of sketch on it.

00:31:51.000 You know, they got some concerns.

00:31:55.000 That's when they start to get a little squirrely.

00:31:57.000 Meanwhile, the administrators at all these college campuses continue to cave.

00:32:00.000 UCLA has now canceled all in-person classes on Monday after protests continued on the campus for a second week.

00:32:06.000 All classes will now be held remotely through the end of the week. 0.96

00:32:10.000 Just pathetic. 0.99

00:32:11.000 Just absolutely pathetic. 1.00

00:32:12.000 That is a state-run university. 0.99

00:32:13.000 It is a violation of the law. 1.00

00:32:16.000 And these morons continue to cater to them. 1.00

00:32:18.000 Why? 1.00

00:32:19.000 Because again, Joe Biden believes that he has to cater to the most radical people in order to win reelection.

00:32:24.000 That is precisely, by the way, how he's going to lose reelection. 0.98

00:32:27.000 It is truly amazing to me that people believe that the reason that Donald Trump won in 2016 is simply because they're a bunch of benighted fools in the hinterlands who are economically dispossessed. 0.99

00:32:38.000 That is wrong. 0.96

00:32:39.000 The reason that Donald Trump won in 2016 is because there is an elite group of people at the top of nearly all of America's major institutions who hate traditional American values, truly despise them, think they're bad.

00:32:50.000 We're watching it in practice right now.

00:32:52.000 You want Trump to win?

00:32:54.000 Keep backing those people.

00:32:55.000 Keep hollowing out America's institutions and wearing their faces around like Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs.

00:33:02.000 We'll get to more of that in just one second.

00:33:04.000 First, a very special message from our friend Adam Carolla.

00:33:19.000 Mr. Bircham is decades in the making and now it's showtime.

00:33:23.000 Check out the Mr. Bircham trailer and see what the fuss is all about.

00:33:28.000 I found some really great school uniform options to avoid misgendering.

00:33:32.000 What about their allergies?

00:33:34.000 Maybe those they's could be lactose intolerant. 1.00

00:33:37.000 No, we can't say intolerance.

00:33:38.000 We have a zero tolerance policy for mentioning intolerance.

00:33:42.000 When I was a kid, men were men.

00:33:44.000 Now everyone's wrapped up in feelings.

00:33:47.000 Real men stuff feelings down with red meat, cigarettes, and violence. 0.99

00:33:51.000 My name is Mr. Wolf.

00:33:52.000 I solve problems.

00:33:53.000 You know what it takes? 0.65

00:33:54.000 Balls! 1.00

00:33:55.000 Eyeballs! 0.98

00:33:56.000 Who's gonna say that?

00:33:57.000 We're too young. 0.98

00:33:58.000 Well, actually I was gonna say you're too fat. 0.99

00:34:04.000 You and the geriatric Girl Scouts will be passed out in an hour! 1.00

00:34:09.000 Pass mommy the wine. 1.00

00:34:11.000 Remember Mr. Bircham's series premiere this Sunday, 9 o'clock, 8 central.

00:34:15.000 Mr. Bircham.

00:34:16.000 Bircham.

00:34:17.000 Let the record show I'm a dick. 0.97

00:34:19.000 Mr. Bircham, an all new animated series from Daily Wire Plus. 0.96

00:34:23.000 Premieres May 12th.

00:34:25.000 Remember Mr. Bircham's series premiere this Sunday, 9 o'clock, 8 central.

00:34:31.000 Stream it free only on Daily Wire Plus.

00:34:34.000 Now speaking of institutions that have been completely hollowed out and destroyed,

00:34:40.000 the Boy Scouts have now decided they're going to rename themselves to be more inclusive.

00:34:44.000 And this is just the final step in the hollowing out of the Boy Scouts as an organization, which is truly, really sad because the Boy Scouts used to be, again, one of those social institutions outside of government.

00:34:54.000 One of those social fabric building institutions that allowed people to know their neighbors, make friends, develop actual values.

00:35:00.000 The values of the Boy Scouts were good religious values.

00:35:04.000 The founder of the Boy Scouts was a religious Christian.

00:35:06.000 And one of the actual things that Boy Scouts had to abide by was duty to God.

00:35:11.000 That was actually in the original kind of oath that you would take as a Boy Scout.

00:35:15.000 Well, over time they've gotten rid of a lot of that, they've secularized it, they've gotten rid of all of the original values, and now they're getting rid of the name Boy Scouts, because after all, they wouldn't want to feel non-inclusive for girls who think they're boys and stuff like that.

00:35:31.000 By the way, if you're the kind of person who thinks Boy Scouts is non-inclusive, may I recommend that you get your head examined?

00:35:36.000 Like, what's wrong with you?

00:35:38.000 Why can't there just be a group where boys can get together and learn how to, like, build a campfire or something? 0.97

00:35:43.000 The hell's wrong with you people?

00:35:45.000 You want to know why so much of red state America is getting redder? 1.00

00:35:48.000 It's because of crap like this. 0.99

00:35:50.000 As a famous person once said, Boy Scouts is for boys. 1.00

00:35:53.000 It's in the name Boy Scouts.

00:35:55.000 In any case, here's Roger Crone, the CEO of the Boy Scouts of America.

00:35:59.000 They're renaming themselves.

00:36:01.000 God sends this really strong message to everyone in America that they can come to this program, they can bring their authentic self, they can be who they are, and they will be welcomed here.

00:36:16.000 The argument that I make with the people that say, well, I always like Boy Scouts of America or BSA, why do we have to change?

00:36:23.000 You know, membership is at historic lows, right?

00:36:28.000 Part of my job is to reduce all the barriers I possibly can for people to accept us as an organization and to join.

00:36:37.000 Okay, this is exactly what's wrong with institutional America.

00:36:40.000 That last line right there is the problem.

00:36:43.000 This is true for churches, it's true for the Boy Scouts, it's true for synagogues, it's true for everyone.

00:36:47.000 Every traditionalist institution, when they say our job is to lower the barriers of entry so you can enter, so everyone can bring their authentic selves, you want to know why no one wants to join your organization?

00:36:56.000 It's because of that.

00:36:57.000 The reason people join institutions and organizations is to be shaped by those organizations and institutions.

00:37:04.000 The reason you become a Boy Scout is to cultivate the skill set necessary to become an Eagle Scout.

00:37:10.000 To become better at things.

00:37:11.000 That is literally the reason.

00:37:13.000 Not because the Boy Scouts are seeking your authentic self, but because you are supposed to conform to certain roles.

00:37:19.000 You are supposed to learn things from people who know things.

00:37:23.000 Because the set of values that is promulgated by the institution is supposed to be taken in and integrated into your life.

00:37:29.000 This is also true for churches. 0.99

00:37:30.000 You hear this from churches all the damn time. 0.99

00:37:32.000 Failing churches, I should say. 1.00

00:37:34.000 You hear it from pastors and priests.

00:37:36.000 People who will say things like, You know, the reason I put this gay pride flag on the outside of my church is because I want to say that you should come as your authentic self because we welcome everyone.

00:37:44.000 We want to get rid of the barriers to entry.

00:37:45.000 So I have a question.

00:37:47.000 If a gay couple has the choice between going to a really nice restaurant with some nice guitar music, with a gay pride flag out front, or to your church on a Sunday morning, which one do you think they're going to do? 0.90

00:38:00.000 Which one?

00:38:02.000 The reason people engage with institutions is because the institutions have value to them.

00:38:06.000 And that means that their values cannot shift and change in order to get more butts in the pews or more seats around the campfire.

00:38:16.000 The reason the Boy Scouts has been withering away over the course of the last several decades has nothing to do with the Boy Scouts' conservatism.

00:38:23.000 It has everything to do with the fact that the Boy Scouts have been destroyed by progressivism.

00:38:27.000 It has to do with the fact that courts decided that Boy Scouts couldn't even have standards for their own Scoutmasters.

00:38:33.000 It's because the Boy Scouts decided there could be girls in the Boy Scouts.

00:38:38.000 If you want a successful institution, you gotta stick to your guns, and you gotta hold to those guns no matter what.

00:38:43.000 But again, the middle management of American life has decided that it's very important to cater to the new tolerant and diverse worldview of the United States.

00:38:51.000 Which, by the way, does not give a... You think a bunch of lib kids are gonna start coming to Scouts of America or whatever the hell they're calling themselves now?

00:38:58.000 You think all of a sudden this place is gonna be filled by San Francisco trans kids? 0.95

00:39:03.000 That's not the next step here.

00:39:04.000 The next step is that the organization just doesn't exist. 0.90

00:39:08.000 Just another pathetic attempt to empty out traditional historic American institutions. 0.92

00:39:13.000 That's what that is. 0.98

00:39:14.000 And then you wonder why there's a backlash in the form of things like Trump?

00:39:17.000 Because when people feel so panicked about institutions being destroyed, they go to the great destroyer himself, who threatens to just break every piece of China in the China shop. 0.85

00:39:28.000 That's how you end up with all of this stuff.

00:39:31.000 By the way, the great purveyors of diversity, equity, inclusion, very often it is they who are the most racist, of course, because wokeness itself is racist.

00:39:38.000 Wokeness itself is the argument that race ought to be predominant over the individual.

00:39:43.000 And so many of its purveyors happen to think in incredibly racist ways.

00:39:48.000 That famous meme from comedian Ryan Long of the woke and the racist guy sharing spaces and ideas.

00:39:56.000 That's true.

00:39:56.000 So here is Cathy Hogle, a devotee of the woke cult, explaining that the big problem for black people in America is they don't know the word computer.

00:40:05.000 Don't worry, she's not a racist. 0.94

00:40:06.000 She's just saying something super kind of racist. 0.96

00:40:09.000 Young black kids growing up in the Bronx who don't even know what the word computer is. 0.93

00:40:15.000 They don't know. 0.95

00:40:15.000 They don't know these things. 0.95

00:40:17.000 And I want the world to open up to all of them.

00:40:19.000 Because when you have their diverse voices innovating solutions through technology, then you're really addressing society's broader challenges.

00:40:29.000 I'm pretty sure that black kids know what a computer is. 0.81

00:40:33.000 Because we're not living in 1972. 0.89

00:40:34.000 I'm pretty sure.

00:40:38.000 But again, I guess if you're woke, you get away with this kind of stuff. 0.98

00:40:40.000 If you're a Republican, you say that black kids don't know the word computer. 0.91

00:40:44.000 I have a feeling like that would be a problem for Republicans. 0.99

00:40:46.000 I just, I don't know, call me crazy.

00:40:47.000 I think that'd be a problem.

00:40:49.000 Meanwhile, Joe Biden continues to be unpopular also because he is absolutely weak on foreign policy.

00:40:54.000 So, a US soldier has now been detained in Russia.

00:40:59.000 That US soldier is being accused of theft.

00:41:04.000 This is what officials are saying.

00:41:06.000 According to NBC News, the soldier is Staff Sergeant Gordon Black.

00:41:09.000 He'd been stationed in South Korea and traveled to Russia on his own, not on official business, according to four U.S.

00:41:14.000 officials.

00:41:14.000 By the way, bad move.

00:41:15.000 Always bad move.

00:41:16.000 Whether you are a U.S.

00:41:17.000 soldier or whether you are Brittany Griner, going to Russia, not generally a wise move.

00:41:21.000 He had finished his deployment.

00:41:22.000 He was heading back to the United States when he made a side trip to Vladivostok, Russia, to visit a woman with whom he was romantically involved, according to officials.

00:41:31.000 Apparently, he traveled there without permission from his superiors.

00:41:34.000 The soldier is accused of stealing from a woman, the official said, and they just arrested him.

00:41:39.000 He has been apprehended on charges of criminal misconduct.

00:41:42.000 The army notified his family, and the U.S.

00:41:44.000 Department of State is providing consular support to this soldier.

00:41:50.000 So, totally unclear what exactly the crime was.

00:41:53.000 This could just be Russia seizing yet another American citizen to hold hostage, because as it turns out, This administration is very fond of groups that hold people hostage.

00:42:03.000 They're perfectly willing to provide cover for those people, whether it's Hamas holding Americans hostage or Russia holding Americans hostage.

00:42:10.000 Here's Corrine Jean-Pierre suggesting that American citizens who are currently in Russia

00:42:13.000 should leave.

00:42:14.000 Yeah, you think?

00:42:16.000 We take seriously our commitment to assist USAID.

00:42:19.000 citizens abroad and provide all appropriate assistance.

00:42:22.000 We iterate, and this is kind of to your question, we iterate our strong warnings about danger posed to U.S.

00:42:28.000 citizens in Russia.

00:42:30.000 We have been very clear about this.

00:42:31.000 The State Department has been very clear about this.

00:42:33.000 And we will continue to say U.S.

00:42:34.000 citizens residing or traveling in Russia should depart immediately.

00:42:39.000 As stated in our travel advisory for Russia and U.S.

00:42:42.000 citizens should not travel to Russia at this time, period.

00:42:46.000 And we're going to continue to be very, very clear about that.

00:42:50.000 So, um, yeah, because you have not stood up to Russia in really any significant way.

00:42:55.000 You slow walked all the aid to Ukraine.

00:42:57.000 You've allowed Russia to continue to flex its muscles in the Middle East.

00:43:01.000 Vladimir Putin, by the way, just enshrined himself for another six years in the leadership of Russia.

00:43:06.000 Attending that ceremony was Steven Seagal.

00:43:08.000 I kid you not.

00:43:09.000 That is our world now.

00:43:11.000 Steven Seagal, ushering in the new era of Putinism.

00:43:16.000 Well, at least our media are focused on the real issues. 1.00

00:43:18.000 Joy Reid, who in her own skull is the repository of at least 27% of all human stupidity. 1.00

00:43:27.000 She had some words about Vladimir Putin and his habit of taking hostages. 1.00

00:43:30.000 She was particularly upset that Vladimir Putin had grabbed Britney Greiner for bringing marijuana seed oil or something into Russia. 0.79

00:43:39.000 She says that Putin grabbed a black queer woman in order to cause trauma, particular trauma in America.

00:43:44.000 I didn't realize that that, like, I feel like seizing the journalist from the Wall Street Journal is a little more traumatic than seizing the WNBA player, but apparently Joy Reid feels differently.

00:43:54.000 It's to me sort of shocking to think about spending nearly a year far from home wondering if you'll ever get out because she was sentenced to nine years, nine and a half years incarceration for what in this country would amount to nothing and for something that wasn't even deliberate.

00:44:12.000 I think the Putin regime understood that they had not just a black celebrity, a black queer celebrity, somebody who could be used internally as a pawn, somebody who they could sort of internally mock and hold hostage from the United States, knowing the trauma that it would cause back home. 0.63

00:44:33.000 Mmm. 0.92

00:44:34.000 Yes.

00:44:35.000 Joy Reid.

00:44:36.000 She is so wise.

00:44:37.000 We'll get to more on this in just one moment.

00:45:41.000 Okay, meanwhile, the Republicans, you know, all they really have to do is stay out of their own way, which means that Donald Trump certainly should stay away from Kristi Noem, the governor of South Dakota.

00:45:51.000 So, I don't... First rule of holes, man.

00:45:53.000 Stop digging.

00:45:54.000 So, Kristi Noem...

00:45:56.000 was on Fox News yesterday and she got mad at Stuart Varney, notorious lib Stuart Varney,

00:46:03.000 for asking her about her weird story about how she shot a dog at a gravel pit or something and

00:46:10.000 she got mad. Do you still think that you are in line to be Trump's vice president? It's up to

00:46:15.000 He's the only person who will decide this.

00:46:18.000 He's the only person who will decide.

00:46:19.000 And yes, I do speak to him.

00:46:21.000 May I ask what he said to you about being vice president?

00:46:23.000 No, I never tell anybody my personal conversations with President Trump.

00:46:26.000 Did the dog story come up in your conversation with Trump?

00:46:27.000 I talk to President Trump all the time.

00:46:29.000 About the dog?

00:46:29.000 About a lot of things.

00:46:30.000 And right now, I tell you what, he is being persecuted in a political hunt, witch hunt, in this court case.

00:46:37.000 So I'm proud of him about how tough he is and how well he is doing.

00:46:41.000 Did you bring up the dog?

00:46:41.000 Yes.

00:46:42.000 Enough, Stuart. 0.93

00:46:44.000 This interview is ridiculous, what you are doing right now. 0.94

00:46:46.000 So you need to stop. 0.98

00:46:48.000 It is.

00:46:48.000 Okay.

00:46:49.000 It is.

00:46:49.000 Let's talk about some real topics that Americans care about.

00:46:52.000 I'm afraid we're out of time.

00:46:53.000 Oh, well of course we are.

00:46:55.000 Mmm.

00:46:56.000 Well, first rule of shooting a dog, don't talk about it in your book.

00:46:59.000 Second rule of shooting a dog, don't then go on a national media tour after you write about it in your book.

00:47:05.000 Let's say, yeah, she's not going to be Donald Trump's vice presidential.

00:47:08.000 By the way, Trump is running a significantly more disciplined campaign than he did in 2020. 0.96

00:47:12.000 Just as an example, Trump is trying to quell this idiotic attempt by Marjorie Taylor Greene and the clown squad in Congress to overthrow the current Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson. 0.93

00:47:24.000 According to Politico, he's going further than just public statements supporting Speaker Mike Johnson. 0.94

00:47:28.000 He's trying to mediate between Johnson and Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.

00:47:33.000 Trump and the Georgia firebrand who speak often had a lengthy phone call over the weekend, according to three Republicans familiar with the matter.

00:47:39.000 Trump's message to her, stand down from the so-called motion to vacate. 1.00

00:47:43.000 Representative Ryan Zinke of Montana, he said, I have it under very good sources that President Trump engaged.

00:47:48.000 I'm hoping that perhaps one would come to the conclusion you made your point.

00:47:51.000 Don't be kamikaze. 0.87

00:47:52.000 If you go for this, you're going to get beaten down.

00:47:54.000 He made that point.

00:47:54.000 I'm hoping that's the outcome.

00:47:55.000 He told her not to do it.
