00:00:37.000We should stop it right now and reverse it.
00:00:39.000Which brings us to an insane judicial decision over the weekend again.
00:00:42.000It is just local judges who are now deciding for the entire nation that you can't deport people who hate the country.
00:00:49.000According to Politico, a federal judge on Friday declared the Trump administration's efforts to deport non citizens for political speech run counter to the Constitution's First and Fifth Amendments, the latest legal rebuke of the White House's expansive immigration agenda.
00:01:01.000Northern District California Judge Noel Wise, an appointee of, wait for it, Joe Biden.
00:01:06.000Sided with the Stanford Daily, which sued Marco Rubio, arguing his use of the INA, that's the Immigration and Nationality Act, to deport non citizen students, had foreign students refraining from writing opinion pieces critical of the administration.
00:01:17.000Now, the reality is that the law allows the State Department enormous discretion under the INA, Section 237A4C1.
00:01:27.000It allows the State Department to deport any alien, quote, whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable grounds to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.
00:01:39.000And that law includes protection for aliens whose beliefs, statements, and associations would be lawful within the United States, but gives the Secretary of State power to override these protections as long as he notifies the chairs of the House and Senate committees on the judiciary and foreign relations.
00:01:54.000So, yes, of course we should be deporting people.
00:01:56.000First of all, these people never should have been imported.
00:01:58.000What the hell was Mahmoud Khalil doing in the United States?
00:02:00.000We desperately needed foreign exchange students to come and lead radical protest movements, shutting down American campuses on behalf of terrorist organizations.
00:02:07.000That was the thing we needed here in the United States.
00:02:08.000I feel like we have enough problems about importing those ones.
00:02:11.000Meanwhile, Ron DeSantis has come out in Florida and correctly named the Council on American Islamic Relations a foreign terrorist organization.
00:02:19.000He said, We designated CARE, named an unindicted co conspirator in the largest terror financing trial in history as a foreign terrorist organization.
00:02:34.000There's also an initiative from the Trump administration to target many of these nonprofits.
00:02:40.000The IRS is going to issue fines or even strip the tax exempt status.
00:02:44.000Of charities allegedly tied to political violence, protests, or radical ideologies.
00:02:47.000So that would include, for example, CARE as well as the Soros Network.
00:02:52.000Meanwhile, the DHS is not, by the way, if you think the DHS is not being even handed, I present to you the case of Milo Yiannopoulos.
00:02:59.000So, Milo Yiannopoulos, for those who don't know, is a derelict human being, just a complete scuzz bucket, truly a horrible person who has spent the last decade or so traipsing around the United States, essentially being a racial and sexual provocateur, saying silly things.
00:03:20.000Well, he was deported over the weekend.
00:03:22.000And I will say that his mugshot is not nearly as flattering as President Trump's mugshot.
00:03:28.000Homeland Security put out a statement on August 27th.
00:03:31.000ICE arrested Milo Yiannopoulos, an illegal alien from the United Kingdom.
00:03:35.000At the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in Kenner, Louisiana, Yiannopoulos legally entered the country May 14th, 2019, through New York City.
00:03:44.000He chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws.
00:03:47.000Yiannopoulos was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge July 22nd after failing to show up for his immigration hearing.
00:03:53.000They'll remain in Ice Custody pending removal.
00:05:07.000The astronomically inadequate explanations given, in my view, for the actions before, at, and after Charlie's death and the behavior afterwards from both the federal government and Turning Point executives.
00:05:49.000Back in 2015, when he was significantly more of a thing, he got himself in trouble by suggesting that pedophilia and pederasty were capable of consent.
00:05:58.000Here he was on Joe Rogan back in 2015.
00:06:35.000You've never seen a 15 year old girl at any point in your life, however old you were, you've never seen a 15 year old girl you thought was hard.
00:07:04.000When I was 14, trust me, I was the predator.
00:07:08.000Just a couple of months later, he was advocating full scale for pederasty involving 13 year olds and older men.
00:07:16.000This is the thing that originally got him sort of booted out of the right movement, although it shouldn't have taken that, obviously.
00:07:22.000This arbitrary and oppressive idea of consent, which totally destroys the understanding that many of us have of the complexities and subtleties and complicated nature of many relationships.
00:07:35.000People are messy and complex, and actually, in a homosexual world, particularly, some of those relationships between Youthful boys and older men, the sort of coming of age relationships, the relationships in which those older men help those young boys to discover who they are and give them security and safety and provide them with love and a reliable sort of a rock where they can't speak to their parents.
00:07:56.000Some of those relationships are the most.
00:07:58.000It sounds like priest molestation to me.
00:08:12.000He's grateful for being molested, apparently.
00:08:14.000There is apparently a growing trend called sleep divorce.
00:08:16.000This is when a married couple sleeps in separate rooms because one person snores or steals the covers or tosses and turns or sets the thermostat to a temperature normally associated with food preservation.
00:08:26.000Well, before you serve your spouse with papers over blanket theft, you might be better off just getting a better mattress.
00:08:31.000This is one reason my wife and I sleep on that Helix mattress.
00:08:35.000Okay, so my wife and I disagree on temperature.
00:08:42.000So that means I'm not absorbing heat in the same way I normally would.
00:08:45.000So that makes the compromise a lot easier.
00:08:47.000Helix knows no two people sleep exactly alike.
00:08:49.000Their quick sleep quiz considers how you sleep and matches you with one of more than 20 mattress models designed for different comfort and support needs.
00:08:55.000There's a reason Helix is the most awarded mattress brand recognized by experts, including Forbes and Wired.
00:09:36.000He's importing people from foreign countries to do the jobs Americans are perfectly willing to do.
00:09:40.000I mean, aside from selling Indian made nicotine.
00:09:43.000Here was Milo Yiannopoulos on Tucker Carlson talking about the semen demon.
00:09:52.000I'm like, yeah, I'll have a genitalic girl.
00:09:54.000And then, you know, like a basketball player, well, not basketball players, all gay nerds, but like a football player would sit next to me.
00:10:01.000There were times I had to like go to the bathroom and like, you know, yeah, because I had to get rid of it because it was taking hold of my mind.
00:11:05.000If he was, that'd make him sad because I think that Milo would probably enjoy prison.
00:11:08.000In any case, here was Dana Bash with Tom Homan.
00:11:14.000Homeland Security said he was arrested Thursday.
00:11:16.000We understand he was deported the next day.
00:11:19.000That seems like a pretty quick turnaround.
00:11:21.000Was he given preferential treatment to leave instead of remaining in an ICE detention facility longer?
00:11:28.000No, we've been working steadily the last few months on getting people out quicker.
00:11:34.000That way, it saves the taxpayers money in detention space.
00:11:37.000The quicker we, once a judge orders them out, rather than being in detention waiting for travel documents and flight arrangements, we know ICE, along with the CBP and the Department of Homeland Security, is working really good on the efficiencies of the removal process.
