The Ben Shapiro Show - The Fight is Just Beginning | Ep. 1133

00:00:00.000 The media called the 2020 election for Joe Biden as Democrats celebrate across the nation.

00:00:04.000 Biden calls for unity as Democrats call for revenge.

00:00:07.000 And the Senate comes down to Georgia.

00:00:08.000 I'm Ben Shapiro.

00:00:09.000 This is the Ben Shapiro Show.

00:00:11.000 Today's show is sponsored by ExpressVPN.

00:00:18.000 Protect your data from prying eyes at expressvpn.com.

00:00:22.000 We'll get to all the news of the day in just one moment.

00:00:25.000 First, you may have noticed that chaos still abounds.

00:00:28.000 We have no idea who actually is going to be in charge of the Senate.

00:00:31.000 In fact, there's still a legal process playing out to see who's going to be president of the United States.

00:00:35.000 But you know what?

00:00:36.000 You should be planning for the future because uncertainty breeds instability in the markets.

00:00:40.000 And this means you should be diversified at least a little bit.

00:00:43.000 If you have not diversified a portion of your savings into gold or silver, you are missing out on the greatest hedge against uncertainty and the weakening value of the dollar.

00:00:50.000 Diversify the way I do with Birch Gold Group.

00:00:52.000 Birch Gold is the company I trust to help you legally convert an eligible IRA or 401k into a precious metals IRA, or you can just buy gold or silver to lock in your personal safe.

00:01:00.000 Text BEN to 474747, get a free information kit on diversifying into gold, and then call Birch Gold.

00:01:06.000 These guys are awesome.

00:01:07.000 I've been working with them for years.

00:01:08.000 That's the reason I've been endorsing them for the past four years.

00:01:11.000 They have an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

00:01:12.000 Countless five-star reviews.

00:01:15.000 Text BEN to 474747.

00:01:16.000 When open at Precious Metals IRA, secure your savings today.

00:01:19.000 Again, text BEN to 474747 to get started with them.

00:01:23.000 It's worthwhile diversifying.

00:01:24.000 Remember, 2020 is not yet over, and this has been one hell of a year.

00:01:27.000 And then there's another one after that, and one after that, too.

00:01:29.000 Diversify into Precious Metals by texting BEN to 474747.

00:01:31.000 Alrighty, so.

00:01:35.000 Over the weekend, the media networks projected that Joe Biden would win.

00:01:39.000 So CNN, of course, was celebratory about this.

00:01:41.000 MSNBC was celebratory about this.

00:01:42.000 Fox News was actually pretty early on the call of the election, suggesting that Joe Biden has won this thing.

00:01:47.000 Now, technically speaking, media projections don't mean anything.

00:01:51.000 Like, literally, they mean nothing.

00:01:52.000 It does not say in the Constitution of the United States that when CNN and MSNBC In Fox News, I'll declare that somebody has been projected to win an election, that that election is now over.

00:02:00.000 That is not the way the legal process works.

00:02:02.000 And the person challenging the outcome of the election has every legal right, and indeed, if they suspect serious fraud, a legal duty to go ahead and investigate all of those allegations.

00:02:12.000 And as I've been saying all week, as maybe the most consistent member of the media, the election is not over until all the votes are counted and all of the legal processes have played themselves out.

00:02:20.000 When I said this on Tuesday, I got ripped by some people.

00:02:22.000 When I said it on Friday, I got ripped by precisely the opposite people.

00:02:24.000 But here is the reality.

00:02:25.000 That is always the case.

00:02:27.000 It is always the case that the election is not over until it's over.

00:02:30.000 And right now it is still not over because there are legal processes in place.

00:02:34.000 The Trump campaign is going to have to show voter fraud, enough voter fraud that would call into Consideration, the outcome of the election.

00:02:42.000 So it's not just enough to allege that there is one voter fraud case in Philadelphia in order to invalidate the entire Pennsylvania election where President Trump is trailing by something on the order of 35 to 40,000 votes.

00:02:52.000 It is not enough for President Trump to claim that there is some sort of of miasmatic, gigantic voter fraud that is happening across the country without providing proof of the extent of that fraud.

00:03:01.000 He's going to have to prove it in court.

00:03:02.000 And if he does, the outcome of the election changes.

00:03:04.000 And if he doesn't, it doesn't.

00:03:06.000 That is all that is happening here, but the notion that the media gets to call this thing, and then everybody goes home, and you are bad if you refuse to say that it's over.

00:03:13.000 You've done something deeply wrong if you refuse to say that it's over.

00:03:16.000 I'm not going to hear that crap from the same media who suggested for four long years that Hillary Clinton was the legit president of the United States, for two long years that Stacey Abrams is the legit governor of Georgia. 0.57

00:03:25.000 That is not the way any of this works. 0.98

00:03:27.000 I'm amazed to watch the members of our esteemed media suggest that if you are a senator like Ted Cruz, and if you refuse to say that Joe Biden is the president-elect of the United States at this point, that is because you are bad.

00:03:38.000 Chris Wallace suggested over the weekend that Ted Cruz, for not saying president-elect Biden, was like a Japanese soldier holding out after World War II.

00:03:46.000 No, not exactly.

00:03:47.000 There's an entire legal process.

00:03:49.000 The inauguration doesn't happen until January 20th.

00:03:51.000 The final certification of the electors does not happen until December.

00:03:54.000 So guess what?

00:03:55.000 Actually, nobody has a responsibility to call Biden president-elect, because technically speaking, fact check here, guys, he's not president-elect yet.

00:04:02.000 Okay, that's not the way any of this works.

00:04:04.000 Anyway, here is CNN projecting the Biden win, and you can see they can barely veil their absolute glee that they believe that Joe Biden has been elected president of the United States.

00:04:15.000 CNN projects Joseph R. Biden Jr.

00:04:18.000 is elected the 46th president of the United States, winning the White House and denying President Trump a second term.

00:04:26.000 We're able to make this projection because CNN projects Biden wins Pennsylvania, the former vice president.

00:04:33.000 It is third run for the highest office, pulling off a rare defeat of a sitting commander-in-chief.

00:04:40.000 With this victory, Kamala Harris is set to become the first woman and the first person of color to be the vice president.

00:04:49.000 Okay, fact check there.

00:04:49.000 She's not the first person of color ever to be vice president, even if she is elected.

00:04:53.000 Actually, the vice president under Herbert Hoover was a Native American.

00:04:55.000 But in any case, in any case, you can see that the media are just gleeful.

00:04:58.000 They are so excited about all of this.

00:05:01.000 Not quite so fast, guys.

00:05:02.000 Number one, still got a legal process to get through.

00:05:05.000 Number two, as we're going to find out, it turns out that your entire media narrative, which is that Donald Trump is the root of all evil, and that as soon as Donald Trump is out of office, Joe Biden has fulfilled his mandate.

00:05:15.000 The skies will part.

00:05:17.000 Rays of sunshine will shine down on the United...

00:05:21.000 Get ready, gang.

00:05:22.000 And not quite so fast.

00:05:24.000 The fight is only beginning.

00:05:25.000 It is only beginning.

00:05:27.000 And I know that we're all supposed to be just gleeful that President Trump is out.

00:05:30.000 But here's the thing. 0.99

00:05:31.000 Joe Biden, even if he's elected, is going to be a crappy president. 0.97

00:05:34.000 Also, Joe Biden is going to be saddled, in all likelihood, with the Republican Senate. 0.89

00:05:37.000 Also, Joe Biden is going to be saddled on his left by a resurgent progressive left that nearly lost the Democrats the House in a year they were supposed to pick up 10 to 12 seats in the House of Representatives.

00:05:48.000 So all of your celebration, I mean, and if you pan that camera around, if you turn the camera around, it's just a bunch of CNN anchors and staffers Jeffrey Toobening over behind their laptops, right?

00:05:58.000 As Wolf Blitzer announces it, they're just Toobening over there. 1.00

00:06:01.000 And journalism getting everywhere.

00:06:03.000 Okay, the fact is that this fight is only beginning.

00:06:06.000 So all the glee that you're seeing, I know a lot of conservatives today are depressed and upset that the media called this thing.

00:06:11.000 A lot of conservatives are upset because they think that the future of the country is basically now trash.

00:06:17.000 Okay, that is not correct.

00:06:19.000 Okay, you know what Democrats won, even if they won, which again, the process is not over. 0.98

00:06:23.000 Even if Democrats won the presidency of the United States, they did so with a geriatric, old, useless person. 0.91

00:06:29.000 Who is not capable of actually running an administration that will be in any way successful for progressive values. 0.84

00:06:39.000 This election, except for the top of the ticket, where again, there's still uncertainty, except for the top of the ticket, this is a widespread victory for conservatives.

00:06:46.000 Except for the top of the ticket.

00:06:48.000 It was a widespread victory and a widespread rejection of progressive values.

00:06:51.000 And the left's going to try and push anyway.

00:06:53.000 We're going to get to all of that in just one second.

00:06:55.000 Anyway, President Trump put out a statement about Joe Biden.

00:06:57.000 Joe Biden immediately claimed victory as soon as the media started projecting this stuff.

00:07:02.000 Now, let me just make the opposite point.

00:07:04.000 Let's say that the media had projected that Donald Trump was going to win the election.

00:07:07.000 And let us say that Donald Trump had immediately declared victory.

00:07:11.000 And Joe Biden had said, listen, I still have questions, legally speaking.

00:07:13.000 You think the media would be treating this the same way?

00:07:16.000 You think the media would have been rushing to the microphones and the cameras to encourage every Democrat to concede the election?

00:07:22.000 I really think not.

00:07:23.000 Here's President Trump's statement.

00:07:24.000 We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him.

00:07:29.000 They don't want the truth to be exposed.

00:07:30.000 The simple fact is this election is far from over.

00:07:32.000 Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor.

00:07:42.000 In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process.

00:07:48.000 Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

00:07:51.000 Beginning on Monday.

00:07:53.000 Our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated.

00:07:58.000 The American people are entitled to an honest election.

00:08:00.000 That means counting all legal ballots and not counting any illegal ballots.

00:08:03.000 That is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election.

00:08:06.000 It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters.

00:08:14.000 First of all, I think that the legal process is a very good thing.

00:08:16.000 lawfully keep observers out of the count room and then fight in court to block their access, which actually did happen in Philadelphia.

00:08:21.000 So what is Biden hiding?

00:08:22.000 I will not rest until the American people have the honest vote count they deserve and that democracy demands.

00:08:26.000 First of all, I think that the legal process is a very good thing.

00:08:28.000 There is a lot of uncertainty right now about the the cleanliness and transparency of the election, particularly on the conservative side of the aisle.

00:08:37.000 Getting all of those questions answered in court is not a bad thing.

00:08:39.000 It's a very good thing.

00:08:40.000 And by the way, if you're a Biden fan, you should want this.

00:08:42.000 Honestly, if you're a Biden fan and you think that Biden was legit elected and voter fraud was not the deciding factor and it wasn't vote irregularity or anything like that, Then at the end of the process, Biden's still going to be president-elect, and you're going to be able to say that the election was fully legitimate, and so you don't have that cloud hanging over Biden all the way.

00:08:58.000 But right now, there are a lot of conservatives who are rightly suspicious of the vote count in places like Philadelphia.

00:09:03.000 And by the way, there's no reason not to be suspicious, given the fact that particularly in Philadelphia, it is worthwhile noting, the Democratic Party did in fact file a lawsuit to stop Republican observers from entering the count room.

00:09:13.000 That makes people suspicious, and they're not wrong to be suspicious about all of that. 0.97

00:09:18.000 It also doesn't make us any less suspicious, on the right, when you have people like Ibram Kendi, the ideological godfather of the quote-unquote anti-racist movement, tweeting out crap like this.

00:09:26.000 this he tweeted out the term legal vote is as fictionally fraught and functionally racist as the terms illegal alien and race neutral and welfare queen and handouts and super predator and crack baby and personal responsibility and post racial. This is one of the ideological founders of the New Democratic Party. The term legal vote is functionally racist?

00:09:46.000 Seriously, like, you expect me to trust the vote?

00:09:49.000 When you are saying that the term legal vote is functionally racist?

00:09:52.000 I'm sorry, what now?

00:09:54.000 Like, legal vote is not functionally racist.

00:09:56.000 Legal vote just means that you complied with all of the statutory requirements to cast a vote.

00:10:00.000 That's not functionally racist. 0.98

00:10:02.000 But of course, Ibram Kendi is a complete nutjob.

00:10:04.000 I mean, Ibram Kendi is also, I mean, in that same phraseology, he says that if you say that you are post-racial, or if you say that you are race-neutral, this is also functionally racist.

00:10:12.000 It is the misinformation of widespread voter fraud or illegal voting in Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Phoenix, where black and brown voters predominate, is baked into the term legal vote.

00:10:20.000 No matter what GOP propaganda says, there's nothing wrong with those voters and votes.

00:10:24.000 Nobody says that any legal vote that is cast is illegal.

00:10:28.000 What is he even talking about?

00:10:29.000 There has been a history of voter corruption in places like Philadelphia.

00:10:32.000 I read you last week a story from Philadelphia in May.

00:10:35.000 There was a federal prosecution of a person for stuffing ballot boxes in Philadelphia.

00:10:40.000 But again, I'm just wondering, how do you expect everybody on the right to be quiescent until there's an actual legal process?

00:10:46.000 Let the legal process work.

00:10:48.000 Let the legal process go through.

00:10:51.000 Ibram Kendi concludes, what makes a term racist is rarely the term's literal meaning and almost always the historical and political context in which the term is being used, which is his way of saying, I know the term legal voting isn't racist.

00:11:00.000 I'm just going to say that it's racist because I, Ibram Kendi, have deemed every single thing I don't like to be a racist thing.

00:11:06.000 And then I get 20 grand a pop to go speak at diversity training seminars at major corporations hoping to avoid liability.

00:11:12.000 That's Ibram Kendi shtick.

00:11:13.000 OK, so that is where the race currently stands.

00:11:16.000 Trump has a burden to overcome, for sure, because the deficit that he has experienced in terms of voting in Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania is essentially the same on a thousands level as the vote deficit that Hillary Clinton had in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania last time around.

00:11:29.000 So that is, he has to show not just that there is voter fraud or voter irregularity, he has to show that it is actually above and beyond the margin of loss in those particular states.

00:11:37.000 That is a heavy burden, and he will have to prove it in court.

00:11:39.000 And if he does, the election results change.

00:11:41.000 And if he doesn't, they don't.

00:11:42.000 But to preemptively declare the election is over and anybody who has questions about the election needs to sit down and shut up. 0.89

00:11:48.000 That's nonsense. 0.97

00:11:49.000 That's nonsense.

00:11:49.000 Okay, so in just a second, we're gonna get to Joe Biden.

00:11:51.000 So Joe Biden, after all the networks declare this thing, Joe Biden appears and he makes a speech.

00:11:57.000 And his speech is fascinating for its absolute disconnect from reality.

00:12:01.000 Absolute disconnect from reality. 0.97

00:12:03.000 And Megyn Kelly got in all sorts of Twitter hot water, which is to say, meaningless banter with a bunch of idiots, when she suggested that Joe Biden's call for unity in his quote-unquote victory speech, Joe Biden's call for unity is completely disconnected from realities on the ground. 0.99

00:12:18.000 And people are like, how dare she? 0.99

00:12:19.000 She's absolutely right.

00:12:20.000 We're going to get to Joe Biden's quasi victory speech, right?

00:12:23.000 His declaration of victory in just one second.

00:12:25.000 First, Let us talk about the fact that sometimes you just need to upgrade your staff.

00:12:30.000 I mean, you have great staff where you are.

00:12:32.000 You have a lot of great people working for you, but sometimes you just need something better.

00:12:34.000 Let's say you have a brand new PA working on the show, Jessica, and she's just wonderful.

00:12:39.000 I mean, she's great at her job. 0.96

00:12:40.000 She comes in, she's all fresh faced and enthusiastic.

00:12:42.000 It's literally her first day.

00:12:44.000 And the first thing she does is she parks in somebody else's parking slot.

00:12:46.000 Because she's big shotting everyone on literally her first day. 0.71

00:12:50.000 Well then, you'd want to head on over to ZipRecruiter.com and see what other possibilities lie out there for you.

00:13:33.000 ZipRecruiter, the smartest way to hire. 0.96

00:13:35.000 OK, so Joe Biden, celebratory time, celebration time for Joe Biden.

00:13:39.000 So Joe Biden comes out and he does a unity speech.

00:13:43.000 And now, there's something particularly galling for conservatives in hearing a unity speech from Captain... They're gonna put y'all back in chains, circa 2012.

00:13:52.000 Captain, big effing deal, Obamacare. 0.98

00:13:55.000 Captain, everybody who doesn't vote for me is kind of a terrible person, and you ain't black if you didn't vote for me, and all the... Like, Joe Biden as Captain Unification is already ridiculous. 0.99

00:14:05.000 On its face, it's ridiculous. 0.99

00:14:07.000 I'm glad to hear Joe Biden talk in terms of unification.

00:14:10.000 Let us say I have some trust issues. 0.95

00:14:12.000 I have some serious trust issues with Joe Biden and a Democratic Party who have spent the last, I don't know, 20 years of my life declaring that everybody who disagrees with them is a racist, sexist, bigoted homophobe.

00:14:23.000 I just have some trust issues there.

00:14:25.000 Why is it that as soon as a Democrat is elected, all the Democrats and members of the media start crying out about unity and common values?

00:14:31.000 A Republican is elected.

00:14:32.000 It's about how America is in a deep, dark, fascist place.

00:14:35.000 Democracy dies in darkness.

00:14:37.000 The asteroid of evil is about to hit the earth and it's big and orange and has Trump's face on it.

00:14:42.000 It's weird how that works, isn't it?

00:14:43.000 It's very strange how the rhetoric immediately changes from, we are living under Armageddon.

00:14:49.000 The fascist regime is at hand.

00:14:51.000 When a Republican is president, it doesn't matter if it's Bush, doesn't matter if it's Trump.

00:14:55.000 And then as soon as a Democrat's elected, it's like, All the clouds part, the choir of angels sing, and we're supposed to all get on board, man.

00:15:03.000 We're all supposed to be together on this thing.

00:15:05.000 We're all going to wrap our arms around each other.

00:15:07.000 A new day has dawned.

00:15:09.000 The Berlin Wall has fallen. 1.00

00:15:10.000 OK, you're full of crap. 1.00

00:15:11.000 You're absolutely full of crap. 1.00

00:15:13.000 When I hear Joe Biden talk about unity, we all know what he means by unity. 1.00

00:15:16.000 He means you agree with me or I'm going to say that you're a bad person, because that's what democratic unity typically means.

00:15:21.000 Barack Obama did this routine in 2009.

00:15:24.000 Barack Obama came along in 2019 to... There's no red states.

00:15:27.000 There's no blue states.

00:15:28.000 There's just the United States.

00:15:30.000 We have so much more in common, so much more to share, than we have that separates us. 1.00

00:15:34.000 Also, I hate you, and you're garbage. 1.00

00:15:37.000 And if you don't agree with me, it's because you're probably racist, because you don't like my middle name. 1.00

00:15:42.000 If you disagree with me, it's because you share the characteristics of a long history of American racism.

00:15:49.000 I'm sorry, I don't buy it.

00:15:51.000 Okay, not from Nancy Pelosi, not from Chuck Schumer, not from AOC, and not from Joe Biden.

00:15:51.000 I don't buy it.

00:15:57.000 Captain, I'm gonna bork Robert Bork and then brag about it.

00:16:00.000 Captain, I'm going to go after Clarence Thomas and then brag about it.

00:16:04.000 Mister, everybody who disagrees with me is a bad person, but if you agree with me, then... Okay, unification through agreement is not unification.

00:16:13.000 The basic notion here is that when Joe Biden says he wants unity, and we're all gonna calm down, and it's all gonna go back to normal, I remember a time before Trump.

00:16:22.000 I know, I've said this almost literally one million times, okay, since Trump was elected.

00:16:27.000 It's as though the media, in their quest to make Trump the root of all evil, have to pretend that the time began at point A, and point A is the moment Trump was elected.

00:16:36.000 Everything before that was washed away, right?

00:16:38.000 It was a unique era in American racism.

00:16:40.000 It's the worst America's ever been.

00:16:42.000 Politics before Trump was a golden age, a halcyon age of people loving each other and being friends.

00:16:49.000 And everything was great.

00:16:50.000 And Barack Obama's only scandal was a tan suit. 0.99

00:16:52.000 And then Donald Trump came in, malicious and evil. 0.94

00:16:55.000 And now Donald Trump goes away. 0.99

00:16:56.000 And oh, my gosh.

00:16:57.000 Well, look at that.

00:16:58.000 It's amazing.

00:16:59.000 Everything's great again.

00:17:00.000 That's Joe Biden's entire shtick.

00:17:01.000 There's only one problem.

00:17:02.000 Everything isn't great again.

00:17:04.000 As I also said one million times, Donald Trump was not the murderer of American politics.

00:17:09.000 He was the coroner of American politics.

00:17:11.000 He came along and he pointed at the body and he said, this body is cold.

00:17:14.000 This is a dead body.

00:17:16.000 This is a corpse.

00:17:18.000 It wasn't Donald Trump who's plunging the knife into the body politic.

00:17:21.000 The body politic was already, it was already cancer ridden.

00:17:25.000 And the notion that Donald Trump going away, if indeed he goes away, is going to heal the country in any serious way is laughable.

00:17:31.000 It is laughable on its face.

00:17:33.000 And does that mean that I'm anti-Joe Biden calling for unity?

00:17:36.000 No, I'm glad when any politician calls for unity if I think it has content.

00:17:40.000 My suspicion is that it has no content.

00:17:43.000 That unity is just another club that Joe Biden is going to wield against you because if you don't side with him, well then you're against unity, guys.

00:17:50.000 You're against us being compatriots and friends.

00:17:53.000 If you don't side with him, this means that you are an impediment to unity and kindness and all that is decent.

00:17:59.000 It's one thing to say that you want unity with people you disagree with because you have certain shared fundamental values.

00:18:04.000 It is another thing to say, it's time for America to unify because Trump is out of office, and that means get behind me on my program.

00:18:09.000 And I think we all know which direction this is going, and it's not in the direction of unity through diversity.

00:18:16.000 That's called federalism.

00:18:17.000 It's called localism.

00:18:18.000 You think Joe Biden's going to push for federalism and localism at this point?

00:18:22.000 You think he's going to push for diverse people living with one another and agreeing intolerance for each other's values?

00:18:27.000 You think that's what he's going to push for?

00:18:28.000 Or do you think he's going to push to sue the little sisters of the poor to force them to cover contraceptive care?

00:18:33.000 Which one sounds more like Joe Biden to you?

00:18:35.000 Okay, we're gonna get to Joe Biden's speech in just one second, because again, when I say take it with a grain of salt, I mean like a pillar of salt direct from Sodom and Gomorrah.

00:18:45.000 Take all of this with a pillar of salt, like a giant human-sized pillar of salt.

00:18:49.000 We'll get to that in just one second.

00:18:51.000 First, if you listened to my show a few weeks ago, I told you about an amazing new company that lets anyone invest in blue-chip art.

00:18:56.000 It's called Masterworks.io.

00:18:58.000 Masterworks.io, it's the only way to invest in blue-chip art from artists like Cowes and Monet.

00:19:03.000 The kind of artists you see hanging at museums you can now own in your own portfolio.

00:19:06.000 So normally, it was for literally generations and centuries that only the very richest could invest in art, right?

00:19:12.000 You could only afford a Monet painting if you were ridiculously wealthy.

00:19:16.000 It would hang on your wall, it would accrue value, and then later you'd be able to sell it for increased value.

00:19:21.000 Great art does hold value.

00:19:22.000 Okay, but what if you could own like a slice of that, and then you'd be investing in the increased value of the art?

00:19:27.000 The wealthiest of the wealthy, CEOs, hedge fund managers, tech science, have been investing in art as a way to protect their wealth and outperform the stock market for decades.

00:19:34.000 Between 2000 and 2018, blue chip art outperformed the stock market by 180%.

00:19:39.000 Investing in art is very relevant.

00:19:41.000 We've seen how unpredictable the stock market has been over the last few months.

00:19:44.000 That's why I could not be more excited to get started with Masterworks.io.

00:19:47.000 They make investing in art as easy as trading stocks online.

00:19:50.000 I've checked out their website.

00:19:51.000 I've worked it through.

00:19:52.000 It is simple, it is easy, and it could be very lucrative.

00:19:55.000 As a listener to the show, you're able to skip their 25,000-person waitlist by going to masterworks.io and using promo code Ben.

00:20:02.000 Again, that's masterworks.io.

00:20:04.000 Promo code Ben to get started today.

00:20:06.000 M-A-S-T-E-R-W-O-R-K-S dot I-O. 1.00

00:20:09.000 Promo code Ben.

00:20:10.000 Get started today.

00:20:10.000 See important information at masterworks.io slash disclaimer.

00:20:14.000 OK, so now we get to Joe Biden's rhetoric.

00:20:16.000 So Joe Biden gives this supposedly unifying speech.

00:20:19.000 No, number one, even if I were inclined to believe him, let's just say that I'm disinclined to believe that Joe Biden is even going to be president four years from now, let alone eight years from now.

00:20:28.000 So what he has to say may have about as much relevance as what William Henry Harrison said during his inauguration.

00:20:33.000 In any case, you know who agrees with me?

00:20:35.000 Siri on Apple.

00:20:36.000 As of this morning, if you asked Siri what is the birthday of the president, it gave you Kamala Harris's birthday.

00:20:42.000 Not kidding.

00:20:43.000 That's a real thing that happened this morning.

00:20:45.000 I suppose that Apple has now fixed that.

00:20:47.000 But they said the quiet part out loud.

00:20:48.000 Anyway, here was Joe Biden calling for, suggesting that America has spoken and he has emerged victorious.

00:20:55.000 The people of this nation have spoken.

00:20:59.000 They've delivered us a clear victory, a convincing victory, a victory for we the people.

00:21:10.000 Oh, it was a clear convincing victory of exactly the same margin in the swing states as Donald Trump won last time.

00:21:15.000 So every time Trump said that last time, it was, Donald Trump is lying.

00:21:19.000 Now Joe Biden says it.

00:21:20.000 And it's like, oh, well, I guess that we'll just take that at face value.

00:21:23.000 OK, and then he talks about Kamala Harris and why she's so great.

00:21:26.000 And of course, the only reason, according to Joe Biden, that Kamala Harris is so great is because, of course, of her individual racial characteristics.

00:21:34.000 Well, I have the honor of serving with the fantastic vice president you just heard from, Kamala Harris.

00:21:43.000 Who makes history as the first woman, first black woman, the first woman from South Asian descent, the first daughter of an immigrant ever elected in this country.

00:21:54.000 Once again, America's bent the arc of the moral universe more toward justice.

00:21:59.000 Okay, so first of all, if you thought that it was impossible for a black woman to be elected vice president of the United States, I remind you that four years ago, the president of the United States was a black man.

00:22:08.000 So I'm always amused by the idea that we have to have all of this, this bevy of new firsts. 0.92

00:22:12.000 It's all stunning, as though America had like a specific barrier to a black woman being vice president of the United States or something, which is silly.

00:22:19.000 It is worth noting, by the way, that for a party that declares that America is systemically racist and totally evil, it is kind of amazing that the daughter of two immigrants Who is black is able to be vice president of the United States. 0.97

00:22:31.000 I mean, America, I've been told is the most racist country on the face of the earth.

00:22:33.000 So that's kind of an amazing thing, right? 0.73

00:22:34.000 We've had a black president and now a black female vice president all in the space of the last five years. 0.99

00:22:40.000 And America is still systemically racist and evil. 0.93

00:22:42.000 I mean, it's pretty incredible how America continues to be that way, given the fact that we are, in fact, the most tolerant people on the face of the earth. 0.82

00:22:49.000 OK, Joe Biden then continues.

00:22:51.000 And then he talks about his his racial coalition.

00:22:54.000 And there is an undertone here that is not good for the United States.

00:22:58.000 Here's Biden.

00:23:00.000 I'm proud of the campaign we built and ran.

00:23:03.000 I'm proud of the coalition we put together, the broadest and most diverse coalition in history.

00:23:09.000 Gay, straight, transgender, white, Latino, Asian, Native American.

00:23:13.000 And especially those moments where this campaign was at its lowest ebb.

00:23:17.000 The African-American community stood up again for me.

00:23:20.000 We've always had my back.

00:23:26.000 Okay, can I just point out that if anybody else made that comment about any other racial group in the United States who would be considered racist and kind of scary?

00:23:32.000 Seriously, like, you should not be doing that as a politician, certainly not as President of the United States.

00:23:35.000 Imagine if Donald Trump had come out the day after the 2016 election and he had said, and to white, non-college educated males, I say, you always have my back and I'll always have yours.

00:23:44.000 Everybody would go, whoa, what, what now?

00:23:46.000 You're the president for all Americans.

00:23:46.000 Hold up!

00:23:47.000 You're not the president by specific racial group.

00:23:50.000 Of course, this harkens back to Barack Obama's 2012 campaign when he did separate Americans by racial group and tried to appeal to them by racial group and then cobbled together a coalition of the ascendant was the basic idea.

00:24:00.000 Everybody's going to just ignore that Joe Biden said that, right?

00:24:02.000 That the black community stood for him and so he will stand for them.

00:24:05.000 I mean, what is the... I have a question.

00:24:06.000 What is the converse of that?

00:24:08.000 That if they had not voted for him, then he would not have that?

00:24:10.000 Like, what does that mean?

00:24:11.000 We should not be separating Americans by racial group and then specifically saying, I will have your back because you had my back.

00:24:16.000 That's that's not a good thing.

00:24:18.000 And just politically speaking and for the future unity of the country, that is not a good thing.

00:24:22.000 OK, then Joe Biden got to his real message, which was it's time for us to get together and be friends again.

00:24:29.000 Why can't we be friends?

00:24:31.000 Why can't we be friends?

00:24:36.000 It was not the best rendition of the song.

00:24:38.000 We'll get to that in just one moment.

00:24:40.000 First, let us talk about shopping for life insurance.

00:24:42.000 So, you're a responsible human being.

00:24:44.000 I know you are because you listen to the show.

00:24:49.000 That if you are a human with dependence, you need to make sure that you have life insurance.

00:24:53.000 And this is why you need PolicyGenius.

00:25:45.000 Policygenius.com to get started.

00:25:47.000 Okay, so then we get to the main message of Joe Biden's quasi-victory speech.

00:25:51.000 And I keep saying quasi-victory speech because he hasn't won anything yet.

00:25:54.000 There's still a legal process.

00:25:54.000 Right, guys?

00:25:56.000 I know CNN called something, but who cares?

00:25:58.000 Doesn't say in the Constitution.

00:25:58.000 Who cares?

00:26:00.000 And when Wolf Blitzer says a thing, it magically becomes true.

00:26:02.000 Anyway, Joe Biden gave his speech in Wilmington, Delaware, 70 feet from his basement.

00:26:07.000 And he explained that it was time to put away harsh rhetoric.

00:26:10.000 Says, Captain, I'll put you all back in chains and you ain't black if you don't vote for Joe Biden. 0.64

00:26:14.000 Time to put away harsh rhetoric, is it? 0.97

00:26:15.000 Mm hmm.

00:26:16.000 Here's Joe Biden.

00:26:18.000 It's time to put away the harsh rhetoric.

00:26:21.000 Lower the temperature.

00:26:23.000 See each other again.

00:26:24.000 Listen to each other again.

00:26:27.000 And to make progress, we have to stop treating our opponents as our enemies.

00:26:32.000 They are not our enemies.

00:26:33.000 They are Americans.

00:26:35.000 The Bible tells us, to everything there is a season, a time to build, a time to reap, and a time to sow, and a time to heal.

00:26:44.000 This is the time to heal in America.

00:26:47.000 It's a time to heal, guys.

00:26:49.000 It's a time to heal.

00:26:49.000 So, here's the question you should be asking yourself.

00:26:51.000 What kind of healing are we talking about, Joe?

00:26:53.000 Are we talking about the kind of healing where you acknowledge there are people who disagree with you, and then we all decide to live together and leave each other alone?

00:26:59.000 Because that's my kind of healing, right? 0.95

00:27:01.000 I like the kind of healing where California gets to be as dumb as California wants to be, and Florida gets to be as awesome as Florida gets to be. 0.98

00:27:06.000 And if you're religious, you get to be religious. 0.98

00:27:07.000 And if you're secular, you get to be secular.

00:27:09.000 And nobody puts their values on somebody else's back.

00:27:14.000 Honestly, that's my kind of living together, is where we have certain core values, like the protection of human life, like freedom of speech, freedom of the press, like the ones that are in the Constitution mainly, and then we mostly leave each other alone.

00:27:26.000 The values of the Declaration of Independence, we agree on that, and then we agree to go our separate ways and we still have a community because we are connected by these basic ideas.

00:27:33.000 That's my idea of healing.

00:27:35.000 I don't think that's what Joe Biden means by healing.

00:27:37.000 I think what Joe Biden means by healing is here's my Democratic Party agenda.

00:27:39.000 And if you disagree with it, you're not part of the healing.

00:27:41.000 Why aren't you part of the healing?

00:27:42.000 I'm going to clock you in the head unless you're part of the healing.

00:27:44.000 Heal with me!

00:27:45.000 Heal!

00:27:46.000 I don't think this is going to be an era of tolerance.

00:27:49.000 The fight is just beginning.

00:27:50.000 We'll see this in just one second.

00:27:52.000 When you see what the Democratic Party, who is not Joe Biden, is actually saying while Joe Biden is out there putting a nice, friendly Potemkin village facade.

00:28:00.000 on what is a seething undercurrent of rage inside the Democratic Party.

00:28:04.000 So then Joe Biden talks about his mandate.

00:28:06.000 I think this is my favorite part of Joe Biden's little speech, is where he talks about his mandate as president.

00:28:11.000 It turns out his mandate as president is bleh.

00:28:15.000 Really, I mean, it's just bleh.

00:28:17.000 That's the only way to describe it, because it means nothing.

00:28:20.000 It's meaningless slogans, actually, it turns out.

00:28:23.000 His mandate isn't for a tax increase.

00:28:25.000 His mandate is not for the Green New Deal.

00:28:28.000 His mandate is not for any of his major policy prescriptions.

00:28:31.000 Joe Biden himself expresses it.

00:28:33.000 His mandate is to be a nice man.

00:28:35.000 Which, wow, what a mandate.

00:28:38.000 Big thing's gonna happen, because Joe Biden is a nice old man.

00:28:40.000 Here's Grandpa Joe.

00:28:43.000 What is our mandate?

00:28:46.000 I believe it's this.

00:28:48.000 America has called upon us to marshal the forces of decency, the forces of fairness, to marshal the forces of science.

00:28:57.000 And the forces of hope in the great battles of our time.

00:29:02.000 The battle to control the virus.

00:29:04.000 The battle to build prosperity.

00:29:06.000 The battle to secure your family's health care.

00:29:10.000 The battle to achieve racial justice and root out systemic racism in this country.

00:29:15.000 And the battle to save our planet by getting climate under control.

00:29:19.000 The battle to restore decency, defend democracy, and give everybody in this country a fair shot.

00:29:26.000 You get that?

00:29:26.000 That's a strong mandate right there.

00:29:27.000 That's a strong mandate for decency, McFairness, McScience, McHopey.

00:29:32.000 Strong agenda right there.

00:29:32.000 Right?

00:29:33.000 Science, McHopey, McFairness, decency face.

00:29:36.000 Wow.

00:29:37.000 What a strong mandate.

00:29:37.000 Wow.

00:29:38.000 Not for a specific agenda, mind you.

00:29:40.000 But to be a nice guy who cares about things.

00:29:43.000 What things?

00:29:44.000 Any things.

00:29:45.000 Like the things.

00:29:46.000 Like science and decency and democracy and hope.

00:29:49.000 And massages of random women and smelling their hair. 0.93

00:29:51.000 Like lots of things.

00:29:52.000 Like there's a mandate, guys.

00:29:54.000 Okay, now, what's hilarious about that, of course, is that he just says, I won a historic election.

00:29:59.000 I won a historic election.

00:30:00.000 And now I have a mandate.

00:30:02.000 A mandate that has... Okay.

00:30:06.000 Fine.

00:30:06.000 Alright.

00:30:06.000 That doesn't seem like a very strong mandate, but sure.

00:30:09.000 Go with it.

00:30:10.000 And then he pledges again, we're going to end the era of demonization.

00:30:13.000 We're going to end the era of demonization.

00:30:15.000 I don't even need to play more of Joe Biden because it's the same message over and over, right?

00:30:18.000 I'm going to work as hard for everybody as people.

00:30:21.000 If you didn't vote for me, I'm going to work hard for you.

00:30:23.000 And we're going to get together and we're going to be best friends again.

00:30:26.000 And we're going to play disco.

00:30:28.000 It's going to be amazing, guys.

00:30:30.000 We're going to cure disease like cancer and Alzheimer's.

00:30:32.000 He said that he's going to cure cancer and Alzheimer's.

00:30:35.000 He's looking ahead to an America that's freer and more just, that creates jobs with dignity and respect, and that cures diseases like cancer and Alzheimer's.

00:30:42.000 By the way, I will note a piece of odd timing.

00:30:43.000 Pfizer today, today, announced that they have developed a vaccine that is 90% effective at preventing coronavirus infections.

00:30:51.000 They announced it today.

00:30:52.000 Weird timing!

00:30:54.000 They wait until after the weekend.

00:30:56.000 When the media announced that Joe Biden is president, and then magically, just like the clouds parting, Pfizer announces this.

00:31:02.000 Count me slightly suspicious.

00:31:03.000 Like, it's great news, but let me just point something out.

00:31:05.000 Donald Trump was president when Pfizer got the money to develop that vaccine.

00:31:08.000 That's a Trump administration accomplishment.

00:31:10.000 That is not a Joe Biden accomplishment.

00:31:11.000 Anyway, okay, so that is the message of Joe Biden, right?

00:31:14.000 Is that he has a mandate for niceness and happiness and fairness and brotherhood and smoking dope and hanging out and watching the moon rise and all that kind of stuff, right?

00:31:23.000 It's gonna be Hopie McChangeface. 0.51

00:31:24.000 Part two, except weird and old and white.

00:31:27.000 It's gonna be fantastic.

00:31:29.000 Then there is the Democratic Party.

00:31:33.000 And let me just say, when they say unity, I don't think that they mean that we get together and we sing Kumbaya.

00:31:38.000 I think they mean unity, like, here's a re-education camp.

00:31:42.000 Would you like to come this way?

00:31:44.000 Then we can be unified afterward.

00:31:45.000 Like Fahrenheit 451 reunification.

00:31:49.000 What if we could be unified because you think like me?

00:31:52.000 So if Joe Biden wants to actually promote unity, seriously, this is a serious thing now.

00:31:57.000 If Joe Biden wants to promote unity, at some point he has to speak to his own side.

00:32:01.000 Here's the thing.

00:32:02.000 In any relationship, if you want there to be any sort of comedy between people, you have to go to the people who are creating division on your own side and tell them to knock it off.

00:32:12.000 You have to have a Sista Soulja moment.

00:32:14.000 Bill Clinton famously did this in 1992.

00:32:15.000 There was a very little-known rapper named Sista Soulja who said something racially terrible about conflict between the races, and Clinton chided her, right?

00:32:23.000 This was a big moment.

00:32:24.000 He kind of picked her out of a hat and went after her specifically in order to have this unity moment.

00:32:28.000 There were some of us throughout the Trump administration who loved what Trump was doing, but we were not super happy with a lot of the divisive things that Trump was saying, and we would call that out, right?

00:32:36.000 I've not seen one iota of that from the Democrats.

00:32:39.000 Not one iota.

00:32:40.000 Not one.

00:32:41.000 Okay, like, I'll believe that Joe Biden wants unity when he says to Michelle Obama, knock it off.

00:32:46.000 Because here's what Michelle Obama tweeted over the weekend, right?

00:32:49.000 The heart and soul of the Democratic Party.

00:32:50.000 She put out an Instagram post, and here's what she put out in her Instagram post.

00:32:55.000 Voting in one election isn't a magic wand, and neither is winning one.

00:32:58.000 Let's remember that tens of millions of people voted for the status quo, even when it meant supporting lies, hate, chaos, and division.

00:33:07.000 Does that sound like a Kumbaya message to you?

00:33:09.000 Does that sound like she wants to understand people on the other side or like she cares about people on the other side?

00:33:13.000 Does that sound like Michelle Obama, who is, in fact, the Oprah Winfrey of the Democratic Party, right?

00:33:17.000 She is this this mom of the Democratic Party who we're all supposed to respect her opinion because she's so nice and wonderful.

00:33:24.000 And she's moved from being sort of a divisive figure in her early iteration to this great unifying figure, the bestselling author in the United States for the past several years.

00:33:32.000 She literally says that tens of millions of Americans are motivated by hate and division and chaos to maintain the status quo.

00:33:40.000 When is Joe Biden going to say, listen, Michelle, we need to have unity.

00:33:42.000 Stop saying that about your fellow Americans.

00:33:44.000 Stop it.

00:33:46.000 Stop implying that people, not implying, saying openly that people who disagree with you are motivated by a willingness to ignore hatred and brutality and evil and nastiness just to maintain the status quo.

00:33:46.000 Just stop it.

00:33:58.000 You think Joe Biden's going to say any of that?

00:33:59.000 Of course Joe Biden's not going to say any of that because his own base is clamoring for blood.

00:34:03.000 They are baying for political blood at this point.

00:34:07.000 I got Jennifer Rubin, who used to be labeled the conservative voice over at the Washington Post, which is hilarious. 0.99

00:34:13.000 So Jennifer Rubin went on MSNBC after the media declared Joe Biden victorious.

00:34:17.000 And again, there's a legal process.

00:34:18.000 He is not, in fact, the president-elect of the United States yet, legally speaking.

00:34:21.000 Jennifer Rubin went on there, and she turned into Fezzik from Princess Bride. 1.00

00:34:26.000 They put her in a holocaust cloak, lit it on fire, and she starts going, There will be no survivors! 0.95

00:34:33.000 Here is Jennifer Rubin going completely hog wild. 1.00

00:34:37.000 It's not only that Trump has to lose, but that all his enablers have to lose.

00:34:41.000 We have to collectively, in essence, burn down the Republican Party.

00:34:46.000 We have to level them.

00:34:47.000 Because if there are survivors, if there are people who weathered this storm, they will do it again.

00:34:53.000 They will take this as confirmation that, hey, it just pays to ride the waves.

00:34:57.000 Look at me.

00:34:58.000 I've made it through.

00:34:59.000 And so up and down the ticket, federal, state, local offices, the country has to repudiate this.

00:35:05.000 Okay, so there will be no survivors, guys.

00:35:06.000 There can't be survivors. 0.92

00:35:07.000 We need to take a list and check it twice and then murder everyone on it.

00:35:11.000 Like, does that sound like unity to you? 0.51

00:35:13.000 Joe Biden's out there.

00:35:14.000 I like unity and mashed potatoes.

00:35:17.000 And then you got over here Michelle Obama going, half the country is motivated by hate and chaos and division.

00:35:22.000 And then you got Jennifer Rubin out here going, there must be no survivor.

00:35:27.000 AOC did the same thing.

00:35:29.000 AOC, I'm sorry, I keep calling her AOC, I keep forgetting.

00:35:32.000 It is sexist and mean to call her by her Twitter handle, AOC.

00:35:36.000 Instead, she's the Honorable Representative Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, D-Twitch.

00:35:42.000 And she tweeted out, Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future?

00:35:49.000 I foresee decent probability of many deleted tweets, writings, photos in the future.

00:35:52.000 She's keeping a list.

00:35:54.000 We gotta keep a list of their bad tweets.

00:35:55.000 Of when they support Trump.

00:35:56.000 LOL at the party of personal responsibility.

00:35:58.000 Like being upset at the idea of being responsible for their behavior over the last four years.

00:36:04.000 This is a call for revenge.

00:36:05.000 Anybody who supported Trump at any point must be revenged upon. 0.67

00:36:10.000 Vengeance!

00:36:12.000 Elizabeth Abrams, who is a former Buttigieg campaign staffer, she tweeted out, we're launching the Trump accountability project to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did. Join us and help spread the word.

00:36:24.000 Blacklists! This sounds like a party that's looking for unification and healing. Like de-bathification, right? 0.95

00:36:31.000 They're looking for unity through debathification because you understand Trump was Saddam Hussein and getting rid of Trump, that means that anybody who ever liked Trump or voted for him, the 70 million Americans who voted for Trump, 70 million Americans voted for Donald Trump. 0.58

00:36:44.000 You know who is the second largest ballot winner in the history of the United States right now by popular vote count?

00:36:49.000 Donald Trump.

00:36:50.000 He's won more votes than Barack Obama ever did.

00:36:52.000 OK, some of that is due to population growth.

00:36:54.000 Some of that is because lots and lots of people voted for Donald Trump.

00:36:57.000 OK, so you're talking about 70 million, de-bathification of 70 million Americans. 0.84

00:37:02.000 But unity, guys, unity.

00:37:04.000 Peter Beinart, who is the the representative of Hamas.

00:37:09.000 He tweeted out, in the 1990s, I came to know many young conservative journalists.

00:37:12.000 Now some are household names.

00:37:13.000 Back then, I never imagined a moral test that would so vividly expose their characters.

00:37:16.000 Some abetted tyranny, others resisted it.

00:37:18.000 Trump X-rayed their souls.

00:37:20.000 I'll never forget what I saw.

00:37:21.000 Well, I mean, if Peter Beinart, who still makes excuses for Hamas terrorists, is saying that he has X-rayed souls, then I guess that we'll have to take him at his word. 0.99

00:37:29.000 Yes, I foresee an era of healing and national unity, or alternatively, I see an era in which Joe Biden is driven by the left in his party to wage war upon all the values that many Americans hold dear, especially in an election where Americans rejected the progressive left.

00:37:44.000 Understand, this is an election where Americans looked at the progressive left and they vomited on it.

00:37:50.000 Hey, even in California, they rejected a couple of very progressive measures.

00:37:54.000 There was one measure that was going to kill Uber and Lyft.

00:37:56.000 There was a measure that was going to reinstall affirmative action in the constitution of the state of California, essentially.

00:37:56.000 They killed it.

00:38:01.000 They rejected it overwhelmingly. 0.90

00:38:03.000 All across the country, radicals were rejected.

00:38:06.000 The Democratic Party was handed a loss in the House in a year where their top ballot getter won a record number of votes, more votes than any other candidate in the history of the Republic.

00:38:15.000 And they lost seats in the House.

00:38:17.000 They picked up two seats in the Senate and lost one in Alabama.

00:38:21.000 Okay, that is not a victorious party.

00:38:23.000 The Democrats who are calling for healing and reunification through de-Bathification, good luck with that. 0.99

00:38:28.000 Good luck.

00:38:29.000 The battle has just begun.

00:38:30.000 Again, this is not a time of reunification and healing.

00:38:34.000 I wish it were.

00:38:35.000 Seriously, I do.

00:38:36.000 I wish that Joe Biden would say to his own left, guys, you need to cut it out.

00:38:40.000 You guys need to stop this.

00:38:41.000 We still have certain values in common.

00:38:42.000 Let me spell them out for you.

00:38:43.000 And they do not involve Using the power of the government gun to compel my political opponents to do things that are against our constitutional rights.

00:38:51.000 Wouldn't that be nice?

00:38:52.000 But he ain't gonna do that.

00:38:53.000 And y'all know he ain't gonna do that.

00:38:54.000 All of this happy talk is just...

00:38:57.000 All it is is just pasting a sticker over a gaping wound in the body politic.

00:39:00.000 And we all know it.

00:39:01.000 We all know it.

00:39:02.000 And you can see it in real time.

00:39:03.000 We're gonna get to the celebratory insanity of the left in just one moment.

00:39:08.000 First, let us talk about the fact that now is an excellent time to own a gun.

00:39:13.000 Okay?

00:39:14.000 First of all, Joe Biden has already pledged that he wants to come after your guns, right?

00:39:17.000 He would like to sign executive orders removing your guns from you.

00:39:19.000 We'll get to his plans in a second.

00:39:21.000 Turns out they're not very healing plans.

00:39:22.000 Who would have thought?

00:39:23.000 There are also a lot of people out there who wish to restrict your gun rights in the Democratic Party.

00:39:27.000 Well, you need to own a gun because the fact is that crime rates have been going up, particularly in America's major cities.

00:39:32.000 Also, you just want to protect your rights.

00:39:33.000 You want to protect your family.

00:39:34.000 The USCCA knows that.

00:39:36.000 But it's not just enough to own a gun.

00:39:38.000 You also have to know how to use a gun and you have to have the legal protection behind you if, God forbid, you actually have to use a gun.

00:39:43.000 In self-defense, you need the proper education, industry-leading training to ensure your skills are sharp when faced with danger, and you need the nation's best legal protection should you find yourself lost in the aftermath of a self-defense incident.

00:41:54.000 I think you're really going to enjoy the episode.

00:41:56.000 Go check out the Sunday special by subscribing.

00:42:01.000 You're listening to the largest, fastest growing conservative podcast and radio show in the nation.

00:42:04.000 Okay, so while we are hearing about all of the unity and the healing and the wonderful time we're all going to have together, it's exciting to see the Democrats coming out in full scale celebration.

00:42:21.000 A full-scale celebration of Donald Trump's loss.

00:42:24.000 You're seeing people make statements that are just absolutely bizarre.

00:42:29.000 The Democratic Socialists of America, for example, AOC's old party, they tweeted out, it's okay to celebrate the fall of a tyrant.

00:42:35.000 Goodbye, Trump.

00:42:36.000 First of all, I think that you don't understand a lot of Princess Bride references on today's show.

00:42:39.000 I don't think that that word means what you think it means.

00:42:42.000 When a president is subject to an election, and then an election happens, and then the president you think loses, and then you expect that he's going to leave office, that's not called the fall of a tyrant.

00:42:54.000 If Donald Trump were a tyrant, he'd be out shooting people in the streets right now.

00:42:57.000 That's what tyrants do. 0.99

00:42:59.000 The attempt to turn Trump, to spin him up into the gravest evil threat to Western democracy since Adolf Hitler is a complete rejection of all of the healing talk.

00:43:10.000 You did that for four years.

00:43:11.000 You suggested that he was a Russian cat's paw, that he was an incipient dictator, that he was Kim Jong-un, except orange and with bad hair, even worse hair than Kim Jong-un, right? 0.51

00:43:18.000 I mean, this was your suggestion.

00:43:20.000 None of it was true.

00:43:21.000 None of it.

00:43:22.000 And then you're out there saying, oh, well, it's the fall of a tyrant.

00:43:24.000 Go F yourselves, man.

00:43:25.000 I mean, seriously.

00:43:26.000 Hillary Clinton.

00:43:28.000 By the way, she accepted the results of this election real fast, didn't she?

00:43:30.000 She spent the last four years claiming that her failure was not a rejection of her, right?

00:43:30.000 Weird.

00:43:34.000 It wasn't a rejection of her.

00:43:35.000 By the way, she accepted the results of this election real fast, didn't she?

00:43:38.000 Weird, she spent the last four years claiming that her failure was not a rejection of her, right, it wasn't a rejection of her, it was just a weirdness of the process.

00:43:48.000 But Donald Trump was rejected thoroughly, according to Hillary Clinton.

00:43:50.000 She says it's a history-making ticket, a repudiation of Trump, a new page for America.

00:43:53.000 Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen.

00:43:55.000 Onward together.

00:43:56.000 Yeah, Queen Unity here. 0.99

00:43:58.000 Again, I'm not buying your unity crap. 0.98

00:44:00.000 I'm not. 0.99

00:44:01.000 I wish I could.

00:44:02.000 I wish I were naive enough to believe that Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris all want unity with me.

00:44:08.000 I really wish.

00:44:09.000 I wish.

00:44:09.000 Because I've called for unity with people on the left side of the aisle so long as we share certain core values.

00:44:13.000 We don't have to agree on taxes.

00:44:15.000 We don't have to agree on key baseline issues.

00:44:18.000 There are many things we don't have to agree on in the United States.

00:44:21.000 There are certain core values we do have to agree on.

00:44:22.000 I talk about them in my book, How to Destroy America in Three Easy Steps.

00:44:25.000 But you guys won't even agree with me on those.

00:44:27.000 You won't agree with me that America is a historically great country.

00:44:30.000 You won't agree with me that the principles of the Declaration of Independence are inherently good.

00:44:34.000 You won't agree with me that individual rights pre-exist government, and that we have individual rights to free speech, and that means that sometimes we're going to say things that offend each other, but that's okay.

00:44:43.000 You won't agree with me that we have a culture of entrepreneurialism and private property that matters.

00:44:47.000 You won't agree with me on any of this stuff, and then you're like, but let's unify.

00:44:49.000 Yeah, I have a feeling I know what your unity means.

00:44:52.000 Hey, Bill de Blasio is out there celebrating in the streets.

00:44:55.000 So COVID's over, guys.

00:44:55.000 This is exciting stuff.

00:44:57.000 Here's Bill de Blasio out there celebrating in the streets.

00:45:00.000 Saying it's just it's a joyous day.

00:45:02.000 He couldn't find any Orthodox Jews to lock up over in New York apparently yesterday.

00:45:05.000 So here he was over the weekend.

00:45:07.000 It's liberation.

00:45:08.000 It's just joyous.

00:45:09.000 People have felt this weight and a sense of we're divided.

00:45:13.000 And we shouldn't be that way.

00:45:14.000 And now there's a feeling that anything's possible, that we can heal again, that we can move forward.

00:45:19.000 And look, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did something amazing.

00:45:23.000 This is turning out to be a huge victory all over the country.

00:45:26.000 But it's also the beginning of the healing.

00:45:28.000 That's what we need in this country, this city, everywhere.

00:45:30.000 Okay, I'm sorry.

00:45:31.000 Bill de Blasio's type of healing is to hang out with the Sandinistas, right? 0.99

00:45:34.000 I mean, like, Bill de Blasio, Captain Healing over here, is out there rounding up the Jews who are trying to pray, but you got these giant-ass parties in the middle of New York City and breaking and looting on Fifth Avenue just a couple months ago, and that was totally fine. 0.93

00:45:45.000 Like, spare me.

00:45:47.000 Spare me.

00:45:48.000 Okay, how about some evidence of this?

00:45:50.000 Okay, some people are gonna say, give him a chance.

00:45:51.000 Okay.

00:45:52.000 You have the chance, anytime.

00:45:54.000 I'm awaiting.

00:45:55.000 And any sign that you materially mean you want healing and coming together, I am willing to hear it.

00:45:55.000 I'm awaiting.

00:46:00.000 Any sign that you're looking for bipartisanship, and I'm willing to hear it.

00:46:03.000 I am not getting a lot of that. 1.00

00:46:04.000 And Bill de Blasio, a commie idiot who runs New York in the stupidest possible fashion, suggesting it's an era of liberation. 1.00

00:46:12.000 New York needs to be liberated from Bill de Blasio. 1.00

00:46:14.000 Donald Trump is not.

00:46:15.000 The person who makes local policy in New York City. 1.00

00:46:18.000 New York has turned into a hellhole, an empty hellhole, because Bill de Blasio is a garbage mayor. 1.00

00:46:23.000 A horrifyingly bad mayor. 1.00

00:46:25.000 But it's liberation in New York City.

00:46:27.000 Again, because the media have been able to craft this narrative, it's one of the reasons that Trump had a bad election.

00:46:31.000 If indeed he ends up losing, right?

00:46:33.000 The reason is because the media crafted a lie.

00:46:35.000 The lie was everything bad that happens in the United States is not our fault.

00:46:38.000 It's orange man bad. 0.76

00:46:39.000 And so when orange man bad goes away, well then we are liberated.

00:46:42.000 New York is liberated. 0.97

00:46:43.000 New York needs to be liberated from Bill de Blasio, a garbage mayor who's presided over the demise of his own city. 0.98

00:46:48.000 OK, then there is the great hypocrisy of these giant crowd celebrations. 0.98

00:46:52.000 So I've been hearing for months that if you went out there and you protested against the lockdowns, you were a bad, terrible, no good, very bad person.

00:46:58.000 If you went to a Donald Trump rally, you were endangering all of your fellow humans, right?

00:47:01.000 If you went to a Donald Trump rally, you were a dangerous character.

00:47:04.000 Here is some video from all around the country of Joe Biden supporters, Democrats out in the streets celebrating.

00:47:09.000 Look, dance parties in Washington, D.C.

00:47:12.000 Oh, look at that lady. 1.00

00:47:13.000 She have a mask on? 0.97

00:47:13.000 No. 0.97

00:47:14.000 She have a mask on? 0.97

00:47:14.000 How about that lady? 0.97

00:47:15.000 Nope.

00:47:16.000 How about that guy up there?

00:47:16.000 Mask?

00:47:17.000 Nope.

00:47:17.000 How about those people up there?

00:47:18.000 No masks?

00:47:19.000 Oh, weird.

00:47:20.000 It doesn't matter anymore.

00:47:20.000 COVID's over, guys.

00:47:21.000 COVID is the wokest virus ever.

00:47:23.000 It is the wokest virus.

00:47:24.000 Okay, here we are.

00:47:26.000 This one is, I believe, in New York City.

00:47:29.000 Actually, it looks like Washington, D.C.

00:47:31.000 This is still in Washington, D.C.

00:47:32.000 People are drinking out of a champagne bottle, and they are handing it around to others to drink out of the same bottle.

00:47:38.000 This one, I believe, was in New York City.

00:47:40.000 People jumping up and down and dancing.

00:47:42.000 Anybody wearing a mask there?

00:47:43.000 You see a lot of masks over there?

00:47:44.000 You see that?

00:47:45.000 I'm seeing tons of masks from the people in the center of the mosh pit, smiling at each other and dancing and spitting on each other. 0.62

00:47:45.000 Yeah, lots. 0.62

00:47:50.000 This is down in Times Square.

00:47:53.000 Big rally in Times Square.

00:47:55.000 The virus is over, guys.

00:47:57.000 So I'm just gonna make a point here. 0.99

00:48:00.000 Either COVID stopped being dangerous, or the media are damned liars. 1.00

00:48:05.000 Damned liars. 1.00

00:48:05.000 You couldn't visit grandma in the hospital while she was dying, because COVID is super dangerous. 1.00

00:48:09.000 But you can be out there not wearing a mask protesting, so long as it's not even about something important anymore, right?

00:48:15.000 Remember when it was like, well, because racial injustice in America is a health problem, okay?

00:48:18.000 That was a bullcrap argument in the first place.

00:48:19.000 Now we get, apparently just celebrating Trump not being in office is super important.

00:48:23.000 How do we know that the media don't care about this?

00:48:25.000 Because they say they don't care about this.

00:48:26.000 CBS News reported, it's like the nation is having a giant block party, guys!

00:48:30.000 It's incredible!

00:48:31.000 In the middle of a pandemic.

00:48:33.000 The same people who are saying you can't have your family over for Thanksgiving because Anthony Fauci says so.

00:48:38.000 They're like, but they're having a block party because Trump's out of office and the virus don't care because the virus is woke, yeah! 1.00

00:48:44.000 There's the idiots over at CBS News reporting it. 1.00

00:48:47.000 I call it unbridled exuberance. 1.00

00:48:50.000 It's like, Nora, the country's having a nationwide block party.

00:48:54.000 You can go from city to city to city, and for the most part, see people just jumping out of their skins.

00:49:00.000 I was just there on the corner of 44th and 8th, talking, 44th and Broadway, asking a police officer, so how do you think, how's it going?

00:49:07.000 He goes, the night is young, but I haven't seen this many people this happy since a Yankees championship.

00:49:14.000 Isn't there a pandemic?

00:49:15.000 I was informed that half a million people are going to die by the end of the year by Joe Biden!

00:49:19.000 But apparently it no longer matters.

00:49:20.000 Weird.

00:49:21.000 Very weird how it doesn't matter anymore. 0.84

00:49:22.000 Aaron Ruppar, who's the most dishonest pseudo-journalist in America.

00:49:26.000 He does this routine over at Vox.com where he quotes people out of context and then all of his lefty blue checkmark friends shoot it around the echo chamber of Twitter.

00:49:33.000 He tweeted out, it's party time outside the White House.

00:49:35.000 Big picture of huge crowds outside the White House celebrating the election.

00:49:39.000 Okay, literally within the same day, that was at 11.16 a.m.

00:49:42.000 The same day, 10.45 p.m.

00:49:42.000 on November 7th.

00:49:43.000 on November 7th, the same day, 1045 p.m.

00:49:47.000 November 7th, giant party in after Notre Dame wins a game over Clemson.

00:49:53.000 Not ideal during a worsening pandemic.

00:49:56.000 Literally within 12 hours, right? 1.00

00:49:58.000 So, yeah, you're utterly full of crap. 1.00

00:50:01.000 All of you are utterly full of crap. 1.00

00:50:03.000 It's almost as though COVID is just a malleable tool you can wield against your political opposition. 1.00

00:50:08.000 I definitely trust our institutional media, our mainstream institutional media on everything.

00:50:13.000 Why won't I trust them?

00:50:14.000 You think the underlying problems in America have somehow alleviated because the Democrats think they won the election?

00:50:20.000 Yeah, good luck.

00:50:22.000 I keep saying it over and over.

00:50:23.000 It's true.

00:50:24.000 Get mobilized.

00:50:25.000 Get mobilized.

00:50:25.000 If you're a conservative, the fight is just beginning.

00:50:27.000 Because the left thinks they are in the ascendancy, they're not calling for healing.

00:50:31.000 They're not calling for reunification. 0.94

00:50:32.000 They're calling for you to sit down and shut up.

00:50:34.000 And if you refuse to sit down and shut up, they will castigate you in the same way they did President Trump. 0.86

00:50:38.000 They don't hate you because they hate Trump.

00:50:40.000 They hate Trump because they hate you.

00:50:42.000 And that does not stop today.

00:50:43.000 It did not stop yesterday.

00:50:44.000 It did not stop the day before. 0.99

00:50:46.000 Joe Biden is not going to be chiding his woke base or Michelle Obama or anybody in the media about this crap. 0.99

00:50:50.000 He's going to be using it. 0.98

00:50:52.000 Healing and unity for Joe Biden is a slogan.

00:50:55.000 It is an empty word that is to be used as a vessel for going after his political opposition. 0.85

00:51:01.000 At no point will he have the balls to stand up to his own base. 0.95

00:51:04.000 So get ready for it, OK? 0.98

00:51:04.000 At no point. 0.98

00:51:06.000 Because we all got to know the same about unity.

00:51:08.000 This is about something very, very different.

00:51:10.000 So meanwhile, as I've been saying, the media are just Beside themselves, right?

00:51:14.000 Our objective media, if there's one thing that is going to outlast this election cycle, I think more than any other, it's going to be the demise of the establishment media.

00:51:21.000 You know, we're here at Daily Wire calling ourselves the replacement media.

00:51:23.000 There's a reason for that.

00:51:25.000 Our media were worth 10 to 15 points for Joe Biden in this election cycle.

00:51:29.000 They are worth 10 points for Democrats in every election cycle. 1.00

00:51:31.000 They are sheer, unmitigated garbage. 0.99

00:51:33.000 And now they are taking off the mask once and for all. 1.00

00:51:35.000 So it was very clear when Trump became president that they were taking off the mask.

00:51:38.000 They were just going to become a Democratic attack machine against President Trump and against all Republicans.

00:51:43.000 Well, now that they think that Trump is out of office, again, there's a legal process underway for the 1,000th time this show.

00:51:48.000 There's a legal process underway to determine if that is in fact the case.

00:51:51.000 The media are assuming it's over.

00:51:53.000 And now they're taking off the mask and they are just, they're celebrating out like everybody else.

00:51:56.000 Like it's the end of Return of the Jedi and the Death Star has been blown up.

00:51:59.000 And now you can get Don Lemon out there in the streets celebrating with the Ewoks. 1.00

00:52:03.000 Really, really exciting stuff.

00:52:04.000 So Don Lemon literally started to cry on the air.

00:52:07.000 And said he didn't expect to be so overwhelmed.

00:52:09.000 This guy is objective, according to Brian Stelter, Captain Potato over at the CNN.

00:52:14.000 Here was Don Lemon.

00:52:16.000 Don Lemon, objective journalist, crying on air about Donald Trump not being in office.

00:52:20.000 But he's very objective, guys.

00:52:21.000 Such an objective journalist.

00:52:25.000 I didn't expect to be so overwhelmed by that.

00:52:28.000 I didn't realize the PTSD that many marginalized people, that African Americans, women, Latinos, people of color, white people, PTSD that people are feeling around this country because we have had whiplash from someone who only cares about himself and not uniting people.

00:52:50.000 Okay, Don Lemon, meanwhile tweeting out, I don't dare speak for my colleagues, but I can't tell you how difficult it's been as a journalist to cover this dark part of our history.

00:52:57.000 Let's hope the attacks on journalists, journalism, and everyone end.

00:53:01.000 Time to move into the light.

00:53:03.000 Hashtag America!

00:53:08.000 So much.

00:53:08.000 I mean, honestly, like levels of journalism being unmatched by other humans.

00:53:12.000 Don Lemon, objective journalist.

00:53:14.000 Incredible.

00:53:15.000 Incredible.

00:53:15.000 What a tough time he's had.

00:53:17.000 Earning his millions of dollars.

00:53:18.000 I mean, just really rough out there for Don Lemon.

00:53:20.000 So tough.

00:53:21.000 And Donald Trump has been so tough on journalists, he didn't arrest a single one, unlike Barack Obama, who actually did have journalists arrested and wiretapped.

00:53:27.000 But it's been really rough because Donald Trump was mean to the members of the media.

00:53:29.000 He was mean and he said mean things because he's a mean man.

00:53:32.000 But now everything's all better.

00:53:33.000 We're moving into the light, guys.

00:53:35.000 Does that bespeak objective journalism that we are moving into the light?

00:53:38.000 Does that?

00:53:39.000 Does that sound like an objective journalist to you?

00:53:41.000 Meanwhile, over on MSNBC, they're like, we stopped the fascist.

00:53:44.000 We did.

00:53:45.000 You didn't do anything.

00:53:46.000 You literally went on air from your from the safety of your home studios and you jabbered a bit.

00:53:52.000 And then you think Donald Trump lost the election. 0.89

00:53:54.000 He didn't stop a fascist.

00:53:55.000 It was called an election.

00:53:57.000 But the self-aggrandizing nature of the media, it's why they're blowing themselves out.

00:54:01.000 Here are the people over at MSNBC breaking out the whiskey.

00:54:06.000 To see someone like that, and for them to have voted for him in large numbers, it says that there is a potential for that to return.

00:54:14.000 We've got to really keep that very much in mind.

00:54:16.000 Yeah, Brazil.

00:54:17.000 You have Viktor Orban in Hungary.

00:54:19.000 You have all over the world.

00:54:21.000 Poland is slipping backwards toward fascism.

00:54:24.000 It can happen anywhere.

00:54:25.000 And is that really the moral of the story, that American exceptionalism isn't quite true?

00:54:29.000 We are subject to the same potentials for fascistic deterioration of democracy as any other country.

00:54:36.000 Oh, but we defeated fascism this time, but we could always slide back into fascism, you know, like like the Poles or like the Czechs or like the Hungarians. 0.90

00:54:44.000 Chris Hayes, meanwhile, was out there being a journalist himself, at least Chris Hayes, I think sometimes pretends to be a an opinion journalist.

00:54:51.000 He says Trump and the GOP have already gotten a shocking number of people and killed and are about to get more killed.

00:54:58.000 And then just to top that off, Chris Hayes, remember, these are your your your journalistic betters.

00:55:04.000 He added on top of that, I'm never going to forget this.

00:55:06.000 There are thousands and thousands of just normal Republican staffers who are complicit.

00:55:10.000 They all work together on a project that just let our people be led to the slaughter for months and months, dying alone with no one around day after day.

00:55:17.000 Super classy stuff there from the folks over at MSNBC.

00:55:19.000 Meanwhile, our journalistic betters over at CNN.

00:55:21.000 Let me read you some headlines from our journalistic betters.

00:55:23.000 These are the people who keep America safe from darkness.

00:55:26.000 Democracy does, in fact, die in darkness.

00:55:28.000 This is a headline.

00:55:31.000 Oh, so I guess she's done here.

00:55:38.000 Mission accomplished, gang.

00:55:40.000 Put up the poster.

00:55:40.000 Trump is gone.

00:55:41.000 Why, it's almost as though the media are now out there openly acknowledging what we all knew to be true for years while they lied and said it was not true.

00:55:48.000 Ben Smith writes, Maggie Haberman lives rent-free in Donald Trump's head, all over the front page of the New York Times, and also in a brick house in an unglamorous Brooklyn neighborhood out beyond the city bikes and stately brownstones.

00:55:58.000 On election night, as the votes started coming in, she was seated at her dining room table with her husband and one of her three children, drinking from a liter bottle of Food Town raspberry seltzer, eating leftover Kit Kats from Halloween, typing and texting, and still, still working her sources.

00:56:11.000 That was the beginning of the end of one of the most astonishing runs in the history of American journalism.

00:56:15.000 Ms.

00:56:15.000 Haberman has been, for the last four years, the source of a remarkably large share of what we know about Donald Trump and his White House.

00:56:21.000 She's done more than a story a day on average, and stories with her byline have accounted for hundreds of millions of page views this year alone.

00:56:27.000 That's more than anyone else at The Times.

00:56:29.000 Well, now her mission is over.

00:56:30.000 Journalism-ing is done, guys.

00:56:31.000 No more journalism necessary, because now you can just stenograph all of the Democratic Party talking points and put them out there and pretend you're a journalist.

00:56:39.000 Very, very exciting stuff happening.

00:56:41.000 Meanwhile, over at CNN, Chris Chaliza, analyst, he put out there a SOP about Joe Biden.

00:56:47.000 Joe Biden is a man and a politician whose joys and sorrows, whose triumphs and tragedies have always followed hard on one another. Joy has been replaced by pain. Pain has given way to joy.

00:56:59.000 Oh, well, I remember all those soft-hearted pieces about Donald Trump's triumph in 2016.

00:57:04.000 Don't you?

00:57:05.000 Meanwhile, The New York Times reporting on the election.

00:57:07.000 Read Epstein.

00:57:08.000 After warnings it could go off the rails, the election actually ran smoothly.

00:57:11.000 Why weird?

00:57:12.000 You were claiming, for months and months and months and months, that the mail-in balloting was going to be perverted by Donald Trump.

00:57:17.000 You set up an entire narrative of voter suppression over at the New York Times and in many other media outlets.

00:57:22.000 You kept saying it over and over, this election was gonna go sideways.

00:57:25.000 And then, you think your guy won, and so the election went great!

00:57:28.000 Amazing!

00:57:29.000 Why, what a coincidence!

00:57:30.000 The person you like, you think, was elected, and suddenly the election was pure as the driven snow and clean as a whistle.

00:57:36.000 Who could have predicted such a thing? 0.98

00:57:38.000 If you trust the media, you're a dupe and you're a sap.

00:57:41.000 The Washington Post has a long piece today, Voices from the Fight, an oral history of the four-year movement to defeat Donald Trump.

00:57:49.000 Activists, politicians, and ordinary citizens reflect on Trump's presidency and the moments that compelled them to rise up.

00:57:56.000 Is this in Slate?

00:57:57.000 Is this in Salon?

00:57:58.000 This is being reported by one, two, three, four, five reporters at the Washington Post.

00:57:58.000 Nope!

00:58:03.000 The movement to replace Donald Trump and how magical it was.

00:58:06.000 What a magical moment.

00:58:07.000 By the way, in this entire thousands word long piece, there's not a single mention, not a single mention of impeachment.

00:58:15.000 OK, it's not mentioned.

00:58:16.000 OK, it's mentioned.

00:58:17.000 Sorry, I'm wrong.

00:58:18.000 It was mentioned very much later in here, but it's mentioned in the context of what a wonderful person Adam Schiff is.

00:58:26.000 The whole thing is about Adam Schiff and Brendan Boyle and how they stopped, they stopped the cruelty and malice.

00:58:31.000 Not a single mention, by the way, of Russiagate and how that whole thing fell apart.

00:58:36.000 Not a single mention of the Steele dossier.

00:58:38.000 I'm word searching the entire thing.

00:58:40.000 Not a single mention of the Steele dossier anywhere in this entire piece.

00:58:44.000 Not a mention of attempting to undermine Trump's presidency.

00:58:46.000 Nothing.

00:58:47.000 It quotes Nancy Pelosi and Cecile Richards and various other members of the Democratic Party about how how wonderful, how wonderful they are trying to get rid of Trump for years on end.

00:58:57.000 And finally, they accomplished it.

00:58:58.000 Oh, history has been made.

00:59:01.000 Incredible, incredible journalism.

00:59:03.000 Why would you not trust these people?

00:59:05.000 Why would you not trust these people?

00:59:06.000 Okay, which brings us to the question of now that they think that Joe Biden has won, what exactly is Joe Biden supposed to do if he becomes president of the United States?

00:59:15.000 So here is Joe Biden's big move.

00:59:16.000 Okay, ready?

00:59:17.000 Here are Joe Biden's big moves coming up.

00:59:19.000 He's announcing, wait for it, he's gonna solve COVID.

00:59:21.000 He said in his speech he was gonna solve COVID.

00:59:23.000 How's he gonna solve COVID?

00:59:24.000 He's announcing, wait for it, a task force.

00:59:27.000 Boom! 0.99

00:59:28.000 Done.

00:59:28.000 COVID's over, guys.

00:59:29.000 He's announcing a government task force.

00:59:31.000 Well, I guess he had that plan, and he said he had a plan, and now he's gonna start implementing that magic plan to end COVID, which starts with a bunch of members of the government talking with each other in a task force.

00:59:40.000 Which will definitely work because it has both the words task as well as force. 0.99

00:59:44.000 It's not as though he was an empty vessel simply saying stupid crap for months on end, but he wasn't Donald Trump. 0.99

00:59:50.000 No, he had a plan and his plan was a task force. 1.00

00:59:53.000 Government task force.

00:59:54.000 I mean, if only if only Trump had known about government task forces, COVID would have ended earlier.

00:59:59.000 As we all know, the single most efficient thing in the American government is like when I have a problem, I call a task force.

01:00:05.000 When we got a problem at our house, or let's say that there's a bit of a leak from the weather over here in Florida, I call a task force.

01:00:10.000 Then I sit around for like several months and just talk about it.

01:00:12.000 Task forces, the solution to everything.

01:00:14.000 According to Axios, Joe Biden plans Monday to name a 12-member task force team to combat and contain the spread of the coronavirus.

01:00:21.000 Wow. Wow. Wow.

01:00:24.000 Ooh.

01:00:24.000 Well, I mean, I guess that problem solved, guys.

01:00:26.000 Very, very exciting stuff.

01:00:27.000 A COVID task force.

01:00:27.000 I guess the virus is just gonna— The virus is running scared now, gang.

01:00:29.000 as well as adopting health protocols for the campaign itself to prevent the spread of the virus in Biden's inner circle.

01:00:35.000 Well, I mean, I guess that problem solved, guys.

01:00:37.000 Very, very exciting stuff, a COVID task force.

01:00:39.000 I guess the virus is just gonna, the virus is running scared now, gang.

01:00:42.000 Meanwhile, Biden is planning a bunch of executive orders.

01:00:45.000 What exactly are those executive orders?

01:00:48.000 Well, apparently he is going to sign an executive order to not support the DACA Dreamers, which you knew was coming. 1.00

01:00:55.000 He's going to sign an executive order to end the so-called Muslim ban, which is in fact not a Muslim ban.

01:01:00.000 It is a ban on people coming in from various specific countries that have been labeled state sponsors of terrorism.

01:01:05.000 Also, he's going to be signing Some executive orders on family separation policy.

01:01:12.000 Are any of these seriously major orders?

01:01:15.000 Not really.

01:01:17.000 It's all just kind of executive orders that undo some of the things that Trump did.

01:01:22.000 He's going to rejoin the Paris Climate Accords, which of course is completely worthless without enabling legislation.

01:01:27.000 You need a piece of legislation that actually enables that to become part of American law.

01:01:31.000 Otherwise, Paris Climate Accords, they don't actually mean anything, as everybody who knows anything knows.

01:01:35.000 He's going to reverse Trump's withdrawal from the WHO because the WHO has done an amazing job in propagandizing on behalf of the Chinese government.

01:01:44.000 That's pretty much it.

01:01:45.000 Ooh, well, I guess, world-changing stuff here from Joe Biden.

01:01:50.000 All of which has led to a battle inside the Democratic Party.

01:01:52.000 When I say the fight is just beginning, I don't just mean between conservatives and everybody else.

01:01:56.000 I mean between the left wing of the party and the not-crazy left wing of the party.

01:02:00.000 So AOC, Is going at it with Abigail Spanberger from Virginia and now Conor Lamb from Pennsylvania.

01:02:07.000 So Conor Lamb spoke out about AOC and he said that she is actually damaging the Democratic Party, right?

01:02:12.000 She's making it difficult for people in purple districts to win. 1.00

01:02:15.000 She immediately went back at Conor Lamb and she said Lamb spent $2,000 on Facebook the week before the election.

01:02:20.000 I don't think anybody who's not on the internet in a real way and loses an election can blame anyone else when you're not even really on the internet.

01:02:26.000 There's only one problem with that, by the way, which is that Conor Lamb is probably gonna win his race in Pennsylvania.

01:02:32.000 Conor Lamb did, in fact, fight back in what I thought was one of the great burns of the relatively modern era.

01:02:40.000 He said that he's excited about AOC's enthusiasm.

01:02:43.000 Sorry, the representative, Alexander Ocasio-Cortez DeTwitch.

01:02:46.000 He's very excited about Ocasio-Cortez's enthusiasm, and he's especially excited about her enthusiasm in low turnout Democratic primaries.

01:02:54.000 Which is a subtle burn, considering that she won a low-turnout Democratic primary in Brooklyn and now has become an ideological leader of the Democratic Party.

01:03:02.000 There's trouble a-brewin' in Democrat land.

01:03:05.000 Serious trouble brewin' in Democrat land.

01:03:07.000 By the way, when I say there's serious trouble brewing in Democrat land, I mean there's a good shot that they don't win the Senate in Georgia.

01:03:12.000 And I gotta say, Chuck Schumer Over the weekend.

01:03:15.000 So this is the big thing, right?

01:03:16.000 This election very much is going to come down to the two Senate runoff races in Georgia.

01:03:20.000 Both of those are happening in January.

01:03:22.000 They're going to decide the constituency of the Senate. 0.97

01:03:24.000 Democrats need to win both.

01:03:25.000 In one of them, you have John Ossoff running against David Perdue.

01:03:28.000 David Perdue just beat Ossoff, but he didn't get above 50%.

01:03:30.000 He got like 49.9%.

01:03:31.000 And so he's going to have to run against Ossoff again.

01:03:34.000 Ossoff has now lost a contested House race.

01:03:37.000 He's lost a contested Senate race.

01:03:39.000 He's going to lose again in January.

01:03:40.000 But we all need to get involved.

01:03:41.000 If you're a conservative and you don't want Chuck Schumer running Running roughshod over the Constitution with the help of President Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi.

01:03:50.000 Those Georgia races mean nearly everything.

01:03:52.000 In the other race, you have Kelly Loeffler who's going to be running against a reverend named Warnock.

01:03:58.000 Warnock only got about 33% of the vote in the open primaries, and the Republican combined vote was closer to 50%.

01:04:04.000 Republicans are favored in both races.

01:04:07.000 Chuck Schumer is so... He's either incompetent, or he is deliberately pushing for the Republicans to win the Senate.

01:04:16.000 I don't know any other way to put this.

01:04:17.000 When I say there are divides in the Democratic Party, this is what I mean.

01:04:19.000 Here's Chuck Schumer, the Senate Minority Leader.

01:04:21.000 He literally said what will be the Republican ad from now until January.

01:04:26.000 He said, if you give us Georgia, we will completely transform the country. 0.97

01:04:30.000 Now, let's just be straight about this.

01:04:32.000 The reason that Georgia apparently went blue in this election is not because voters of Georgia are wildly to the left.

01:04:39.000 It's because black voter turnout, particularly in the mail-in balloting in Georgia, was extremely, extremely high.

01:04:44.000 You think that's replicable for a special election Senate race in Georgia that's going to decide the fate of the Senate?

01:04:50.000 I have serious, serious doubts.

01:04:52.000 OK, in any case, here was Chuck Schumer basically just cutting a campaign ad for Republicans.

01:04:58.000 Now we take Georgia, and then we change the world!

01:05:06.000 Now we take Georgia, and then we change America! 0.76

01:05:11.000 Okay, so first we change Georgia, then we change America.

01:05:14.000 That is going to be the rallying cry for Republicans in Georgia.

01:05:18.000 Those races matter an awful lot because Joe Biden facing down a Republican Senate majority, he's gonna have a serious problem.

01:05:24.000 All of this is bubbling under the surface.

01:05:26.000 For all the happy talk in the media, the media have a problem.

01:05:28.000 For all the happy talk from Joe Biden, Joe Biden has a problem.

01:05:30.000 For all the happy talk from Democrats, the Democrats have a problem.

01:05:33.000 The underlying ideological issues in the United States, philosophical issues in the United States, they've not been alleviated by this election.

01:05:40.000 And the truth must be told, this fight is only just beginning, no matter which way the presidential race goes.

01:05:45.000 So, get motivated, get motivated.

01:05:47.000 It all starts in Georgia.

01:05:48.000 Go over to Kelly Loeffler's website, give to her campaign.

01:05:50.000 Go over to David Perdue's website, give to his campaign.

01:05:53.000 It all starts with control of the Senate.

01:05:55.000 You put a check and a break on Joe Biden, and Republicans have all the momentum moving forward.

01:06:02.000 Alrighty, we'll be back here later today with two additional hours of content.

01:06:05.000 Otherwise, we'll be back here with you tomorrow.
