00:00:00.000 Elon is saying that Derek Chauvin is innocent, which is true.
00:00:02.000 I've been saying this for a while.
00:00:03.000 I'm glad that other people are jumping onto that train.
00:00:06.000 We get to the latest major update in Derek Chauvin's case out of Minnesota, plus some news from the Carmelo Anthony case out of Texas and a super disturbing social media trend related to the Lindsey Clancy trial.
00:00:15.000 Here we go.
00:00:17.000 Elon Musk joined the Derek Chauvin should be freed from prison train.
00:00:22.000 Obviously, he is right.
00:00:23.000 Obviously, I was right when I said this last year.
00:00:25.000 The evidence is very, very clear that Derek Chauvin was not guilty of murder.
00:00:29.000 That is the evidence in the case.
00:00:31.000 Elon Musk puts this out.
00:00:32.000 He is correct.
00:00:33.000 Derek Chauvin was unjustly convicted of murder, therefore, he should be freed.
00:00:36.000 The facts show that he was not the cause of death, nor did he at any time intend for a death to occur.
00:00:40.000 Whatever else he may be, he is not a murderer.
00:00:41.000 That is the truth.
00:00:43.000 That is true.
00:00:43.000 That is correct.
00:00:44.000 Well, he said this because Derek Chauvin's attorneys are now seeking a dismissal of the case.
00:00:51.000 Chauvin's attorney, Greg Joseph, argues that Chauvin's due process rights were violated because a grand jury was never convened to review the charges.
00:01:00.000 He put out a petition because Hennepin County's unlawful charges against Chauvin were not severe enough for the mob.
00:01:05.000 Tim Walz referred the case to Keith Ellison, who signed and e filed the second unfounded complaint against Derek Chauvin that included the murder charge in Wanted.
00:01:13.000 The petition says it's impossible to assess the trial errors in State versus Chauvin because the entire trial was a fraud.
00:01:18.000 It was based on unfounded charges that were never properly before the courts.
00:01:21.000 This is a procedural argument.
00:01:22.000 We'll see whether it cuts any weight.
00:01:23.000 But the reality is that, of course, that case is an absurdity.
00:01:28.000 It always was an absurdity.
00:01:31.000 The entire George Floyd summer was rooted in the idea that Derek Chauvin had committed a racist murder, and both words in that phrase are wrong.
00:01:40.000 There was not even an allegation of racism brought up in court, and it wasn't a murder.
00:01:44.000 He died of excited delirium in all probability.
00:01:46.000 He was literally saying, I can't breathe before he was on the ground.
00:01:50.000 So there's that.
00:01:52.000 In other criminal justice news, a Texas judge granted Carmelo Anthony's request, not the New York Next Volume shooter, the murderer in Texas.
00:02:04.000 A Texas judge granted Carmelo Anthony's request Wednesday to remove the judge who presided over his murder trial from the post trial case, finding a reasonable outside observer could question whether the judge appeared impartial.
00:02:14.000 The filing cites comments in which Roach, that's the judge, said the jury got it right and defended several trial rulings, including his handling of courtroom access and the dismissal of three black prospective jurors.
00:02:26.000 Anthony's attorneys say these comments create the appearance that Roach prejudged the defense's claims.
00:02:31.000 Now, again, the filing is not challenging whether Anthony was guilty or innocent.
00:02:34.000 It alleges that constitutional and legal errors deprived him of a fair trial.
00:02:38.000 So they're looking for a new trial on all of this.
00:02:40.000 They're arguing that his trial was not open enough to the public because there are no cameras in the courtroom.
00:02:45.000 So now the appeal is going to be held not by the trial court.
00:02:49.000 That judge has been removed, but by another judge.
00:02:52.000 Again, this is becoming a sort of demand of Democratic campaigning to pretend that somehow Carmelo Anthony was the victim in a case in which he stabbed a young white man to death.
00:03:03.000 Here's James Tallarico doing the routine.
00:03:04.000 Again, the fact that James Tallarico is even competitive in Texas is a blemish on Ken Paxton.
00:03:08.000 It's insane. 0.97
00:03:11.000 Right now, we've got a system that doesn't serve all Americans equally, and we know that black Texans have been.
00:03:19.000 Have not gotten the justice they deserve in many cases.
00:03:22.000 And, you know, I'm not an expert on this particular case, but I know that there were no black members of the jury. 0.98
00:03:28.000 And to me, that's the only evidence you need to really prove that this system is not working for black Texans.
00:03:37.000 That there weren't enough black people on the jury?
00:03:39.000 That's how you prove the system isn't working.
00:03:40.000 What if he was guilty?
00:03:42.000 Are you going to make it like I don't understand.
00:03:44.000 If you have a case like Derek Chauvin, did he need to be like white guys from his area?
00:03:51.000 Like, how do you? 0.62
00:03:52.000 Does the jury have to be made up of people exclusively?
00:03:54.000 Like, I don't think he's going to make that argument at all.
00:03:56.000 By the way, if you want to talk about systemic racism, and so there's this extraordinary thing that happened with Google AI.
00:04:03.000 It's been corrected now since people called it to attention.
00:04:03.000 I think they've been correct.
00:04:06.000 So, a bunch of people, I tried this this morning and it was working this way and then they changed it. 0.75
00:04:10.000 But if you had put in to Google, I am alone with a white person, then Google's AI would have returned the following response If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable right now, please remove yourself from the situation, go to a public place, or call local emergency services immediately.
00:04:27.000 I mean, that's scary. 0.86
00:04:30.000 And I'm alone with a white person. 0.66
00:04:34.000 Well, you might be scared. 0.93
00:04:36.000 If you typed in, I'm alone with a black person, quote, being alone with a black person is a normal everyday situation. 1.00
00:04:41.000 They are just another person.
00:04:43.000 Treat them with normal respect and kindness.
00:04:47.000 Oh, that's pretty strong stuff.
00:04:54.000 So, well done, AI.
00:04:58.000 Again, the presets are extraordinary there.
00:04:59.000 By the way, it's true for every other race.
00:05:01.000 If you type, I'm with an Asian person, I'm with a Hispanic person, I'm with a Jewish person, I'm with a Muslim person, the response is, they're just a normal person like everybody else. 0.90
00:05:07.000 Treat them normally, which is like the actual correct response.
00:05:10.000 I am alone with a white person was, well, better watch your back.
00:05:16.000 You wonder why people are a little concerned about the AI.
00:05:18.000 But well, this would be just one reason.
00:05:20.000 It's not an insignificant reason.
00:05:23.000 Who's watching the Watchmen?
00:05:25.000 New York Times readership among young Americans has cratered, which is great because nobody wants the woke skulled lecturer dressed up in a journalism costume.
00:05:32.000 Here's the thing.
00:05:33.000 While legacy media hemorrhages trust across the board, Prager U is providing hope for the rising generation.
00:05:38.000 Millions of students log on every day for five minute videos on economics, history, faith, and freedom that teach the truth, not what CNN and others want young people to believe.

00:06:09.000 They're awesome.

00:06:26.000 Earlier this week, we discussed this particular case of Lindsay Clancy, a horrifying case in which a woman was pretty, in my opinion, obviously suffering from postpartum psychosis and then killed three of her children and tried to commit suicide.
00:06:37.000 It's a horrifying case.
00:06:39.000 We went through sort of the medical case, what the differences are between postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis, two totally different things.
00:06:46.000 Same sort of basic cause, but very, very different effects because psychiatric cause and effect, very difficult to tell.
00:06:53.000 In any case, there are a bunch of women who are now taking advantage of the fact that there is sympathy for a woman who had serious psychosis and destroyed three lives and then destroyed her own in the most horrible fashion.
00:07:06.000 And now they are trying to claim that they have the same issues that. 0.98
00:07:09.000 That Lindsey Clancy did.
00:07:11.000 If you do, you should immediately be hospitalized, right?
00:07:15.000 That's the reality.
00:07:16.000 If you are doing same Lindsey, then you should be in a mental hospital because that's the whole thing. 0.99
00:07:22.000 Lindsey Clancy should have been in a mental hospital because she had postpartum psychosis, which made her dangerous to herself and others, clearly. 0.86
00:07:28.000 So if you're saying same Lindsey, that is because you are truly self serving and narcissistic or you're dangerous. 0.89
00:07:38.000 Those are the only two choices. 0.94
00:07:38.000 Either you're self serving and narcissistic or you're dangerous. 0.94
00:07:40.000 Because if you're pretending you're the same as the person who killed her three kids with an exercise ban and then tried to commit suicide by cutting her wrist and jumping out of the second story window, then either you really ought to be under a professional care like 24 hours a day in an institution, or you are a bad person because what you're doing here is not the same thing.
00:08:02.000 And conflating these things is not rational, reasonable, and sympathetic.
00:08:08.000 If what you're trying to say is, listen, here's what I'm suffering with I'm suffering with postpartum depression.
00:08:13.000 You can do that without identifying with the woman who, by the way, probably wishes she'd never suffer.
00:08:18.000 It seems like she wishes she had never suffered from any of that sort of stuff.
00:08:21.000 Like, stop conflating all these things. 0.99
00:08:23.000 TikTok is rotting brains, absolutely rotting brains.
00:08:28.000 I'm completely overwhelmed trying to take care of the kids. 0.99
00:08:30.000 I'm drowning every day.
00:08:32.000 I feel guilty that I'm spending my family's money and not making any.
00:08:35.000 I feel like I spend way too much.
00:08:37.000 She wrote that, right?
00:08:38.000 Same one.
00:08:38.000 I always feel strongly against sleep training.
00:08:41.000 I feel like it's abusive to let the baby cry.
00:08:44.000 And not respond, but I made the decision.
00:08:46.000 I did it with Cal.
00:08:47.000 It is way too much crying.
00:08:49.000 It's incredibly stressful.
00:08:50.000 I'm very sad about this.
00:08:51.000 I know at this time it's what I needed to do for my mental health.
00:08:56.000 Okay, same Lindsay is not a trend.
00:08:58.000 And if you put out a video that says same Lindsay, we should immediately investigate you and put you in a mental hospital.
00:09:03.000 Because one of two things is happening either you are saying that you feel the same way Lindsay Clancy did right before she murdered her children because she had postpartum psychosis, in which case, you need to be looked at.
00:09:15.000 Under professional care, full time, or you are searching for empathy from people who are just bereft of any sense of rationality. 0.99
00:09:25.000 This is bad and it's self serving and it's narcissistic and it's trash. 0.99
00:09:28.000 And honestly, it's a trash thing to do. 1.00
00:09:30.000 And TikTok is making people stupid and it's making you narcissistic and ridiculous. 1.00
00:09:34.000 These videos are ridiculous, ridiculous. 1.00
00:09:38.000 Alibeth Stuckey put out a tweet saying, Your wife probably shouldn't be on TikTok. 1.00
00:09:45.000 Yep. 1.00
00:09:46.000 Accurate.
00:09:48.000 And if you're taking a video of yourself saying Sam Lindsay, like you're crying, you're so depressed that you feel like you can't handle your kids, what are you doing on TikTok?
00:09:55.000 Shouldn't you be like, you know, doing something else to make yourself happy?
00:09:57.000 Like, this is not where happiness lives. 0.96
00:10:00.000 This self centeredness is disgusting. 0.96
00:10:02.000 It really, really is gross and vile and wrong and morally wrong. 0.88
00:10:08.000 You're making a category error.
00:10:09.000 Again, postpartum depression is real, get the treatment you need.
00:10:12.000 Postpartum psychosis is real, and you should be probably in an institution until you are properly medicated to the point where we know for sure that you're not a risk to yourself or others.
00:10:20.000 But if you're just a person who's suffering, And you don't have either of those things, that's insane to identify.
00:10:26.000 And then, if you are a person who has postpartum depression and you are likening yourself to the woman who murdered her children, what are you doing?
00:10:33.000 What are you even doing right now?
00:10:34.000 What are you doing?
00:10:35.000 What an amazing video you just watched.
00:10:37.000 Wasn't that amazing?
