The Ben Shapiro Show - The PERVERSITY Of A Dead President

00:00:00.000 Well, the world is on a verge of a regional war and Kamala Harris is nowhere to be found in terms of interviews we are now on.

00:00:06.000 We've got to update our little calendar here.

00:00:08.000 Day 23!

00:00:10.000 Day 23 of Kamala Harris answering zero questions and our president not being alive anymore.

00:00:17.000 But news is breaking all the time, which is why Daily Wire plus members have the best.

00:00:32.000 Well, if you're feeling outraged lately, you're not alone. 0.92

00:00:36.000 It is outrageous the way that we, the American people, are being absolutely gaslit by the president of the United States, his pathetic vice president of the United States, and the even more pathetic legacy media. 0.97

00:00:47.000 It is a triumvirate of corruption, It is a triumvirate of circular sycophancy. 0.98

00:00:53.000 It's truly horrifying.

00:00:54.000 And the reason it's truly horrifying is, imagine a situation in which the world is on the verge of World War III, possibly in the Middle East.

00:01:01.000 It is reported by Lebanese media today that Hezbollah, a major terrorist group operating out of Lebanon, it is effectively an Iranian front group, is preparing a massive assault on the Israelis.

00:01:12.000 In fact, Hezbollah is preparing for that, and we know this because they've apparently evacuated their Beirut headquarters fearing an Israeli counter-assault, a counter-strike on the Hezbollah Beirut headquarters.

00:01:23.000 We know that the United States is mobilizing serious resources into the Eastern Mediterranean.

00:01:29.000 They're moving aircraft carriers into the Mediterranean at the behest of the President of the United States, presumably, or Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of Defense.

00:01:39.000 All this is happening and the President of the United States is asleep on a beach in Delaware.

00:01:44.000 He does nothing for a living.

00:01:46.000 And this raises a fairly serious question.

00:01:48.000 Why is there a complete vacuum at the top of the United States government?

00:01:52.000 See, here's the thing.

00:01:53.000 You could maintain that Joe Biden was capable of doing the job before that first debate.

00:01:58.000 But then the first debate happened and even Democrats and even the media said he is not capable of being the Democrat nominee.

00:02:05.000 He needs to go.

00:02:06.000 He's senile.

00:02:07.000 He's falling apart.

00:02:09.000 And then they got rid of him.

00:02:10.000 They took him out back, like Gold Yeller, and then he was gone. 0.64

00:02:13.000 But he's still the President of the United States.

00:02:15.000 And that is the astonishing dishonesty of these people. 0.96

00:02:18.000 Truly dishonest and gross to the American people.

00:02:21.000 See, when you elect a president, you deserve to have a president.

00:02:25.000 Joe Biden, didn't vote for him, wouldn't vote for him.

00:02:27.000 He is my president because he is the president of the United States today.

00:02:31.000 Which means that he has all of the executive powers entrusted to him by the Constitution of the United States and the American people in the 2020 election.

00:02:39.000 And he is gone.

00:02:41.000 He is not there.

00:02:43.000 The world is on fire and he is not there.

00:02:45.000 Now, Kamala Harris knows that he's not there.

00:02:47.000 The entire cabinet knows he's not there.

00:02:48.000 The entire media know he's not there.

00:02:50.000 The entire American people know he's not there.

00:02:52.000 In fact, the entire world knows that Joe Biden is not there.

00:02:56.000 And so they are moving aggressively.

00:02:57.000 The Iranians are moving aggressively. 1.00

00:02:59.000 And meanwhile, you got Jake Sullivan, I guess, with the nuclear codes or something, trying to tell the Iranians just how hard they can hit the Israelis without prompting some sort of serious Israeli response. 0.69

00:03:09.000 You have the Ukrainians pushing into Russia with Joe Biden asleep at the switch down in Delaware somewhere at a beach with Jill sitting and holding his hand as he moves on off into slumberland.

00:03:22.000 I mean, here is actual video of Joe Biden at the beach this weekend.

00:03:26.000 This is your President of the United States.

00:03:28.000 Look at him.

00:03:30.000 He is not conscious.

00:03:32.000 He is literally asleep on a beach in Delaware.

00:03:36.000 Out cold.

00:03:37.000 Old man.

00:03:37.000 Gone.

00:03:39.000 On a beach.

00:03:40.000 That is your President of the United States.

00:03:42.000 And you know what?

00:03:43.000 Do you understand the tremendous disrespect to the American people of this man?

00:03:48.000 It was disrespectful that he was running again.

00:03:50.000 But it's even more disrespectful, I gotta tell you, that they have already acknowledged that he has shuffled off the moral coil, and they are leaving him in as President of the United States.

00:03:59.000 And the only reason Kamala Harris is leaving him in, rather than, say, 25th Amendment-ing him, or pushing him to drop out of the presidency, is because he won't leave, he believes he should get the gold watch, and he should get the DNC night one tribute, and she's perfectly willing to keep him in place.

00:04:12.000 Why is Kamala willing to keep him in place?

00:04:14.000 Wouldn't it be better for her?

00:04:15.000 If she were the acting president of the United States now, running for re-election, the answer is she doesn't want the responsibility.

00:04:20.000 She doesn't want the accountability. 0.75

00:04:22.000 She does not want to be linked with Joe Biden's record.

00:04:24.000 So right now, Democrats, in their disgusting search for power, their malign search for power, no matter what, have basically deemed it necessary to keep a dead person in the Oval Office right now as the world burns. 0.95

00:04:38.000 They are doing that because number one, he's an ego monster and he needs that. 0.97

00:04:43.000 He needs that.

00:04:43.000 He says, if you're not going to give me the nomination, I'm going to stay here and you can't make me go.

00:04:48.000 So he's an ego monster, obviously.

00:04:49.000 It took Nancy Pelosi almost literally shoving him off a cliff to get him out of the nomination. 0.99

00:04:54.000 But there's something else happening here, which is that the Democrats understand that if Kamala Harris is saddled with Joe Biden's record, she loses.

00:05:01.000 So what are they doing?

00:05:02.000 They're leaving the dead body in place.

00:05:04.000 So you will blame the dead body for all the bad policy.

00:05:06.000 And meanwhile, Kamala Harris will be over here. 1.00

00:05:08.000 Wearing Team USA jackets and dancing and pretending joy, campaigning joy and reading off teleprompters.

00:05:15.000 Her entire campaign so far, again, day 23, no positions, none.

00:05:21.000 Every position she currently has is a position she did not have about six weeks ago. 0.94

00:05:26.000 And many of them are adopted from the Trump campaign.

00:05:28.000 She's been asked zero questions.

00:05:29.000 She's been held accountable.

00:05:30.000 For zero of Joe Biden's actions, and the media are falling right into place, like the Praetorian Guard that they are, the bootlickers that they are, the Democrat media human centipede continues, continues to grow.

00:05:42.000 It is unbelievable.

00:05:45.000 They have not asked her a single question, nor will they.

00:05:47.000 In fact, she goes out there and she talks about how she's going to lower inflation, and no one will ask her, well, aren't you the VP now?

00:05:53.000 Weren't you the deciding vote on the Inflation Reduction Act?

00:05:57.000 She'll go out there and claim that she's tough on immigration. 1.00

00:06:00.000 They won't ask her.

00:06:01.000 In fact, they will go out of their way to protect her and pretend that she is actually not the borders are and had nothing to do with Joe Biden's policy.

00:06:08.000 That is why they are keeping this dead old man there.

00:06:11.000 It's why.

00:06:12.000 Listen, they're keeping Joe Biden in office so that Kamala does not actually have to be the person who takes responsibility for the policy.

00:06:19.000 The dead body is the elephant in the room.

00:06:21.000 I mean, there's another elephant in the room, and that is Big Tech's war on free speech.

00:06:24.000 It's not just conservative voices Big Tech is after.

00:06:25.000 It's anyone who dares to think in heterodox fashion.

00:06:28.000 So why are we handing our personal data to these digital overlords on a silver platter? 0.57

00:06:32.000 I'll tell you what I do to fight back.

00:06:33.000 I use ExpressVPN.

00:06:35.000 If you value your privacy and freedom of thought, you should as well.

00:06:37.000 Here's the deal.

00:06:38.000 Every time you go online, Big Tech is watching.

00:06:40.000 They track your searches, your clicks, even the videos you watch.

00:06:42.000 It's like having Big Brother breathing down your neck 24-7.

00:06:45.000 With ExpressVPN, you can protect yourself.

00:06:47.000 When you use ExpressVPN, your internet connection gets rebooted through their secure servers.

00:06:51.000 That means Big Tech cannot see your IP address.

00:06:52.000 It's like putting an invisibility cloak over your online activity.

00:06:55.000 They can't track you, they can't profile you, they sure as heck can't sell your data to the highest bidder.

00:06:59.000 It's not just about privacy, it's about taking a stand.

00:07:01.000 The best part?

00:07:01.000 You don't need to be a tech wizard to use ExpressVPN.

00:07:04.000 Just download that app, tap one button, and boom, you are now protected.

00:07:07.000 So, here would be your call to action.

00:07:08.000 Stop letting Big Tech treat your data like it's their personal piggy bank.

00:07:12.000 Take back your online freedom with the VPN I trust and use every single day.

00:07:14.000 Head on over to expressvpn.com slash ben.

00:07:16.000 That's e-x-p-r-e-s-s-vpn.com slash ben.

00:07:19.000 Get three extra months for free with my exclusive link, expressvpn.com slash ben, because your data is yours, not theirs.

00:07:25.000 So understand this triumvirate, Joe Biden, dead man, who wants to remain in place?

00:07:30.000 Kamala Harris, who's running a campaign completely free of substance or positions, specifically so she cannot be held accountable for her boss's crappy presidency, and a media that are complicit in both of those things. 1.00

00:07:42.000 They were eager to get rid of Joe Biden as the nominee because they want Kamala Harris to be the president after.

00:07:47.000 But because they want her to be the president after, she can't be the president now. 0.97

00:07:50.000 So they will ask no serious questions about Joe Biden as to his actual ability to carry out the job this moment, He won't be forced to answer that question.

00:07:59.000 He'll simply be able to get away with it.

00:08:01.000 And meanwhile, they'll focus in on the magic that is Kamala Harris, without ever asking her a single question.

00:08:05.000 Like, for example, if your boss is not capable of being president for the next four years, what makes you think he is capable of being president now?

00:08:13.000 And how much are you involved in the policy making at the White House?

00:08:15.000 They don't want those questions answered, because those answers might mean that she wouldn't be president. 0.99

00:08:19.000 So, Joe Biden, by the way, has now done more full-scale interviews As the non-nominee than Kamala Harris has as the nominee, over the weekend, Joe Biden sat down and he actually did a televised interview, which is more than Kamala Harris has done.

00:08:36.000 She's too busy wandering around the fruited plains, getting off of her Air Force Two and hobnobbing with little girls before ignoring the media, putting on her sunglasses and taking off her sunglasses like David Caruso from CSI Miami or something.

00:08:52.000 And we're supposed to pretend that that amounts to a candidacy.

00:08:54.000 Meanwhile, here was Joe Biden.

00:08:56.000 He was sitting down with CBS News, and he was asked about people skeptical that he can't do the job.

00:09:03.000 And here was his relatively unconvincing answer.

00:09:08.000 To those who have expressed skepticism about how much you'll be on the trail or about the rest of your term, raised questions about your health, what do you say to them?

00:09:18.000 All I can say is watch.

00:09:20.000 That's all.

00:09:20.000 Look, I had a really, really bad day in that debate because I was sick.

00:09:26.000 But I have no serious problem.

00:09:30.000 I was talking to Governor Shapiro, who's a friend.

00:09:34.000 We have to win Pennsylvania, my original home state.

00:09:37.000 He and I are putting together a campaign tour in Pennsylvania.

00:09:40.000 I'm going to be campaigning in other states as well.

00:09:42.000 And I'm going to do whatever in common things I can do to help most.

00:09:47.000 So then why exactly is he not the nominee?

00:09:50.000 He's still making the same case.

00:09:52.000 He's totally fine.

00:09:53.000 But they're not making that case anymore.

00:09:55.000 No one is making that case anymore except for Joe Biden.

00:09:58.000 By the way, Joe Biden is still bitter about this.

00:09:59.000 He says congressional Democrats forced him out of the race.

00:10:03.000 The polls we had showed that it was a neck and neck race.

00:10:06.000 Would have been down to the wire.

00:10:09.000 But what happened was a number of My Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was going to hurt them in the races.

00:10:19.000 And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the topic you'd be interviewing me about.

00:10:25.000 Why did Nancy Pelosi say, why did someone?

00:10:29.000 And I thought it'd be a real distraction.

00:10:34.000 He acknowledges that he was forced out of the race.

00:10:36.000 And Democrats are now openly laughing at him, that he was forced out of the race.

00:10:40.000 Nancy Pelosi, who is three years older than Joe Biden, she says that his letter, you know that letter that they posted online?

00:10:47.000 He said, that didn't sound like him.

00:10:48.000 It sounded like someone wrote it for him and then posted it on Twitter.

00:10:50.000 I mean, she's openly acknowledging that he's not running the country, but they're fine with that.

00:10:54.000 Of course they're fine with that.

00:10:55.000 It means no one's answerable for his criminal presidency, a horribly, horribly run presidency.

00:11:01.000 Here's Nancy Pelosi.

00:11:03.000 I didn't accept the letter as anything but a letter.

00:11:07.000 I mean, there are some people who were unhappy with the letter.

00:11:17.000 Some said that some people were unhappy with the letter.

00:11:20.000 I'll put it in somebody else's mouth.

00:11:21.000 Because it didn't sound like Joe Biden to me.

00:11:27.000 I mean, she's openly saying that he was basically manipulated into giving up the presidency.

00:11:31.000 And apparently it's fine for him to keep the presidency.

00:11:34.000 That's the part that's amazing.

00:11:35.000 So Joe Biden went out there and he called Donald Trump a threat to American security.

00:11:39.000 Here he was over the weekend.

00:11:42.000 Mark my words, if he wins this nomination, I mean, excuse me, this election, watch what happens.

00:11:49.000 It's a danger.

00:11:50.000 He's a genuine danger to American security.

00:11:54.000 Look, we're at an inflection point in world history.

00:11:56.000 We really are.

00:11:58.000 The decisions we make in the last three, four years, the next three, four years, are going to determine what the next six decades look like.

00:12:06.000 He's a danger to American security.

00:12:07.000 You know what's a danger to American security?

00:12:09.000 Please put back up the video of Joe Biden sleeping on a beach.

00:12:13.000 That's a danger to American security.

00:12:15.000 That right there, that is a danger to American security.

00:12:18.000 Where are the media?

00:12:20.000 Where is She is Kamala Harris. 0.95

00:12:22.000 She is the VP.

00:12:23.000 It is her responsibility to make sure the president is sentient.

00:12:26.000 She knows he wasn't sentient, which is why she offed him.

00:12:30.000 The entire Democratic Party wants to play this ridiculous game where on the one hand, Joe Biden was incapable of being the nominee and made the most patriotic move of all in stepping aside as the nominee.

00:12:39.000 But also, we need to keep his corpse in office in order so we can blame the corpse for everything going wrong and we can free Kamala to just be joy and light. 0.80

00:12:48.000 And that's the entire game right now.

00:12:49.000 And it is maddening.

00:12:50.000 It's maddening, because as an American citizen, you know what I would like?

00:12:53.000 A president.

00:12:55.000 Even if it's a bad president.

00:12:56.000 A president responsible for the activities, so that you can hold that president accountable.

00:13:01.000 But what they want is a president who can't be held accountable because he's senile, and a candidate who can't be held accountable because she's not the president.

00:13:07.000 That is the unbelievable game they are currently playing.

00:13:10.000 And right now, it is working.

00:13:12.000 It is working because of the complicity of the media, who have not asked Kamala Harris a single question.

00:13:17.000 And she knows that she can get away with it.

00:13:19.000 Because they're not going to turn on her.

00:13:21.000 Under no circumstances will you start to see editorials saying, we will not back Kamala Harris unless she answers difficult questions.

00:13:27.000 At no point will you ever see a headline like that.

00:13:30.000 Sure, you'll have the Washington Post write a piece saying, you know, she really should sit down for an interview and answer some questions once in a while. 0.92

00:13:36.000 And sure, you'll have some people on CNN who'll say, you know, it's kind of weird that she's not holding a press conference.

00:13:39.000 At no point will they say it is not okay for a presidential candidate to answer zero questions, offer zero policies, take zero responsibility for her prior conduct as either senator or AG of California or vice president, and somehow just jet set right into the presidency because she's wearing stylish clothes and she's owning it, man, and she's slaying like a queen and she's brat. 1.00

00:14:07.000 If the American people vote for this kind of crap, they deserve exactly what they get, frankly. 0.97

00:14:10.000 I mean, you vote for this. 1.00

00:14:11.000 You deserve what you get.

00:14:12.000 I understand that many people are voting for Kamala because they hate Trump that much.

00:14:16.000 But understand, when you vote for an empty suit who's a chameleon on every single issue, That's precisely what you're going to get, and you deserve it.

00:14:24.000 The media are not asking Kamala any questions, just as they have not asked Biden any questions.

00:14:28.000 Meanwhile, war is looming in the Middle East, and the Israel Defense Force is on high alert in preparation for a Hezbollah attack. 0.75

00:14:34.000 Hospitals are preparing themselves to deal with mass casualties.

00:14:36.000 Major airlines have already halted flights into Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv.

00:14:40.000 Iran's proxies are at Israel's borders.

00:14:42.000 They're preparing to strike from Iran directly, by the way.

00:14:45.000 The attack is inevitable.

00:14:46.000 It can come in any and all forms, and from seven different fronts.

00:14:50.000 Israelis have been told to prepare for at least three days without power or electricity.

00:14:53.000 In the event of an attack, Israelis across the country could be forced to spend days or weeks in bomb shelters.

00:14:57.000 Those shelters need to be equipped with basic essentials for survival, like food and water, to prepare people to live in them for long periods of time.

00:15:04.000 The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is working to equip bomb shelters with emergency food boxes for Israelis who have to remain there in case of an Iranian attack.

00:15:12.000 10,000 of these food boxes have been delivered.

00:15:13.000 They're preparing to deliver thousands more.

00:15:15.000 In Northern Israel, which has been continually targeted by rocket fire, the Fellowship has delivered firefighting equipment, protective equipment for hospitals, two bulletproof vehicles, much more to enhance security and protect both ordinary citizens and first responders that are on the ground.

00:15:26.000 They're working around the clock to assess and fill immediate needs.

00:15:29.000 I'm looking for 500 listeners to join me by donating $100 to meet those urgent security needs today.

00:15:34.000 Thanks to a generous IFCJ supporter, your gifts will be matched, doubling your impact in the Holy Land.

00:15:38.000 To give to IFCJ, visit BenForTheFellowship.org.

00:15:41.000 That's one word, BenForTheFellowship.org.

00:15:43.000 God bless and thank you.

00:15:45.000 Democracy is the theory, as HL Mencken once suggested, that the American people get what they deserve good and hard.

00:15:52.000 They deserve to make their own choices and then get what they deserve good and hard.

00:15:54.000 That's the theory of democracy, and they're about to get it.

00:15:57.000 You vote for an empty suit like Kamala Harris, who is, in fact, either responsible for the Biden administration's decision-making, or is a complete nothing burger, and what you get is what you get.

00:16:08.000 Nonetheless, Kamala Harris, according to the latest New York Times polls, is now leading in three of the biggest swing states, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.

00:16:15.000 She's leading by four points in each of those states, according to the New York Times.

00:16:20.000 Those margins shrink just a little bit when you include RFK.

00:16:22.000 If you include RFK, she's still leading in all three of those states.

00:16:27.000 However, the lead drops to about two points in Pennsylvania, as opposed to four points.

00:16:34.000 With all of that said, This new polling from the New York Times shows that 53% of Americans say that she has a clear vision for the country compared to 60% who say that Trump has a clear vision for the country.

00:16:48.000 54% say she has the temperament to be an effective president. 0.99

00:16:51.000 52% say she's honest, which is unbelievable. 0.93

00:16:54.000 She's one of the biggest liars in American politics. 1.00

00:16:56.000 65% say she is intelligent, which I've yet to see any evidence of her radical intelligence, folks. 0.99

00:17:03.000 Like, where is it on display?

00:17:07.000 She has done nothing pyrotechnically brilliant in her entire political career other than identity politics and sleeping with Willie Brown way back when. 0.99

00:17:14.000 50% say she will bring the right kind of change.

00:17:18.000 But the bottom line is, this little strategy is working.

00:17:21.000 The Democrats' strategy of ignoring the American people And simply pushing her to the presidency by dint of glitzy ads dumped with tens of millions of dollars online. 0.78

00:17:34.000 Apparently, she's spent something like $30 million in online advertising so far, compared to like $4 million from the Trump campaign, which does raise the question.

00:17:42.000 It's up to Donald Trump to win this campaign.

00:17:45.000 He is running against a target-rich environment in Kamala Harris.

00:17:48.000 He needs to be weaponized.

00:17:51.000 He needs to be dropping hundreds of millions of dollars in ads to define his opposition.

00:17:55.000 I think that again, everybody on both sides is too online.

00:17:58.000 I think there are a lot of people in the right-wing circles who are too online and they look at Kamala Harris and they think that because many of us in the online circles know what's wrong with Kamala Harris, that that has broken through to the American people.

00:18:08.000 You can tell how it has not broken through to the American people given the fact that the entire rip on Kamala Harris, a legitimate rip on Kamala Harris for years, is that she is incoherent and speaks in coleslaw.

00:18:19.000 We made fun of her for the you fell out of a coconut tree thing and Democrats turned it into a positive joy meme inside of 30 seconds. 1.00

00:18:27.000 That's how little the American people know about Kamala Harris.

00:18:30.000 That means you have to define her.

00:18:31.000 You have to.

00:18:31.000 Meanwhile, she's defining herself in real time without anyone asking a serious question of her.

00:18:36.000 So she's running an ad now.

00:18:38.000 The disrespect for the intelligence of Americans is astonishing here.

00:18:41.000 She's running an ad suggesting that she is tougher on the border.

00:18:45.000 I mean, talk about just a malicious lie.

00:18:49.000 Tougher on the border?

00:18:49.000 She has presided as Vice President of the United States over the biggest migrant wave in the history of the United States, in the history of the country.

00:18:58.000 She was the Border Czar.

00:19:00.000 I know everyone wants to pretend she wasn't, and the media went out of their way to try and defend her from the realities here, but here she was saying that she is tougher on the border in this ad.

00:19:09.000 Kamala Harris has spent decades fighting violent crime. 1.00

00:19:12.000 As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels and jailed gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border.

00:19:20.000 What the hell?

00:19:21.000 That is not true, I lived in California!

00:19:25.000 And as president, she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking. 0.93

00:19:31.000 What in the world?

00:19:33.000 I've been down to the border!

00:19:35.000 What?

00:19:36.000 I'm Kamala Harris and I approve this message.

00:19:40.000 That's insanity.

00:19:41.000 She's the worst vice president in the history of the United States on immigration. 0.99

00:19:45.000 Bar none.

00:19:46.000 Zero competitors.

00:19:48.000 And just ran an entire ad on how she's tough on the border. 0.86

00:19:52.000 And look at the media.

00:19:53.000 The media snapped into place like nobody's business.

00:19:54.000 So J.D.

00:19:55.000 Vance went after Kamala.

00:19:57.000 He was on a bunch of Sunday shows.

00:19:58.000 So J.D.

00:19:59.000 Vance has now done more Sunday shows than Kamala Harris by a factor of infinity because she's done none. 0.99

00:20:05.000 Okay, so he goes on with Jonathan Karl, and he starts slamming Kamala as the Borders are. 0.91

00:20:11.000 And Jonathan Karl tries to push back and say she wasn't the Borders are. 0.61

00:20:14.000 The pathetic willingness of the media to act as lapdogs for the Harris campaign, it's just amazing stuff.

00:20:22.000 We have a wide open southern border because our border czar actually set a lot of open border policies. 0.88

00:20:28.000 You know she's not actually, she wasn't the border czar.

00:20:31.000 Oh, that was what the media called her. 1.00

00:20:32.000 She assumed the title.

00:20:34.000 She had control over a lot of our border policy at a time when they were suspending deportations.

00:20:39.000 They stopped Donald Trump's remain-in-Mexico policy, and they reinstituted catch-and-release.

00:20:48.000 They basically threw open the gates of our country, and now we have a ton of fentanyl, a ton of people suffering, and a ton of Americans.

00:20:53.000 But how are you going to get 10 to 15 to 20 million people out of the country?

00:20:55.000 Well, the first thing you have to do is to stop the bleeding, stop the open border, get Kamala Harris out of there, and actually reimplement the remain-in-Mexico policy, rebuild or finish Donald Trump's border wall.

00:21:07.000 And you do that, and you stop the bleeding.

00:21:10.000 Okay, he is right about all of that, but look at Jonathan Karl going on defense.

00:21:14.000 Look at him going on defense for Kamala.

00:21:15.000 She wasn't the border czar.

00:21:17.000 There's video of Jonathan Karl, like a year ago, talking about her control over border policy.

00:21:22.000 They're willing to do anything for this chameleonic candidate. 0.65

00:21:25.000 While Kamala is stealing Donald Trump's actual policies, that's enough to make you insane. 1.00

00:21:30.000 Another thing that makes you insane is when you're just not feeling healthy, when you're feeling under the weather.

00:21:34.000 The best way to avoid that is balance of nature.

00:21:36.000 Listen, I've got a busy schedule.

00:21:37.000 I'm flying all around the country for work.

00:21:39.000 I'm constantly on the go.

00:21:40.000 It's an election year.

00:21:40.000 That means I have to keep my health at its very best, which means I exercise, I try to get enough sleep, I eat well.

00:21:45.000 Balance of nature fits right into my day-to-day.

00:21:47.000 Imagine trying to eat 31 different fruits and veggies every day.

00:21:49.000 Sounds miserable and time-consuming.

00:21:51.000 Well, at Balance of Nature Fruits and Veggies, there's never been a more convenient dietary supplement to ensure you get a wide variety of fruits and veggies daily.

00:21:58.000 Balance of Nature takes fruits and veggies, they freeze-dry them, they turn them into a powder, they put them into a capsule.

00:22:02.000 You take your fruit and veggie capsules every day, and your body knows what to do with them.

00:22:04.000 It's kosher, so I can put it right in the protein smoothie, which is how I'm just Continuing to maintain my absolutely ripped physique.

00:22:11.000 Go to balanceofnature.com, use promo code SHAPIRO for 35% off your first order as a preferred customer, plus get a free bottle of Fiber and Spice.

00:22:18.000 That's balanceofnature.com, promo code SHAPIRO.

00:22:21.000 Again, balanceofnature.com, promo code SHAPIRO for 35% off your first order as a preferred customer, plus get a free bottle of Fiber and Spice.

00:22:28.000 That is balanceofnature.com, promo code SHAPIRO for 35% off your first order as a preferred customer, and that free bottle of Fiber and Spice.

00:22:36.000 So let's just be clear about this.

00:22:39.000 She apparently has nothing to do with border policy and so she can adopt Trump's border policy and it's not just that.

00:22:44.000 Over the weekend, she goes to Nevada and she says she's going to remove a tax on tips.

00:22:49.000 That is a Donald Trump idea.

00:22:50.000 He has trotted that out to great applause in places like Nevada where there are a lot of employees who are reliant on tips.

00:22:56.000 Now we know she's lying because the reality is When she was Attorney General of the State of California, one of the things that she and the rest of the Democrats in California tried to crack down on was independent contracting, like Uber, for example.

00:23:07.000 And so they obviously wanted to tax tips because they wanted everybody paid as an employee so they could tax all that stuff.

00:23:14.000 But here she is, literally just in real time, adopting Donald Trump's policies and answering zero questions about it.

00:23:20.000 This is an amazing gaslighting.

00:23:22.000 You thought the gaslighting about Joe Biden's health was bad.

00:23:24.000 How about the gaslighting that Kamala Harris is now able to switch every single position she has ever held, all of them, in real time, without any linkage to her record as vice president, senator, or AG of California? 0.96

00:23:36.000 And the media go right along with it.

00:23:38.000 It's outrageous.

00:23:39.000 It really is.

00:23:41.000 And it is my promise to everyone here, when I am president, we will continue our fight for working families of America.

00:23:49.000 Including to raise the minimum wage and eliminate taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers.

00:24:05.000 you That is a Donald Trump idea.

00:24:09.000 Even the media were like, well, I mean, she didn't get that from Donald Trump.

00:24:12.000 That was kind of weird.

00:24:13.000 But has she been asked about that?

00:24:15.000 Of course not.

00:24:15.000 She won't answer any questions.

00:24:16.000 She literally said last week, maybe she'll schedule an interview before the end of the month.

00:24:19.000 Schedule an interview before the end of the month.

00:24:22.000 Can we just get clear on what the calendar looks like right now?

00:24:25.000 Hey, right now, here's what the calendar looks like.

00:24:26.000 We are at August 12th.

00:24:27.000 One week from today, the Democratic National Convention begins.

00:24:31.000 She will do zero interviews this week.

00:24:33.000 She will not sit for a serious interview.

00:24:34.000 She won't answer a serious question.

00:24:36.000 She'll get all the way to the convention without answering a single question.

00:24:39.000 Then she will get into the convention.

00:24:41.000 Night one will be a celebration of Joe Biden.

00:24:43.000 They will give him his gold watch and shuffle him off to the old age home where they put him on morphine until he dies.

00:24:47.000 And then the rest of the convention will be about the glories of Kamala Harris and her complete lack of any policy or talent. 0.92

00:24:54.000 But she is quite brat. 1.00

00:24:55.000 And there are gonna be celebrities.

00:24:56.000 And it'll be amazing.

00:24:58.000 Billie Eilish will show up with her green hair and all that. 1.00

00:25:01.000 Taylor Swift might show up. 0.68

00:25:03.000 Be a lot of celebs.

00:25:04.000 It'll be so magical.

00:25:06.000 And then we will be at August 22nd.

00:25:08.000 And she still will have answered zero questions.

00:25:11.000 And then we'll be into the following week.

00:25:13.000 And we'll be close to Labor Day.

00:25:15.000 Already.

00:25:16.000 And then post-Labor Day, the voting starts.

00:25:19.000 The entire game here is to delay and lie to you.

00:25:22.000 That's the entire game.

00:25:23.000 Joe Biden is lying to you.

00:25:24.000 He is not capable of holding the presidency.

00:25:26.000 Kamala Harris is lying to you. 0.99

00:25:27.000 She knows Joe Biden is not capable of holding the presidency.

00:25:30.000 She's letting him do it while the world burns in order to shield her own political career, and she won't answer any questions about her own actual positions in any serious way.

00:25:39.000 And the media will do it because there's nothing they like better than the taste of Kamala Harris's boots. 1.00

00:25:44.000 They love it, apparently.

00:25:46.000 It is their favorite thing.

00:25:47.000 Here's Kamala Harris on the campaign trail saying she's going to lower costs. 1.00

00:25:50.000 Do you know how insane you have to be to believe that Kamala Harris is going to lower costs?

00:25:54.000 She is the vice president who presided over the worst inflationary cycle in 40 years.

00:26:00.000 In 40 years.

00:26:01.000 This is like me campaigning on telling you that I am going to magically make bacon taste better.

00:26:07.000 I don't even know what it tastes like! 0.74

00:26:09.000 The hell is she talking about?

00:26:10.000 We believe in a future where we lower the cost of living for America's families so they have a chance not just to get by, but to get ahead.

00:26:25.000 To get ahead.

00:26:28.000 While our economy is doing well by many measures, prices for everyday things like groceries are still too high.

00:26:39.000 Are they?

00:26:39.000 I'm wondering how they got that way.

00:26:46.000 It's maddening.

00:26:47.000 It's maddening.

00:26:48.000 And if you're watching politics, you're a regular watcher of politics, of course it's maddening.

00:26:51.000 Because for three weeks there, you got actual serious political coverage of a serious political issue, Joe Biden's senility.

00:26:55.000 And then it went away.

00:26:57.000 And now apparently what we're supposed to believe is Joe Biden is solid.

00:27:00.000 Not solid enough to run, but solid enough to be president.

00:27:03.000 Kamala Harris is brilliant and charismatic.

00:27:06.000 Time Magazine is redoing their cover.

00:27:09.000 They have a brand new cover this week, Time Magazine, which is the most sycophantic cover I've ever seen of any major politician outside of Barack Obama.

00:27:16.000 And it is the hero shot, the black and white drawing of Kamala Harris looking out into the future, Barack Obama style, with the lower part of her picture just made up of ordinary citizens.

00:27:29.000 And it says, her moment, her moment.

00:27:33.000 It's enough to make anyone vomit.

00:27:34.000 Again, I'm now in Exorcist territory.

00:27:38.000 My head is turning 360 and I'm vomiting everywhere given the amount of media coverage like this.

00:27:42.000 Meanwhile, the one thing we know about her is that she is going to pander to her radical left. 1.00

00:27:46.000 That is the thing that you know about her.

00:27:47.000 You know how you know about this?

00:27:48.000 Over the weekend, Kamala Harris once again demonstrated her pro-Hamas bona fides.

00:27:53.000 So, over the weekend, there was an allegation by Hamas that was a lie.

00:27:57.000 The allegation, as usual, is they suggested that Israel had killed a hundred people at a school.

00:28:03.000 That was a lie.

00:28:04.000 It was not true.

00:28:05.000 It turns out that Israel had hit a school building that is not in session being used by Hamas as a terror hangout. 1.00

00:28:13.000 As they always do because they're always using mosques and hospitals and schools because they know that then when Israel kills terrorists in these places then they will lie about it and morons and unbelievably stupid and dishonest people like Kamala Harris will immediately jump on that. 1.00

00:28:27.000 So. 1.00

00:28:28.000 Hamas lies about the casualties, and they come forward almost immediately, and they just lie. 0.77

00:28:34.000 They say that there are a hundred people who have been killed.

00:28:38.000 Israel, meanwhile, says, uh, no, there weren't a hundred people killed, and actually, we vetted the site, so we know exactly who we hit, and it turns out that we hit a bunch of terrorists.

00:28:45.000 Okay, originally, at like 5 20 a.m., Hamas Health Ministry announced that 40 martyrs were killed.

00:28:51.000 20 minutes later, Hamas saw an opportunity to inflate the numbers and sent another message saying a hundred quote-unquote martyrs were killed.

00:28:57.000 This is as reported by Hen Masik, his reporter.

00:29:01.000 The first media report then came out about an hour and 20 minutes later mirroring what Hamas was saying.

00:29:06.000 Saying that the IDF killed over a hundred people in a school.

00:29:09.000 Then everybody spent the next multiple hours talking about how many people Israel had killed.

00:29:16.000 How many civilians had been killed.

00:29:19.000 Israel immediately came out and said, no, no, no, we killed at least 19 terrorists.

00:29:23.000 There weren't 100 bodies there.

00:29:24.000 That's just not the way this works.

00:29:26.000 Kamala Harris immediately came out with a statement saying that there was too much loss of civilian life.

00:29:33.000 She said, quote, far too many civilians have been killed yet again, and reiterated calls for a hostage deal and a ceasefire.

00:29:39.000 Speaking at a campaign event, Harris said Israel had a right to go after Hamas, but, quote, has an important responsibility to avoid civilian casualties.

00:29:46.000 So she immediately, because this is what she does, bought into the Hamas propaganda.

00:29:50.000 Well, as it turns out, Hamas then revised the numbers back down to 40, and then Israel named 38 of the people in the building who were terrorists.

00:29:57.000 So in other words, it is very, very plausible that zero civilians were killed.

00:30:02.000 But Kamala Harris is willing to jump on that bandwagon, because we know who she's trying to please. 1.00

00:30:06.000 All she cares about is pleasing the pro-Hamas crowd.

00:30:10.000 Well, Kamala Harris, she has plenty of time for the pro-Hamas supporters. 0.93

00:30:13.000 She's massaging them. 0.94

00:30:14.000 She's making clear how much she wants to hear their opinions.

00:30:17.000 But you know what I don't have time for?

00:31:18.000 That's PolicyGenius.com slash Shapiro.

00:31:21.000 That is the thing that she wants.

00:31:24.000 She needs to keep them in the fold. 0.97

00:31:27.000 And she needs to keep them in the fold because of course they're pressuring her from the outside.

00:31:31.000 Right now, the pro-Gaza, pro-Hamas crowd, they're planning on showing up in big numbers to the DNC, and this could be the only blemish on her so far absolutely clean rollout.

00:31:39.000 Her shining, chrome-like rollout.

00:31:43.000 According to the Washington Post, the scenes and stenches that greeted Hamza Abdul-Qadhar when he crossed Egypt's border into Gaza in mid-March were far worse than the devastating videos he had watched as war raged in the territory.

00:31:54.000 That experience, along with 10 months of anger at the Biden administration's handling of the war, has left Abdul-Qadhar and many other So of course she's trying to pander to them.

00:32:00.000 Of course!

00:32:00.000 to protest in large numbers outside the Democratic National Convention in Chicago on August 19th to

00:32:06.000 August 22nd. Organizers say tens of thousands will show up creating scenes of fury and dissent

00:32:10.000 at a moment when Democrats will be working to project unity and this could be the only bad

00:32:14.000 things that happens to Kamala Harris in her first month as a candidate. So of course she's trying to 1.00

00:32:18.000 pander to them. Of course. That is not a shock at all. And naturally many Jewish Democrats are 1.00

00:32:24.000 getting a little bit skeevish.

00:32:25.000 They're getting a little bit worried about exactly how Kamala Harris is handling the pro-Hamas element in her base that she seems to consistently pander to. 0.66

00:32:34.000 According to the New York Times, Jews have been a loyal democratic constituency dating back at least to the 1930s, but after an extraordinarily challenging 10 months following the Hamas-led October 7th attack on Israel, Israel's devastating military response to Gaza, and explosion of anti-Semitism, some are warning that in corners of the Jewish community, close ties to the Democratic Party might be fraying.

00:32:53.000 Well, I mean, they should.

00:32:55.000 They should.

00:32:56.000 Rabbi Amiel Hirsch, who leads the Stephen Wise Free Synagogue on Manhattan's liberal Upper West Side,

00:33:00.000 that's a reform synagogue, he said, there's a kind of suspicion that was in the back of our minds,

00:33:04.000 it's creeping more to the center of our minds, that maybe the failure to select, for example,

00:33:07.000 Josh Shapiro, had something to do with the Jewishness of Governor Shapiro. That, of course,

00:33:12.000 is true. But again, we all know who Kamala Harris is. 0.98

00:33:16.000 Kamala Harris is a radical, and this is what the Trump campaign should be hammering away at. 1.00

00:33:21.000 The media, of course, are doing their damnedest to obscure all of this.

00:33:24.000 They're trotting out dullards like Molly Jongfast, a true nepo baby, to talk about how Kamala is an Obama-level orator. 0.99

00:33:31.000 Yeah, we're gonna do this routine.

00:33:34.000 I think it's a really good campaign, and people really like her.

00:33:37.000 She's gotten to be a really gifted Obama-level orator, and she was very much underestimated by the mainstream media.

00:33:47.000 And quite frankly, she has command.

00:33:50.000 You hear her up there, and she is confident.

00:33:53.000 She is calm, and she is commanding.

00:33:56.000 And for whatever reason, America is ready for her.

00:34:02.000 Hmm.

00:34:03.000 I will listen to the lady with the crazy hair. 1.00

00:34:05.000 Probably she has a great beat on what America is ready for. 0.96

00:34:08.000 But that is the entire media now.

00:34:09.000 The entire media is Molly Jongfast and her buddies.

00:34:11.000 John Carl has morphed into Molly Jongfast.

00:34:13.000 They all have.

00:34:14.000 Because again, the Democratic media complex, the Democrat media human centipede continues all the time.

00:34:20.000 It is so perverse.

00:34:21.000 It's all perverse.

00:34:22.000 And it begins at the very top with the fact they are still willing to cover for the fact a dead man is president of the United States.

00:34:27.000 It's totally insane.

00:34:29.000 Meanwhile, this puts the onus on Donald Trump to actually meticulously prosecute his case.

00:34:33.000 Can he do it?

00:34:34.000 We'll get to that in just one moment.

00:34:36.000 First, Remember the incredible film, What is a Woman?

00:34:39.000 Well, Matt Walsh got the same group of white guys back together to ask America's next burning question, am I racist?

00:34:43.000 It's coming to theaters this September.

00:34:45.000 Matt went deep undercover into the cesspool of DEI insanity.

00:34:49.000 Rubbing elbows with professional race hustlers and diversity con artists, some would say, he did the work. 0.69

00:34:53.000 Well, now it's your turn.

00:34:54.000 The date you need to remember right now, Thursday, this Thursday, August 15th.

00:34:57.000 That is when pre-sale tickets go on sale for Matt's movie.

00:35:00.000 With your help, we're gonna stick it to the woke mob one ticket at a time. 0.95

00:35:02.000 It's really important to pre-order because that's how the theaters know that they should actually show Am I Racist?

00:35:07.000 So, get all the details.

00:35:08.000 Watch the official trailer at www.amiracist.com.

00:35:12.000 Well, the reality of this Democrat media complex means that Donald Trump must campaign well.

00:35:18.000 There is no choice now.

00:35:19.000 Donald Trump is running from behind.

00:35:20.000 That is the reality of the situation.

00:35:22.000 And failing to look the reality in the face means that Donald Trump would lose.

00:35:26.000 Right now, the RealClearPolitics polling average, for the first time in a long time, has Kamala Harris up outright over Donald Trump.

00:35:33.000 The last several polls in that average show Harris up.

00:35:36.000 In fact, of the last three, six, nine polls, she is ahead in seven of them.

00:35:42.000 The only two that have Trump up are CNBC from last week and Rasmussen Reports, which typically has Trump up.

00:35:49.000 So, there's no question the momentum in the race has moved.

00:35:52.000 In the battleground states, the RealClearPolitics polling average now has Harris up in Wisconsin and in Michigan.

00:35:57.000 Trump is still up in Pennsylvania, although very, very narrowly.

00:36:02.000 And it seems like momentum is moving in her direction, which means Trump has to campaign better.

00:36:06.000 It's just that simple.

00:36:09.000 Again, I'm a backer of Trump.

00:36:10.000 I want him to win.

00:36:11.000 That is why he needs to do the right thing and campaign well.

00:36:13.000 And what does that mean?

00:36:14.000 That means nailing her on the record. 0.99

00:36:16.000 It means pointing out what she is, pointing out she's a chameleon and that she's a liar because she is. 0.97

00:36:21.000 Trump is starting to make those sorts of noises. 0.95

00:36:23.000 He's starting to move in the right direction.

00:36:25.000 Over the weekend, he did a rally.

00:36:26.000 He says, listen, Joe Biden's mental incompetence has now given away to Kamala Harris's absolute emptiness.

00:36:34.000 For nearly four years, Joe Biden's mental incompetence has given Harris a free reign to impose her ultra-liberal agenda on America and others with her and destroy our country. 1.00

00:36:45.000 You're destroying our country. 0.82

00:36:49.000 Hey, he's right, Ballows.

00:36:50.000 He needs to be specific.

00:36:52.000 He needs to be specific about what it is that she has done.

00:36:55.000 It's not going to be enough to sort of speak the general about her because she's not well-known enough.

00:37:00.000 That's part of the problem in this campaign.

00:37:01.000 In 2016, everybody knew Hillary.

00:37:02.000 Hillary had been in the public eye in the United States for 24 years by the time we hit 2016. 1.00

00:37:07.000 She had first appeared on the public scene as Bill Clinton's heroine and wife in 1992.

00:37:13.000 That was the public perception of her in 1992.

00:37:15.000 That's not me.

00:37:16.000 That was what everyone perceived her as going back 24 years.

00:37:19.000 So when he ran against her and he called her crooked and unlikable, everybody was like, well, I mean... And then when Joe Biden ran in 2020...

00:37:25.000 Trump rightly labeled him sleepy, but the problem was that wasn't enough to overcome the chaos of that year and all of the changed voting rules and all the rest of it.

00:37:33.000 This year, Donald Trump was able to properly label Joe Biden sleepy, and everyone was like, well, yeah, I mean, the guy is senile, and it worked.

00:37:40.000 But no one knows anything about Kamala, which means you have to define your opponent.

00:37:42.000 It's like the first rule in politics, and Trump is usually very good at this.

00:37:46.000 The problem for Trump is that he's used to speaking at 30,000 feet.

00:37:49.000 And when you first define somebody, you have to be pretty specific in how you define them.

00:37:52.000 People need examples.

00:37:53.000 They need something to be able to grasp onto.

00:37:55.000 So again, everything he's saying here is correct.

00:37:57.000 I'm just not sure it's specific enough. 1.00

00:37:59.000 So here he was saying she's not going to hold a press conference because she's stupid. 0.99

00:38:02.000 By the way, he's not wrong. 1.00

00:38:03.000 She is not an intelligent human being, which is why every time she gets off the teleprompter, she sounds like a drunken 15-year-old. 0.96

00:38:10.000 It's amazing. 0.99

00:38:11.000 Here's Trump.

00:38:13.000 Since becoming a presidential candidate, she has refused to do a single interview.

00:38:18.000 You know why? 1.00

00:38:18.000 Because she's dumb. 1.00

00:38:23.000 He is right about that. 1.00

00:38:24.000 That is true.

00:38:25.000 Now, is that going to win him votes?

00:38:27.000 Probably not.

00:38:28.000 Things can be true or not when you vote at the same exact time. 1.00

00:38:31.000 The other thing that you can't do is distract yourself with ego plays and stupidity. 0.99

00:38:35.000 So over the weekend, the Trump campaign accused Kamala Harris of faking crowd size. 1.00

00:38:41.000 Now, Trump has a peculiar obsession with crowd size.

00:38:43.000 Probably it goes back to his TV days when he rated success by ratings.

00:38:48.000 Whatever the rationale, he spent some of the weekend fulminating over the Harris campaign's supposed AI crowd sizes.

00:38:55.000 So, he claimed on social media on Sunday that a crowd at a Michigan rally for VP Harris didn't exist and nobody was there, and he said that photos of the event were fabricated by AI.

00:39:06.000 That, of course, was not true.

00:39:07.000 There were, in fact, thousands of people who were gathered there.

00:39:09.000 There was video of it.

00:39:11.000 And Kamala HQ then tweeted out in response, this is an actual photo of a 15,000-person crowd for Harris Walls in Michigan.

00:39:19.000 Trump has still not campaigned in a swing state in over a week.

00:39:24.000 Low energy, right?

00:39:24.000 So their idea here is that now he's low energy.

00:39:26.000 So that's them trolling him.

00:39:28.000 You cannot fall for the trolling.

00:39:29.000 Falling for the trolling would be a large-scale mistake.

00:39:32.000 Gotta focus on the actual issues, especially because they are there aplenty.

00:39:36.000 So Tim Walz turns out to have been a disastrous VP pick.

00:39:40.000 For the Democrats.

00:39:41.000 Now, you're not going to be able to win by just running against Tim Walz.

00:39:44.000 Tim Walz can underscore the fact that two things, this campaign is chameleonic because Tim Walz presents himself as a sort of Midwestern model when in reality he's basically Bernie Sanders Midwest.

00:39:55.000 And two, he presents himself as a hard-charging coach slash military man who is now pretty clearly engaged in a level of stolen valor.

00:40:05.000 And so once again, it's sort of this chameleonic There seems to be a bet that he can speak to the heartland, that he can speak to rural America.

00:40:12.000 So here was Governor Laura Kelly of Kansas suggesting he's just a Midwestern dad, just a Midwestern dad.

00:40:18.000 That is not how Americans are likely to perceive Tim Walz when this is all over.

00:40:23.000 There seems to be a bet that he can speak to the heartland, that he can speak to rural America.

00:40:28.000 Do you think that's overstated?

00:40:30.000 No, not at all.

00:40:32.000 I mean, Tim Walsh is the epitome of the Midwestern dad.

00:40:36.000 You know, you could put him at any state fair, on any main street, and certainly in a Friday night football game in rural Kansas, and he would fit right in.

00:40:49.000 Sure, sure.

00:40:50.000 He's just a Midwestern dad.

00:40:51.000 That's it.

00:40:51.000 He's just a Midwestern dad who lies about his service for like years and years and years and years.

00:40:58.000 So Walz is still, it's amazing.

00:40:59.000 Walz has not answered any questions.

00:41:01.000 Forget about Kamala.

00:41:02.000 He hasn't done any pressers.

00:41:03.000 He hasn't answered a single question about this entire controversy swirling over whether he lied about where he was deployed or when he retired or what his final rank was when he did retire.

00:41:13.000 He's still campaigning on his military service.

00:41:14.000 So he says Trump knows nothing about service.

00:41:18.000 Trump sees the world very differently than all of us here.

00:41:25.000 Each of you talk about service.

00:41:28.000 Donald Trump knows nothing about service.

00:41:40.000 It's pretty hard to provide service to others when you're too busy looking out for only yourself.

00:41:46.000 Okay, so there he is on service.

00:41:47.000 Okay, here is a letter from his battalion commander and direct supervisor, Colonel John Cole.

00:41:52.000 quote, feeling I need to say this.

00:41:54.000 I do not regret that Tim Walz retired early from the Minnesota Army National Guard,

00:41:57.000 did not complete the Sergeant's Major Academy, broke his enlistment contract,

00:42:01.000 or did not successfully complete any assignment as a Sergeant Major.

00:42:03.000 Unwittingly, he got out of the way for better leadership.

00:42:06.000 Thomas Barrons was the right leader at the right time.

00:42:08.000 He sacrificed to answer the call, leaving his family business and farming partner brother to train, lead, and care for soldiers.

00:42:13.000 He earned the privilege of being called Command Sergeant Major.

00:42:16.000 Like a great leader, he ran toward and not away from the guns.

00:42:18.000 I have no opinion of Mr. Walls' decision to leave service at the time he did.

00:42:21.000 It was his right to retire early.

00:42:23.000 I also have no criticism of his service as an E-7 and E-8 in the M-N-A-R-N-G. 1.00

00:42:28.000 Woo! 0.99

00:42:28.000 by all accounts and on the record he was a competent chief of firing battery, gunnery 0.99

00:42:31.000 sergeant and first sergeant.

00:42:32.000 I cannot say the same of his service sitting, frocked, in the CSM chair.

00:42:36.000 He did not earn the rank or successfully complete any assignment as an E9.

00:42:39.000 It is an affront to the non-commissioned officer corps that he continues to glom onto the title.

00:42:42.000 I can sit in the cockpit of an airplane, it does not make me a pilot.

00:42:45.000 Similarly, when the demands of service and leadership at the highest level got real,

00:42:48.000 he chose another path." 0.79

00:42:49.000 Woo! 0.99

00:42:51.000 So there is that.

00:42:54.000 So apparently he became the commander of the unit after Walls retired, apparently.

00:42:59.000 So that is not exactly a good look for Tim Walls.

00:43:04.000 Here is JD Vance over the weekend going at his vice presidential rival.

00:43:09.000 This is a guy who's been captured on video as other people say he's an Afghanistan veteran, he's a veteran of a war, nodding along in agreement instead of saying, no, no, no, I did serve my country and I did it honorably, but I never went to a war zone.

00:43:22.000 I'm not criticizing Tim Walz's service.

00:43:25.000 I'm criticizing the fact that he lied about his service for political gain, Dana.

00:43:29.000 Now, I served in the United States Marine Corps and you know this.

00:43:32.000 And look, there are a lot of things that I'm proud about.

00:43:33.000 I've never lied about what I did or overstated it.

00:43:37.000 Because it would be beneficial to me in an election.

00:43:38.000 I think that's what Tim Walz did.

00:43:40.000 That's what I was criticizing.

00:43:41.000 And yes, I do think it's scandalous behavior.

00:43:44.000 Okay, he is right.

00:43:45.000 It is scandalous behavior.

00:43:46.000 But don't worry, the media are there to protect.

00:43:48.000 So here's CNN's Dana Bash getting very, very angry at JD Vance for bringing any of this up.

00:43:53.000 Donald Trump didn't serve in the military.

00:43:55.000 He received a medical draft deferment for bone spurs to avoid serving in the Vietnam War, reportedly as a favor to his father.

00:44:03.000 Do you find that shameful, too?

00:44:04.000 I think that Donald Trump didn't serve in the military, but he didn't lie about it, Dana.

00:44:08.000 I've known Donald Trump for a long time.

00:44:10.000 He really honors our veterans.

00:44:11.000 So you think he had phones first?

00:44:12.000 He honors me for my service.

00:44:14.000 Donald Trump didn't lie about serving in the military.

00:44:16.000 He didn't say that he went to Vietnam when he didn't.

00:44:19.000 This is the problem.

00:44:23.000 Hmm.

00:44:24.000 He's right.

00:44:25.000 But Dana Bash, going... 1.00

00:44:28.000 I mean, like, why doesn't she just try out for press secretary over there? 1.00

00:44:30.000 Seriously.

00:44:31.000 Seriously.

00:44:32.000 I mean, she's just repeating Democratic talking points.

00:44:34.000 The complex of the Democrats in the media is so unbelievably strong.

00:44:37.000 We do, by the way, have a new argument in favor of Tim Walz.

00:44:40.000 It's being trotted out by Minnesota Senator Tina Smith. 1.00

00:44:42.000 Here is the argument that Tim Walz should be the vice president.

00:44:47.000 It was Governor Walz who asked our Attorney General, the amazing Keith Ellison, to step in and lead that prosecution.

00:44:54.000 And that's what happened.

00:44:56.000 And we had, if not justice, we had accountability for the murder of George Floyd.

00:45:01.000 And that was, I think, an example of the leadership of Governor Walz.

00:45:08.000 Yes, that was when we got accountability for George Floyd, when you burned down the entire city of Minneapolis.

00:45:14.000 Again, target rich environment, no excuse for the Trump-Vance campaign not to take advantage.

00:45:20.000 Now, the good news is, the bad news is Trump hasn't really been out on the campaign trail in swing states.

00:45:24.000 He's doing some interviews, but he needs to get on his marks.

00:45:27.000 He really needs to hit Kamala on her record. 1.00

00:45:30.000 He needs to point out that she's a chameleon, that she's stealing his positions. 1.00

00:45:32.000 He needs to be more meticulous than he has ever been in a campaign right now because the time grows short and there's not a lot of time for errors.

00:45:40.000 He's doing a great job on the interview circuit.

00:45:42.000 So over the weekend, he did three mainstream legacy media interviews, and he was just tearing up the anchors because the anchors don't know anything, and JD Vance does.

00:45:50.000 So here is JD Vance slamming Tim Walz on his record with regard to transgenderism and children.

00:45:58.000 I mean, I heard Donald Trump give this speech in Montana, he just gave, and he said that Tim Walz has signed a letter letting the state kidnap children to change their gender, allowing pedophiles to claim...

00:46:15.000 To be exempt from crimes?

00:46:16.000 I mean, this is not true.

00:46:18.000 It's not remotely true.

00:46:19.000 Well, what President Trump said, and I haven't watched the whole rally.

00:46:22.000 What he said was not true.

00:46:23.000 What President Trump said, John, is that Tim Walz has supported taking children from their parents if the parents don't consent to gender reassignment.

00:46:32.000 That is crazy. 0.99

00:46:33.000 And by the way, Tim Walz gets on his high horse about mind your own damn business. 0.99

00:46:37.000 One way of minding your own damn business, John, is to not try to take my children away from me if I have different worldviews than you. 0.98

00:46:43.000 It's not what he's done! 0.99

00:46:44.000 to change their sexual identity.

00:46:46.000 What I just explained to you, I would describe as kidnapping, John.

00:46:49.000 He has absolutely done this stuff.

00:46:51.000 It's not crazy, John.

00:46:52.000 Come on.

00:46:53.000 It's not what he's done.

00:46:54.000 You should not be able to take people's children away from them.

00:46:57.000 And that's not what he's proposed.

00:46:58.000 If you disagree with decisions about gender reassignment, yes, he has proposed that, John.

00:47:04.000 He absolutely has.

00:47:06.000 Okay.

00:47:08.000 Vance being honest, John Karl being dishonest.

00:47:10.000 J.D.

00:47:11.000 Vance is gonna absolutely destroy Tim Walz in a debate.

00:47:13.000 He also was, again, all the questions that were asked him were very aggressive questions by a media that is clearly in Kamala Harris's camp and desperately wants her to be president of the United States.

00:47:23.000 So they started asking J.D.

00:47:24.000 Vance about Nick Fuentes and the fact that Donald Trump had an ill-starred dinner with Nick Fuentes and Kanye West.

00:47:30.000 He then dissociated from both of them, obviously.

00:47:32.000 And here was J.D.

00:47:33.000 Vance owning the reporter on this.

00:47:36.000 In your own movement, that's what I want to ask about.

00:47:39.000 Because one of the supremacists who was saying things like this about your family, Nick Fuentes, an avowed anti-Semite, went after your wife.

00:47:49.000 He had previously dined at Mar-a-Lago with Donald Trump.

00:47:55.000 Does this have any room in your movement?

00:47:58.000 In the MAGA movement?

00:47:59.000 Of course it doesn't have any room in the MAGA movement.

00:48:02.000 You disavow him and this?

00:48:03.000 And of course Donald Trump has criticized this person. 1.00

00:48:06.000 Look, I think the guy's a total loser. 0.99

00:48:08.000 Certainly I disavow him. 0.99

00:48:09.000 But if you ask me, what I care more about, is it a person attacking me personally, or is it government policy that discriminates based on race?

00:48:17.000 That's what I really worry about.

00:48:19.000 He's right about all that.

00:48:20.000 And by the way, by the way, he also could have pointed out that Kamala Harris is openly flirting with people who are pro-Hamas.

00:48:27.000 And that would have been true as well.

00:48:28.000 And that the Democratic Party just clearly rejected the governor of Pennsylvania for the vice presidential slot because he's Jewish.

00:48:34.000 Hey, Vance was then asked over and over and over again about the Cat Lady comments from Tucker Carlson's show three years ago.

00:48:39.000 I love the fact that the media still continue to pretend that Tim Walz is not engaging in stolen valor.

00:48:45.000 That's not a big story.

00:48:46.000 They still continue to treat Kamala Harris as a legitimate candidate for president despite winning zero primary votes ever in her entire history and then lying about every position.

00:48:55.000 But he said a thing on Tucker Carlson three years ago.

00:48:57.000 He's got to be asked about it over and over again.

00:48:59.000 Here's J.D.

00:49:00.000 Vance with Data Bash.

00:49:02.000 Okay, you've now asked me three questions about comments that I made three years ago.

00:49:06.000 I wonder what Kamala Harris thinks about the fact that she supported policies that opened the American southern border. 1.00

00:49:12.000 I wonder what Kamala Harris thinks about the fact that she lied to the American people about Joe Biden's mental Middle facility for the office. 0.99

00:49:19.000 You are interviewing me, Dana, because I respect the American people enough to sit down for an interview.

00:49:24.000 I appreciate that.

00:49:24.000 We should be talking about public policies that matter.

00:49:27.000 How are we going to lower inflation?

00:49:29.000 How are we going to reduce the cost of food and housing? 0.65

00:49:31.000 How are we going to close down that southern border?

00:49:33.000 We've talked so little about that.

00:49:35.000 We've talked a lot more about a sarcastic remark I made three years ago.

00:49:38.000 I think we should talk about the issues that most Americans care about.

00:49:43.000 He's right about that, of course, and the media, Dana Bash can't handle it because, of course, Dana Bash's entire job is to play defense for the Kamala Harris campaign. 1.00

00:49:50.000 J.D.

00:49:50.000 Vance did an excellent job on the Sunday shows.

00:49:52.000 The media are trying to pretend he didn't.

00:49:53.000 He did.

00:49:53.000 He did a really good job on the Sunday shows.

00:49:55.000 Trump needs to do a similarly good job on the campaign trail.

00:49:58.000 He needs to be dropping tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars in ads on Kamala Harris in the swing states to label her while she lies about every single one of her positions or this gigantic web of lies that is now being woven by Biden and Harris and the entire media is going to be able to support her all the way through a presidential election. 1.00

00:50:16.000 All right, you guys, coming up, we'll be joined by investigative reporter Gabe Kaminsky, who is reporting on some of the pro-Hamas people meeting with Kamala Harris.

00:50:28.000 Republicans or Nazis, you cannot separate yourselves from the bad white people. 0.91

00:50:33.000 Growing up, I never thought much about race. 0.97

00:50:35.000 It never really seemed to matter that much.

00:50:37.000 At least not to me.

00:50:38.000 Am I racist?

00:50:39.000 I would really appreciate it if you left.

00:50:40.000 I'm trying to learn.

00:50:41.000 I'm on this journey.

00:50:42.000 I'm gonna sort this out.

00:50:43.000 I need to go deeper undercover.

00:50:48.000 Joining us now is Matt, certified DEI expert.

00:50:51.000 Here's my certification.

00:50:52.000 And what you're doing is you're stretching out of your whiteness.

00:50:55.000 This is more for you and less for you.

00:50:56.000 Is America inherently racist?

00:50:58.000 The word inherent is challenging that.

00:51:00.000 You want to rename the George Washington Monument to the George Floyd Monument?

00:51:03.000 America is racist to its bones.

00:51:05.000 So inherently? 0.98

00:51:05.000 Yes. 0.98

00:51:06.000 This country is a piece of s***. 1.00

00:51:12.000 Is there a black person around here?

00:51:14.000 What's a black person right here? 0.86

00:51:15.000 Does he not exist?

00:51:18.000 Hi, Robin.

00:51:18.000 Hi.

00:51:19.000 What's your name?

00:51:19.000 I'm Matt.

00:51:20.000 I just had to ask who you are because you have to be careful.
