00:00:00.000 So, the Renee Good case, Renee Good's family is suing ICE for wrongful death.
00:00:04.000 Again, this is a very complicated case, obviously.
00:00:08.000 It relies on questions as to what the officer perceived when Renee Good was shot.
00:00:11.000 You remember this case?
00:00:12.000 This was the case in which Renee Good and her wife taunted an officer, and then she essentially drove her car and bumped the officer as she was driving away.
00:00:22.000 And so, it's unclear whether she was attempting to run him over, whether she was attempting to avoid him, she was obstructing a federal law enforcement operation.
00:00:30.000 Here is the footage in case you don't remember it.
00:00:32.000 Thank you. 0.94
00:00:53.000 For those who can't see, she's taunting the ice officers.
00:00:59.000 And that is her.
00:01:03.000 That is her wife.
00:01:04.000 I was filming.
00:01:06.000 And you can see an officer telling her to get out of the car.
00:01:16.000 And then you can see in the tape, she backs up and then she bumps the ice officer who fires a couple of shots and she is killed.
00:01:24.000 Again.
00:01:26.000 The situation here was tragic.
00:01:27.000 She should not have been obstructing law enforcement officers, quite obviously.
00:01:32.000 So now the Good family is suing ICE.
00:01:35.000 They're filing two civil lawsuits seeking accountability for what they described as a wrongful use of force that resulted in Good's death.
00:01:41.000 Now, again, the officers are just going to claim, and ICE is just going to claim, that she was manipulating a vehicle, which is a deadly weapon, and that the officer perceived immediate threat of physical harm.
00:01:51.000 You can see in the body footage that he's actually hit.
00:01:55.000 Lawyers for Good's family said, quote, Renee's death was not an accident, it was the predictable result of a coordinated campaign.
00:02:00.000 By senior officials in this administration to target Minnesotans of Somali or Hispanic origin and silence anyone who dared to raise their voice in protest.
00:02:07.000 Well, no, that's not actually what happened.
00:02:08.000 There are tons of protesters there who didn't get shot.
00:02:11.000 She got shot because she bumped the guy with the car.
00:02:13.000 Now, again, you can make the case that that never should have happened.
00:02:17.000 I think everybody who watches that realizes that that is a tragic case.
00:02:22.000 But to pretend that this happened because the administration was just targeting Somalis or something is insane.
00:02:28.000 They are invoking the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871.
00:02:33.000 And the family is alleging federal authorities conspired to deny equal protections to Somali and Hispanic communities in Minnesota, seeking a trial by jury.
00:02:41.000 Tom Homan, the Border Czar, here's what he had to say.
00:02:44.000 I don't want to see anybody.
00:02:45.000 I said before, I don't want to see tragedies happen.
00:02:49.000 Just like I don't want to see, I don't want to meet another angel mom and dad.
00:02:53.000 I met hundreds of them who buried their children because they were killed by someone that's not supposed to be here.
00:02:59.000 Their children got killed by somebody that was in custody of a jail, but they ignored the detainer.
00:03:04.000 They released an illegal alien to the street, criminal illegal alien, and he murdered a child.
00:03:10.000 So, yeah, I feel for all of them.
00:03:11.000 I don't want to see anybody hurt.
00:03:12.000 But I think somebody in the general public would say, what does that have to do with the killing of Renee Good?
00:03:19.000 Why are you not asking about ancient moms and dads?
00:03:23.000 Do you care about ancient moms and dads?
00:03:24.000 I'm asking you a question. 1.00
00:03:26.000 Do you care that parents have buried their children because they're killed by illegal alien? 1.00
00:03:30.000 You didn't ask me that question. 0.97
00:03:31.000 What I'm saying is, I don't want to see any tragedies happen.
00:03:36.000 I wish Bernadette Gibb was alive today.
00:03:38.000 I wish that incident happened, but it happened.
00:03:41.000 And it's getting investigated.
00:03:42.000 I don't want to see anybody die.
00:03:44.000 Again, this is correct.
00:03:47.000 But the attempt to paint all of this in a completely black and white context, and again, the attempt to treat it as somehow a bizarre sort of attempt by the administration just to kill protesters is a lie.
00:04:01.000 Rely on Mark Ruffalo, again, Palestine flag Mark Ruffalo, out there to rant about Trump over all of this.
00:04:08.000 Mark, what's the pin?
00:04:11.000 This is for Renee Nicole Good, who is murdered.
00:04:14.000 We have a vice president who's lying about what's happening.
00:04:18.000 We're in the middle of a war with Venezuela that we illegally invaded.
00:04:23.000 He's telling the world that international law doesn't matter to him.
00:04:27.000 The only thing that matters to him is his own morality. 0.99
00:04:30.000 But the guy is a convicted felon or convicted rapist. 1.00
00:04:33.000 He's a pedophile. 1.00
00:04:34.000 He's the worst human being in the world. 1.00
00:04:36.000 If we're relying on this guy's morality for the most powerful country in the world, then we're all in a lot of trouble. 0.94
00:04:43.000 So, this is for her.
00:04:44.000 This is for the people in the United States who are terrorized and scared today.
00:04:48.000 I know I'm one of them.
00:04:50.000 I love this country.
00:04:51.000 And what I'm seeing here happening is not America.
00:04:54.000 It's not.
00:04:56.000 Mark, why do you feel that this platform is still useful to spread a message like this?
00:04:59.000 Listen, I want to pretend like this, I want to be here to celebrate, and I am here to celebrate, and I'm proud to have a Golden Globe nomination.
00:05:07.000 But also, this is not normal anymore.
00:05:10.000 Again, this is the ridiculous way in which these narratives have been drawn.
00:05:15.000 Now, looking forward to the midterm elections, we'll get to more on that in a moment.
00:05:19.000 Through the Ministry of Preborn, more than 50,000 babies have been saved this year alone, which, of course, is an extraordinary number.
00:05:24.000 And now, preborn wants to help rescue 50,000 more babies.
00:05:27.000 You can be part of that.
00:05:29.000 Just 28 bucks, sponsors an ultrasound, and can help save a baby's life.
00:05:33.000 To give, dial pound 250 and say keyword baby.
00:05:35.000 Again, that's pound 250 baby, or donate securely at preborn.comslash Ben.
00:05:41.000 It's preborn.comslash Ben.
00:05:42.000 All gifts are tax deductible.
00:05:43.000 You're not going to do anything more important today.
00:05:46.000 When we talk about helping America, the reality is that America needs children, but not just because we need more kids.
00:05:52.000 The world needs more kids.
00:05:53.000 Kids are wonderful, but also we want to stop. 0.99
00:05:56.000 The immorality that is abortion. 1.00
00:05:58.000 Preborn can help do that. 1.00
00:05:59.000 There's so many women who walk into a clinic and they just don't know what to do. 1.00
00:06:02.000 They're not even offered the proper information. 1.00
00:06:04.000 They're basically told to do something to their own children.
00:06:07.000 Preborn stops that.
00:06:08.000 They give them the information. 0.77
00:06:09.000 They give an ultrasound to women who might be thinking about doing the wrong thing so they can make the right decision.
00:06:14.000 Just $28 will sponsor one of those ultrasounds you can help give by dialing pound 250 and saying keyword baby.
00:06:21.000 The midterms look really bleak for Republicans, according to the polls.
00:06:24.000 The current 2026 generic congressional vote average, according to Real Clare Politics, Democrats have an 8.3 percentage point gap.
00:06:32.000 Now, again, we've seen some variant polls here.
00:06:34.000 Harvard Harris only has Democrats up two in their likely voter screen.
00:06:38.000 Meanwhile, Quinnipiac has Democrats up 12 in their registered voter screen.
00:06:43.000 And The Economist YouGov has Democrats up 15, but Morning Consult only has them up seven.
00:06:49.000 Now, Harry Enton makes the very good point that Republicans typically outperforms its polling in Iowa, Ohio, Michigan.
00:06:57.000 Here is him explaining.
00:06:59.000 And it's the same exact story.
00:07:00.000 Look at this.
00:07:00.000 The GOP outperforms September polls.
00:07:03.000 In the major 2018 statewide races, by six points in Iowa, six points in Ohio, and eight points in Michigan.
00:07:10.000 The bottom line is this over the last few cycles, whether it be 2018, 2016, 2020, 2024, Republicans have outperformed their September polls by at least five points in all these three states where Democrats right now are ahead, but not by a wide enough margin whereby if Republicans outperform their September polls again, it could become very, very interesting.
00:07:32.000 And again.
00:07:33.000 That is very likely to happen.
00:07:34.000 I think the Republicans right now, they're a little bit disenchanted.
00:07:38.000 Right now, they're a little bit down in the dumps.
00:07:40.000 Don't follow the push polls.
00:07:41.000 Recognize all of these races are basically margin of error races.
00:07:45.000 Brand new Fox Senate polls out today.
00:07:48.000 Texas, Tallarico is up two, but that's margin of error.
00:07:50.000 Maine, Jackson is up two, but that's margin of error.
00:07:52.000 Michigan, Elsayed up one.
00:07:54.000 That's a dead heat.
00:07:55.000 Iowa, Turek is up two, margin of error.
00:07:58.000 And these are all margin of error races. 1.00
00:08:00.000 And listen, Texas, I have faith in you that you will not vote in the transing the children howdy duty. 1.00
00:08:07.000 James Tallarico. 1.00
00:08:08.000 With that said, Tallarico obviously is drawing big crowds.
00:08:11.000 Now, don't mistake that for Victor Amon.
00:08:13.000 We had this with Beto O'Rourke in Texas before he got shellacked.
00:08:16.000 But here's James Tallarico filling the room in Ken Paxton's home county.
00:08:28.000 Democrats in Texas are very, very enthused about James Tellurico.
00:08:31.000 Republicans should be just as enthused to defeat James Tellurico.
00:08:36.000 Tellurico's Marxist campaign manager in Austin says that Tellurico is a vehicle to flip the seat, obviously, that they demand of him radical leftism once he gets into office.
00:08:45.000 So, again, the idea that he's some sort of true moderate, I see no evidence of his moderation even in his public statements, but they're trying to play that game.
00:08:53.000 As a person who's also a Marxist, but works for the campaign.
00:08:59.000 I completely understand.
00:09:01.000 Most of my co workers are also like that part.
00:09:04.000 So we get it.
00:09:06.000 It's more so the thing of like, I guess, like the vehicle kind of because we're trying to flip this red seat.
00:09:14.000 Again, note it's always the same thing.
00:09:16.000 It's always the same thing. 0.96
00:09:17.000 The Marxists and the Islamists, they are in league. 0.82
00:09:19.000 The thing that she's objecting to Tallarico being too moderate on is that he's supportive of a system that literally just shoots down rockets coming from terrorist areas. 0.90
00:09:27.000 It's amazing.
00:09:28.000 It's amazing.
00:09:28.000 But she says, don't worry, he's just a vehicle.
00:09:31.000 Meanwhile, Hassan Piker is saying the same thing.
00:09:32.000 He says, Inshallah, after Tallarico wins, they're going to remind him that he is subject to the whims of the DSA.
00:09:39.000 Hopefully, Inshallah, after James Tallarico wins, okay?
00:09:43.000 Yeah.
00:09:45.000 After, I feel like I shouldn't even say that. 1.00
00:09:48.000 I feel like in the state of Texas, no Sharia state, they're going to throw me in prison. 1.00
00:09:54.000 But yeah, hopefully, after James Tallarico wins, we got to hold him to account. 1.00
00:09:59.000 We got to make sure that he doesn't become another do nothing Democrat, business as usual.
00:10:05.000 And we got to keep up that pressure.
00:10:08.000 And we have to remind him that we are the force that backed him both early on and we are the force that allowed him to win this seat of power.
00:10:18.000 And if he wants to maintain it, he's got to play ball.
00:10:22.000 I mean, they're not lying about that.
00:10:24.000 They know what they want.
00:10:26.000 Texans understand what you are electing if you decide to put James Tallarico in the Senate.
00:10:31.000 All righty.
00:10:31.000 In other updated news, it turns out a UK Iranian national has now been arrested over the Royal Air Force terrorism attempt, according to Reuters.
00:10:39.000 British counterterrorism police investigating a suspected plot involving an air base used by the U.S. to target Iran said Thursday they had arrested a dual U.K. Iranian national on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts.
00:10:49.000 No, I'm shocked.
00:10:51.000 I can't believe it.
00:10:51.000 You mean that the terrorist act that was a terrorist act was caused by a terrorist state in all likelihood?
00:10:56.000 I cannot believe it.
00:10:56.000 This is a gigantic shock.
00:10:58.000 Obviously, we're still waiting for more information on that attempted hijacking that miraculously was averted aboard the Fly Dubai flight.
00:11:05.000 Were there terrorist connections to Iran?
00:11:07.000 I mean, again, it would be total speculation to say yes. 1.00
00:11:10.000 I would not be shocked.
00:11:11.000 In fact, I'd be a little surprised if it went the other way.
00:11:13.000 What an amazing video you just watched!
00:11:15.000 Wasn't that amazing?
00:11:16.000 Well, you know, if you think so, head on over to dailywire.comslash subscribe to watch the full show ad free or check out this crazy story here.
