00:07:28.000 But what was the basic idea that caused this thing to come to fruition?

00:07:33.000 It was a conversation that happened a couple of months ago with the new Daily Wire CEO, Mike Richards.
00:07:40.000 And he said, you know, it'd be great, Run, Hide, Fight, you know, another movie in that franchise.
00:07:45.000 And he actually was the one that thought about the college campus setting.
00:07:49.000 And then we got on the phone with Kyle and talked through it.
00:07:51.000 And then you and I and Kyle did a ton of work on the script.

00:08:04.000 I mean, I'm not sure I've ever seen a better timed film in terms of Run, Hide, Fight, Infidels dropping into the middle of a news cycle that is about radical Islamic terrorism all over the world, an uptick everywhere, a war in Iran, and of course, the takeover of major American cities by people who are not only openly sympathetic, but in many cases working hand in glove with jihadist organizations. 0.61

00:11:07.000 I mean, that was really the point.
00:11:08.000 And And, uh, and then of course the movie is just taking on its own life outside of Daily Wire in the press and things like that.

00:11:23.000 Uh, if you look at so many of the successful endeavors, uh, over the past two or three years, it's just part of the culture now.

00:11:32.000 And certainly, uh, you know, we made a great movie.
00:11:34.000 You and I have seen it and it's awesome.
00:11:37.000 And, uh, and it's just incredible.
00:11:39.000 So, When the audience gets to see it, their minds are going to melt and the left is going to go apoplectic.

00:11:48.000 It also is the comeback film for Jonathan Majors, who's sort of cast out of Hollywood based on allegations that turned out largely not to be true.

00:11:57.000 It's an audacious move for Jonathan Majors, not only to work with us, obviously, but also to make a movie that, as you say, really is a full scale attack on radical Islamic jihadism and campus craziness and all the rest. 0.97

00:12:36.000 I mean, like Marlon Brando, Joaquin Phoenix, level focused, Daniel Day Lewis.
00:12:42.000 And I've just never been around anyone that was that sort of dialed in.
00:12:46.000 And I've worked with all the greats Mel Gibson, Kurt Russell, Vince Vaughn, all of them.
00:12:50.000 And he was just so connected and so, and he loves the movie so much.
00:12:56.000 He never hesitated on any of the scenes or the lines of dialogue.
00:13:02.000 He's committed to getting behind the release of the movie.
00:13:04.000 Couldn't ask for a better partner and lead actor in Jonathan Majors.
00:13:10.000 And then the movie is, folks, you will see, I promise, it is hardcore.

00:13:16.000 And there are things that blow up, there are bullets that are fired, there are helicopters.
