00:00:00.000 Are conservatives supposed to be upset that people from different ethnic backgrounds enjoy college football?
00:00:04.000 A viral photo of like, I don't know, 30 brown students from the stands of this weekend's UT Ohio game went viral when a random low-level local GOP candidate said kind of gross things about their skin color.
00:00:14.000 After we review why football is great, we're going to run through some stats about UT's demographics, Texas Senate candidate Ken Paxton's reaction, and why James Tellerico is actually the most racist candidate of them all.
00:00:24.000 There's a person named Bo French.
00:00:26.000 He's running for railroad commissioner in Texas, and he snapped a picture of UT students who are celebrating Their miraculous win over Ohio.
00:00:36.000 So, for those who missed the game, basically Texas was down 20 points in the last quarter, and Archie Manning came back 21 points in the fourth quarter incredible comeback.
00:00:46.000 And the cameras flashed through the crowd, and one part of the University of Texas at Austin crowd was pretty clearly heavily Indian.
00:00:56.000 It's a lot of people who have heritage that is not white, right?
00:01:01.000 That is what is happening in this photo. 0.78
00:01:03.000 It looks like some.
00:01:04.000 People of Hispanic origin, some people of Indian origin, maybe some people of Arabic origin, just ethnically speaking.
00:01:11.000 So Beau French tweeted out a picture of this, said, I heard UT graduation this year looked like this.
00:01:15.000 I didn't believe it.
00:01:16.000 The problem is now obviously far worse than anyone imagined.
00:01:20.000 Now, a few things about this.
00:01:22.000 One, these are not people who are there flying the Mexican flag or the Palestinian flag or protesting for Gaza.
00:01:29.000 The only evidence we have about the belief system of these people is that they are putting up the Texas hook 'em horns.
00:01:39.000 For a football team in Texas.
00:01:41.000 That's literally the only thing we know about them, they are Texas football fans.
00:01:46.000 So here's the thing.
00:01:49.000 If you look at this picture, there are three ways to interpret this picture. 0.86
00:01:52.000 One of them is to just look at it and look at the ethnicities, in which case, the answer is kind of who cares?
00:01:57.000 Because I know a lot of great people who have Indian heritage.
00:02:01.000 I know a lot of people who are awesome who have Scottish heritage. 0.97
00:02:04.000 I know a lot of people who suck who have all these heritages. 0.98
00:02:06.000 That's just the reality of humankind. 0.98
00:02:09.000 So, when I see a bunch of people who are celebrating University of Texas winning a football game, my first thought isn't, oh my gosh, that is a lot of people with the wrong ethnicities, because I don't think that's a good way to think. 0.97
00:02:21.000 In fact, I think it's quite a bad way to think. 0.96
00:02:24.000 Now, if you were to tell me that University of Texas, just without reference to this picture, imported thousands of students from Saudi Arabia, I'd be like, I'm not sure why we are doing that.
00:02:33.000 Or, by the way, thousands of students from communist China who are going to return to communist China.
00:02:37.000 I would say, I don't think that that's a great idea.
00:02:40.000 The problem is far worse than anyone imagined based on a picture of people celebrating the University of Texas. 1.00
00:02:46.000 I mean, these are probably second generation kids who are kids of immigrants. 1.00
00:02:50.000 That's probably who these people are.
00:02:53.000 And the demographic breakdown of the University of Texas is pretty diverse.
00:03:00.000 UT admits 89 to 91% of all in state undergraduates.
00:03:05.000 Only 7% of the UT student population is from out of state, according to College Factual.
00:03:08.000 Only 4% is international.
00:03:12.000 Asian students make up about 22 to 26% of the UT campus.
00:03:17.000 UT does not disaggregate the Asian category into South Asian, which means like Pakistani or Indian, versus East Asian, which would be like Chinese or Japanese.
00:03:29.000 Realistically speaking, there are some 200 to 300 foreign exchange students who come from the Middle East to the University of Texas every year out of some 40,000 or 50,000 people for the University of Texas at Austin.
00:03:41.000 The population of University of Texas at Austin is like 30% white, I think 28% Hispanic, somewhere in that neighborhood.
00:03:47.000 So, both French got a lot of flack for this.
00:03:49.000 He said, I cheered the win for the team.
00:03:51.000 It was a great game.
00:03:52.000 I weep for the families in Texas who can't get into UT because they prioritize foreigners over Texans.
00:03:56.000 Shame on you for ignoring that fact.
00:03:57.000 Now, again, that's not true.
00:03:59.000 90% of in state undergrads are admitted to the University of Texas.
00:04:04.000 Now, again, this is a bit of selection bias here because here is a picture of part of the Texas student section.
00:04:12.000 As you can see, that is a lot of kids from various countries.
00:04:16.000 Many, many, many of those kids are white. 0.56
00:04:18.000 So this is, it's a weird, it's a weird picture to pick.
00:04:22.000 Like 100,000 people in the stadium.
00:04:25.000 So not great, Bob.
00:04:27.000 Not a great tweet.
00:04:28.000 There's a threat to your health and well being right now.
00:04:32.000 The threat is you're not getting enough sleep.
00:04:34.000 I know all about this.
00:04:35.000 Honestly, I have many, many children, a very demanding schedule.
00:04:37.000 That means when I put my head on my pillow at night, I need to be asleep immediately.
00:04:42.000 And the way that happens for me at home is my Helix sleep mattress.
00:04:45.000 Because again, it was made just for me.
00:04:46.000 When I'm on the road, I don't sleep the same way because I'm in a mattress that was not made just for me.
00:04:50.000 It's really quite simple.
00:04:51.000 You get virtually everything in your life personalized if you want it to work the best way possible.
00:04:55.000 That should certainly be true of the thing you sleep on eight hours a night.

00:05:33.000 Ken Paxton.
00:05:34.000 Tweeted out after James Tallarico attacked him, I condemn racism in all of its forms, including James Tallarico saying white men are America's top terror threat and that he prays to overcome his own whiteness, whatever that means.
00:05:45.000 Only one person in this race has a history of dividing Texans by race, and it's James Tallarico.
00:05:49.000 I will continue to focus on uniting our state and bringing together the broadest possible coalition to fight for Texas, our values, and our families, which is a great response by Paxton.
00:05:57.000 Now, meanwhile, speaking of that Texas Senate race, James Tallarico is out there trying now to reverse all of his stances.
00:06:03.000 So he came out on Fox and said, by the way, there are only two sexes.
00:06:07.000 And now he supports banning trans surgery for minors.
00:06:10.000 Wow, that's weird.
00:06:11.000 That's weird. 0.94
00:06:13.000 You can confidently say there are two sexes a man and a woman. 0.89
00:06:15.000 Absolutely.
00:06:16.000 Speaking of gender, would you vote in favor of a national ban for transgender surgeries when it comes to minors?
00:06:24.000 Absolutely.
00:06:25.000 And in fact, in the legislature, I voted for an amendment that would have restricted the bill in question to a ban on surgeries for minors.
00:06:35.000 Now, again, James Tallarico trying to reverse course is not going to work.
00:06:39.000 The Texas Democratic Party manager, a person named Jennifer Miranda, She came out and said, Tellerico, by the way, he's fibbing. 0.90
00:06:45.000 He still supports the trans kids.
00:06:47.000 Why would he walk back?
00:06:49.000 I would say that right now he's trying to target a wider net, which unfortunately means like being more palatable to Republicans here in Texas.
00:07:03.000 And I think that from the character that he's shown as, it seems like he does believe the things that he said before.
00:07:12.000 But at this point in time, it just seems like, from my perspective, yeah, he's really.
00:07:18.000 Needs to win those Texans.
00:07:20.000 His support for trans children has not changed, though.
00:07:23.000 In his heart, he still supports.
00:07:27.000 In his heart, he's still.
00:07:28.000 Great, great.
00:07:28.000 I mean, again, he's lying to you folks.
00:07:29.000 If you're in Texas and he's presenting as moderate, it's because he's lying.
00:07:33.000 He's not telling you the truth about what he believes, obviously.
00:07:37.000 What Taylorico really is in favor of is going on Jimmy Kimmel and virtue signaling that he's basically like Jesus.
00:07:44.000 We oftentimes think of Jesus as this gentle, polite, Kind person, which he certainly was.
00:07:55.000 When his neighbors were being hurt by powerful people, he didn't stay in his room and pray.
00:08:00.000 He walked into the seat of power and he flipped over the tables of injustice.
00:08:04.000 It was an act of civil disobedience on behalf of his neighbors.
00:08:10.000 And I think we all have to follow that example in this moment when so many of our neighbors are being hurt by a broken, rigged, corrupt political system.
00:08:20.000 And so that's our inspiration.
00:08:21.000 Oh, my God. 0.83
00:08:23.000 His inspiration is Jesus, also for chopping the parts off the kids. 0.90
00:08:27.000 Because Jesus apparently was in favor of all those things.
00:08:31.000 Now, again, he's being backed by a lot of outside money.
00:08:33.000 Reed Hoffman, who is the LinkedIn co founder, donated $10 million to the main super PAC supporting James Tallarico.
00:08:41.000 Again, Reed Hoffman has flushed a lot of money down the left wing toilet in Texas before.
00:08:46.000 You get a bunch of money to Beto O'Rourke, you get a bunch of money to Colin Allred.
00:08:49.000 Now he's giving a bunch of money to Tallarico to try to flip the state.
00:08:51.000 Now, to everybody's chagrin, Texas is way too close.
00:08:57.000 Meaning, if you take a look at that polling in Texas, it is unpleasantly close right now.
00:09:03.000 It is essentially a toss up.
00:09:05.000 James Tallarico is ahead in every poll, literally all except one since July.
00:09:11.000 That is not great.
00:09:13.000 Again, I expect that Paxton will end up winning the seat when Republicans come home late in the election, but Hoffman is tossing $10 million behind Tallarico.
00:09:21.000 Not a gigantic shock.
00:09:22.000 Then he says that he claims all his money comes from hardworking Texans.
00:09:26.000 Reed Hoffman is not from Texas, Madude.
00:09:28.000 The thing about fundraising is you got to look at where the money is coming from.
00:09:32.000 You know, I don't take a dime from corporate packs.
00:09:35.000 I never have, never will.
00:09:37.000 All of my money comes from hardworking Texans who are giving $5, $10, $15 at a time.
00:09:44.000 Except Fareed Hoffman, who gave you $10 million.
00:09:46.000 Other than that, exactly the same thing.
00:09:49.000 What an amazing video you just watched.
00:09:51.000 Wasn't that amazing?

00:09:59.000 Every significant movement in history has started with protesting. 0.99

00:10:03.000 This is our generation's civil rights! 0.99
00:10:05.000 I have no idea what the protest is about.
00:10:07.000 Bingo!
00:10:08.000 Given the current climate, should a figure as polarizing as Clay Saunders even be allowed on campus?
00:10:13.000 Ah, can you hear me okay?
00:10:14.000 Saunders is a close personal friend of Chancellor Friedman.
00:10:17.000 This is a decision I cannot fight. 1.00
00:10:18.000 Islam will conquer the West. 1.00
00:10:21.000 Assalamualaikum. 1.00
00:10:25.000 Are we paying attention?
00:10:27.000 They've taken over the building.
00:10:28.000 They're downstairs and they've blocked the doors.
00:10:32.000 I seek forgiveness from Allah the Almighty.
00:10:36.000 We cannot run and hide.
00:10:37.000 Muhammad is the messenger of God.
00:10:41.000 There is no God but Allah.
00:10:44.000 What do you say? 1.00
00:10:45.000 We turn those SOBs into a fine red mist. 0.99
00:10:50.000 As we move, one man will cover while the other guys go. 1.00
